Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey everyone, and welcome back to Exposed Scandalous Files of
the Elite. I'm your host Jim Chapman, and today i
am bringing you another edition of Bad Teachers and we're
going to go to New Mexico for this one. I'm
going to tell you about a New Mexico teacher by
the name of Mikayla Ford and MICHAELA. Ford is accused

(00:22):
of some inappropriate, illegal acts with a fifteen year old boy.
So this case specifically occurred in Estania, New Mexico, which
is a city. It's about sixty miles outside of Albuquerque,
New Mexico. And Mikaela Ford she worked as a substitute

(00:42):
teacher in the Estania School District for both the middle
schools and the high schools in that area. So now
we're going to get into the relationship with this fifteen
year old student, which really got exposed on November six
of twenty twenty four, when the superintendent for that district
reaches out to police saying she needed to report to

(01:04):
them that a student had told the principle where Michaela
were that she had witnessed another student in MICHAELA. Ford,
who this student described as the sub with red hair.
She witnessed them kissing while walking down the corridor of
the school, actually making out. The student explained that miss

(01:27):
Ford and the student who is referred to as a KA,
that after kissing, they continued to walk down that hallway together,
didn't even try to hide it. So this principle, here's
this story. She can't believe it, but she is in
luck because all of these hallway corridors in this school
they have surveillance footage. So she asked the student around

(01:52):
what time this occurred that incident the student witness which
the student tells of the principle time it was approximately
and it's off to go check those surveillance cameras to
confirm that this student had told the principle. And guess what,
everything that this student said occurred exactly how this student

(02:15):
told it, all of it right there on video. You
see right there on the surveillance footage, this thirty year
old substitute teacher identified as MICHAELA. Ford making out in
the hallway with a fifteen.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
Year old boy.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
So the principal sees this and she calls the student
AKA into the office and as soon as she gets
him in there, he gets very defensive. He didn't want
to discuss anything with this principle. Initially, he's denying everything
that the principal is saying, and the principle tells Ak basically, well,

(02:56):
I know something inappropriate is going on because I have
y'all kissing on surveillance video. And at this point the
kid realizes denying this is pretty much fruitless. It's all
on video, and he asks the principal quote, what do
I have to do? So she and he's referring to Michayla,

(03:19):
does not get in trouble. So at this point, the
principle is like, luck, Aka, not only is this relationship
between you and Michayla inappropriate, it's flat out illegal. Now
at this point, Ak gets really pissed off. He gets
up and he storms out of the office. So school

(03:42):
was about to end during this time, and just before
the school day did end, Mikayla herself gets summoned to
the principal's office, and even before she sits down, the
principle tells her, hey, take your school idea off in
place it on the desk in front of you. And

(04:02):
it was at this point that I would imagine Mikayla
Ford knew she was in some serious trouble. She actually
voices that to the principle, saying she knew she was
in trouble but did not want her husband to quote
find out about this. So the principal lays it out

(04:22):
and Mikayla also gets pissed off. She storms out of
the office and in a really bizarre turn of events
that was shocking, absolutely shocking to me, really, she storms
out of the office where the student AKA was waiting
for her, and they actually left the school together. Can

(04:45):
you believe that shit. Not only is she brazen enough
to make out with this kid in the hallway in
front of anyone who could see, but upon being called
to the office and called out by the principal for
all of this, she actually leaves the school with this kid.
So just a few days later, Mikayla is caught back

(05:09):
on the school property. Now apparently her daughter went to
the elementary school, and apparently the elementary, middle and high
school are all part of the same property. And get this,
Mikayla is caught yet again on surveillance camera hugging ak
intimately at the middle school. The video actually showed them

(05:32):
talking while both were hugging each other. They were facing
each other while doing this, and then at one point
ak ends up behind Mikayla. She's facing the other direction.
He's hugging her with both of his arms completely around
her from the back all the way to the front
of her, and there was no point where she pulled

(05:55):
away from him or discouraged him from touching her in
any way. So the principal sees her on campus, approaches
her and tells her you're not welcome at the middle
school or the high school areas of the property, and
that while she's able to drop her daughter off at

(06:16):
the elementary school, she had no business at the other
two schools. And this brash chick right here, she actually
responds by telling the principle that hugging a student is
not illegal and that she was there to comfort the student.

(06:36):
So at this point the principals had enough. She was
going to report this anyway, I would imagine. I don't
know why it took two days to do this, but
she does contact police to this point, and on November
eleventh of twenty twenty four, they follow up. They go
to the school and they meet with the principal. And
here's some of what that sounded like.

Speaker 3 (06:59):
I stood over here and she do you know where a.

Speaker 4 (07:01):
Time cluck is?

Speaker 5 (07:02):
No, so right outside this door, right where Leonard sits
the time fox, right behind here.

Speaker 3 (07:06):
So I walked out and stood there while.

Speaker 4 (07:08):
She did, and it said thank you and timed her out.

Speaker 3 (07:10):
Well, boy was waiting for outside. No B came into
the off Oh really okay, and she was like avoiding
any eye content, no content.

Speaker 4 (07:18):
He's looking at me like and I'm going, well that
and Leonard was.

Speaker 3 (07:21):
Sitting here and we're like there she goes, let's make
sure she leaves. Do you think obviously she was tipped off?
Probably right, I'm sure, And that's why she came in
here and just threw the cards down. Assume now, yeah,
And then she said don't tell me, are you?

Speaker 5 (07:35):
As soon as somebody like me was requiring her, I said,
you required to come here?

Speaker 4 (07:40):
Do not passco do not?

Speaker 3 (07:42):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (07:43):
Okay, I mean I didn't say that, but I told her,
yeahs to come.

Speaker 6 (07:46):
Here, so she did.

Speaker 5 (07:49):
I I mean, I can assume a bunch of stuff,
but I don't care to be cross examined by an
attorney on feather or not I can prove that she
was tipped.

Speaker 3 (07:56):
Off, Yeah, correct, and you said there was two videos.
So that's what I saw.

Speaker 5 (08:02):
All I knew was at that day and I called
doctor Simms Bath told her I'd had this and that.

Speaker 3 (08:06):
She clopped out.

Speaker 7 (08:07):
Okay, sounds good.

Speaker 4 (08:08):
That's what I knew from that was whatever, Dan, that
was Wednesday.

Speaker 3 (08:11):
Yeah, they and they had told us that you disclosed everything,
so that's what I need. Yeah, and then this is today.

Speaker 2 (08:19):
This is today.

Speaker 4 (08:20):
I haven't seen this, but I've been doing this other stuff.

Speaker 3 (08:23):
Okay, so we'll watch it together.

Speaker 7 (08:26):
Have you seen this? Yes?

Speaker 3 (08:29):
Do I need to fast.

Speaker 4 (08:30):
Forward or just let it round?

Speaker 3 (08:31):
I mean it's four.

Speaker 4 (08:32):
Minutes songs set there they are, that's them.

Speaker 3 (08:36):
Oh yeah.

Speaker 4 (08:39):
So we're in this office over here right now, and
this is where they are.

Speaker 1 (08:43):
So she then shows the officers some pictures of this kid,
and it's interesting how the officers react to sing the
kid himself. Listen to this.

Speaker 3 (08:56):
I have a picture. Do you know what he looks like?
Do you know I've got to picture him.

