over to my website et talkshow dot com. Et talkshow
dot com. You can also download my podcast where if
you get your podcasts from Eric Thompson Show. On this podcast,
(00:32):
we're going to go over some of the trending news
and information that's floading around here today, and not to
tell you, not a lot of really good news. In
one case I think is pretty significant, dealing with the
Supreme Court not standing up for the Second Amendment. We'll
(00:56):
get to that here in a minute. Thank you again
for listening. This is the Eric toom And Show podcast.
All right, Supreme Court turns away a Second Amendment challenge
(01:18):
to blue state bands on assault weapons. Yes you heard
that right. A judge, another one of those district judges
black President Trump's executive order closing the Department of Education
and he needs to reinstate hundreds of laid off employees
(01:41):
h but first in Colorado, an illegal alien named Mohammed
Sabri Solomon told investigators he wanted to kill all Zionist
people and wish they were all dead. This guy came
(02:08):
over on a travel visa overstated in the country illegally,
was then given a work visa overstated in the country,
still illegally. Well, we had since he is a legally
alien Egyptian for a national that's been floating around the country.
(02:31):
How many more of hymns are floating around the country,
So what this guy did? He was arrested after yelling
Free Palestine and using a makeshift flamethrower on Sunday to
attack participants in an outdoor vigil in Boulder, Colorado for
Israeli hostages in Gaza. Eight people were injured, age fifty
(02:56):
two up to eighty eight ones in critical condition. Well.
He has been charged with hate crime, murderer, and assault,
even though nobody has actually died yet. For some reason,
they're getting him for murder. Also, I guess because he
(03:17):
wanted all people dead and that was the intention of
lighting people on fire. Once critical condition maybe won't make it.
I'm not sure, but I have a question about this.
Is it not hateful to light people on fire for
(03:38):
any reason. In other words, why is it that certain
crimes are considered hate while if he burn other people
up it would not have been considered hate. I am
opposed to hate crimes. This even applies to the lesbians
(04:05):
in that group, where they'll say, well, if you if
someone does something to them because of who they sleep with,
that is can be elevated up to a hate crime, which,
by the way, June, they've tried to adopt in the
LGBTQA two one two three plus community and it's not happening.
(04:27):
Target even cut way back on displaying their their gear.
But one of the main stories that you're gonna hear
everywhere is that Mohammed Sabrey Solomon trying to kill all
Zionist people and running them all dead, has been charged
with a hate crime, and he's confessed it's not one
(04:50):
of those things. Let's see here, well here, if you
went to Breakdown's see On Monday, he was charged originally
with deliberation with intent in the first degree he intended
to murder, extreme in extreme indifferent crimes against all risk adults, elderly,
first degree assaults, nonfamily, first degree assault, heat of passion,
(05:12):
criminal attempt to commit class one in Class two felonies
in the use of explosives or intercendary devices during felony,
and then he was charged with this eight crime involving
actual or perceived race, religion, or national origin. So that's
a main story today. Now, what just came in that
(05:35):
we opened up to the podcast talking about is we
once again, when I say we, conservatives, once again have
to deal with the reality that I believe the Dei
(05:57):
judge put on the Supreme Court by President Trump, Amy Barrett,
along with Brett Cavanaugh, who were not the first choices
of Heritage and the other people, but who barely made
it after President Trump's standing up for him. They once
again have stuck it to traditional Americans. The US Supreme
(06:27):
Court on Monday, they were asked to accept a case
to hear a Second Amendment case involving challenges to bands
on high capacity magazines and some automatic weapons, including AR fifteen's,
which there's millions of them around the country. One case
(06:48):
involved Maryland's twenty twenty twelve band on some semi automatic weapons,
including the AR fifteen rifle. Supreme Court said, well, the
three each conservative justice is said absolutely, Alito Gorsch and Thomas. Sure,
they needed a fourth they needed a Roberts, they needed
(07:12):
a Barrett, they needed they needed a Cavanaugh, couldn't get
him not going to hear the case. High Court also
declined to hear arguments challenging Rhode Island's bound on high
capacity magazines. All we know is Gorsic, ch Alito, and
(07:32):
Thomas dissented on both. Now. Justice Cavanaugh said the Supreme
Court will be addressing the AR fifteen challenge soon quote
additional petitions for sirch Ari will likely come before the court. Chorley,
in my view, the Court should and presumably will address
the AR fifteen issues soon in the next term or two.
(07:56):
So he his justification release was well, well, this is
dealing with a case that is going to be dealt
with in more of a macro national picture. So we're
going to deal with the then, so let's I'm not
going to really want to hear this. These two cases,
(08:21):
especially the one with the R I think it's absurd.
