Speaker 1 (00:02):
The First Thing Today by Joe Thomas on the Talk
Media Network, All Naturally and Free of artificial intelligence.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Goesty, Christ.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
Shows God.

Speaker 1 (00:25):
Sometime this child.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
On this Christmas Eve, we gather. We're here. It's not
a tape, it's not the Oh no, no, no, we get
We've got lots to cover because this is the ultimate
and sneaking Sally out the alley kind of day. You
you want to do something that nobody is going to
talk about, or at least they hope nobody's going to
hear about. They you do it on the night before

(00:54):
Christmas Eve. Everyone's got stuff to do, so you know,
you do you. You take care of the stuff you've
got to take care of, leave the radio on, and
we will take care of telling you what happened, especially
in a way that inoculates you from being surprised by
it when it shows up at your door in the

(01:14):
form of your sister in law. She's got some comment
after she listened to the joy Read podcast one too
many times. God bless you for bringing her too. I
know she's your sister in law, but you know, guest
lists are made to be broken. But truly, I mean,
this is the time where we have to remember, aside

(01:40):
from the fact that Joseph and Mary were in Bethlehem
to pay their taxes, that they were about to march
into history with the greatest story ever told, a story

(02:05):
that is not about dividing, It's about uniting. And I
have dear friends who are much better at this stuff
than I am. John Quisenberry, Folks like that Joe Varoxa
that could do a better job of theology than me.

(02:30):
But I am the follower of a faith that tells
me I'm allowed to read the Bible for myself. As
a matter of fact, published them themselves so that I
could read them in my own language, in my native tongue.
And so when I say to you that the message

(02:52):
of Jesus in Samaria is the message of inviting politically
diverse people to your Christmas party that you've always loved
and just for some reason have decided that politics has
become more important than all the things that you were

(03:12):
connected by before. Remember when all of Jesus's apostles ranked
into Smaria to go find the elected officials, regardless of
whether they wore red ball caps or blue ball caps.
He found the fallen woman who had been shunned by

(03:33):
her whole community. And depending on your translation, prostitute, however
you want to believe it, whatever has the most impact
to you. But she had been shunned by her community.
He said, No, this is the person that needs to
talk to me, and I need to talk to her.

(03:55):
Those are the messages that were supposed to be talking
about this morning. So we'll open up at the first
things this morning. Four three, four, eight, eight, two four
to two one seven. Tell you what went on yesterday,

(04:17):
and then we can discuss State Department announced Tuesday. It's
borring five different Europeans accused of leading efforts to pressure
US tech firms to censor or suppress American viewpoints. The
Secretary of State, Marco Rubio called these radical activists that
had weaponized non governmental organizations and fell a foul of

(04:40):
the new visa policy announced in May to restrict the
entry of foreigners deemed responsible for censorship in the United States.
Denmark is pushing back against President Trump's appointment of Louisiana
guyvenor Jeff Landry as Special Envoy to the territory. They

(05:05):
continue their insistence that the Arctic island is not for sale.
President Trump's announcement. They wrote to social media about the
appointment of a special envoy to Greenland, in particular, its
statements about the purpose hereby is completely unacceptable. The Danish
Foreign Minister Laws Rasmussen said in a post, that's why

(05:28):
we are now convening the US ambassador to the Department
of State for a discussion. President Trump does say he
plans to keep all the oil and the tankers that
they've seized trying to sneak out of Venezuelan ports. Maybe
we'll sell it, Trump said, maybe we'll keep it, maybe
we'll use it in the strategic reserves. We're keeping it.

(05:48):
We're keeping the ships. Also, the administration will begin garnishing
wages of student loan borrowers in default starting in January.
The Department of Education announced, we expect the first notices
to be sent out approximately to approximately one thousand defaulted
borrowers on the week of January seventh, and the notices

(06:11):
will increase in scale on a month to month basis.
The Supreme Court has rejected the Trump administration's request to
allow the President to proceed with deploying National Guards troops
to Chicago. They declined the administration's emergency request to overturn
a ruling by US District Judge April Perry that had

(06:35):
blocked the deployment of the troops. An appeals court had
refused to step in, and the Supreme Court after taking
two months to ruminate. At this preliminary stage, they wrote,
the government has failed to identify a source of the
authority that would allow military to execute laws in Illinois. Meanwhile,

(06:55):
they're planning to send thirty three hundred and fifty National
Guard troop to New Orleans for New Years.

