going on, and I want to try to synthesize it

by the judges. And now we have the tiff between
President Trump and Elon. So we'll get to all that

not be happier. Okay, President Trump has been very active
in his second term in office. So nobody can say

(04:46):
President Trump is not trying to fulfill every campaign promise.
Now we know that Joe Biden. Now everybody knows that
Joe Biden was cognitively declining impaired pretty much his entire

(05:08):
time in office as the forty six president. So what
President Trump's doing now is he's like, all right, whoever
was using Joe Biden's auto pin scandal. You know the
pin Joe Biden's signature. All you do is you just
put it down or do it online whatever how the

(05:31):
technology works. But it's with auto signed for Joe Biden,
with somebody else pulling the trigger. Well, with the amount
of pardons and everything that was taking place in Biden's
last year while Joe was at the beach, falling asleep,
wrecking his bicycle, et cetera, bumbling around, it's very well

(05:55):
known now that a lot of the pardons and a
lot of things that Joe Biden's open was used on
was not with Joe Biden himself knowing or doing the signing.
So I have an article on Eric Thompson Show, so
E T talkshow dot Com Trump orders probe into who

(06:18):
ran the US under Joe Biden, a mid auto Penn scandal.
A little bit from the article. In a stunning development
that has reignited questions about President Joe Biden's cognitive and
physical fitness, President Donald J. Trump has officially ordered a

(06:39):
full scale federal investigation into quote who was truly running
the country unquote during Biden's term in office. The directive,
posted on the official White House website on June fourth,
comes amid revelations that dozens of not hundreds of key
executive orders and presidential decisions were signed using an autopin

(07:02):
rather than by President Biden himself. Go down another paragraph.
According to a memorandum issue by the White House, Trump
directed the Department of Justice, to National Archives and other
federal agencies to review the legality, authenticity, and authorization of
numerous presidential actions that bear Biden's signature via auto pin.

(07:27):
The inquiry will also identify which individuals are staff members
may have been responsible for policy decisions during Biden's presidency.
Le mean, think about it, somebody was signing for Joe,

(07:50):
a senior Trumpet administration official told truth presss is not
just about a mechanical signature device. This is about whether
an America where the American people were defrauded by a
presidency that operated behind a curtain of deception in staff control.
So that's a story you can see over at the website.
And I think this could be very revealing. The questions

(08:14):
going to be will the courts allow anything to happen
to those that are found to have committed crimes by
doing this? Elon Musk, this is the top story of
the day. Elon Musk came up with this idea of

(08:39):
the Department of Government efficiency during the campaign in which
he became increasingly financially and emotionally invested in President Trump's
campaign for the forty seventh presidency to where he was
throwing millions of dollars out per day in the last days.

(09:00):
And then after President Trump won, Dosee launched huge news
is techie guys he had worked with went into all
these government i rs and all these agencies finding billions
of not hundreds of billions of dollars of fraud already.
And Elon was appearing with President Trump during the whole

(09:22):
six months and everything was good. Trump was saying, Elon's brilliant.
Elon was coming up with all of this proof of
fraud in the government. Well, something happened recently to where

(09:47):
according to all the stories that you're gonna be able
to find online, you'll be able to find an article
on et talkshow dot com. It looks like that when
they were crunching the numbers and everything, that this idea
of the federal government giving a lot of incentives and
credits for people who buy Tesla's and electric cars became

(10:09):
an issue. And then, according to tweets and posts from
President Trump and Elon's responses and other people, this didn't
go over too well with Elon. I'm helping you. I
helped you get elected, according to his post President Trump,

(10:31):
So in other words, I helped you. Why are you
trying to hurt my company by going after and calling
people to not buy electric cars. Well, now you have
a President Trump who we know doesn't hold punches, and
Elon who's got a huge ego to so Elon joined

(11:00):
to Trump was asked to leave doge prematurity, to exit
the administration's relationship. It's time to go Elon. Well, this
is coming out now. Because Elon had said this beautiful
bill budget is a monstrosity, and he reposted on x

(11:25):
Senator around Paul's comments that elected officials are not elected
to help administrations, they're there to represent the people, and
that the BBB bill whatever needed to be gutted of
some spending. Well, just so, President Trump went after round

(11:48):
Paul on X and on true social criticized them significantly,
and then Elon got in the fray. And so then
now Elon he went and dropped a serious bombshell on
social media. Now he so here. Now, these guys just

(12:09):
recently were buddies, you know, getting along, and President Trump
was hanging out with the one of Elon's kids and sons,
and all of a sudden, according to Fox, billionaire Elon
Musk dropped a serious bomb on social media on Thursday
when he made allegations at President Trump was in the
Jeffrey Epstein file, the one that hasn't been released. He

