The little guys kind of tuckered out.

Right now, his wife had a tuck him in bed
with their with their Pittsburgh Steelers blanket.

Speaker 3 (02:03):
I mean, I wish they could talk shit about them,
but I can't because I'm not an adult at all,
and I don't wake up early in the morning.

Speaker 1 (02:10):
So I have to be up early tomorrow.

Speaker 4 (02:12):
So let's get moving. We are here to talk about
well we are going to. This episode is about the
quarterback rankings.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
And we're gonna go through the list. We're gonna go
through Dave Richard from CBS Sports. We're gonna go through
his list, and we're gonna give you where we have
said players.

Speaker 4 (02:29):
But first, real quick, we're gonna make up for lost
time because uh, we got a little behind on schedule
because fucking Chaz is always busy, that fucking son of
a bitch. And we're gonna give you our quick top
ten rankings of our tight ends real quick. Maybe have
a quick discussion, but then we're gonna move on to
all quarterbacks all the time. Sound good to you, guys,
love It sounds good to meet og okay, And I'm

(02:50):
gonna start things off with I think I think I
might be on an island here at this number one
and this number two position. But for number one, I
have old man River, Travis Kelcey gona do He's gonna
do it again. Yes, Sam Laporta did better last year,
but Travis Kelsey's gonna be.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
Number one and back from the grave.

Speaker 4 (03:06):
I think Mark Andrews is gonna be number two. So
we're gonna go Kelsey, Andrews, Laporta, Dalton Kincaid what at
number four because I think he's gonna be Josh's go
to guy and have a big year.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
Trey McBride at five, George Kittle at six. Uh, I
got Kyle Pitts at seven, Evan Ingram at eight, David
and Joker at.

Speaker 4 (03:26):
Nine, and Pat Fryar Youth actually at ten because I
think Russell Wilson, if it's him, is gonna lean on
the tight end. So again for me, Kelsey, Andrews, Laporter, Kinkaid, McBride, Kittle,
Evan Ingram, Kyle Pitts and.

Speaker 1 (03:39):
Joku and Friar Muth. You guys got any problems with
Kelsey and Andrews being number one and two?

Speaker 2 (03:45):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (03:45):
I h nope. I have Kelsey and Andrews's one and
two as well.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
Oh Dave, you're on an island. What's your problem.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
Let's go. I mean, I'm taking Laporta first. I think
I think they've they've proven that they want to use Laporta.
He had a ridiculous target share, and I'm knocking a lie.
I also have Kelsey at number two, so I think
he bounces back in a big way. But yeah, I
don't know. I just I think what Laporta did last
year was insane. And I think, you know Dan CAMPBELLI
kind of finds something that he loves to do and

(04:13):
just fucking beats it into the ground.

Speaker 4 (04:15):
So yeah, and that's called run the ball with David Montgomery.
That's what's gonna happen. That's what I worry about. I
worry about Laporta's usage because you're right, he had an
insane year. It's just kind of an odd ear and
I don't think it's I don't think it's replicable. But
I mean, I have him at three. It's not like
I think he's going to be trash. But I just
think Kelsey's the number one, and I think people are
kind of forgetting about Mark Andrews. He's the only game

(04:37):
in town for fucking the raigning NFL MVP right now.

Speaker 1 (04:41):
So that's why.

Speaker 5 (04:43):
And of course again the Ravens don't have anybody else
to throw to.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
You know, Adam, you started what you want in too,
so go ahead what you got last?

Speaker 6 (04:52):
Yeah, one and two, I got Kelsey and Andrews. My
three is Laporta. I mean I think it's I don't
disagree with Dave at all. I think he could be
up there too, but I love Laporta. I had him
on one of my teams last year, absolutely solid.

Speaker 2 (05:06):
Four.

Speaker 6 (05:07):
I have George Kittle, five, I have Kincaid six, I
have Ninjoku seven, Evan Ingram, eight, Trey McBride nine, Friar
Youth and ten Jake Ferguson.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
Okay, pretty low on McBride there, that's surprising.

Speaker 6 (05:24):
Yeah, I am only because you know Kyler's coming back,
and we know what Kyler does is.

Speaker 1 (05:32):
He was actually with Kyler last year. That's why I
think people he was.

Speaker 6 (05:35):
And I'm not disagreeing. And you know, McBride finished tenth
last year and of course right for a half season
when Kyler came back and you know whatever, it was
week ten or so. But yeah, that's where I'm at
cool and what you got?

Speaker 3 (05:52):
David, Sam Laporta won two, Travis Kelsey. I'm actually super
high on Trey McBride this year, so I put him
on three, number four, Mark Andrews five, George Kittle, number six,
Dalton Kincaid seven, and get Evan Ingram eight, David and
Joku nine, Jake Ferguson and ten. I actually have brock
Bowers Brockbars.

Speaker 4 (06:10):
That's not a bad one. Of course, I'm the only
one beating the Kyle Pitts drumming man. I had him
at fucking seven. It's not like he's high, but I
just think he has the talent and we all had
Did you have fire moves in the ten two?

Speaker 1 (06:20):
I did not know?

Speaker 4 (06:20):
Okay you didn't, so me and Adam did. We actually
were all a little higher. I feeling en Joku than
most people, and that's smart. I feel that's a smart
call because we all had him in the top ten,
and a couple of the lists I seen didn't have
him in the top ten.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
So look at us being ahead of the curve. Maybe
all right, So we just wanted to catch up, catch
you up on the tight ends episode, so that could
have we could have had a lot of discussion, but
alas I fucked it up.

Speaker 4 (06:42):
But we're moving on to the quarterbacks. Oh, big news
and football. A couple of injuries. Oh no, a couple
of injuries.

Speaker 1 (06:50):
Who got hurt?

Speaker 5 (06:52):
What what?

Speaker 1 (06:54):
Christian K. McCaffrey's banged up? What? After two really really
over overly used years, he's he's banged up? Oh goodness, Like,
who are you guys? Surprised?

Speaker 3 (07:09):
I'm not surprised.

Speaker 4 (07:10):
Worried either, even I don't know if I'm dropping him
out of the number one running back spot, but I
mean already like, oh, I.

Speaker 6 (07:19):
Mean it's it's training camp, guys, I don't know, it's
I'm not worried either. I think it's it's just McCaffrey
being McCaffrey. You know, could be you're gonna get a
little You're gonna get a little tweak here and there,
you know. I mean, we've seen a miss full season,
so I think.

Speaker 1 (07:37):
He did be Okay, come cause for concern, that's all
cause for concern.

Speaker 3 (07:43):
Definitely cause for concerned. A little bit of a calf strain.
I mean we're at the time of filming this, we
are at August seventh. If we were at August twenty seventh.
I would be a lot more worried about this.

Speaker 1 (07:54):
Was he dealing with a calf last year. I think
he was for a long bit, so that's something to
think about too.

Speaker 3 (08:00):
Yeah, but I mean, the dude wasn't gonna get any
running preseason anyway. It's like, no, you're right, Yeah, I
don't know.

Speaker 1 (08:06):
Just to think about.

Speaker 3 (08:07):
Something to monitor. Yeah, definitely, definitely keep it in mind.
But right now I'm not dropping cmc out on my
number one spot.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
If I'm not I'm not author I'm not dropping them.
I'm not authorright with this in that either. But just
keep your ears peeled, folks. That's all so.

Speaker 4 (08:21):
And then Pooka got hurt too, but seems like he
might be right on track to come back week one
or week two.

Speaker 1 (08:26):
But just a concern.

Speaker 4 (08:28):
It's all those early training camp ins or injuries are scary,
you know. Yeah, that's how it is. And and and
I've been saying the whole time, Pooka going in the
first round is insane, but people seem to love their
Pooka in the first round.

Speaker 3 (08:41):
So Josh downs Also, by the way, on the Wide
Receiver episode, we talked a little bit about Donnie Mitchell.
I thought he was gonna be great. Josh Downs is
out for a few weeks, so this is you hate
to see it. You never want somebody to get injured
for somebody that you like to get their chance, but
unfortunately it happened. So just the Donnie Mitchell is in

(09:04):
a lot of the drafts that I've done, is not
getting drafted, So definitely somebody to kind of move up
your leaderboard.

Speaker 1 (09:10):
To be fair.

Speaker 4 (09:12):
To to be fair though to a Donnie Mitchell. I
have heard kind of horrible reports about him from camp,
so that he's not doing well, that he's hard to learn.

Speaker 1 (09:27):
The place is the one?

Speaker 5 (09:29):
Isn't he the one starting fights with the Lions?

Speaker 1 (09:31):
Guys? Was it him?

Speaker 5 (09:34):
I'm pretty sure it was a Donnie Mitchell.

Speaker 6 (09:35):
Yeah, he got shut down on a play and then
came back and like punched somebody in the head or something.

Speaker 4 (09:39):
And if you guys remember, he was supposed to be
a first round pick, they said, and he ended up
going to the like mid to late second round because
they said he was a locker room issue. So maybe
there's some fire to that smoke, you know, so keep your.

Speaker 1 (09:53):
Eyes on that. But folks, we are here to talk
about quarterbacks.

Speaker 4 (09:56):
So you guys are ready to break down the quarterbacks
for fantasy football in twenty twenty four?

Speaker 1 (10:03):
Are you ready?

Speaker 3 (10:03):
Dave Born ready?

Speaker 1 (10:06):
Are you ready?

Speaker 5 (10:07):
Adam ready?

Speaker 1 (10:10):
Are you ready? Jay? Alright? Oh good? All right?

Speaker 4 (10:17):
So, just for clarification, we're just gonna go through the
top twelve quarterbacks of Oh, I'll just read you the
top twenty quarterbacks last year, all right? Number one, Josh
Allen two, Jalen Hurts three, Dak Prescott four, Lamar Jackson five,
Jordan Love six, Brock Party seven, Jared Goff eight, Patrick
Mahomes nine two At tug Viola ten, Baker Mayfield eleven,

(10:38):
c J. Stroud twelve, Sam Howell thirteen, Trevor Lawrence fourteen,
Russell Wilson fifteen, Matthew Stafford sixteen, Derek Carr seventeen, Justin
Herbert eighteen, Justin Fields, nineteen, Geno Smith, and twenty Joshua Dobbs.
So there is your top twenty qbs from last year.
And I think we could just say the episode's over

(10:59):
and it's gonna be the same year, right Clearly, Jesshua
Dobbs is gonna be a top twenty one.

Speaker 3 (11:05):
Absolutely wild wild quarterable, this chew.

Speaker 1 (11:09):
Why are we doing it?

Speaker 4 (11:10):
Well, folks, what we're gonna do is, we're gonna go
over the rankings from Dave Richard on CBS, and we're
gonna go over his rankings. See what he's got, and
we'll tell you where we have these people. All right,
We're gonna start with his number one, which I think
is a bit controversial, but actually given their they have
three major writers at CBS, Jamie, Dave, and Heath, and

(11:31):
their consensus player as number one is the same as
Dave's number one here, and that would be Jalen Hurts.
So that's Dave's number one and their consensant consensus number one.

Speaker 1 (11:42):
And I get it.

Speaker 4 (11:44):
Guy's great, guy has great weapons. He's not like terrible
in my list, but he's certainly not number one in
my list. I just I think like he's going to
lose quite a bit of production from the touch push.
He's not gonna have fifteen rushing touchdowns or whatever it is.
He still might have eight, still a fucking lot, but
he's not gonna have like eighteen one yard plunges. They

(12:06):
gave all that money to sakuon Barkley and they lost
Jason Kelcey. So I think the tush push isn't gonna
be ninety nine percent anymore. It's gonna be like seventy
six percent, and they're gonna have to abandon a little bit.

Speaker 1 (12:18):
So I have Jalen Hurts as my third quarterback this year.
So what do you got, Dave?

Speaker 3 (12:23):
I actually have as my third quarterback too, for the
exact same reasons. No, Kelsey, and you didn't bring in
Saquon for nothing. And I don't know. This dude is
not gonna get fifteen rushing touchdowns. It's it's just not
gonna happen. And if you look at his passing stats,
I mean, his passing stats are fine, but Jalen Hurts
is predicated on those fifteen rushing touchdowns. I mean, if

(12:46):
you look at like I'm looking at their stats right now,
Josh Allen forty three hundred yards, Jalen Hurts thirty eight
to fifty touchdowns Josh Allen twenty nine, Jalen Hurts twenty three.

Speaker 1 (12:58):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (12:58):
I mean, so it's like there's a pretty big gap
from the There's a pretty big gap from like that
elite passer and also being a good runner. If Jalen
loses his rushing ability and his rushing touchdowns, his passing
stats aren't good enough to keep him in the top.

Speaker 4 (13:15):
And that's a great like comparison that you brought up there,
because I'm pretty sure Josh and Jalen both had fifteen
rushing touchdowns.

Speaker 3 (13:20):
Josh both Yeah, Josh and Jalen both had fifteen touchdowns.
Josh actually had five twenty five yards and Jalen six
oh five.

Speaker 4 (13:27):
So I mean, if the rushing production goes down on
either side, You're right, Josh is still a much safer bet.

Speaker 3 (13:33):
Right, Yeah, if the rushing goes down, I don't think
Jalen's passing ability warrants the consideration of giving him that
number one spot.

Speaker 1 (13:41):
Well, it's interesting we both have him had three, Adam,
what about yourself?

Speaker 5 (13:45):
I have heard that three as well. Zach say that
means he brought in Saquon.

Speaker 6 (13:50):
There's no way he produces those rushing touchdowns with Saquon
Barkley back there, and if he does, they're just dumb
for not using Saquon Barkley.

Speaker 1 (13:58):
Throwing away money.

Speaker 4 (14:00):
Yeah, So okay, So I'm very interested then, because, uh,
I wonder who we both have above him.

Speaker 1 (14:07):
I'm assuming we both have Josh, but maybe we don't.

Speaker 4 (14:09):
But I wonder who the other guy is because they're
second ranked or sorry, Dave Richard's second ranked quarterback.

Speaker 1 (14:18):
Is Patty Mahomes. Kermit, why didn't I just do the drop?
Their second.

Speaker 4 (14:26):
That's why we have it is Patrick Mahomes. And guess what, guys,
Patrick Mahomes is my second ranked quarterback. I think he's
gonna have a bounce back here. I think he has
the absolute best weaponry he has ever had in the NFL.

Speaker 1 (14:39):
I think he's gonna come in the Lincoln fucking tear
it up this year.

Speaker 4 (14:41):
I think he is going to be the old Patrick
Mahomes that we know and hate, because now he's actually
got some speed and some weapons. And that just doesn't
mean I can't catch the ball. Xavier Worthy he had
that I can't catch the ball speed In MBS last year,
they people seem to sleep it on that they brought
in Hollywood Brown. So they got Hollywood Brown, Xavier Worthy
and Travis kelce like and Rashie Rice. He's setting himself

(15:06):
up to be a pretty damn good quarterback and I'm
taking him too. And it seems like most of the
TBS guys are so Adam what about you? You you
are You're always very pretty big on Patrick Mahomes.

Speaker 5 (15:18):
So yeah, I have Mahomes at too as well.

Speaker 6 (15:21):
And for those reasons because we saw what he can
do with Tyreek Hill down the field with the speed
and you know, and we harp on speed, doesn't you
know always translate well, But I mean you gotta give it,
you got to give it a look and you got
to see here that Yeah, he's got the speed back
probably the fastest guy he's ever ever had.