Speaker 4 (07:01):
You know, it's true. Difficult times have a way of
focusing us. We have to think about what matters most
when it comes to our spending our healthcare. This is
why so many people are joining meta share right now.
Metas Share is a trusted way to save up to
fifty percent on your monthly healthcare costs. More than four
hundred thousand people have already made the switch. It's pretty

(07:22):
obvious why, especially now during this challenging season with health
care costs and out of pocket expenses going up. Metashare
can save you a lot of money. The typical family
saves five hundred dollars a month. Medashare works too. It's
been around for thirty years, members have shared more than
five billion dollars of each other's bills. There are different

Here you go call eight five five share forty. That's
eight five five shre forty eight five five share.

Every year, more American adults die from vaccine preventable diseases
than from breast cancer, traffic accidents, or AIDS. Vaccines like
the one for newmcccle disease can protect adults from illnesses
that can cause misdays of work, hospitalization, and even death.
New macccle disease is an infection that can lead to pneumonia, meningitis,
or even a severe blood infection. That's just one example

(09:56):
of an infection that can spread from person to person.
Getting vaccinated can help protect you and those close to you.
I'm doctor Susan Reem of the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases.

get all their recommended vaccines. Now, I'm urging you to
speak with your doctor to find out which vaccines you need.

you recognize them.

Speaker 4 (11:07):

Would you notice a sixteen year old boy who got
his first job.

Speaker 11 (11:15):
For eks for spending money about to help feed his little.

Speaker 12 (11:17):

goes to bed hungry so her kids can have dinner.

Speaker 9 (11:25):
Or a fourteen year old girl who signs up to
every after school activity not to make friends, but just
to get something to eat.

Speaker 13 (11:33):
Or a retiree who fell ill and.

Speaker 17 (13:14):

Speaker 3 (13:32):
So much, so much is going on, So much went
on two thousand and thirty three years ago, twenty and
fifty eight years ago. Come on, Joe, do some math.
Why don't you? They're embarrassing the New York City Public

(13:53):
school system that regurgitated you. Heaven's sake. Four three four
eight eight two four two one seven is our phone number.
You can also text message very popular to get in there.
And Kareem sent a great text message and it's going
to tee us up here in a moment for our
next segment. But first of us check in with James,

(14:16):
who's getting ready for a holiday weekend at jcsgold dot com.
Jcsgold dot com. Course, our friends and the folks that
I suggest you always get with when you want to
invest in gold or silver, and they were, I mean,
just nosebleed inducing Heights yesterday, James, Good morning, sir, Merry

(14:39):
Christmas Eve morning, or however we say it. It's a
little wordy, but we're working on it in post production.
How are you doing this morning, sir, James, it's James there.
Hang on a second. Let's see if we can hear
James this way. James, how are you, sir? And it

(15:00):
is interesting? Alright, Let's try that again. Let's let's see
if we can't raise James the old fashioned way and
see if we can't get them through the system. Okay,
all right, so we're gonna while we reconnect with James.
Let me let me tee up what Kareem was saying

(15:26):
in the text message, because he brings up Herod, who's
one of the tenant rulers of Israel under the Romans.
He writes Joe that slaughter of newborn males that Herod
ordered was attacks too, And I'm glad you brought this
up because it tees up into a segment that you know,

(15:49):
those like I mentioned, I have dear friends that you
know you run area churches who are much greater biblical
scholar than I.

Speaker 18 (16:02):
Me.

Speaker 3 (16:02):
I deal in the pop culture. I deal in that
every day I deal into the real streets. And the
kid who was born on this day tomorrow did Joseph

(16:22):
and Mary by the time he reaches adulthood, is what
you would call in the time a troublemaker. He's a rabbi,
a conservative rabbi, a rabbi that doesn't think the Temple
in Jerusalem is living up to its mission. Any of

(16:44):
this sounding familiar. And although they know of him, they
know he's a trouble maker, and they're ready for him
when he gets to Jerusalem for Passover. But that's another

(17:09):
story for another day. But it's relative to the use
of Herod or Herod's use of the Romans vice versa,
because it leads us to Jefferson by way of Martin Luther. See,

(17:34):
history is full of places where the church, regardless of
what church, has been co opted by government officials in
order to justify anoint codify their power. Who are you

(18:02):
I'm king? Why because the bishop says so? Oh well,
if God says so, the implication is, who are you
to say God's wrong to make that guy king? So
what he just took your daughter into concubinity. God said so.

