Speaker 1 (00:01):
Stay tuned for a special message from Amber Silence Ministries
and Minister Jody.
Speaker 2 (00:10):
Hey, let me ask you a question, okay, and think
about it. Would you complain against God?
Speaker 3 (00:22):
I bet no one person would say yeah.
Speaker 4 (00:25):
I bet everybody would say no, that's crazy. Who would
complain against God? Would you complain against God? Well, let
me shut his switch you. This is Numbers, chapter fourteen.
I'm quite sure that nobody would purposely complain against God.
(00:50):
I think that the issue is that when people complain
about anything, they don't realize who they're complaining is.
Speaker 3 (01:00):
Yes, it's God. So let me share this with you.
Speaker 4 (01:04):
This was the Israelites in the wilderness. They had sent
in some spies to go spy out the land. Ten
came back with a bad report. Yeah, I rolled my
eyes a lot about them. Ten came back with a
(01:25):
bad report. Two came back with a good report. People
chose to listen to the ten instead of listening to
the two. So they said, this is Numbers, chapter fourteen,
verse one. I'm not gonna read the whole thing, but
I'm gonna share some of it. Numbers, chapter fourteen, verse one.
So all the congregation lifted up their voices and cried,
(01:49):
and the people wept that night. And verse two and
all the children of Israel complained against Moses and any
I'm gonna stop breaking up like I ain't even gotta
read no more.
Speaker 2 (02:02):
I don't even have.
Speaker 3 (02:03):
To say what they said.
Speaker 4 (02:04):
The issue was they were complaint, They were complaining, and
they in their mind was complaining against Moses and Erin.
Speaker 3 (02:13):
Now I'm gonna flip the page.
Speaker 4 (02:17):
And I'm gonna start. I'm gonna pick up. It's still
numbers chapter fourteen, but I'm gonna pick up.
Speaker 3 (02:22):
At verse number twelve. It's six. And the Lord spoke,
Who spoke the Lord?
Speaker 4 (02:28):
And the Lord spoke to Moses, and in saying, how
long shall I bear with this evil congregation who complain
against me? The people were complaining against Moses and Erring.
That's what we just read. But God said, who they
(02:50):
complaining against is me. I've heard the complaints which the
children of Israel make against me. So say to them,
as I live, says the Lord, just as you were
spoken in my hearing, So what I do so you?
Speaker 5 (03:11):
In verse twenty nine, he says, the carcasses of you
who have complained against me shall follow in this wilderness
all of you who were numbered according to your entire number,
you're twenty years old and above. From twenty years old
and above, I'm about to read that again.
Speaker 3 (03:33):
The caracasses of you who have complained against me should
follow this wilderness.
Speaker 4 (03:37):
All of you who were numbered according to your entire number,
from twenty years old and above, except.
Speaker 2 (03:44):
The Cato, the son of Jafuna, and Joshua, the son of.
Speaker 4 (03:48):
None, you should, by no means into the land whige
I swore I would make you dwell in, you said
from twenty years old and above, all of you that
has complained. Now, I'm sharing this because people like to
complain today. People like to complain, and they don't understand
(04:11):
the seriousness of you could justify and the complaints that
you made.
Speaker 2 (04:18):
But you need to be careful. You need to be
careful because when you think you're complaining against a man,
you might find that who you're complaining against us the Lord.
Speaker 3 (04:33):
You need to be careful.
Speaker 6 (04:36):
You need to not complain. You need to not complain.
I can't say that enough. I'm gonna end this video here.
I'm just gonna let go so far that or ignorance.
Either way, you got a choice, You got a choice.
Speaker 4 (04:52):
But one thing that I know is that God always
sent warnings. Always he sent warnings to his people.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
But he also hardened the hearts of some that they
would not listen to the warning because he had a
specific reason, like for instance, case and point I say favor.
Speaker 3 (05:16):
He hardened the heart of Faaruh.
Speaker 4 (05:18):
But I'm gonna give you another two who were Israelites,
his own people, of his own people. He hardened the
heart of Eli's son Halp me and Phineas so that
they wouldn't hear the warning that their father was giving
them because he had intent to kill them.
Speaker 3 (05:39):
M I love it when it done. This all right, y'all,
I'm gonna go be blessed. I hope y'all listen. Pray
about it. Don't complain about it. Give it to the Lord.
Speaker 4 (05:51):
He's your He fights your battles for you. He fights
the battles for you. Pray about it, give it to
the Lord. Don't complain about it. Don't complain about it.
Even and especially if you feel justified, don't complain about it.
Speaker 3 (06:05):
I gotta go back
