Speaker 1 (00:02):
God told Abraham to leave his root, to leave his security,
to leave his heritage, and follow God to a place
he did not know to receive a promise from God.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
The question is if you were the one, will you
do that.

Speaker 1 (00:22):
Have ever experienced a cising in which trusting God fat impossible?
Maybe you have overwent with uncertainty, waiting for answers, or struggling.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
To see God's plan for your life.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
That is why in today's message, we will be looking
into what it truly means to trust God. This is
a personal reflection to help your strengthen your feet and
experience the peace that only comes from God. I would
like to share with you today how to fully trust
God in difficult times. How to fully trust God in

(00:55):
difficult times. I would like to encourage you to turn
your eyes away from the circumstances going on in your
life and focus back on God. My text today will
be taken from the Book of a Bruce chapter eleven,
face eight and Romance chapter four, face eighteen to twenty.
The Book of i brewce chapter eleven, face eight. Seys

(01:18):
by Fate. Abraham obeyed when he was called to go
out to the place which he will receive as an inheritance,
and he went out not knowing where he was going.
The truth is there are two philosophies on which to live.
One is to live by fear and the other by faith.

(01:39):
I want you to realize that we need faith in
time of difficulties, and we must lay how to trust
God and place him based on our faith. That's why
I want to work you through the whole idea of
how to trust God during difficult times, how to fully
trust God during difficult times. The focus of our text

(02:00):
today is about Abraham's story and what God wants.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
To teach us about faith.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
He teaches us the first principle that faith of base God,
even though we may not understand how or why. Faith
of base God. Even though we may not understand how
or why. I want you to notice what happens in
Hebrews chapter eleven, Phase eight.

Speaker 2 (02:24):
The Bible says, by.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
Faith Abraham obaid when he was called to go out
to the place which he will receive as an inheritance,
and he went out not knowing where he was going.
The Bible says, by faith Abraham obady, when he was
called to go out to the place which he will
receive as an inheritance. He went out, not knowing where

(02:48):
he was going. You see, God to Abraham to leave
his people. God told him to leave his roots, to
leave his security, to leave his heritage and follow God
to a place do not know. To receive a promise
from God. The question is if you were the one,
will you do that? You see, God often gives us

(03:09):
little pieces of information. It doesn't give us the old
story because he wants us to work by faith. It
doesn't sow us everything from the beginning, because he intends
that we live by faith. That's why the Book of
Second Corinthians Chapter five, phase seven says we work by fate,
not by sight. Now let's examine what God is doing.

(03:31):
God gave Abraham a promise, in fact, two promises.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
The first one is a place.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
God will give Abraham, a land that will forever belong
to Abraham's people. So in need blews chapter eleven, phase
eight that we read Abraham, by fate, was called to
go to a place that he would later receive as
his inheritance. I want to do know that some people
will live in in the land of Canaan before this time,

(03:58):
but God moved their out. I could God give the
Lord of kinnand to the Jews when someone else was
already living day I could God do that. He did
it because He owns everything. God owns everything.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
I like you to know this.

Speaker 1 (04:14):
I want you to know that everything we have is
not ours. You must realize that God let you have
it to distribute to someone else in need, and you
get to bid the middlemer. There was a second promise
that God gave to Hebraham, and that was for his son.
In the Book of Genesis chapter twelve, face one and two,
God promised to make a brahand the father of a

(04:36):
great nation. In the Book of Genesis chapter twelve, face
one or two, the word of the Losses. Now the
lad has said to Hebrahm, get out of your country,
from your family, and from your father's house to a
land that I will saw you. I will make you
a great nation. I will bless you and make your
name great, and you shirt be a blessing. So the

(04:59):
promise that God was making to Abraham and Sarah was
that I'm going.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
To give you a chiity, and not just a chiity.

Speaker 1 (05:07):
I will provide you with a song, because the inheritance
we go through that song. You see fate is believing
when I don't see it, and Fate is obeying when
I don't understand it.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
We work by faith, not by sight.

Speaker 1 (05:22):
The first principle that God is teaching us today through
the life of Abraham is that fate obeys God. Faith
obeys God even though we may not understand how, and
we may not understand why. Fate is believing when I
don't see it. Fate is obeying when I don't understand it.

(05:43):
We work by faith, not by sight. I see a
second principle in this passage, to refuse to be persuaded
by the circumstances you face. Refuse to be persuaded by
the circumstances you face. This is found in the Book
of Romans, Chapter four, Face eighty and nineteen that were read.

Speaker 2 (06:05):
Work contrary to Hope.

