Friday Night was the first piece the first domino of
thefl Gino Smith got traded to the Raiders. A third
round pick, which was the Jets to go be traded
to a former Jets quarterback to bring him into Las Vegas.
So that new contract they're working on between forty forty
five million dollars. Pete Carroll reunites with his once time backup.

Now he now is there doing his stuff in Las Vegas.
Let's talk about the other former Jets quarterback Sam Darnold,
who finally gets his bag thirty three point three to
three or whatever a million dollars a year. He goes
to Seattle three year deal. If you want, I could
just go down the list and we could talk about

what we like and dislike here. Sure, so we go
from Justin Fields, who went from Pittsburgh to the Jets
two years, forty million dollars with thirty total million guaranteed.
Daniel Jones or as now he's going to be called
Indiana Jones rob the Colts blindly one year, fourteen million
dollars and he gets thirteen point one five guaranteed at signings.

So once he signs the dotted line man, that's that's
guaranteed there. Mark Smaryuyo returns to the Commanders one year,
eight million dollars. Joshua Dobbs past or not goes cross
country from San Francisco to New England two years, eight
million dollars. Zach Wilson returns to the AFC East after
being traded away last offseason for one year and six million.

Jacoby Brissett agreed to a deal with the Arizona Cardinals.
Length and value is unknown at this time. What do
we like and dislike about these quarterbacks? Yep, zero dollars
and zero cents. You get the work for free, big guy.

receiver one for Herbert during training camp. One year, five
point twenty five million dollars. Elijah Mitchell, the once backup

for the uh Christian McCaffrey experience there in San Francisco,
goes to the Chiefs one year, three and a half million.
Javonte Williams an interesting move, goes to Dallas one year,
three million. Kenneth Gatewell goes across Pennsylvania, two cities in

money amount has been seen. And Khalil Herbert just agreed
to a deal with the Indianapolis Colts for one year.

And we also have some other free agents there. Miles
Sanders got released from the Panthers or he Mosters out
on the market. They could see her potential reunion there
in San Francisco. Jamal Williams got cut. Gus Edwards is
out there, Jeff Wilson, Nick Chubb, that's a name that
is out there. Uh.

like committed to draft running back, which I don't think

to the Rams two years, forty four million dollars. Uh.

He agreed to the deal while he was in Japan
or something like that. He was somewhere in the other hemisphere. Well, no,
other's part of the world, not Hemisphere. Push that one,
and then we have another cross country travel here. Josh
Palmer goes from the Chargers to the Bills three years,
thirty six million dollars. I think that is a really
good deal for him. I think he is an underrated guy.

Darius Slayton stays with the Giants three years, thirty six
million dollars. Diami Brown he heads from the our nation's
capital to Jacksonville one year, ten million.

here heading into New England. Ashton Dollan stays in Indianapolis

forty catches and like eleven touchdowns last year he was
gone a role for whatever reason. He heads the South
Beach two year, six and a half million dollars. Trent
Sherfield he heads from the Vikings two mile high, two
years six million. Cordill Hodges stays in Atlanta two year
six million. Marquez Valdez Scaling heads up into Seattle one
year five and a half. DeAndre Hopkins he heads the

I think the Ravens are the actual team where veteran
receivers go to die. That it's not the Titans anymore.

Tyler Lockett on the Low, Williams, Robert Woods, Agalar, Tyler Boyd,

believe land on teams. There's a lot of room left
for dudes to be signed. This makes me curious about

Seattle because they went from having the tree they had
even though Tyler Lockett wasn't doing too much, to Tyler
Lockett currently being a free agent DK going to the
Steelers and so now all they have is what's his
name there? Who's great, fantastic If you're gonna keep one

of them, he was your guy, but like you're gonna
need someone else. So that's I'm interested to see what
Seattle does after departing from.

The duo that was like the duo for years for them.
So Jackson Smith.

And Jigba and Jake Bobo. Yeah, okay, the new Cooper Cup,

trade partner. The Rams didn't, so he gets released. It's

are a team to watch for him. So I say
it's an interesting to see where he ends up going. Obviously,
Diggs is the ACL so they could get him on

a very cheap deal. Uh and Keenan Allen, he says
he either wants to go back to the Bears or
the Chargers. Okay, we'll figure that out as that bridge.

