si direbbe piuttosto complicato per alcuni comprendere che nel costo di quello che si mangia al ristorante non sia inclusa solo la materia prima, che spesso ha un'incidenza di gran lunga inferiore rispetto altre voci di costo del locale, e pagare un piatto di pasta 13€ (tenendoci bassi) o una pizza margherita 8, suona come un furto, un inganno, una insopportabile presa per il culo.
Ho voluto chiamare la mia fonte preferita tra gli addetti ai lavori, un ristoratore anonimo (si fa per dire) affinché si spieghi in questo podcast quali siano le spese che incidono sul conto finale, sperando di dirimere l'annosa questione. No?