(12:33):
posted quote, at real Donald Trump is in the Epstein files.
That is the real reason why if they have not
been made public. Have a nice day, djt unquote. Musk
followed with another post saying, mark this post where the
future the truth will come out. Well, the former first

(12:58):
buddy of President Trump, he dropped the allegation of response
to back and forth series of social medias between him
and Trump. Now President Trump, his White House Press secretary said, quote,
this is an unfortunate episode from Elan, who is unhappy

(13:18):
with the one Big, Beautiful Bill because it does not
include the policies he wanted. I guess this is the
cutting of the funding for people to incentivize to buy
electric cars. I don't know, but that she's saying. He
was mad about his policies not being in the bill

(13:39):
that he wanted. She continued, The Presidence focused on passing
this historic piece of legislation and making our country great again,
the White House said. A source familiar with Epstein matter
said it was widely known that Trump kicked Epstein out
of his Palm Beach golf club. Also point out the

(14:01):
administration release of the Epstein files, which include Trump's name,
and nothing was new about musk revelation. The source said, quote,
If Elon truly thought the President was more deeply involved
in Epstein, why did he hang out with him for
six months and say he loves him as much as
a straight man can love a straight man. Unquote. So

(14:24):
they went back and forth, back and forth. President Trump
then said shortly after the Epstein file post. He said
on True Social I don't mind Elon turning on me,
but he should have done this months ago. This is
one of the greatest bills ever presented Congress. It's a
record cut in and expenses one point six trillion dollars

(14:45):
and the biggest cut ever given. If this bill doesn't pass,
there will be a sixty eight percent tax increase and
things far worse than that unquote. Then and then they
did another post quote I did not create this mess.
I'm just here to fix it. This puts our country
and a path of greatness to make America great again unquote.

(15:07):
But they keep going back and forth. So the question
is is this just a flare up. It's going to
now die down and we can get back to trying
to get President Trump's agenda done, or is this going
to be a headache for President Trump ongoing, because see

(15:27):
President Trump's already has several federal district judges that are
stopping him and forcing his people to bring back Venezuela
gang members. What he's doing and kind of reversing things
not be And I'll go over some of the things
that came up. But four bad things went against President

(15:47):
Trump today from the judges, from the judiciary, the corrupt
judges I believe in the district courts. But there was
a story a couple of days ago Trump. Now, if
you haven't listened before, I am a supporter of President

(16:07):
Trump and make America great again. Pro I'm for his movement.
I'm not for being so focused on it that I
don't live my life and I'm not focusing more on
my relationship with God. But i am for it. So

(16:28):
this isn't like a I'm turning on Trump or I'm
beating them up. I'm just saying in the midst of
all of the judges and all the problems of the
administrations having because of these national injunctions, when you get
into a tip for tat with Elon and then there's

(16:49):
a story out that some pretty prominent MAGA people on
social media or they're frustrated because there's a potentially a
national citizen database that's getting built. Some of them are
saying Trump flipped on us the White House and this

(17:15):
is just a small narrative of it. And you can
do your research. The White House has contracted Pallaunteer, p
A L A N T I R. I can California,
Colorado based analytics company co founded by one of Trump's
original wealthy billionaire supporters from Silicon Valley, Peter Thiel, to

(17:40):
assist in compiling a database of personal information on American citizens.
According to unnamed government officials and Polunteer employees who spoke
with The New York Times, the purported deal follows project
talks Polunteer had what the Social Security Administration in the
Department of Education. The reaction from Trump supporters reflected growing

(18:05):
on ease within conservative circles, and controversy underscores nationwide anxieties
around privacy, civil liberties, and growing influence of technology firms
over personal information management. So we're all on this one
hundred percent. I'm against something like this. Well, what's happened

(18:27):
is numerous pro Trump voices are expressing dismay and feeling betrayed.
Someone called the Patriot Voice wrote two one hundred and
fifty eight thousand followers quote. People are so quick to
suggest I flipped on Trump. No, no, no, I did
not flip on Trump. Trump flipped on us. I'm just
not willing to continue living in a lie. And I

(18:49):
will tell you the unfortunate truth about it. Unquote. The
Hodgs twins were popular more than three point three million followers.
On x They posted on thirtieth quote, hope this ain't
true y'all unquote. Another posts the same day reads quote,
don't know if this is true, but that I did
not vote for this unquote. Nick Fuintes, Trump supporter conservative

(19:15):
described as an American first white nationalist, titles called the
association between Trump minstrration and Palunteer quote the ultimate betrayal
of his own people. Continued another post, feeding every MAGA
extremist into an AI database controlled by the CIA, massad cutout. Seriously,

(19:40):
if Volunteer is not the deep state, then what is
unquote something to keep an eye on. Take a look
is Trump's affiliation with Peter theol or Teal in the
company Palateer. Are they created a national database because coordinate

(20:03):
to some of the MAGA people, even some of you
might even know Ashton Nichols, The cope is unreal. I
voted for Trump, but this is unacceptable. On and on now.
Palenteers secured more than one hundred thirteen million dollars in
federal contracts since President Trump took office, including a recent
seven hundred ninety five million dollar agreement with Department of Defense.