Speaker 5 (09:01):
Whenever they were doing the Halloween stuff for the yearbook,
he was shaking Trump's hat, which was mister Levato.

Speaker 4 (09:13):
So I have that one.

Speaker 3 (09:14):
This this extent, Okay, you mightn't there should and this
was on Halloween. Yeah, it's just to be funny because
he worried a wedding. Mean, or it looks like some
type of ring, not is I mean he looks like

(09:35):
a man for a kid, you know what I mean. Yeah,
he's not a small yeah.

Speaker 5 (09:42):
Oh no, he's got a full on Yeah.

Speaker 3 (09:46):
He looked like a grown dude in middle school. I
mean not that that excusing them. No, no, it doesn't
at all, but it you know, yeah, I know he's
and you said he's on like one to one teaching

(10:07):
or what. No, No, he's just a normal student.

Speaker 5 (10:10):
This lady was there subbing for a kid that was
one on one is white.

Speaker 3 (10:13):
It pulled her directly with some other kids that yeah
left alone.

Speaker 7 (10:16):
Okay, and do we know how long she was subbing here?

Speaker 4 (10:21):
I didn't hire her. They at central office would probably
know how long she was on to have the.

Speaker 3 (10:28):
Okay, sure, her birthday and the next picture the hiding day. Yeah, okay, cool, Yeah,
I'm all right, And they just get the sub when
you need to sub.

Speaker 1 (10:40):
So during this interview police had in the office with
this principle, they get some upsetting, to say the least,
information on Ak's family background, and his situation. Apparently, this
kid's mom had passed away several years ago, and the
year prior to this incident, his dad passed away. The

(11:04):
principal went on to say that when his dad passed away,
his stepmom and him they didn't get along. They had
a lot of issues. They would argue and fight all
the time, and the principle was not even sure if
the stepmom still had custody of ak And it's at
this point that she shows police the surveillance footage I

(11:26):
just told you about. And after speaking with the principle,
they have enough, obviously with her statements and the surveillance
footage to get a warrant for the arrest of Michaela Ford,
as well as the search warrant for her phone, and
they head out to Michayla's house to make the arrest.

(11:47):
And here's what that sounded like.

Speaker 7 (11:52):
Yeah really for Michaela.

Speaker 8 (11:54):
Michaela Yeah, Hannah, come here, baby.

Speaker 7 (12:05):
Hi, can we speak with you?

Speaker 3 (12:06):
So, I'm Officer Aragon. This is my sergeant Duran here.
We just need to speak to you. Okay, okay, who
is this?

Speaker 4 (12:13):
This is my aunt slash mom.

Speaker 3 (12:15):
Okay, would you want our present or should go back
and okay, we got it. You made me.

Speaker 7 (12:26):
Do you know why we're here, Michall, I think?

Speaker 3 (12:28):
So why what do you think?

Speaker 4 (12:30):
It might be something to do with a comatic school?

Speaker 3 (12:33):
Okay? Okay, yes, So before we continue, do you have
your cell phone?

Speaker 5 (12:39):
No?

Speaker 3 (12:39):
Where is it at?

Speaker 7 (12:41):
Can you go get it for us?

Speaker 4 (12:43):
Why?

Speaker 7 (12:44):
Okay?

Speaker 3 (12:44):
So we need it. It's for the investigation. Okay, So
if you cooperate with us. I know you made a
comment to the principle that you don't want your husband
to find out.

Speaker 7 (12:54):
Is that correct?

Speaker 4 (12:55):
Well, I'm going through a divorce, so yeah, no, he
knows what's going on because I already been ready told him.

Speaker 3 (13:01):
Okay, So this will go one or two ways. Okay,
you could cooperate and give us your cell phone, or
I could pull the search warrant from behind my back
and we're going to go in and get it.

Speaker 2 (13:11):
Okay.

Speaker 7 (13:12):
So we're in a search level of house. We don't
we don't want to have to do that, but we're
able to.

Speaker 3 (13:16):
And I could provide the search warrants for every cell phone,
so I will take every cell phone in the house.

Speaker 2 (13:21):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (13:21):
So can I ask why you're hoping to take my
cell phone? Because it's the way I can get in
contact with my husband and the court.

Speaker 3 (13:29):
It's for the investigation of your your relationship with the student. Okay,
well the relationship with I don't want it, Okay, I
don't want to hear that right now.

Speaker 7 (13:39):
Okay, but that's what I'm telling you.

Speaker 3 (13:41):
What the warrants for us. I need your cell phone
or we're going to go in and get it.

Speaker 7 (13:45):
So here's a search warrant. Like I said, you get
a copy.

Speaker 4 (13:48):
Okay.

Speaker 7 (13:49):
So here's the other thing. Is it password protected?

Speaker 3 (13:53):
So you could give us the password so we could
go through do our investigation, or we're gonna take it
to the FBI building and get it dumped. Either way,
so we're gonna go through it. It's if you want
to cooperate, try and get it back quicker.

Speaker 4 (14:04):
I can unlock it really quick. If you don't, you
don't wine.

Speaker 3 (14:09):
Which in fact, we're just looking to make sure nothing's
being deleted.

Speaker 7 (14:12):
Okay, okay, do you want.

Speaker 3 (14:14):
To do it here ie mode look, and I'm going.

Speaker 4 (14:17):
To I was just gonna take the task really quick.

Speaker 7 (14:20):
Can you just give us the pass code?

Speaker 4 (14:22):
I can just unlock keep it unlocked.

Speaker 7 (14:24):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (14:24):
So at this point we have to preserve any evidence
anything we're looking for in our investigation.

Speaker 4 (14:29):
Okay, can watch me do it. I promise I won't
delete anything. I will do it from the screen march.

Speaker 3 (14:35):
All right, Mikaela. So before you say anything else, Okay,
I'm gonna be transparent with you. We have a warrant
for your rest, Okay, for it's contributing to the delinquency
of a minor. Okay, we got you on video, you
guys kissing being intimate.

Speaker 7 (14:51):
So I'm gonna need you to stand up.

Speaker 2 (14:52):
Okayan, can't done from either.

Speaker 7 (14:59):
Yeah, this is going to go No, no, no, come here.
I need you to put yours find your back now.

Speaker 1 (15:03):
Of course, when this stuff happens and other family is
at your house, they want to buck up to police.
Even though obviously Michayla isn't the wrong here, they don't
want to accept that. And it didn't go too well
when these family members tried to buck up to police.
At one point when they were going to arrest Mikayla,

(15:26):
they realized she didn't have her shoes on it and
it's cold. This is wintertime, it's freezing outside, and the
police were nice enough to say, hey, you want us
to go get your shoes. She said yes, and they
get a step in the residence and grab Mikayla some
shoes and here's what happened.

Speaker 3 (15:45):
One more time.

Speaker 7 (15:46):
I'm sure warned, get.

Speaker 3 (15:51):
Them back or I will arrest them. Get out of
my we.

Speaker 8 (15:58):
Have sex.

Speaker 4 (15:59):
One.

Speaker 8 (16:03):
I'm not stopping.

Speaker 3 (16:08):
Yes, you were in my face.

Speaker 1 (16:09):
I was at my door and I never left my door.

Speaker 3 (16:11):
And I didn't even open your door. I'm trying to
ask you to get her shoes, and you're acting like
a fool. We're trying to get her shoes and do
this calm, but why are you escalating this?