(18:26):
So this conservative activist from Galilee is causing trouble for
the leaders in Jerusalem, partially because he's railing against the
way the Romans have climbed into bed with them and
vice versa, and that the natural order of the temple

(18:53):
was that was the center of the community. Therefore the
Romans take over the temple, and therefore they are the
seat of power. Now, it was pretty easy conquest for
the Romans in terms of the people they had to face.
Gauls put up a much bigger battle, although their theology
wasn't nearly as nuanced. So this activist conservative activist from

(19:23):
Galilee says, we've got a problem in the temple. Fifteen
hundred years later, a German monk says we've got a
problem in the church. Two hundred years after that, a

(19:48):
lawyer from Virginia says, we've got a problem in the
government and that they're using the church that maybe just
we should come up with a way to not allow.
And this goes back to a conversation we had on
Monday's programming and going back, and a lot of this

(20:10):
comes out of the America Fest speeches, and believe it
or not, we had some consideration of going to it
and broadcasting from it. We were asked this sponsorship plus
consumer electronics show and a lot of traveling Christmas, so
we didn't do the America Fest thing. And then you know,

(20:31):
once I was sued by the people who carry Charlie
Kirk's show in this area, in my flagship area, probably
would have been a bad look. Anyway, It probably wind
up with more FedEx deliveries at my door. Oh. I know,
I'm not saying it's the only thing, but you know,
if FedEx has arrived, there's a chance it's a certified
letter from a law firm. So Jefferson come along and says,

(21:00):
how in all this history, from this conservative activist rabbi
from Galilee, through the monk named Martin Luther, through Thomas
Locke and the Enlightenment, can we not figure out a
way Because we're smart people, we can write and all that,

(21:23):
can we not find out a figure out a way
to keep the government from co opting the church and
vice versa. And it's been controversial ever since the moment
he'd handed in that first draft of the Declaration of

(21:45):
Independence in which he said people are endowed by their creator.
It's been controversial and it's been a defining moment of
this particular point in theological history, sauce.

Speaker 3 (28:26):
I got a love Burl Lives this Christmas Eve morning,
and we have found James Luck of the Jefferson Coin Shop.
I'm sure some of that may be heard wafting through
the PA system of the JCS Gold headquarters. But James,
Merry Christmas Eve Day. How are you doing this morning, sir?

Speaker 23 (28:47):
I'm doing fine, Joe, and I'm sorry about earlier. I
think I was in amazement staring at the Golden Silver charts.
I really think that they're in a competition here to
close out the end of the year arth in the
green again. Today gold is slightly in the green about
a tenth percent to four thousand, four hundred and eighty
five dollars. Silver is up three quarters of a percent

(29:11):
to seventy two dollars and five cents. What just cut
right through seventy and here sitting at seventy two and
and that's what I was looking.

Speaker 3 (29:20):
Oh my goodness. Earlier, I mean, I figured we'd have
a grad up for silver, yo. I figured we'd have
a chance to sit here and say, oh, look at this.
We were right seventy dollars. It just said, you don't
know what, We're not stopping for seventy We're going to
go right past that. Holy moly, that's amazing.

Speaker 8 (29:40):
You know.

Speaker 6 (29:40):
That's just earlier this year gold was you know, in
the in the twenty dollars range and in the thirty
dollars range, and here we are over one hundred percent.

Speaker 24 (29:51):
Uh, you know, increase in value here within one year
for silver.

Speaker 6 (29:55):
This is what clients have been.

Speaker 24 (29:57):
Dreaming about for decade, Donesley. So it's really crazy to
see silver move this way.

Speaker 6 (30:03):
It really just goes to.

Speaker 16 (30:04):
Show you know how silver is used industrially.

Speaker 24 (30:07):
It's used in data centers and microchips and solar panels
and electric cars, and it's used up in all this
technological growth and taken out of the system.