Speaker 1 (06:07):
In Hope believed so that he became the father of
many nations according to what was spoken, So, sir, your
descendant be and not being weak in faith, he did
not consider his own body already dead, since he was
about one hundred years old, and the deadness of Sarah's
homb What happens when Hope is dying? Have you been

(06:30):
there before? So when Hope is dying, What do you do?
God says, to keep on hoping. Romans chapter four, Face
nineteen says, when hope was dead within him, Abraham continued
to hope in faith. He continued to hope in faith
because he relied on the world of God. He concluded

(06:51):
that he believed in God more than he fate in
his circumstances. You see, this is the essence of a
fate work. Fate is not denying reality. It is not
pretending that you don't have a problem. Fate fully faces
the fact but refuses to be discouraged by them. You've
got your eyes wide open seeing everything happening. You know

(07:15):
all the circumstances and are not ignorant of the truth.
But you choose not to lay the circumstances discourage your hearts.

Speaker 2 (07:24):
How can you do that?

Speaker 1 (07:25):
That's why the Book of Second Corintians, chapter four, fast
in Things says, why we do not look at the
things weich are saying, but are the things weich are
not saying? For the things which are seen are temporary,
but the things weich are not saying are eternal. We
see our temporary circumstances, we are not ignorant of them.
We can see this, but we focus on what we

(07:48):
cannot see. We see the problem, but we focus on
the solution. We dare to trust God more than the
circumstances of our lives. Don't let the circumstances overwhelm you.
They overwhelm you when you focus all your attention on them.
And if you feel overwhelmed by the circumstances, it is
because you choose to be Take your eyes off the

(08:11):
circumstances and put your eyes back on God. This is
what the story of Abraham is teaching us, and this
is what he did. Now there is a third principle,
and the top principle is to praise God in advers

(08:32):
first twenty madus to realize that Abraham never doubted God.
He prays God for his blessing even before it happened
for twenty five years. The Bible says he did not
waver at the promise of God true unbelief, but was
strengthened in faith, giving glory to God. He did not

(08:53):
waver at the promise of God true unbelief, but was
strengthened in faith, giving glow to God. I challenge you
to work the work of it because fait prices.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
Before I see it, not after I know that.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
We can praise God, especially after God has done something
for us.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
This is called apprecision. Any of us can do it.

Speaker 1 (09:16):
But when you praise God before it happens, especially when
the circumstances says you are crazy for believing it, that
is fit. So the top principle is that you can
praise God in advance. In all circumstances, you can praise God. Finally,
number four, wait with patiens, wait with paciens. The first

(09:39):
principle from the story is to learn how to wait
with pacins waiting with piecins. In Romans chapter four past
twenty one, notice what the Bible says, but hebrah it
was utterly convinced that God could do anything he promised.
In Romans chapter four first twenty one the world of

(09:59):
the losses, and being fully convinced that what He had
promised he was also able to perform, he was willing
to wait patiently. We have to wait. But waiting patiently
is another story. How can you wait patiently when you
want something to happen so desperately. In the Bookcase and

(10:19):
One thirty, phase five, David says, I wait for the Lord.
My soul waits, and in his world I do hope.
I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, and in
his world I do hope. Also in a Sire chapter
fourteen nine twenty three, the Lord says, no one will
wait for his app will be disappointed. No one will

(10:43):
wait for his app will be disappointed. Then you will
know that I am the Lord. For this shall not
be assumed. Will wait for me. These are the four
principles that it teaches us in the story of Abraha.
Number one fate obeys God, even though we may not
understand how and why. Number two refused to be persuaded

(11:06):
by the circumstances you face. Refuse to be persuaded by
the circumstances you face. Number three praise God in advance.
And finally, number four wait with pieacings, Wait with piecings.
There is something else that he says in the passage.
Going back to Ibrews chapter eleven, phase eight to ten.

(11:29):
I would have to challenge you today to live your
life with eaven in feel. Abraham was looking forward to
the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God.
Abraham left his city and went to Norman's landing, where
he lived tenth after tent for the rest of his life.
He did it because he was looking for his city

(11:51):
with foundations whose architect and builder is good. The Book
of Collusions, Chapter three, faced one and two put it
this way, if then you were raised with Christ, seek
those things which are above, where Christ is sitting at
the right hand of God.

Speaker 2 (12:09):
Set your mind on things above, not on things on
the head. So what does that mean?

Speaker 1 (12:16):
Set your affection on things above, not on things on
the head. Set your affection on things above, not on
things on the head. It is to live your life
with Heaven in mind. That is what Abraham did. Living
your life with even in mind, with gain your decision

(12:36):
and your attitude.

Speaker 3 (12:38):
You are Marshlter from the story.

Speaker 4 (12:45):
You keep missave inside.

Speaker 3 (12:50):
You're awing. You are my comfort where life gets farm.
You need me to water, to drink, and no dread

You will be true when I am not, and when
I give you my injuries through your grade A fund youry.

(14:21):
He now trusts your gental hat even and can't understand.

Speaker 2 (14:37):
I know you food.

I'm not afraid walking with me at the same pace.
