Welcome to the Full Time Fantasy Podcast. Please have it by the Fantasy Football
World Championship, home to the industry'smost accurate rankings. What is up?

(00:51):
Everyone, Welcome to the Full TimeFantasy Podcast. I am your host,
as always, Adam Kroutwurst, andwith me tonight is a drafting friend of
mine, someone who's a legend inthe high stakes and high volume fantasy football
industry, and that is you allknow him as a Fazzi Dog. What
is up, Fazzi, my friend? Are we doing good to see Adam?

(01:15):
As always? Hello everyone, Yes, sir, yes, sir,
thank you so much for joining metonight. Fazzi and I did a draft
together aka against each other over theweekend, more than the weekend, and
so this was fun. I thoughtI would bring him on to talk about,
you know, some of the teams, some of the draft strategy,
you know, the vibes. Kindof to me, it's Memorial Days,

(01:38):
like opening weekend of like redraft seasonfor me, you know what I mean,
kind of dive in there. Notthat I haven't been doing drafts already,
but for sure, but everyone who'sin the chat watching the show,
if you say Fazzi five throw thatin the chat Fazzi five, fo zz
Y five, you have a chanceto win a fifty five dollars credit at

(01:59):
the f f w C. It'sa fift five dollars credit. Throw Fazzi
five in the chat and then thediscord after. Uh, the boss man,
Scott Atkins, will will, we'llspin the wheel and we will we'll
put pull a name there, pulla name. So that's exciting. Listen,
you're you're making people money already.People people love you. Come on,
that's right. I'm ready to diveinto this. I'm we get talking

(02:19):
about some of this players in thisdraft. I think we had an interest
one and like you said, MemorialDay weekend, it was a great weekend
the draft and get those things started. And a lot of interesting teams of
this one for sure. Yeah,a lot of interesting teams, including yourself,
including your team, which we'll talkabout here in a second. But
I also want to talk about theFantasy Football World Championships at at at circa.

(02:42):
You know, the main the mainevent the draft that we did over
the weekend was a mid stakes,uh, the Las Vegas Championships circa,
but the main event f f wC. UH. You can do those
online if you register now. Uh, the teams are eat a massive discount,
the new May Madness discount right now, six teen hundred bucks, whereas
normally the teams are nineteen twenty five, one twenty five. You get it.

(03:05):
You get a discount on those. For multiple teams, you know,
seven teams, eight teams, ninetiesand more teams, you do the bigger
discount you get. I know,I take advantage of that, Fazzi.
Excellent, excellent deal. Yeah, for sure, for sure. So yeah,
make sure you guys get in today, get in before the end of
a for multiple teams, you're goingto big discount, Fazzi. Let's talk

(03:27):
about the Vegas experience though, withwith CIRCA and what Scott puts on,
what Scott and Ian put on withthe FFWC. Well, in my opinion,
there's nothing close to it. Theway you're treated out there, it's
in the right spot. The venuesin the right spot. Scott and take
care of you completely. You getto talk to other players like me and

(03:49):
you, other really good players.I mean there's a lot of them out
there, but you get a bounteryour knowledge off them. Sitting pull side
watching the Thursday game, the Mondaynight experienced, full party, the catering,
it's a top notch experience. Yougot the biggest sports book there when
you're there, everything that you wantis at that event. Yeah, completely

(04:13):
agree. CIRCA does it the best. Fw C doesn't the best. I've
been to all of them. Iknow, I know, I know you
have to and it's by far thebest. It's you know, open bar,
the party's open bar. You know, the food isn't they they they
expare no and no expenses. Andnow we're getting a Thursday night party and
a Friday night party this year.I'm staying. I'm staying all the way
through to till Monday. I haven'tdone that in a long time, So

(04:36):
I'm staying Thursday and Monday. That'sgonna be so much fun. And yeah,
you get to see everybody like likeyou I didn't, you know,
you kind of lose track for everyone. And then I remember the first thing
I walked into. I got there, I went up, we went to
the suite, uh where there wasa draft going on up above there at
Circa and there you were in theredrafting. You know, I got to
got to say hi to you. It's say how to eat and everybody.
So it's it's a really really cooltime. Yeah, I mean, just

(05:00):
when you're at home, you gotthat experience, but it's nothing like an
experience when you go to something likethis. If you're going to spend your
money, this is hands down theway to spend it. And if your
time, I'm going every year,I'm not listening. Oh yeah, no,
I'm going every every year too,so for sure. But yeah,
awesome. So yeah, let's lockinto this to this draft board year.

(05:23):
As soon as I changed my banner. Uh, but talk to me,
were you planning on doing this draft? Like? I know, I don't
know if you plan your season outhow far out you go, but kind
of what were you planning on doing? I know, I know Scott kind
of messaged me and was like askingme to get in, which I love
to do. I hate. Imean, listen, I plan on doing
so many drafts and then Scott alwayslures me into more. But I loved

(05:43):
it. It was kind of mykickoff this season as far as Redraft's concerned.
And what is your so I guesslet me ask you first, do
you ever prefer draft position yet?I? Well, you know, I
do a lot and a lot ofdrafts, and so slot position really doesn't
matter to me much anymore. Ofcourse, I'd like to get my first

(06:03):
share of the first start, butI like to draft from the ends more
than I do the middle at times, so I don't mind the long way
I go. I like to goafter my guys, so it doesn't matter
to me if I'm at the first, second, third. I think you
can go to the right draft mostof the time. Patient. Yeah,

(06:24):
I've been in plenty of drafts foryou with you where we can bid on
our own draft slot, and you'realways the guy who wants who wants twelve
there? Uh But yeah, No, like like you said, I'm I'm
in a ton of drafts jew andI really don't have that preferred spot unless
I'm in like a five K ora ten k entry fee where I really
want to get my guys. That'sonly when I really that's the only top
I really care about. Like whatdraft spot I am, But always good,