Speaker 7 (16:22):
What did I am mail?

Speaker 3 (16:23):
Did I show you? We had a story warrant? You
grab her shoes. We have a search warrant.

Speaker 7 (16:28):
You want to.

Speaker 3 (16:29):
Intimid Dady, not intimidating anything female. So you were not
when you stepped up to my sergeant. He knows me,
don't even want I don't even know you.

Speaker 8 (16:41):
I'm old, I'm on oxygen.

Speaker 4 (16:43):
IM.

Speaker 3 (16:46):
We just need some shoes for her. That's what we're
trying to do. My arm. You've already are you try
to do if we stand, we've already tried to break mynd. Okay,
we'll just hang out there. Then we're gonna be out
of here in a sexy He also native like, why
would I do that? Because you're being.

Speaker 7 (17:06):
There is involved in the City's a female right there?

Speaker 3 (17:10):
There wasn't right now, I'm right here.

Speaker 1 (17:15):
Oh hello, miss Stephanie. How have you been?

Speaker 3 (17:18):
How are you? Oh?

Speaker 1 (17:20):
Not very happy right now considering this idiot opened up
my door without author's Actually.

Speaker 3 (17:26):
I'm down presiding to me with a plus a two
of me. He knocked on the door, wrong body cam
and he opened the door.

Speaker 7 (17:36):
If you want to see that, there.

Speaker 5 (17:37):
Is two officers that have attacked an elderly gentleman under
your control right.

Speaker 3 (17:43):
Now, right okay, so fellow, right now, go ahead.

Speaker 1 (17:47):
Probably following charge against the whole city down two officers.

Speaker 3 (17:51):
Personally, we're gonna be out here if you need anything, charging.

Speaker 1 (17:57):
Them with the soul, okay, and I will expect you
to arrest him and that little right over there. So finally,
after all of this, Miss Ford, she gets landed in
the police cars. She gets brought to the station for
more questioning than to be booked, and it was during

(18:18):
seg questioning that Miss Ford gives her side of this story.
Listen to this collip.

Speaker 3 (18:25):
We're notified last week of what was caught on the camera.

Speaker 7 (18:29):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (18:30):
I know the principal try talking to you guys. From
what she said, obviously I wasn't there, right, so this
is your chance to talk. See what's going on. But
it was about the kiss that you guys had in
the corridor in the middle school.

Speaker 7 (18:43):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (18:44):
So with that being said, you know, we have the
warrant for you arrest for you know, contributing to the
delinquency of a minor and being fifteen.

Speaker 7 (18:54):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (18:54):
With that being said, I'm just gonna ask you some questions,
right tigure out what's going on, how you guys met
everything in between.

Speaker 7 (19:05):
With your miranda being read.

Speaker 3 (19:07):
At any point you want to stop talking, that's your
right to do so, okay, as long as you're aware
of that.

Speaker 7 (19:14):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (19:14):
So, was it like, was that like a good time
of day for him to like men to you?

Speaker 7 (19:20):
Was lunch?

Speaker 3 (19:21):
Is that when you guys would like meet and talk.

Speaker 4 (19:23):
And stuff and talk at lunch?

Speaker 6 (19:25):
And if I was at the high school, he would
come and see me with a bunch of kids in
the class because I would always sit in the classroom
whomever I was something for just because I don't really
have a car.

Speaker 3 (19:36):
I don't I walked on from.

Speaker 4 (19:37):
Places, so I'm like, there's no way are we to
do anything?

Speaker 6 (19:41):
Yeah, And so I just sit in the classroom and
I would you know, just be on my chane and
talk to my husband when I could, okay? And or
would he come and talk to me, like I said,
he did it with a bunch of kids in the class,
not ever alone. Would I always make sure it was
in a public area?

Speaker 4 (19:56):
I could just say that way there was any questions
okay about me dating a scenent which I am not
to me.

Speaker 2 (20:05):
I think he had like one friend that I don't
think here.

Speaker 3 (20:08):
He talks too. Oh yeah, Is that what kind of
gravitated you towards him on wanting to help him out?

Speaker 6 (20:17):
Yes, in a sense, because I again I was like
that as a kid, just because I knew.

Speaker 4 (20:21):
That being one read doesn't always help and having me
to talk to does. Okay, I think that's.

Speaker 6 (20:28):
What like, besides, you know, him being the only kid
in the classroom at the time, just because of everything,
the door was open, Thank gosh for that.

Speaker 2 (20:37):
Because I it was really really weird.

Speaker 3 (20:40):
Was that because it was.

Speaker 4 (20:41):
Advisory and weird about it. All the other kids got
to go to the gym I meet because that's great,
And it was just really weird because I was the
only person other than him was that was in the classroom.
There was somebody else strange.

Speaker 6 (20:57):
Kind of was like why I kind of wanted to
talk to him, like just to see if like he
was okay, if his family grace was because of like
what was going on was personal life, and like I said,
it was really one thing she talked about.

Speaker 3 (21:11):
Okay, you were aware obviously, like both his guns had
passed away.

Speaker 4 (21:16):
Right, Yeah, yeah, I did know that because he didn't
say that is recently and dad just stuck or I've
just died. Good class, I've I've been on the limp.

Speaker 2 (21:25):
My dad just passed to me last year took.

Speaker 3 (21:29):
Do you think that's where you two got a pretty
deep No, because I an emotional connection.

Speaker 7 (21:36):
Was because you guys both have.

Speaker 3 (21:37):
Experienced loss or it could what what do you think?
So let me ask this And I'm not trying to
say you're wrong to whatever reason, because that's not what.

Speaker 7 (21:46):
Drew you to him. What what made you I'm not.

Speaker 4 (21:48):
Having a whole lot of people to and.

Speaker 3 (21:52):
You felt like you were taking on, like like talking
to him. What kind of role would you say you
felt like you were trying to or you were helping him?

Speaker 7 (22:04):
Was it like a sister role? Was it a mother role?
Was it more like that grandfriend.

Speaker 6 (22:07):
Roll, your sisterly roll just because Mom's just that's a
lottle weird, especially since I didn't know how he felt
about his own parents or his step parents or.

Speaker 4 (22:19):
His adopted pancil with my firs they are at this point, okay.

Speaker 6 (22:23):
So I was just trying to be more of a sushrie.
You normally call him like my adopted brother, just because
I didn't want people to think who were deemed the
big work because he did.

Speaker 4 (22:30):
Talk to me a lot.

Speaker 7 (22:31):
So would you tell other people that you guys were.

Speaker 6 (22:34):
Adopted adopted just that way it wasn't like super weird
and that he was more like my brother.

Speaker 4 (22:39):
And I explained that to the principle to it like
I only see him as a brother. Okay, anything cool.

Speaker 3 (22:45):
So when you said that day you went, you realize
that you didn't want to work for the schools anymore
because you're divorce.

Speaker 4 (22:53):
It was mostly from my divorce because during like the
mid portion of the day, the morning, such the mid
portion of the day, I just kept like thinking back
to that I wasn't really there. I was more deal
with my own stuff and what it will effect with
a kid and stuck like that, and so my mindset
wasn't already on the kids, and for me, that's not okay.

(23:16):
The kids should come first in that situation.

Speaker 3 (23:20):
So what was the conversation between you and the principle then?

