Speaker 1 (00:02):
Before the jury comes in. I want to address the gallery.
The parties have agreed to the admission of Exhibit four
twenty eight.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
It is an audio recording.
Speaker 1 (00:14):
That audio recording will be played for the jury this afternoon.
It does contain some very sensitive sexually explicit matters. It
is important that those of you in the gallery have
no reaction whatsoever to anything that is played for this jury.
Speaker 2 (00:37):
If you believe that.
Speaker 1 (00:40):
The materials on this particular audio recording are such that
you would prefer not to be present, I'm going to
ask that you leave the courtroom now. The prosecutor has
advised me that he has met with the family of
the victim. That the family of the victim has had
an opportunity unity to listen to the audio recording. It
(01:03):
is their desire that the audio recording be played in
open court and they wish to be present. If any
member of the family of the victim had a different position.
Speaker 2 (01:13):
Please raise your hand now and let me know. I
see no hands. Miss arias, please come forward and take
the stand. Please bring in the jury, Please be seated.
Speaker 1 (01:41):
The record will show the presence of the jury, the defendant,
and all council.
Speaker 2 (01:45):
Miss Arias, you are still into growth.
Speaker 3 (01:47):
Do you understand?
Speaker 1 (01:47):
Yes, mister Nurma, you may continue with their examination.
Speaker 4 (01:54):
And con josh with that before we begin to question
this areas in person of the stimulations previously me. We're
asking the clovis, what's do you want to ask? What's
been entered? Excuse me as exhibit for twenty eight.
Speaker 3 (02:13):
Kay, what did you say?
Speaker 5 (02:21):
I'm sorry, I should allow me to to talk for
a little bit. The happy things can get normalized for
a moment. We'll see where it takes this.
Speaker 6 (02:35):
So see it takes it. I like that, like to
get taught. Can I get happy and get normalize part?
Speaker 5 (02:44):
Keep the shoot up there? Get happy? Yeah? Yeah, it's
going to be uh June do. But I'm going to
the beginning of June through like the BEGELI it's going
to get busy time and it's true Alexandrew's life.
Speaker 7 (03:07):

Speaker 6 (03:11):

I'll do that.
Speaker 5 (03:22):
I want just a visit and see the site and
see my friends. And all that, why would you go?
And if you're going to Daniel Summon.
Speaker 6 (03:31):

is I'm going to travel around with you, and if
I have the money, I'm going to go to the
(04:29):
Team Freedom event which is in June. And that place
to stay in Palm Desert.
Speaker 5 (04:36):
That's ev.
Speaker 6 (04:38):
No money there.
Speaker 5 (04:41):
Here's the problem. I have a team foring with it.
It's in Palm.
Speaker 6 (04:45):
Springs, right, Okay, in the summer. They're really dumb for
parents summer.
Speaker 5 (04:50):
Which is like a horrible place in the summer. Number
two is their idea of social time is to get dropped.
The thought is not everybody training would be awesome. I
don't like those people. I respect them as business people,
but that's about it.
Speaker 6 (05:11):
Really.
Speaker 5 (05:12):
They just don't have a soul.
Speaker 6 (05:15):
Are you serious?
Speaker 5 (05:17):
Their goddess just like look into their eyes, it's like dark.
Speaker 6 (05:20):
What do people like Kara and Mark Smith?
Speaker 8 (05:25):
Okay, Tara's nice and maybe there's something there, but like
like I said, I respect them for what they do
their businesses.
Speaker 7 (05:37):
I like them.
Speaker 5 (05:39):
Business is sopeke, they don't have a soul.
Speaker 6 (05:46):
You're crazy look at them, a hall. I guess I've
just gotten to know a few different people a little
bit differently.
Speaker 5 (05:55):
It's all like the people that you guys know are
the worst.
Speaker 6 (05:58):
Ones off tear Post and book. I know you, okay,
I know you don't.
Speaker 3 (06:05):
Like a.
Speaker 5 (06:07):
Yeah, well he's Solas. He's like the top the loop.
Speaker 6 (06:12):
I wouldn't call him solace. I would just call him
like focused like business.
Speaker 5 (06:19):
He's focused on business.
Speaker 6 (06:22):
I don't know.
Speaker 5 (06:25):
He's focused on this CD A solid D for stars.
Speaker 6 (06:31):
He told me the other day that he hopes you
get your rings.
Speaker 5 (06:35):
He told you the other day, Yeah, how the hell
is that in that?
Speaker 6 (06:41):
Because I went to I went to leave him a
comment on his MySpace because I talked to him in
like four months. I was just gonna he left me.
Went out of the blue, afs are not talking to
me for four months saying it said who, what, where?
Or something? And I was gonna say the same thing back,
just just to throw it out there kind of thing.
And I went to add the ad comment and says
(07:02):
you must be his user's friend in order to make
comments about them. Oh, like, why do you always in
my Space friend? So I texted him, I said hey,
I said I've got a bone to pick with you,
and he wrote back what And I said, You're not
in my safe friend anymore? And then the phone ring
it was him. He's like, hey, listen, this is why
He's like, I deleted you from my friends because I
just didn't want to be any part of your drama,
(07:22):
your drama with you and Travis. And I was like,
uh okay. He's like, it's nothing against you. I think
you guys are both great people. I just didn't want
to be associated with that. And he's like, I hope
you can understand, so there's nothing to do with you.
I think you're a great girl. I think Travis is
an awesome businessman. In fact, I really hope he gets
his ring. I think that'd be awesome because that's just
more stories that.
Speaker 5 (07:40):
I can tell.
Speaker 6 (07:41):
And he he just said it in pass me. He's like,
but I hope you understand. I was like, well, okay,
and then he see that what that's you know, I
thought it was too I thought it was too He's like,
I mean, I see he did bring that up though.
He's like, I don't understand. You know, I see him
in the bathroom and I'm a ghost hand like he
doesn't even he looks right through me, or he doesn't
(08:02):
even see me or say hi to me. And he said,
and I have no problem with that it but we
said if it's got to be that way, then fine.
He's like, I'm nothing against him, and that's when he said,
in fact, I hope you get it he hits his ring.
Speaker 5 (08:12):
That's what it is. It means I intimidated him in
the bathroom.
Speaker 6 (08:17):
He said nothing but nice things about you, but that
he didn't want to be a part of my dramas.
Speaker 5 (08:23):
He's like, it's okay, he's a ghost to me, because
what am I supposed to say, Hey, you kissed my girlfriend.
Well let's talk about.
Speaker 6 (08:31):
That hot before I was your girlfriend, you're so cute?
Speaker 5 (08:38):
Nah, you know?
Speaker 4 (08:40):
Was it?
Speaker 5 (08:40):
What am I supposed to say? And I'm going to say, hey,
I just got uh ripped a new one because some
drug check freaking selling me. And now, uh you're drunk
and you're freaking trying to look at with my girlfriend.
Five minutes later.
Speaker 6 (08:56):
Yeah, when was pat?
Speaker 9 (08:59):
Oh cool? Home?
Speaker 5 (09:00):
I remember I was going to go beat him.
Speaker 6 (09:01):
Now, Oh he said something not so nice. It was
a compliment. It was meant to be a compliment to me,
but it was an insult to you. And I should
have stuck stuck up for you. I was, I was timid,
and I was still don't like that. I need to
work on mine.
Speaker 7 (09:14):
Yeah, I was.
Speaker 5 (09:17):
Crap over clancy and then he didn't stand this for me,
and you're getting picked up.
Speaker 6 (09:23):
Well, nobody was hanging all over me.
Speaker 5 (09:27):
With a not sure if not true. We don't need
to go there, go there, Let's.
Speaker 6 (09:35):
Not go there. Then we already said the other night
we're never going to go there again. Let's let it go. Okay,
back to the team freedom thing. Yes, that is what
the bathroom scar funny.
Speaker 5 (09:51):
I thought I was too, because because that is right
next to it. I did, and I put out like
the album Whip Your Ready Vibe, and you say one
word to me.
Speaker 6 (10:07):
And I think you grabbed my ass, like right in
front of him. When we were walking through the casino
left to Vegas about seven we walked by. You're like,
you grab my butt and you're like there was a
and I was like, what, Like, I love it when
you grab my butt because it feels nice. But you
(10:27):
only do it like when you're trying to prove a point.
Speaker 5 (10:29):
Somebody else that's not true, but I always do when
I'm trying to prove that's true. You cannot say I
don't work that booty.
Speaker 6 (10:40):
Oh never mind, you do. I how to work the booty.
Speaker 5 (10:45):
Your butt's gotten more attentions than anyone on other faces
or or.
Speaker 6 (10:48):
Something like that. Well, it kind of screams for attention.
It sticks out.
Speaker 5 (10:55):
I love that is the If they after the Planet Award,
I would.
Speaker 6 (11:02):
Have Oh I don't know about that, thank you.
Speaker 5 (11:06):
No, it would and so many categories of freaking kids
an April Garana plus for example, I'm not a freaking
tough salad type. We are, but I would do it.
I love doing it.
Speaker 7 (11:26):
You and you have done it.
Speaker 9 (11:28):
Boo.
Speaker 5 (11:31):
I freaking no, I'd more than done it. I was
freaking done it.
Speaker 6 (11:35):
You have chop. You've gone to town. I think it
was throwing canna a salad bar.
Speaker 5 (11:46):
I went to town for like forty five minutes one night.
Speaker 6 (11:49):
Oh my gosh, that's a lot about you. You have
the most incredible stamina that I've ever ever even dreamed
of encountering. It's just crazy like you have.
Speaker 5 (12:03):
We've had two and three hour sessions anytime.
Speaker 6 (12:06):
Yeah. Yeah, more than that.
Speaker 5 (12:10):
It's it's it's it's the big three and a half,
like our tops or something.
Speaker 6 (12:14):
Oh yeah, yeah, you're right getting handing on stuff.
Speaker 5 (12:19):
It's because I paid myself and I.
Speaker 6 (12:22):
Think for it's just because I have that constant renewable energy.
Speaker 5 (12:28):
Yeah, I h You've got renewable you can just never stop.
I am extracurricular, so and them a giver, So I
don't mind recouping while doing what I need to do
to you.
Speaker 6 (12:42):
So I'm a giver. No, I agree, but I don't
mind receiving while you're doing the giving.
Speaker 5 (12:52):
And I'm glad. And I like how you'll play whatever
role you need to play.
Speaker 3 (12:59):
I like the play.
Speaker 6 (13:00):
That's fun.
Speaker 5 (13:02):
Yeah, if you need to, Yeah, handle me, or handle
me if you need to be handled.
Speaker 6 (13:07):
To be handled, I know, and I know you are
being handled, but like if I had to put this
one before the other, I like being handled. I like
being handled. But yeah, I totally handle you.
Speaker 5 (13:26):
Yeah. Yeah, he's a wish our sty. We get into
this cooking myth that we.
Speaker 6 (13:36):
Would Yeah, I wonder how that happened.
Speaker 5 (13:41):
Yeah, that's a I uh, I'm really am excited about
a little uh forrest, i'd venture.
Speaker 10 (13:59):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (14:00):
Yeah, Well you see you're coming up here before Cancun.
Speaker 5 (14:06):
Yeah, that's that's my plan.
Speaker 6 (14:10):
What is your itinerary? You're gonna are you going to
do San Francisco or is that gonna be another time?
Speaker 5 (14:15):
Oh, I'm just going to do all that stuff.
Speaker 6 (14:18):
Then you'll see me and we'll go Oregon Coast and
Crater Lake Shakespeare see if that ghost as planned? And
then and then I guess you'll go up to what
your friends in Washington or something.
Speaker 5 (14:34):
I'm not going to do all that. You're the shop.
You're the top of the list.
Speaker 6 (14:41):
In more ways than one. Ah, that was funny, I laughed. Okay,
so then you still drive back.
Speaker 5 (14:57):
Yeah, I'm going to Yeah, you're the child list. I
think that's just too much like all that. What I'll
do is I'll fly into Seattle and stay with my
friends and go to Bhurish, Columbia on that steam shop.
Speaker 6 (15:13):
Okay, are you going to be traveling up abut anytime soon?
I mean other than my account's course, h DC, that's
not abroad, I mean international.
Speaker 5 (15:30):
Oh no, I might get Argentine in September. I'll probably
get Argentunes September, play September.
Speaker 6 (15:37):
Oh cool? What brings you to Argentina?
Speaker 5 (15:40):
Just Stevens and let you guys are going down there
to live, and I might go down.
Speaker 6 (15:45):
The fucking one who's going down to live?
Speaker 5 (15:50):
The Vans and Danny Johnson's the other guys.