I mean, guess here, if a team wants a receiver
right now, they have a wide selection to pick from,
so you make your pick. So it whoever people sign
at this moment, they're very purposeful.

It's who they think is going to fit their team
to leave at this point.

So it's this is like the time to make a
wide receiver move, even if it's going to be your
third wide receiver. You have the selection, man like it's
I mean juju is even they're still Noah Brown is
out there, Alan Robinson.

There's just dudes that are just like on the low.

End as a third or fourth string great decisions, go
for it.

I mean it's it's there. It's for the picking. Rondell Moore.

The list is huge at the moment, So are going
to make signings soon for receivers. They're going to be
really purposeful and it's who they want. I'm interested to
see that more than anything at the moment.

UH Taking a look at tight ends. Juwan Johnson returns
to the Saints three years, just short of thirty one
million dollars. Evan Ingram goes to Denver for two years
and twenty three million. Luke Farrell three years, twenty point
twenty five million. The backup for Evan Ingram there in Jacksonville,
and Jacksonville brings in two tight ends, one being Johnny
Munt two years, five and a half million and Hunter

Long two years and five million. Durham Smythe agreed to
a deal with Chicago for one year. Nothing really known
about the money. But we also have Tyler Conklin, Gerald,
Everett Moley Cox as some of the suitors here in
the tight end market.

Do we care, Yeah, there's not too many crazy tight
end ones.

Let's head to tackles here in the free agent market. Here,
Dan Moore from the Steelers to the Titans four years,
eighty two million dollars. The big money guy gets his money.
Jalen Moore heads to the Chiefs two years and thirty
million dollars. Trent Williams' backup there in San Francisco. Morgan
Moses heads the division rival Patriots three years, twenty four million,

James Hudson heads of the Giants two years eleven Cornelius
Lucas from the Commanders to the Browns two years, ten million.
Matt Pert stays with Broncos seven million dollars over two years.
And let's see Josh Jones to Seattle one year, four
point seventy five million dollars. We got Dan Skipper who

stays with the Troy on a one year deal, and
a couple of other ones, so obviously noteworthy people here,
Cam Robinson, Joseph Noteboom, Tyron Smith, Jedrick Wills.

So are we gonna talk about the Texans in this?

Speaker 1 (18:17):
Yeah, let's bring up the trade, the blockbuster trade that
the Texans did on Monday. They acquire a second of fourth,
a seventh, and a third, so twenty twenty six second
and fourth and a twenty twenty five seventh and third
round pick for Laramie Tunsel, and they traded away a
fourth round pick this year to the commanders. Holy hell, uh.

Don't know what they're doing.

You took the only good things about your worst position
unit and through it in the trash.

Speaker 1 (18:57):
They got rid of four guy Chef Mason was one
of them, Larry Mutunsel, they traded. They traded the guy
at Philadelphia, who will talk about in just a second
here Kenyon Green.

Talk about him.

So, yeah, there are there are positions like the Texans
are imploding their offensive line. Obviously they know something that
we don't or we know everything that they don't know.
We're still trying to figure that out as we're moving
along here.

They don't have like they like, and the guy they
brought in is terrible like Lake and Tomlinson is one
the worst tackles to have played this Oh I'm to
have played.

Speaker 3 (19:41):
And that's the guard I guess, yeah, anybody that's the
guard you're bringing to replace Jack Mason and do Or Green.

They also do have George Fant who was released from
the Seahawks, and they're releasing of last week's players, So
that is an aim to watch as they go along
and send them out to wherever they want to end
up going. So that would be obviously a viable left
tackle or right tackle, whichever way he can go. He
could play both positions, be the blind side or you know,

or Stroud's non blind side. So there's there's that. Uh,
I mean they want me to move on? Yeah, Beck
then is out there. Well we can move on. The
guards here, Will Fries the big money guard here, well,

