well as the man told you we are I have

every Saturday morning because they try to sneak sally through
the alley, especially on holiday weekends, where Vladimir Zelenski is
apparently making his holiday plans to visit the Trumps in
Washington to try to sweeten the pot to get a
deal so he can stop having his country bombed by Russia. However,
(01:22):
several envoys familiar with the situation say Russia has one goal,
and that's getting Ukraine back into Russia, or at very
least you know, getting a puppet government like that there,
like in Belarus. But we waited in the news, Doctor
Clark and I were on the phone talking about this kid,
(01:42):
Nick Shirley, who is serious and it is you heard
the little clip there in the onset of the program
has been looking for actual daycare centers that are receiving
all of Tim Walt's magic mystery money. And we came
across you the whole point there. Now they're assaulting Nick
Shirley rather than the content of what he is reporting there.
(02:06):
And because he's not a licensed journalist. And doctor Calrky
asked me, you know, if Thomas Paine had a license,
and King George did have a program that would technically
have created licensed journalism, And I couldn't remember the name
of it. It just came to me the Stampack, the
Stamp Act that was that was going to be how
they licensed the journalists at the Revolutionary War period. Was
(02:28):
the stamp Act. Well, they get Ben Franklin with the
same thing. No, they never got to because that's when
people started saying not just no, but hell no. Well
you have a great weekend with the dogs. Doc. Last
thought King George's attempt with the stamp acts was the
same as Obama's with the journalist's license. You're saying, yeah,
(02:49):
exactly what I'm saying is that the attempt to control
so that the news that you are exposed to has
to go through a government overseer first. And we'll get
back into the Nick Shirley story, especially for you who
live in the town that bears his name there on
(03:10):
Long Island and our friends at Long Island News Radio
on this Saturday morning joining in with us. Shirley is
a wonderful place, especially if you're moving out of Mastic.
I'm teasing. I know the chamber is gonna call me
and say, you know, we've come a long way back,
and I understand that, and it's a hard thing to do,
(03:31):
especially with these redevelopment plans. How many times can you
redevelop ever since Grumming closed down out there. But all
those matters to be chewed on as the morning goes on.
But we still have to start with our first things
so that we can discuss at four three four eight
eight two four to two one seven. You can text
(03:51):
message to that number as well. Here are the stories
that we are following this morning. President Donald Trump said
he's not right to follow Israel's lead in official recognition
of Somaliland's independence. That's the northern half of the country
of Somalia has been declared and has declared themselves an
(04:15):
independent nation for some time, as dominated by a Christian
democracy rather than an Islamic theocracy. Gunman opened fire Friday
at an Idaho sheriff's office, two women outside in the
parking lot as well. The shooter injured three people before
he was killed by law enforcement. The Shoshone County sheriff
(04:38):
said the incident happened outside his office in Wallace around
two point thirty in the afternoon. The sub suspect was
pronounced deceased at four point fifteen. Shoshone County Sheriff William
Eddie said the shots barely nicked the air of one
of his officers, and one of the women in the
car was struck in the leg. Trump and several other
(05:01):
co defendants from the collapse Fulton County, Georgia twenty twenty
election racketeering case are preparing to pursue millions of dollars
in legal reimbursements, arguing that the prosecution never should have
been brought and that its failure demands accountability in the
upcoming year. It's all part of a law passed by
Governor Brian Kemp which allows defendants to recover quote all
(05:25):
reasonable attorneys fees and costs. The third ranking member of
the US House of Representatives GOP Caucus, Tom Emmer, is
coming after Governor Tim waltz em Are, also a Minnesota representative,
after a YouTuber published the next in a series of
(05:48):
videos where he's been going around looking for the daycare
centers that have received four million dollars of as Emmer says,
hard to earn tax dollars going to an education center
that can't even spell correctly, as one of the videos
has the sign over the door calling it a leering center.
(06:09):
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenski is going to Washington and we'll
be sitting down with President Trump on Sunday to DISCUSSI
pardon me. He'll be in Florida on Sunday at Mari
Lago to discuss a twenty point piece framework security deal.
