Speaker 1 (00:15):
Hi, Welcome to the RK. Thompson Show. Thank you so
much for joining me. I'm out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. On
today's podcasts now adding video. We're going to be looking

(00:35):
at a few major stories and both of them they matter,
and one you've heard a lot about.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
The other one you've heard a little bit about.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
And dealing with the rogue federal judges, because even though
the Constitution only lists one court by name, the US
Supreme Court, as being constitutionally required, all the other courts
are considered inferior put in place by the Congress. But
they the federal judges across country are acting like and

(01:08):
one particularly now is acting like the Supreme Court is
inferior to it. You're not going to believe that. Thanks
again for listening. Please do me a favor Share this
with your friends and family. Check out the website et
talkshow dot com and wherever you get your podcasts from
download We have hundreds of them. My thing now and
you can get a feel on what I'm doing over here.

(01:30):
But if you don't know me, I'm a marine corpstte
been married thirty two years. Love our country, but I
love God more so. My motto is faith, family, then country,
and so as we look through the different stories and

(01:50):
as we go through some of the history and other
things I'm going to be covering on this podcast, always
keep in mind that I believe we have to have
our or walk with God lined up. We need to
be investing in our families and then with a relationship

(02:12):
with God. With healthy families involved locally, we can make
a difference, which is why we're doing this right. I'm
doing this out of my bunker here in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
You're watching or listening because you want to know what's
going on and maybe glean a little bit from my

(02:33):
years of experience. But in the end, faith, family, and country.
All right, here's our first story we're gonna be looking at.
Last night on True Social President Trump posted, I'm just
gonna paraphrase it, good news. There's a signed cease fire

(02:58):
with Israel and Iran and it's going to go into
a place in six hours.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
Great news.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
People took a you know, they was celebrating that President
Trump is not a not a war hawk, or it's
not going to get the United States into another war.
So oil because of stabilizing the Middle East. I think
it dropped down to blow seventy barrels seventy dollars a barrel,
which once we get below that point toward fifty, that's

(03:27):
when gasolene starts to drop thirty forty to fifty center.
More So, things are good. But about six hours later,
Israel shot a couple of missiles into Iran, and Iran responded,
so President Trump from the Gateway Pundan plus several other sources,
as he was heading out to from the White House

(03:51):
to go to the NATO summit, he was asked by reporters. Now,
I'm not someone that I'm not a big fan of
people in leadership positions using profanity, but here's what he said,
I responded when asked about the ongoing situation between Israel
and I Ran on Tuesday. He condemned both sides, and

(04:15):
I think you can even see a post on x
about this. He said, quote, we basically have two countries
that have been fighting so long and so hard that
they don't know what the blank they're doing. Now this
comes after Trump and drop bombs on three Iranian nuclear sites.
They tried to respond back to Qatar, but they had

(04:37):
advanced notice, and President Trump said that that response was
very weak, and then Trump announced, like I said, that
upon the twenty fourth hour, an official end of the
twelve day war will be saluted by the world. However,
they shot the missiles. Now according to briy Bard and

(04:57):
other sources, it's back in place now, So now they're
now they're going to play ball and BB and not.
Yahoo told his reporters in Israel, I agree with the restraint.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
And the problem.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
That any country has had in history, and a problem
we're going to deal with as the United States of
America we are. We're now kind of stepping deeper into
or getting more in between nations that Israel says, never again.

(05:47):
We will not be conquered. We will not be treated
like Hitler. We will not lose our land. And the
Iola in Iran, which Iran Persia from the old days,
they're actually mentioned in the Bible in some of the
final wars against Israel, with Russia, with Libya, with the Ethiopia,

(06:08):
et cetera. They have a they have this idea from there,
which I believe are just demonically inspired documents. They have
this idea that they're going to have a twelfthy mom come,
and so their goal is to destroy the great Satan,
the United States, and to create the destroyed the little

(06:30):
Satan Israel. And then when when Islam is running the world,
their Messiah will come and everything.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
Will be peaceable.