Speaker 3 (30:19):
And you know, and one of the points about gold
and silver investing, and this is one of the reasons
I promote the idea of for you going to the
Jefferson Coin Shop JCS goold dot com for your gold
and silver investing. Number one, it's not a call center.
I mean, if you call four three four nine seven
nine coin, you're gonna get James or his mom, his dad,

(30:42):
or some of their staff. But they're all right there together.
It's not a call center off in some far away land.
But the other part of it is is you guys
get the fact that this is a hedge against the
wild rides of money. So you know, if let's say
silver comes back down in its own intruth, it's always
going to have solid value. There's never going to be

(31:05):
a moment where people like silver. I don't take silver
for anything anymore, you know, it's gotten about it. That's
the thing about these precious metals is they always have
been valuable as a currency.

Speaker 6 (31:20):
That's absolutely right.

Speaker 24 (31:21):
And there's always been a demand through through different governments
and the rise and fall of different governments and cultures.
Gold and silver have been the backbone financially, you know,
the backbone of those economies, and it holds true today.

Speaker 6 (31:38):
Gold and silver are real money and there's always a
demand and need for gold and silver, which is great.

Speaker 3 (31:45):
Well, you have a blessed Christmas Eve. I hope you
have tons of people. Since it's a family business, I
imagine the whole family is around for Christmas time or
make out some time for everybody in the family and
the love family for Christmas. And you're a blessed to
us here on first thing today, and I hope you
have wonderful Christmas and we'll talk to you again before

(32:05):
the New Year's comes.

Speaker 24 (32:08):
Thanks Joe, Merry Christmas to you and your family as well.
And I will let Jim mccaren know that your holiday
wishes and thanks enjoying your time.

minutes to spend with us each morning, so I don't
know how much you hear from me, but we're not

coy about what I believe and what I believe. I
was making a case so you understand what the impact
of this fellow from Galilee was, what the impact of
the kid whose birthday is tomorrow was on the world,
and why it was important, and why it leads us
to where we are today, and why it leads us

(33:23):
to the stuff we discuss and analyze on the radio
each day, because saving the Republic that Jefferson helped midwife
is the most important thing we can do. And all

(33:44):
other ideologies and political ideologies anyway, divide first and then govern.
And maybe there's an immorality that has betaken us. We
fallen prey to our lesser angels, and all those things

(34:06):
that Moses warned us about, God warned us about through
Moses technically all those weaknesses about bearing false witness against
thy neighbor, that our desires are more important on earth

(34:31):
than they are, and that we mischaracterize what we want
in momentary power or authority. For example, I thought it
was kind of interesting I played a clip for you
earlier of mel Brooks. We were talking about this Laura
Lomer story that's all over the press right now, about

(34:54):
how she's apparently turning on Donald Trumphe the headline writers
love this kind of stuff, saying that maybe some of
the Democrats were right about there being Nazis in the
conservative movement. If they are, it's just because people like
Laura Lumer haven't been smart enough or aerodied enough to
call them out for it. I've been doing it since

(35:16):
twenty sixteen. It isn't hard because I'm not gifted with
unique intellect. So if I can call out Nazis for
being the fakers that they are under any banner, but Joe,
political parties that you have to be united are sure,

(35:38):
but don't support me if you think that I'm going
to help you get rid of the Jews or something
like that, or get rid of anybody Christians, Blacks, Latinos,
this is what they've been doing to Donald Trump since

(35:58):
the day he walked out on the State and love
or dislike President Trump, you have to stop and say,
hang on a second here. I mean he's deporting people
who are not citizens to this country. This whole controversy
over the sixty minutes leaked segment. I've watched some of
it and I can see some journalistic holes in it.

(36:23):
And maybe you've done the same, and maybe it was
a brilliant pr stunt by CBS to come across as
being on the correct side of things for a change.
But at the end of the day, it's you and me.

(36:45):
It's not me better than you or you better than me.
As a matter of fact, more likely you better than me,
because if you ain't listening, I'm not eating and I
can't abide that.

Yes Considered by most Optimized curcumin is one of the
few bioavailable and highly absorbable curcumin products on the market.
I am doctor Mitch. Since most chronic diseases have inflammation,
our optimized curcumin seems to be a perfect addition to

(39:22):
any nutritional program. It makes sense to me that preventing
or reducing inflammation is a key component to our overall health.
The Mayo Clinic found that kurcumin can decrease swelling and inflammation,
has antioxidant properties, and research suggests that kurcumin can prevent

(39:43):
cancer or at least slow the spread of cancer, and
in many instances, make chemotherapy more effective. It protects our
healthy cells even from radiation. Total wellness dot com where

I'm Jack Hannah, and it's always a boy. Growing up
on a farm in Tennessee, I've been fascinated with animals.
I'm not only in awe of their beauty and kindness,
but also their tireless work ethic. Just look at the
birds who gather supplies to build nests, or Swiss foxes
who work hard to provide for their young, or penguins
who travel up to five hundred miles to secure food
for their families, or bush babies whose impressive jump allows

(41:21):
them to navigate the trees and the wild in search
of fruit. This remarkable work ethic is shared by our
best friends, the canines. We know dogs are wonderful pets
at home, but because of their acute senses, they also
perform life saving work every day.

