Im zweiten Teil der Geschichte von Jean-Bédel Bokassa sprechen wir darüber, wie er sich an die Macht in der Zentralafrikanischen Republik putscht und seine Herrschaft mit Gewalt und Größenwahn ausbaut, wie er sich schließlich zum Kaiser krönen lässt und schlußendlich doch der ehemaligen Kolonialmacht ein zu großer Dorn im Auge ist.