The Second Amendment is very clear, and just like with
(08:42):
saying that abortion was somehow in the Constitution as a right,
and the people born in America to legal alien parents
that those children should be citizens because their parents got
in the country illegally trying to use the fourteenth Amendment.
(09:03):
It's these things that the courts, because they're imperfect, over time,
they've been eroding away at what are common sense ideas
in principles. So maybe Kavanaugh will come around in the end.
(09:25):
No Roberts or Barrett to be found on these. So
Supreme Court did not intervene, which means for now, it
means that Maryland's ban on AAR fifteen's is the law.
(09:47):
So I don't know what you do if you're in
the state. I guess all of a sudden you become
a criminal. Rhode Island means if you have a high
capacity magazine right now, it just became illegal. So it
happens when you put people on the court that are
(10:07):
just not staunch, they're not contextualists. They just don't look
at the founders writings the laws in light of the
culture and what their intent was, their clear expressed intent
and kept in place what our Constitution and the Bella
(10:31):
rights were intended to keep in place. So the Colorado
terror attack suspect is did act hatefully. Story one. Supreme
Court not intervening on the two cases in Maryland and
Rhode Island, So now the Blue States for at least
(10:53):
unless the court here is up both of them on
different cases. The Second Amendment has been eroded in Maryland
and in Rhode Island, partially. The Department of Education, as
far as I'm concerned, is one of the main reasons
(11:13):
why the United States of America is in a expedited decline.
And I'm going to go over a new story about
that here again in a second, because President Trump's administration
has tried to get rid of that group, but another
district judge has said you can't do that, and I'll
(11:34):
tell you why here in a second. We all know
inflation has been out of control if your budget's been tight.
And yet, even though we know that AT and T,
T Mobile and Verizon are woke, you have you stayed
with them? Are you of the old school where you're
just afraid to switch because you don't want to lose service,
You want to maintain the same number of bars, You
(11:54):
don't want to buy new phones or sign new contracts,
that you just stay with the woke AT and T,
riseing T Mobile monstrosities. Well, there's a couple of things
I want let you know. First of all, technology allows
you to leave the big carriers. Go over to the
company that I use, Pure Talk in Covington, Georgia. If
(12:14):
you go to this website, go puretalk dot com, go
p u r E talk dot com, you'll hear you
may have heard Claim Buck or Jesse Kelly or other
hosts talking about them. Because guess what, you get to
stay on the same five G network you're on now,
the biggest one of the nation, biggest towers, except you
(12:37):
get better customer service and out of Covington, Georgia, and
the average person, the average family saves about one thousand
dollars a year without giving up any service, and you
get to stop supporting woke companies. CEO is a US veteran,
so they help vets out. They don't help out the
LGBT community or politicians that are trying to advance late
(12:59):
term of bord. So all you got to do to
make the switch. If you want to keep your phone
and phone numbers and I would like to save about
one thousand dollars a year, you go to go pure
talk dot com, go puri talk dot com. Choose a
planet's right for you. You'll see my name on there, and
guess what Within ten minutes, they will send you links,
(13:22):
your phones will update on the simcards you're switched over
in about ten minutes. Month to month, no long term contract,
no new phones, phone numbers for about half the price,
and you can get your second month completely free. In
addition to all that, if you put my promo code
in f LS free as the code no spaces, get
(13:50):
it switched over. When you check out promo code f
LS stance for for Liberty Sake FLS free, we'll give
you your second month off. Today's a day to start
saving about one thousand dollars a year, stop supporting more companies,
and get your second month completely free at gopuretalk dot com.
(14:10):
Promo code f LS free all right, the Department of Education.
Of all the things that I was talking about when
President Trump was doing his campaign stumps, one of my
main things that I would wanted the president, if elected
(14:31):
us to his second term was to phase out the
Department of Education. Send everything back to the States. Yes,
we had to get the border secure, Yes we need
to deport thirty million people. But I think the real
problem with the United States is when we don't have
(14:53):
virtuous people, we do not have people that are Christians anymore.