Speaker 5 (15:41):
Uh and worthy but yeah, Travis Kelsey and bringing in
Hollywood Brown.

Speaker 6 (15:48):
Yeah, Mahomes is poised for a bounce back and and
his eighth ranked finish last year in Fantasy was.

Speaker 5 (15:57):
Probably the lowest he's ever been and he has a
massive bounce back this year.

Speaker 1 (16:02):
Yeah, and don't forget about my boy Kadarius Tony too.
What you got he was still there, Yes, he is.

Speaker 3 (16:09):
Still I mean, I wish we had some drama here.
I feel like we're going chalk across the board. But yeah,
I'm taking I'm taking Mahomes too. I mean, if you
look at it, last year, forty two hundred yards twenty
seven touchdowns in Mahomes's worst statistical year ever, I mean,
still pretty good. And I think the weapons around him,
like Chas said, the best they've ever been. The rushing

(16:30):
production down a little bit in that I think a
large part of him finishing eighth is even though he
had four hundred yards on the ground, he never he
never found the end zone as a rusher, which hurt him.
But you know, Mahomes is going to bounce back. It's
it's going to be a bounce back here. And don't forget,
Kansas City seemed to play like kind of timid last year.

(16:51):
Don't you think they kind of held it back a
little bit last year?

Speaker 4 (16:54):
Well, I think there was so much shit and I
think it really did affect the team with Travis Kelcey
and fucking tailors, and it was like a lot and
once like that kind of became old news, like come
like closer to the playoffs, they started hitting on all
cylinders better, but like it was a major distraction. And
and and don't forget they lost Week one, you know
what I mean, to Detroit And they got punched in

(17:15):
the face by Detroit and Kelsey was hurt that game,
and uh, there was a lot of distractions last year
with Taylor Swift with MVS dropping the ball all over
the fucking place. So like you're it's it's yeah, you're
right to say that, but I think it's like figured out.
Like now, it's like Travis Kels, we get it, Taylor Swift, Okay,
I'm gonna go play football now, Like I think I
think Travis has a back bounce back season even though

(17:37):
he was still great last year. And you're right, I
think that goes handing out with Pad having a bounced
back season. Yeah, So okay, us going across the board,
and that is very interesting because that's not how it is. Well,
I don't know if it's across the board because at
number three they have Josh Allen and I haven't met
number one of course, because he has finished number one
three out.

Speaker 1 (17:56):
Of the last four years. Now, people will go to
the thing then, but Chess. He lost step On Diggs
and Gabriel Davis. Hey, hey, hey, And.

Speaker 4 (18:08):
I sound like a broken record that yeah, and Patrick
Mahomes lost Tyreek Hill and did nothing but lead the
league in passing, passing touchdowns, win NFL MVP and Super
Bowl MVP. The year after he lost Tyreek Hill, and
guess what, folks at home, Buffalo Bills fans, clench your
butt holes.

Speaker 1 (18:23):
You're not gonna like this. Losing Tyreek Hill.

Speaker 4 (18:25):
Is a bigger deal than losing losing Stephan Digs losing
a twenty seven year old Tyreek Hill. Losing a twenty
seven year old Tyreek Hill is a lot harder than
losing a thirty one.

Speaker 1 (18:38):
Year old Stephan Digs. It is what it is, so
I mean, it is what it is.

Speaker 4 (18:43):
And Patrick Mahomes showed. Patrick Mahomes is a better quarterback
without Tyreek Hill. I don't think anybody can cannot say that.
He's won two Super Bowls without the motherfucker and and
an MVP. He's a better quarterback without Tyreek Hill because
he gets to play quarterback. He gets to drop back,
find the open player, find the hot route, find the

(19:05):
open man, not have to worry about Tyreek Hill. I'm
expecting the same thing from Josh Allen. Get back, find
the open player. Whether it's Shakir, whether it's Mac Collins,
whether it's Dawson Knock, it doesn't fucking matter because he
doesn't have to go like, where's that fucking whiney, cry
baby bitch triple COVID. Fuck it, I'll just throw it.
He's down there somewhere, like he doesn't have to do
that anymore. He could just sling back and play football.

(19:26):
I think he's gonna have his best passing year ever.
I think the rushing touchdowns come down a bit because
they're gonna use Davis Ray Davis, and I think they're
gonna and I think they're gonna use Well I think
they're gonna.

Speaker 1 (19:39):
Use James Cook a lot more in general.

Speaker 4 (19:41):
But I think he's gonna have his most efficient year
because he's not gonna be forcing the ball ever.

Speaker 1 (19:45):
And we'll go to you, Dave, where do you have Josh?

Speaker 3 (19:48):
Also Josh number one? But I'm a little bit I
think I'm kind of on a different kind of side
of the fence for you. I think with the loss
of Diggs and Gabe, there's a possibility that Josh Rush
is even more well. I mean, I mean like it
could be possible that, you know, when he instead of
trying to force the ball when he really should have

(20:09):
taken off, now he just takes off fair, you know
what I mean?

Speaker 4 (20:13):
Fair, very fair. And I want to clear something up
for all of us. We have to take something of
our lexicon. We are no longer allowed to say, well,
Josh lost, Stephan Diggs, and Gabe Davis. Fuck Gabe Davis.
He doesn't fucking matter.

Speaker 1 (20:24):
Let's just say stuff because Gabe doesn't matter.

Speaker 3 (20:27):
We know that he doesn't matter. But I know this,
don't know, Like yeah, like you said, I mean, there
was times when he you know, he's trying to force
the ball. But if you really go back and look
at a lot of those plays that he tried to force,
I mean, he could have taken off for five, six,
seven yards, you know what I mean, and and Ben
just fine. So, like you know, maybe now they give
him a little bit more of that freedom, like you know,
don't don't force it if there's nobody there, take off.

Speaker 1 (20:49):
Or or maybe he tries to check it down a
little more. He doesn't throw too much to the running backs.

Speaker 4 (20:53):
Yeah, so maybe maybe that's the thing, because who knows
very okay, very well what you got on him, madam.

Speaker 5 (20:59):
I got him number one, man, I'm just his overall
game dude.

Speaker 6 (21:03):
I mean, three out of the last four years at
number one in fantasy scoring. The fact that they even
are have him in at three is just crazy to
me just based on that reason, and I and and
you know, I understand why they did it, and it
is because they lost Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis.

Speaker 1 (21:24):
Just how you just said it.

Speaker 6 (21:26):
They just have this hodgepodge of wide receivers at you know,
for him to throw too. But you know, I think
a lot of people are underestimating Curtis Samuel and Matt
Collins and some of these guys too, and and and
when you have these guys that are now paired with
Josh Allen, I mean I expect some really great things
from Josh.

Speaker 5 (21:46):
And and there was an interview recently.

Speaker 6 (21:47):
That Josh had too that somebody asked him about all
those rushing yards and everything like that, and he said himself,
like he that he doesn't want to rush as much.

Speaker 5 (21:56):
So I.

Speaker 6 (21:59):
Kind of agree with Chazz. I kind of agree with Dave.
And the reason being is I think he is going
to have his best passing season. I think he's going
to try to do more of that. And I think
they're just going to have more opportunity on offense for
for him to run and and he's just gonna be
number one again. You know, that's just what That's just
is what it is.

Speaker 4 (22:19):
And a reminder to the folks at home, Dave, Josh
was three out of the four years number one quarterback.
What happened that one year that he wasn't the number
one quarterback?

Speaker 3 (22:27):
Well, I mean, I don't know why you always make
me say it, but in short, one last game, because
I don't feel like he should have he should fuck
the MVP.

Speaker 6 (22:38):
Is that.

Speaker 1 (22:40):
A year? But it is?

Speaker 3 (22:41):
It is play any games.

Speaker 1 (22:43):
What happened any games for the folks at home.

Speaker 4 (22:46):
The one year that Josh did not finish one overall?
Was was last year or two years ago now when
there was the game where DeMar Hamlin had his situation
and Josh couldn't finish that game and Josh finished second
place to Patrick Mahomes like ten points, it's pretty safe
to assume he would have had ten more points in
that game.

Speaker 1 (23:05):
So he would have been number one four years in
a row.

Speaker 4 (23:08):
So, I mean, he's the he's the big dog on
campus fantasy football wise, And uh, I do agree with
you guys a little bit, but I think you're off.
I think you're right with the idea that we're gonna
run the ball more, but I'm telling you it's what's
gonna be with James. I think James Cook is going
to be a number one, a number one fantasy running
back this year. I think he's gonna finish in the
top twelve this year. But we'll find that out next

(23:29):
week or the week after on our ranking show. So
we will move on to Dave Richards, number four overall quarterback,
and it also happens to be my fourth overall quarterback.
And that is the that is the where's the drop
NFL MVP of Lamar Jackson? I mean, how do you

(23:52):
just how does this guy not reach your top five?
Even though Adam hates him, this guy's always in that
he was a top four quarterback last year.

Speaker 1 (23:59):
He just produces. He just produces.

Speaker 4 (24:02):
And you want to talk about running, No, there's never
been a better running quarterback than Lamar Jackson's. Guy's had
one thousand yard rushing seasons to his name. So your
boys in the uh in the chat day.

Speaker 1 (24:17):
Starre, what's up? Storm? So Adam, we'll start with you.
You're usually the lowest on Lamar and uh so where
where you're hanging on Lamar? Now, I's gonna be seventeen
right now?

Speaker 5 (24:30):
I have him at five. You know, he's not that far.
He's still in the top five.

Speaker 1 (24:35):
It's you know, he hates him. Look how sad he
is because he has to talk about what.

Speaker 6 (24:41):
But I have him at five and it's only one
spot lower than he was last year, and it is
you know, listen, don't get me wrong, he's a fantastic runner.

Speaker 5 (24:50):
But they brought in Derrick Henry's true.

Speaker 6 (24:53):
If Lamar Jackson has more rushing yards than Derrick Henry,
then they're still doing something wrong. I know he has
zero people to throw to, but like, you have Derek
fucking Henry on your squad now, and if you're not
running the ball up the middle with with Derrick Henry
and you're just you're just doing something wrong. And he
signed with the wrong team. But I mean, I still

(25:16):
have him at five. You know, you can't just you know,
discredit the fact that he is the MVP. But but yeah,
I mean it is even hard for me to put
him at five.

Speaker 5 (25:29):
I'm not gonna lie to you.

Speaker 1 (25:30):
Did somebody walk into his room and steal his balloon
or something? Right now? I have to talk about.

Speaker 5 (25:38):
Lamar Jackson so much.

Speaker 1 (25:40):
Davey boys Storm in the chat, says his playoff record
is terrible. That's true, it is terrible.

Speaker 4 (25:44):
But in fantasy football, bro man, this is about fantasy football.
So Dave, Dave, you kind of I don't know why
you the luck you got going on today. You kind
of look like JJ Braddick, the coach of the LA Lakers.

Speaker 3 (25:56):
I appreciate that. I'm old enough. Sure, I remember when
JJ Reddick was in college. J. J.

Speaker 4 (26:00):
Reddick's my favorite college ballplayer of all time. J. J.
Reddick is the greatest college ball shooter of all time.
You heard that, Steph Curry stands.

Speaker 1 (26:09):
I think J. J.

Speaker 4 (26:10):
Reddick was the best shooter in college basketball. We're not
talking college basketball day, We're talking Lamar Jackson. Where do
you have him in your ranking?

Speaker 3 (26:16):
You know what, Dude? I flip flop between this so
many times, bouncing these two players back and forth, and
I just I have to give away my fourth pick
right now because it doesn't make sense if I if
I say, why Lamar is at five right now? But
I have Anthony Richardson at four and Lamar Jackson at five?

Speaker 1 (26:30):
I thought that's where you were going.

Speaker 3 (26:32):
I flip flop so many times, But if you really
think about it, dude, Okay, we all tell we all
love Anthony Richardson, right, do you think that Anthony Richardson
is a good enough runner to at least compare to
Lamar in those stack categories? Yes, yes, Okay, I think
I think he is too.

Speaker 4 (26:53):
He's not gonna have a thousand yards no, no, but
I don't. But Adam is right, I don't think Lamar
is gonna have a thousand yards.

Speaker 3 (27:00):
I think it's comparable, right, I think the skills as
a runner is comparable that it's very possible that he
could put up Lamar numbers. And who do you think
is a better passer? Is it Ar or is it Lamar?

Speaker 1 (27:11):
Honestly? Right now Lamar? And I don't mean that Ar
can't be there, but Ar is still really inaccurate, So.

Speaker 3 (27:20):
I don't know, see I'm leaning Ar.

Speaker 1 (27:22):
Yeah, okay, I mean they're they're close.

Speaker 4 (27:24):
What Ar's got on him is the size, and it
can take a licking show, we think, even though AI
only played four games last year.

Speaker 3 (27:32):
So and like you guys said, with Derrick Henry, I'm
much I'm much more scared of Derrick Henry taking away
run from Lamar than I am from JT taking to
run away from.

Speaker 1 (27:41):
Ar I think it's very I think it's similar. To
be fair, I see, I don't know.

Speaker 3 (27:47):
And who's the better pass catching back JT JT by
far right? Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm just saying like I
feel like a Lamar just has a lot working against them.
Like who would you rather have as your number one
wide receivers? Is they Flowers or Michael Pittman?

Speaker 1 (28:00):
Michael Pittman, Yes, I just like, I don't know.

Speaker 3 (28:03):
I think they're gonna be close. I have them four
or five, and I bounce back and forth between them
multiple times. But I just think I think Ar showed
me enough that I think in the run game he's
comparable to Lamar Jackson, But the stats in the passing
game is where he's gonna pass him.

Speaker 4 (28:20):
Okay, I mean it's interesting, but to spoil my list,
I have him at four and five two just I
have Richardson at five. So I mean, I'm right with you,
and I kind of struggle between them two. But I mean,
I just you know, I'm being you right now. I'm
being racist towards younger players, and I'm going with the
older guy because you're you're the one that usually hates

(28:41):
the younger player, not hates. But you know what I mean,
You're usually usually vibe on more of the veteran route,
and I'm vibing on the veteran route between those two.
But I mean four or five, it's like pick your poison.
They might they might both get hurt.

Speaker 1 (28:53):
Who knows.

Speaker 3 (28:54):
I mean, it's it's they might get hurt. But I
just and like I said, it's a flip flop, dude.
It's literally I've flipped these players in my rankings multiple
times since we started doing this. Sam, you caught me
out the day when today Aar.

Speaker 5 (29:10):
Is up top.

Speaker 1 (29:11):
Any chance you have reached in a five, Adam, Probably not,
absolutely not. I have no.

Speaker 5 (29:17):
I have Lamar at five. My four is Joe cool himself.

Speaker 6 (29:23):
Joe Burrow come back from injury, looking good in camp.
He's got a healthy Chase, He's got a healthy Higgins.

Speaker 5 (29:30):
Like, come on, Joey b back in the top five.

Speaker 4 (29:34):
We'll get to those guys, but hold it because in
this one, fucking what do my fucking gears?

Speaker 1 (29:40):
This really grinds my fucking gears. At fucking five, Dave
Richards number five, number fucking five quarterback is fucking rub
your nipples for the rookie from last year for c J.