(20:25):
According to the New Republic, it's data analytics platform Foundry
has already been deployed at the Department of on ob
Security in Department of Health and Human Services, potentially enabling
cross agency information sharing. So that's not good news for
people that are President Trump supporters, and it should alarm

(20:47):
any of us that also, especially if you're like me,
a libertarian but socially and fiscally conservative on the important issues. Now. Today,
President Trump suffered four losses at the courts because of

(21:14):
the rogue woke district judges. So here's what happened. A
US judge on Wednesday temporarily stopped the Trudministration from moving
ahead with an effort to eliminate the Job Corps, the
largest US training job for low income youth. US District

(21:37):
Judge Andrew Carter issued the restraining order preventing the Labor
Department from terminating contracts. And why is that all? Because
the Job Corps was established in nineteen sixty four and
it's a federally mandated program put out a signed into

(22:01):
law or put into place with Congressional approval. So President
Trump can't do it without Congress agreeing or Congress actually
doing the process to eliminate it and defunding and everything else.
So Josh said, Nope, you can't get rid of the
job Corps. A federal appeals Corps block President Trumpdministration their

(22:26):
bid to lift a lower course injunction blocking the President's
executive order to dismantle the US Department of Educations. First
US Circuit Court Appeals upheld the ruling, which requires the
Department of Education to reinstate over thirteen hundred employees who
were terminated as part of a mass layoff aimed at
shutting down the agency. The lawsuit was brought by Democratic

(22:51):
led state school districts and teachers unions, who argue that
the firings, announced before President Trump signed the executive order
to eliminate the department, vollied law by attempting to bypass Congress,
which created the department in nineteen seventy nine. Trumpdministration maintained
the cuts were lawful and part of a broad effort
to reduce the sides of government. Same thing here, how

(23:15):
dare you try to cut down the bureaucracy? So now,
not only did a hyper woke US District Judge Yong
Wong rule against President Trump for trying to do this. Now,
a federal appeals court refused to lift this requirement that

(23:37):
he bring back thirteen hundred people in an overinflated and
failing agency called the Department of Education. This was a
major thing that President Trump ran on and I was
it was one of my top two or three things
I wanted done, and I didn't think the appeals court
would do this. But yes, as of right now, President

(23:57):
Trump cannot dismantle the Department of Education. Had happened today,
a federal judges rule to trumdminstration legally deported nearly one
hundred and forty Venezuela mende El Salvador. Why because they
need due process. Yes, legal aliens, members of the Venezuela

(24:21):
gang trend Deagara he sent out under the Aliens Enemy
Act Enemies Act. Fancourt said he could do that, but
the judge no, no, no, no no. The judge another
US district judge, James Borgsburg Bob bors Bosberg, said that quote,

(24:45):
significant evidence has come to light indicating that many of
those tombed in the Ceo Seacat have no connection to
the gang and thus languish in a foreign prison on
flimsy even frivolous accusations. These are legal aliens. But does

(25:06):
it matter when you have woke district judges? No, So
this would against President Trump today due process for legal aliens.
The federal judge order de tremonstration, could not deport could
not move forward deportation proceedings against the wife and five

(25:26):
children of Mohammed sabriy Solomon, the Egyptian national charge of
fire bombing a pro Israeli demonstration in Boulder, Colorado. US
SISTERCT Judge Gordon GALLAGHERY issued the ruin to ensure that
families constitutional rights are protected. These are non citizens, these
are visa overstays. Twice succeeded his visas. He entred fifteen

(25:52):
people charged with hate crime, but no federal judge say,
you guys can't send the family home. Why is this matter?
Because as we get closer and closer to the midterms,

(26:14):
then all of the pledges that he would do, the
mass deportations, the tariffs on countries, that he would implement
hiring Freeze's mass layoffs downside, the government eliminate diversity, equity inclusion,
DEI policies, and more, they keep getting He does it,

(26:37):
and then it's like they go in a reinstatum, so
it's a boxing match. And because the Congress is split,
they're not in a position to actually do anything at
the legislative level which would allow these things to not
take place. The only per only group that could fix