Speaker 1 (06:40):
So when you have when you have religious zealots of
Islam that are actually driving policy and their goal is
this global jihad, they're not too concerned if they lose
some of their people in their nation. They're not so
conc learned about the world being happy with him. Iran,

(07:05):
as we know, has been working with Russia arms fuel,
we know China likes to use and back up Iran.
They're saying that the bombings that the United States did
of the enrichment the Ukrainian enrichment sites, even though buried
underground for some reason, was wrong. Pakistan, who has nuclear

(07:27):
missiles wrong. So we're back in the middle of this,
Esau Jacob all the way back in Abraham.

Speaker 2 (07:39):
We're in the middle of it.

Speaker 1 (07:43):
Bb not Yahoo is not the kind of guy that,
if he feels like his nation is in trouble, is
going to be so concerned about an agreement that he
signed because he doesn't trust Iran, doesn't trust the Moss,
doesn't trust Hesbalah, doesn't trust Syria doesn't trust Russia. But

(08:06):
President Trump, I guess it looks like it's back on
and we'll see what happens. My guess is, Iran's already
working with other proxies around the world, you know, little cells.
They may even have cells in the United States. They're

(08:28):
already talking to Putin. They're already they're already figuring out
how do we continue to inflict damage on the United States,
especially considering they're the ones that are stopping them from
really advancing. But that's one of the main stories today,

(08:49):
probably the main story, the story I wanted to cover
with you.

Speaker 2 (08:56):
Is the Court.

Speaker 1 (09:01):
I'm gonna pull up Article three here if you're watching
on the video. Article three of the US Constitution says,
in section one, the judiciary power of the United States
shall be vested in one Supreme Court and is and

(09:26):
is as and in such inferior courts as the Congress may,
from time to time ordain and establish. The judges, both
of the Supreme Court and Inferior Court, shall hold their
offices during good behavior, and shall at stated times receive
for their services a compensation which shall not be diminished

(09:46):
during their continuance in office. Then it goes through what
the judiciary is supposed to do. It shall extend to
all cases in law and equity arising under this Constitution,
in the law aws of the United States, and treaties
made of which shall be made under their authority. To
all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers, and consuls.

Speaker 2 (10:11):
Councils.

Speaker 1 (10:12):
To all cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction, to controversies
which United States shall be a party, to, controversies between
two or more states, between the state and citizens of
another state, between citizens of different states, between citizens of
the same state claiming lands under grants of different states,

(10:35):
and between the state or the citizens thereof and foreign
state citizens and or subjects. So what is that saying. Okay,
we're setting up to government judiciary. There's a Supreme Court
that is going to be the main decider on if

(10:56):
things that cases come up between Like we just read
governments and states and people between the states and people
and sides. But Supreme Court is the court, and then
there's inferior courts that the Congress can put in place
to make sure that there is enough of a judiciary

(11:19):
to keep peace in the nation. But here's what happens.
I think there's over six hundred federal judges. What happens
when you have a significant percentage of these federal judges
as being leftist, Marxist, communist. They come from liberal law

(11:51):
schools where the Constitution you really can't you know, you
can't be like Scalia or Thomas. You can't you know,
be a you know, constructionist or or you know, originalists.
You can't say, well, the Supreme Court was written two
hundred and fifty years ago plus.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
And it is what it is.

Speaker 1 (12:12):
No, they would say, no, it needs to evolve to
fit the current world system that we live in. So
it needs to be an evolving document. And because the
world now we have so much migration, and because there's
so much need for people to be able to relocate,

(12:34):
this pesky constitution and the immigration laws put in place.
You know, if someone gets in the country illegally, well
they don't really have rights because they're not citizens. And
so it gets the job of, according to the Constitution,
the Congress to send them back. They're the ones that

(12:54):
establish immigration laws. But these judges on these federal courts
are like, no, we just we just think that everyone
that gets in the country hooker, crook gets in legally
or illegally, should have the same rights, and they should
be able to appeal, They should be able to argue
that they shouldn't be sent out. So you have law

(13:18):
and order, Constitution bill rights, and then you have these
radical judges on the federal courts, you know, the ones
that have been doing these nationwide injunctions. Well, Stephen Miller,
one of Trump's top top cabinet members, he was asked

(13:42):
on Fox News. He goes, well, what about what about
this rogue Biden judge, you know, the one that the
Supreme Court rule over road.