In other words, they may have grown up that way,
did not become or follow through. Now I do want
to be too theological here, but I'm just talking in
general terms. Less people fear God and so thus they
don't live morally. So when you have the communist controlling
(15:16):
the public education system, which is failing millions of students,
then of course we want to get rid of the
nationalization of that and let the states and the local
people say we cannot keep allowing our children to be
indoctrinated into Marxism and perversion using federal tax dollars. So
(15:41):
President Trump brought on executive He brought on Linda McMahon
to be his Education secretary, and in an executive order
several months ago, we said I'm directing Education Secretary Linda
McMahon to dismantle the Department of Education. She laid off
hundreds of people, people like me were like celebrating from
(16:05):
the mountaintops. Well, it's being reported that a district another
district judge, you know, judge that's responsible for the part
of the state that they are over, but as doing
nationwide injunctions even though they're they're an inferior a judge
(16:28):
in an inferior court according to the constitution. A district
judge blocked the executive branch President Donald Trump's executive order
to close the Department of Education in order that hundreds
of laid off employees must be restated. Judge Yong Wong
(16:54):
ruled that the staff reductions hinders the department's ability to
fulfill its mandated function. Yes, you're hearing that right, A
judge name Yong Wong says, well, yes, the chief executive officer,
can you know? Yes, Constitutionally he's over the executive branch,
(17:15):
and so he can control the different departments, especially his
cabinet positions. But darn it, you start deconstructing this Department
of Education and taking away people and they can't do
all of the ridiculous Marxist communists agenda that they they
have money to do. So of course this to be appealed.
(17:40):
This would be another one going up to the Supreme Court, which,
like I said, with Roberts and Barrett and a lot
of the times Kavanaugh up there, any case that goes
up that should be a no brainer. Of course, the
executive chief executive officer can control who he hires and fires.
(18:04):
In departments under his juris, under his authority, they could say, well,
Congress appropriated so much money for the Department Education, and
darn it, if there's not enough people coming to work
to do that job that was funded for, we're going
to say no. Then we have a big problem because
(18:27):
that means this wretched organization will have the green life
in the Supreme Court to stay regardless of what the
people want. Because President Trump got a majority of the
voters to vote for him, he got them popular votes,
he won all the swing states, but District Judge Yong Wong,
(18:55):
a district judge that no one's ever heard of till now,
blocked him. That's not how the system was intended to work.
This is why people get angry. I'm not going to
get angry because this is not a surprise. Again, if
(19:19):
you haven't listened before, if you're listening for the first time.
I'm a pretty straightforward guy, Marine Corpvette. Grew up in
the Midwest, lived in California for twenty plus years. I've
been to thirteen countries, from Israel to Saudi Arabia to
Lee to Ireland to Austria, Mexico, Canada. We don't want
(19:45):
to be like the world. And we want our founding
fathers efforts in the Constitution of Bill of Rights to
be honored because they prayerfully put forth the documents that
are public is based off of and because of rogue judges,
(20:09):
we now sit here paralyzed. Apartment of Education needs to
go away, and you can't even argue to keep it
because everything, all the education system around the country is
failing the students. Our founders did not want a national
Department of Education. They want the states to actually put
(20:33):
gave the authority to the federal government. How is it
that the federal government now has FDA and all of
these federal overarching entities over the country. This is out
Department of Education as for now can't do what President
(20:56):
Trump wants to do. The Colorado guy burning people up,
well now we're calling him hateful. And Supreme Court didn't
block to important Second Amendment court cases. You notice we're
all dealing with courts here. Courts, the courts, the courts,
(21:18):
the courts. I don't think when we were young that
we thought maybe we get older, we can have the courts.
The Supreme Court be the nine people in black robes,
the Voice of America the final arbiter on everything from
(21:45):
a group that, for decades following their establishment, were meeting
in the basement. I think of Hoover Building or some
building and really not even heard of except for overtly
and direct attacks on constitutional issues. Is a law constitutional? Two?
(22:09):
Yang Wong saying, I say no as a district judge
because I like the Department of Education. That's not how
that's not We're not gonna make it this, this continuing
erosion over time will just simply make it to where
(22:30):
our country will be will be unrecognizable. Disney is laying
off hundreds of workers. I'm not a big Disney fan.
(22:52):
The media company Disney is laying off several hundred workers
in film, television, and corporate finances affect multiple teams around
the world, including film and TV marketing, TV publicity, and
casting and development. We I know other reasons why is
when they tried to make Snow White using people of
(23:16):
color and using AI generated I think former Dwarfs or whatever,
messing with the whole story narrative, and nobody wanted to
go see it. When you're losing a lot of money
several times a year and AI is really displacing and
taking over a lot of areas you probably don't need
(23:38):
the hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of workers in film, television,
and corporate finance. Disney and other companies are reshaping their
business strategies and response to the migration of cable television
audiences to streaming platforms. At twenty twenty three, Disney cut
seven thousand jobs as part of an effort to save
five zero point five billion dollars in cost and made
(24:02):
Disney reported earnings that exceeded expectations with an unexpected boost
from the Disney Plus streaming service and strong results from
theme parks. So I guess you know what, Guys in
all these different old mediums don't need you. Thanks for shopping.