Speaker 6 (23:23):
So I told the principles that I understood what she
was what she was talking about, and I was like,
it was not supposed to happen. When he did it,
I was just really like taken by surprise because he's
never expressed how he felt about me in that way,
and I could put boundaries in place and that it
was never supposed to happen, and that I was sleeping.

Speaker 4 (23:43):
I was not comfortable and I didn't want it to
happen again. I didn't want to be dragged to jail
and stuff like that. And I told her that it
was mostly because I was not in the right mindset
because I was dealing with my divorce.

Speaker 6 (23:53):
And she then she called the sette to see if
she could take my badge, my badges badges.

Speaker 4 (23:59):
And I could co walk up and the day.

Speaker 3 (24:08):
You she stated that you made a comment that you
didn't want your husband to find out or please don't
tell my husband.

Speaker 4 (24:13):
I said that because I was gonna go tell him.
I tell my husband everything.

Speaker 7 (24:18):
Ye okay.

Speaker 6 (24:19):
I just didn't want her to call my husband and
you know, surprise and with all the information.

Speaker 4 (24:23):
Okay, just because my husband is, you know, more protective.

Speaker 6 (24:28):
Of me than you should probably be sometimes and I
didn't want him to go do something you would.

Speaker 3 (24:32):
Regret later, like going after this kid.

Speaker 4 (24:35):
Yeah, he was already. My husband's not in the right
mind sot. That's it is.

Speaker 3 (24:40):
So so your husband is aware, Yes, he is.

Speaker 4 (24:47):
Aware that it had happened, and then it wasn't supposed to.
He knew that I was talking to him when I
first started it, even tutoring him. I had tutored him
a couple of days one week because he was struggling
with so at the math, and I told I told
my husband about him. He knew, and I would come
home at a specific time.

Speaker 6 (25:07):
I always gave a specific time, but when it be
all our approximately would I'll be on because of the drive.
I don't normally drive by myself because I'm not licensed.

Speaker 3 (25:14):
Okay, So it's always a little Where would you tutor him.

Speaker 4 (25:18):
At his house when his parents was homes?

Speaker 3 (25:19):
Okay, I should have been home, so at his house?

Speaker 7 (25:22):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (25:24):
And how often was that when you were helping him
out with the school? It was only like twice twice total,
or like twice a week.

Speaker 4 (25:30):
Or okay, like it was only two times. And after that,
I wasn't.

Speaker 2 (25:34):
Really comfortable doing it.

Speaker 7 (25:37):
And why was that? Just?

Speaker 4 (25:39):
I don't feel comfortable in other people's houses to begin with.
I'm not a people person.

Speaker 2 (25:43):
I don't like a whole lot of people.

Speaker 4 (25:45):
I try to stick to myself. So it's a little weird.

Speaker 1 (25:47):
Okay. Now, at this point, the detective, he's working his
side of the interrogation perfectly. He is asking his questions
in a very calm manner. He's being very care careful
not to intimidate Mikayla. He's trying to act like he
can relate to her and hey, I've heard it all
and all this sort of stuff. And it's at this

(26:10):
point that he asked her about making out in that hallway,
and here's what she had to say.

Speaker 3 (26:17):
The kiss didn't concern you.

Speaker 6 (26:19):
There was more of of why I wanted to know
why he did it, but I didn't want to ask
him directly.

Speaker 4 (26:26):
I don't think I will ever I know why, which
is fine.

Speaker 3 (26:29):
Do you think you put yourself in a spot that
welcome to kiss?

Speaker 6 (26:33):
I probably did just by being kind and trying to
help somebody if he.

Speaker 4 (26:38):
Really needs it on it.

Speaker 3 (26:40):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (26:40):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (26:41):
I don't think nobody's questioning that he needs help, right.
I think could all agree that he needs help, for sure.

Speaker 4 (26:46):
I just was trying to be that person to be there.

Speaker 6 (26:49):
But like I told, like I told him when I
first heard this, that if he talked about hurting himself,
hurting somebody else, or him being in danger, I would
say something. But anything else he said to me was
really confidential. Again, it was mostly just about his.

Speaker 4 (27:06):
Michael and how his homework was doing.

Speaker 6 (27:10):
And I always make sure that he was okay with
his homework, just because I am the stuff.

Speaker 2 (27:14):
I do like to make sure that then cheams don't fail.

Speaker 4 (27:17):
Okay, I would do it for any kid almost it
would suggest I would have done it any kid.

Speaker 3 (27:22):
When you when you first started talking, did you know
how old he was?

Speaker 2 (27:29):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (27:30):
Okay, I kind of figured when he was a tenth grader.

Speaker 2 (27:33):
If you're about fifteen, tish.

Speaker 3 (27:36):
Okay, so you knew he was in tenth grade.

Speaker 8 (27:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (27:46):
Good.

Speaker 3 (27:47):
So then the next morning you went over. That's when
you were hugging him at the middle school.

Speaker 4 (27:51):
Yes, yes, I like him giving me a hug and
a tould him that I would never talk to him again.
This was the last time need to ever see me
or speak with me at this point, because I didn't
not what.

Speaker 3 (28:03):
The situation.

Speaker 1 (28:04):
Okay, so at this point it appears to be a
surprise kiss, at least that's what Mikayla was trying to
lead police to believe. Hey, I'm standing in the hallway
and he just basically jumps me and plants one right
on my lips. That is until the subject switched to

(28:26):
her cell phone. And what police may find when they
search that cell phone listen.

Speaker 3 (28:33):
To this any inappropriate pictures?

Speaker 4 (28:36):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (28:37):
Were there any sense?

Speaker 3 (28:39):
Because you know we can retrieve all.

Speaker 4 (28:40):
That, right, So I think I might have said what
that wasn't appropriate, but it wasn't meant for him. I
did delete it afterwards, just because I didn't need anything
strange for him. It was not met friend. It's meant
for my husband.

Speaker 2 (28:58):
But I think that might be don't, okay.

Speaker 3 (29:00):
And was any return from him, not that.

Speaker 4 (29:03):
I'm aware of. Again, I didn't. I didn't notice, just
because I don't keep talking for everything.

Speaker 7 (29:08):
Okay, So.

Speaker 3 (29:12):
You know this is my first day lawforceer right day.

Speaker 4 (29:15):
That's what I'm just saying. I don't know if there
was any that.

Speaker 7 (29:18):
Was always open, that's fine.

Speaker 3 (29:21):
What was the picture that was accidentally sent to just
me without my shirt? Okay, so nipples exposed? Quote any
of your vagina but nothing like that, okay, And.

Speaker 4 (29:34):
Like I said, it was just mys it was set
just accidentally.

Speaker 3 (29:37):
Sexual and and you're not aware of he sent you
any of his genitalia and anything like that. Did you
guys ever have intimate messages like sext and things.

Speaker 4 (29:47):
Like that I'm aware of, Okay.

Speaker 7 (29:52):
Not that you're aware. So there may.

Speaker 6 (29:53):
Be there might he might have set up something. But
again I don't answer love the messages work focused with
my husband and everything, So I could just be totally wrong.
He could have I put have said something else to
him that could have been mistakend as sex, sexty.

Speaker 4 (30:10):
And things like that.

Speaker 2 (30:11):
I'm not an author reasonship.

Speaker 3 (30:12):
I'm gonna be completely okay, So none that you remember
that he was like, hey, let's go have sex, or
your breasts look good, anything like the decompliment or say
anything when you sent it to him.