Speaker 4 (29:53):
Stroud, I can't fucking believe it. C J Stroud at
number five. The dude finished pretty well last year. He
finished where was he eleven last year? So could he
make the jump to five? Sure he could make the
jump to five. They brought in Stefan Diggs. Sure they
can make he can make the jump. The guy doesn't run,
first of all, so there's gonna be no production there.
So he's gotta have a fucking Patrick Mahomes type season

(30:17):
to be not a running quarterback and to finish in
the top five.

Speaker 1 (30:21):
And I just don't think he's gonna. I don't think
he's gonna.

Speaker 4 (30:25):
I have him so much lower, and now it's it's
also because like he doesn't run, to be quite fair,
most of the people I have above him run and
that has a lot to do with it. But I
also don't think he's that gonna make that leap as big.
He was pretty good last year, finished at eleven. I'm
gonna be the lowest one on him, and I have
him at ten and they have him at five, So

(30:47):
I would still start him, But I mean, some of
most of these people have over with him. You could
not tell me they can't finish over him when technically
I think every single one of them did last year,
except obviously Richardson and Burrow because they got hurt, you
know what I mean. So I have CJ probably the
lowest at ten, Dave, let me have it.

Speaker 3 (31:09):
I'm right there with you with c J. Stroud. I
got him at nine, and I think a lot of
what you said, Yeah, he doesn't run to finish in
the top five as a non running quarterback. Do you
know how elite of a passer you need to be
Patrick Mars, Yeah, you need to be Patrick mahomes elite
as a passer.

Speaker 1 (31:29):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (31:30):
And do we think c J. Stroud takes that next
step just because he's one year in and he's got
stuff on digs like No, I mean maybe, but it
put them top five in your rankings, You're you're taking
a chance for sure, for sure there's a chance that
doesn't work out.

Speaker 1 (31:47):
Yeah, there's definitely a tough sell.

Speaker 2 (31:48):
So good.

Speaker 1 (31:49):
I'm glad. I'm not crazy. But I wonder it would
Adam because Adam Adam's always had been high on Stroud.

Speaker 5 (31:55):
So I haven't met nine as well. Oh okay, well,
same reasons as Dave and you got and you Chaz.
He doesn't run. We saw him be.

Speaker 6 (32:09):
Decent as a rookie, but it's that sophomore year man
that that quarterbacks tend to struggle. And I don't think
adding Steph Diggs to an already crowded wide receiver room
is going to escalate his game to the next level.

(32:30):
I mean, don't get me wrong, she just Shroud. He
put up massive Fantasy points and for him, and but
he finished eleventh last year.

Speaker 1 (32:38):
Yeah, missed a couple of games.

Speaker 5 (32:40):
Sure, but you know and he yeah, sure, he missed
a few games.

Speaker 6 (32:43):
But you know, to finish outside of the top ten
and then all of a sudden you're gonna be like, oh,
he's a top five quarterback.

Speaker 5 (32:49):
Yeah, that's crazy.

Speaker 6 (32:52):
I mean there are certain guys that you can look
at that finish outside the top ten that can go okay, Yeah,
you know why I have Joe Burrows. That's why I
so I have Joe Burrow up up there, because this
is a guy that didn't play half the season because
of a torn ligament in his hand or whatever it was.

Speaker 5 (33:10):
But he's back. You know, Joe, and we know what
Joe Burrow is capable of.

Speaker 1 (33:15):
Getting hurt.

Speaker 5 (33:15):
CJ.

Speaker 6 (33:16):
Stroud, you know, like I said, that's that's that's all. Yeah,
maybe that's sophomore year man. It's that that always makes
me nervous with with second year quarterbacks.

Speaker 1 (33:25):
Yeah cool. I actually thought Ada would behind him because
you've always be kind high on him. But that's very,
very cool to see.

Speaker 4 (33:30):
Okay, well we're gonna move on now because uh well,
the next two people that they haven't here, we've already discussed,
so we'll talk about him number six Anthony Richardson, and
number seven Joey b and I have them also right
next to each other, but I just actually so Dave
Richard has him six one seven because of CJ. Stroud,
which doesn't block there. I have him at five and six.

(33:52):
I have Richardson at five and Burrow at six, giving
the nod to Richardson to be at five because of
everything we said. The big dude that can run, he's
got good web, he's gonna get hopefully ten rushing touchdowns.
He's going to throw the ball. Well, we all know
Joe Burrow if he stays healthy. You can say the
same thing about Richardson stays healthy, but Joe Burrow's got
the weapons.

Speaker 1 (34:10):
T Higgins and Jamar Chase are going for a contract years.

Speaker 4 (34:14):
Like I mean, Burrow could blow it up, but he
has to have a Patrick Mahomes type season because he
doesn't run the ball, and frankly, we don't want him
run the ball because we don't want the motherfucker touched
because he's fragile, exactly. And so that's why I got
him at six. So I got Richardson a five and
Boo Row at six, and I just I think Burrow

(34:34):
is in line. I don't even want to say a
bounce back because people, people like Dave were drafting him
as the second quarterback last year. That's way too high
for a non running quarterback. But the one that could
do it, I think in the NFL that doesn't run
is Burrow. He could be the one that has the
Patrick Mahomes type season without running the ball. But I

(34:56):
want to see it first. So I have Burrow at six,
Richardson a five. Adam, where do you got these boys?
What you said Burrows at four?

Speaker 1 (35:02):
I said, I have Burrow.

Speaker 6 (35:03):
I Burrow is my four. Yeah, I have I don't
mean I don't have ar too far out. I have
him at seven. And the reason I put him at
seven was because he only played four games last year,
and yes, he did show me a lot of what
he could do in those four games, and I'm hoping
that he can maintain that and have a healthy season
because I do like a big running quarterback. I mean,

(35:24):
look at what Cam Newton did in the league for
those years, and he was one of the biggest guys
out there. He could throw, he could run, and I
think Ar could be the same. But that's why I
have him at seven on my list is just because
of the very small sample size that we do have
of him. But I mean that sample size he was

(35:44):
he was incredible and I think he had like seventeen
points before he got hurt in the one game, like
he was on his way to have just an absolutely
incredible game, not even at half with the injury, not
even at halftime.

Speaker 5 (35:59):
So yeah, I got a R at seven, Okay.

Speaker 3 (36:02):
Dave, Joey B firmly playing it at six. I mean,
you know, I love Joey B.

Speaker 1 (36:08):
So that you had AR four and for Joey B.

Speaker 3 (36:11):
Six, I mean, like you know, like you said, if
there's one dude that's like elite passer that's going to
crack that top for right now, top six, I mean,
and Joey b has a chance to be top five
if he stays healthy. If there's one dude that has
a chance to kind of crack that top six top
five as just an elite passer, it's Joe Burrow good

(36:32):
And what is steel this year where he's getting drafted too?

Speaker 4 (36:35):
Yeah, Dave, me and you actually have the same exactly
so far, except a little swap on Lamar and Richardson.

Speaker 1 (36:41):
But we're exactly the same right now. So I love
it so twinning.

Speaker 3 (36:45):
I it's to go south, so let's not solid, very
too quick.

Speaker 4 (36:49):
Okay, So well at eight, at eight they have or
sorry at eight, Dave Richard has the number three overall
quarterback last year and Dak Scott And like it seems
crazy to have Dak that low, but like there's just
so many good quarterbacks.

Speaker 1 (37:06):
I feel Dak finished three last year.

Speaker 4 (37:08):
Dak ran me and Adam to a champion or threw
me and Adam to a championship in separate leagues last year.

Speaker 1 (37:14):
But I have Dak just slightly lower.

Speaker 4 (37:17):
I guess I have Dak at nine, and really it's
just because he doesn't run as much as the guys
I have above.

Speaker 1 (37:24):
Him, that's all.

Speaker 4 (37:26):
And it's just like there's probably one guy you could
argue with me that I have above Dak because I
have Dak at nine.

Speaker 1 (37:32):
So Adam, where you you know you're coming off a
big year of having Dak.

Speaker 5 (37:36):
And d.

Speaker 6 (37:38):
It was my championship quarterback. I paired him with Cede
Lamb and they they worked there, they work their magic.
But with the uncertainty of the whole contract thing and
Ceedee Lamb sitting on a training camp, I feel like
I always ranked Dak here.

Speaker 5 (37:54):
I haven't met ten. I always just feel like he's
just that, he's always right there at ten.

Speaker 6 (38:01):
He can he has the ability, obviously we saw last
year to crack crack that number and he finished three
last year.

Speaker 5 (38:09):
But man, sometimes when Dak is not good, he is
not good. He's that guy.

Speaker 6 (38:14):
He's gonna he's gonna throw it for five six touchdowns
or he's gonna throw for zero touchdowns and have only
one hundred and fifty yards passing.

Speaker 1 (38:24):
I just want to be clear on your list. Maybe
you didn't realize you did this. You you're taking Stroud
over over Dak. Yeah, he's at nine, so you're gonna
take Stroud over Okay.

Speaker 6 (38:39):
I mean, I'm not gonna get Here's here's why I
base it off of too, is when I do a draft,
someone's taking Stroud way earlier than they should be taking Stroud,
So they're gonna leave me Dak regardless, which is why
I kind of put him at ten there, because I
do think that he's just gonna drop like he does
every single year, and he'll put up those games that
you know, he'll have a five hundred yard game with

(39:00):
five touchdowns, but he's also going to have zero touchdowns
with one hundred and fifty yards, where Stroud was always
kind of that middle ground last year and he you know,
he didn't really wow anybody with four or five hundred
yard games. He had that two fifty to three hundred
range his you know, all the games that he played
last year.

Speaker 5 (39:19):
So but yeah, I mean, like I said, I'm not,
I'm not. I don't RINGK.

Speaker 6 (39:26):
I ranked Stroud higher because he's a little bit more
consistent than Dak, But Dak is going to be the
one that's going to get you that forty to fifty
point game. Stroud's never going to be up there.

Speaker 4 (39:37):
So Daves before you give your take on Dak what Dave,
what do you consider a big game for a quarterback
in fantasy football?

Speaker 3 (39:44):
A big game?

Speaker 1 (39:45):
Is it like twenty five plus points or still.

Speaker 4 (39:47):
Probably wise twenty five plus thirty five plus? So what
do you think consider a big game?

Speaker 3 (39:52):
A big like a big game or what do I
want to get out a big game?

Speaker 1 (39:55):
Like You're like, you look at your stats. I'm like,
you're like, fuck yeah, man, I think.

Speaker 3 (39:58):
For me, twenty four plus you think twenty four plus
is big? I mean twenty four plus is what are
we talking?

Speaker 1 (40:05):
I'm going like thirty plus thirty plus for me is.

Speaker 3 (40:07):
A big point touchdown or four point touch four four
point touchdown. I mean, I'm happy with twenty four plus.

Speaker 4 (40:14):
Okay, So I'm happy with twenty four plus, But I
consider a big game like thirty and beyond, because if
my quarterback scores twenty seven, I'm like sweet. But when
I'm hitting thirty or beyond. The reason I ask is
because I'm looking at CJ. Shroud's numbers from the fantasy
finishes from last year. How many thirty point games do
you think he had?

Speaker 5 (40:34):
Adam two, You're.

Speaker 4 (40:38):
Rate fucking on, he had one massive game at forty one,
and he had one game at thirty point nine, so
he just broke thirty comparative to your boy Dak. Let's see,
Dak had one to two. He had two as well,
So you know what I mean, like maybe we maybe
we're discredit discrediting him a little bit, stro out a

(41:02):
little bit because but Dak was obviously way more consistent
across the board because he scored like one hundred more
points than C. J.

Speaker 1 (41:08):
Stroud comparative.

Speaker 3 (41:09):
Now, fucking thirty point bar is too high, you greedy'd.

Speaker 1 (41:13):
Be Let's look at Josh. Well, maybe let's look at
what little Josh looks like. He's about two thirty point
games too, forty uh thirty thirty six.

Speaker 4 (41:23):
Okay, he's had three, Josh had three, Jalen had So
maybe I am greedy.

Speaker 3 (41:27):
Yeah, you greedy fuck, But that's what I But that's
what I mean by big.

Speaker 4 (41:31):
It's not consistent, you know what I mean, like a
big game like so interesting? Okay, zag, what's your take
on Dak?

Speaker 3 (41:37):
Dak I got a ten. I don't know, dude, it's
just you know, like we talked about it, I just
don't I just don't believe it. I just don't believe
the hype on Dak. He always finished his top ten,
which is why he's in my top ten. But if
you look at Dak last year, he finished third overall
statistically his best fantasy season ever. Yes, we've just we've

(41:58):
seen enough of Daks know that if I had, you know,
if I if if it was life or death, then
I go, you know, does do you think Dak repeats that.
The answer is absolutely not.

Speaker 4 (42:10):
Yeah, I agree with you. I don't think I mean
obviously with our rankings, but I think you're spot on that.

Speaker 1 (42:16):
Other than the year Dek. Remember the year Dek destroyed
his leg. He was fucking on fire.

Speaker 3 (42:21):
That he was on fire that year.

Speaker 6 (42:22):
Yeah, that that year he had like four or five
hundred yard games in a row or something like that,
which was he was unheard of, and he was on
pace for like five thousand plus yards. But then he
broke his leg, and of course he hasn't been the
same the same since. But yeah, I mean, like I said,
I agree with Dave. He's just he's not gonna be

(42:42):
three next year. I don't think he's going to be
top five next year. That's why I always put him
kind of in the middle of that, you know, top
twenty ten is always.

Speaker 5 (42:53):
A good spot for Deck.

Speaker 3 (42:54):
There's no circle of trust with Dak. No matter how
well he's playing, you still don't know what you're gonna
get out of him. Now, he had three great games
in a row and in the back year had You're
still like, he might fuck this up.

Speaker 4 (43:06):
Right, And I say, I say it, I mean it.
I Dak was my starting quarterback last year for the championship.
Dak was my second quarterback drafted. He was my backup.
I drafted before him, rookie Anthony Richardson, and started rookie
Anthony richards in all four games the beginning of the season.
So just because Dak had such a great year doesn't

(43:26):
negate his six years prior. And I think we're all
like remembering that.

Speaker 6 (43:31):
And that's good As a guy that I harp on
this a lot, as I never take a quarterback early.
And I'm sitting at pick ten, eleven, twelve, and Dak
is there. I'm okay with picking Dak in the twelfth round, right.

Speaker 1 (43:47):
I don't think he lasted that long, but maybe I
want to.

Speaker 5 (43:50):
Sure because he finished tom three, but in years past
he's definitely been there.

Speaker 4 (43:56):
Oh yeah, I'm ready to be one of this next
guy because it's a guy that I called out last year,
and I will taken the victory lap on that I
was right about. Dave Richard has him at.

Speaker 1 (44:06):
Nine, and that is.

Speaker 4 (44:09):
The richest player in NFL history right now, Jordan Rooth.
Dave Richard has him at nine. I have him at seven,
and I have him above Dak and Stroud, and I
feel like that's the guy that people could argue me
with having above Dak and Stroud because he doesn't run
that much. I just think he is such a good quarterback.
He makes all the right reads and obviously they paid

(44:31):
him because they see it. I always saw the potential
and he is the only quarterback in this list that
is doing it with nothing. Going into last year, everyone
was like, oh my god, what the fuck? Who's Jaden Reed?

Speaker 1 (44:46):
And who?

