(00:00):
Hello, Welcome to the July twentytwenty three Gaming PC Builds of the Month.
My name is Corey Withnube computer builtdot com. As you see in
front of you or if you're listeningelsewhere, this is just the general update
for the Gaming PC Builds of themonth. If you've tuned in prior,
you might notice that I'm doing thingsa bit differently this month round, as
I'm going to amalgamate all of thebuilds into this one, into this one
(00:23):
piece just to kind of bring themall together. And what those builds are
budget wise, I'll get into ina quick second. However, usually these
monthly builds are split into the separatebudgets, into separate pieces of content.
However, I've decided to kind ofput them all into one to make it
easier on you. However, ifyou have a certain budget in mind in
(00:45):
terms of what PC you're building,I will be going through them in order,
so I'll tell you that order ina second, from the highest budget
down to the lowest budget. Andthen also I will try to if you're
watching this on YouTube, for example, I'll put links in the description in
terms where you can go in thevideo. However, this video shouldn't be
too long as it is. Iwill preface the updates for each of the
(01:06):
budgets and so on and so forth. If you're just checking this out for
the first time and you're trying tobuild the most up to date PC.
One that is, these PC buildsare put together based on a price per
performance sort of perspective. So basically, you're going to get the best performance
for dollars spent with the most upto date hardware for the current month,
and so this month is July twentytwenty three. But let's dive into it.
(01:27):
So what are the budgets that I'mgoing to go through? There's a
few bill there's about well, thereis four builds that we're going to go
through. The first one is thefifteen hundred dollar build, second is the
one thousand dollar build, and thirdeight hundred and then the five hundred dollars
build. So who are these buildsfour? Aside from the budget. So
you obviously might have a certain budgetin mind when you're building your PC.
(01:47):
Let's say it's fifteen hundred dollars.Well, these builds will suffice your kind
of needs there, but more soif you have a certain performance benchmark in
mind, or a certain game youwant to play. You can look at
benchmarks for some of the hardware that'sincluded in these builds, but more generally,
these builds will aim for certain performancemetrics in gaming in general. So
(02:07):
the fifteen hundred dollars build, forexample, will be for those that really
want a game at a two Kresolution or fourteen forty P into four K
resolution very well, and even moreso if you wanted to play more on
the higher range into the higher fourK resolution, you can consider like for
example, which we won't go throughhere is but if you visit newcomputerbill dot
(02:28):
com, if you go to thededicated fifteen hundred dollar PC build, pagers
upgrade alternatives if you want to kindof push the performance even further than that.
But this is kind of the generalperformance that this build is aiming at.
For the one thousand dollars build, what we're looking at is gaming at
max settings into two K, gamingat max settings at two K resolutions or
fourteen forty P resolutions. The eighthundred dollars build would be max settings at
(02:50):
ten ADP and playing into two Kresolutions fairly well. And then the five
hundred dollars gaming PC build. Isthis those that really want to get in
at the most budget level in termsof building a PC, get up in
gaming you and play games that they'llbe scaled back in settings obviously, and
that'll be at like seven twenty Pinto ten ADP resolution sort of perspective.
But the five hundred dollars build alsogives a lot of upgrade potential to add.
(03:13):
It does use integrated graphics on theone that I'm going to propose today,
so it gives a lot of upgradepotentials should you want to add a
graphics card later and really pump thatperformance up or scale your PC up later
down the line. But let's jumpinto it. We're going to start with
the fifteen hundred dollars gaming PC buildin the month for July twenty twenty three.
All right, We're gonna start witha CPU. So the CPU for
(03:34):
the fifteen hundred dollars build this monthis the AMD rise in five seventy six
hundred acts. This is the sameCPU that was included last month and was
newer not too long ago. Itreally utilizes that AM five platform from AMD,
so we really take advantage of thatd R five memory capabilities in this
one as you have to do,and then kind of taking our PC builds
to the next generation. That's reallywhat this is all about. So you
(04:00):
have the am D rise In fiveseventy six hundred as for two hundred and
thirty nine dollars. Now at thebeginning of July twenty twenty three, you
want to save a few dollars hereor a little more dollars and get a
slightly less performing CPU, and it'snot by much. You could consider something
like the rise In five seventy sixhundred. That's the non X version.