Speaker 6 (15:53):
Oh they're going to go down there and live. That's crazy.
Danny Jones moved to Virginia.
Speaker 5 (16:01):
Yeah, he's just the waysive potential that I gut.
Speaker 6 (16:08):
Potential and he just squanders it.
Speaker 5 (16:11):
Yeah, he's a freaking law Yeah. Like is a picture
on Facebook? Like, are you the dumbest ass the face?
Speaker 6 (16:20):
Or I haven't seen it recently? What is it?
Speaker 5 (16:23):
It's San grabbing his crotch?
Speaker 6 (16:26):
Oh yeah, I know, are you sixteen years old?
Speaker 5 (16:35):
Sious?
Speaker 6 (16:36):
Like he makes you wonder like, are you a church member?
I mean, I'm all for of the like the wild
streak that dump broadcast it to the whole world.
Speaker 5 (16:47):
Yeah, I almost put a freaking interesting comment on that picture,
like what else your mission president would be proud?
Speaker 6 (16:56):
You should? Why don't you?
Speaker 5 (17:01):
Yeah?
Speaker 9 (17:02):
I should.
Speaker 6 (17:03):
He hasn't been back for even a year or barely
a year. I think you've been back. You should, Travis,
don't be intimidated by him. You would do that to
anybody else. Why would you stop with him?
Speaker 5 (17:13):
Why would you say I'm intimidated by Danny Joe?
Speaker 6 (17:16):
I wouldn't. I didn't need to reply that. I'm just saying,
like like when Victor ruised when his friend apparently got
ahold of his helio and posted a bunch of stupid
I thought you blasted him to some mars you and
he's not even a church member to be held accountable.
Speaker 5 (17:33):
Well, it's because he sent me an email and I
took that as a personal insult.
Speaker 6 (17:38):
Oh, I thought he just sent posted a bulletin.
Speaker 5 (17:45):
Maybe I blasted Mario for sending Yet maybe I'm getting
those touristic sceps Mario like some jokes with the word
in it.
Speaker 6 (17:54):
Oh yeah, yeah, that's.
Speaker 11 (17:55):
What it was.
Speaker 5 (17:57):
And I kent the shreds and I read or sue.
Speaker 6 (18:00):
Yeah, so you can put a little marek. Okay, don't
do it if I want to.
Speaker 4 (18:04):
I'm not trying to pressure you, but I would.
Speaker 5 (18:06):
I would prefer to probably do it by emailing him
rather than posting a comment, because you know, I don't
want to.
Speaker 10 (18:14):
I can amiliate him, I know, but yeah, what did
on the other.
Speaker 5 (18:18):
Head, He's already humiliated himself.
Speaker 6 (18:20):
I haven't true. He's he's begging for comments. Basically, you
put that picture up for his engine. He's he's asking
for comments, and uh, I think you should obliged. But yeah,
if you want to do it privately. You did it
privately with Marian Victor. So but nonetheless, you would let
(18:41):
me keep posted on that. That's funny. Your mission president
would be proud. That is funny. Hey did you look
at Christmas?
Speaker 5 (18:51):
That's a rude thing to say.
Speaker 6 (18:53):
But what could you look at my post cell fiction?
Speaker 5 (18:57):
Oh? Actually forgot, I don't know.
Speaker 6 (18:59):
Again, it's okay, you don't have to know. It's kind
of an average picture, but I'm kind of hungry for pictures.
Speaker 5 (19:08):
You got great pictures. I don't know, why you say that,
you get you're like very phologized.
Speaker 6 (19:14):
Well, I don't know. I'm I'm not photogenic. I just
choose them carefully. Nah, and you're pretty thank you.
Speaker 5 (19:25):
You're just so attracted.
Speaker 6 (19:26):
I'm getting used to myself. I guess in front of
the camera.
Speaker 5 (19:29):
You are not seriously, like, I've never seen you look
bad in my life.
Speaker 6 (19:37):
If you have, when I have no cuffy eyes and
you cred off all my makeup, you're a look.
Speaker 5 (19:43):
Bad then either you just look miserable that you look up.
Speaker 6 (19:46):
So that is funny that you say that. Thank you.
Speaker 5 (19:51):
It's true if you don't think about it like I was, like,
think about this. There's been many times you've been like
noticable and I'm like rape here.
Speaker 3 (20:00):
That's true.
Speaker 6 (20:00):
We've had lots of makeup time, Goshi. That is true,
but it took it away for us to deep dressed.
Speaker 5 (20:13):
Yeah, true, we've we've we've done that and like we
were just past each other.
Speaker 6 (20:26):
Yeah we have, haven't.
Speaker 5 (20:27):
We Well, like it was like my I thought our
own way out.
Speaker 6 (20:32):
You know, Yeah, there was one time I remember, I
think I kind of vaguely remember. I mean, I don't
keep prep of it's been something, but I mean, there
was a time when we were just like I don't
even know who initiated. I think you did.
Speaker 5 (20:47):
I did.
Speaker 6 (20:49):
Yeah. Other times we've been like so discouraged with each
other that I didn't think it like freaking we could
even injected with affrodo the accident wouldn't work.
Speaker 5 (21:05):
Well, it kind of puts thing into perspective a little
more if you keep your mind about it for a while,
and when you do come back to the problem, like
that's with you.
Speaker 6 (21:15):
Yeah, yees.
Speaker 5 (21:21):
But certainly the best time and when we just be
for freaking a wrong session, just.
Speaker 6 (21:25):
Like go wherever you're You're not joking, I mean like
like there are times when when we just I can't.
I'm trying to take an example. There's been a few
times where I've been bold enough to just pull you
on to bed and start and oh my gosh, you
(21:48):
remember that time I came to visit you when I
was still working at Top on you and I fell
asleep on your chair next to your bed, and you
just like broke me up by pulling my pants off
untilally liking my pushy.
Speaker 5 (22:00):
Yeah, I was.
Speaker 6 (22:01):
So embarrassed because I just like got my Brazilian on
and I was like worried about what it looked like,
and I was like, ah, I'm a light for right,
and they were on. I was all self conscious, but
I remember that was hot. I was like, I was
totally tired and I was asleep, and I would have
been completely content just cuddling with you. Don't so we
(22:23):
got into bed, but you had another agenda.
Speaker 5 (22:29):
That's you gotta know though, like, there's not many guys
do that.
Speaker 6 (22:36):
Well, I see that's something like I don't know what
the ratio is, but I get the impression that they're
I mean, it's kind of an awkward subject to bring up,
but you eventually we're both going to remarry people. And
I just get the feeling that there aren't a lot
of Mormon guys like that and they're me or may.
I'm sure there are plenty of freaky Mormon girls, but
are they the marrying type. I shouldn't say that, I'm
(22:57):
just saying, are they the type that you'd want to marry?
Are the guys out there the type that i'd want
to marry? And I don't know, like I really would
like to marry some return missionary, but like you, someone
who can be freaky, like I just agree about that.
There are plenty of nice people out there. But I
(23:18):
worry that I might feel like a wilting flower as
all and never really blossomed to her full potential, at
least in a second realm. I feel like I have
with you, but like I still have plenty of blossom
time left, and I want to live all those years
being that way.
Speaker 3 (23:39):
I don't know.
Speaker 5 (23:40):
Yeah, that's all. I enjoy your blossom up. I'm going
to take you to a tree and put it in
your ass by the way. Like that, I'm going to
tie you to a tree and put it in your
ass the way.
Speaker 6 (24:00):
Oh my gosh, that is so debasing. I like it.
Speaker 12 (24:10):
S going till your arms your aventry blindfold, and but
the came around of time.
Speaker 5 (24:21):
While parking there.
Speaker 13 (24:25):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 6 (24:27):
You are full of ideas.
Speaker 5 (24:31):
It takes a creativity to top ourselves, so it does.
Speaker 6 (24:37):
We've got a way to creative in the past. I
think you can ast you the credit though, as far
as the create company ideas on game for like almost
everything you come up with. But you really are a
wellspring of ideas. You are like quite the source.
Speaker 5 (24:55):
I mean, just make of how how I counted you
with a full gill pop until I wasn't nothing.
Speaker 2 (25:04):
I knew.
Speaker 5 (25:08):
And you're asked and your page see.
Speaker 6 (25:12):
Continue put it all over me and then licked it up.
Speaker 5 (25:16):
I get it was fun. And then you had pop rock.
I didn't like to pop rock as much. I liked
it to yeal talk about.
Speaker 6 (25:28):
Yeah, yeah, they were interesting.
Speaker 5 (25:33):
Pop rock got all over the place.
Speaker 6 (25:36):
Do you know what I really liked is when we
were in the back with the candles and I had
the braid.
Speaker 5 (25:41):
Yeah, her bubbles that's on top of I love the braid.
Speaker 6 (25:46):
I know if they're hot, I know, I like it.
I don't know. There's just it is fun. I want
you to do that more.

Speaker 9 (57:16):
Flag of real hair saying wish bad.
Speaker 6 (57:37):
Are you doing.
Speaker 5 (57:41):
For clad of the brand? And I'm the brain to
shut up.
Speaker 6 (57:54):
No one knows to be file version of that song
be that's hilarious. I can't believe you're saying that.
Speaker 5 (58:01):
Oh show.
Speaker 6 (58:04):
Never again, my friend. That's an important song. I'm so
digging the song that's on my profile on my Space
right now. It's called Clumsy by Fergie.
Speaker 4 (58:20):
It's the.
Speaker 6 (58:22):
Huh I've heard so I know, but I know it's
been one of the songs that you just would get
sick of hearing. But it's just got this fun, funky
beat and like the part when she goes and it's
so freaking cheat. It is cheap puff as they get
but it's just cute, and she goes, you know, just
(58:44):
say the first time where I've been like something about
this love sick thing, and she goes, I'm the kind
of girl that likes to be in a serious relationship
and every time my boyfriend breaks up with me, my
world is crushed and I'm all alone.
Speaker 11 (59:04):
I like it.
Speaker 6 (59:05):
That part is like I was hearing that. I was like,
this is freaking cheesy. But then she goes, the love
jumps right up and fights me, and I'm back, freaking
cute can help it. The girl can help it, I like.
But she goes the love jumps right back up and
fights me.
Speaker 3 (59:23):
And I'm back.
Speaker 5 (59:31):
She's a got weird.
Speaker 9 (59:34):
She's what she gets.
Speaker 5 (59:36):
Weird, mab, Yeah she does.
Speaker 6 (59:40):
She's funky. She's original, which is good. It's like funky
fresh originality. I always think, yeah, yeah, I mean, I'm
not even I don't know a lot of her music
too much as a single artist. First, I don't know
(01:00:01):
Black Eyed PEPs It too much. I just know that
I like it. But just getting that's man, Okay, let's
get it started. Let's get it starty in here.
Speaker 5 (01:00:24):
She's the one after after after.
Speaker 11 (01:00:31):
That's cool.
Speaker 6 (01:00:33):
I didn't like the Hump song.
Speaker 5 (01:00:36):
I hate that song.
Speaker 6 (01:00:40):
I thought it was hilarious the way landed more est
that makes fun of her, my.
Speaker 4 (01:00:45):
Ho my.
Speaker 6 (01:00:49):
Line lovely lady Land.
Speaker 5 (01:00:54):
What I don't realize is like I was more sit like, Okay,
obviously you may be, but that is she making you
think of herself too, by the way weird way she
sings everything, or she being serious on that part.
Speaker 6 (01:01:09):
The weird way she sings sings things is kind of
like her signature, just like she know, but her own
weird way of seeing things. When I first heard it,
I know, but it's just.
Speaker 5 (01:01:19):
Like sometimes it's like too much.
Speaker 6 (01:01:22):
Yeah, it's a little bit like exaggerated, and she kind
of has that long face and a big like almost
Stephen Tyler kind of lips. Yeah, so it exaggerates it.
Like you've you ever watched her sing the song, Uh,
you've already won me over.
Speaker 7 (01:01:44):
Fun it'll be a long thought falls for all the.
Speaker 6 (01:01:58):
I probably older.
Speaker 5 (01:02:01):
You're just.
Speaker 6 (01:02:07):
Entered that video put with her singing into the camera
and she kind of has her own like her lips
moving away and her mouth and her tonguel it's like
all her own.
Speaker 11 (01:02:17):
Oh yeah, yeah, she says that.
Speaker 5 (01:02:19):
You can mention little things.
Speaker 6 (01:02:28):
And looked at thanksful or your patience. She does her
own harmonicas trippy.
Speaker 5 (01:02:38):
Yeah, sure, shoot shot.