Speaker 4 (44:46):
You know what I mean, and like that dude tore
it up with no weapons, all first and second year
receiver and tight ends. I think he's gonna completely just
take out where he left off, not where he left off,
because this dude was like the best quarterback in the
NFL from Week ten on last year. I don't know
his Zach numbers. But I think from like week ten
on he had like twenty three touchdowns and two interceptions,
Like he was just a monster the second half of

(45:09):
the season. Beats beats a boy dak in the playoffs,
and I mean, and actually, I think the San Francisco
game was pretty close.

Speaker 1 (45:17):
Last year.

Speaker 4 (45:17):
San Francisco beat him, but it was pretty lot closer
than people think. And now they've brought in a running
weapon to take some heat off of him. So, I mean,
I got him at seven. It's not like I'm I'm
like going crazy over him, but I think I'd like
Jordan Love. I always have. I was happy to be
right on him last year. I got him at seven.
I know he doesn't run, but hey, not always is

(45:38):
every single player a running quarterback. So we'll start with
you this time, Dave, Where do you got Love?

Speaker 3 (45:43):
I mean, we're officially twinning bro Is at seven. Dude,
I am all in on Jordan Love this year. And
let's run through some stats real quick.

Speaker 1 (45:51):
Gott drop it one more time, one more time?

Speaker 3 (45:52):
Yeah, go ahead, drop it? Okay, all right, go ahead,
Let's run through some stats real quick. Last year, Yeah,
a forty one fift nine yards thirty two passing touchdowns,
second in the NFL. I know he said he doesn't
run much, but he runs a little two hundred and
forty seven yards. Four touchdowns on the ground, and let's
not forget that the first few games of the season

(46:13):
he wasn't even go. He wasn't even going. So, I mean,
these are stats the second in the NFL with passing touchdowns,
and his first couple of games were garbage. I mean,
could you imagine a full season of this dude firing
on all cylinders? And even in the games that he
was good. We talk about this all the time. He's
such a slow starter. The first quarters are always kind

(46:34):
of blah, Like, if this dude could put us together
for four quarters for seventeen games, I mean, he literally
could finish in the top three.

Speaker 4 (46:43):
And he's still got the same weapons that he's turned
into household names. I can promise you, guys, Don Tavian
Wis and Romeo Dobbs is not making Jordan Love guys.

Speaker 1 (46:54):
I'm gonna tell you. I'm gonna tell you, folks, it's
the other way around. Okay. I was making these guys
and they brought in Josh Jacobs, which is gonna take
some of the pressure off of him.

Speaker 3 (47:04):
Don't forget about Christian Watson, who's coming back and going
to be fully healthy this year. I mean, we saw
Jayden Reid come on, and I mean the dude has weapons,
He has weapons around him. He does run. It seems
like last year it took him a little while to
get going, but for whatever reason, the game just started
to click for him. If we get a full season
to Jordan Love firing on all cylinders, with all four
of these wide receivers staying healthy throughout the season, with

(47:27):
Josh Jacobs in the background, and the decent tight ends
and decent tight ends, and you know, Josh Jacobs not
the most prolific pass catcher, but catches some balls out
of the backfield, can take a lot of the heat
off and when needed. Like, the dude literally could finish
as the top three quarterback. And he's getting drafted in
ten teen leagues. He's drafted sometimes outside of the top

(47:48):
teen quarterbacks, which is absolutely insane. Jordan Love is my like,
such my man crushed target this year just of how
good I think he can be and how late you
can get this guy.

Speaker 4 (48:02):
Yeah, and I think the Packers agree with you because
of that fucking contract. Yeah, so all right, let let's
have it one more time because I feel like Adams
gonna shot on him.

Speaker 1 (48:10):
So let's just let's get it one more time. Where
you got about him.

Speaker 5 (48:16):
This is where you would be wrong, my friend. WHOA Okay,
I actually have love at my sixth spot.

Speaker 1 (48:22):
Oh got it? Ok, very nice, you just have And Okay,
so I thought you were coming into dunk. No I was.

Speaker 6 (48:28):
I was waiting to see where you guys had him.
I have him at six And the reason being is
for exactly everything he just said. He did it with
nothing they had. Josh Shacobs. I mean, the guy was
just absolutely on fire at the end of the season.
And and if people are looking at what he did
in the beginning of the season and not realizing, like, hey,
this dude can put together a full season, just the

(48:49):
way he ended over four thousand yards, give me a break,
you know. And I was very wrong on Jordan Love,
and I'll admit that. I have no problem in admitting
one I'm wrong, But man, did he have a really
good season And and and he you're right, he did
it with nobody, you know, Christian Watson coming back and
and wix and and.

Speaker 5 (49:12):
I can't remember.

Speaker 6 (49:15):
Read Dobbs Romeo Dobbs and and yeah, just at adding
a really really good running back and Josh Jacobs man,
can can that just elevate Jordan Love to the next level?

Speaker 5 (49:29):
I think it can. I have him at six and
I think that's where he finished. Where did he finish
last year?

Speaker 1 (49:35):
I think he was five. Last year was a little
either way.

Speaker 5 (49:39):
He was five.

Speaker 6 (49:42):
Yeah, so I have him one spot lower than he
finished last year. But I mean, Jordan Love has all
the potential in the world, uh.

Speaker 1 (49:50):
Man.

Speaker 5 (49:51):
And I wouldn't hate having him on my team.

Speaker 3 (49:53):
And you know you're getting this student in the tenth round, eleventh,
twelveth round.

Speaker 1 (49:57):
I know.

Speaker 6 (49:59):
And that's and that's that's kind of my point of always,
you know, wait wait for a quarterback. Guys, you can
draft so many better players, not that they're better players,
but more needs on your fantasy team if you just
wait for a quarterback. Look at these guys that were
dropping out of outside of the top ten quarterbacks picked
in fantasy drafts. You know, you have your Jordan Loves,

(50:20):
you have your Dak Prescott's like you see, J'll be
fine at your CJ Shroud. You'll be fine at quarterback
if you wait and you take a top receiver instead
of a top quarterback, or a top running back instead
of a quarterback.

Speaker 5 (50:32):
Ye, give me Jordan Love in the tenth round all
day long.

Speaker 4 (50:35):
I'll tell you what, guys. I drafted Jordan Love last
year in the Fantasy Football Bros. League and probably I
don't know around twelve, thirteen, fourteen whatever, because my.

Speaker 1 (50:42):
Starter was Josh Allen.

Speaker 4 (50:43):
Well, I hung on to him, and come trade deadline,
I'm thinking to myself, well, I'm gonna trade one of
these quarterbacks because Jordan Love was on fire, Josh Allen's
the best quarterback in the league.

Speaker 1 (50:52):
Blah blah blah. I ended up.

Speaker 4 (50:54):
Trading for stuff on Diggs moving Jordan Love, and now,
looking back, yeah, I lost, but I kind of regret
it because keeper wise, I could have fucking kept Jordan
Love in like the fucking fifteenth round instead of you know,
now I have Josh as a second round tender and
I'm not gonna probably do that.

Speaker 1 (51:10):
So like, looking back on silly things like that, you know,
if I would have thought about it harder, I should
have probably went the other way around, you know, But
it is what it is so good? Look at us
with the Jordan love Love one more time?

Speaker 5 (51:23):
Do it?

Speaker 3 (51:24):
And I love it.

Speaker 4 (51:25):
We're gonna pull the whole thing because it's a little longer,
so it's gonna By the way, I hate the fucking Beatles.
I'll never say anything ever, don't I fucking hate the Beatles.
All right, We're gonna move on to to uh Dave
Richards number ten overall player, and that would be oh,

(51:49):
wait to wait for it?

Speaker 1 (51:50):
Where is it? Where is it? I got the drop somewhere.
Why can't I remember where this fucking drop is? I
have the drop for him.

Speaker 4 (51:56):
Hey, they little fellow Kyler Murray, he has numberthy other
I beg to different.

Speaker 1 (52:02):
Actually have Kyler Murray a little bit higher. I have
met eight.

Speaker 4 (52:05):
I have met eight just because I have him. I
have him above Dak, and I have him above Stroud,
and that is because his running. I mean he just
runs the ball. He runs the ball more than Dak
and Stroud. I had no problem putting him over Stroud.
Dak was a little bit tough. But you know what,
I'm gonna take Kyler Murray. We make fun of him,
but that dude has finished in the top five like
two or two times in his in his career. This

(52:26):
is gonna be what his sixth season. So it's like
the guy has shown plenty of times that he can
fucking make it happen with his little legs. He's like
a little doct and just running around, running around the field,
and he's got legs, he can throw the ball, he's all.
He's also like healthy now you know, coming off of
that injury, they brought in a big time wide receiver

(52:48):
for him. This is gonna hurt Dave Soul, but they
gave him probably the best receiver he's ever had. I mean, yeah,
Nuke's great, but this Marvin Harrison could be the next
big thing maybe maybe. So like I he's got no
really other running options. I mean with James Connor, come on,
it's fucking James Connor. Like like he don't get fantasy points,

(53:08):
but he's just there.

Speaker 1 (53:09):
Like so I love him. I love him at eight.
I'm very uncomfortable having him at eight. That ten. If
you get him at ten, lucky you. So Adam will
start with you.

Speaker 6 (53:18):
I haven't met eight as well, and for that reason alone.
And he's a he's a he's a huge runner.

Speaker 5 (53:24):
All he does is run.

Speaker 1 (53:25):
He's actually a tie and well, yeah.

Speaker 6 (53:27):
He's a small runner, but he's a he's a little runner,
but he does he runs a lot. And you're right,
he's never really had receivers to throw to outside of
the new and he was the only one there.

Speaker 5 (53:38):
And then they brought in Hollywood Brown and he.

Speaker 1 (53:39):
Was the only one there and never those two. Yeah, hurt, right,
it was just so.

Speaker 6 (53:50):
And Kyler Murray Man when he came back from his
injury halfway through the season or whatever it was, he
was putting up some numbers like he was still Like
I actually started him towards the end of the season
in one of my leagues that I was completely out of,
ended up coming in third in the league.

Speaker 5 (54:05):
By the way, with Kyler Murray as my quarterback.

Speaker 1 (54:09):
Saint Joe was starting him in the final he wasn't he.

Speaker 5 (54:12):
I think he might have all had to look at it.

Speaker 6 (54:14):
But but yeah, I mean, and like you said, he
has finished in the top five and he has the
potential to be up there. Only he might not get
you any passing yards, but he's going to get your
rushing touchdowns. He's going to get you those rushing yards
that you know, add up.

Speaker 1 (54:28):
And yeah, I like Kyler Murray at eight. I don't.

Speaker 5 (54:30):
I don't think i'd go. I almost put him higher,
but I had to think about that one.

Speaker 4 (54:35):
But because what you said about his end of the
year numbers. So he started from week what week is this?

Speaker 1 (54:44):
This is week ten? He started from week ten on,
So I just lost him. Hang on, he started from
week ten on.

Speaker 4 (54:50):
There he is, so he had a bye week in there,
so six games seven, one two three four six seven games. Uh,
he had eighteen twenty two, twenty eleven point eight, fifteen
point three, twenty twenty four, seventeen nineteen. So like, pretty
good for coming off a fucking knee injury, right, And
he's gonna he's coming off with the knee injury. He's

(55:10):
gonna have he's gonna have Marvin Harrison Junior. And of
course we forgot to mention Trey McBride. So I expect
a good bounce back season. So what do you got
on him, Dave?

Speaker 3 (55:20):
I fucking hate Kyler Murray also at number eight. Yeah,
Kyler Murray, I fucking hate him. But listen, this is
a fantasy show. I want to give good advice. Kyler
Murray will finish in the top ten in quarterbacks this
year if he stays healthy. I don't like the dude,
but we've seen him do it before. He's he's a

(55:42):
decent quarterback with a lot of running potential. We've seen
him finish in the top five before Marvin Harrison Junior.
I wouldn't say his best weapon because we haven't seen
him on the field, but are very easily could beat
his best weapon ever, the resurgence of Trey McBride. Don't
sleep on Michael Wilson, who came on strong last year.
And if you and it also just this is kind

(56:04):
of stupid, but if you look at it, I think,
if you look at his schedule, he's playing like twelve
games in a dome this year. Oh yeah, this dude's
gonna finish in the top ten.

Speaker 1 (56:14):
What can I ask you something that you said something
I didn't I didn't like you said the re emergence of.

Speaker 4 (56:21):
The trade McBride, Like, like, why why did you phrase
it like that? Because like he was a he was
either a rookie or only a second year player last year.
He's not like an old guy.

Speaker 3 (56:30):
If I said emergence or re emergency emergence, I was
just emergence of Trey McBride.

Speaker 2 (56:36):
Yeah, he was.

Speaker 3 (56:36):
He was like option in that offense.

Speaker 4 (56:38):
He was their number two behind fucking ninety seven year
old zach Ertz. The moment zach Ertz got dropped or
whatever it was, didn't get cut or something or whatever
it was, Trey McBride went.

Speaker 1 (56:49):
Yeah, traded.

Speaker 3 (56:50):
Okay, yeah, I think he was traded.

Speaker 1 (56:51):
And then Trey McBride went through the roof. So I
just was just clarified that. Yeah. So wow, we are
on the the same fucking track with with everything.

Speaker 4 (57:00):
Possibly nowcaka, we are going to talk about Rock. I've
been leading the conversation day. If you lead this conversation
a brock Brock party.

Speaker 3 (57:13):
Yeah, I mean he's got Brock party. You know, eleven
sitting comfortably at eleven. That's right where I have him too.
I think he's probably the least sexy pick in all
of football, just mister boring mister.

Speaker 1 (57:32):
But we never heard that before from him. Did you
guys know he was the last pick of the draft.

Speaker 3 (57:36):
I did not know that. Here's here's the thing with
Brock Party, right, it's really hard for me to see
Brock party, and I think eleven is being generous if
we're really going to be out just kind of honest here,
Eleven is generous. I'm putting him at eleven tentatively right now.
But if you go back and look at him last season,

(57:58):
his efficiency, he was absolutely insane, and I feel like
it's something that he may really have a hard time
replicating this year. So don't be surprised if he drops
even further. And if AUK takes off out of San Francisco,
he's dropping even further.

Speaker 4 (58:14):
For me, well, somebody called the undertaker because the streak
is over, Dave, because I have him even lower.

Speaker 1 (58:22):
I have'm at thirteen, not that far.

Speaker 5 (58:23):
Lower, but he might I have him even lower than that.

Speaker 4 (58:26):
Oh shit, Well, yeah, he's my number one backup. You
guys know how I feel about him. He's totally system.
He works great for the system, but sometimes systems get
figured out, and I just I don't think he's the guy.

Speaker 1 (58:37):
That has the strong enough arm to beat that system.

Speaker 4 (58:40):
Guess what, Deebo Samuel gets hurt a lot, And if
I Yuk is gone and Deebo Samuel's hurt, and Christian
McCaffrey's hurt, and fucking George Kittle is hurt, like that's
not possible.

Speaker 1 (58:51):
Could like literally, those three guys can't all be hurt
at the same time. He's done. He can't. He can't
run out there with Ray Ray McCloud and put up
the numbers that he puts up with those weapons.

Speaker 4 (59:02):
And I get it, he puts up the numbers. It's
fantasy football about numbers. But it's as much of his
lack of talent as it is.