He said a lot can be decided before the new year,

Did you know that healthy arteries make a gas?
Speaker 11 (07:06):
Yes?
Speaker 10 (07:07):
Actually three known gas is I'm doctor Mitch and nitric
oxide is a gas that's readily made all day long
to keep our arteries open by relaxing the blood vessel walls.
By doing this, our circulation is increased, bringing blood, oxygen
and nutrients to every part of your body. Both age
(07:31):
and poor diet can lead to a loss of this
precious gas, and in turn, blood pressure can go up,
energy can go down, and you can get tingling in
your hands and feet. Well, our product, Ultimate nitric Oxide,
can easily help fix this lack of nitric oxide. Go

Hi, everybody, I'm jackhann It's always a boy growing up
on a farm in Tennessee. I've been fascinated with animals.
I'm not only in awe of their beauty and kindness,
but also their tireless work ethic. Just look at the
birds who gather supplies to build nests, or Swiss foxes
who work hard to provide for their young, or penguins
who travel up to five hundred miles to secure food
for their families, or bush babies whose impressive jump allows
(10:21):
them to navigate the trees and the wild in search
of fruit. This remarkable work ethic is shared by our
best friends, the canines. We know dogs are wonderful pets
at home, but because of their acute senses, they also
perform life saving work every day.
Speaker 13 (10:34):
Dogs keep us safe at airports.
Speaker 8 (10:36):
They comfort returning veterans, some of whom suffer from PTSS.
They work with diabetics, alerting them when there's a change.

First Thing Today by Joe Thomas on the Talk Media Network.
Speaker 9 (13:20):
Hey Hey, Hey, what are you guys working for Brendan Carr?
(13:48):
Think I've received my first negative requests, the first first
time somebody who's called or texted or emailed in the
history of my radio career and said please don't play something.
I got a text saying please don't play the disinformation babe.
So I didn't. But what do you hear? What do
(14:10):
you learn? What do you know? Who's telling it to you?
Where's it coming from? This is what you And unfortunately
the Trump administration is falling prey into this as well.
They're going after the people who said all the horrible
things about Donald Trump. And rather than say haha, sucks
(14:32):
to be you, I want anyway there, this Brendan Carr
guy continues to make noise like he wants to try
to gain FCC control over the cable apps. You know,
they used to be called cable television. Now it's the
news apps, Fox News Digital and all these places that
(14:52):
live in the gray area of Oh, it's you know,
direct service, you know it just you could pick the
one you want. And and just like if it was a
Joe Biden or a Barack Obama appointee, the implication is
still the same. We're trying to keep you from hearing
(15:13):
everything because we don't think you can discern the wheat
from the chaff. You can't tell the excrement from the shinola.
And by excrement, I mean the word for it, that
rhyme that starts with the same sound as shinola, the
(15:38):
Adam shift or the shinola. Thank you, I forgot. I
forgot When when when we need to use the word,
just say Adam schiff or shinola and they're wrong, they're wrong.
You're busy. I'm busy, You're busy. We need to know
what's going on out there. And I think one of
the assaults on this, this kid, Nick Shirley in Minnesota,
(16:04):
is hysterical because there are six articles right now circulating
the Internet under the title who is Nick Shirley? I
mean the kid is killing it. I mean, if you've
invested in Nick Shirley, you're getting banged for your buck.
I hope the kid is banking this stuff, because you know,
the money disappears pretty quickly when you're not the flavor
(16:25):
of the month. Ask James O'Keeffe how hard it is
to keep doing the man on the street stuff. Once
of course people start to know what your face looks like.
So Nick Shirley is the videographer. We played to you
the clip that just began the program. This is the
(16:45):
most recent one. Tom Emmer of Congress, Minnesota Congressman is finally,
after I think it's about seven or eight videos, it's
finally made its way to Tom Emmer in Congress, who's like,
what four million dollars? They can't can't even spell the
word learning correctly. And memo to anyone who's thinking of
(17:10):
diffronting the taxpayers, pay some money for a spell checker. Okay,
pay for the slightly higher priced sign that comes with
spelling checked for you. Big Luigi's sign is yeah, yeah,
just give us the graphics. We'll put it up there. Well, no,
(17:33):
no must, no fuss, We'll just put it up there.