Speaker 4 (30:25):
I don't think he did. I'm again, I'm not a
honey percept.

Speaker 3 (30:28):
I could be Okay, is there anything on the phone.

Speaker 4 (30:32):
That may Probably a lot.

Speaker 6 (30:34):
I'm gonna be honest, probably a lot, because I don't
remember what I've sense talk.

Speaker 3 (30:39):
To a lot of people. So and here's why I
need you to be honest, right, because like I said this,
I could differ or differentry to say, Okay, I'm going
to go through your instagram. None of them were meant
for him, right, so I can roll that out.

Speaker 4 (30:51):
I saw what I did see.

Speaker 3 (30:54):
Because if there's a picture of saying you're dudes, right,
it's just use that for an example. Because you said
maybe it was from your husband. Yeah, I haven't known
that much. If he was to message you back and
be like, oh well tutoring it was fun. I can't
wait to see them again.

Speaker 7 (31:11):
Do you see how that looks?

Speaker 4 (31:13):
Okay? I said, I don't remember.

Speaker 3 (31:14):
And that's okay, And you know that's evidence, right, Okay,
So that's right if you're honest with that, right, you
see how good that looks compared to us having to
go out that way, and that's what we're going to use.

Speaker 6 (31:29):
Yeah, Okay, Like I said, I don't remember commented on
it or anything like that. Again, it was not meant
for him, and I know I sent it through messages,
but I don't remember it and I commented or anything
because I kind of just like stopped. You have my
phone at that point, and if I did, it was later.

Speaker 3 (31:50):
And I feel like, you know, I think you kind
of I wouldn't say maybe necessarily trust me, but I
think you know I'm treating you with respect, right, And
I'm sure I'm just.

Speaker 6 (31:58):
Trying to be as honest as I completely beat Again,
I don't remember all I've said to him through messages
and what.

Speaker 4 (32:05):
All we've talked about. I'm even to be completely honest.

Speaker 2 (32:07):
I could a black hair.

Speaker 3 (32:08):
Okay, did you guys have a sexual relationship?

Speaker 4 (32:12):
Again, I'm not that I'm aware of. I have not
had any sexss home.

Speaker 6 (32:16):
I get I could have that message him doing the
other thing that we were talking about, but I get it.

Speaker 3 (32:22):
Wasn't because I was Okay, have you has he mistakenly
or have you mistakenly seen his penis?

Speaker 4 (32:30):
No, not that I'm aware of. Okay, So I'm gonna
be honest with that. I've got aware of. Okay, and
if he did, it's a piece with that. It wouldn't
I wouldn't.

Speaker 7 (32:37):
Have so.

Speaker 3 (32:40):
Okay, So then let me say this one more time
and I'm gonna give you one more opportunity and then
we'll stop there.

Speaker 7 (32:47):
Okay, We're gonna.

Speaker 3 (32:48):
Get his phone, okay, so everything you know, we're gonna
have everything on your phone. We're gonna have everything on
his phone.

Speaker 7 (32:57):
Okay.

Speaker 6 (32:58):
Like I said, I'm gonna be a completely on who
got little about what I'm all let's say, and I'm going.

Speaker 2 (33:02):
To be complete on it.

Speaker 4 (33:03):
You're gonna what sorry, being completely honest, I don't remember
what I said tim or said there or I need
to get that just because I have all.

Speaker 1 (33:11):
Here, kol.

Speaker 3 (33:12):
Did you ever feel like you needed to have sex
with him? No, he never co worded you or threatened
you that if you didn't.

Speaker 7 (33:19):
Because I know how big he looks like a man.

Speaker 3 (33:21):
Right, let's be honest for me fifteen he looks like
he's in his twenties.

Speaker 4 (33:25):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (33:25):
Yeah, me and my husband, you know, we might be
you know, having a divorce and.

Speaker 4 (33:31):
Going through our own thing.

Speaker 2 (33:32):
But it would never have problem for that, Okay.

Speaker 4 (33:35):
And again, like I said, I don't remember because again
I have not been midtally here.

Speaker 3 (33:39):
Okay, if what would you say? Because I want to
give when I look through it, I want to be
able to tell the DA that she told me this, right,
not that I had to go looking for it and
this is what I found.

Speaker 1 (33:53):
Right.

Speaker 3 (33:54):
What do you think would be the worst thing I'm
going to find.

Speaker 6 (33:56):
On probably besides the story, the and the picture of course, probably.

Speaker 4 (34:04):
Something that Again, but I could have said it.

Speaker 6 (34:08):
Like describing how I would like have sex with my
husband basically allay.

Speaker 4 (34:14):
But again I'm again I'm not sure what I said.

Speaker 3 (34:17):
Okay, so you're just telling him how you have sex
with your husband, not necessarily how you have sex with him.

Speaker 6 (34:21):
Yeah, And it could just be like me just saying it,
like if I was saying it's my husband and since
about like Michigan eating so or things like that, So
it could have been taken wrong, Okay.

Speaker 3 (34:31):
And what was the reasoning for that, just trying to
like tell him this is how sex works or he like,
did you know just.

Speaker 6 (34:40):
I was was trying to sit talk to my husband
And again I could have just mistake said.

Speaker 4 (34:47):
It to him, not me too.

Speaker 3 (34:48):
And I'm mentally not care well. And that's what I'm saying, right,
I'm not saying a grant word. I'm trying to just
get because when I have to, I can, you know,
fill out this report? Yeah, like I would like to say,
you know, Mikayla set the message saying that you know,
I like to.

Speaker 4 (35:05):
Do you or or whatever.

Speaker 3 (35:09):
But then I want to put but she was talking
about doing this with her. Does that make sense?

Speaker 2 (35:14):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (35:15):
That's why I don't know all I've said, and most
of it should have been for my husband at that time.

Speaker 4 (35:20):
It should not have been meant for him.

Speaker 2 (35:21):
Things like that.

Speaker 4 (35:22):
I just don't remember what I've said. He gave you
a completely honest answer to that question.

Speaker 3 (35:28):
And that's fine, right, And I just wanted to give
you that chance to talk about that because you know,
after this point, when I go through the phone, it's
just whatever I find.

Speaker 7 (35:37):
Does that make sense?

Speaker 3 (35:38):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (35:38):
So, like I said, I thought, I've got to be
completely honest with you. I do not know what I
have said to.

Speaker 3 (35:43):
Would there be any reason that said you guys physically connected?

Speaker 4 (35:48):
There shouldn't be put again, I don't know how he feels.

Speaker 3 (35:52):
Okay, so physically like you guys masturbayed together, you guys
kiss some more, you guys, you know, there should not
be But again, why would it if he was to
say that, why would he say that fantasy?

Speaker 4 (36:08):
To be honest, he could have just wanted me and
without telling me and made it up. I'm gonna be
ounce okay.

Speaker 3 (36:15):
And if he says and if he discloses something to say,
oh yeah, we had sex doing tutoring, right, No, no, no, no,
what you're saying, and then there's a message that somewhat
validates that, right.

Speaker 7 (36:27):
Do you see how that looks?

Speaker 4 (36:28):
Yeah? And like I said, there shouldn't be any of that. Again,
I've got.

Speaker 2 (36:31):
Sure what he has to tell you.

