È la pasta dello studente universitario che non ha nulla da mangiare, quella del cornuto preparata dalla moglie appena rientrata dopo la visita all'amante ed arrangiata in pochi minuti o il piatto del single triste e solo che si apre la scatoletta di tonno e la rovescia sulla pasta cotta, in pigiama e con la vestaglia bucata.
Quindi, quando ho visto La pasta al Tonno nel nuovissimo ristorante di Callegari, non ho potuto fare a meno di chiamarlo e farmi dare la ricetta, ad uso di tutti.
