Laylu ve Ben’in bu bölümünde konuğum, uzun zamandır tekrar ağırlamayı beklediğim bir isim: Bebek, Çocuk ve Ergen Psikoloğu Füsun Aygölü.
Aygölü ile bu bölümde otorite üzerine konuştuk. Ne de olsa kendisi bu konuda bir otorite! (Bu kelime oyununu yapmak zorundaydım, affedin.) Emekli olduktan sonra daha da çok çalışmaya başlayan Füsun Abla ile bu kaydı yapabildildiğim için çok şanslıyım.
Peki, nedir otorite? Resmi güç mü? Yoksa bilgi ve uzmanlık mı? Disiplin ile otorite arasında nasıl bir fark var? Otoriter olmak başka, otorite olmak başka mı? Ve en kritik soru: İşin başı karizma mı, yoksa bilgi ve iletişim mi gerekiyor?
Bu sorular eşliğinde aileden okula otoritenin sınırlarını keşfettik. Füsun Aygölü, “Hiyerarşinin olduğu yerde otorite vardır. Ama okul, otorite değil, disiplin yeri olmalı,” diyerek çok önemli bir noktaya dikkat çekiyor. Ayrıca, otorite ve disiplin arasındaki çizgide iletişim dilinin hayati rol oynadığını vurguluyor ve başlıkları şöyle özetliyor: disiplin → otorite → zorbalık → şiddet. Evet, çizgi ince ve dengede kalmak şart!