Speaker 3 (36:33):
All right, I'm okay. You said there shouldn't be shit, Okay,
there either is or there is.

Speaker 6 (36:38):
Well, again, like I said, I don't remember a whole
lot that was going on to this tie fling.

Speaker 4 (36:42):
I just metically not been there and which is why
I send them by.

Speaker 3 (36:46):
And could there okay, and then we could use that
as well. But could there have been a physical interaction
that you just don't remember because of all this stuff
you're going through?

Speaker 4 (36:55):
Could be, I would say not.

Speaker 3 (37:00):
And if you can't remember anything, what would be the
physical interaction that you would be.

Speaker 4 (37:05):
Touching, touching, touching baby in his hand, or.

Speaker 3 (37:09):
Touching like a shoulder or something.

Speaker 2 (37:11):
What else that's about it that I can think of? Again,
I'm thought sure.

Speaker 4 (37:15):
I'm want to be honest, I'm not sure because mentley
have not been here. I'm going to be comfty.

Speaker 3 (37:19):
So is there a chance that he could say, you
guys had sex and you just don't remember having it?

Speaker 4 (37:25):
No, No, I would remember.

Speaker 3 (37:26):
If AD's actually then okay. And what about seeing each
other's private parts? I guess is there a.

Speaker 4 (37:32):
Chance there could have been a chance that he saw
or he set me something, but I would not. Okay,
these eyes.

Speaker 2 (37:39):
And I could be honest it was yours?

Speaker 7 (37:41):
Yeah, yeah, you've been forthcoming.

Speaker 3 (37:43):
With that and said I know.

Speaker 6 (37:44):
There's a couple of them that they won me from
my husband that were just set to the living.

Speaker 4 (37:48):
One person again, my husband.

Speaker 7 (37:49):
So all of them were meant for your husband.

Speaker 6 (37:51):
Yeah, they should have builded good too, should have had
on sofa with her.

Speaker 3 (37:56):
So only two maybe, but they were meant for your husband. Yes,
and that was through just the text message. Yeah, four photos,
would it still be in your photos?

Speaker 6 (38:08):
One of them might have been, but the other one
shook me. Could I delete my photos pretty regularly because
I need to keep the room.

Speaker 3 (38:15):
See, like, if there was an intimate physical relationship, we
need to discuss that with you, we need to discuss
it with him. We need to figure out was that
consensual between both of you guys?

Speaker 5 (38:27):
Right?

Speaker 7 (38:27):
Does that make sense?

Speaker 3 (38:29):
Because that changes a lot of stuff, right, But that's
why we need to know this stuff. If not, we
go off of what the evidence on the phone shows us.
And like I said, you've been forthcoming.

Speaker 6 (38:40):
Probably was consensual on some of the stuff. But again,
I mean we haven't really neless.

Speaker 4 (38:46):
Every care and what would that Resisions aren't probably the
right line, that's.

Speaker 7 (38:51):
Fine, And what would that be consensual of what?

Speaker 3 (38:54):
Maybe the sex ty okay, the sex.

Speaker 4 (38:57):
Thing at least that hard because again I know, kids, Mikila.

Speaker 7 (39:02):
I'm not here to judge you one day, okay, So.

Speaker 6 (39:05):
So I'm gonna say that and just like touching his
shoulder maybe, And that's that's why.

Speaker 7 (39:10):
I like touching shoulder.

Speaker 6 (39:12):
Yeah, I don't really try to touch people just Okay,
to be honest, I did, I did was consented on rugs.
That's because I give all kids hugs because matter what
age you are, just because a lot of I will,
however distrectful how I can be all the time, because
so I consent to that because.

Speaker 3 (39:28):
I like people to be a okay, and what would
the sex thing can like consist of?

Speaker 4 (39:35):
What was something I would send to my husband? Okay,
that kind of stuff.

Speaker 3 (39:39):
What's like a normal example, like I said, you're never
in here I tell people because you know, sometimes I
get embarrassed. Right, there's nothing I've seen or heard in
this profession.

Speaker 6 (39:48):
I don't know what he would have said, but for me,
it would have just been like describing how I have
sex with my husband, but like putting it in the
first person, just because it's not as awkward and first
person w the third.

Speaker 4 (40:00):
I'll be honest with that. MS just like that kind
of stuff, just how I would have sex with mask,
but just to clear my own mind.

Speaker 3 (40:09):
And you meant it for him? No, you were just
just a general conversation conversation.

Speaker 4 (40:14):
I'm just saying that.

Speaker 7 (40:15):
No, no, no, yeah, I just need to make sure.

Speaker 6 (40:17):
That's and if he's anything, it's just probably you know,
I consented to it, just so that way he gets
step off of this more.

Speaker 4 (40:25):
I don't know anything else. I'm gonna be honest, but
st of that, I did consent, like the hugging, the
touch he gets. What about let the pictures know?

Speaker 3 (40:36):
Okay? Did he ever touch your breasts?

Speaker 1 (40:38):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (40:39):
Did you guys ever talk about him touching your breasts?
Your private parts?

Speaker 4 (40:44):
Again the sex game part? Maybe he did, but I'm
not an octompersition.

Speaker 2 (40:48):
Sure?

Speaker 3 (40:49):
And did you ever compliment on his pictures?

Speaker 2 (40:52):
Not that I'm aware of.

Speaker 4 (40:54):
Never, be honest that I'm more because I don't know
if he said.

Speaker 3 (40:56):
Any never compliment on this penis thing like that?

Speaker 4 (41:00):
And if I did it, it was probably at a mistake,
a mistake that it probably happened not thinking clearly, so mistakenly.

Speaker 3 (41:07):
Yuh, would you say complimenting or like just talking about it?

Speaker 7 (41:12):
What would what's complimenting?

Speaker 3 (41:14):
Complimenting this penis?

Speaker 2 (41:15):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (41:17):
If if I even did, I don't. I could have
just changed.

Speaker 2 (41:21):
The subject to be answer I tend to do that.

Speaker 7 (41:23):
What Okay? So he would send you a penis pick?

Speaker 3 (41:26):
You just try and change the conversation if he did, ye,
would that happen quite a bit? Would you like that
he would just send an unsolicited something that you weren't
aware of. Okay, so you knew it was coming, or.

Speaker 4 (41:39):
If he's in it to me, no, I wouldn't have.

Speaker 3 (41:41):
Okay, so sorry, and I don't want to sound uh
the unsolicited.

Speaker 7 (41:45):
Do you kind of understand what that means?

Speaker 3 (41:46):
Yes? Okay, So when you would send it, you just
had no idea what was coming, and then you would
change the subject. Okay, Okay, yeah, that's good.

Speaker 4 (41:55):
I'll just be honest. I could probably just changed this
subject as much as I could.

Speaker 1 (41:58):
Okay, I'm gonna just right in right here, and I'm
going to say first clue that someone is lying. If
they say the phrase quote I'm just gonna be honest
every other sentence, they are probably not being honest. Now,
Mikayla has spent this whole time easing into a confession,

(42:23):
and this detective is so good. She doesn't even realize
she's doing it. But so far, she said it was
a kiss the student surprised her with. Then she confessed
to sending him new picks under the pretense that she
meant to send them to her husband. Then she admitted

(42:43):
to sexting with this kid, and she was claiming she
was talking about how she would have sex with her
husband but would put it in third person because she
said it was easier for her. So at this point,
the detective he starts asking Mikayla about the lated messages,
and here's how she explains that, I.