Speaker 6 (01:02:41):
You know what's funny is on the radio? They played
it on one was the radio host is like, you know,
X amount of dollars to whoever get you know, tense
collars where and guess who? This is kind of thing.
It was somebody seeing happy birthday, Happy birthday to you.
It was like a ballad. And then I was like,
happy paper birthday too you or something and it was
(01:03:04):
freaking Alanis Marthette, like some early recording of her singing
for her friends and it's and once you realized it
was her, it's like, oh yeah, that's totally her voice.
Did she even then she kind of had that her
own style. It was funny, good, it was good, It
was good. It wasn't studio, but you could.
Speaker 7 (01:03:25):
Tell it was her voice.
Speaker 5 (01:03:26):
After she was a hit in Canada before she raised
out of here.
Speaker 6 (01:03:30):
Oh really, Shakira was huge in Colombian and most of
the Hispanic world before she made it in the US.
Speaker 5 (01:03:39):
You know that she did Dave Puge He's Joey down
fall off, Joe.
Speaker 6 (01:03:51):
Oh the White Boy.
Speaker 5 (01:03:54):
Yeah, why.
Speaker 6 (01:03:57):
Shakira damiel.
Speaker 9 (01:04:00):
No, I aford that.
Speaker 6 (01:04:03):
I didn't know that when.
Speaker 5 (01:04:07):
Uh before the auto as songs, because the audio as
songs about him?
Speaker 6 (01:04:13):
Shut up? How do you forgot all that?
Speaker 9 (01:04:17):
My homework?
Speaker 6 (01:04:20):
Angela? Were just doinging that do it a? And every
time I scratched my nail down someone else's back, I
hope you feel it?
Speaker 7 (01:04:28):
Well, tell you feel it?
Speaker 14 (01:04:32):
You know that?
Speaker 5 (01:04:32):
So good super hit.
Speaker 6 (01:04:35):
Yeah, it came out the big hit right as about
the time I moved to Wirika.
Speaker 3 (01:04:40):
I remember.
Speaker 6 (01:04:43):
Watching it on mpthe.
Speaker 14 (01:04:47):
He lokay, do mind?
Speaker 6 (01:04:52):
I expens forward the part because it says are you
thinking to me when you add for right? And I
was like, I pass forward to that part. So angelouldn't here.
But she she heard the heart whereas and she didn't
know the difference because she didn't know that song too well.
It's not wonder her you know high school hits for example,
but she heard the part when she's like, would she
goes down on you in La Siantra. I look at
(01:05:13):
Angela when she said that, and she starts laughing. She's like,
what it's what's cute about Angela is she's freaking messed up.
She doesn't even know like right from wrong lately, but
she's sees she's still so innocent. I think she's just stupid.
I love the girl, she's my sister, but I honestly
think she's a little bit dumb.
Speaker 5 (01:05:36):
It's but I love her, Oh sure, I love her.
Speaker 6 (01:05:45):
That man, deep sleep deep sexy boy. It makes me
want to cuddle with you.
Speaker 5 (01:05:54):
Guys getting tired.
Speaker 6 (01:05:57):
I can tell because then you start to were your
word and you kind of quiet. There's long pauses like
that one m herstute on cute yank you are cute.
(01:06:20):
Huh huh, huh. What I'm gonna I'll let you tell.
Speaker 5 (01:06:30):
Oh sleepy sleepy.
Speaker 6 (01:06:32):
You just sleepy boy, you go to sleep. I will
in a little bit.
Speaker 3 (01:06:39):
Uh.
Speaker 6 (01:06:43):
Let's try to astral project and see if we can
find each other in the astral world while we're sleeping
in our astral bodies throughout running around. Let's see we
can find each other. Hep you okay, have a good night.
Speaker 5 (01:07:02):
Out. How good at you?
Speaker 6 (01:07:05):
Hanny? Ah, all right, we'll fine.
Speaker 7 (01:07:11):
Oh good night, good night.
Speaker 1 (01:07:15):
All right, ladies and gentlemen, we are going to take
a recess at this time. Please be back in the
designated area at ten minutes till three, and we'll start promptly.
Speaker 5 (01:07:25):
At that time.
Speaker 2 (01:07:25):
Please remember the ammunition.
Speaker 6 (01:07:27):
Okay, what did you say?
Speaker 2 (01:07:37):
Jerry has left the courtroom. You may be seated and serious.
You may take your seat, bringing the dury.
Speaker 1 (01:08:08):
You be seated the repolis of the presence of the
jury of the defendant in all council.
Speaker 2 (01:08:13):
Mister Urmy may continue.
Speaker 4 (01:08:17):
Thank you, Jordy. The conversation we just heard before the break.
When did that take place?
Speaker 3 (01:08:28):
May tenth, two thousand and eight.
Speaker 4 (01:08:31):
Where were you when that conversation took place?
Speaker 3 (01:08:34):
I was at my grandparents' home in Ua Rica, California.
Speaker 4 (01:08:37):
Were you living there at the time.
Speaker 3 (01:08:39):
Yes.
Speaker 4 (01:08:42):
When did you move back.
Speaker 3 (01:08:45):
Sometime with somewhere in the first half of April two
thousand and eight.
Speaker 4 (01:08:50):
What motivated to your understanding? How did you wind up
having this conversation with mister Alexander.
Speaker 3 (01:09:01):
Those kinds of conversations were something we began to have
on a regular basis after I moved back, and that
day I can't remember if we were talking or chatting,
but he said something kind of mean and I got offended,
and then we got online and started chatting about it,
and the conversation turned sexual again, and he wanted to
(01:09:23):
get off the phone so that we could further the conversation.
So I told him I needed a little bit of
time to psych myself out of the bad mood that
the sad mood I was in, because I didn't want
to talk to him in that kind of mood, at
least that wasn't the mood he wanted me to be in.
So after that we logged off, and I think I
(01:09:44):
called him a little while later.
Speaker 4 (01:09:47):
And the recording of the conversation. Do you know how
that came to exist?
Speaker 3 (01:09:55):
Yes, in the when I got I got my helio
phone the day I moved out of Arizona. The phone
that I had was a motorol eraser, and I put
it in the drink cup holder in the U haul
truck and I went to sleep inside the truck, and
when it woke up in the morning, I realized that
I said it. In the bottom of the drink holder
was a whole bunch of hot chocolate that had spilled
the day before, and it basically soaked in hot chocolate
(01:10:16):
all night, so my phone didn't work anymore. I met
up with Gus Searcy somewhere in southern California. He had
a free phone deal and he let me have the
helio and I agreed to pay him for it, but
I don't remember how that worked out. And so as
I had this phone, I'm figuring out the features, and
then I realized we can record on it, and I
(01:10:37):
told Travis, and we joked about recording it, and then
we tried that, and a few times I failed at
it because you have to hit a record button on
the phone, and then if you hang up the phone
at the end of the conversation before hitting saved, then
it doesn't save the conversation. So he liked when we
recorded things like that. He liked to play it back.
Speaker 5 (01:11:00):
And so.
Speaker 3 (01:11:02):
The first few times I forgot to save it because
it went all one long recording, and then I would
hang up not thinking and lost the recording and he
would get upset. So throughout the conversation I began hit save, save,
saved so that I didn't forget so at least even
if I forgot it the last one, at least a
portion of it previously was saved.
Speaker 4 (01:11:23):
So you recorded it at his request. Yeah, I want
to ask you about some of what we heard on
the table early on there was a discussion about Abe
(01:11:46):
and a compliment he was making to you that was
an insult to Travis that you should have corrected. Do
you know what that was a reference to?
Speaker 3 (01:12:00):
Yes, that was when we were in Oklahoma City in
March two thousand and seven. And that's when Abe said
you deserve better. And he didn't mean it like in
a way like you deserved me instead of him, just
in a way that he thought I deserve better to
be treated better. And I took that as a compliment
because that meant to me that it val that he
(01:12:20):
saw me as enough value to that I needed to
be treated better. And I didn't say anything to change
his mind or anything. And I wasn't even going to
tell Travis until he demanded to know what we're talking about.
And I wanted to be open forthright in our.
Speaker 4 (01:12:35):
Relationships so well, and but demanded to know. That was
when he grabbed your arm by the elevators.
Speaker 3 (01:12:42):
It wasn't by the elevators, outside the crowd, right at
the edge of the crowd. But yes, that's cool. That's when.
Speaker 4 (01:12:49):
There was also and just so we're Claire, when we
say Abe, we're talking about Abe Abdalla, right, Abdelhati, abdu
Hati excuse me, and mister Abduha was also mentioned that
Travis made a comment about he was going to kick
(01:13:09):
Abe's ass in the bathroom. I gave a whip your
a vibe to him relating to kiss and you explained
to us what the bad story of that is.
Speaker 3 (01:13:24):
Yes, when Abe and I went on a date in
January two thousand and seven prior to Travis, we were
in Barnes and Noble and looking at books and he
said something and I went to look at him and
he leaned in and kissed me, and I wasn't expecting
that I was. It was kind of shy about it,
(01:13:44):
even though he was he was nice, but it was nice,
but it was kind of he threw me off a little,
so I pulled away and I was shy, and we
didn't kiss again. We went to dinner. I don't remember
what else we did, and then were he was walking
me back to my car and he began to kiss
me more near my car. And after that Travis had
interrogated me about the dates that I had that day,
(01:14:05):
because I went to lunch with John, then I went
to dinner with Aibe, and then I hang out with
John afterward, and so I liked John a little bit
more than Ab, but I was getting a platonic vibe
from him. So when I described the dates to Travis,
he said he picked up on that that I liked John,
But he asked me directly if either of them kissed me,
(01:14:29):
and I said, well, Abe did in bartones and Ople
and then I sort of trailed off, and I could
tell by the tone of his voice after that that
he was not happy. So I never told him about
the parking lot. And after when I was getting ready
to move to Wuyrica, we had a conversation in his
(01:14:49):
bedroom a few days before I moved, and we kind
of like took We kind of just came clean about
some things that we were keeping from each other. And
that was one of the things that I feel like
I never told him that I should have.
Speaker 4 (01:15:02):
Even Travis had a kind of a kind of clean
conversation before you moved.
Speaker 3 (01:15:06):
Yes, yes, And so I after he told me some things,
and I told him those things, and he felt like
I had lied to him from day one about our
relationship and that our entire relationship was based on lies,
and that I was a fraud and that I just
that I that the whole relationship was fraudulent because I
(01:15:27):
never told him about that incident prior to us getting together,
and he thought one thing about a but then he
you know, and then he's like, oh, but he was
kissing kissing more with you in the parking lot, and
he was just mad about it.
Speaker 4 (01:15:40):
When you told Travis, this, was he violent with you?
Speaker 3 (01:15:44):
Yes, he was that day. What happened, Well, he was
already he was already upset because I had given him
a pamphlet earlier about the one that I talked about yesterday.
Speaker 4 (01:15:57):
Was this the same day or is.
Speaker 3 (01:15:58):
This a different same day, same conversation? Pretty much, we
had just moved on to other subject matter. And at
that point he just flipped his lid and it blew up,
and he threw me on the ground and got on
top of me and started choking me.
Speaker 4 (01:16:13):
When you stay started choking, you, were you conscious the
entire time?
Speaker 3 (01:16:20):
I was conscious for not long. He squeezed my neck
and I couldn't breathe, and I was I just everything
turned gray a really fast and then went black.
Speaker 4 (01:16:32):
And did you fear for your life? That day?
Speaker 3 (01:16:39):
It went so fast, I didn't have time to think, Oh,
my god, he's gonna kill me. I just couldn't. The
only thought I could think is I can't breathe. I
can't breathe like I didn't. I didn't have any air.
And before I really thought about it, I just started
to get like my arm. He was on top of
my waist, but my arms were free, and I thought
trying to push him off, but he weighed over two
hundred pounds at that point, and I remember getting my
(01:17:02):
arms became like lead and they just fell back on
the carpet. And that's the last thing I remember until.
Speaker 4 (01:17:08):
I woke up. And when did this incident occur?
Speaker 3 (01:17:15):
It was sometime in the first week of April two
thousand and eight.
Speaker 4 (01:17:23):
Is this after the incident you were telling us about
yesterday where you said you realized you were one of
those battered women that didn't speak up.
Speaker 3 (01:17:34):
It was about three months after that.
Speaker 4 (01:17:36):
Okay, there was also talk on this phone call about
a drunk chick hanging on Travis. Is that the story
you told us before? Yes, there was a lot of
(01:17:57):
sexual activity discussed.
Speaker 5 (01:18:03):
On this tape.
