Everybody. Welcome to the Gaming PCBuilds of the Month for February twenty twenty
four. I'm Corey here with newcomputer build dot Com. Welcome to another
update of our gaming PC Builds ofthe Month. February brings in some newer
updates in the hard in the realmof GPUs and CPUs in the in the
With respect to AMD's release of therise in eight hundred or sorry eight hundred
(00:21):
eight thousand g series that caters tomore budget gamers, it's not widely available
right now, but if we getinto the lower budget builds and you don't
want to get to GPU, theseare significant upgrades for those of you that
want to use integrated graphics. However, they're not into the builds this month,
but could be consideration if those areone of the bills that you're planning
to build in the future. Andthen also there's some newer AMD cards such
(00:45):
as the seventy six hundred and seventysix hundred xt. I did not include
them this month in the builds aswell, but they could be high contenders
for the either the eight hundred orone thousand dollars bill this month, so
keep in mind once we get there, and then you can kind of jump
back and forth and make a decisionfor yourself. I may or may not
include them in the upcoming months, but the prices for so, for example,
if we go over here six hundredXT, it does, you know,
(01:07):
perform quite similarly from a gaming perspectiveas the sixty seven hundred XD,
which we do include. They're roughlythe same price, but the kind of
you know, depending on the game, perform roughly the same and sometimes better,
sometimes worse. But this is anewer card, so if you do
want to go over to this,it's roughly the same price as the sixty
seven hundred XT right now. SoI'm just throwing that out there, but
(01:29):
it really depends on the game youplay. All right, let's jump into
it. If you haven't been tothese updates before, these updates are done
every single month to kind of giveyou a range of budgets and a range
of different hardware that you can buyto you know, fit your budget and
fit your performance expectations with regards toplaying PC games. And so I throw
in three different budget categories which Ishould encapsulate most gamers out there. The
(01:51):
first is the fifteen hundred the second, the one thousand dollars in the third
eight thousand, and the fourth fivehundred dollars bilts essentially at the top of
the top of the budget. Here. Fifteen hundred dollar build is for those
games at two K resolutions into fourK, you know, maxing all the
games out and playing at high fps. One thousand dollars build is maxing games
out at two K resolutions, sodepending on the monitor you have. For
example, eight hundred dollars BILD isreally probably that standard build for most that
(02:13):
just want to play at you know, max settings at ten ADP and played
dip into two K resolution should youwant to. In. The five hundred
build is really that entry level build. It uses integrated graphics, so it's
really that you're just dipping your toesinto the PC building world, or have
a really modest budget to start with. All right, let's get started with
the highest end build here, sothe fifteen hundred dollars build for February twenty
twenty four. Starting with the CPU, so coming together here we have.
(02:37):
The CPU is the AMD Rises sevenseventy eight hundred x three D. This
is a fantastic gaming CPU, prettymuch the best on the market to especially
value wise. This one's coming inat three hundred and eighty six dollars and
fifty six cents right now at themoment at the beginning of the month,
and it has gone down just slightlythis month, so keep that in mind
if you're planning your build over thelast couple of months. It doesn't come
(02:58):
with the cooler, so we're pairingthis with Noctua NHU twelve s reducks air
cooler at fifty four to ninety five. Motherboard here we have is the MSIB
six to fifty gaming plus Wi Figaming motherboard. It kind of comes with
a few bells and whistles, butkind of has all the standard features that
you'd need, including my five ona motherboard. This one comes in at
a pretty good price this month thatI think. This one went down as
well at one sixty four to ninetynine. A graphics card for this one
(03:22):
is the Gigabyte g Force RTX fortyseventy wind Force version of this graphics card
at five hundred and forty nine dollarsninety nine cents. This one is held
steady month to month, so stilla great purchase. Memory we have is
a crucial poor poor Crucial pro RAMthirty two gig kit that's two sixteen gigabytes
of D or five fifty six hdredMAJA transfers per second kit of memory at
(03:45):
one hundred and seven dollars and ninetynine cents. So one caveat I'll throw
out this month is out of allthe hardware, it's actually mostly gone down,
with the exception of RAM, ithas gone up a little bit.