one of the big money guards. There's two of them.
He goes to the Minnesota Vikings five years, eighty eight
million dollars, big contract there for the Vikings, who are
now the firstifying money out into all these positions we're
gonna end up talking about shortly. Aaron Banks leaves the
forty nine ers with you know, the great migration away
from San Francisco. He goes to Green Bay four years,

seventy seven million dollars. Patrick McCarry goes to the Jaguars
three years, thirty seven and a half million dollars. James
Daniels he goes to Miami three years, twenty four million.
Alex Kappa. He finds himself there in Las Vegas two
years just north of eleven million. Kevin Zeitler. He heads
down to the Titans really trying to solidify the offensive

line there in Nashville one year, nine million dollars. Bradley
Boseman stays in lac two year, six and a half
million dollars, lake In Tomlinson, as you said, Jake one year,
four and a quarter million dollars, Robert Jones, he had
the Dallas one year three three and three quarters a
million dollars. And Brady Christensen season Carolina one year two

point seven eight seven million dollars. And we also have
Blee Kant and Coleman Shelton who agreed the deals. But
we're patiently waiting to find out the numbers of those.
Some of the bigger name guards, brand Cher or if
he was a big ticket item a couple of years
ago for the Jaguar. Shac Mason's also up there. Will
Hernandez's contract expired with the Cardinals. Nate Herbig is there,

Mackai Becton is there, John Feliciano is out there, West
Sweetser is out there. If you're looking for a guard,
and yeah, there's there is a decent amount of people
out there who are probably vying for a new position
or well, new team, I should say, for free agency.

It's a lot of one year deals, you know.

Speaker 3 (22:31):
The weirdest moves of this free agency period were made
beside some of them. But like the the.

Speaker 6 (22:45):
Bengals don't really have seemed to have a plan, the
Texans don't seem to have a plan. And then on
the flip side, I'll praise the Bears for once, like
they said, we're not letting Caleb get hit so much
or at least in the middle, and lock down the
three interior players.

Speaker 1 (23:05):
Yeah, Joe Tooney, he heads to the Bears. A fourth
round pick was exchanged, and then Jonah Jackson, a sixth
round pick was exchanged. Two big moves there. And now
the offensive line seems to be stable enough there in Chicago,
so hopefully not another seventy seven sacks season there for
Caleb and company.

I don't remember who their tackles are or if they
need one.

I don't know.

Uh.

They did sign a center though, they got the top
center in free agency. They got Drew Dallman from the
Falcons three years, forty two million dollars.

And then Robert Hainsey heads the Jacksonville three years twenty
one million. Robert Kelly goes to the Vikings along with
his teammate Will Fries two years, eighteen million dollars, and
then Danny Pinter resigns with the Colts one year, one
point six six seven five million dollars. Not a lot

of experience here in the Center's market, Daniel Brunskill, Nick Harris,
Dan Feeney, Josh Myers. Not a whole lot of experience.
But it's a very small market there for teams that
are looking for maybe a starter, but more than likely
death positions there for them.

It's a line. So like whoever you think is gonna fit,
you know, there's not. Teams are gonna make good choices.
Teams are gonna make bad choices. You don't really know
until it happened, you know. I mean, look at Makai
Beckton last year. The Jets like just so lost on him,
and look how that went and now his value so high.
It's either're gonna be good for whoever gets the more

they're not it's just gonna be whatever. It's just a
line always because it's just you get who you can
or who you want. If you're looking for size, you
don't know, you know, every team is a little bit
different with that, and if they think they want it.

For them, you know, so every schemes different.

It's just a lot of one year deals on the
guards that I'm kind of surprised about.

One of your deals for O Lineman, I think is
kind of lack o.

I think you kept saying one year, and I was like, damn,
Like that's that's kind of new. I feel like for
O Linement, I I feel like all the other years
it was never just.

You know, like a bridge deal or just like a
rental year or something like that.

It's a little bit odd to me you.

Could shift away from a bunch of one year deals
and talk about the defensive linemen because they were the
position that hashed in the free agency.

Tell you what they looking before we get into that.
There's a lot of linebackers still out there, dudes.

I start one inside or.

Mostly edge.

But I'm not going to talk about all thirty one
people that's signed here. But let's break down this the Patriots.
The top two people that ended up moving were Milton Williams.