Speaker 4 (01:18:05):
Did all this sexual activity that was discussed did that
all take place before you moved back to Ireka?
Speaker 3 (01:18:12):
The things we were talking about yet, yes, well, some
things we were making future plans, but a lot of
it was references to prior experiences.
Speaker 4 (01:18:21):
So when you're talking about things you did, all those
things happened before you moved back to Ireka, Right, things
we did?
Speaker 5 (01:18:29):
Yes, Yes.
Speaker 4 (01:18:32):
One of the things that was brought up is that
Travis always grabs your ass to prove point. Now, early
in the testimony, you told us about an incident and
a truck stop in Arenberg. Were there other instances where
(01:18:56):
Travis grabbed your ass to prove a point?
Speaker 3 (01:19:00):
Hm? Yeah, there were, there were other instances.
Speaker 4 (01:19:05):
Tell us about those. OA had a anation on lace
A telling us stage.
Speaker 2 (01:19:13):
The provis A Foundation.
Speaker 3 (01:19:15):
I see once was right after the executive director banquet
in Oklahoma City two thousand seven, that same weekend, we
were just discussing. We were walking out of the the
banquet area. We were walking down to the restrooms, and
he grabbed my butt and said and then leaning.
Speaker 4 (01:19:37):
Okay, not being offered for the truth the matter, sort
of re restate the question he grabbed your butt for
what purpose? Did he grab your ass? To your understanding?
Speaker 3 (01:19:48):
My understanding was that he grabbed it because there was
a guy named Mark standing nearby, and Mark had expressed
an interest in me about I two months earlier. He
was in also an associate. We never like went on
a date or anything, but there was an interest there.
Speaker 4 (01:20:10):
So the point he was proving.
Speaker 3 (01:20:14):
Was that.
Speaker 4 (01:20:16):
You belonged to him. Stay, Did you believe that was
the point he was proving? Speculation? What's that? What does
she believe? Did you believe? What was your belief as
to why he was doing it?
Speaker 3 (01:20:36):
Just that he was claiming me. That's usually the only
time he ever claimed me in public and there's another
guy around or something.
Speaker 4 (01:20:43):
I guess you weren't wearing a T shirt? Huh, no
kind of speculation. Which T shirt do we talk about?
I guess you weren't wearing a T shirt that had
Travis Alexander's apostrophe s on it?
Speaker 12 (01:20:56):
Right?
Speaker 4 (01:20:57):
No, probably weren't wearing the shorts. It's that drivers with
an exclamation or excuse me, an apostrophy?
Speaker 6 (01:21:03):
Right?
Speaker 3 (01:21:04):
No, I never wore those in public.
Speaker 4 (01:21:05):
He's no other reason, no other way for him to
claim you. Is this property other than you grab your ass?
Speaker 1 (01:21:09):
Is that right?
Speaker 4 (01:21:10):
An sgulation?
Speaker 3 (01:21:13):
Miesting?
Speaker 4 (01:21:15):
Did he prove this point of you being his on
other occasions by grabbing your bike.
Speaker 3 (01:21:26):
Yes, Jackson assumes that that was the point, and that
was Cray.
Speaker 4 (01:21:29):
We've already could discussed that overall. Answer, Yes, tell us
about another occasion when he did that.
Speaker 3 (01:21:41):
Well, there was the occasion in the rest well, no,
the the truck stop restaurant. It was like a convenience
store in a restaurant adjoining I think it was in
the convenience store, more so near the registers, and there
were a bunch of truck drivers in line and you
did that. And the other occasion was the one I
(01:22:01):
referenced on the tape, which would have been in Las
Vegas at the convention in two thousand and seven, where
he did that again in front of Abe, the same
guy we were talking about.
Speaker 4 (01:22:17):
Okay, was this a fairly persistent pattern with him? If
he thought a guy might be interested, he would grab
your butt.
Speaker 3 (01:22:31):
Well, in public, he only did it around when he
perceived other men to be watching us.
Speaker 4 (01:22:39):
And the t shirt he gave me that was for
the times when he wasn't around.
Speaker 3 (01:22:42):
Is that.
Speaker 4 (01:22:44):
Is that your belief was.
Speaker 3 (01:22:48):
No, it was a joke. He wanted me to wear
it in public when we were in Huntington, beach. He
wanted me to wear it into the lobby and there
were other associates there, but I refused because I was embarrassing,
So I just wore it kind of as pajamas.
Speaker 4 (01:23:02):
Okay. Another person was discussed in the tape, an individual
by the name of Danny Jones, who is well, let
me ask you. This was Danny Jones, a friend of
yours or friend of Travis's.
Speaker 3 (01:23:23):
He was more an acquaintance of mine. I didn't really
know him. We dr We carpooled together to from Gilbert
to Las Vegas or one of the conventions in a
huge it was like a suburban sized vehicle, and he
was in the very back and I wrote shotguns. So
we didn't really talk or get to know each other.
(01:23:44):
So he was more friend of Travis's.
Speaker 4 (01:23:46):
Did mister Jones or friend of Danny Jones? Did he
ever express any kind of interest in dating you?
Speaker 3 (01:23:55):
No.
Speaker 4 (01:23:58):
In the tape, it sounded as if Travis was, at
least from what he told you, interested in either visiting
or spending a month down there with mister Jones in Argentina.
Had he talked about that before?
Speaker 3 (01:24:16):
No, he talked about going to Brazil a year prior,
but a year and a half before that. But no,
he never went to South America.
Speaker 4 (01:24:27):
I want to ask you then about some of the
sexual behavior that took place. It was discussed on this tape.
It took place before you moved. There was a discussion. Well,
(01:24:47):
let me ask you this when you recorded this tape
and you were living in Hyrika in May two eight
before you twelve. No, is this your first orgasm? No?
There was talk about mister Alexander performing oral sex on
(01:25:11):
you when you were asleep. You made a comment about cuddling.
You would content cuddling, but he had a different agenda.
Do you remember that event?
Speaker 6 (01:25:23):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (01:25:26):
Where did that take place?
Speaker 3 (01:25:30):
In his bedroom? There was an oversized chair next to
his bed, and I had driven most of the night,
and I was kind of tired, and I was very tired.
Actually I fell asleep on it, Tony.
Speaker 4 (01:25:42):
What happened after you fell asleep on his oversized chair?
Speaker 3 (01:25:47):
I awoke to him pulling my pants off and I
was groggy, and then he was spreading my legs and
starting to perform oral sex.
Speaker 4 (01:26:03):
Is that something that you wanted?
Speaker 3 (01:26:08):
I mean, it wasn't really discussed, so.
Speaker 4 (01:26:11):
You didn't say, Hey, Travis, by the way, wake me up,
pull my pants off, and have oral sex, perform oral
sex on you.
Speaker 3 (01:26:17):
Mm mmm, No, I didn't.
Speaker 4 (01:26:19):
You weren't awake when these events started, right, n No.
Speaker 3 (01:26:24):
I was awoken in the process kind of, But no,
I was. I was definitely asleep.
Speaker 4 (01:26:34):
Now we've heard from you that mister Alexander had intercourse
with you while you were asleep and now performed oral
sex on you while you were asleep, or or began
to as you were just waking up. Did he perform
any other Did you wake up in the middle of
(01:26:55):
mister Alexander performing any other sex acts on you?
Speaker 6 (01:27:01):
Not that I recall?
Speaker 4 (01:27:10):
There was discussion on this tape about pop rocks and
tootsy pods. Could you explain to us what that means?
Speaker 3 (01:27:31):
Yes, one night, I think it was on a Thursday,
I was scheduled to go to my friend Lonnie's baptism.
I think if i'm we had a lot of nights,
but I think this was the night that he was
getting baptized, and Travis asked if I wanted to come over,
So I ditched the baptism and went, well, you got
(01:27:53):
ready to go over to his house instead? And he
wanted me to dress up in a schoolgirl outfit with braids.
I didn't have a school girl outfit, so I looked
through my closet to see if there was anything comparable
and let them.
Speaker 4 (01:28:09):
There was there a certain wardrobe that was desired for
this school girl outfit.
Speaker 3 (01:28:21):
Yeah, like a private school girl.
Speaker 4 (01:28:24):
Mkay. But but w what do you what do you
mean s if you could be specific?
Speaker 5 (01:28:28):
Yoga?
Speaker 3 (01:28:29):
Well, we had discussed it briefly before, and so I
I don't know how specific I could be, just like
a schoolgirl. Maybe in a skirt with a blouse. What else,
knee high stockings, Mary Jane shoes, that kind of thing.
(01:28:50):
What about underwear, sometimes no underwear, sometimes with the spidies.
Speaker 4 (01:28:55):
Sometimes what with a spider man. So this schoolgirl outfit,
it did this on more than one occasion.
Speaker 3 (01:29:06):
I couldn't. I didn't have a schoolgirl outfit, so I
just put something together that I thought he would like instead.
Speaker 4 (01:29:15):
Okay, and how does this relate to Tootsie pops and popworks?
Speaker 3 (01:29:30):
He asked if I would go to go swing by
and get those on the way over.
Speaker 4 (01:29:41):
For what purpose?
Speaker 3 (01:29:42):
To your understanding, I was actually he wanted me to
get a cock ring and.
Speaker 4 (01:29:51):
It was he.
Speaker 3 (01:29:53):
I didn't know where there were any adult stores around,
so he looked it up for me, and so there
was one and at a junction which was near East Mesa,
and I went there while he was at homes. He
refused to go there and he said too many people
in the community he might know him. And so I
went in there dressed up in my stupid outfit looking
(01:30:16):
for a cockran and came away empty. And while I
was in the store, I called him and told him
they didn't have any, and that's when he said, go
ahead and go to go get some pop up here.
Stay after you.
Speaker 4 (01:30:42):
Didn't were not able to obtain the cockran, you were
then sounds like you were then instructed to go get
TUTSI pops and pop rocks.
Speaker 6 (01:30:53):
Yes, and.
Speaker 4 (01:30:59):
At that time, what was your understanding of the purpose
of obtaining these items.
Speaker 3 (01:31:07):
I didn't know what he intended them for. When I
imagined it was some kind of idea, play or something
he would incorporate into what we were going to do.
Speaker 4 (01:31:17):
Okay, so did you obtain uh these items?
Speaker 3 (01:31:26):
Yes? I went to Walgreens Innise Mason. I didn't want
to go in. I felt dressed really and appropriately, so
I left Walgreens and I went over to Walmart's, the
other Walmart that I never go to, and I went
in there and got that, and I think I bought
some bubble bath and the Totsy Pops and the pop rocks.
Speaker 4 (01:31:49):
And when you say went to you went in there
that outfit you were talking about, the schoolgirl outfit or
the the outfit that you could best put together from
that request, right, Yes, did you have a code or
anything to put on over over it to cover yourself up?
Speaker 3 (01:32:10):
Yes? I wore a black jacket.
Speaker 4 (01:32:14):
So once you have the Tootsie Pops and the pop
rocks and the bubble bath, where do you go.
Speaker 3 (01:32:25):
After I pay and leave and go to Walmart? I
mean leave from Walmart. I go to Travis's house, okay,
and just.
Speaker 4 (01:32:36):
Describe for us what happens when you arrived.
Speaker 3 (01:32:44):
There were I'm trying to not confuse the incidences, because
there were a few times that we did things like this.
So by this point I go in the house. We
had taken a bath before, but we also there were
(01:33:04):
no bubbles. In this time. There were bubbles, and we
had sex in the bathtub and then again on his
bed with the the candy Okay.
Speaker 4 (01:33:21):
You mentioned you took a you and mister Alexander took
a bath together with the bubble bathro purchased. Right, Yes, okay,
did you have sexual relations in the bathtub?
Speaker 3 (01:33:34):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (01:33:35):
And what sort of sexual relations did you have?
Speaker 3 (01:33:41):
That was one time we had vaginal sex. We actually
did twice in the bathtub.
Speaker 4 (01:33:48):
And why was it okay to have that in the bathtub?
Speaker 3 (01:33:51):
Well, it wasn't okay, but you said it was okay.
Speaker 4 (01:33:55):
To effected the listener. Just why did he say this
kind of sex was okay?
Speaker 3 (01:34:01):
I didn't think it was serious. He said it's underwater,
so it doesn't count. I mean, I agreed with you.
Speaker 4 (01:34:10):
Mentioned then you had sexual intercourse twice in the bath
to imagine.
Speaker 3 (01:34:15):
Intercourse, right, Yes, prior to us actually just going all
the way.
Speaker 4 (01:34:19):
Like toeg with it was just, you know, sleep together
prior to what.