Speaker 4 (43:05):
Don't have a lot of us it is I delete
bust of mine.

Speaker 3 (43:08):
Yeah, so I'm would.

Speaker 4 (43:09):
Be completely honest. I delete a lot of my information
so it's not there.

Speaker 3 (43:13):
Okay, So you see how this is going to be
tampering with evidence.

Speaker 4 (43:16):
Yeah, Like I said, I delete everything on a databay
day basis, just to keep it, you know, from backing
up the phone.

Speaker 3 (43:22):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (43:23):
So I'm going to be honest.

Speaker 3 (43:24):
Why didn't you disclose that to me earlier? Only I
not remember if I.

Speaker 2 (43:27):
Did it enough it.

Speaker 4 (43:28):
I was just going to tell.

Speaker 2 (43:29):
You you got back that I probably deleted a lot
of our messages, so.

Speaker 3 (43:33):
Okay, So where would I go to get those messages
from you? Delete them?

Speaker 4 (43:36):
I have them. I'm not that tech.

Speaker 3 (43:38):
Savvy, okay, So but I do your Okay, So when
I do the phone dump, I'm going to charge you
with tamperaine on all accounts because.

Speaker 4 (43:47):
Of that, because I didn't remember that.

Speaker 3 (43:50):
No, because we know why you deleted it.

Speaker 2 (43:52):
Okay, you understand my messages from everyone, it's not just okay.

Speaker 3 (44:01):
So if I go through your phone and I find
a thread from somebody else that was our kind, do
you see how that's tampering with evidence?

Speaker 7 (44:09):
You're hiding that?

Speaker 4 (44:11):
Okay? Okay again, I didn't.

Speaker 2 (44:14):
I didn't know.

Speaker 4 (44:14):
I've just I delete everything all the time, so it's
not just that I will yet.

Speaker 3 (44:21):
How about well we'll see what comes from his phone.

Speaker 2 (44:25):
Yes, just let eat.

Speaker 3 (44:30):
We take it to the FBI building. Anything that's deleted,
anything that's you know, archived, whatever, it all gets dumped
on a hard drive and could see everything. Deleted messages,
deleted pictures, deleted accounts, everything.

Speaker 7 (44:44):
That's why.

Speaker 3 (44:46):
But it's on here right, looks better than us having
to go and dump it. We still get what we wanted.

Speaker 6 (44:52):
In mind, I said, I don't remember deleting most of
my stuff, and I do. I know, I do it
a lot when i'm you know, years.

Speaker 4 (44:58):
Yeah, I just.

Speaker 2 (44:59):
I think it's it's about of bike clean. I didn't
so I will be up to bad.

Speaker 4 (45:02):
Okay, So I am so sorry they're not talking like that.
Clear just because I didn't work over until now we
began to think thing on Facebook.

Speaker 3 (45:12):
I don't release pop out there.

Speaker 4 (45:14):
For the what sorry you're Facebook nice smer.

Speaker 2 (45:17):
I don't people out there because I get a lot
of text messages from r papro but like, okay.

Speaker 4 (45:24):
Just because I don't deal with my messages are very often.

Speaker 3 (45:30):
So after this, what happens, uh, depending on where we go,
and then we'll be going to jail. You're picking, I
mean based off everything you know. You don't have anything,
So we'll go up with what his phone shows and

(45:50):
then from there, like I said, you'll you know, I'm
not stupid. I know why messages were deleted. Okay, this
is my first day in my life, but.

Speaker 4 (46:02):
I probably deleted it just because it's sports to have it.
I usually do.

Speaker 6 (46:05):
But there could have been stuff on that that I
don't remember, and I and I was being.

Speaker 3 (46:10):
One of that I don't remember. I like the finding
I said, I what we talked about it, stuff like that.

Speaker 4 (46:17):
I know a lot of thems you asking you piece
okay school fit piece during O being school stuff like that.
But again, other than that, I don't really no, no
me emotionally not here mentally about year because I begin
I'm going through myself.

Speaker 3 (46:35):
Okay that I.

Speaker 6 (46:37):
Just wanted to be completely honest, because I probably did.
Now that I'm thinking about stuff, I'm really tying.

Speaker 4 (46:43):
Ton't remember a lot.

Speaker 3 (46:46):
All the messages would have helped. That's all I could say.

Speaker 4 (46:49):
Like I said, I'm so sorry about that. I did
not remember. I don't blanking my messages.

Speaker 3 (46:59):
I know.

Speaker 4 (47:00):
That's why with my good say.

Speaker 2 (47:01):
I love you, but it was like I love you
as like our relationship just like sisut things.

Speaker 3 (47:08):
Because but because there's no other messages to otherwise.

Speaker 4 (47:11):
Yeah, I'm just letting you know that whatever's there, that's ugly. Whatever.

Speaker 3 (47:16):
Steak Jim, did you see what happened in Texas today?

Speaker 1 (47:24):
Wait before you tell me that, let me tell you
what happened in New York. It cannot be as crazy
as the case I told you about yesterday in Louisiana.
You know what, we should do a podcast about it.

Speaker 4 (47:34):
And with that we did. Crime War Weekly covers the
crime news headlines that have dominated the week.

Speaker 1 (47:39):
We cover trending crimes from all over the country, and
even sprinkle in a few globally.

Speaker 4 (47:46):
Crime War Weekly is available now wherever you listen to
your podcasts.

Speaker 1 (47:49):
Simply by searching Crime War Weekly or clicking the link
in the description of this podcast. So what is so
shocking from here? Is even under this questioning by detectives,
she starts asking about what will happen with the student

(48:13):
And I found this interesting because it's not It almost
appeared to me she wasn't asking out of concern, but
she was asking more out of if I'm going to
get in trouble. He's going to get in trouble, I
would be curious to what your thoughts are. Listen to
this club.

Speaker 4 (48:32):
What happens to him?

Speaker 3 (48:36):
Just a jet Uh?

Speaker 7 (48:39):
I mean nothing really, I mean.

Speaker 3 (48:43):
You know, he's got to go through this whole thing.
He'll get his phone back if we eat, I find that.

Speaker 2 (48:52):
He can, right, I'm just like secret general say.

Speaker 7 (49:01):
What uh what do you want?

Speaker 4 (49:03):
Still I can't like like for me, like what happens
sim Like that's the gate in case like things so
bad stuff? What happens sim I know? What have Oh
it happened to him?

Speaker 3 (49:18):
Any more detailed?

Speaker 4 (49:20):
I don't. I'm sorry, I don't take screen.

Speaker 3 (49:23):
Yeah, I mean, I'll help you out as much as Canda.

Speaker 7 (49:25):
I'm not sure what where.

Speaker 6 (49:27):
I know, I'll go to jail, like what happens to headless?

Speaker 4 (49:30):
He I'm gonna like have repercussions too, or like just
in gentment.

Speaker 7 (49:37):
I mean he might go get a uh, you know,
mental health check up for sure.

Speaker 4 (49:42):
I definitely pat what I'm maybe els, but.

Speaker 3 (49:45):
I don't know off the top of my head, I don't.
I mean, he's not going to be arrested or anything.

Speaker 4 (49:50):
You know, I know I would.

Speaker 2 (49:52):
I'm just questioning just because things don't ut so the detective.