(06:46):
the middle is always good. Everybodylikes that you can maybe hopefully the
value comes down in each direction wheresomebody miss s uff and you can clean
up in the middle spot. Sothe middle. But if I wasn't like
directly right in the middle. Idon't really care for the other couple of
spots earlier, a couple of ends. Either give me the end capsuler correctly
in the middle. I guess whatme? Yeah, I get it.
So here you were you drafted outof the time spot. I was out

(07:08):
of the sixth spot. One two, three, four, five six spot.
I am team named cheating Celtics.Thank you, Scott. Scott's a
big Pacers fan. I'm a Celticsguy, and you know, it's just
one of those series where it justit just just went our way. I
guess. I mean we are,we are the best team in the NBA,
but still so I am I Actually, you know, five don't know
if it's ever happened to you.I almost timed out a couple of times

(07:28):
because I'm the only looking for myname, and normally I'm my draft guy.
Is my name in these rooms, and so I'm a lot of times
I'm waiting I see cheating Celtics,I'm like, oh my god, I
forgot that it was me, andI almost freaking timed out. You know
that does happen to me every oncein a while. We've used so many
different names, so then know someof our habits don't see that we're in
that draft, and then later namedback up and I'll be looking there and

(07:50):
I'll completely forget what name I use, and all of a sudden look back
over. I'm like, I'm onno'clock. You're going, yep, that's
absolutely right. So so talk tome about talk to me about about your
team. Did you so you started? So you know in this format you
have to start three receivers. It'stwo running necks, three receivers and two
flex You can start up to fivereceivers in this format. I don't think

(08:15):
you had the strategy of going into take four running backs early. You
know, I really didn't, Butgo ahead talk about it. Sorry,
sorry, yeah, but you're you'reright. I didn't but that and then
the three uh manh three wide areset like that where you got to start
three. Yeah, but it's aneleven total start of all players and defense
and kickers and everything. I wantedto try something a little bit different.

(08:41):
If people that know the way Idraft, I won't do standard drafts all
the time. I like to putsomething up different than most people won't.
So everybody was going my receiver heavybut I feel like I put up all
my running backs are first and secondround picks in normal leagues, so I'm
gonna fill in the flex positions.I want to fill in the main start
positions. I got their backups,I thought, or I was hoping that

(09:07):
some good receivers would fall. Yeah, some decent ones fail to me that
I think got some good stuff. Some of the rookies, some in between
hers. Uh maybe Jackson Smith andJigma might take an injury on the team
for him to overclaim on the spots, but I think he could be an
outbreak player this year. So itjust just depends. I like the way

(09:31):
I thought I got lucky with theway the tight end and the quarterback fell.
Sure. Yeah a lot of times. And again you know you planned
so many different spots, so manydifferent sites, and each are their own
kind of war and battle in thein the draft room. If you go
in wanting to go heavy at runningback, this is the draft room to

(09:52):
do it in because a lot ofthese receivers go. I was shocked to
see, you know, breist Hogotoo in a in a to tem Miller
in a room where again normally youknow when you have to start three receivers,
it goes pretty receiver heavy. ButI agree with you, man like
Jon at to ten. You know, I'm a big giggre at Wilson guy,
so I could certainly have seen doingthat. But Barkley and Jacobs and

(10:13):
Henry, I mean, no one'sgonna touch you at running back, you
know, and you can start allof them, you know, two to
two and two. It's just havingto chase those receivers. And a lot
of times I find that, likeman, that looks good. The running
backs look to look incredible. Buta lot of times if you if you're
if you're thin at receiver and thesestart with three and and you get an

(10:35):
injury or two or something like that, you can really, you know,
be pressing there. Yeah you can. And I was well as funny as
dressed as I'm going to do.I figure one or two of these running
back heavy one aren't going to hurtme, you know. So the opportunity
rose. I seen the one runningback there came back the night before I
was doing a running back heavy site, so I think that was still just

(10:58):
a little bit enemy from the previousdraft before and I just liked the weather
they kept. So the next onecame back, and it's just like,
man, I just mine as wellto throw him on that instead of taking
a fifteenth, twelve, twentieth receiverwhen I can still take one of those
high backs. I feel like thatthe mid tiers of the receivers that were
coming through, all the ones thatI put on there were just as strong
as the ones that were around there, So it wouldn't matter if I grab

(11:20):
a couple of those extra running backs. Yeah, talk to me about Derrick
Henry, so you got him inthe fourth round. I love Derrick Henry
this day, this year. Imean, you know, maybe you don't
have to like dive too much intoyour strategy, but I just think,
is he as good as Gus Edwards? Yes, Gus Edwards had sixteen times
last year. Like I think he'sgonna fall in the end zone. Lamar

(11:43):
Jackson lost like twenty five pounds,Like he's slimming down. They're not using
him at the goal line. SoI and I think Ravens if wanted a
back like Henry, their whole lives. So I just and less Henry gets
hurt. I feel like he's anabsolute smash player. Well just just the
fact that he went to another runningteam in the first place, is great

(12:03):
for his fancy value. And well, he get the ball thrown to him
as much as he did in Tennesseeor more probably about the same. Maybe
they throw it up to him alittle bit more. I hope that they
do with the different Maybe they trusthim. I always thought he could catch
kind of decent. I always thoughtthe should throw them the ball more.
But I'm not the coach either, but I always thought to ship throw him

(12:24):
the ball more. But I thinkhe's going to feast over and the fast
as they fall out you said,I think he's going to fall in the
end zone and off awful lot.And I don't think he's lost much speed
or anything else. So I thinkhe's still getting the tank for another year
and getting a guy like that justas far down. I mean, there's
there's there's a lot of different runningbacks in this one. There's some even

(12:46):
running backs that were going in thelater rounds that are really worth that I
have my eye on too. Idon't want to give up too much of
the guys that are like later, but there's a lot of running backs this
year. But I also think thatthe wide receiver this year's have gotten so
good that there are mid tier there'snothing like a huge foss sometimes. Of

(13:07):
course you always got your top tenfive guys, but any of these rookies
could pop like Nakua did last year. So a guy like Lad out of
the slot might not be a badguy to have after all those running bags.
But we're going out to way andfind out and see if a couple
of those rookies can popping up.Those rookies go don't do nothing, then