Speaker 1 (59:08):
The fragility of his players that I just see what
he's still he's my number one backup, but he is, Yeah, he's, yeah,
he's I.

Speaker 6 (59:16):
Don't know if you guys know this, but Deebo Samuel
got hurt last year. He was out for three games.
Guess what, they lost three games in a row.

Speaker 4 (59:26):
How good did brock Party doing those three games? Let
me just look, let me let me look at Brockporty.
By the way, in brock Party's defense, he finished sixth
last year.

Speaker 6 (59:36):
Yeah he no, he did when he had Deebo Samuel
and I's and McCaffrey on the field at the same time.

Speaker 3 (59:44):
I mean, it's also you got to look at it though,
it's like, I don't know, I'm not disagreeing with your rankings.
But you can't. I don't think you can go into
it ranking a player based on the fact that the
weapons around him could get hurt. And in brock Party's defense,
I think and this this is in his defense and
also me shitting on him. I think he's in a

(01:00:06):
system that it doesn't matter if it's figured out, because
he realies on his receivers. Anybody can throw a fucking
five yard dump, and defenses know how to cover a
five yard dump. What what San Francisco has done has
given him the weapons that he can just sit back
and throw five yard slants, and these guys know how

(01:00:28):
to make guys miss and turn them into forty yard games. Yeah,
anybody in the NFL that can throw a five yard
pass could be fucking brock Party. You know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (01:00:37):
Yeah, No, I've been saying that for years.

Speaker 3 (01:00:39):
Yeah, it's fucking hard to stop, right. It's like, you
know that brock Perty is gonna throw a five yard slant.
It's like, can you hit Deebo Samuel in open space?
Can you get can you you know? Can you can
you shake off Christian McCaffrey. It's like I would like to.

Speaker 1 (01:00:56):
Think I could hit Deebo Samuel in open space, I
would like, I think, I mean, if it's like ten yards,
I got this.

Speaker 3 (01:01:03):
I mean, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:01:05):
So you had him at eleven, I had him at thirteen.
At him, he didn't say we had him.

Speaker 6 (01:01:09):
I actually have him at fourteen. So it's not like
it's crazy low. But I just have him at fourteen.
And simply because of the fact that you're right, he
is a system quarterback.

Speaker 5 (01:01:18):
It works for him.

Speaker 6 (01:01:19):
He it is what it is, and he's got Deebo Samuel,
who plays wide receiver and running back. You know, Christian
McCaffrey with the injury right now, he's uncertain with Ayuk's
future up in the air with forty nine Ers, and
you know, we might be seeing him in a Steelers'
uniform soon, which is crazy to think about.

Speaker 5 (01:01:37):
But you know, I don't.

Speaker 6 (01:01:38):
I don't think he's a bad quarterback. But you know,
the system that they have in place for him, they
built it around him and it works.

Speaker 5 (01:01:45):
And you're right.

Speaker 6 (01:01:45):
He throws a five yard pass and Deebo Samuel can
take it for forty yards. You know, he throws a
lame duck that hits off the defender's helmet and I
makes a crazy catch on the two yard line and.

Speaker 1 (01:01:58):
Then everybody's at home for you.

Speaker 7 (01:02:00):
Oh my god, brocky yes, broh yeah, it was about
five yard short, which is why it hit the fucking
defender in the helmet, and Ayuk was able to make
the cadge.

Speaker 1 (01:02:11):
I think you're setting up perfect at him. You're set
up perfect for this segue because speaking of lame duck throws,
and this guy gets the exact opposite effect. All they
do is shit on this guy when it's the exact
same system put into place with even better weapons, and
this guy gets shitted on and everyone sucks off. Brock
party and it's Tuwa Tagaviolda.

Speaker 4 (01:02:33):
They are the same quarterback in the same system, but
everybody likes to fucking freak out of a brock party,
and everyone shits on Toua and Dave Richard has him
back to back in his rankings of eleven and twelve,
and I have him back to back and Ryan rankings
of thirteen and fourteen because they're the same fucking player,
so to me, like everything's the same. I would even

(01:02:55):
think Tua has a better weapons honestly, so at least
receivers wise, they both have fantastic receivers. But I actually
think both Dolphins receivers are better than both forty nine
ers receivers. So then there's that, and then so is
his number twelve, And they're the same fucking player to me.

Speaker 1 (01:03:14):
So it is what it is. What do you think
about it, madam?

Speaker 5 (01:03:18):
I have Two even lower than that. I have him
at sixteen.

Speaker 6 (01:03:21):
Okay, And it's not just me being a biased Bills
fan hating the Dolphins, but I don't think two is
a very good quarterback. I think they rely way too
much on Tyreek Hill speed, who can take a five
yard slant to the house. And we've seen it happen
in Kansas City, We've seen it happen in Miami and
Jalen Waddell. You know that guy needs to stay healthy too,
because he is a great receiver as well. But it's

(01:03:42):
the same deal with him, Like they're both fast. All
they do is need all they do is get separation,
you know, on a five yard slant route and they're gone, right.
They have no tight end, they have two running backs.
Somehow most of it had like eighteen touchdowns. Devin h
chan Is, I don't think he's going to be as

(01:04:02):
good as he was last year.

Speaker 5 (01:04:04):
That's just me though.

Speaker 6 (01:04:04):
We'll get to that when we do our running back rankings.
But but yeah, I have two adds sixteen man, I mean,
but they're the same player.

Speaker 3 (01:04:13):
What do you got him at twelve in a twelve
man league? He's a starting quarterback, back, back to back,
just like that, yeah, back, just the same guy. They're
the same guy. To me, I give the slight edge
to brock Party just because he's got CMC and Tua
is a bit of a fair weather quarterback. We talked
about this. Tua smashes teams that he's supposed to smash

(01:04:35):
when he gets into tight games, or he gets into
games that don't have the greatest weather conditions, struggles a
little bit, so slight edge to Brock Party from me
on that one. But essentially the same guy.

Speaker 4 (01:04:46):
Well, here's the only reason why I think Tua could
be better than all of us. Uh I think I
believe I'm looking enough right now. Who led the NFL
and passing yards? I think it was it was Tua.
So Tua led the league in passing yards last year
and uh oh adam so mad he's gone. So Tua

(01:05:09):
led the league in passing yards, and Adam brought up
to the point that Raheem Moster had eighteen rushing touchdowns.

Speaker 1 (01:05:15):
Raheem Moster is not going to have eighteen rushing touchdowns again,
you know what I mean? So like it's not gonna happen.

Speaker 4 (01:05:20):
So like if Tua picks it up with like five
or six more passing touchdowns and leading the league and
passing yards, like, the guy could be a top ten player.

Speaker 3 (01:05:28):
So yeah, usually could be a top ten player. That's
why I said in a twelve man league, he's a
starting quarterback.

Speaker 1 (01:05:34):
Yeah, so we had we had all those guys pretty
much the same. I just want to blow through a
few of these.

Speaker 4 (01:05:41):
So do either of you have any of the next
few guys on this list here in your top twelve?

Speaker 1 (01:05:50):
Is there anybody in your top twelve that we didn't
talk about? It's more nope, no, uh yeah, Okay, who
do you got?

Speaker 5 (01:05:57):
I have two. I have two guys in my top
twelve that you guys might so we.

Speaker 1 (01:06:01):
Know one of them at Stafford, we know Matt Stafford's
one of them.

Speaker 5 (01:06:04):
Of course. Yeah. I have Baker at eleven and Stafford
at twelve.

Speaker 1 (01:06:07):
Okay, And the reason the reason why.

Speaker 6 (01:06:09):
I have Baker at eleven is because he had his
best season as a quarterback last year with Tampa Bay Bucks. Okay,
and they have the exact same team returning for him again,
Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, give me Baker all day. And
Baker finished what where did he finish last year? And

(01:06:29):
I think so he's one down before but captain quarterback
last year. Baker nobody ever thought to ever crack the
top ten in his career. And now you got he
got Mike Evans and Chris Godwin again, both fully healthy.
Baker's playing very well. Yeah, and then Stafford.

Speaker 4 (01:06:47):
You know everything you said about Baker you can apply
to Stafford, like he's got he's got his weapons, he's
got he's.

Speaker 6 (01:06:52):
Got his weapons back. They have a very good offensive line.
You know, Cooper cup is back healthy fully. Pooka's got
the injury now, but you know Pooka's he might not
have the numbers he had last year. But Matt Stafford
is just that guy that is quietly on nobody's radar

(01:07:13):
because I don't know why he was throwing five thousand
yards in Detroit with one receiver. Now he's got a
running back in Kyron Williams. Blake korm is his backup.
Pooka Nkula had an excellent rookie season, and Cooper Cup
is you know, we all know what Cooper Cup is

(01:07:34):
capable of. I know he's getting older, he's in his
thirties now, but that often still runs through Cooper Cup.

Speaker 4 (01:07:41):
But everybody is excited about Diggs, who's thirty, but shipping
on Cup. Like the fantasy football community.

Speaker 1 (01:07:47):
Everyone's said about Diggs being the third WI. It's just
they're ridiculous. I hate the fantasy football commedia.

Speaker 4 (01:07:53):
Funny story before I tell you my two guys, I
remember I was doing a voice text and I said
Pooka Nkula and the voice text put it in as pooped.

Speaker 1 (01:08:02):
In the cooler. Nice, and that look name no pooped
in the cooler. So my eleven and twelve are are
actually one two punch of the rookies. I think Keled
Williams is going to be a top quarterback this year. Eleven.
I am at eleven.

Speaker 4 (01:08:18):
I love he has got the best trio of wide
receivers in the NFL, plus a very good tight end,
plus a very good.

Speaker 1 (01:08:25):
Pass catching running back.

Speaker 4 (01:08:27):
It's not often that you get a very like sought
after talented rookie that joins a team of that many studs.
I mean, if you even look at Joe Burrow, Joe
Burrow comes in with t Higgins his first year, gets hurt,
then gets another stud the second year and he's off
to the races. And Cayler Williams, I just feel is
going to finish in the top twelve this year and

(01:08:47):
be a number one and actually have his cohort Jayden
Daniels at twelve just because of the running. I have
him above Tua and brock Purty just because of the running.
If anybody could have more rushing yards then then Murray
and Jackson, it's this rookie. I mean, his rushing alone

(01:09:08):
could put him in the top six if he has
that kind of rushing season and then whatever, maybe he
passes like shit, maybe he doesn't. But that's why I
have him at twelve. I'm way more confident in Caleb Williams.
But when I'm sitting here looking at fucking Jaden Daniels
and brock Purty, I'm taking Jade and Daniels just because
of the the Heisman Trophy winning quarterback, the stud the
fast forty time.

Speaker 1 (01:09:29):
I mean I'll take him. I mean, fucking god, fucking damn.
Sam Howell was a top twelve quarterback last year. Sam
fucking Howell was a top twelve quarterback on this team
last year. They're bringing Jadeen Daniels, and they bring in
Cliff Kingsbury to run the offense. Cliff Kingsbury ran the
offense for Patrick Mahomes, and he.

Speaker 4 (01:09:46):
Ran the offense for Hey, there, little fella in fantasy
football to finished a third. So I would love if
I can nab Caleb Williams as my second quarterback because
I know I probably can because I have him ranked higher.

Speaker 1 (01:09:59):
And there's that.

Speaker 4 (01:10:00):
So those are my two. You guys don't even need
to say it. You guys hate rookies. Is there any
chance any of those the rookies are a little higher.

Speaker 2 (01:10:06):
On your list?

Speaker 3 (01:10:07):
Jadan Daniels is thirty thirteen, My man, It's he good.
I love Adam and he's like Jayden Daniels.

Speaker 5 (01:10:14):
I don't have any rookie in my top twenty.

Speaker 3 (01:10:16):
Is thirteen for me, And for the exact reasons that
you said, Sam how excelled in this offense. I do
believe in Jayde and Daniels. The rushing ability is absolutely insane,
and we talk about it all the time. Fantasy quarterbacks.
Rushing is king, and you know, you know he's thirteen.
He's right outside my starting quarterbacks in a twelve man league.
He's technically going to be a backup quarterback in my opinion.

(01:10:39):
And if you're going to take a backup quarterback, which
most people don't, you might as well fucking swing for
the fences, because what why do you want to sit
there and grab Aaron Rodgers is your fucking backup quarterback
when you can just grab fucking Aaron Rodgers off the
waiver wire when you need him.

Speaker 1 (01:10:54):
So, yeah, Adam, why would you want to do that.

Speaker 3 (01:10:56):
If you're gonna, if you're gonna take a backup quarterbacks.

Speaker 5 (01:10:59):
Swing Aaron Rodgers is coming on my team at all?

Speaker 6 (01:11:03):
Yeah, listen, I don't hate any of your guys's logic, Okay,
I don't.

Speaker 5 (01:11:09):
I agree with it.

Speaker 6 (01:11:10):
I have no problem taking a swing for the fences
if I need a backup quarterback and Jane Daniels is
sitting there, no problem drafting him as my second quarterback.
But for me, we all know that I hate rookies,
especially rookie quarterbacks. I need to see it before I
even think about putting them in the list.

Speaker 1 (01:11:33):
Well, I'll tell you I've seen it from I don't.

Speaker 5 (01:11:35):
Care what I don't care what they did in college. Man,
they're a totally different ball game.

Speaker 4 (01:11:39):
I'm going to say, the people that have below him,
I'll give my I'll give my my thirteen to twenty
for everyone at home.

Speaker 1 (01:11:45):
You guys could do it too. So I've got Jay,
I got Caleb at eleven, so so again, I got
Josh Patrick, Mahomes, Jalen Lamar, Richardson, Burrough Love, Murray, Dak Stroud,
Caleb Williams, and jayde and Daniels. All right, So thirteen
through twenty, I have.

Speaker 4 (01:12:00):
Brock lesnar Tua, Trevor Lawrence, Jared Goff, Herbie Justin, Herbert,
Matt Stafford, Kirk Cousins, and Aaron Rodgers. And like you said,
I have seen all those guys play in the NFL,
and I'm gonna take easily Jayden Daniels above any of
those guys. The only one that like I have him
at seventeen. We all know Herbie can fucking But what's

(01:12:23):
with Jim Harbaugh? So, like Adam would say, I want
to see it first especially with Jim Harboss.

Speaker 1 (01:12:28):
So what about you, Dave? What's your twelve through? Are
you thirteen?

Speaker 3 (01:12:32):
Thirteen through twenty? I got thirteen, Jaydon Daniels fourteen, Matthew
Stafford fifteen, Trevor Lawrence sixteen, Jared Goff seventeen, Kirk Cousins eighteen,
Ko Williams nineteen, Baker Mayfield and twenty Aaron Rodgers.

Speaker 4 (01:12:47):
Okay, and we both got a twenty wearing fire David.
What about you, Adam?

Speaker 1 (01:12:54):
What you got?

Speaker 6 (01:12:56):
My thirteen is Deshaun Watson, whoa great I have brock
perty at fourteen, Jared Goff at fifteen, two at sixteen,
Trevor Lawrence at seventeen, Herbert at eighteen, Kirko at nineteen.

Speaker 5 (01:13:10):
And my top twenty rounds out with Justin Fields.

Speaker 1 (01:13:15):
That's not a bad one. I mean he's not the starter,
but I get it.

Speaker 5 (01:13:19):
Are you sure about that?

Speaker 1 (01:13:21):
Right? As of now? You're right he's not the start back,
He's definitely.