Speaker 2 (13:53):
Here's the article from Fox.

Speaker 1 (13:54):
A Biden appointed leftist activists and robes has declared he
will ignore a clear ruling from the United States Supreme
Court which allows the Trump administration to deport criminal legal
aliens to third party countries. This is you ask district judge,
some guy you'd see in the neighborhood. Probably not impressive.

(14:15):
Brian Murphy, pointed by Joe Biden twenty twenty one, declared
Monday evening that is May twenty first ruling which blocks
the deportation of violence to legal aliens to third party countries,
remains in full effect. Even after the nation's highest court

(14:38):
ruled against him in the divisive six to three vote. Yes,
you're hearing that right. If you're watching this on video,
you're seeing the article. It can't be more clear than this.
Supreme Court says, since Congress established as immigration and because

(15:01):
legal aliens are not getting the due process all the
rights of US citizens, that the government has the progative
to decide how to process the illegal aliens. But this
district judge, even though the case.

Speaker 2 (15:19):
King down your overruled.

Speaker 1 (15:22):
District judge in an inferior court, the judge says, my
ruling is still full in force. And how did he
how did he justify this?

Speaker 2 (15:37):
According to.

Speaker 1 (15:40):
Stephen Miller, well, he is quoting one of the three
radical judges on the courts, Communists, Marxists, far left. Really
Keegan is Kagan Is, she knows a little bit, but
the other two are really I think, just unfit. Because

(16:02):
Supreme Court said, Okay, Trump Minstration, you can resume the
lawful deportation of legal aliens, especially from Laos and Vietnamic
Cuba to South Sudan. The Justice is granted emergency application
by the Trump administration, pausing Murphy's radical order. Only the
three radical judges dissented. Yet Judge Murphy cited, so to

(16:25):
my or, she's really not a smart person, or her
descents and her in the rare time when she's in
the majority, they just don't have any They're not based
off of law. They're based off of progressivism, off of globalism,

(16:47):
off of equity. So here's what Murphy said when he decided,
so di my ors descent. The courts May twenty twenty
five order on remedy remains in full of force and effect,
notwithstanding today's stay of the Plumeri injunction. That mandate keeps
dangerous criminals, including a defender is held at Camp lemoneor

(17:10):
the Booty and from being removed. So Stephen Miller, when
asked by Sean Hannity, this is Stephen Miller is like
the number two senior advisor in the administration.

Speaker 2 (17:26):
Here is the audio clip of it in video.

Speaker 3 (17:29):
Yes, this is an incredible victory the Supreme Court win.
It allows President Trump, as the law has long said,
but the courts have blocked. It allows President Trump to
send illegal eliot is convicted of rape, murder, homicide, assault, battery,
crimes against children to any country around the world that
is willing to accept them. So, whether that be South Sudan,

(17:52):
or whether it be Somalia, or whether it be Ethiopia,
any country in the world that is willing to accept
these monsters, we can get them out of our country
and be free of them forever. The only thing I
have to share tonight, Sean in a little bit of
breaking news, is that the District court judge in Boston
has said he's going to defy the Supreme Court's ruling.
So expect fireworks tomorrow when we hold this judge accountable

(18:14):
for refusing to obey the Supreme Court.

Speaker 2 (18:18):
So there you go.

Speaker 1 (18:20):
Yes, the Court said it, judge says no. Now, I
don't know. We're going to find out from Steven Miller today.
I don't know what that remedy is. I don't know.