You pick it up. This is the video and and
my favorite part of the video is the cut from
Central Casting postmenopausal Caucasian woman that shows up to try
to disrupt the videos because now.
Speaker 1 (17:51):
The quality Leering Center, I meant to say quality learning center,
don't know they said they spelled learning wrong.
Speaker 3 (17:59):
Don't open up. How do you have ice here?
Speaker 5 (18:01):
Man?
Speaker 3 (18:02):
I'm literally a YouTuber.
Speaker 1 (18:03):
Don't open up, man, what do you think about the
fraud that's taking place here in Minnesota?
Speaker 3 (18:06):
Don't open up?
Speaker 13 (18:08):
We have eyes.
Speaker 9 (18:10):
Man.
Speaker 18 (18:10):
What do you think about this place being licensed for
ninety nine children, don't open up and getting four million
dollars over them, four.
Speaker 15 (18:18):
Million dollars the last two years.
Speaker 9 (18:21):
What do you think about, Hey, she's got a second.
Speaker 18 (18:23):
Are you in favor of that?
Speaker 19 (18:26):
Go away?
Speaker 15 (18:27):
You know you're not welcome here?
Speaker 13 (18:28):
Are you mine?
Speaker 15 (18:29):
Are you in what television?
Speaker 18 (18:31):
Then?
Speaker 9 (18:33):
Yes, that's like the characters that are mindypendant.
Speaker 19 (18:39):
On a television set PROGRAMMA.
Speaker 9 (18:45):
Anyway, and believe me, if John Cleese showed up there
in a Parka with his cell phone saying.
Speaker 11 (18:53):
Go away, Ice, Ice, go away, don't open is the
penguin on the telly, it.
Speaker 9 (19:03):
Would be as applicable. So anyway, so it all begins,
the Shirley story begins. He says, well, he's found out that,
you know, through this fraud that has gripped Minnesota for
weeks and weeks now, so you know, a month ago,
I think was the first time we reported on the
fact that this money just memory hold away in a
(19:26):
state that now the mayors of the state of Minnesota
are asking the governor, who was very nearly your vice president,
to explain how the state went from having an eighteen
billion dollar surplus to having a three billion dollar deficit.
(19:50):
And this is just part and parcel of it, the
fraud in the Somali community in Minneapolis. So Nick Shirley grabs,
you know, a little GoPro and starts trying to find
a daycare center. So and notices that one of the
ways that the Somalis have unlaundered all this money for
(20:13):
themselves is through these daycare centers, each one getting multiple
millions of dollars a year. And I know legitimate daycare
centers who are begging for thirty or forty thousand dollars
to keep themselves open at one point nine million, and
the so and so forth. So it begins with him
trying to find a daycare center he can enroll his
(20:34):
son in.
Speaker 1 (20:36):
I knocked on the door, and to my surprise, somebody
actually answered the door. Hello, can we speak Yeah, I
would like to check a child in the daycare. Can
I speak to a manager?
Speaker 9 (20:51):
That's right later?
Speaker 1 (20:52):
Where can I get paperwork to file for my son?
I wanted to put my son Joey in daycare, and
after a few questions, the lady went silent, like little Joey,
Shirley ain't going to daycare here?
Speaker 3 (21:02):
And now where are we going?
Speaker 18 (21:03):
Now we're going to Sweet Angel Childcare.
Speaker 1 (21:06):
We're in the middle of a strip mall here inside
of this neighborhood.
Speaker 18 (21:10):
In fiscal year twenty twenty five, this facility, which shows
its license for seventy four kids, was paid one point
two six million dollars in tax money. And there are
no kids, and all the facilities are the same way,
all of them.
Speaker 3 (21:26):
Let's see if anyone opens. Yeah, let's see once again.
I try to find a spot for my son Joey,
and they would not open the door.
Speaker 1 (21:34):
I want to put my son Joey in daycare because
I need a spot to put my son Joey.