Speaker 6 (01:13:23):
I'm basing it on him starting. I think he can
have a better season than Russell Wilson. He's younger, he
runs more, and if they do end up making this
massive trade for Brandon Ayuk, they're going to set him
up with the best offense that he's ever had.

Speaker 4 (01:13:41):
I mean, it's justin Fields is a great fantasy football quarterback.
And that's all I'm saying. I'm not taking the word
fantasy out of it, but like fantasy for probably is
a great quarterback. So well, there's your top twenty quarterbacks
and your top ten tighting. Guys, we've got a lot
done today. I just put in the chat. You guys
don't have to do it, but let's do a quick
mock draft. If you get can stay up?

Speaker 1 (01:14:01):
What do you guys?

Speaker 3 (01:14:01):
You guys going, I got one in me?

Speaker 4 (01:14:03):
Yeah, all right, I put it in the chat because
day because Jay is not here. So uh so I'll
pick the last position. You you, Dave, you have won
because you were so close with me on Jaden Daniels.
You have won the put the You can pick your
You can claim your spot first, and then Adam can
claim his spot second.

Speaker 1 (01:14:21):
So Dave can claim his spot first.

Speaker 3 (01:14:24):
You're linking working that's fucked.

Speaker 1 (01:14:27):
Maybe it's not. I'll do it again. No, don't worry, folks,
it's a coming. I think it said something weird.

Speaker 2 (01:14:35):
Let me see that.

Speaker 3 (01:14:36):
There we go.

Speaker 1 (01:14:37):
I go all right, So claim your spot. Dave can
claim his spot. Let's see what he takes.

Speaker 3 (01:14:42):
Is the twelve man league?

Speaker 1 (01:14:44):
This is twelve man league. Yep, seventeen rounds, double flax.
This is our league, basically interesting, our fantasy football league.

Speaker 3 (01:14:52):
All right, I'll go back end.

Speaker 1 (01:14:53):
So Dave, it is at ten, Adam, you have picked
your You can pick your spot it up here, or
you can tell me and I won't take it.

Speaker 5 (01:15:05):
Yeah, I have to join the draft. Wait, just kidding.
Uh so you said twelve, David.

Speaker 1 (01:15:11):
At twelve, day's at ten?

Speaker 5 (01:15:13):
Ten?

Speaker 1 (01:15:13):
Oh, I'm out at twelve. Okay, I'll take twelve. He's
taking he's taking twelve, and you know what trying you
just go take it time just for Frenzie. Since me
and Dave had such close rankings, I'm gonna fucking take nine,
you piece of ship. I mean it was just quarterback, right,

(01:15:36):
are you sandwiching? Dick? You have a hard time there?

Speaker 5 (01:15:42):
Yeah, it's not letting me click my position. For some reason,
did you you.

Speaker 1 (01:15:47):
Click the link?

Speaker 3 (01:15:48):
I had to like refresh the page to get it
to work properly.

Speaker 5 (01:15:53):

Speaker 5 (01:16:54):
It's just the draft is coming up, and I see

Speaker 1 (01:17:06):

Speaker 5 (01:17:09):

Speaker 1 (01:17:13):
That's okay.

Speaker 3 (01:17:14):
This is struggle, is ye?

Speaker 1 (01:17:16):
It is fucking there really is due.

Speaker 5 (01:17:26):
I heard that.

Speaker 1 (01:17:35):
But we're gonna get a copyright strong, aren't We should
stop that? You get it? See the the fucking work guys.
All I had to do.

Speaker 5 (01:17:46):

Speaker 4 (01:17:49):
Okay, folks, Sorry about the delay. There's no editing here
at this podcast.

Speaker 1 (01:17:52):
So twelve team PPR Dual Flex League. I got nine's
eggs got ten, Adam's got twelve. Let's sneak each other.
There's some motherfuckers.

Speaker 4 (01:18:01):
So Jamar Chase first overall, Christian McCaffrey, Ceedee, lamb Tyreek Hill,
Justin Jefferson, Breese.

Speaker 1 (01:18:08):
Hall, Am and Rah Pooka Pooka Pooka. Did they fucking
leave me? Breese Hall? Are you fucking serious? Did they.

Speaker 5 (01:18:18):
Think that's d No?

Speaker 1 (01:18:19):
But I didn't mean Breese Hall. I was worried because
I didn't share the screen. Sorry, folks, all, Oh, take
one Barkley here. Yeah, they left him. He's still there
for you.

Speaker 3 (01:18:27):
If Dave knows what I'm taking, he's taking baby boy,
taking baby boy.

Speaker 1 (01:18:32):
Now we're saving. Now we're sharing it. Bjon and fuck
he's gonna lead the league in rushing b John Robinson.
I'm leaving it there for Dave. Dave, would you have
taken Bijon?

Speaker 3 (01:18:41):
I would have taken Jon there without it, without.

Speaker 1 (01:18:44):
Hookah before Bjeon. Get the fuck out of here, people, Jesus.

Speaker 3 (01:18:51):
Yeah, but see here's the problem, right, I fucking know
this isn't gonna work because I fucking know Adam. Oh,
he's taking Kyle and don't worry give me Saquan.

Speaker 5 (01:19:03):
Oh, you, Dick, You're a sick fuck Dave.

Speaker 4 (01:19:07):
Yeah, he's taking a great running back at the best
running team in the NFL with the best offensive line.

Speaker 3 (01:19:15):
I gotta do it. I gotta do it. But I
know what Adam's doing.

Speaker 1 (01:19:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:19:18):
There, and that wears part two of the equation, had too.

Speaker 1 (01:19:22):
Had to Yeah, speaking of running backs that get hurt
all the time.

Speaker 5 (01:19:27):
All the time. He had one season.

Speaker 4 (01:19:29):
He's had two seasons because his first year he missed
the whole year. In the second year, he mean six.

Speaker 3 (01:19:33):
Games there is Wow, damn it.

Speaker 1 (01:19:37):
Wow. I'm surprised you didn't go with Gibbs there. I
thought you would have go with Gibbs there.

Speaker 5 (01:19:41):
I can't with Manti there man touchdowns like jan believe
that just by.

Speaker 4 (01:19:47):
The way, I think a great hold I have in
our Fantasy football league keeper is Jonathan Taylor in the
seventh round. Go meet, He's going on the first and second.

Speaker 3 (01:19:56):
Derrick Henry, You dick, I'm doing it.

Speaker 5 (01:19:58):
Ship.

Speaker 1 (01:20:00):
Did you think Adam was taking Derrick Henry there? Not too?

Speaker 3 (01:20:03):
No, No, I was mad that Gibbs went eleventh. I
knew I knew he was going. Kyroen Jacson can we
just look at this?

Speaker 1 (01:20:09):
Why the fuck? And the fourth pick of the second
round the top four fucking players?

Speaker 4 (01:20:15):
But all right, Garrett Wilson, hang on Marvin Harrison, I
mean he's a rookie.

Speaker 1 (01:20:22):
But Davante Adams forty five years old with Aidan O'Connell
drake fucking London, Like, are you kidding me? Those are
the next four best players.

Speaker 3 (01:20:33):
That's why I find myself time and time again just
wanting to leave the first two rounds with two running
backs because I just after these top like eight wide receivers.
I just it's like they fall off a fucking cliff.

Speaker 1 (01:20:47):
It's just fucking insanity. Do you know what I'm gonna do.

Speaker 4 (01:20:49):
I'm going something different, old reliable Travis Kelcey here buy
in fucking taking Travis kelce No.

Speaker 1 (01:20:55):
No Olave, no Laporta. Oh my, Josh Allen, Chan tell
you what Team.

Speaker 3 (01:21:04):
One Calellens digs Samuel like, I don't. I don't love
any of these dudes.

Speaker 1 (01:21:09):
It's ridiculous. I'll tell you what I like what Team
one did right here? They got jam.

Speaker 5 (01:21:16):
Yeah we're talking about I hate Team six man.

Speaker 4 (01:21:20):
I I Team Team one got Chase. Josh Allen and
Devin a chance. All three of those players could effectively
be number one at their position. I know we don't
really like eight chance too much, but if he's explosive
as he's shown, he could be number one at the position.
Josh definitely probably will be, and Chase could be. So
they had a nice start there at one. I'll say
that I I don't like teammate man. Teammates that with

(01:21:43):
Pukakua and Drake London awful.

Speaker 6 (01:21:47):
And I changed my mind. I hate actually I think
I hate oh Man. I hate six more than I
hate eight. But it's one and two right there.

Speaker 4 (01:21:55):
For six is Bresee Hallo, Chris o'lave, yeah tough, and
check O like whatever.

Speaker 3 (01:22:03):
Here here's the team I hate, right, team seven?

Speaker 1 (01:22:06):
Right?

Speaker 3 (01:22:07):
Okay, Saint Brown great, Garrett Wilson trash, Mike Evans great.
But you're now in the fourth round without a running back,
like you are so fucked at this point. If you
go to the fourth without a running back, you're so fucked.

Speaker 1 (01:22:20):
Dave, I got a.

Speaker 4 (01:22:21):
Project because I gotta make my pick here in forty
five seconds, and I have no I have b Jon Robinson,
have Travis Kelsey, but I have no receiver. But you
know what, I think he's gonna be top twelve guy,
and he's sitting there, So give me James Cook here.
I'll take him there. All I took him over was
Rashad White.

Speaker 1 (01:22:35):
I'm happy.

Speaker 4 (01:22:36):
I'm happy to take James Cook over Rashad White. You
think White's that a better pick than James Cook?

Speaker 3 (01:22:43):
I think it's comparable.

Speaker 4 (01:22:44):
I mean, Adam said was crazy, So I think I think, oh,
I thought you said it's greaty Okay, Yeah, I mean
they're they're comparable, and I just think Cooks can have
the better year.

Speaker 5 (01:22:53):
I would agree with that. I think they're a very
comparable player.

Speaker 1 (01:22:57):
So Zas you're here with you here with two great
running bastars like what you did.

Speaker 3 (01:23:01):
So I'm sitting here right now. It's very obvious I
need a wide receiver. And I know DJ Moore and
Jayalen Water are sitting there, but I just don't love
them as much as I love this dude.

Speaker 1 (01:23:10):
You took Pitty City that they call him, Okay, I
like Pitman. And then I went Dj Moore, Adam, Adam,
both of you guys.

Speaker 4 (01:23:17):
The two run look at us by the way, two
running backs to start, and then I took a tight end,
So like three picks in for most of us except
Adam as of now, and only one of one receiver
taken out of us. So there's a chance that only
two receivers out of nine picks kind of against the grain,
it really is, considering there's two teams on this that

(01:23:38):
have three receivers already.

Speaker 3 (01:23:40):
Yeah, but we've talked about it all the time, and
this wide receiver love is just getting out of control now,
out of control, It's literally getting out of control now.

Speaker 1 (01:23:47):
I mean, it's that second round.

Speaker 4 (01:23:50):
I just still got a minute twenty Adams. I mean,
I just my mind is bown for Drake London, Garrett Wilson,
Chris Oll, Lovey, Marvin Harrison, Davante Adams in the second round.
Those are like fourth round receivers, literally, guys. I think
almost every receiver in the third round is better than
those guys.

Speaker 5 (01:24:09):
And I'm gonna tell you what right now is I
can't believe he's even sitting here. Bang.

Speaker 1 (01:24:14):
Yeah, Cooper Cup's better than those guys. I totally agree.

Speaker 4 (01:24:16):
Great pick, That's who I was hoping fell back to me.
He went Cup and Andrews, Jalen Hurnson it's back to you, Dave.

Speaker 3 (01:24:26):
All Right, I would love to go wide receiver right here,
but I just I don't know. We've had a run
of tight ends and I'm super high on this dude,
So I'm just gonna go ahead and take him back.

Speaker 1 (01:24:36):
Trey McBride. Hey, that's gonna be my keeper in like
the fifteenth round. How do you like that?

Speaker 3 (01:24:42):
It's pretty pretty fucking solid keeper.

Speaker 4 (01:24:45):
Now here's my I have no receivers. Jalen watt On,
Thelik Neighbors, DK Metcalf, But you know what my number
one quarterbacks available to and Patrick Mahomes. So Patrick Mahomes,
I got the Mahomes County connection, and I've got no receivers.

Speaker 1 (01:25:06):
Now I know it's a little different. This is what
this is what mock drafts are for. Right, So let's
see if a good receiver falls to me. So I'll
go over the picks in a second. Here for the
people on the audio, Okay, So I took Mahomes. So
after that went neighbors, neighbors overwaddle. I like neighbors, but overwaddle.
That's that's tough. Then mixing Metcalf white reshired white, tanked

(01:25:29):
ol Kenneth Walker, DeVante, Samantha Za Flowers way too early,
Lamar Jackson, Daltin, O Kaid, Alvin Kamara, George Pick and C. J.
Stroud in the fucking fifth round, Amari Cooper, T Higgins.
That sucks.

Speaker 4 (01:25:41):
I was hoping T Higgins felt to me, honestly. So
now I'm here with no wide receiver, and the best
ones available are.

Speaker 1 (01:25:50):
The number one.

Speaker 4 (01:25:51):
Receiver for me, so I gotta take them, right, boy,
gotta take them, agree with Okay?

Speaker 1 (01:26:00):
All right?

Speaker 2 (01:26:00):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (01:26:00):
So no, I'm sitting here. I don't I don't hate
the Keyan Olympics. So now I'm sitting here obviously need
a wide receiver too, but I just again, I just
don't love the names on here. I think wide receiver
is pretty deep, and I'm not going to stretch right now.
I think it's I think it's fine. I think it's
fine to go ahead and do it. Quarterbacks are coming

(01:26:21):
off the board. I'm just gonna go ahead and grab
my guy right there.

Speaker 1 (01:26:23):
Oh, Rich, So now you've got the stack?

Speaker 3 (01:26:26):
No, I got the stack.

Speaker 1 (01:26:27):
Yeah, we both went the stack.

Speaker 5 (01:26:28):
Nice, sure do well.

Speaker 4 (01:26:29):
Adam's gonna get the stack because he's gonna draft stafford
In like the seventh.

Speaker 5 (01:26:32):
Round, seventh round. I'll be able to get him in
the fucking twelfth round.

Speaker 6 (01:26:36):
Brother, Yeah, this is this is great. I have Kyen
Williams and JT. Now my thought process here too is
I have Cooper Cup and Mark Andrews. Right, I have
two receiving options already, but I am going to take
another wide receiver here. And this might be a little

(01:26:57):
bit of a reach for him, but in the fifth round,
give me some Chris Godwin, and you don't, you don't,
you're not up.

Speaker 1 (01:27:03):
Well, you got to pick in the six round, but
then you're not up for a while. So I do
you want them not up for a bit?

Speaker 5 (01:27:08):
So I do need another guy here. I have my
two wide receivers, and we do have a double flex
here too.

Speaker 4 (01:27:15):
So and before you before you make your pick, you
get a minute in forty seconds here. What do you
think about Team five and seven Team seven?

Speaker 5 (01:27:26):
Team Team five and Team seven, who have zero running backs.

Speaker 4 (01:27:31):
Is nothing ass receiving apptions between them eight players? There's
ten players, and nine of them are wide receivers.