(13:28):
this team won't do nothing. Yeah, and that's you know, and that's
fair, you know what I mean. Like when you go with a heavy
build like you did, the heavyrunner and running bag building, you need
stuff to break right for you atthe receiver position, you know what I
mean, Either you have to draftperfectly or or you need things to break
it to break right for you.So I mean, I like the Brian
Thomas pick and the Lad mcconckey pick. They could they could leave their team

(13:50):
in targets for for sure. Andat that point you almost don't even care,
like player takes don't even matter reallythere, but just you know,
you got to take five six receiversin the next you know, seven or
eight rounds, or you're in bigtrouble and you know the player doesn't even
matter at that point. Almost isthat kind of how you look at it.
Yeah, I mean I'm gonna plugin three of those receivers run the

(14:13):
running backs every time. If Iever got in trouble, I'm throwing Musgrave
or an extra tight end or somethingtwo on the flex spots to help average
some stuff out and help that tightend has a big day on a bye
week or something if I need it. But it's you know, it's all
about getting to da end of theyear, and hopefully these rookies by then

(14:33):
the year have gotten themselves underneath themselvesand they're ready to play and you only
need them for that small stretch atthe end of the year to bring it
home the money. Yep, no, completely correct, Yeah, for sure.
Before we dig into quarterback here again, everyone's watching. Thanks for thanks
for watching. Next for turning inhit that like hit to hit the subscribe

(14:56):
for Full Time Fantasy and throwing thechat Fazzy five for a chance to win
fifty five dollars credit at the ffw C. Here they'll spin the wheel
and the discord afterwards, let's talkabout Dak Prescott. I know you mentioned
you were excited to get him QBnine. Uh Is he QB nine for
you or do you like him alittle bit more? What your what your

(15:16):
vibe there? I think he's goingto have a I don't think we're going
to have much choice but to throw. Yeah, so I do. I
can there's any of the quarterbacks fromabout him on, like some bye weeks
kind of screw up, like everyyear where a couple of these players want

(15:37):
to go depending on how the championshiprounds are before they go to the tournament
by three, you know, tothe run for points yep. So it
seems like Taylor or somebody's always gettinga bad bye week at the end of
the year. So I wanted That'sone of the reason why I stayed away
from Jonathan Taylor at that time, not that he's not going to be an

(15:58):
incredible player all year. I justdon't like where his bye week landed.
Unfortunately, every year we seem tohave Week fourteen or thirteen eight up with
a bunch of bye weeks instead ofWeek twelve or another week where they could
be putting them in. Yeah,so we'll always have that struggle probably,
But so even though I would haveI not even wanted to take one of

(16:21):
these other backs, but it pushedme in having to take somebody else because
or another another wide receiver that Imight have wanted to take earlier, but
I just didn't care for the byeweek. So I want to hit and
ran it this way this time.Yeah, no, I get it.
And when you when you play asmany drafts as you and you and I
do, or even you like Ido a bunch and you've you crush you
crush me, you know you canyou can do stuff like this, you
know what I mean. Take thevalue that that that that falls. I

(16:42):
mean, we both know a guynamed ched Chad Schroeder who's you know,
one of the best Fantasy foot fotballplayers of all time. He doesn't even
start drafting until August. And hisstrategies just take the value. Just take
the value everywhere, every time hisvalue. Just take it and so you
know, worry about player takes lateror whatever. So my advice is started
drafting down, catch the value throughoutthe year and see it go up,

(17:03):
and see it go down and getthe guys at the right time. Yeah.
I agree with that, and Ialso think like I can't wait till
August. That's that's absurd. That'sabsurd, Like you must have everyone lock
his account out because I could neverwait until August, you know. But
but yeah, I should look here. You'll see that most of a lot

(17:25):
of the people were wide receiver heavy. So if you take a chance with
the three wide receiver set like this, like you said, you better hope
you know some good wide receivers. And those were the ones that came around
to me. There was a coupleother ones I wish that could have felt
a little bit better, But youknow, I think I could have done
more set wide receiver allo. Sofor what happened for this one that I

(17:47):
took, I think it went back. But I like some of these other
ones that did go wide receiver heavy. It just depends on how they caught
their running backs and stuff to themwhere they went. Yeah, I was
I was just going to ask youthat I was going to compare. You
know, you got you got youryou're gonna you're gonna rock out it running
back, and you got a quarterbackyou love and you got you know kittle
It tight end nine is pretty sweet, especially considering like he can get hot

(18:11):
for those two or three weeks. Now he gets injured a lot, and
the and the receiving room got evenmore crowded there with the rookie that they
drafted. But if he gets hotat the right time for you, you
got a really good You don't needa ton out of your receivers. But
comparing your you know now that youknow you're like looking back at the draft,
you just mentioned teams that went receiverheavy. There was a Memorial Fox

(18:32):
and ruthlessed like the opposite of whatyou did. How do you feel about
like looking at their teams? Doyou do you are? Are you comfortable
doing what they did? Do youwish you could have pulled that off?
Like? What are you thinking?Well, I do like what Memorial Fox
did. That happens to be anotherbuddy of ours or so I don't know
if I should just say that's that'sa Swiper's team. And he's an actual

(19:00):
and top tier drafter for sure byfar. He's really good. And so
if you see the way he gothisself, he went after those receivers really
hard with the first one and gothimself some good running backs to go with
it. So he waited you startto get down to some of these back
running backs, and all of asudden, you're helping on the Madison,

(19:22):
You're hoping on the Dobbins, hisspears sharing with uh Pollard or not Moss?
Yep, he had a great yearlast year. About you chasing them?
Is it is he a one yearpony? Or does Moss actually get
a stand for being the first guyand he deserves all the all the drafting
that he gets this year. I'mnot sure. Yeah, no, I