Speaker 2 (01:34:24):
T prior to I just.
Speaker 3 (01:34:27):
We kind of got reached a point during our relationship
that we just began sleeping together without any boundaries or limitation.
Speaker 4 (01:34:36):
You mentioned that the the Tutsi pops and the pop
rocks were involved in this session. House up.
Speaker 3 (01:34:53):
He wanted me to put pop rocks in my mouth
while he well I gave.
Speaker 4 (01:34:56):
Him oral sex and did you do that?
Speaker 3 (01:34:59):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (01:35:01):
And the totsy pops? What did they turn out to
be needed for?
Speaker 3 (01:35:07):
He wanted to put the tsy pop inside of me?
I mean just spend time down there doing that.
Speaker 4 (01:35:19):
Because you could say, what do you mean inside of you?
Speaker 3 (01:35:24):
Inside my china?
Speaker 4 (01:35:25):
And you allowed him to do that.
Speaker 3 (01:35:27):
Ye, this.
Speaker 4 (01:35:33):
Bath you mentioned a couple You talked about taking a
bath with him and feeling like a goddess. You talked
about bath on the tape.
Speaker 3 (01:35:47):
Was this the.
Speaker 4 (01:35:47):
Occasion you're referring to, or was there another time that
you took a bath with him?
Speaker 3 (01:35:52):
That was the time prior to that?
Speaker 4 (01:35:53):
Okay? And when was that really?
Speaker 3 (01:35:56):
I believe it was sometime in the fall or winter
of two thousand and seven.
Speaker 4 (01:36:02):
And what did he do to make you feel like
a goddess? As you described?
Speaker 3 (01:36:08):
I came over to his house. It was kind of late,
so the roommates weren't out and about. They were in
their bedrooms and he told me to meet him in
the bedroom. And when I walked into the room, he
had this. He had a light, kind of a decorative
lamp on the side of his on one of the
night stands, and it was like the shape of a
(01:36:30):
candle or a cluster of candles, but it was actually
it was like a fountain. So if you pour water
and it turned on, it bubbles over the candle and
goes in the other candle and the cattle and recycles
the water there. I think there are pebbles and things
around it. So he had that on and it had
a soft glow. He had hurricane candles lit on the dresser.
He had a CD plane low on the other night stand.
(01:36:55):
And then his bathroom where there's a long hallway. He
had the hall way lined up like a was lit up,
kind of like a runway with hurricane candles on each
side all the way down, and he had red rose
pedals kind of just scattered throughout down the hallway all
the way to the bathtub. And the bathtub was full
(01:37:18):
of hot water and there was steam coming off of it,
and there were no bubbles in that one, but there
were candles in the corners of the bathtub.
Speaker 4 (01:37:27):
Also, this sounds like did you perceive this as romantic, yes?
Did that evening remain romantic yes? Did that romance include
sexual intercourse?
Speaker 14 (01:37:44):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (01:37:45):
How was it different than the other occasion? What distinguished
one evening is being feeling like a goddess. And the
bathroom you were just talking about.
Speaker 3 (01:38:00):
That was the same evening like when I made up.
Speaker 4 (01:38:02):
The bath you were talking about with the pops.
Speaker 3 (01:38:05):
Oh, it was just it was the titsy pops and
pop rocks were more playful and experimental and the other.
Speaker 4 (01:38:15):
Was a lot more romantic, and you preferred the latter.
Speaker 3 (01:38:24):
If I had a choice, yes, but I would have
gone with either.
Speaker 4 (01:38:28):
What do you mean, if you had a choice, didn't you? Well?
Speaker 3 (01:38:31):
Yeah, but usually he I just kind of I mean,
I didn't set the theme. He said the theme, and
I was a willing participant.
Speaker 4 (01:38:43):
A comment was also made about braids. Braids were hot
with something that was said on the table, Uh, you
alluded to a schoolgirl outfit, and early in your testimony
you talked about mister Alexander having an interest in younger women.
(01:39:11):
Was the braids a part of this interest or what
was your understanding about the braids or describe that for us.
Speaker 3 (01:39:22):
He yeah, the braids were at that time, I still
had blonde hair and he called me Pollyanna with the braids,
that kind of thing. So yeah, I believe it was
to make me appear a little bit younger.
Speaker 4 (01:39:37):
He liked you to look a little younger. Yes, did
you ever ask you to act a little younger?
Speaker 5 (01:39:44):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (01:39:45):
One time?
Speaker 4 (01:39:47):
Tell us about that time.
Speaker 12 (01:39:49):
Present, foundation's good.
Speaker 4 (01:39:53):
In your honor, she's she hasn't even begin to describe
the incident. There's no proper objection.
Speaker 2 (01:40:00):
Make sure did she describes the place.
Speaker 4 (01:40:02):
In the time? Tell us about this incident? Where did
it take place?
Speaker 3 (01:40:11):
In his bedroom?
Speaker 4 (01:40:14):
Do you remember when it.
Speaker 3 (01:40:16):
Would have been sometime in remember it was the fall
or the f in two thousand eight, but it was
prior to.
Speaker 6 (01:40:25):
When I walked in on him.
Speaker 4 (01:40:26):
I remember that, prior to when you walked in on
him in January of two thousand eight, right, yes, okay,
what did he want?
Speaker 6 (01:40:38):
Well?
Speaker 3 (01:40:38):
I I knew I was coming over there to hang
out with him, which probably would lead to sex. And
I came into his bedroom and he had a few
He had some toys out on the floor. We didn't
like do anything with them. But I think he had
ideas for it. I don't really know. I looked at
(01:41:02):
him kind of funny, and he dropped it. And what's
that he dropped it?
Speaker 4 (01:41:09):
Dropped?
Speaker 3 (01:41:09):
What whatever ideas he had about it?
Speaker 4 (01:41:13):
But you said he wanted you to act younger. There
must have been something in that regard.
Speaker 3 (01:41:18):
It was a little.
Speaker 6 (01:41:20):
A little.
Speaker 3 (01:41:22):
Like train car. It wasn't a whole train or anything.
It was just a little I think it was a
red caboose or something.
Speaker 4 (01:41:31):
Did he want you to play with it?
Speaker 5 (01:41:33):
I mean, I thought he.
Speaker 3 (01:41:34):
Had was gonna do something with it. He we had
already incorporated candy and massage oil and all kinds of
things like that. So I assumed I wondered what he
had in mind with that. And I don't think I was.
He wasn't really vocal about it. He just gave it
to me and he was running it over my body
(01:41:55):
and he was he wanted me to do over his
body and kind of like almost like a massage, but.
Speaker 4 (01:42:02):
But sexual.
Speaker 3 (01:42:03):
Yeah, I was there, and I was. He wanted me
to be in the braids that time, and.
Speaker 4 (01:42:09):
It I don't know, I mean, you don't know. Is
this embarrassing to talk about? YEA, When you say you
don't know what else happened, you know what happened.
Speaker 3 (01:42:21):
We ended up having sex, anal sex.
Speaker 4 (01:42:26):
Were you wearing the boys underwear? Yes, at the time
I was, And you were playing with these toys.
Speaker 3 (01:42:36):
I don't know that I could really say playing, but
kind of like, yeah, kind of like adult playing, I
guess you would say.
Speaker 4 (01:42:45):
When you told us earlier that you got you were
d of the understanding that mister Alexander liked younger women.
You mentioned the braids and the schoolgirl out. Is there
anything else he requested of you that made you believe?
Speaker 3 (01:43:07):
There were things I learned about him that made me
believe that.
Speaker 4 (01:43:10):
But well, how about things he requested of you? Did
he request you do anything else to make yourself look younger?
Speaker 3 (01:43:21):
Read school, grow up in spidies? I don't remember.
Speaker 4 (01:43:30):
There was a lot of talk on this tape about
photo shoots and pornography and the porn star thing and
(01:43:50):
pictures of you with semen on your face, making quote
unquote legitimate porn. Based on those it brings up the
question did you and Travis ever videotape yourself while having sex?
Speaker 3 (01:44:12):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (01:44:15):
And at whose whose desire was for that to take place?
Speaker 3 (01:44:22):
I did?
Speaker 4 (01:44:25):
And these videos? How were they? How were they made.
Speaker 3 (01:44:31):
On a digital camera? It was only one video, There
wasn't plural what's that? There was just one video?
Speaker 4 (01:44:39):
One video? And when was that video? Made?
Speaker 3 (01:44:45):
On June fourth, two thousand and eight.
Speaker 4 (01:44:47):
But it sounds to me like, so all this talk
beforehand in in May, you're saying that before June two
thousand eight, there was no recording or pictures or things
of that nature. Is that what you're telling us.
Speaker 3 (01:45:08):
No, I'm only telling you that there was no video.
Speaker 4 (01:45:10):
Okay, So we saw the pictures that were taken to
you on June fourth of two thousand. Did he take
other pictures of you?
Speaker 5 (01:45:26):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (01:45:27):
And when did he do this? Did was this a
consistent thing that happened on a lot of sexual encounters.
Speaker 3 (01:45:35):
No, it's something I had to, I guess, build up
the courage to do I hadn't done that with previous
boyfriends except one photo that Darryl snapped one time with
my phone and it was deleted and I was ironically,
(01:45:56):
the thing I was afraid of is that it would
get out, and so I didn't want to do it.
Speaker 4 (01:46:01):
And so what do you mean get out?
Speaker 3 (01:46:03):
He wanted me to email him some pictures or maybe
phone pictures send him and he began requesting this very
early in our friendship slash relationship in two thousand and six,
and I refused.
Speaker 4 (01:46:16):
Is that the time of the November eleventh two thousand
and six, twenty sent you the picture of his penis.
Is that when he began requesting those pictures, you know
what was prior to that? Okay, so he be he's
asking for a year and a half, two years, When
do you finally relent?
Speaker 3 (01:46:39):
I let him take pictures of me in July two
thousand and seven, but they weren't completely nude. My birthday
is in July and so is his. So right before
I moved down there, I flew from Oakland to Phoenix
just to test the water and kind of see how
things works. We had broken up and I spent the
(01:47:01):
weekend with him, and he was like like the old Travis,
like very charming and very loving.
Speaker 5 (01:47:10):
And how was he acting?
Speaker 3 (01:47:16):
He was treating me very well, almost like he was
trying to court me again, and which I believed he was.
And it kind of sealed the deal.
Speaker 6 (01:47:25):
Like for.
Speaker 4 (01:47:28):
Question, did his behavior motivate you? You talk? He had
to taking the pictures? Did he charm me and do it?
Speaker 3 (01:47:41):
He had to do a lot of coaxing and begging
and bleeding up to that entire point over all this month.
So he bought me some lingerie from Victoria's Secret as
a birthday gift, and he joked that it was his
selfish birthday gift to me. And so when I tried
(01:48:01):
it on, he wanted to take photos and he I
let him.
Speaker 5 (01:48:06):
He what I let him?
Speaker 4 (01:48:11):
After all this highness, you relent, you take pictures? What's
he take pictures of.
Speaker 3 (01:48:27):
My body?
Speaker 5 (01:48:31):
Well?
Speaker 4 (01:48:31):
Are they more similar to the pictures of you laying
on the bed? Are they more similar to the pictures
where he seemingly has the camera a couple of inches
from your vagina?
Speaker 3 (01:48:42):
I would say somewhere in between that I just got
different angles up close that I was wearing laundry launderie.
Speaker 4 (01:48:55):
And part of the agreement was to be that you
were these would be to be deleted.
Speaker 9 (01:49:02):
Is that we'll hear it?
Speaker 3 (01:49:04):
Yeah? I made him. I told him we can do
it only if we delete him aft. It was my
camera anyway, so they were going to get deleted regardless.
But that was kind of that's how he got me
to do it. So we agreed to delete them.
Speaker 4 (01:49:19):
Okay, once you agreed to this initial these initial pictures
that happened in July, was that the only time that
(01:49:39):
that happened besides seeing fourth.
Speaker 3 (01:49:43):
No, he wanted to take a few pictures of me
while we were at half a Survive and we were alone.
Speaker 4 (01:49:49):
Did you relent to that?
Speaker 3 (01:49:52):
Yes, he had been asking for over a year, since
I didn't want to concede to.
Speaker 4 (01:49:57):
Give and proper objection, jerds. Did you wind up taking photographs?
Did you wind up allowing us rout exan or to
take photographs of the nude photographs at have a Superbot?
Speaker 3 (01:50:16):
No, they weren't nude. They were in in my bikini.
Speaker 4 (01:50:20):
Were you wearing all your bikini?
Speaker 3 (01:50:23):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (01:50:24):
Were those to be deleted? Or were those for him
to keep?