This CPU, which we'll get twointo the next build, is also included
in the next build, which isthe seventy six hundred versus the seventy six
(04:23):
hundred X. Not to confuse thingsanything further, for this build, we
have the rise In five seventy sixhundred X. The cooler included since there's
no cooler with that CPU, isthe No. Two nhu U twelve s
reducts air cooler fifty four dollars andninety five cents. It's a pretty good
cooler. If you wanted to geta more robust cooler, you can go
with something like an AIO or anall in one sort of cooler, and
(04:46):
which we do have suggestions here ifyou visit the site and look into the
upgrade alternatives motherboard, but this shouldbe all you need to be honest,
is this air cooler unless you wantto get more complicated with your build or
have more kind of control over youryour cooling. Going into the motherboard,
here we have the MSI pro Bsix fifty p Wi Fi Pro Series motherboard
(05:08):
one nine ninety nine. I dowant to note that this is like twenty
dollars cheaper than it was in theprior month, so it's a bit of
a better deal this month. Graphicscard we have is the ace Who's g
Force rt X forty seventy OC Editiongraphics card at five ninety nine ninety nine.
This is really the the what reallypushes the performance of this build in
(05:28):
the fifteen hundred dollars build. Ifyou want to bump it up, you
could consider something like the forty seventyTI which would really boost your gaming performance.
However, you will pay I wantto say, a couple hundred dollars
more so keep that in mind.Memory we have as a crucial kid of
sixteen gigabyte memory to gigabyte six ofD or five memory forty one hundred megah
(05:48):
memory this month at thirty nine ninetynine SSD we have as a crucial P
three plus one teraby NVM SSD Plentyof space, plenty of speed for storage.
Forty five dollars ninety nine cents.Power supply we have is the Corsair
RM series RM eight fifty watt powersupply at one hundred nineteen dollars ninety eight
(06:09):
cents. Again, this is anotherthing that's gone down in price significantly this
month, bringing the fifteen hundred dollarsbuild way down, which is awesome.
At one hundred nineen dollars ninety eightcents. PC case we have here is
the infamous Corsair of four thousand d. This case is a great case in
my opinion. I've recommended it inthis build for so long only because it's
such a quality case for such agreat price, and it will not let
(06:31):
anyone down. However, again,PC cases are dependent on the PC builder.
If you want to spend more spenda little less up to you depending
on your kind of threshold for howmuch cooling you want within your case,
but also the case really sets thetone for your kind of overall PC style.
So sometimes different builders different cases,so keep that in mind. You're
not you don't have to be lockedinto this case, but it is a
(06:53):
good quality, solid case that comesin at a good price at ninety four
dollars ninety nine cents at the moment, another thing that has gone down in
price. So the estimated price forthe fifteen hundred dollars build for July twenty
twenty three is actually one thousand, three hundred and eighty four dollars and eighty
eight cents at the beginning of July. That's phenomenal. There's plenty of room
for slight upgrades and maybe storage oror memories should you want to or if
(07:15):
you want to spend a little moreyour graphics card for sure, So like
I said, you could consider somethinglike the forty seventy TI might need to
go a little over fifteen hundred dollars, but there's a little more room for
budget there or for saving for laterfor example. All Right, moving into
the next one, we have thebest one thousand dollars gaming PC build in
the month for July twenty twenty three. For the one thousand dollars building differ
(07:40):
slightly from the fifteen hundred dollars buildwe have. For the CPU. Like
I had mentioned prior, we havethe am D rise in five seventy six
hundred, that's the non X version. This one comes in at two hundred
nineteen dollars ninety nine cents. Andthis CPU does include a cooler, so
we're going to utilize the AMD WraithsStealth cooler, So no cost there,
but you could always up grade coolershould you want to or should you need
(08:01):
to in the future by all meansfor sure, such as the cooler that
we suggest in the fifteen hundred dollarsbuild, or something more complicated than that,
or more stylistics should you want to, so keep that in mind.