Speaker 6 (01:27:41):
Listen, I am all for double flex, right, So they
have the option to absolutely start all four of their
wide receivers and Team seven has five wide receivers, but again,
only four can start. Okay, so team five looks a
little bit better because they have that Laporta option in
there at tight end. So I mean starting wide receivers
are those you know, Jefferson, Samuel Metcalf, Pickens. Okay, I

(01:28:04):
don't hate that. What I hate is that you don't
have a running back to do anything with. And team
seven just has five wide receivers. Now you're gonna be
debating on which four you're gonna fucking start every week
because the guy on your bench is gonna have twenty
plus points.

Speaker 5 (01:28:19):
Two.

Speaker 6 (01:28:21):
But here I'm looking at another wide receiver or I'm sorry,
another running back, because I do have my three receiving options,
and I do like to have a third running back
just because and here I am. I am going to
take the touchdown vulture himself, David Montgomery.

Speaker 4 (01:28:38):
Monty, you okay up? And then Kyle Pitts went, and
then you got Trey McBride. So wait, where did Pitts go?

Speaker 1 (01:28:43):
One? Two, three, four, five? Pits was the sixth? So
now I mean you guys, you guys had him super low.
I felt I was high on him. He wasn't even.

Speaker 5 (01:28:50):
Higher, didn't even I didn't even have him my top ten.

Speaker 1 (01:28:53):
So and he's going six here in this draft. So, like,
you know, it's not only me, guys, It's not only me.

Speaker 2 (01:29:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:29:01):
So I'm sitting here right now again, just like Adam,
I kind of like leaving these top rounds with three
running back options, especially in a flex league, and we're
getting to the point where I don't know, running backer
is really gonna start falling off a cliff here soon.
I know James Connor is great, but I'm actually going
DeAndre Swift because honestly, James Conner can't stay on the

(01:29:23):
field and Joe Benson has nothing to scot that.

Speaker 5 (01:29:26):
So I was debating on DeAndre Swift there.

Speaker 1 (01:29:30):
But fucking dickhead, one of my baby boys.

Speaker 3 (01:29:35):
Well, that's what happens when you want to fucking sandwich me.

Speaker 1 (01:29:38):
That's what I'm gonna fucking sandwich you here. Actually, no,
I'm a sandwich.

Speaker 4 (01:29:41):
I'm gonna get Patrick Mahomes his tomb slices of bread
because you know what I'm gonna take, Rashie Rice. I'm
doubling down here in Pat Mahomes. Then we went Connor Kittle,
Kirk Buro McLaurin, Prescott, Ingram Roder, Stevenson, Jayden Reed.

Speaker 1 (01:29:56):
Jayden Reid was there for me too.

Speaker 4 (01:29:58):
I'm a dundee a Addison Pollard, Chubb Worthy, No, thank you, Uh,
Naji Harris bro I'm not gonna lie. I was hoping
I would get Naji Harris because Naji Harris I think
is going to be pretty good that, you know, compared
to him where you're drafting him pretty good this year.
So well, whom I'm gonna take here is because I'm
gonna take another running back here, you know what. Honestly, guys,

(01:30:20):
I think I fucked up on my last pick, but
I'm not going to change it because I wasn't paying attention.
He's still there. I'm not gonna take him, though. I
should have took Hollywood Brown. That's what I should have took.

Speaker 1 (01:30:32):
That's what I meant to take.

Speaker 5 (01:30:33):
I thought you were going to take.

Speaker 1 (01:30:34):
Yeah, I should have taken him, but that's fine. I'll
leave him.

Speaker 4 (01:30:37):
Hollywood Brown's still there. I just kind of fucking said.
I just was like, oh, Patrick Mahomes, but whatever, Really
that pick should have been him. So I'm gonna look
at the running back year.

Speaker 1 (01:30:45):
We got Za Mere.

Speaker 4 (01:30:45):
White, Raheem Mostart, Jonathan Brooks who came out as injured,
so I'm not gonna go with him. Javonte Williams, don't
love him, don't hate them all. Looking back at the receivers,
Oh boy, loving a lot here.

Speaker 1 (01:31:06):
Oh God, I'm feeling it.

Speaker 4 (01:31:10):
I'm gonna take some mere right here. He's like the
only game in town in Vegas. So I'm gonna take him.

Speaker 3 (01:31:15):
Kent, I'm gonna take who you should have taken. Give
me a little bit of that cheats offense.

Speaker 5 (01:31:19):
I don't hate that pick. I was gonna take him
if you didn't.

Speaker 1 (01:31:25):
Honestly, I would take for folks at home.

Speaker 4 (01:31:29):
In my rankings, Hollywood is gonna be above Rashie in
my rankings, so Hollywood should have went where I'm at.

Speaker 1 (01:31:34):
But you get it.

Speaker 6 (01:31:37):
So, I mean, I'm sitting here with three running backs,
essentially three wide receivers if you count Mark Andrews, because
he's I mean, he's a tight end. But you know
he's still still play him as a receiver right pass
catching option for for Lamar. But I'm I'm bolstering my
wide receiver corps here. I'm gonna add a couple of
guys uh, and the first one being I think this

(01:32:01):
guy could be good. I don't really want to take
him here, so I'm probably I'm just gonna stick with
the safe Calvin Ridley pick here, even though he's got
a little levers throwing him the ball. And then I'm
gonna do it. I'm gonna do it to Dave right
now because this is his guy I'm taking here.

Speaker 4 (01:32:20):
And then they took Javonte Williams right after that, who
I was considering taking on the swing here.

Speaker 6 (01:32:24):
So I thought about Christian Watson, but I needed I
needed I needed a piece of that Bills offense.

Speaker 5 (01:32:32):
Sorry, Dave, no worries.

Speaker 3 (01:32:41):
It's not even a real draft, and I'm so mad.

Speaker 4 (01:32:47):
We both know who's gonna take. We both know who
he's gonna take. He's sitting there at wide receiver.

Speaker 1 (01:32:51):
He is, he is right there. Yeah, you know what,
you know what? The four I got him, I got you.

Speaker 3 (01:33:02):
He's injured for four wee.

Speaker 1 (01:33:04):
There you go, David. I mean I did it.

Speaker 3 (01:33:06):
That's fine, guy.

Speaker 1 (01:33:12):
I took it a little I took a little bit
off your plate. I didn't want you to hurt in
your hands.

Speaker 3 (01:33:15):
Like that's fine, that's fine.

Speaker 1 (01:33:18):
I uh, I wanted to.

Speaker 4 (01:33:19):
Take Jayden Reid earlier. He didn't come back to me,
so Adam mentioned him too. Yeah, I'm gonna take Christian
Watson here. That's my second Fox. I'm okay with that.
And then little fella, I run Raheem Moster, Deontay Johnson,
Zach Zach most still in a Bills jersey in that picture,
and Devin Singletary in a Bills jersey, uh Lad McConkie,
Brian Thomas, David jokho js and Austin Ekler, Jayleen Warren,

(01:33:39):
Jordan Love Brock party.

Speaker 1 (01:33:41):
Thankfully, Jordan Love went Brock there. He has guys.

Speaker 4 (01:33:43):
I rot the only one where Caleb Williams guys went
in the ninth round. I'm not the only one, but
that could also be. I don't know what number he is.

Speaker 1 (01:33:52):
Let's see one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven.
So he went twelve in the ninth round. So that's
just showing people at home. I'm not the only one.
He went as the twelfth quarterback in this draft. Back
to me, I look, Romeo Dobbs is there, and I

(01:34:12):
like Romeo Dobbs, but I think Jayden.

Speaker 4 (01:34:14):
Reed took Romeo Dobbs' job towards the end of the season.
Romeo Dobbs is great last year, but I do think
Jane row took it. So I'm gonna take the real
Bills number one receiver in Curtis Samuel, Let's fucking go. Whoops,
didn't mean to click his name. Curtis Samuel, Let's fucking go.

Speaker 1 (01:34:27):
I am.

Speaker 5 (01:34:28):
I'm fine with that.

Speaker 1 (01:34:29):
James really mad took.

Speaker 6 (01:34:31):
I did only take call me because it's a mock draft,
and I was before Dave, and I had to take
him because he was going to So.

Speaker 3 (01:34:36):
How dare you? How dare you?

Speaker 5 (01:34:40):
Okay, I admit a strategy was get him before day.

Speaker 3 (01:34:44):
It's not a bad strategy, all right, it's in here
right now. There's a couple of things going on. I know,
I like Trey Benson, I like Tase Spears, but I
really think people are sleeping on Brian Robinson this year.

Speaker 1 (01:34:55):
I promise you Adams taking Spears. Oh no, he's not.

Speaker 6 (01:35:00):
Actually, I had I had the finger on the plus
to take Spears on that one.

Speaker 4 (01:35:07):
So you went Brian Robinson, and and then I could
I couldn't Dave. I legally couldn't take Brian Robinson. But
that's because you have b John Robinson.

Speaker 3 (01:35:16):
And that's not that's okay, that makes you can't have
too many.

Speaker 5 (01:35:19):
That's too many Robinson's right, right, right, right. But here
we go.

Speaker 6 (01:35:28):
Now this is this is such a tough pick here
only because I have I feel like I have some
pretty good running backs. I feel like I have some
pretty good wide receivers. I hate taking a back up
tight end because I'll just stream one later on, or
I have two Foxes already.

Speaker 1 (01:35:49):
You don't have a quarterback.

Speaker 6 (01:35:51):
You have a quarterback yet, because you're going Matts down
because I am going to go Matt Stafford. But I
am actually, I am actually gonna take him with my
next pick. But I am going to take another running
back here, and I am going to take the handcuff
to Kyen Williams. I'm okay with Blake Korham, just to
just to back him up a little bit. You know,

(01:36:12):
he did have the ankle injury late in the season,
and you know Kiren did come back and uh, you know,
finishes his stellar second year. But here in the tenth round,
I'm good with taking Stafford as my quarterback.

Speaker 5 (01:36:26):
At ten. There's a couple of guys that we had
ranked above him, but well not me, because you know Stafford, it's.

Speaker 1 (01:36:34):
My boy, ye all right?

Speaker 5 (01:36:36):
And then I do like the quarterback to wide receiver kick.

Speaker 1 (01:36:41):
We all did it. We all got the QB.

Speaker 3 (01:36:44):
I dou sitting here. I don't really love anybody in
this exact spot, so I think, uh, now, I'll just
right about the time, might as well just go ahead
and pull the trigger and see what the kicking a bitch.

Speaker 1 (01:36:59):
I was considering him.

Speaker 4 (01:37:01):
But there's a running back hanging around that I'm gonna
go with, and that's gonna be Gus Edwards. He's going
into Gus Edwards going into Jim Harbros. Team who likes
to pound the rock with a big back. And oh,
by the way, the offensive coordinator is is uh what's
his fucking name?

Speaker 2 (01:37:19):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (01:37:20):
Is that Greg Roman?

Speaker 5 (01:37:21):
Right?

Speaker 1 (01:37:21):
Is Greg Roman?

Speaker 5 (01:37:23):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (01:37:23):
I'm not? I think so?

Speaker 6 (01:37:25):
Yeah, looking up, But I actually thought about Gus Edwards there,
But I was very happy with my first three running
backs and I wouldn't.

Speaker 4 (01:37:32):
Really need whoever was the offensive coordinator in uh in
Baltimore last year's I think it was Greg Roman, who
likes to pound the rock and loves Gus Edwards.

Speaker 1 (01:37:40):
So I'm gonna take him there.

Speaker 4 (01:37:42):
Jared goff Tua, Zeke Dobbs, Dalton Schultz. None of us
had Dalton Schultz in the top ten of the Titans. Uh,
Chase Brown, Trade Ben so many weapons out wide receiver
now yeah, Jameis and Williams, Justin Herbert A. D Mitchell
Fordorland something, Pat Friar, Muth Cocomett, khalilsha Here, Tyler Lockett

(01:38:03):
in the almost twelfth round.

Speaker 1 (01:38:04):
It's that's that's the latest he's ever been.

Speaker 3 (01:38:06):
Drafted, right clearly? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:38:08):
Sure, fair to say. I mean, are we for sure?

Speaker 5 (01:38:11):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (01:38:13):
Yeah, ninth round. It's very interesting.

Speaker 1 (01:38:15):
I'm not sure.

Speaker 3 (01:38:16):
I'm not sure JS sun Is won in the second
job to be revealed.

Speaker 5 (01:38:21):
Right, yeahs either.

Speaker 6 (01:38:23):
He had flashes of some good games last year, but
he definitely wasn't wasn't a solid Yeah, number two.

Speaker 1 (01:38:31):
I'm run right with you speaking of taking a number two.

Speaker 6 (01:38:34):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (01:38:34):
Kirk cuttna Uh you know what, I've always been high
on the guy. Yeah, he gets hurt. It's the eleventh
fucking round. He's got one of the best quarterbacks he's
ever had. Let me see what Mike Williams can fucking
do here, boom.

Speaker 5 (01:38:50):
You know, let's see what damn just activated off the
pup list too.

Speaker 1 (01:38:55):
Man, Let's see what Mike Williams could do with Aaron Rodgers.
He's my fifth.

Speaker 3 (01:39:00):
That's a decent pack. Okay, clearly I am weak at
wide receiver guys sitting here, who's been one of my
favorite late round targets, almost didn't get them. But I'm
just gonna go ahead and take Chakobe Myers right now. Quietly,
son of a bitch.

Speaker 1 (01:39:14):
You're right, you son of the beach.

Speaker 5 (01:39:18):
I guess that was my payback for taking Keon.

Speaker 3 (01:39:21):
I'll trade you.

Speaker 5 (01:39:23):
Deal.

Speaker 1 (01:39:28):
Man.

Speaker 6 (01:39:29):
This is this is where the late round picks can
really make or break your draft, right. You look for
these late guys to kind of have something going on.
But here's a guy that I want to take. Here's
a here's a guy who kund of like man, here's
a guy. Here's a guy that I'm gonna take because

(01:39:50):
Justin Herbert has no wide receivers. Because I don't have
confidence in Quinton Quintin Johnston.

Speaker 1 (01:39:56):
I got qu Palmer. Here's a Quentin Johnson drop.

Speaker 6 (01:40:00):
Yeah, pretty much, and no, if Saint Show is listening,
I will not trade for Quinn Quentin Johnston, so please
don't include him in any of your trades this year.

Speaker 3 (01:40:17):
Wow.

Speaker 6 (01:40:18):
Yeah, Round twelve is just kind of a toss up
here for me, I'm gonna go with another running back
only because you can never have too many running backs.
And uh, here's a here's a guy Okay that a
lot of people might be sleeping on, and I might
be reaching for him a little bit, but we don't.

(01:40:40):
We all we talked about this, I believe a couple
of weeks ago about past catching running backs out of
New England. And I'm taking in Tokyo Gibbson.

Speaker 1 (01:40:49):
Very nice stray pick. And then Zach Sharburney, what.

Speaker 3 (01:40:55):
Right, where's my guy? He's gonna be run here somewhere,
ye going deep? Okay, still wiki wide receiver. So I'm
just throwing some darts at this point. But you know,
I always love this dude and always quietly has a
decent season. Give me some Brandon Cooks.

