Burnout, Hustle Culture & Women - Exposing the Hidden Reality | Season 5 | Episode 7

Burnout, hustle culture, and the invisible emotional load!!!.  These are the topics that we need to discuss and challenge.  Why?  Because these challenges are all too familiar for women in the workplace.

In this episode of Exploring the Hidden Reality, we talk with Claire Campion, a career and leadership coach with 20 years of HR experience at Google and Grammarly.

Together, we explore how women can manage their careers with intention, advocate for ourselves, and thrive without sacrificing our well-being.

About Claire Campion:
Claire Campion is a career and transition coach who helps high-achieving women navigate burnout, reinvention, and the messy middle of figuring out what’s next.

She spent over two decades in tech, including 11 years at Google as a People Business Partner, supporting executives and teams through layoffs, restructures, and rapid growth. The work was meaningful, but the emotional toll slowly accumulated. After reaching burnout, Claire took a leap to Grammarly, thinking a smaller company with a mission she loved might be the antidote.
But even with the change of scenery, the deeper questions remained.

Leaving behind her corporate identity wasn’t a quick decision, but it became a turning point. Today, Claire helps women who feel stuck, drained, or unfulfilled realign their careers with who they truly are. Her coaching is grounded in lived experience, emotional honesty, and a belief that confidence can be rebuilt, even after a difficult chapter.

She holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management and completed the CHRO Program at the Wharton School.

She’s Irish, based in San Francisco, and passionate about helping women reclaim their power, rewrite the rules, and move forward on their own terms.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