Speaker 3 (21:41):
Yes, is this your daycare center?
Speaker 15 (21:44):
No, what's helpened?
Speaker 1 (21:46):
I just wanted to put child in daycare, but all
the daycare centers seem to be closed.
Speaker 3 (21:50):
No one's opening the doors.
Speaker 18 (21:52):
You work here?
Speaker 11 (21:53):
Oh else, Yeah, let's help them.
Speaker 9 (21:54):
Where are the kids?
Speaker 18 (21:56):
Yeah, says it's license for seventy four children right here.

Today's modern vehicle, whether it's a car, suv, or light truck,
is designed with a specific fuel in mind. Read your
owner's manual What octane rating does the vehicle manufacturer call for,
that's what you should use, But there are exceptions to
the rule. Many high end or luxury vehicles call for
premium or higher octane fuel, and the reason for this
is not just due to the octane rating. There are
(23:31):
better fuel system cleaners in premium fuels. Gasoline companies know too,
the vehicles that run on premium won't perform as well
with carbon deposits, so they pack more cleaning power into
their premium fuels than their regular blend. If you rotate
your fuel choices around say every third tank full, you
may find better performance and miles per gallon because you
are cleaning your engine and fuel system while you drive.

It says they have a capacity for seventy four children?
Speaker 11 (29:32):
When when?
Speaker 18 (29:33):
Where are the kids? Right here? State of Minnesota website?
Speaker 27 (29:38):
You work here and you don't know.
Speaker 4 (29:39):
I don't know. I was dead before.
Speaker 18 (29:41):
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (29:41):
What's who goes going on?
Speaker 18 (29:42):
Were there any kids when you worked here?
Speaker 11 (29:44):
He's dick, he's so many I don't know.
Speaker 18 (29:46):
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (29:47):
Yeah, you worked here?
Speaker 18 (29:48):
Okay, well then you're out a viney hall.
Speaker 3 (29:50):
Can I put my son in a daycare here?
Speaker 10 (29:52):
No?
Speaker 18 (29:52):
No, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (29:53):
Can I speak to someone I don't know?
Speaker 9 (29:55):
No?
Speaker 1 (29:55):
Yeah, I would like to see if I can put
my son Joey here?
Speaker 15 (29:58):
Who is inside Joey.
Speaker 3 (30:00):
Son, Joey. Can I check out daycare center?
Speaker 10 (30:03):
No?
Speaker 4 (30:04):
I'm the owner.
Speaker 9 (30:08):
And it goes on and on, and these are four
billion dollars in taxpayer money. And four weeks ago they
were like, well, we don't know how the Somali community
did it. Well, they did it. The second oldest profession
in the book rent seeking. The do gooders are going
(30:30):
to give out money. We want money, so we'll take
it from them. And the part about this, aside from
the fun and the frolic of making fun of the
Frondsters and ilhan Omar and Abstract and Tim Walls for
his complicit idiocy a shaved down version of Fazzy Bear
(30:53):
from the Muppets, is the fact that there are real
life daycare centers who are struggling every day to get by,
to exist under the yoke of various state governments and
(31:16):
the for your own good laws enacted by every politician who,
every time something bad happens to a kid, makes law
so that more bad stuff happens to all these other kids,
just different from the bad stuff that happened to the
one in their district. Every day, somebody's trying to start
up a daycare center, and we have a massive deficit
(31:39):
of actual daycare centers, and places like Virginia and New York,
parents who can barely afford the apartments that they are
living in can't afford the daycare centers because it's so
expensive to comply, never mind rent space in places like
(32:00):
Suffolk County, New York. Sucker, please, Charlottesville, Virginia. You think
they can get space, The best they can do is
find some decommissioned elementary school. Once they've taken the inappropriate
name of somebody who didn't do enough against racism in
the seventies off of the front of it, then we'll
(32:22):
rebrand it the Woke Now America Elementary School History Museum,
and we'll give some corner that you'll still pay for,
does not bust out retail to a daycare center. But
you better do what the government says at your daycare center.
Let's see those coloring books. I'm sorry you still have
(32:45):
flesh tone in the coloring. Take that flesh tone crayon out.