(19:45):
can, Yeah, I completely agree. I like what what Memorial Fact did.
He's one of those players. He'sone of those type of players.
If he has a year like lastyear with those receivers, Moss will be
a great player right there to have, right, Yeah, exactly. I
mean they're an an elite offense, right. He proved to be able to
carry the worklod last year. Imean he even when Jonathan Taylor got healthy,

(20:07):
he still like kept him off thefield. You know, it was
like a fifty to fifty split. It was freaking crazy. He was so
frustrating. You just wonder why theBills wanted to get rid of him.
Then all of a sudden, heplays like that and you kind' he kind
of get a snap. I feltlike sometimes over at the Bills and all
of a sudden he's playing like that, and like wow, yeah, so
I'm curious to see what he doesthis here. I really am curious to

(20:27):
see how he does this here.Yeah, offensive lines too. He could
get over to the Bengals and Jillor not, but here. You know,
here's the thing though, he's areally nice zero RB pick because like
he doesn't he's not relying on himAaron Jones, DeAndre Swift, Zach Moss,

(20:48):
Taj Spears, dobb It. Heneeds like like one or two of
those guys to hit, like noteven two because lying he's relying on his
receivers to carry him, right,So, and there's waivers and injuries,
like you know, it's almost likehe did what you did at receiver.
Just throw a dart at a playerand if it works out, great,
If it doesn't, you know that'sokay because you took seven or eight swings

(21:11):
at the running back spot. Sowell, you guest a few receivers that
are probably going to get a hundredballs or sell a piece for sure.
Devo's probably staying in forty nine ersI'm pretty sure by now, not positive
on that, but I'm thinking they'llprobably keep him an eye you there.
Yeah, there's some and I thinkhe got some pretty good value too,

(21:33):
memorial at receiver. Now, Isee you took Smith and jig But and
Brian Thomas over Hollywood Brown. WasHollywood Brown ever a thought in your mind?
There? I like Hollywood Brown.I think Mahomes is going to throw
the ball around a lot. Yep, he could be more important at the

(21:59):
beginning of the year where Rice comesback. Yeah, whence Rice comes back
and then then rookie Xavier starts tomaybe pan out it could he could also
start to take it back to itand then can he say healthy? Right?
But you know, he could beone of those players that just kind
of runs right their medium under thisstuff and hands up wanting to play him
more than Cooper or somebody. Youknow, you could you know, if

(22:22):
Mahome starts to like him and startsto throw the ball to him all the
place, then that's the guy.Yeah, I agree with you, man,
I don't like I think Mahomes isa nice pick because he's got all
these weapons. Now, I meanRice the rookie receiver Marquise Brown, Kelsey
still like. But but Mahomes isn'ta He's not a kingmaker at quarterback when

(22:45):
it comes to the receivers. He'snot like Matt Stafford. He's like Jared
Goff who lock in on these dudesand make them kings. Yeah, he's
going to spread it around. Youstill love Kelsey on top of it before,
Yeah, just getting a little olderand have his bigger and better games.
And when they get to the endchampionships, then maybe pumping the ball

(23:06):
some more so they don't run themdown. But Kelsey won't have to be
the man when you got all thisspeed around him. Now and the two
rookies. If Rice gets back, and depending on how long Rice's suspension is,
right, is Rice getting four sixeight? Yeah, I mean one
of those. Yeah, he mightnot get suspended at all. We'll see.
That'll be that'll be interesting. ButMarquise Brown again, wide receiver,

(23:29):
forty seven? I mean, howcan you? I mean, you know,
you could say whatever you want abouthim. Why is your forty seven?
I think that's a fine, finepick. It's a s fifth receiver,
right, correct. I just Ijust you know, I've been thinking
a lot about the situation in KansasCity, and I saw that you passed
on Brown and he got in ashis fifth receiver. I was just wondering,
kind of what your what your takeon that was. But but yeah,

(23:52):
before we go a little further,I should even mention some of these
guys that were in the draft.Tony Colavida, Andrew Palermo, big time
drafter, Evangel Lilas, another bigtime drafter, Leelas, rock Frost,
you know, Mark Denning, JasonMiller, Jerry Bryant. I mean,
man, this, I mean, this loot room even was loaded, uh,

(24:14):
you know, with with talent, with guys who were locked in for
sure, and and so I youknow, I respect everyone that's in that's
in the shroom, which makes iteven even tougher. Yeah, for sure.
All right, so let's talk alittle bit about what I was trying
to do here. So I pickedout of the sixth spot, and I
was happy to take Justin Jefferson onIn in the sixth spot on a on

(24:37):
a league again where you have tostart three receivers, I was definitely gonna
go receiver, and I like himover Jamar Chase. This season, you're
probably gonna have to make a lotof those decisions. Fazzy, where are
you right now? Do you haveany mix up in the top four?
I mean right now, I goLamb, Hill, Jefferson, Chase.
Where are you staying with those?Whether those guys I've got from all the

(25:02):
drafts that I've been doing, everybodygot Jefferson going later. I think they're
worried about the quarterback position. He'sgoing to get pumped with balls whoever the
quarterback is, right, Yeah,I mean I think I think he should.
Like three of those guys right thereare your pick the one you like

(25:25):
the best, because they're all goingto have about the same year in the
most of my opinion, they're goingid not disappoint you unless an injury or
something came up. So all threeof those guys I definitely got healed in
Lamb ahead of all those other three, Chase, Jefferson on Monroe, but
yeah, healthy, I like Chaseahead of them. Saint Brown is going

(25:47):
to get a lot of targets, but they're starting to get more weapons there,
so he'll lose a few targets probablynow and then Jefferson just my good
pepper, So Jefferson might still shouldbe have the same brown. Yeah,
maybe I think the cool and Saintbrown could be at the toss up player,
which one do you want to takesure? The thing about Jefferson,

(26:08):
like Chase hasn't really been that targethog monster. He gets hurt more than
I would like. He gets hurtoften, and he doesn't demand a ton
of targets like Jefferson is such atarget hog. Chase is amazing, but
you know, they get t Higginsthere and they just don't pepper him with
as many targets as they do Jefferson. You all have hok around for the

(26:30):
first part of the season, sohe's gonna get your targets to get you
some wins at the beginning of theseason at least right right exactly. So
Aileen Jefferson there, I'll get mymy shots on Chase. But I like
Jefferson. And so coming back aroundwhy Receiver thirteen, that's like Marvin Harrison.
I like him again, target hog. I think out there in Arizona,

(26:53):
what are your thoughts on Marvin Harrisoncoming out? I took him as
why Receiver thirteen. I've gotten him, you know, as late as Ladies
whife. She was seventeen in somedrafts I've been doing, and I kind
of took him right after like Iwould have. I would have taken Adams
if he was there. I wouldhave taken London if he was there.
I would have taken Harrison over Pittmanfor sure, and a lot of it.