Speaker 1 (41:35):
Dogs keep us safe at airports.

Speaker 26 (41:36):
They comfort returning veterans, some of whom suffer from PTSS.
They work with diabetics, alerting them when there's a change
in their blood chemistry. Working dogs have a variety of
highly trained roles that contribute to society and help those
in need. So please join me an American Humane and

on this planet we inhabit together.

Uh oh brah, that's buzzed.

Speaker 14 (42:01):
Oh yeah, yeah, he's starting with the woots.

Speaker 23 (42:06):
And now a speech.

Speaker 13 (42:07):
I just want to say that friendship is about heart,
heart and brain.

Speaker 5 (42:12):
Who's with me?

Speaker 16 (42:13):
Good thing?

Speaker 9 (42:14):
Is he knows when he's buzzed, and my brain is saying,
when it's time to go home, Somebody call.

Speaker 7 (42:19):
Me a ride.

Speaker 20 (42:20):
Love that guy, me too.

Speaker 15 (42:22):
Know your buzzed warning signs, call for a ride when
it's time to go home.

Speaker 21 (42:25):
Buzz driving is drunk driving.

Speaker 27 (42:27):
Who did you know that more than half our household
energy costs go to heating and cooling. Energy efficiency isn't
just good for the environment, It means lower utility bills too.
One way to reduce your energy waste is a home
energy assessment. Your utility company can help, or you can
learn how to do it yourself at energysavers dot gov.

(42:50):
That's energysavers dot gov. You'll learn to look for air
leaks around windows and doors, check ducks for holes, and
improve your insulation. Another time to cut energy costs is
when you shop for a new appliance. Look for the
energy Star logo and read the energy guide label. And
there are day to day things you can do. Lower
your thermostat in winter and raise it in the summer,

(43:12):
close fireplay stampers when they're not in use, and keep
air filters clean. For more tips on saving money by
reducing your energy waste, check out FTC dot gov slash

Speaker 3 (44:21):
So tell me Christmas? Oh we kind.

Speaker 7 (44:28):
More this day?

Speaker 18 (44:29):
Any day?

Speaker 21 (44:34):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (44:34):
Is it only you know?

Speaker 2 (44:37):
Mind?

Speaker 3 (44:41):
And most of the even when you have.

Speaker 19 (44:43):
Gone away, it's.

Speaker 2 (44:50):
Change about and you need to stay.

Speaker 3 (45:00):
Come in home this Christmas day, it's Christmas Eve. Dawns
across America, sunrise about to impact you on the Eastern seaboard.
Realized it was doing the same thing in Bethlehem two
thousand and thirty three years ago. Were two and fifty

(45:22):
eight years ago? There I go again, embarrassing my math
teachers from New York City public schools if they could
remember me from the forty two or forty three other
students in my math class. They would be wholeheartedly embarrassed
by my behavior here and showing my New York City
Public school math skills. Got a bunch of folks on

(45:43):
the line hanging on. Let me get you, and the
queue as well. Good morning, who's this?

Speaker 12 (45:48):
Good morning?

Speaker 2 (45:49):
Jud's Joel?

Speaker 3 (45:49):
Hey, Joel, hang on the line of second here. We
got some folks ahead, Doctor Clark hanging on the line
from Alabama. There the golf is being the Gulf of
America being heard from. Well this Christmas Eve morning and
morning Clark. How are you doing, sir, Morning Joe, and
Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas to you, sir.

Speaker 16 (46:10):
So I get up in the morning, Joe, I read
my news feeds, and then while I get my arteries
to make gases, I'm listening to Joe Thomas and just
I don't know, kind of like a popery of things
running around in my head. And the perfidy of Harod

(46:30):
came up earlier in your show.

Speaker 3 (46:32):
Uh huh, yeah, Kareem, and I got to thank him.