Speaker 1 (49:57):
He then stops playing mister Knight, and he calls Mikayla
out on all of her bullshit, even quotes some of
their text exchanges. And you won't believe what this sounded like.

Speaker 7 (50:14):
I know you guys had sex.

Speaker 3 (50:17):
It's very clear, Okay, So at what point was that initiated?
And who initiate made you haven't had that?

Speaker 4 (50:25):
Go bro, that's the thing we.

Speaker 3 (50:26):
Haven't, okay, And you're gonna stick with that. I'm being honest, though,
So are you fifteen years older than them?

Speaker 4 (50:37):
Yes, I'll be honest. I was born to night board.

Speaker 3 (50:43):
The next day, she went back and did something she
was not supposed to. She kissed them like nothing else,
then laid and then led to them having sex in.

Speaker 4 (50:52):
This back again how I was stealing at the time.

Speaker 3 (50:56):
That was all they both needed. They were perfect together.

Speaker 6 (51:00):
And like I said, I haven't been bahmano here and
I could just be expressed, ohandail about my husband.

Speaker 3 (51:06):
And like I said, that that was so we both
know this isn't about your husband. Okay. That's I'm giving
you a lot of the benefit of the doubt on
a lot of this stuff.

Speaker 7 (51:16):
Okay, I am.

Speaker 3 (51:18):
We both know that this message is not about your husband.

Speaker 7 (51:21):
Can we agree to that?

Speaker 4 (51:23):
But it could be like, I don't know how I
was feeling.

Speaker 3 (51:25):
Because you are you fifteen years older than your husband?

Speaker 4 (51:28):
Sometimes I wish I was.

Speaker 3 (51:29):
No, are you fifteen years No, I's been seven years
old with them, Okay, so stop playing that game, kayla. Okay,
But I could feel like that, tont but I don't
want I did. I didn't ask if you feel that way.

Speaker 7 (51:43):
I asked if you're fifteen years older than it?

Speaker 4 (51:45):
Yes, And like I said, that wasn't what I was
trying to say. I'm just saying that those are how
I feel. It's not like I have done anything.

Speaker 3 (51:54):
Okay, So that's just go through this. So you call
him your hero, because that was the name of the song.

Speaker 2 (52:08):
Bye Killer.

Speaker 3 (52:09):
Okay, so this happened yesterday, Right, you're sad?

Speaker 7 (52:16):
Why I miss you? I miss you too?

Speaker 3 (52:20):
But what is tmr.

Speaker 4 (52:25):

Speaker 3 (52:26):
Yeah, because I miss you too, But.

Speaker 6 (52:28):
I don't know a whole lot of the textans I
know you are, I O M on other news. But
again he's I think he knew, says it as like
I don't know or I don't know.

Speaker 4 (52:44):
I got, I d K and l oil okay, okay,
so and I get said a lot of it's just
how I like, we're gonna.

Speaker 3 (52:54):
Be okay, Yes, we will, I hope, so we will promise,
I promise, Okay, I can trust you, okay, being but
since she was us, I'm glad you didn't grab my dick.

Speaker 7 (53:05):
I feel a bit better.

Speaker 3 (53:07):
Just wish I was there. And boy was I right
not to do so?

Speaker 4 (53:11):
Well, I get I wasn't supposed to say anya bad.

Speaker 3 (53:15):
I haven't meant I was gonna, But I'm glad I
did it. Yeah, yeah, why didn't you though I knew
we would have been caught. Oh yeah, well, ig, I
guess tomorrow morning you won't come see me? Yeah, okay,
just because I can't. Sorry, it's okay, I love you, babe.

(53:36):
I love you too, Princess. What's wrong? None?

Speaker 7 (53:39):
And why I feel like you're mad at No?

Speaker 3 (53:42):
I am smelling hoodie while I have it good? Really?

Speaker 7 (53:45):
Yes?

Speaker 3 (53:46):
Why because I give to you for reason? What is
it your reason?

Speaker 7 (53:50):
My hoodie?

Speaker 3 (53:50):
I get that. What was your reason for giving me
the hoodie? You wanted it and smells like you, so
I wanted it. Yeah, it is the only way I'm
going to get through this long distance and go yeah
for a while. Then once I get out, I'll be
able to be with you.

Speaker 7 (54:08):
These people are.

Speaker 3 (54:09):
Crazy, dumb or whatever you mean everybody. You're gonna be
okay with this full? Well, yeah, gonna have to be,
I know, babe. But once I have my place, you
could stay with me. Then we don't have to be
so far apart. Plus, I'm getting you a ring for Christmas, yes,
being I love you. I love you too, my hero

(54:29):
Pumpkin still here.

Speaker 4 (54:31):
And the ring was member Mass but not for am
I done bring that.

Speaker 2 (54:37):
Cause I had shot my husband.

Speaker 4 (54:41):
Met show me as without ring and I think I
sent it to the lock.

Speaker 3 (54:44):
I say, yeah, so yeah, I do remember that.

Speaker 7 (54:53):
Why are you guys calling each other husband wipe again?

Speaker 6 (54:56):
I did wasn't met for for that, I Mike phone
automatically does certain auto messages, autosims and auto criks. So
when I'm trying to see something in smilies, right, I
do know to okay, because I've had.

Speaker 8 (55:15):
That happen a lot.

Speaker 4 (55:17):
I'll mean one thing in its strung.

Speaker 2 (55:19):
Right thing, and I call everybody baby booth so that
I need love.

Speaker 4 (55:25):
It's just how I charge.

Speaker 1 (55:27):
So at this point you can see why I'm so
insistent about exposing all these bad teachers. Those texts exchanges,
the detective just read out, I mean, she had this
fifteen year old boy thinking they were getting married. They
were calling each other husband and wife, talking about wedding rings.

(55:52):
So police did manage to pull some things off miss
Ford's phone after all this, including two topless picks she
thought were deleted, some picks of them, making out which
one of those picks was the student's wallpaper on his
cell phone. They recovered several texts, including one exchange where

(56:18):
the student asked her if she was going to cry
when he put it in her ass again, to which
she replied no. They then both went into detail on
whether to use lube again, and MICHAELA replied quote starts
slowly and gently them. Once I can take it, you

(56:42):
can do it faster and harder. Just remember I'm not breakable.
That's a direct quote. In another conversation, miss Ford tells
this fifteen year old boy she wants to wear a
collar that has a lock on it and says, Daddy's girl.

(57:06):
And and yet another message, she sends a topless photo
to Ak and he sends a picture of his penis
back and she replies, I want all of you. So
Mikayla Ford gets charged with multiple charges related to sex exploitation, obviously,

(57:29):
and she actually goes to jail, but she's released on
a cashless bond on her own recogniance. And since then,
since November of twenty twenty four, nearly a year ago,
guess what, no updates. Nothing. Zero. So if you're a

(57:52):
listener in New Mexico, message me and let me know
what's going on with this case because there is no
updates online. I don't even know if they're covering it there.
But y'all, this is the fucking problem. This is the problem.
This stuff gets swept under rugs, and a lot of

(58:15):
times it's because it's female teachers and male students and
it's just not considered as bad. But can you not
see with what I just covered today how manipulated this
kid was by this teacher. He thought they were getting
married after he graduated high school and she has a daughter,

(58:37):
an elementary age daughter. Insanity. Thank you so much for listening.