(27:15):
So what do you what are yourthoughts on Harrison. Harrison is going
to be that no brainer rookie topick. Yeah, he has everything pointing
towards him. He's going to getthe all the all the looks, all
the passing, everything's going to runthrough him his rookie year. He by

(27:36):
far as the top receiver in myopinion over the other two, not just
because of landing place. I justthink he's got what you know, he
got all the extra gears, hegot the talent to catch, and everything
with the guy should pan out.So I think he's fine with where he
goes. I think he might somebodymy name might have taken him above Adams

(27:56):
even I think you got a gooda good pick with him coming there.
But that's that's the thing with thosethose three receivers coming through there too.
I think your team's fine if youput Adams in there or Evans in there,
right right, Yeah, No,it was. It was a nice,
nice little little spot there. Harrisonis probably going to get more catches

(28:18):
than Evans still is too thought,Like you said, I think they're going
to pump a lot of balls toHarrison. Yeah, in late season.
He's got a nice schedule and he'sgot you know, the Dome, the
good the good weather. So Ireally like that too. And again I
think he only fell to me becauseI think Pittman and a Lave went a
little earlier than than normal. Imean a lot of it went much earlier

(28:40):
than than the normal, and Ithink Pittman did did too. As far
as wide receiver N receiver ten.Yeah, I got going later after those
guys. Yeah, even after Adams. I was stick him down by you
agree, even past that Yeap situationand how they do this stuff. He's
gonna have a better year than lastyear. But is that you're talking about?

(29:10):
If he's there, I take him. Sometimes he's not on my must
have right though. Yeah, he'snot on mine either, Like you know,
the spots and draft he goes,I'd rather not. I'd rather take
a running back or another receiver likehe usually starts that like next tier of
receiver. Usually it goes Wilson likeAdams, London, Harrison, and then
you get to a Lave and Pittman, and I would you know, Olave

(29:33):
Pittman, a Yuk. I wouldjust much rather have like a different player
than alv I just think it's,you know, the quarterback situation. The
coach is terrible, you know, the offense is a little questionable. So
I think you're just projecting, youknow, like I would rather take a
guy honestly, I'd rather take aguy like like Derrick Henry. Normally Henry
goes in that range like the twothree turn, Like, I do really

(29:55):
have Derrick Henry because I know I'mgetting doubled the touchdowns out of him than
than a guy like Chris. Iwould say, I got some good value
if you make it all the wayback to me over here for sure,
for sure. So I took hChan over Henry and Jacobs only because I
just think that he has that JamalCharles, and I mean he has that
ability to blow the top off theslate and have just insane games that nobody

(30:18):
else can can have, not nobody, but like people outside of the top
three running backs, top two runningbacks kicker can have. So I went
with Han there Again, There'll beother times where I take Derrick Henry there.
And I also passed on Kyrion Williams. I'm I'm off. I mean,
i'll be I'm you know, I'moff of Kiram Williams this year.
He's fine at the three four turn, he's fine, But I just think
that he's not that good of aplayer. I think he was force fed.

(30:41):
I think he's not a workhorse. He missed four games last year with
it with an injury, like Idon't think he can. Yeah, I
don't think he can. Think hecan last, and I would rather not
for some time, if not highend the season, possibly take it,
but it says your job to lose. Though he's in the driver's scene,

(31:03):
it is and I just think thattoo, Like I'm not saying he's gonna
lose it outright, but Corum isa better prospect coming out. People didn't
even think Ken will was was wasanything good at all after the combine he
had, He ran super slow, like people didn't even want them. Then
then he gets hurt in the openinggame against the Bills like two years ago.
People forgot about him and so I'mjust gonna pay attention to watch,
to watch the t leaves there forfor the rams and see again at the

(31:26):
three four Yeah, at the threefour turn. He's fine. But I
like Derrick Henry over him for sure, and Josh Jacobs over him. But
so I ended up going H.I probably would have gone Wattle with Wattle
would have made it. But I'mgetting I like a change Victor because he
can put up he's gonna and thenin Miami offense he has a good chance

(31:51):
to put up a lot of alot of big points there. Now he's
gonna split a lot of Kerry stillwith Mozart. He's not going to be
a complete number one, or maybehe's splits it with the uh the rookie,
the rookie. But you got himtoo, So if if, if,
if the forbid it happened, youstill got a player that's going to
be very much involved. It's notby the end of the year being a
second anyhow. Yeah, I got, I got, I got right as

(32:14):
RB forty six Jayalen Wright. Ilove him too, and I think that
yeah, H is in a workcourse either, but I don't need him
to be. He's very efficient andthe offense is so good. He's explosive,
so smart. Yeah, for sure, talk to you about Elie neighbors,
because I'm getting a lot of flacklately for taking neighbors. I'm not
going to give you no flack fortaking neighbors. I like where you took

(32:35):
neighbors, and Pickens might have beenthe only one that would have said I
would have to taken them Pickens orneighbors. Possibly they're let's see here,
how that Let me look at thatagain. And maybe Higgins too. Higgins
is a decent guy in there. But I just why neighbors there. I
like, I like neighbors there becausethey're gonna throw the ball a lot.

