About Renée Adams
Hey there! I’m Renée Adams a habitual and social drinker turned Certified Sober Curious and Mindset Coach. I help grey area drinkers, high achievers, athletes and curious humans rethink their relationship with alcohol so they can reconnect with purpose, clarity, and confidence.
After leaving my corporate job to chase a career in fitness coaching, and failing, I found myself lost and searching for purpose. That’s when I had to face a hard truth: I couldn’t create the life I wanted until I understood why alcohol played such a big role in it. My turning point came in 2023 when I embraced a sober(ish) lifestyle and finally uncovered the habits, beliefs, and blocks holding me back. That journey was the catalyst I needed to make lasting change and now I help others navigate their own transformations using firsthand experience, solution-focused mindset techniques, and the power of neuroplasticity.