Speaker 4 (01:41:11):
Okay, fair enough. The two guys I'm considering here, I'm
not gonna get both of them. He's not gonna fall back.
I'm thinking of Jalen Right, the rookie running back out
of Miami. Yes, he's third in line, but the two
guys above him haven't been you know stat you know,
you know strong, and the two guys above them are
off injured, is what I'm looking to say. And he
was their fourth round pick, but this guy led his

(01:41:33):
team in rushing last year. They drafted a rookie who's
also hurting out for six weeks, and I think jew
Robert can like as my fifth running back get me
some points early in the season. So give me tubes,
Big Booty, Jerry Judy, Jalen Wright, Kirk Cousins, Zivier, look
at and ultimas Aaron Rodgers, Rahe Shai, Justin Tucker. It's starting,
Luke Musgrave, JK. Dobbins, Condrey Miller, Gabe Davis, Rico Dalo,

(01:41:55):
Harry Barker, Jock Down, Draving McPherson, forty nine ers Dans.

Speaker 1 (01:41:59):
Back to me. So I didn't get him like I
thought I wouldn't get him. We're getting in to the depths, boys,
We've got four five more picks each. We're getting into
the depths of things here.

Speaker 2 (01:42:11):
Now.

Speaker 4 (01:42:14):
I'm gonna take a guy here who was really good
last year and for some reasons ranked one seventy four
and ad I'm dealing.

Speaker 1 (01:42:20):
My guy I took. I took two Panthers back to back.
That's crazy, yeah him, I mean to be fair, I
should I'm feeling here and there because I don't think
I think it's up.

Speaker 5 (01:42:33):
With Johnson there man, I mean, gee, seventy four.

Speaker 1 (01:42:36):
Though, that's that's he should be higher. He should be
higher than one. So before.

Speaker 5 (01:42:42):
It's I don't hate it.

Speaker 3 (01:42:46):
This could be a questionable move just because we don't
really know what's going on right now. But at this
moment in time, I'm not too convinced that I stays
with San Francisco. So I'm gonna go ahead and take
some Rik repair so very good.

Speaker 1 (01:42:57):
Oh, Troy Franklin. I think Troy frank could be instant
good pick.

Speaker 6 (01:43:00):
I like Ricky Piersa a lot actually, and I think
he's been really, really good in training camp.

Speaker 5 (01:43:05):
He just got injured though, with the shoulder. But you know,
it is what it is.

Speaker 6 (01:43:10):
And here's a guy that I'm gonna take. I'm kidding,
actually maybe not. Who's damn okay?

Speaker 5 (01:43:18):
So I really wanted Rico o'dowdell here gone. I didn't
I know he is gone. I just I'm seeing that now.
I did want him, though, only because I don't think
Zeke is Zeke anymore. But here's what I'm gonna do.

Speaker 6 (01:43:38):
I am also going to make another handcuff pick here
and take the off injured Mark Andrews tight end back
Isaiah Likely.

Speaker 1 (01:43:49):
Yeah, very nice.

Speaker 6 (01:43:50):
Uh and you never know if he's gonna stay on
the field or not, but Likely has played very very
well in Mark Andrews' absence, So I'm happy of having
both of those guys.

Speaker 1 (01:44:01):
To be fair, though, he also seems to be off
injured too, gets hurt of it. Yeah, he's I don't
remember him, Okay, I'm not like Mark Andrews, that's for sure. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:44:13):
Sure, And I'm really I'm really torn here, but I
think I'm gonna do this anyway, just to add some
more depth to my.

Speaker 6 (01:44:25):
My already crowded running back room. I'm taking Jalil McLaughlin here.

Speaker 5 (01:44:33):
I'm not really I'm not really convinced that Javonte Williams
is going to start in Denver.

Speaker 1 (01:44:41):
What's okay?

Speaker 3 (01:44:43):
Next time? Man, I'm going wide receiver freaking heavy. But
give me some Jalen Polk right here. I mean, somebody
has to catch the ball in New England.

Speaker 4 (01:44:51):
But he has to catch the ball, so might have
the your rookie connection with Drake May, who seems to
be having an awful camp by the way, Drake.

Speaker 3 (01:45:01):
May awful, so hopefully he's buddying up with.

Speaker 1 (01:45:08):
Yeah. I was like Dave, Dave, I'm happy to get
this guy to slide into my line up because my
just get some insurance on my first round pick.

Speaker 4 (01:45:22):
Gimme Teller. El's here to back up B Jean okay
with that, Jake Elliott, Sennett, Young Ho Ku Chandler, Bass Mayfield,
Lloyd Jets, Come on, e Videl, Kate Atten, Tyreek Hill,
Oh no, that's Taysom Hill, Hunter, Henry Ray, Ray Davis,
DeVante Wicks.

Speaker 1 (01:45:42):
Who the fuck is T Tracy? Ezekiel Mitchell? Who the
fuck is T Tracy? Who is this? I've never I
don't know who that is. I'm just saying T Tracy.
I don't know who the fuck that is?

Speaker 5 (01:45:57):
Said Ezekiel Mitchell.

Speaker 3 (01:45:59):
Did I say this, Mitchell?

Speaker 4 (01:46:00):
Yeah, you're right, Elijah Mitchell. I was just I was
a subliber gast. So we're gonna draft kicker and a defense.
Still one more spot each plus kicker defense? Am I
going to take up a backup quarterback here.

Speaker 1 (01:46:11):
I mean, I have I have do I want to say?
You know, I give me my boy DJ.

Speaker 4 (01:46:17):
I think Daniel Jones is gonna be better than people think.
I think he might be a top like fifteen sixteen, so.

Speaker 1 (01:46:22):
I'll take him. Ouch. I didn't rank him that way obviously,
but whoa, it'd be pretty.

Speaker 3 (01:46:29):
Good kind of a shot in the direk time here.
I'm just gonna go ahead and take Braylen Allen. I
need a running back and could be I know this
is Bredsaw's game show, but it could be a little
bit of a goal gets.

Speaker 1 (01:46:41):
Hurt too though.

Speaker 5 (01:46:43):
I am going to take a.

Speaker 6 (01:46:49):
Backup quarterback here, and the reason being is because he's
still on the board, and I'm taking Deshaun Watson.

Speaker 1 (01:46:54):
Of course, you had him at thirteen or whatever, so
that makes sense. I sure did.

Speaker 5 (01:47:00):
I need a kicker?

Speaker 1 (01:47:01):
You were to be totally comfortable going in the season
with Stafford and Watson.

Speaker 5 (01:47:06):
Absolutely cool, all right.

Speaker 1 (01:47:08):
I love Watson land here, so I got a bad
taste in my mouth with him.

Speaker 6 (01:47:13):
No, I completely agree, but I'm hoping that he's healthy
and they add Jered Judy and the joker stays healthy,
and they ad who back and they're going to big
Booty Judy.

Speaker 5 (01:47:26):
Sorry, that's that's on me.

Speaker 6 (01:47:28):
I'm gonna take my defense here because I got two
picks left. I need a defense and a kicker. I'm
gonna take the number one.

Speaker 5 (01:47:34):
Scoring defense in the NFL in the Dallas Cowboys.

Speaker 1 (01:47:37):
Oh you missed out on Quentin Johnston. Bro damn it?

Speaker 5 (01:47:42):
Oh sofry Saints Joe.

Speaker 1 (01:47:46):
He just ruined his day. Uh fuck, I literally ruined it. Eagles.

Speaker 4 (01:47:51):
I'm not even gonna name it. Let's just get back
to me. Come on, Oh, Dammian Pierce in the sixteenth
I remember him. Holy shit, Bucky Irvan John John Dotson.

Speaker 1 (01:48:00):
In the sixteen. That guy is a second round pick.
Khalil Herbert or John Dowas was a first round pick
three years ago. Dave's boy, Roshawn Johnson, Clyde Edwards, Hilaire Adam.
Who went who went in the the eighth position for
the last round?

Speaker 5 (01:48:16):
Wait?

Speaker 1 (01:48:16):
What who went in the eighth pick for the Oh?

Speaker 5 (01:48:19):
The President of the United States, Alexander Madison.

Speaker 1 (01:48:22):
Thank you very much. And then and I always on
my I always on my.

Speaker 5 (01:48:27):
Draft forgotten he is going to Vegas.

Speaker 1 (01:48:30):
I always in my draft being a little gay.

Speaker 3 (01:48:33):
It's not a bad idea.

Speaker 1 (01:48:35):
All well, whatever I do, I do like me some
that gay.

Speaker 3 (01:48:38):
You a little bit of Miami defense air offense?

Speaker 1 (01:48:40):
All right? Who's gonna be the brock Party of this draft? Adam?
You know brock Party was the last pick of the draft?

Speaker 5 (01:48:49):
Was he the last pick?

Speaker 1 (01:48:50):
Really? Did you know? That fucking crazy?

Speaker 5 (01:48:52):
I like?

Speaker 3 (01:48:53):
He fucking just misses so many kids all times?

Speaker 1 (01:48:57):
Did you say? Or Tyler Bass?

Speaker 3 (01:48:59):
Who both?

Speaker 1 (01:49:04):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (01:49:04):
Man, I am going to take I like, I like
some Daniel Carlson. Man, you have some pretty big kicks.

Speaker 1 (01:49:12):
And I was I was just about to say good.
So I'm just about to say, is your last round
pick ticking? So long for your kicker?

Speaker 4 (01:49:21):
This is how I pick my kicker at home, folks,
when we have our live draft, when it's the last round,
I walk up to the sticker sheet, look at the
sticker sheet, and go okay. Then that's how I pick
my kicker. I don't even cross him off a list. Okay,
So my team out of the nine hole? Should I
read the roster or the way we were drafted at them?

Speaker 1 (01:49:41):
What would you think?

Speaker 6 (01:49:43):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (01:49:44):
Go round by round, go round by round? All right,
So my team out of the nine hole. Let me
get up here, I'm pick nine.

Speaker 4 (01:49:51):
Here we went Bijon Robinson, Travis Kelsey, James Cook, Patty Mahomes,
Keenan Allen, Roshie Rice, which should have been Hollywood Brow,
Zamir White, Christian Watson, Curtis, Samuel Gus Edwards, Mike Williams,
True of Hubbard, Adam Thielen, Tyler Algier, Daniel Jones, Philadelphia
Eagles Defense, and Mackay.

Speaker 1 (01:50:10):
I absolutely love how my team came out. I didn't
take a wide receiver to the fifth round and to
still end up no receiver to the fifth round, as
opposed to two teams that went with four and five.
They had four and five receivers before I took one.

Speaker 4 (01:50:24):
I still ended up with Keenan, Allen, Rossie Rice, Christian Watson, Curtis, Samuel,
Mike Williams, and Adam Thieln.

Speaker 1 (01:50:29):
Very happy with my team. Zach's you were at ten.
How did your team turn out?

Speaker 3 (01:50:34):
We went Saquon Derrick, Henry, Michael Pittman, Trey McBride, Anthony Richardson,
DeAndre Swift, Hollywood Brown, DeAndre Hopkins, Brian Robinson, Jayden Daniels,
Jacobi Myers, Brandon Cooks, Ricky pearsall Jalen Polk, Allen Ravens,
and the Sanders. And I absolutely love my team and
I love it. And again, guys, I took one chess,

(01:50:57):
took no wide receivers until the sixth round. I took
one wide receiver until the seventh round. And I love
my team.

Speaker 1 (01:51:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:51:04):
And I'll tell you what, I love your team twos
eggs because we all of a sudden, you've morphed into me.

Speaker 1 (01:51:09):
I'm not gonna say it's the other way around. I'm
gonna say you morphed into me because your your nine
of your first ten picks.

Speaker 4 (01:51:19):
I would absolutely be happy with Barkley, Henry Pittman, McBride, Richardson,
Swift Brown, You guys know those are all my guys,
Hopkins whatever, But right there, he was a great pick,
and Jayden Daniels great pick.

Speaker 1 (01:51:31):
I mean, I just I love your team. It's very
similar to what I would have did. And good job. So, Adam,
you're sitting at twelve, you have you're at the butt
end of the draft.

Speaker 6 (01:51:38):
And I think it came up for you was at twelve,
And I'm actually very happy with my team as well.
I got me some Kyrienn Williams, Johnathan Taylor, Cooper cup Mark,
Mark Andrews, Chris Godwin, David Montgomery, Calvin Ridley, Kean Coleman,
Blake Korham, At Stafford, Joshua Palmer, Antonio Gibson, Isaiah Likely,
Julil McLaughlin, Deshaun Watson, Dallas Cowboys defense, and Daniel Carlson.

Speaker 5 (01:52:04):
Carlson as Mike Kicker. I like how your team came
out with my Yeah, I'm super happy with my first
six picks.

Speaker 6 (01:52:11):
I went running back, running back, three pass catching options,
and then another running back.

Speaker 5 (01:52:16):
Very happy with that.

Speaker 4 (01:52:17):
Now, you said even in the draft that you reached
on Chris Godwin. Seeing how the draft shook out, do
you wish you wouldn't have done that.

Speaker 5 (01:52:25):
No, I'm very happy with Godwin. It seems that.

Speaker 6 (01:52:31):
Evans and Godwin kind of go back and forth from
season to season and who's gonna have a better season. Obviously,
we know Mike Evans is a thousand yard receiver every
single year he's been in the league, set in that record.

Speaker 5 (01:52:45):
But I'm happy with having the number two option on
that team.

Speaker 1 (01:52:49):
All right, Well, we starting wide receivers.

Speaker 4 (01:52:52):
It's a lot on almost a two hour episode, but
we well the old man wasn't here yelling at us
A and uh B, we decided to do my traft.

Speaker 1 (01:53:00):
So there you go. There you have it. That's fun.

Speaker 4 (01:53:02):
Is that only the second mock draft we did. Yeah,
so it's good the different difference drafting and we all
did it. A if I drafted that team that I
had right there, I would be so happy. So all right, guys,
Dave you just told me you have you just recorded
Let's Talk Nerdy and you might have a little Madden.

Speaker 1 (01:53:19):

Everything is fine here for Bill's fans, right, it isn't
that like the whole city's burning because we lost thirty
year old, washed up Stefan Diggs.

Speaker 1 (01:54:31):
Like it's over, it's over.

Speaker 3 (01:54:33):
Let's give a quick shout out to the Buffalo Bill's
marketing team who did a phenomenal job of just making
everybody forget that Digs is gone and just loving Kean Coleman.
Absolutely incredible, great job they.

Speaker 1 (01:54:45):
Did, not because everyone's still bitches and about fucking Digs
and and I love Ken Coleman.

Speaker 4 (01:54:49):
I saw him in Walmart? Did I tell you, guys, No,
I saw him in Walmart. I was fucking uh, I
was shoving at Walmart and like I just like I
catch him on the corner of eye and like the
electronics section. He's like, excuse me, he's got like that
country girl. Excuse me, sir.

Speaker 3 (01:55:01):
I'm like, hey, Bud, like you didn't say what's up?

Speaker 1 (01:55:06):
You guys said hey, big dude.

Speaker 4 (01:55:07):
Though he had like shorts on, huge fucking legs, like calfs,
not like not like AJ Dillon calfs.

Speaker 1 (01:55:12):

I checked out his legs. I did. I did. I
ended my draft gay, I did end my draft game.

Speaker 4 (01:55:39):
Next week we're gonna do top thirty guys, All right,
top thirty wide receivers. We won't, you know, talk about
all of them. We'll talk about the top twelve and
then we'll see you about any other things we got.
All right, guys, Thanks for checking it out till then

Speaker 5 (01:55:51):