We don't allow that because the Creola company still insists
that that peachy beige is flesh color. There are other
color fleshes. You know. You could take the Quentin Tarantino
(33:09):
point and you know, once you're opened up, it's all read.
You know, I think the kid would wind up talking
to a therapist at some point. It's and that's the
part about this, aside from the fact that I am
concerned that this is not a flaw but a feature.
(33:31):
This is designed. I went through it last night myself.
Somebody who I count love and count on greatly for
is so inflamed by this stuff that she's teetering on
blaming everyone who follows the Islamic faith. And I said,
(33:54):
you know, there are people out there that don't go
along with this, and they're just as mad. They're they're
scared because these Islamists, those are the first ones they kill,
are felt, and they do it in this country figuring, yeah,
whitey ain't gonna care, so we'll we'll thug up on
(34:16):
all our fellow Muslim adherents because they don't believe in
stealing from the infidel and lying to the infidel. But
(34:37):
that's what the the I hate to call it an excuse,
but that's the excers. Oh well, it's our faith. This
is this is what happens when you allow a parallel
court system to exist. You do you Well, we're we're Muslim,
so you have to take us into Minneapolis's Sharia courts.
(35:01):
Well you're on it says right here in the Quran.
We were lying to the infidel up all right, there
you go, and he's got you. Sorry, thanks for playing.
Keep sending the money. By the way, if you stop,
we'll bring action. And so this is a multi faceted story.
(35:24):
And last point about Nick Shirley and the part of
the story we were going at at the end of
last hour, which is the well who is this guy?
Who is it? What kind of He doesn't have a
journalist license, He can't harass these people. Well he didn't
(35:45):
harass them. He asked them a question that win the
journalistic community of Minneapolis, Minnesota. And go back a week
a week ago, we were reporting to you that all
(36:06):
this fraud that befell the Waltz administration was known in
the newsrooms of Minneapolis and Saint Paul and all across Minnesota, Rochester,
et cetera. They all knew, but they were told to
shut their cake hole because they didn't want to lose
(36:30):
their license to be a journalist. They didn't you know,
oh boy, don't don't cross there. So this kid, Nick
Shirley says, well, we'll go look. If the newsrooms won't look,
how about we look. Because there was a day guys
like Heralda Rivera were the ones doing this faster than
(36:51):
you can say Willowbrooks Sanitarium. Actual newsrooms sent actual reporters
into actual stories to report on them. And the internet
funny enough, and this kid's smart or he's just he's
he was buttoned up enough about setting up his profiles
(37:14):
and everything. Six stories about who is titled the headline?
Who is Nick Shirley? And you get to the end
of all of them, all of them bar none, and
they all say, well, yeah, he's a twenty three year
old independent journalist who posts to his YouTube channel and
no expose, no great, Oh well, he was the grandson
(37:40):
of you know, Herbert whoever is Johann and landed surely
you can't be serious. I am serious, and don't call
me Shirley. So apparently he's just a He's a kid
who's got a video camera and a bent to call
out the road. I want to see a newsroom in
Minneapolis high or him.
Speaker 27 (38:01):
Can you believe with all the recent violent protests, looting,
and destruction, some areas are considering either defunding or abolishing
the police.
Speaker 28 (38:11):
At a time when America's neighborhoods need the protection of
police the most, some elected officials would rather create more
chaos by playing politics. If you're sick of elected officials
caving in to demands of the radical left, you're not alone.
It's time we stand up and declare our support for

You were strolling along in Goodwill when just past that
mid century side table and denim jacket, you spotted them
nestled in their display case, miniature donut earrings. Oh yes, yes,
your favorite half breakfast pastry, half all day dessert food
made into your favorite form of ear candy. Oh my,
(40:24):
those bejeweled sprinkles have satisfied some unknown hunger within you.

Exercise is hard, so is maintaining a healthy diet. Of course,
neither is half as hard as dying. Sadly, type two diabetes,
heart disease, and stroke kill nearly a million people a year.