I'm not a big Disney fan because Disney like Targets
(24:25):
and other corporations over the last especially five six years,
heavy heavy DEI. I even did an article on the
newest Tom Cruise movie. Have you seen it? Mission Impossible
eight or whatever it was? I suffered through three hours
(24:47):
of it. Let me tell you what it's about. If
you've seen it, you may have missed some of these things.
If you haven't, and you're not gonna watch it because
you don't want to watch a new Aid DEI riddled
kind of disappointing final movie maybe of the series. Here's
(25:10):
what I saw. Every major person in leadership except for
a general. Every major person, an even person down in
a submarine, you know, because it used to be that
(25:34):
the heads of the you know, the team and the military,
the generals, the captains, the admirable admirals, you know, the
ones that would show their muscles well like with their
tank tops on were guys. So Tom Cruise, who in
the movie gets elevated to being praisically a deity where
(25:54):
only he can save humanity, only he could do it.
The main characters, including the smart ones, the ones that
saved the world and did everything right, all of them
are women, different colors, because you have to have Dei intersectionality,
(26:18):
you have to have different ethnicities to go along with
There's even a I think a lesbian or a trance
it's flexing as muscles whatever is one that really is
focused down in the submarine. So if you want to
go watch a heavily, heavily feminist DEI movie, then go
watch Mission Impossibly eight. If you want to watch a
(26:42):
movie that has an inner weaving of anti Christian ideas
or a criticism of God there being a sovereign God,
then go watch it if you're not going to watch it,
(27:03):
if you watched it and you missed it, like some
people have told me, as this AI is taking over
the world, taking control of all the nuclear missiles around
the world, just needs a place to hide. In the end,
which is Tom Cruise's job to prevent the people that
(27:26):
could see it the doomsday coming, the end of humanity coming,
are in the streets and they're saying it is written,
that's what the Bible is. It is written, so they
would say it is written as it was in the
days of Noah, So shall it be the coming of
(27:46):
the son aman Christian. So of course the movie dictates
people that would say it is written as being part
of a cult crazy. Well, in the end, when one
of the women was able to grab a like a
(28:11):
what do you want to call it, like a like
a pod or some device plugged into the system. When
this device would capture the AI, she had a millisecond
to pull it out of the computer to block it.
She did it. It's amazing, Lincoln and I miraculous. So
(28:37):
Tom Cruise saved the world along with the women. And
then what did they say as it ended as a
celebration to what they accomplished. It is not written. It
is only through the goodness of people. I'm sorry, let
(29:01):
me rephrase that. It is through the goodness of the collective.
You know, because people people are so good that when
people universally who are good come together, they can do anything.
It is not written what the future holds. So if
(29:22):
you say, to start out crazy people say it is
written scripture. In the end, you're saying it is not
written goodness of people. You have a direct conflict because
he's a scientologist, Tom Cruise, who produced the movie, who
believes he's going to be a god in his death
(29:44):
and he currently has a demon called a Jeter, which
is a god trainer that he talks to. That is
the movie. This miraculous guy who in the end is
the only one that can save the world world with
all of the women, from the president to the vice president,
(30:04):
to the admirals, to all the all the only the
only guy I can think of was the captain of
a submarine. But yet he had the dyke or whatever
down in the basement that was doing most of the
conversations with Cruz. That is the movie Mission Dei on Steroids,
(30:25):
a criticism of Bible believing Christians and the elevation of
man because of its goodness, he could do anything that
sounds like the Tower of Bible. If you know your Bible,
where Nimrod said, you know, why don't we build a
(30:47):
why don't we build a stairway up to heaven? Why
don't we build this huge tower and then we'll go
up and challenge God in the heavens. And the God
had said, we need to go down to confusal languages
because nothing's impossible. In other words, they will destroy themselves.
They will keep trying if they can all talk, have
(31:09):
this collective voice. Well with the internet now in AI,
the collective I believe will someday try to as are
being deceived by the demonic world to take over the
world from God, who yes has written it is written
what is going to happen? We are destined to die
once and then we will all face our individual judgments.
(31:36):
So welcome to my life for the last week. Again.
In closing, if you're just catching up, please download this
podcast where you get your podcasts from. They assigned a
hate crime to the Colorado guy that burn up the
people that were trying to protest or trying to defend
(31:58):
or to stand up for those Israelis, the Jews that
were being held after the terrorist attack from Gaza. The
courts are all over the place again trying to stop
the Trump agenda, and Disney's laying people off because the
(32:19):
industry is changing, and targets not promoting the LGBTQ like
they have in the past because it's no longer cool
and it's no longer financially beneficial. As America is returning
to its roots while the majority in DC is fighting
(32:41):
the deep state. So I do thank you again for listening.