(26:58):
this would be the nine justices on the Supreme Court,
because the Constitution only list out a Supreme Court and
then every other court is inferior and put in place
by the Congress. If Supreme Court doesn't intervene saying a

(27:20):
inferior court, a judge at a non Supreme Court level
cannot issue national injunctions if they don't do that. I
think President Trump is going to be the hardest working
chief executive officer along with Stephen Miller, that is going

(27:41):
to have a laundry list of things that he did
that were reversed that could possibly still be not in
place when he leaves his second term in office. So
the question would be those who support a President Trump,
would they be so disgusted with the system that they
wouldn't turn out and they won't turn out in the

(28:03):
upcoming midterms or in the twenty twenty eight twenty twenty
nine election for January twenty twenty nine. Well, the people
show up in twenty eight to make sure the JD.
Vans or someone can continue this push while trying to
get the Congress at a big enough majorities to fix

(28:24):
the problems. It's a bad day for America, I believe,
because the chief executive officer, which in our constitution, our
founders wanted to enable that person to have a lot
of ability to help to make sure the country is

(28:47):
being governed. And then the Congress would deal with the
funding and the legislation, and then the president would sign
the legislation if you agreed with it. The judiciary would
make sure that the that what he signed and what
Congress put out was constitutional, and that's how the country
is supposed to work. Instead, we have a crup judiciary

(29:10):
that is handcuffing the Chief executive officer as he is
dealing with the stalled Congress, and so he's having to
rely on executive orders and it's a mess. You have
criminals being flown back from Venezuela and other countries that
kill people because even though they're not citizens in the country,

(29:33):
legally they should have some due process, which is why
we're a laughing stock to a lot of people around
the world that we give this kind of pseudo rights,
applied rights to people that are in our that came
in the country legally, and especially the ones that are
hurting people. So bad day, but yeah, let's leave on

(30:01):
a good note. North Carolina school district had to issue
a policy and paid twenty thousand dollars to a student
that they suspended over his illegal alien comment and hey
wiped it from his record. The family of a North
Carolina high school students suspended for using the term illegal alien,

(30:24):
seventeen year old Christian McKee. He used it. I think
it was in a paper or in a school class.
He's going to bed. He's getting twenty thousand dollars in
a public apology gender proposed settlement. According to New York
Post y'all reported Thursday, the settlement was reached to remove

(30:46):
all references to racial bias from now seventeen year old
Christians record. McKees record provide compensation issue of public apology
for the mischaracterization of racial bias. According to the document,
the proposed settlement provides cm with monetary compensation tended to
defray the cost of his new school, which is private

(31:06):
and charges annual tuition. McGee's lawyer said that the reason
why they need the court to settle this is because
Christian is a minor and a court hearing is required
before the settlement can become final. The team received a
three day suspension last year or afting as teacher if

(31:29):
a conversation in class was centered around spaceship aliens or
legal aliens who need green cards. These are high school kids.
So they put all over his follies a racist and
kicked them out. And that's where we got That's how
we got to this point. So I think a good
victory for free speech today in North Carolina as a

(31:51):
dual school district is getting slopped on the wrist and
coming up with some money because of their radical world views.
All right, we need to keep our nation in prayer.
We need to make sure we're busy at the local level,
at the school board level, at the city level, the

(32:13):
mayor level, our governors, our state representatives. We need to
make sure as a collective that we are sending the
right representatives, especially at the federal level, to the Congress
to give significant majorities for conservatives so they can legislatively

(32:35):
fix a lot of the issues that the left and
these woke judges are using to stop the executive chief
executive officer. And if so, then our country can get
out of this minutia of lawsuits and muck and push
on toward deconstructing and shrinking the government. But until then,

(33:03):
we need to be living our lives. We need the
news I just gave you. Process it and it should
motivate you when you're dealing with political conversations or when
it's time to vote. But don't let what I just
went over ruin your days or get you to where
this is all you think about, because you and I

(33:27):
have so much individual ability to influence. So let's influence
where we can and not spend all day hearing the
same problems over and over and over again. But I
do thank you for listening to my podcast. We're going
to be extending it to an hour here coming out
in the next couple of weeks. But I just want
to make sure you have the information you need to

(33:49):
know that family, faith, family, country. Want to encourage you
to stay married. I want to encourage you to get
married if you're not married. Want to encourage you to
invest in your children, invest in your communities, and live

(34:12):
and the information we go, run the podcast, get it,
process it, understand it, use it to motivate you when
it's appropriate. And then, who knows, maybe twenty nine we'll
get a legislation, We'll get Congress big enough to make
a difference. Jade Vance is in. We have a great

(34:33):
twenty thirties. But today you guys are awesome. I thank
you for listening. You're important to me and I look
forward to talking to you again next time on the RK.