Even sadder, most of these deaths are preventable with a
few lifestyle changes, including regular activity, healthier eating, and not smoking.
(41:21):
Talk to your doctor about your risk for type two
diabetes and heart disease, and if your doctor recommends lifestyle
changes or medication, listen. The reason so many die is

It's a busy sporting weekend, A lot going on. As
everybody's got a bowl to a pack hang out. We
should probably rethink that, although I mean I know that well,
the drug testing is weird now in any event, just
put that in there with cut off Scott Free Coming
(44:37):
from earlier, Lorraine sent in an email about that she said,
funniest line of hurt on radio in twenty years got
off scot free. Oh yeah, well, anyway, sometimes they just
lay out there waiting for you. You know, forty years
in radio, I've never had that. I just like I
(45:00):
had that one opportunity to segue from Toto into Africa
by the band Toto out of point of no Return,
and I said, you know, it's Joe Thomas here, and
(45:20):
this is Toto because we're not in Kansas anymore. And
I think that was twenty five years ago. And you
see how and everyone you're looking at the raya saying, really,
you said this is Toto because we're not in Kansas anymore. Yes, yes, yes,
indeed I did guilty as charged, and yet I survived,
but I never got a dinner. So before we get
(45:44):
into mac gold and silver, incredible week, and it just
continued on into Friday as we got past Christmas. Right now,
gold is trading forty five thirty three and seventy cents
forty five hundred dollars an ounce silver, and I was
(46:05):
wondering if we'd get here. Talking to James Luck at
jcsgold dot com, silver is at seventy nine dollars and
thirty four cents announce, And I asked, silly enough on Monday,
if James thought we could make it to seventy dollars
by weeks in, we might crack eighty dollars by the
(46:27):
time we reconvene on Monday morning. I knew something was
afoot when CBS News had a special report on Silver
twenty twenty five. So the networks are finally started to say, Hey,
something's going on over there, so I appreciate it. They
might be listening. I don't know, but that's that's amazing.
(46:47):
I remember, was it just a week ago, James, that
I asked, so so pedestrianly, do you think Silver will
crack seventy dollars announced by the end of the year.
I may have to revise that and say, what do
you think is eighty dollars announce achievable?
Speaker 11 (47:05):
Yeah?
Speaker 30 (47:05):
I think it was just a week ago that you
asked that question about seventy dollars. And then at this
point I think you weren't dreaming big enough show who knows,
we should have been asking about eighties. So we'll see
where we go again. Running at this pace, eighty is
definitely a reasonable target, but from the end of the year,
which is incredible to say for silver. So really, toy
(47:27):
twenty five has been an incredible year for gold and
silver investors.
Speaker 11 (47:32):
And it's not slowing down, that's for sure.
Speaker 9 (47:34):
And without question, and understand that as high as the
peaks are, the point of gold and silver is the
stability that they bring and that that it's a it's
a hedge against the wild whimsies of dictators around the
world that manipulate their currencies. So go to jcsgold dot
com and take a look. James. You have a great morning, sir.
(47:56):
Thanks showing you too, jcsgold dot com. Uh So, you know,
and one of my favorite bits of Christmas was Chuck
GTPH Chuck Chuck Barkley, Charles Barkley getting mad because the
NFL decided to play three football games or semi pro
football games because Dallas and the Commanders were involved two
(48:19):
pro and a semi pro game scrimmage on Christmas Day,
which has traditionally been when the NBA players uh took
center stage. I can't I was gonna. I was going
to drag you into this whole Charles Barkley versus the
NFL thing, But you know, yeah, no, Well, as.
Speaker 31 (48:40):
I said, you start to really get uh you know,
it was the time of year and I got a
great JJ reddick sound bye for you. But it's the
time of year now when you know coaches are getting
a little alley. They don't want to work Christmas Day,
they don't want to travel because you know.
Speaker 15 (48:54):
You just get you know, it's it's the.
Speaker 9 (48:56):
Way, it's what are we watching? I think that comes down.
I mean, chuck was his point was felt getting greedy man,
Uh you know, but greedy for what twelve twelve viewers?