(33:00):
Daniel Jones is going to end upplaying. He's gonna be all right,
and he's gonna finally have a numberone receiver that are not trying to force
into a number one. If Wallarddoesn't play, which is who knows what
he's gonna do. But even ifhe does, he's probably gonna be hurt,
right right, he's gonna get Ithink he's another one. I think

(33:22):
he's another player that got really luckyin the draft and fell onto a team
that's going to try to pump.Listen, the guys awesome people were there
were There were very respected analysts thathad him up there as good or even
maybe even better than Marvin Harrison. He goes to a team that DA people
forget the giant skill position players werethe worst you'll ever find as far as

(33:46):
receivers are concerned, ever an NFLteam, ever. Brian Dable is a
smart, good offensive coordinator. Hewas in Buffalo when they got running Stefan
Diggs and they pumped him with targets. Their Molik Neighbors is a better prospect
and we'll have a better future thanStefan Diggs. I mean, as a
prospect is everything, every measurable, every number. Neighbors is better than Stefan

(34:08):
Diggs. And he's only a rookie. But if he stays healthy, he's
gonna get one hundred and thirty targetsthere. And Daniel Jones when he was
healthy and they had decent weapons,he was fine. I mean people actually
like nobody can throw it to theweapons that they had in New York,
LA last year for the Giants. So I think, OK, what they're

(34:29):
gonna do with their running back position, Yeah, that's that's their I mean,
Singletary is gonna be a fine backover there with a rookie push him
and actually surprised and take him overSingletary the manh year. Is that a
split Now, I'm kind of curiousto see at the end of the year
what the end stat for the runningbacks and that team is. Yeah,

(34:52):
I think yeah, I think it'sSingletary right now. Again, another player
that came from Buffalo with and BrettBryan David. I mean, we had
a they had a pit stop inHouston, but Brian Dable had him in
Buffalo as a rookie, and sohe knows the offense. Dable trust him.
I think he's a He's a sneakylittle pick, just like just like
Zach Moss is like a guy thatcan just earn the coaches trust and grind

(35:14):
it out there. So I like, I like Singletary Singletary too, but
I just think neighbors again, backto the neighbors. I take him as
a wide receiver three so rede receivertwenty seven. Like, I think he
could certainly be as good as DeeboSamuel. Samuel's not going to get anywhere
near the targets that mylik Neighbors isgonna get Lotte's not gonna even Diggs.

(35:35):
Diggs is There's three receivers there hehas to compete with, Like Neighbors could
be awesome, and I just Ijust want to bring it up because I've
I've been taking him lately in thisrange and I've been kind of getting some
flak like, oh, the quarterbackis good, isn't good? The offense
is the offense. They're gonna they'regonna force feed him the ball, you
know for sure, Josh, hedidn't cover the rookies there. I I

(36:00):
just drop my eyes down a littlebit further. I was like, oh,
you even got the next one downthere, don't you. Yeah,
listen, they just keep following whyI was here forty eight, But yeah,
I wanted to get my tight downthere. Elite Titan. I think
Pitts is gonna have bounce back year. Josh Allen's my guy obviously at quarterback,
and I wanted to get in beforethe run started, and of course

(36:21):
I take it went hurts. Igot Allen and then three quarterbacks went off
the board before it got back tome. So I'm happy. I was
happy to be able to do thatget pits his tightand seven behind Ingram.
I was happy about that. Andthen I just I just went with this.
I went, you know, Ikind of you know here RB with
HM. But then I went crazyFord right, Herbert Roshawn Johnson mcglock.

(36:42):
I just just loaded up at thetime be able to start Ford and h
right off the bat y. Yeah, and then throughout the rest of the
year you'll be out of way andsee if any of the other guys come
out and play the wires so too. So, I mean, Evers might
figure out which ones there because you'vegot a couple of those same guys.

(37:07):
Yeah, yeah, exactly. I'mjust kind of work the wire, you
know, you know, you knowhow the other thing goes man, you
work, you work the wire.If one of these guys and again I've
got the handcuff there with Wright ande Chan like if one of those guys,
if if here's the thing, here'swhy I like taking a Chan and
right, it's not even a handcuffthing most it's like thirty three if Moster.
If and when Moster goes down, now you've got both backs in Miami

(37:29):
and they're split in touches. Icould start both of them a Chan and
Wright, and they could both lightit up. I mean, look what
Moster and a Chan did together thelast year or was it seventeen touchdowns or
so Mos had, Yeah that itmight have been more. He was incredible.
Like that offense is just so goodand right is so fast and explosive.

(37:52):
So yeah, I really really likedoing doing that. But but yeah,
that's kind of the strategy that Itook. I like to go I
do you like to go receiver heavyin these in these drafts, But I'll
take the value that comes. Andit looks like at the in the ffw
C this year, I'm gonna lovethe third round running backs. I feel
like a lot of times I'm gonnatake h and Etn, you know,
Jacobs, Henry, I'll take inthere too. You know, Pacheco in

(38:15):
the fourth is wonderful. So Idon't think I'm gonna have a problem going
receiver receiver and then hit those runningbacks as long as I'm not in a
draft with you where you're taking onthe freaking backs. Well, you know,
like I said, that wasn't thebeginning of the plan, but as
they just start to fill for me, I was just like, they're phoning.
They're here and they're the top ones. I just we're just gonna put

(38:35):
them on the team. I wantedthat top running back over uh fifteenth twentieth
receiver. Yeah. But then alsowhen you get down there that I've really
got to hope that those other receiversdo something or that team's not gonna is
gonna stall out. Speaking of receiversdoing something, talk to me, talk
me back in on Quinton Johnston. It's just a guy, like is it

(38:59):
just a hey, I got Igotta throw a dart because I need another
and another receiver. You got LeadMcConkey like I got. And so Quinton
was there. He the other guysyou know left, they're gone, Allen
and Mike Walliams. Less. He'sthe only one there. And he was
what he was the first round, right, Yeah, he got some talent.