Speaker 3 (01:50:29):
I wouldn't have let him keep them at that point?
Speaker 4 (01:50:32):
What's that? I'm sorry?
Speaker 3 (01:50:33):
I I don't know if they were deleted? I cause
I think I saved a couple that were normal, like
just wanted me standing there and some of us as
in a group shot. But the ones he took were
a little bit more up close, like cleavage and that
kind of thing. So those were deleted.
Speaker 4 (01:50:49):
Over the course of your relationship, then, were there's several
of these photo sessions or he would take nude photographs
of you and delete them?
Speaker 3 (01:51:01):
Well, I don't know what you mean by several. Do
you mean a lot or a little.
Speaker 4 (01:51:05):
How many would you say that there were.
Speaker 3 (01:51:09):
With the lingerie and the bikini and June fourth. I
think there were maybe two other.
Speaker 4 (01:51:15):
Times besides those times. Yes, there was talk in that
tape about taking pictures of you with semen on your face.
Did he ever do that?
Speaker 3 (01:51:33):
He never took photo photos of it. That was something
we were planning.
Speaker 4 (01:51:44):
There was also reference in this tape to a to Arenberg.
Early in your testimony, you had told us about a
trip you made to Arenberg with Travis. Refresh our memory.
(01:52:06):
When was that?
Speaker 3 (01:52:08):
It would have been in October two thousand and six.
Speaker 4 (01:52:13):
Was that the only trip you made to Arenberg with Travis?
Speaker 3 (01:52:19):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (01:52:20):
Yes, and this was the kind of weekend trip that
you discussed earlier. Right, Yes, you mentioned on the tape
about grinding in Arenberg. Is that what took place? Barbara
(01:52:41):
Moral Size?
Speaker 3 (01:52:45):
Yes.
Speaker 4 (01:52:46):
It also sounds like from the tape it would be
someone listening to the tape someone would walk away with
the impression that he was also proselytizing to you about
the Book of Mormon on this trip to Aaron Burke.
Is that correct?
Speaker 3 (01:53:05):
I would say so. We discussed some things about it
and some of the doctrines. A few stories in the
Book of Mormon.
Speaker 4 (01:53:13):
So this weekend in Aaron Berg includes oral sex, grinding,
grabbing your buttocks at a truck stop, and proselytizing about
the Book of Mormon, and a movie that's an answer
(01:53:35):
and a movie? Right? Is that the weekend?
Speaker 3 (01:53:39):
Yes? And dinner at Sisslor.
Speaker 4 (01:53:41):
Dinner at Sissler. I'm burning some CDs. There was also
some talk on the tape about introducing Travis to ky
(01:54:05):
Do you recall hearing that so we're clear to your understanding.
What is ky?
Speaker 3 (01:54:10):
Ky is a personal lubricant.
Speaker 4 (01:54:15):
And did you in fact introduce Travis to it?
Speaker 3 (01:54:24):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (01:54:24):
I did?
Speaker 3 (01:54:26):
Why he refused to buy Well, he was using astroglide
before that with Esther, and she brought that over. He
ran out of it eventually and then just went back
to baseline because he refused to be seen in public
buying personal lubricant. So I brought ky over one time, and.
Speaker 4 (01:54:50):
Yeah, and why.
Speaker 3 (01:54:56):
Well on the tape, I was about to say that
Daryl introduced it to me, but I didn't want to
bring up an his boyfriend because before that I did
mention that I was using baby oil. That's what I
used in prior relationships because I just never thought of
using KY, and so when I began to date Daryld,
that's what we used, and so that's what I was
familiar with. He was only familiar with the vaseline and
(01:55:19):
the astroglide. But astroglide I think was more expensive or
the kind that I saw on the shelf, So rather
than buy that, I just went with the brand that
I knew and the cheapest version of it.
Speaker 5 (01:55:32):
Okay, what was.
Speaker 4 (01:55:38):
The KY used for?
Speaker 3 (01:55:43):
For sex?
Speaker 4 (01:55:45):
Antal sex, all kinds of sex, all except oral? There
was also some discussion at mister Alexander, and I'm paraphrasing
(01:56:07):
here tying you to a tree and putting it in
your ass all the way, what was that a reference to?
To your understanding talking about the time she said she
liked it? Rephrase the question on this tape you talk
(01:56:28):
about mister Alexander talks about how he wants to zip
tie you to a tree and put it in your ass,
d right, remember that? Yes, no mistake, and what we're
talking about here, right?
Speaker 3 (01:56:38):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (01:56:39):
No, what was that a reference to?
Speaker 3 (01:56:46):
That was a reference to a photoshoot that he wanted
to do out in the woods somewhere and he had
a fantasy that he had had for quite some time
since before I met him. Where he wanted to ask
me that foundation?
Speaker 4 (01:57:04):
How did she do she's describing at your honor, cause
she's way it works. Does I make getting cash? And
you ruled yes, O.
Speaker 3 (01:57:12):
I'llow up with another question, sustained.
Speaker 4 (01:57:15):
He wanted to do a photoshoot of what.
Speaker 3 (01:57:19):
He wanted me to dress up like little Red riding Hood.
Speaker 4 (01:57:22):
And you said this It was to take place in
the woods where.
Speaker 3 (01:57:31):
Well, he wanted me to find a spot because he
was coming up to Areca. There is a lot of
forest up there, so there are trails and things near
a park called Greenhorn. It's toward the southern end of town,
and it goes into the woods quite a ways. And
(01:57:51):
I figured if we went early in the morning or
late at night, we could find a spot there and
we wouldn't have to worry about any hikers or anybody
coming upon us, because that would have been mortifying.
Speaker 6 (01:58:07):
Were you.
Speaker 4 (01:58:11):
Candative about having sex in public? Very You also made
the comment in reference to this ancident that it's so debasing.
I like it. You recall saying that, or hearing you
(01:58:34):
yourself say that, Yes.
Speaker 6 (01:58:35):
I do.
Speaker 4 (01:58:39):
Did you mean by that.
Speaker 3 (01:58:42):
Well, when he said tie you ti tree and put
in your ass. The first image that flew to mind
was the scene from the movie Me, Myself and Irene
where toward the end there's some kind of antagonists or
bad guy or some guy in the movie where he
is tied to a tree with his arms around the tree,
and his pants are pulled down and a chicken or
a dag or a goose or something his beak and
(01:59:02):
head or shoved up his butt. And it was a
really awful scene in the movie. It's supposed to be funny,
but it was disgusting to me. So when he said that,
and I could only think that man, not that that
really happened. It was just a movie. But I thought,
how degrading, And so I said that. And then as
I said how degrade at so degrading, I didn't want
him to feel bad for expressing himself and his fantasies,
(01:59:23):
so I quickly added, I like it, just so he
didn't feel like I was insulting his personal fantasies.
Speaker 4 (01:59:34):
Pleasing him was still important to you, even in May
of two thousand and eight, after you'd moved back home. Yes,
is this why you made many a comment to him complimentary.
(01:59:57):
Is this why you complimented his stamina.
Speaker 6 (02:00:05):
Overall?
Speaker 3 (02:00:05):
Did you answer yes, Travis Thribd on compliments.
Speaker 4 (02:00:12):
Is this why you called him superhuman? Yes? Is this
why you were so complimentary of his genitalia?
Speaker 3 (02:00:26):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (02:00:33):
The orgasms are the sounds you made on the tape
that might be normally associated with orgasms. Were those real
orgasms or did you fake it?
Speaker 3 (02:00:44):
I was faking him what well, I was on the phone. Sorry,
it's kind of embarrassing.
Speaker 4 (02:01:00):
It's okay, take it, take your time.
Speaker 3 (02:01:04):
I was faking them because, well, there's several reasons. One,
I wanted him to be well, he was turned on
by it, so I wanted him to be turned on.
I wanted him to like it. And also I was
faking it because I can't well when I'm on the phone,
(02:01:27):
when I do something like that, like masturbating, requires both hands,
so I couldn't use just one and actually reach that point.
So I just faked it so that he could like
he was. He was very mean to me's during some
of the this period of time. At times, and when
he wanted phone sex or something like that, he was
(02:01:47):
really nice and I liked that side of him. So
I wanted to do prolong it, and I guess you
could say draw it out or or enjoy it while
it lasted, because he would turn into mister Hyde soon
or whatever the analogy is. So those things were pleasing
(02:02:09):
to him.
Speaker 4 (02:02:15):
Okay, this big is a question, Jody, Why at this
point in time May of two thousand and eight you
moved back? Why were you still craving or so desirous
(02:02:37):
of positive attention from mister Alexander.
Speaker 3 (02:02:42):
I just he When he was nice to me, it felt,
it reminded me. It just he was He made me
feel better. I liked the way I felt when he
was nice to me. It made me feel good. So
I sought the things, and when he was mean, it
(02:03:03):
didn't make me feel good. So that's why I preferred one.
Speaker 4 (02:03:09):
Over the other. Well, why any contact at all, I'm sorry,
why any contact at all? Why talk to him? Will?
Speaker 3 (02:03:25):
He ponned his car off on me, so I had
to pay him for that. There was still that connection
that we had.
Speaker 4 (02:03:30):
We'll we'll get that to a little bit, cause obviously
this isn't You weren't discussing the car on this phone
call we just started.
Speaker 3 (02:03:38):
That's true.
Speaker 4 (02:03:40):
And you also mentioned even earlier that night you were
having chats with him. Uh uh over the internet, right, yes, okay,
And do you remember what day you moved back.
Speaker 3 (02:03:56):
I don't recall the specific day, but it was in
the first half of April.
Speaker 4 (02:04:03):
Okay, two thousand eight. Well, let's back up a little bit, then,
back up to the time. I what you were telling
us when we ended yesterday, you had said that after
(02:04:25):
this incident where you were kicked in the ribs and
then kicked in that hand and suffered the injury that
you showed us on your finger, you realize you told
us you were one of them. And if I understood
(02:04:48):
you correctly, that was a reference to ah, a battered woman,
one of these women that don't call the police when
their boyfriends is them.
Speaker 3 (02:04:56):
Right, yeah, women that just put up with it.
Speaker 4 (02:05:00):
Now, at this point in time, you had told us
about three incidents. You said, when you came to this realization,
there were three incidents. One he grabs your wrists in
Oklahoma City out of jealousy. Two he throws you down,
won't let you leave the room, and insult your family.
(02:05:25):
The third incident being the one I just referred to,
the kicking. And you also talked to us today about
this incident when he choked you to the point that
you passed out. Are there any other instances of physical
abuse that we haven't already talked about.
Speaker 3 (02:05:49):
I guess there's one other, but I didn't consider the
first two that you mentioned abusive.
Speaker 4 (02:05:53):
Okay, well, let's talk about not what you consider, but
let's talk about this other accident where he was let's say,
let's use the words physical with you. Was there another
occasion that we haven't talked about that he was physical
with you?
Speaker 3 (02:06:11):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (02:06:13):
When did that occur?
Speaker 3 (02:06:18):
It would have been the beginning of March two thousand
and eight. It was on a Saturday because we were driving,
we were capable. We were driving together to attack Seminar
Attack Seminar being Hell for Prep legal associates in Temp
and we were on the freeway and we began to
argue about I was moving back to California, and it
(02:06:41):
was something I had told him I was considering, oh,
maybe a few days or a week prior, but I
didn't really get into it. So I told him that
I was for sure going to move, probably right after convention.
And he made a few comments and we argued in
the argument escalated and then he reached him. Well, he
(02:07:03):
reached his right hand over to.
Speaker 4 (02:07:04):
Hit me.
Speaker 5 (02:07:07):
In the car.
Speaker 4 (02:07:08):
I'll drive it, yes, And you say hit you? What
does that mean? Did he punch you? Did he slap you?
Describe what happened.
Speaker 3 (02:07:21):
I don't know if he just meant to smack me
or what.
Speaker 4 (02:07:23):
But it was like a backhand, okay, And so we're Claire,
prior to June fourth, was that the last time he
was physical, physically violent with you?
Speaker 3 (02:07:38):
That wasn't the last because the choking came after that.
Speaker 4 (02:07:43):
So prior to June fourth, have we discussed all the
incidents of violence that you suffered before June fourth?
Speaker 3 (02:07:52):
Well? Yes, some I didn't think we're very.
Speaker 4 (02:07:55):
We're violent, But what do you mean some of you
didn't think we're very violent?
Speaker 3 (02:07:59):
Like he'd grab my I didn't think that was violent.
It was a little forceful, but I didn't consider it
violent or abusive. And after a few seconds of him
demanding to know what we were talking about, I looked
down at my wrists, like any.
