little bit, less some want higher. Deductibles so whatever we
need to do to cater to that person's needs or,
wants we can do.

me into. The conference, room, He goes hey i'll be
right back. And come, back, he goes hey, BY the
way i signed you up for the property and casualty
Class you. Start thursday night like what? Do you, mean he,
GOES don't worry i already talked. To your Wife it's
good and it's been a great. Ride EVER since and

I love. WHAT i do i. LOVE helping people i
love trying to save them money and make. Sure They're
protected and i've been in the industry fifteen years and
it's been.

I think the biggest thing too is again If you even,
i'm sure too you probably wouldn't mind even if someone
just had a home insurance or auto insurance question right
to reach, out to you maybe about their current policy
or if they were to get. Their new, ONES so

Review their policies and see what they have because YOU
know what i have found, over the years people really
don't know what they have right and, IT you know
i used to teach your first time home buyer Class
and so i'm into that educating my clients on what
they really have so there are no surprises if they
should have.

down the rate they could do. Tons, of things again
literally the number One. Team in florida so call them
any Day aside from christmas till nine o'clock and they
can answer any question you have in the. World about

So what happens if someone calls you? WITH a really
difficult problem i know most people call and. They just
want to quote so what are some difficult problems that
you've been able to help people with that's, MORE than
just you? Know i want to quote or what? Do
you think of this? Or how does this work. Or,
how does that.

Work yeah some of the challenges out there right. Now
are ages of roofs so we have to look for
some carriers that will allow us to, go from the
you know the extended life which citizens they allow twenty five,
years for a shingle roof. Fifty years for tile roof
but some of the other challenges are some of the
electrical panels. That are outdated right now i'm dealing with

the client who has. Cloth wiring in their house so
are there are many, different challenges that come up but
it's my job to put that puzzle piece together and. Find,
a solution for.

Them yeah we've you know it just reminds me of
all of the, different times that you Know we've brought The,
home inspectrum report to adam and you know it turns
out sorry to put these, names on blasts, but here
But You know there's a federal pacific right an electrical
panel or polybutylene or the roof is leaking and it's
plus dozens of years old. Or whatever the case is

so sometimes if there is a chance for it to,
Be ensured currently as is. Adam will, Obviously find that
if not i'll give you the route of how of
what you can, do. TO get it ensure right.

I mean prime example too i just, had a client
call me or a potential client call me today and
she doesn't. Have shutters on our house, and, her agent
told her well she, puts shutters on our house she's
only going to save. One hundred and fifty dollars but
then she came to ME for, a, quote and i
said well if you. Put shutters on your house else
you're actually going to say fifteen hundred Dollars right with, another,

character and she's like well my. AGENT didn't, tell, me
that i said Well you know, that's what i'm here
for to help you SAVE as. Much money, as i
can YOU know the more money, i can save MY
clients and, the better i, educate them hopefully you know
on their source for everything. That, they need for, insurance.

Right and, You know one.

More time, i'll say too you know As A, realtor here,
in south florida you know doing a certain amount of
business and meeting a certain amount, of, people every you
know year and working with So many Different Clients From,
miami to, PORT saint lucy you. Know, I get introduced
to honestly i'm sometimes bombarded WITH insurance agents right who,

i meet and you know. Want To connect with me,
and I'M not only hesitant but i pretty much SHUN
almost EVERYBODY away because i know i have the. Best person,
for my clients so again if you want to just
get another quote on, any auto or home Insurance. Definitely

be reputable it's the baseline. To have a good company
it's the baseline. To do a good job but. We're
way above the. Baseline this is like excellence this is like.
Making things Easier for you that's. What evan is all

i DON'T know about you but i. Don't, Like doing
anything difficult.

I'd like TO add two adam and i also have
a good relationship with. A great personal injury attorney not
to get so, off course of Real estate but the
reason i'm mentioning it is because if anyone Were to
reach out, to adam for auto insurance he can also get,
the opinion on their coverages right cor or a certain

carrier from this great, attorney, who we both know obviously
and we all.

Use it as a resource, and you say to them
who's helping people with claims the easiest? And who's the
best situation and you know he gets clients all the
time that are driving, around, without on insurued motorists right
and he'll, call, me up and say here help, His
client out.

You, say right now adam, again if someone's you know they're,
content with their current policy but obviously they. Always want
to save money what are some key things they can
do that aren't over, the line difficult or expensive so
lower they're you know their their premium.

Every, year for every month.

Well the good thing is recently there's been some articles
and you might Have say it on my facebook page
that a couple of the carriers. Have applied for rate reductions.
So that's a GOOD sign the things that i Look
out for people, when i'm doing a quote? Do you
have military experience are you a veteran's? Veterans discounts with

some carriers do? You have an alarm? System are you
integated community do you have a water detection device? Set
up on your home so these are all different discounts
that people can get that sometimes aren't even applied to
their policy because. The agent did not ask and a
lot of the people go to an eight hundred number

where they randomly have an agent, there that they're speaking
with but they can never get that. Agent back on
the phone that. Always Dealing with someone else and i've
had the experience where people, have called eight hundred numbers
got bad advice and because that person just, wants to
make a sale and they'll never. Speak TO that person again,
where i have a relationship hopefully with my clients and

they can call me anytime AND have a question and
i stand BEHIND with, whatever POLICY that i write but
i want to get THEM as, many DISCOUNTS as i can.
So i ask those questions that.

Makes A lot of sense and i'd LIKE to also
say that i. Know we just talked about even if
you have auto insurance, currently more home Insurance currently reach