Motherboard we have is the Gigabyte Bsix fifty mts three h microat X motherboard
at one hundred and fifty dollars andeighty five cents. Graphics card for the
(08:22):
one thousand dollars build upgraded um actuallyquite a bit this month. It's a
newer graphics card that was recently released. This is the Asus g Force rt
X forty sixty T IOC Edition graphicscard three eighty nine ninety nine, great
price for a great card. Itfrom the prior generation, which was the
thirty sixty TI performs a little bitbetter than that one, so that's also
(08:43):
a plus. So that's the graphicscard that's included. For memory we have
is the Crucial sixty gig by kitd R five forty one hundred mak her
memory thirty nine dollars ninety nine cents. Storage is the Crucial P three one
terror by NBMSSD forty five dollars ninenine cents. And then the power supply
to power this build is EVGA sorrythat evg AG five six UND fifty one
(09:05):
power supply fully modular power supply forone hundred nine dollars ninety nine cents.
And then the case we have asa Zambine S two at fifty four dollars
and ninety nine cents, which isa great case, great budget case,
mind you. So like I hadmentioned prior, the case has chosen are
really cases that really try to minimizethe cost while also being a quality case
that would be good enough for thebuild. Mind you, there's always better
(09:28):
cases with better airflow or better orwhatever. But really again, you as
the PC builder need to decide onthe case and the aesthetic you want and
go from there. Overall, though, I would recommend this if you're looking
to maximize your budget. Fifty fourdollars nine nine cents, so this budget
for the overall the cost for theJuly twenty twenty three for the one thousand
dollars build comes just over one thousanddollars, and that was to squeeze in
(09:52):
the new GPU, which is theforty sixty TI. But it gets you
in there. If you check outthe GPU from last month still, you'd
still be good. Slightly less performance, mind you, and you can check
out June's build if you want toreally check that out, but I think
this is worth it at one thirteendollars and seventy nine cents. Moving on
to the third gaming PC build ofthe month. Here we have is the
(10:13):
best eight hundred dollars gaming PC buildof the month for July twenty twenty three.
Not too many updates if you've beenchecking out this build prior. Did
go down in price a little bitand is still a great build, so
even better if you've been kind ofholding on the brakes for a bit on
this build. But let's jump intoit. The eight hundred dollars build.
Just as a reminder, this iskind of that every person sort of gaming
(10:35):
PC build. It will suffice andget you good gaming performance at ten ADP
and you can even play into twoK pretty decently our fourteen forty P resolutions.
Just to preface, all right, let's kick it off at the CPU.
CPU included in this one as anIntel Core I three thirteen one hundred
f CPU. This one's at onehundred nineteen dollars and eighty eight cents.
(10:56):
Fantastic CPU. This one's not instock. You can also consider the non
A version the thirteen one hundred upto you just depends on which one's cheaper,
and since we include a graphics card, it does not matter which one
you go with. But like it'suh says here. So the CPU is
like the Intel thirteen one hundred, but cheaper and without integrated graphics because we
(11:16):
don't need them and we're including aGPU, So this one should should be
in stock and should be cheaper thanthe non A version. Moving on,
we're using the included cooler, whichis the Intel Liment our cooler no cost
there. Motherboard we have as agigabyte B seven sixty MDS three h motherboard,
coming in at one hundred nineteen dollarsninety nine cents. Graphics card for
(11:39):
this one is a SUPERB graphics cardfor eight hundred dollars. Gaming PC bill
this is the x f X SpeedsterAMD radio on RX sixty seven hundred XT
for a swift three hundred forty ninedollars and ninety nine cents. For memory,
this is a d DDR four kidof a Courser Vengeance sixteen gigabytes to
eight gigabyte stick set thirty six hundredhurt. It's at forty one dollars and
(12:01):
nine nine cents. Storage is theCrucial P three one tear by NVMSSD forty
five dollars nine nine cents at themoment. Power supply for this one is
the P six Prestige Power Supply atfifty one dollars nine nine cents. And
then the case, which is asimilar case used in a lot of the
a lot of the builds I haveproposed this month. As a zamins two
(12:22):
fifty four dollars and ninety nine cents. This comes in at seven hundred and
eighty four dollars and eighty two centsat the beginning. We're estimated at the
beginning of July twenty twenty three,So a bid under eight hundred dollars,