Speaker 4 (02:08:12):
Let it go, okay, but I want to make sure
we're clear. Are there any other incidents where you didn't
consider them abusive? Where he was physically with you, restrained you,
anything of that nature hurt you physically in any way.
Speaker 3 (02:08:33):
I didn't consider the incident when we were arguing in
his bedroom to be abusive or it was a little
bit physical, but it didn't hurt, and I didn't consider
it abusive. He pushed me and I fell, but I
landed right on my knees, so I didn't think that
was a big deal.
Speaker 4 (02:08:50):
Okay. My question is are there any other incidents where
he was physical with you that we haven't talked to No,
not that I can remember. You tell Travis that you're
gonna move back to way Areca or California. Excuse me,
(02:09:13):
and I'm assuming you meaning back to Waireka, back to
your grandparents house where you wound up right, Yes, Okay,
after he backhands you in the car, what happened.
Speaker 3 (02:09:29):
I was crying pretty hysterically, and I called my mom
from the car on the phone, and I asked her
if she would please lend me some money so I
could move back.
Speaker 4 (02:09:43):
Where were you living? Uh?
Speaker 3 (02:09:46):
At the time, I was still renting the same room
in East Mason.
Speaker 4 (02:09:51):
Okay, And from what you just said, you didn't have
the money to move back, right, I was broke most
of the time. Why were you broke?
Speaker 3 (02:10:07):
I don't.
Speaker 1 (02:10:08):
I mean.
Speaker 3 (02:10:10):
I didn't have a big rent to pay. I wasn't
able to afford my car payments anymore. So I wasn't
paying my car anymore. I guess my money just it
seemed to just get used up. We were going on trips.
I would lend Travis money. He typically paid me back.
Speaker 4 (02:10:33):
It. Sometimes I didn't say Travis money. Let's let's be clear.
How much money did you lend Travis? All right, let's start.
I'm asking a total amount, and we'll discuss the time.
(02:10:54):
All right over.
Speaker 3 (02:10:55):
Roll didn't answer the question total. If I did my
math right, I left. I lent him twelve ninety nine
total one thousand, two hundred ninety nine dollars over the
course of our.
Speaker 4 (02:11:05):
Relationship, Over the course of your relationship, did you lend
him many money in two thousand and eight, Yes, lend
him many money in January two thousand eight.
Speaker 3 (02:11:17):
Yes.
Speaker 4 (02:11:19):
May approach runner night, Well, do you wanna show you
what's been marked as I did it for thirty six?
Did you take a look at these place you recognize those?
Speaker 3 (02:11:39):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (02:11:39):
What are they?
Speaker 3 (02:11:40):
There are canceled checks that I wrote out to Travis
And the first check when.
Speaker 4 (02:11:46):
Was that right?
Speaker 3 (02:11:48):
January eleventh, two thousand eight, the second ju January fifteenth,
two thousand.
Speaker 4 (02:11:56):
Eight, and the third.
Speaker 3 (02:12:00):
January thirtieth, two thousand eight.
Speaker 4 (02:12:03):
How much was the first check for.
Speaker 3 (02:12:06):
One hundred dollars?
Speaker 4 (02:12:07):
Shit? She spends the document not any feathers. Have no
objection that she moved with they lived in the pact,
and we'll move it into evidence.
Speaker 2 (02:12:16):
Any objection.
Speaker 4 (02:12:17):
No.
Speaker 2 (02:12:18):
Four thirty six is admitted.
Speaker 4 (02:12:21):
Before we had with Mark Jodi, how much.
Speaker 3 (02:12:23):
Was the first check for one hundred dollars?
Speaker 4 (02:12:27):
And what was the Why did you give Travis a
hundred dollars or why did you write him check for
a hundred dollars?
Speaker 3 (02:12:34):
I don't remember specifically what he needed it for, but
it had to go in his bank account, his checking account.
Speaker 4 (02:12:40):
And the second check, UH.
Speaker 3 (02:12:43):
Six hundred ninety nine dollars, And what was that for?
Speaker 5 (02:12:49):
I don't.
Speaker 3 (02:12:52):
His checking account was going to be overdrawn or was
already overdrawn. I don't remember which, okay? And the third
check two hundred twenty dollars okay?
Speaker 5 (02:13:02):
And do you know do you remember what that was for?
Speaker 3 (02:13:05):
I think it was to put toward his morgat now
these checks, Joy, there was.
Speaker 4 (02:13:15):
You mentioned talking to him about or needing to talk
to him afterwards about his BMW. But this check number
three zero zero eight uh, that didn't have anything to
do with the purchase of his BMW.
Speaker 3 (02:13:32):
No, we hadn't discussed. He hadn't discussed selling it yet.
Speaker 4 (02:13:37):
And likewise, check number three zero zero nine to Travis
for six hundred and ninety nine dollars that also had
nothing to do with the BMW. No. And the final
check three zero one two UH for two hundred twenty
(02:13:57):
dollars that also didn't have anything to do with the BMW.
Is that correct?
Speaker 3 (02:14:02):
No, he wasn't selling it to me yet at that time, So.
Speaker 4 (02:14:11):
Yeah, if I'm doing my math right, looks like he
gave Travis over nine hundred dollars in January two thousand eight.
Speaker 5 (02:14:19):
Is that right.
Speaker 3 (02:14:22):
About that? Yet?
Speaker 4 (02:14:23):
Did you really have that kind of extra money.
Speaker 5 (02:14:26):
To give to lend.
Speaker 3 (02:14:32):
At times the money was in my account, but it
was generally allocated to my own bills.
Speaker 4 (02:14:39):
This money that was generally allocated to your own bills,
why did you give it to Travis or lend it
to Travis?
Speaker 3 (02:14:49):
He needed it?
Speaker 4 (02:14:51):
Didn't you need it?
Speaker 3 (02:14:53):
He promised? He would pay back before any other checks
cleared my account or before I needed to make payments
to my own for my own bills.
Speaker 4 (02:15:06):
Did that always happen? What did he pay you back
before you needed to pay your own bills?
Speaker 3 (02:15:16):
Not always, but usually?
Speaker 4 (02:15:18):
Did you have checks bounce? Because it is?
Speaker 3 (02:15:22):
Yes, I had a lot of checks bounced that month,
a lot of fees.
Speaker 4 (02:15:30):
Did Travis pay those fees? Were you no?
Speaker 3 (02:15:35):
He screamed at me for anchoring them.
Speaker 4 (02:15:41):
Did he pay the nine hundred and something dollars back
to you?
Speaker 3 (02:15:47):
Eventually?
Speaker 6 (02:15:47):
He did?
Speaker 4 (02:15:48):
Yes, eventually being in Do you know how much later months?
Speaker 3 (02:15:54):
It wasn't. No, it wasn't too much later. One payment
was late to the point that I got a bunch
of fees that hit my account that I wasn't over
dropped fees. And that was the only time I was late.
I think that I remember.
Speaker 4 (02:16:16):
Did your bills go on day?
Speaker 3 (02:16:20):
I don't remember if Washington Mutual covered the bill and
just charged me a fee expecting me to put money
back in my account, or if there were payments that
were returned to the people or companies or creditors whoever
I was paying.
Speaker 4 (02:16:33):
Okay, now we saw those checks in January when you
had no money to move back to Yray, did Travis
all your money then?
Speaker 3 (02:16:47):
I don't recall it was in early March, so I
don't recall if I land him money around that time
or not.
Speaker 4 (02:16:53):
Okay, but you landed money on a consistent basis. Is
that fair to say?
Speaker 3 (02:17:00):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (02:17:00):
So after you'd call your mother and asked for money
to move back to why I rate that what happened?
Speaker 3 (02:17:08):
We turned around on one of the exits because I
was crying and he was angry, and we decided it
would be best to not attend attacks. Some of our
people there knew.
Speaker 4 (02:17:18):
Us, and.
Speaker 3 (02:17:21):
He was probably just as interested as I was and
not letting there, not letting it be known that we
had the kind of drama that we did in our relationship.
So we He turned the car around and drove me
back to my house. The phone conversation with my mom
had ended, and he pulled up to my house and
(02:17:46):
we had talked part of the rest of the way
a little more calmly. He was apologizing, and he asked
if I would come over to his house so we
could make it better.
Speaker 4 (02:17:59):
And make it better.
Speaker 3 (02:18:04):
Well, it wasn't really discussed that the implication was makeup
sex or something to that effect. So I leaned in
to give him a kiss on his cheek, and he
turned and kissed me on the lips, which I felt
was very affectionate, because by this point in our relationship
he wasn't really kissing me on the lips at all.
And then he walked me to my door and he
told me that he loved me, and so I went.
(02:18:26):
I changed. I don't know, I changed out of the
business clothes that I was wearing into just more casual clothes,
and I cleaned myself up a little bit because I
had been crying. And then I swung by Starbucks to
get him, uh cookies and cream fapuccino, and I think
I got a strawberry, and then I drove to his
(02:18:48):
house and where he hung out.
Speaker 4 (02:18:53):
So he hits you in the face, then if I
heard you right in the car. Later when he's at
the home, he tells you he loves you right but
here there.
Speaker 3 (02:19:06):
Right, yes, And I'm sorry you didn't hit me in
the face.
Speaker 4 (02:19:11):
You said he slapped you in the car.
Speaker 3 (02:19:13):
He did, urt he did, but it wasn't in the face.
Speaker 4 (02:19:17):
Okay, where was it?
Speaker 3 (02:19:19):
I don't know. He might have been aiming for my
face because it was just to the side, but I
turned my head and it was kind of more like
my jaw and like this area my next sort of
in my job. Okay, we kind of argued about that too.
Speaker 4 (02:19:36):
So after dodging, I slapped to the face, and uh,
he tells you he loves you, and once makeup sacks
not so many words, and then you bring him you
go to his house with items from Starbucks. Is that accurate?
Speaker 3 (02:19:59):
Yes? Two chinos?
Speaker 4 (02:20:01):
Okay, too repute. And you've already decided you want to
move back home, right, Yes? Why did you decide at
this point in time before we go into what happened afterwards?
Why do you pick up the phone to call your
mother to move back to Wyreca? Why do you want
(02:20:23):
to move back to Wareca? Wow?
Speaker 3 (02:20:28):
So we're in the beginning of March, and I decided
actually during Christmas, that I wanted to move back there
because I was there with my family. I was broke,
so my mom paid for me to fly back for Christmas.
I flew into Sacramento, my dad picked me up and.
Speaker 4 (02:20:43):
I'm sorry, no, she's describing me. Ask another question, what
was the motivation or the sudden urgency for you to
pick up the phone in March and say, Mom, I
want to move back.
Speaker 3 (02:21:00):
Home because it was miserable in the car, and my
mom and I don't have a very great relationship, but
it just sounded I knew she would help me if
I needed help.
Speaker 4 (02:21:18):
Why did you want to get out of maze so
so quickly?
Speaker 3 (02:21:22):
I want I didn't have a way to get out,
and I just I wanted to It was miserable. I
wanted to leave.
Speaker 4 (02:21:28):
But it wasn't miserable. What was miserable.
Speaker 3 (02:21:33):
My relationship, my circumstances, how things were going, your relationship
with Travis, Yes, the circumstances being how he treated you. Yes,
the roller coaster we were always on.
Speaker 4 (02:21:50):
What do you mean by roller coaster?
Speaker 3 (02:21:53):
The ups and downs? The ups were great and the
downs were horrible, and I just it was a horrible
It was a point where it was a horrible point.
And so that's why I picked the phone and called her.
Speaker 4 (02:22:03):
So you had considered it earlier for personal reasons, but
that day in the car, you realized you wanted to
get away from Travis.
Speaker 5 (02:22:13):
Is that right?
Speaker 4 (02:22:16):
It wasn't healthy for you to be with him? Question?
Speaker 3 (02:22:21):
You want her to answer oh, they answer yes, Oh, So.
Speaker 4 (02:22:32):
What happens after you speak with your mother?
Speaker 3 (02:22:36):
You mean while we're speaking or after we.
Speaker 4 (02:22:37):
Have them a well, you know, after you hung up,
do you decide you're gonna move back to what aricat?
Speaker 3 (02:22:43):
Yes? Well I had already decided, but we had discussed
it openly at this point. And that's what's how did
might escalated?
Speaker 5 (02:22:50):
Okay?
Speaker 3 (02:22:52):
Uh?
Speaker 4 (02:22:52):
Wes uh? I should Uh? It was my fault, I
I is it. We're plans in the works after you
talk to your mom to secure the funds to have
you move back to I.