(39:22):
He just had a really crappy rookieyear that had two guys ahead of
them that were getting more of theballs. So one of those guys is
going to get some is going toget some footballs them. So I took
them both. Yeah, that's that'sI like that last part that that you
said. They're like, listen,I I just if I can get the
wide receiver one for the chargeown, they're gonna run way more. They're gonna

(39:44):
definitely, I think they're gonna bemore efficient in the past game. And
like you only need one of themto hit because you you're loaded running back,
ty ended quarterback. Hey, ifI can get a wide receiver two
or a receiver even though I receiverthree out of these two guys, like
I I like that strategy. Asfar as Quint Johnson to play, I
mean, he had the perfect runoutlast year. He was healthy, Keenan
Allen was hurt, Mike Wave wasout out for the year, and he

(40:06):
still couldn't do anything. That makesme nervous. But if he's there,
but if he's terrible led, thecocky's probably gonna be good. So you
know you got that. That's that'show that thing goes. And that's a
really cool draft strategy too. SoI thought I thought that helped the running
back heavy team on that one.Actually, for sure, there's other players
you can try to do something withthat way, but that's just the way

(40:27):
that one show. So I seenit. So I was like, let
let's scoop up on that and seewhat it does for sure, for for
sure. All right, yeah we'redoing well, You're doing all. Everybody
again throwing the chat, Thanks forwatching throwing the chat. Like subscribe Fazzi
five throw it in there a chanceto win fifty five dollars credit to the
ff w C our favorite place toplay over here going live in Vegas in

(40:50):
a couple of months due it's runaround the corner. I mean I'm already
I was already looking at the venuestuff, looking at my rooms and stuff
for there and stuff, getting itall booked up. I've got it all,
uh pretty much planned out for thisday. I'm going for a week
and I'm going to enjoy it.Yeah, dude, I'm going. Uh
the probably both my son's birthdays arein September. One of my son's birthday

(41:12):
September eleventh, So a lot oftimes it's hard for me to get out
there for the full time. ButI think it's birthday falls on a Tuesday
or Wednesday this year, so I'mlike, yo, I'm going out for
Thursday to Monday. Uh, sitand relax on Sunday at Circle the best
sports book in the world. Imean, you go ahead, You've got
a huge pool you got the hugebig screens. I meane six stories tall

(41:32):
or something like that. You're outsidethe atmospherebody's yelling, the weather's great.
You gotta drink in your hand. You're drafting all weekend. There's there's nothing
better. Man. With all thehot girls and seeing me walking around you,
it's everything you need to go drafting. Nothing reason why you go to
the Yeah, that's the best placeto go. Best place to go.

(41:54):
Ninety nine more sleeps, Royces, ninety nine more sleeps until Thursday night kickoff.
Two parties this year. It's gonnabe interesting the drafts. You know,
with the free looks on a lotof these guys. You know your
draft now you don't have to startthem because you get the free look with
the Thursday and the Friday night forthose tournaments, it's gonna be interesting the
drafting with the one night. Nowwe get two free looks for Thursday night

(42:15):
games and Friday Friday night games. It's gonna be it's gonna be super fun
for sure. All right, beforebefore we uh, before we get off
the line here, thanks again forjoining me. Any other picks, any
other teams that surprised you here?Maybe for team build or maybe a guys
went later earlier than you thought.I talked about a couple already. I'm

(42:40):
sorry. I've Godfather did well.Godfather Yeah, twelve. Yeah. Garrett
Wilson, who I absolutely love.Garrett Wilson is a guy that I could
see, I could see like mymy like kind of crazy but not crazy
like take is that I could seehim finishing as a top two receiver this

(43:02):
year. I mean Aaron Rodgers,a Hall of Fame quarterback. Wilson was
a thousand yeard receiver with the worstquarterback you've ever seen in your life,
and so I think he was myguy. Another guy was overweight on last
year and losing Rogers freaking crushed me. But I had so many Garrett Wilson.
He was still viable. They gotit. Wasn't a complete disappointment,

(43:22):
but what he could have possibly been. We'll see if that is what.
I've have a little hard time Paulthe Trigger a couple of times. I've
just had that bitter taste of nothaving Rodgers last year. But Rogers should
make him pretty good. We'll seewhat happens. Yeah, yeah, yes,
exactly. The only thing I don'tlike, I'll be honest, with
you, and I kind of payattention to stuff like this or whatever.

(43:45):
Like I hate that him and SauceGardner battle to the death during during her
training camp. I hate like thosetwo are, like, I know it's
iron sharpening iron, but yo,can you just chill. I don't want
Garrett Wilson getting hurt on a jamat the line and twist his knee,
Like, just take it easy, guys, take it easy. It's all.
We need them all year. Weneed them all year, my god.

(44:07):
But yeah, no, I likewhat I look what the Godfather did
JT? There? I like Barkleyover JT. I you know, I
the bye week. Like you saidbefore, JT's kind of wearing down.
You know, he had so manyforgot with the numbers, had so many
touches in college. It's like hewas almost like a fifth year player when

(44:28):
he came into the NFL with allthe touches he had. It was Wisconsin,
and so that made me a littlebit nervous. But I like Metcalf
wide receiver twenty two. He's neverhe's been between wide receiver twenty and ide
receiver twenty four the last three seasons, so you're getting them kind of ready
his ready, his floor there andjust loading up there. I don't like
Connor Moster. It can be alittle scary. Again, it's thirty three

(44:51):
years old. But you can makeup for running back later, like you
know, you can hit the waiverwire. You know, there's a lot
of trade over in the running backposition. So like you said, there's
three or four of these players thatwe're looking at that we see on a
team that looks really good, that'sgone. I've never finished the season with

(45:15):
half the teams always, you know, no matter how good a team,
that three four or five players dotout or something happens. Oh more,
yeah to me, more than that. Injuries and yeah, dude, there's
been more. You though, there'sbeen more injuries the last two or three
years in fantasy football than ever beforeI left till My highest running back last

(45:36):
year was JK. Dobbins. Bro. I didn't get out of Vegas before
I lost him. For the freakingI remember sitting at the sitting at the
Circa, you know, got thedrinks going, Okay, it's time to
time to settle in watch the NFLfootball. Bro. I didn't make my
drink. I didn't even get arefill. Before I lose my number one
on running back for this season.Uh, he scored, He already scored