I mean, you know the viewership of this stuff is
declining at a breakneck page.
Speaker 15 (49:14):
Yeah it couldn't it could have been. I don't know
what the numbers, but we couldn't have been that good.
Speaker 31 (49:18):
And we'd like to thank the Lions for participating six turnovers.
Really and you play a team that throws for three yards,
they passed for thirteen in the last like you know,
century that that that won a game throwing for less
than ten yards?
Speaker 15 (49:36):
Whatever the stat I mean, three yards?
Speaker 4 (49:40):
What was it?
Speaker 9 (49:40):
What was it? The coach said about the forward past
there were three things that can happen when you.
Speaker 15 (49:45):
Throw it to them.
Speaker 31 (49:46):
Mark that's exactly right, all right, one quick thing and
then with Tony Elliott and uh, you know, uv A
there the fans will be.
Speaker 15 (49:55):
I'll probably be able to hear them, you know.
Speaker 31 (49:57):
The party is going on in Jacksonville for I live
one hundred mile away, and probably the ACC is transitioning
to a nine game conference football schedule.
Speaker 15 (50:04):
Now that release came out.
Speaker 31 (50:07):
A couple of weeks ago that the ACC said, Hey,
we're gonna go to nine. The move to a nine
game conference schedule begins in twenty twenty six. It's a
transition year. Not every team is going to do that.
Twelve teams will play nine games. Five BC Clemson, Florida State, Carolina,
and Georgia Tech will play eight because of existing non
conference power for matchups and contracts that they couldn't.
Speaker 15 (50:29):
Get out of.
Speaker 31 (50:30):
So anyway, if you're interested in UVA, California, Duke, Carolina,
NC State, and that game is going to be in Brazil,
by the way, in.
Speaker 15 (50:38):
August twenty nine. That kicks off. What why we been anyway.
Speaker 31 (50:41):
They're going to Brazil to play and Syria I used it,
and then Florida State on the road, SMU, Virginia Tech
and Wake Forest, so UBA's now Virginia Tech. They're going
to play nine Georgia Tech, Pitt Stanford, and UVA at home.
But they've got five on the road Boston College, California, Clemson,
Miami and SMU. And I've said this a million times
(51:04):
for those who might be new listeners. Dave Odhen once
told me the three most important things in coaching is scheduling,
recruiting and scheduling.
Speaker 15 (51:12):
So anyway the way it just your schedule breaks down.
Speaker 31 (51:15):
And nobody could speak about that more than Tony Elliott.
With a seven and one regular season record, they won
the title regular season title for the first time ever
by themselves. They shared it in eighty nine and ninety
five and now playing Missouri and the Gator Bowl, you know,
which ought to be fun. But Tony Elliott has been
interviewed a million times now over the last couple of
(51:36):
months about how did you do that?
Speaker 5 (51:38):
Well?
Speaker 15 (51:39):
Money?
Speaker 31 (51:39):
They UVA ponied up a ton of money and they
ended up with thirty new players, you know, a bunch
in the portal got nineteen freshmen. And so with all that,
Tony says, it's the landscape that we're watching.
Speaker 25 (51:53):
It doesn't matter if you like it or not, it
is what it is, and I'm just grateful that folks
believe enough in this staff and these players to invest
and hopefully that that this is kind of an indication
of what's possible. It's not guaranteed. We're not entitled to
what we experienced this season. We got to earn it.
But if we don't have the resources available, it's going
(52:15):
to be hard to be able to have the caliber
talent to be able to go out and compete in
games like this or games within our league.
Speaker 9 (52:23):
A little message for the donors and any donor to
a university, and I still don't know. I mean, all
the networks, everybody is saying the ratings are down, the
gambling is down, which has been funding it for the
last five years anyway, and I think I think we've
reached that point of no return where the money is
(52:46):
going to start to dwindle and they're going to come
to you and me to replace it.
Speaker 29 (52:51):
You know, It's true, Difficult times have a way of

why so many people are joining meta share right now.

Speaker 9 (53:18):
Expenses going up.
Speaker 29 (53:19):
Metashare can save you a lot of money. The typical