Speaker 16 (46:37):
What if the Roman government? What if in the Roman
Daily Register you would have read that the Roman government
learned that Herod had been responsible for nine billion dollars
in fraud.

Speaker 3 (46:58):
Mmm.

Speaker 16 (47:02):
I think there would have been consequences and repercussions there.

Speaker 3 (47:05):
Romans were noted for that. Yeah.

Speaker 16 (47:10):
And then the other thing that's kind of been jumbling
around in my head. There's an article of American Thinker
about why we need a legitimate sensus, and they mentioned
the three fifths compromise in there. Remember that three fifths

(47:31):
compromise thing, though, what was that about?

Speaker 3 (47:33):
That was about non slave states and how they would
assess the population based on slave population in the southern
states versus northern states.

Speaker 16 (47:47):
So the slave owners wanted their slaves counted so they
could have greater political power. Right, Yes, Well, you know
things don't change, do they, Because ain't that pretty much

(48:08):
what we got right now with the current census that
we're working by. M.

Speaker 3 (48:14):
I hadn't thought about it in that light because currently,
I think we look at the census as perfunctory, more
as a statics a statistics exercise, fun and frolic to
see who gets to move the deck chairs around on
the Titanic. Because ever since the nineteen twenty nine Act

(48:38):
for Permanent Reapportionment, there's one for you if you're just
getting us for the first time because we're on for
a holiday, You're like, what the hell is this guy
talking about? Go look up the nineteen twenty nine Act
for Permanent Reapportionment. But when they cap the size of
the US House of Representatives at four hundred and thirty five,
all the census really did was give them the map

(49:04):
to rearrange the chairs. But that act itself was as
racist an act as the Three Fifths Compromise because it
was designed to keep the growing black populations from getting

(49:25):
congressional representation. That's why, based on its desire to keep
the black population from gaining majorities in areas that it
had grown in prosperity. Like, oh, I don't know Oklahoma City. Uh,
you know that.

Speaker 16 (49:45):
That the sanctuary state thing really allows for a couple
of things. One, if you count people that are not
here legally in a census were they couldn't be counted,
then because they're counted, you get greater representation in Congress.

Speaker 3 (50:10):
Yeah, and that we're even discussing that we're even discussing
whether or not to count people that aren't citizens in
the census is boggling to my mind.

Speaker 16 (50:23):
Yes, yes, I know. But wait, here's the other thing, Joe.
It allows for the necessary elasticity in the voter roles.
Now we thought that, oh, they're going to get the
illegals to vote for them. No no, no, no, no

(50:43):
no no. Maybe they will, maybe they won't, but that's
not the goal right now. By doing the motor voter
and all the chicanery, that's how you get one hundred
and twenty one thousand more votes in the state of
Pennsylvania than there were voters in the state of Pennsylvania.

(51:07):
And when you look at how economic they were, Joe,
you know why there were one hundred and twenty one
thousand more votes than there were voters because they weren't
because how many they needed. Yep, they only needed one
hundred and twenty thousand and nine hundred and ninety nine.

(51:28):
That's how many there to been.

Speaker 3 (51:31):
Yeah, well, you got to do reverse engineering. Isn't that
what they teach you in engineering school. Good stuff, doctor Clark.
I appreciate my friend. I hope you have a blessed Christmas.

Speaker 16 (51:40):
Eve.

Speaker 3 (51:41):
Do the same, Joe. Joel's on the line with this
Good morning Joel, how he doesn't doing this morning, sir?

Speaker 12 (51:48):
I'm Okay, I'm trying my best.

Speaker 3 (51:51):
That's all we can all do.

Speaker 12 (51:53):
And I appreciate everybody's a support too that it really
makes me so so good. I wanted to bring this up.
This is gonna poly sound odd, but I was trying
to look up how far are we away from the
Russian border. And there's actually two islands that separate us
from the Bearing Sea and ours is that. They're called

(52:14):
the Damiti Islands and our islands the small Damiti it's
called Yesterday Island. And then the bigger island is the
Big Damiti and that's the Russian owned. It's only separated
by two point four miles. And yet the island, the
little island that we own, is called Yesterday Island. The

(52:35):
big islands called you know, Tomorrow and it's twenty one
hour difference, just by two point four miles.

Speaker 3 (52:42):
Oh, because of the time, the time change the meridian crosses.
That's why it's I was like thinking Tomorrow Land like Disney.

Speaker 20 (52:51):
