The Podcast where two ex-christian lesbians take on life without God. Join Lauren and Carris as we discuss our way through our living life as out and proud lesbians having being raised in strict religious culture. Lauren grew up within the Mormon church and Carris grew up in the Baptist church. Both of us married men, and realised out sexuality much later in life, we discuss the complexities of leaving high control religion, coming out as lesbians after being married to men and having children, and how we live our lives now with all the things that come up being ex christians and being later in life lesbians.

Honestly really explicit, we deep dive into all the lesbian lingo you've heard, some you haven't and what the meaning behind it all is and our personal thoughts on some of the more harmful lingo and stereo types that exist. There's alot of explicit sex talk and other juicy stuff that's not for kiddo's ears. Mum and Dad, if you're listening please skip this one I beg of you!
This Episode we go into a more personal experience of how purity culture affected us both in our Het Marriages, and the effects of that when we came out.
We also delve a bit into what the Men where taught at church regarding purity culture.