Speaker 3 (02:23:02):
Rec Yes, I asked her to come help me move.
Speaker 4 (02:23:05):
Okay, what's that?
Speaker 3 (02:23:06):
I asked her to come help me move.
Speaker 4 (02:23:08):
Okay, Moving back to these circumstances and what happened in
the car, Why then do you return to Travis's house
with the two frappuccinos because you've just told us that
(02:23:31):
you realize you want to get away from this man.
Why are you a just house too?
Speaker 3 (02:23:37):
Because it's complicated. I still loved him. He was a
lot more. He had calmed down. He was very tender
and gentle by the time we reached my house, and
the way we parted was very sentimental, and that's why
(02:23:58):
he invited me over.
Speaker 4 (02:23:59):
And I.
Speaker 3 (02:24:01):
Could foresee that it would be a pleasant time that
we could spend together, and I wanted that since we
had just had such an unpleasant answer.
Speaker 4 (02:24:09):
Did you still love him at this point in time? Yes,
I loved him even though we hit you. Yes, okay,
So you have the two for appuccinos. You're in mister
Alexander's house. What happens? Do you have sex?
Speaker 3 (02:24:31):
We did have sex that day.
Speaker 4 (02:24:36):
Do you advise him that you're still going to move away?
Speaker 3 (02:24:39):
We didn't talk about it.
Speaker 4 (02:24:44):
How long did you stay at mister Alexander's house that day?
Speaker 3 (02:24:48):
We spent almost the rest of the afternoon and early
evening together.
Speaker 4 (02:24:54):
Where did you finally tell him that you were gonna
move back?
Speaker 3 (02:25:05):
In the car? Well? I we had discussed it a
few days earlier, or maybe a week, I can't remember.
It was some time in late February, and I I
discussed with him that I was going to but it
just was indefinite, like I didn't a when exactly, but
it was sometime on it was somewhere on the horizon,
(02:25:26):
and then in the car was more definite.
Speaker 4 (02:25:29):
Okay, And I should have been my more clear in
my question, was there continued discussion between you and mister
Alexander as to whether or not you should s stay
in Mesa.
Speaker 3 (02:25:47):
In the car? There was, and there were a few
times he joked about it, and you know, be in
a nice way, in.
Speaker 4 (02:26:00):
A nice way, ye, in these what you're characterizing as jokes.
Did he want you to stay? About? How long was
it before the day where he hit you in the
car until the day you actually moved back to what
(02:26:21):
I would approximately a month and a week and so
in this we'll call it about a five week period.
Are you still seeing mister Alexander?
Speaker 3 (02:26:33):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (02:26:35):
Is it business as usual so to speak? You're still
coming to his house late at night for sexual rendezvous?
Speaker 3 (02:26:43):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (02:26:45):
I have to ask again why you decided you want
to get away from this man? You're making plans to
get away from this man? Why are you still acting
as his booty call?
Speaker 3 (02:26:59):
I was making a string of bad choices during that
time in my life.
Speaker 4 (02:27:02):
You spoke about that you were still living in this
home in East Mesa. Did you live there the entire
time before you moved to back to way Rica.
Speaker 3 (02:27:18):
The majority of the time I moved in with Rachel first,
and then she eloped with her boyfriend Slash fancy.
Speaker 4 (02:27:24):
Okay, did you stay with Travis before you moved back?
Speaker 5 (02:27:29):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (02:27:29):
Yeah, I did the last four days, or maybe it
was somewhere between a week or almost that, not quite.
Speaker 4 (02:27:39):
Did he have roommates at that time?
Speaker 3 (02:27:42):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (02:27:44):
Did the roommates know you were staying there?
Speaker 3 (02:27:47):
I think they did. I parked right in the driveway.
Speaker 4 (02:27:49):
Okay, where were you sleeping.
Speaker 3 (02:27:58):
In his bed?
Speaker 4 (02:27:59):
Oh? Do you remember the actual day you moved?
Speaker 3 (02:28:05):
Uh? I remember the actual Well, there was, there was
a couple. There was one time I pulled out of town,
well not out of town, but onto the freeway, and
and then I ended up coming back to his house
and staying another night, maybe two nights, and then the
last time I rolled out of town finally I did
I remember that day?
Speaker 4 (02:28:22):
Okay, Well, as it relates to the day that you
started driving out of town and drove back to Travis's house.
Why did you wind up driving back to Travis's house?
Speaker 3 (02:28:40):
I had been staying with him, and then I went
and hooked up my car to a U hole and
I was taking my car, so then I was I
had it parts. There's like a you go three or
four houses down, or two or three more houses down,
and then you make a I'm tucking facing east and
(02:29:01):
then you turn north. There's this stretch of pavement and
street that where there no house is just the cinder
block walls for backyards, and it's you can complete the
whole block. But in that stretch. I parked the U
hall there because it was too big at that point
to park in front of the house. And as I
(02:29:23):
was getting ready to leave, he made a joke kind
of saying, if you get tired, you can always turn
around and come back and stay in my bed again.
Or it wasn't stay in my bed, that was the implication.
And so I got on the road and I got
to I think Sawsman, I think is the name of
the street. It was late when I got on the road.
(02:29:43):
I wanted to get going, but when I get tired
at the wheel, I really I'm almost narcalyptic. So I
pulled over to sleep in the seat of the U haul.
I texted Travis and told him that he sounded a
little bit irritated, so we began. I don't know if
I talked and recalled them were texting back, but I
ended up coming back to his house anyway.
Speaker 4 (02:30:03):
And I stayed there two more days, Okay, White, two
more days.
Speaker 3 (02:30:12):
I'm trying to remember if there was a I don't know.
I know there was a previous legal event on the
Tuesday that I ended up staying going to.
Speaker 4 (02:30:23):
You mentioned.
Speaker 6 (02:30:27):
The U haul.
Speaker 4 (02:30:30):
Having your car on the back of it. What was
your car at that time?
Speaker 3 (02:30:38):
Two thousand and four, Infinity G three five Cooper.
Speaker 4 (02:30:43):
We also heard from the testimony earlier in this case
about the U haul and the BMW and the BMW
not surviving. It's a experience on the U And earlier
(02:31:06):
you also said he pawned off his BMW. Want what
do you mean by that? What was going on with
the BMW at that point in time?
Speaker 3 (02:31:19):
What I mean by that was around January I knew
that I needed to give my car back to Infinity Financial,
which was the lender, and I couldn't afford the payments anymore.
And because I had gone from excellent credit down to
(02:31:39):
having a foreclosure and now soon a repo and all
my credit cards were shot. My credit was shot. So
Travis was in the process of looking for a Toyota
Prius and he wanted to unload his BMW, but he
said he could get more by selling a private party
than trading it in, so he didn't want to go
(02:32:02):
through the process of selling it to somebody and worrying
about collecting payment and that sort of thing. And so
I was going to there's a guy at my ins
cafe that I worked with that wanted to buy it,
and he offered him all cash for forty five hundred
dollars and Travis scoffed at that, and so that's not
nearly enough. He wanted to sell it for I think
it was six. So he proposed that I buy it
(02:32:24):
because I had to give my car back. He said,
your credit's horrible right now, no one is going to
lend you a dime. Why don't you drive it and
you can pay me, And he gave me very easy
terms to pay him. And I had seen that car
break down on him at least three times in the
time I'd known him, so I was a little bit
leary of getting that car. It didn't have a warranty,
and one of the reasons about the Infinity was so
(02:32:45):
that I didn't have to worry about my car breaking down.
So I was reluctant, but his idea at the time
made sense to me because I did have to give
my car back, so I agreed to do that, and
I drove that car out to the U Haul center
which was in Apache Junction, and I bought a toe
dolly that has the back wheels on the pavement and
(02:33:08):
the front hiked up and it was attached to my
U Haul truck. And when I drove there, they had
the dolly hooked up and instructed me to drive up
onto the dolly. So I did that, and I shut
off the car and the U Haul guy checked it
out for me. He took the keys out of the
(02:33:28):
ignition for me and everything, and then he shud it
and I asked him he would police lock it. He
locked it, and then I took off on the road.
It was somewhat near the freeway, and so I was
hitting the freeway. I tried to speed up, but it
seemed like there was a lot of drag on the
vehicle and it wouldn't really go, and even though it
was flooring it, and there were some cars driving by honking,
(02:33:49):
and I didn't know if they were honking at me.
But as that continued, I was I wonder what was
going on? And I looked out the side of the mirrors,
and I didn't see anything different or strange, but they continued.
More vehicles continue to do that, and they were passing
me cause I wasn't going fast enough. I was trying
to go faster, but it wouldn't speed up. And then
I looked again in the side of mirrors, and then
there was a ton of white smoke coming out the
back on both sides of the V of the U
(02:34:11):
haul truck from behind it. And so I knew that
wasn't a good sign. So I pulled off the exit.
The near the next exit that I came upon. I
think I was still in a patchy junction, and I pulled.
I didn't wanna take it any further cause it looked
like it was bad. So I pulled off the exit
on the exit ramp on the shoulder of the exit ramp,
(02:34:33):
and I got out to see what was.
Speaker 4 (02:34:35):
Going on with the car, and ultimately what you what
did you learn happened to The car didn't suffer any damage.
Speaker 3 (02:34:47):
Yes, the car was left in first gear and I
towed it that way, and it was either the engine
or the transmission blew up and there was black oil
all over this w white pavement which was the ac
Amunt and it was just going everywhere, okay, And there
were pieces of metal on the pavement.
Speaker 4 (02:35:13):
And was this on the day that you were t
the the day that you uh left and came came back,
or was this on the day that you ultimately left
for good?
Speaker 3 (02:35:26):
Neither? That was bef that was right before.
Speaker 4 (02:35:30):
That?
Speaker 3 (02:35:31):
Was it? It was like a in the same week period,
but it was neither of those days.
Speaker 5 (02:35:35):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (02:35:38):
Was it before those days?
Speaker 5 (02:35:40):
Then?
Speaker 3 (02:35:41):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (02:35:42):
So was this BMW was his or yours that you
were in the midst of purchasing? Was it drivable? Was
it functional? No?
Speaker 3 (02:35:55):
It was. It was completely ruined, at least mechanics of it.
Speaker 4 (02:36:03):
Did you fear telling Travis what happened?
Speaker 3 (02:36:06):
Yes, was very very worried about that.
Speaker 4 (02:36:10):
What were you worried that he would do?
Speaker 3 (02:36:13):
Well? He had been We were like in I guess
she caught like this period where he was being very sweet,
very kind, very loving. I was staying at his house.
Speaker 5 (02:36:23):
For a couple of nights.
Speaker 3 (02:36:25):
I was out of my house, and I was afraid
of ruining that and pissing him off and having him
explode again. In this time, I knew it was completely
my fault, or maybe you Hall's fault. We didn't really determine,
but basically I was the reason his engine blew up,
(02:36:46):
and he had just told me two days earlier. I
was loading up the truck and my house plants were
at his house for the entire time that I lived
there because my house, the one I was renting, didn't
have a lot of counter space. His did, so my
house plants lived at his house while I was there
in Mesa, and so I collected those put him in
(02:37:07):
the front seat in a box with a seat built
around it so if I had ait the brakes they
wouldn't go flying. And I left them in the car
one night, and this is April. I went to Travis's house,
slept in, didn't get back. He drove me back to
my house where the U haul truck was sparked at
that on that day, and I opened the front door
and saw they were all wilted brown. I was really
(02:37:28):
bummed cause I'd had them for years since I owned
my house in Palm Desert and they were important to me,
and so they were all turned brown. And Travis got
really pissed off of that. He liked my plants too,
and was upset that I was taking them back. And
then he told me everything I touch turns to shit.
So then two days later, or a day or three,
(02:37:51):
I don't remember how many days, but it was the
same week. After this point, I blow up his the
engine in his car, so I thought he was really
gonna lose it.
Speaker 4 (02:37:58):
Then, what do you mean by does it become physically
physically violent with you?
Speaker 3 (02:38:05):
Maybe that or just his general wrath that was usually
worse anyway?
Speaker 4 (02:38:12):
What's that.
Speaker 3 (02:38:14):
It? Either way? Like I f I feared him screaming,
yelling at me, cause that's to me, that was that
felt worse.
Speaker 1 (02:38:22):
Thanks mine, and tomorrow morning eleven o'clock eleven o'clock tomorrow,
please remember the admonition or excused, have a nice evening,
(02:38:59):
Please be Ita. You may step down anything else counsel
for today.
Speaker 2 (02:39:04):
Thank you
Speaker 5 (02:39:07):
All right, M