(45:57):
a touchdown, he was about toscore another one. US had scored sixteen
of them, like Dobbins was aboutto go crazy. But yeah, you
know how that works when the injuriesare going to come and you got to
be able to have a nice deepbench with the running backs and be able
to hit hit that waiver wire forsure. I guess speaking of the wai
where we'll talk about that real quickand though and then I'll let let you
go. What's normally your strategy onthe waiver Warrior? Does it go team

(46:19):
by team? Are you a guythat likes to kind of hold your money
to the end because you know, you know, you're a high volume player,
high stakes player. I'm the samething. You don't want to blow
it all in the first week ortwo? What are you? What are
your thoughts? It's really important andI'm reckless with it. I mean,

(46:44):
like it depends, like what you'resaying. The one year when all the
Raven running backs went down and I'msitting there and I did a lot of
drafting, and I had cuffed themwith all three running backs even that year,
and then I'm just looking at goingthere's not a running back left on
the team, right, I havethis, So that year I find myself
just trying to jump on the nextrunning back. And then they brought in

(47:05):
the old guys that I didn't Therunning back that I thought the rookie was
gonna fight didn't even play. Soit's tough. If you're smart, you're
gonna hold onto your money, trynot to even if it's a guy.
I think you should never really spendthirty more than thirty percent in a guy,
even if you really super want them, because if you if you load
up, there's always another guy laterin that two three weeks down the road.

(47:27):
If you load up on first parton them, you might not get
one of those guys, and youmight pick them all. You might you
might have been ahead of the draftand get them before some other people thought
about. And a couple of thosedrafts were really cheap. If you do
a lot of them, Yeah, the need, the need will outweigh the
money. If you're really hurting now, bingo, and you you said it
right there at the end, theneed outweighs the money. Again. So

(47:47):
there's a couple of things to consider. You know, it's it's fun to
draft all these teams like you andI do. I do around sixty thousand
dollars worth of teams every single yearor more, and so we've got a
lot of teams. We have alot of money invested. But we also
the downside to that, one ofthe downtoads. We can't nurture and love
these teams like we want. It'sjust like hey, on the next team,

(48:08):
Onto the next team, on thenext team, and so sometimes we
don't have the the the brain cellsleft to do waivers for nine thousand teams
or whatever it is. I mean, you can get a guy like Chad
Schrader again, who's one of thebest players of us. A lot of
these high volume players, they havepeople that help them with waivers because it

(48:29):
can just you know, so allthat to say, sometimes you use I
tend to use my own money earlybecause I don't have, you know,
the brain power to grind waivers foreverything. Some of aout using it early
and having some peace of mind andjust plugging in players by that point.
But like, oh the madness isover, because I'll draft around one hundred

(48:52):
and fifty teams I'm going to haveto manage and then there's gonna be the
best balls on top of that twoor three hundred, Well, I mean
I think I at to seven hundredand fifty eight hundred some teams. Yeah,
a couple of years back. SoI like to draft, no matter
whether it's a that'st ball or atournament draft. I just want to be

(49:12):
drafted pretty much. But you justgot to put it out there and go
with what you think and see whatthe season breaks down at the end of
the year and see where you fall. Yeah. No, I I completely
agree. And again and if ifyou want to got regardless of how you
decide to spend your money, ifyou want a guy, I say,
go get him. Like you know, nothing's worse than bidding on a player

(49:36):
and being cheap about it and thennot getting him and the player goes nuts
like you, like you can't takethe money with you. You know,
I'm not saying bid nine hundred dollarson a player you can get for eighty,
but like you know, that's that'sgo get your guy when it comes
to that, because especially a coupleof teams, if you're doing a couple
of teams, take a few risks, yea, do what you want.

(49:57):
You got to tend the team allyear long. Make sure you have a
fun tending it right. If you'redoing a few more five, ten,
fifteen, take a few risks thatyou want to do and run something different,
take some gambles. If that teamdoesn't do nothing, and so get
you the other ones that you gottahave fun with. But you're not going
to take down with these tournaments playingit's safe, right, No, I

(50:20):
completely I can completely agree. Sogo go, go get your guys,
Go get your guys, have funwith it. And if your guys are
the right guys, then you're afterthe right guys in the first place.
And if they follow to you andyour guys are there, borrow means take
them. Yep. But what's thehardest part is but every time that guy
that you think is your guy,and you know the other guys just as
good, we'll use maybe like uh, I don't know, I want to

(50:45):
say to compare too many of theseguys' names and together, but two guys
that are basically saying, but youprefer the one guy over and over,
and then next thing you find outit's not him, it's the other guy,
and you should at least take acouple of shares though, diverse to
eat your own player that you wantto take over everybody to say, now
I'm taking the guy that I hateto take just because you got us spread

(51:07):
it around. Yeah, you gotto diversify. I mean, you know,
examples could be. I mean,I know you don't want to talk
about players, but I'll you know, and people know people are drafting,
they know, I mean Spears andPollard. You know, we talked about
a little bit earlier about if youjust grabbed Pollard the whole entire time,
you never grat me some as aman, and then Andrey or what happens,

(51:29):
You're gonna be wide deny. Doyou hear that? That happened to
me was Bobby Trees and uh CooperCup And I thought, I thought,
uh Trees was going to do thewhole thing over there with him, and
that didn't happen, and Kep wasended up being the guy. And I
thought when it went completely the otherguy and it was just like a three

(51:50):
different round or three take difference. One guy was going just two picks ahead
of the other guy most of thetime. Yeah, And I was just
good that the other guy was goingto hit, so you got to open
it up and sometimes just take thatrisk that that's a that's a great point,
yeah, for sure. And we'vetalked about you know, Chase,

(52:12):
Chase Brown, Zach Moss like allthose different A lot of times it's running
backs, but that is a goodpoint with the receivers there. But dude,
Fazzi, thanks so much for joiningme. I you know, it's
early in the season here, man, I certainly love to have you on