maybe room for tax, whatever itis, should suffice your budget if your
budget was eight hundred dollars. Again, like I'd said prior, if you
do have a different budget, upgradealternatives, you can visit the site new
(12:43):
computerbill dot com and there are upgradesuggestions here, or you know more than
welcome to visit the site or whatnotand leave comment and ask should you have
questions on while either this build orupgrades? Should you Should you have those
as well? Moving on to thelast gaming PC build of the month for
July twenty twenty three, this isthe best five hundred dollars gaming PC build
(13:05):
of the month. Before getting intoit again, I want to preface this
build the five hundred dollars build. This is really that lower budget. Either
you're just learning to build PCs,you want to get into the PC building
market, don't have much to spend. Great entry build. This will get
you up and playing games scaled backat ten ADP, maybe higher settings at
(13:26):
seven twenty P if you wanted togo that far back in resolution. But
this will get you up in gaming. No, Nope, no issues at
all. It does utilize the integratedgraphics on the CPU that I'll mention in
one second here, which is whichis great because it does provide provide a
lot of opportunity for the future interms of adding a graphics card when you
have money to spend, and itwould really pump up that performance on your
(13:48):
build significantly in terms of this buildin terms of gaming, So keep that
in mind. However, if youhave a little bit more over five hundred
dollars to spend, I would recommendgoing with a CPUGPU Combo. I do
have it in the upgrade alternatives ofthis build on the site here at New
Computer Build. However, you canalso consider opting your budget too. For
(14:09):
example, the previous one that wasmentioned was the eight hundred dollars one,
and you would get significantly more gamingperformance that way. So it's either the
upgrade alternatives for this one to bumpup your performance or the eight hundred dollars
build. Those are kind of thetwo suggestions I'd have if you have a
little more than five hundred dollars. However, this if you have five hundred
dollars, this is more than sufficientas well. Let's jump into it I
(14:31):
digress. The CPU we have isthe AMD Rise seven fifty seven hundred processor
and this includes radio graphics integrated intothe CPU. This comes out in at
currently at one hundred and sixty sevendollars ninety nine cents. This CPU includes
the AM dy Raths stealth cooler,so no cooling needed for this build.
Motherboard we have here is the aceWho's Tough Gaming A five twenty m plus
(14:54):
Wi Fi motherboard is a microat Xboard at ninety nine dollars nine nine cents.
Like I mentioned, no graphics cardincluded here as we're using the integrated
Radio r X graphics on the CPU. For memory, we have a kid
of course Air Vengeance LP of coursetheir Vengeance LPX six and gigabyte six two
eight gigabyte six of d R fourthirty six hundred megahurt memory forty one dollars
(15:16):
ninety nine cents. The storage hereis the Crucial P three one Tara by
n v M sst at forty fiveninety nine to include a one tarry by
NVM stick and a five hundred dollarbuild. This phenomenal. So this is
a great inclusion in my opinion powersupply here's the thermal takes smart five hundred
power supply more than enough to powerthis build at thirty nine ninety nine.
(15:37):
And then the case to throw allof this hardware into and make it,
make it one, make it wholeis the Zelman S two mintower PC case
at fifty four ninety nine. Andthis build for July twenty twenty three,
the five hundred dollars Gaming PC buildof the month comes in well below five
hundred dollars at four hundred fifty dollarsninety four cents, which leaves you either
rooms for upgrades or, like Isaid, if you do want at the
(16:00):
most significant boost in performance and gamingperformance, you could consider something like a
CPUGPU combo that isn't the rise inseven fifty seven R. But you will
need to check out the site forthat suggestion suggestion at New computer bill dot
com, or check out the eighthundred dollar build that was mentioned prior to
this one in the Gaming PIEC Buildsof the Month update that we're going through
(16:25):
right now. All right, well, that does it for the four gaming
PC builds of the Month for Julytwenty twenty three, you know. If
you have any questions, comments, anything for any of these builds, different
budget, whatever it may be,please leave a comment. Visit the site
new computer bill dot com. Butuntil next month if you're planning your gaming
PC builds. We update these everysingle month to bring you the most up
(16:47):