I think this I forget. Ithink it was about ninety one dollars last
month. To kind of give youa frame of reference here. Moving on
storage, we have a Crucial Pthree plus one terabyte NBA e SSD being
recommended at fifty seven to ninety ninepower supply, cooler Master nwe Gold eight
(04:10):
fifty watt fully modular power supply atninety five ninety nine. And the case
we did switch up this month tohis Almonds seven Neo mid tower case at
seventy nine ninety nine. I quitelike this case. It comes with a
few RGB controlled fans with the controllerright in the case there, so it
comes with quite a bit for kindof the price, and it looks pretty
phenomenal. But yeah, so overallthis build does come in just shy of
(04:32):
fifteen hundred dollars this month at onefour ninety eight dollars just at the beginning
of the month here for February twentytwenty four. Moving on to the one
thousand dollars bill. So again thisbuild for those that really want to max
settings ten ADP and in to twoK settings for all PC games on the
market pretty much. So let's startwith the CPU. This one's going with
(04:53):
the am D rise in five seventysix hundred CPU at two hundred twenty nine
dollars. The cooler cooler we havefor this one. Since we need a
cooler, you can also with theseventy six hundred X if it's in the
market that one comes out the cooler. This one doesn't, and actually it
went down significantly in price, soit does it It evens out. So
the cooler we have here is thecooler Master Hyper two twelve black CPU cooler
(05:15):
at twenty nine ninety nine. Motherboardis a Gigabyte B six fifty mts three
h at one thirty nine ninety nine. The graphics card for the one thousand
dollars gaming PC build is the Gigabyteg Force RTX forty sixty TI H three
nine ninety nine. And then thememory is the Crucial Round sixteen gigabyte Kit
two eight gigbyte six of D orfour forty hundred maker Hurt Memory fifty two
ninety nine SSD Crucial P three plusone terabyte NVA E SSD for fifty seven
(05:40):
ninety nine. And then we havethe power supply, which is a cooler
Master NWE eight hundred fifty what fullymodular, same one as we mentioned in
the previous build here ninety five ninetynine. And then the case is the
Zalman S two. This is thebudget friendly case, gives you all you
need, you know, but itis very minimalistic. I'm a phanomalist minimalistic
cases, not spending more than youneed as you can kind of I'd rather
put more money towards the igh performinghardware. However, the case is really
(06:02):
up to you, so if youwant to spend more, you can get
a fans of your case as well. But this will give you all you
need fifty four to ninety nine forcost of well under on a thousand dollars
this month at nine to seventy sevenor seventy eight at the beginning of February
twenty twenty four. For the secondlast build, here we have the eight
hundred dollars gaming PC bill of themonth. So this build is that sort
(06:24):
of every person gaming PC build forstandard HD resolutions MAX and games is without
issue for the most part. Ifyou want to dip your toes into two
K as well, this will dothe trick too. So CPU for this
one we move over to Intel. We have an Intel Core I three thirteen
one CPU one nineteen ninety nine.Cooler is the one that's included with the
Intel processors, the Intel Elementar coolerso no costs associated with that. Motherboard
(06:47):
is the Gigabyte B seven sixty MDSthree h motherboard at ninety nine ninety nine.
This one's gone significantly unsale. Ithink it was like one hundred and
twenty nine dollars last month, sodefinitely a good purchase this month. Graphics
card is the x fx beat RadionRX sixty seven hundred XT graphics card for
three forty nine ninety nine. LikeI said, you can also consider the
newer AMD card which is the seventysix hundred XT for roughly the same price
(07:12):
as that card. Should you wantto go with that one for memory for
this one is the course of aVengeance lbx six and gig about kid a
dr forour memory thirty six hundred makerher kit for forty ninety nine storage is
the Crucial P three one teraby nvmSSD fifty seven ninety nine and the power
supplies the therm will take tough powerg x to six hundred what power supply
for fifty nine ninety nine and towrap it all together as the Zomon S
two mid tower PC case for fiftyfour to ninety nine and kind of the
(07:36):
trend this month as we're well underbudget for most of these, which leaves
no room for room for extra moneyif you don't want to spend up to
your full budget, but also roomfor upgrade should you want to do that
as well. So the eight hundreddollars bill comes in well under eight hundred
dollars at seven hundred and eighty fourdollars at the beginning of February twenty twenty
four. Now the final build, the budget build, the entry build the
(07:58):
best five hundred dollars PC for Februarytwenty twenty four. This is that entry
level building by entry level I mean, if you're thinking capability wise, we're
thinking you're gonna play games. Youcan play games at seven twenty P to
ten ADP resolutions. You're going toscale back settings quite significantly with the base
setup, but it leaves room forupgrade upgrades in the future, such as
upgrading adding a graphics card. Itdoesn't come with a graphics card, so
(08:20):
that will significantly increase your performance whenyou have the money to spend on one.
So this one starts at under fivehundred dollars, well under five hundred
dollars, and we'll get to thatonce we get to the end of the
build here. So starting with theCPU, we have the AMD rise In
five fifty six hundred g CPU here, one pin thirty nine ninety nine.
That's with integrated graphics here, soagain the integrated radio graphics, so no
(08:43):
graphics card needed. This includes acooler as well and the AMD rate Stealth
cooler so it don't cost associated there. Mother board is the East Who's tough
gaming a five to twenty M pluswith on board Wi Fi ninety nine to
ninety nine. The memory here isthe Core Serve Vengeance LPI sixteen gigabayt kit
thirty six hundred ME kit forty nineto ninety nine. The storage is a
Crucial P three one terabyte MVM eSSD fifty seven ninety nine. And then
(09:05):
the power supplies the thermal takes smartfive hundred what power supply thirty nine ninety
five. And then the PC casesof the ZEM and S two a case
to wrap it all together fifty fourto ninety nine. This, like I
said, comes in well under fivehundred dollars at four one hundred and thirty
three dollars at the beginning of themonth here at February twenty twenty four,
so definitely room if you want toget a really budget budget oriented card one
hundred fifty hundred hundred dollars, youcan accommodate for that in there. If
(09:28):
you have more than five hundred dollarsto spend and without issue, you'd be
you'd have a pretty decent budget gamingPC. But that does it for the
builds this month. As always, you can you know, leave a comment
where you're watching or listening to thisor visit the site. I recommend that
there. You can leave a commentthere and if you haven't any difficulties kind
of matching hardware, or kind oftrying to meet your goals with reards to

(09:50):
Well, visit site leave a comment. I'm more than willing to help you
out, but until next month, best of luck building your next gaming PC build.