Speaker 2 (18:34):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (18:35):
I don't know if Supreme Court comes down with some
type of disciplinary thing, or if the Attorney General gets involved.
But when you have, according to the Constitution, when you
have the court put in place by the founders responsible
for ensuring constitutional oversight of laws being implemented or written,

(19:00):
and you have a rogue district judge that's inferior put
in place by the Congress, which, by the way, the
Congress could turn around and say your court no longer exists,
and that's constitutional. They could wipe out all these district
could judges, these courts. But in the end, we're at

(19:26):
the crossroads of we have to fix issues like this,
and I know you hear it everywhere. And so what
happens is people take sides, they get mad. But see
President Trump will be out of office in about three years.

(19:47):
As the twenty twenty eight campaign ramps up for twenty
twenty nine, the swearing in, then all of a sudden,
you're going to be looking at a big shift to
Senate races and house races and who's going to be
President Trump's replacement. So right now things are looking good.
President Trump is aggressive. He's going after all kinds of issues,

(20:11):
trying to Israel and Iran and dealing with helping Israel
with a moss. The inflation is down, fuel costs coming down,
immigrants being sent out. But the major issues we have

(20:34):
are entitlement, the entitlements bankrupting us. The immigration issue still
because I believe there's about twenty five million people here
illegally and we're probably sending home a million this year.
The issue you're trying to deal with birthright citizenship, this
idea that you stink in the country. You pop out

(20:54):
a baby, all of a sudden, your kids a citizen even
though you're not. You're in the country legally. There's a
lot of issues that have to be resolved, and a
lot of them have to be done through the Congress.

Speaker 2 (21:07):
So as we close, please.

Speaker 1 (21:12):
Be involved in your local state elections and be involved
every two years for your House members, because what has
to happen is the Republicans must pick up a significant
number of House seats in the next election. Republicans need

(21:38):
to increase their seats in the Senate, and then very
difficult decisions have to be made that are not going
to be popular with a portion of the country of
the United States and even globally. But we're not what
We can't go tit for tat and do a function
through executive orders with federal judge is blocking through these

(22:03):
national injunctions to say no, I'm in I'm in Ohio,
I'm in Mississippi. I can I as a guy making
one hundred thousand a year in some small office in
this state. I'm going to put a nationwide injunction on
the executive That's not what the founder is intended. The
Supreme Court is supposed to keep the balance of powers

(22:27):
between the legislative of the executive branch and the judiciary
there to make sure the Constitution is being applied, not
some guy who's getting high fives, probably getting some gifts
from people saying good job. As the other district judges
in their circuit are getting contacted. Now it's your job

(22:48):
to stop President Trump on this issue. Now you're this issue,
and then the leftists go judge shopping. They know, okay,
we're going to go into this state. We're gonna get
in front of this judge and we're going to try
to block this. We're not going to let this organization
or this government group be defunded, even though the chief
executive officer who's over those offices has called for their closing. No,

(23:11):
the judges want to intervene because it's all about obstructionism,
delaying the game, hoping they can get their communists back
in office, and then just kind of even because everything's
being done at the executive level with executive orders and
interpretations of his powers, a lot of them, most of

(23:33):
them are not being done at a permanent level at
the legislature, which is why we've got to be as
zealous for midterms for the House seats and the Senate
seats as we are for the presidents. He cannot be
everybody turns out for the president presidential election, and they
kind of turn out for the House seats in the midterms.

(23:57):
We need significant Now I'm conserservative independence, I don't have
there's no third option, so I have to go Republican
simply because the Left has gone socially insane late term abortions,
high spending, Marxism, open borders. So I want to encourage

(24:19):
you as we close for you're Christian, be in prayer,
be involved locally. But we need to make sure that
every citizen is voting for constitutional liberties to stay in force,
to be defended by the courts. We need to get
rid of these Marxists that are on the district courts,

(24:40):
and we need to deal with the main issues immigration,
entitlements and everything else so we can preserve our nation
and understand that as we as we are in the
middle of the Middle East again, it's not easy.

Speaker 2 (25:00):
It could blow up. So you want to be.

Speaker 1 (25:03):
In prayer that our president is safe and that he
is doing things that will keep us safe but also
will help to usher in peace and keep the Middle
East peaceful, and then get back to focusing on our nation,
because our nation has some issues.

Speaker 2 (25:23):
So I do want to thank you again for watching
