Hello, and welcome to the bestfive hundred dollars gaming PC build of the
month for June twenty twenty three.Name is My name is Corey with newcomputer
build dot com. This build isan interesting one. This is the budget
of all budget builds, and Imean that in the most positive way,
because this is a very entry levelbuild. If you're considering building a gaming

(00:22):
PC for the very first time, kind of wanting to dip your toes into
the PC building world, or ifyou're just wanting to build another PC and
don't have more than five hundred dollars, this build is for you. This
build is also great because it offersa lot of upgrade potential for the future.
And what I mean by that isthere's no graphics card included. It
uses integrated graphics, so you canalways The easiest upgrade would always would be

(00:47):
to just buy a graphics card whenyou have the cash, plug it in
and that would increase your gaming performancephenomenally. But so I'll get into that.
So let's get into the base build. What you can expect in terms
of performance here, um, whatand what you could upgrade with should you
have money in the future or now, if you have a bit of a
bit more than five hundred dollars thatyou could spend. All right, let's

(01:10):
get get into it. So realistically, five hundred dollars, what will this
get you out of a gaming PC. We'll look at this, you know,
get your gaming smoothly at seven twentyP resolutions and get you gaming into
tenant ADP resolutions. Was setting scaledback modestly in games. So this is
realistically what a five hundred dollars gamingPC build it would get. Yeah,
assuming that, um that you knowthat going into this and and that's means

(01:34):
that all games are playable. Youcan play all PC games, but you
know that's where you just got toadjust your settings a little bit to accommodate
for your performance. All right, jumping into it. So the CPU we
have here is the AMD rise inseven fifty seven hundred g CPU. Um
this one's comes in at one hundredand sixty seven dollars and eighty seven cents.
And like I had said, includesintegrated graphics. So that's the integrated

(01:57):
radio graphics that are included for quoteunquote smooth ten EIGHTP gaming. But again,
like I said, scaled back alittle bit. Um. The cooler
for this is that we're using thestock cooler, so there's no additional cost
for that. The cooler that comeswith it is the AMD raised Stealth cooler,
which is included and which is whatwe're recommending for this built. The
motherboard is the acwo's Tough Gaming Afive twenty m plus motherboard includes integrated Wi

(02:23):
Fi, which is phenomenal for aboard of this UH, for a board
of this price even so, it'sactually a pretty good value board coming in
at ninety nine dollars and ninety ninecents graphics. Like I said, no
card included, but this includes anintegrated radio on r X graphics with the
CPU memory we have here as thecourse Servengeance LPX six and gaged by kid

(02:45):
of Memory at thirty six hundred megahertsforty nine ninety nine. Storage is the
Crucial P three one Terror by nvmSSD for forty five dollars and eighty cents
power supply to power this is thetherm will take smart five hundred power supply
for thirty nine ninety nine. Andthe case to put it all together is
the an S two Midtower Gaming PCcase. I don't know why I said
gaming PC case. I guess itis given that we're building a gaming PC,

(03:07):
but it's the Zelmat S two MidtowerPC case for fifty four ninety nine.
And this comes into, like Ihad said, under five hundred dollars
four hundred fifty nine dollars at themoment at this start of June twenty twenty
three. Well, like i'd promised, let's jump into some hardware alternatives.
Should you have more to spend oryou have five hundred dollars right now and

(03:27):
you might have more in the futureto upgrade this bilt. So one idea
could be the graphics. Like Ihad said, you could easily plug in
a graphics card to easily increase yourperformance in gaming. So here being recommended
is the MSI ready on r Xsixty five hundred XT graphics card for a
Swift one hundred and eighty five dollarsnine nine cents, so that would push
your gaming to the next level. You can also increase your memory, so

(03:49):
you can go with a thirty twogig bite kit should you want to,
such as this Crucial Ballistics thirty twohundred mag Hurt thirty two gig kit two
sixteen gig sticks for one hundred thirtyeight ninety nine. That probably wouldn't be
the most economical upgrade for this particularbuild, but it is out there.
Should you maybe want to use thisPC for more productive things than gaming,
perhaps storage, we have as aCrucial P three two terabyte mms nvm SSD

(04:15):
as an upgrade alternative for the storageas the one included is the one terabyte
version of the stick, and thatwould set you back one hundred four dollars
ninety nine cents, which is whatis that That's just over double the price
of the one terabyte stick, Soyou can alternatively, you know, do
that or buy another drive in thefuture. But that does it for the
