Speaker 1 (00:17):
Welcome everybody to the Gimmick Infringement Podcast. I am Brad
Winchester and with me as always as my tag team
partner Tyler McDowell Blancin and a very special guest, Tyler.
Speaker 2 (00:28):
We have such a special guest, George Romero is back.
Our listeners, our audience may recall George was lasted with
us to talk aw George. In the production meeting, we
were trying to figure out if we had you on
for the post aw Dynamite conversation in February. Maybe it
was posting double or nothing in May. We didn't settle
on an answer, but either way, it is so great
(00:49):
to see you. Welcome back to the show. A lot
has changed since we last saw you. You're a dad now,
just wrapped up the high school football season. Welcome back.
How you been.
Speaker 3 (01:00):
Thank you for having me. Yeah, a lot has changed,
but for the good. Are definitely for the better. Like
you said, I'm currently a foster Dan to a lovely
baby girl. It's been like the greatest blessing ever. And
then yeah, our football team did pretty well, playing well
(01:23):
Endo November for the first time, so we actually got
to play. It means a big deal. Like in Arizona.
When you get to play into the cold weather and
when you get to play in real football conditions again,
so that's pretty cool.
Speaker 2 (01:39):
Yeah, those conditions don't just exist on matted right. It's
actually chilly outside sometimes. And you and your colleagues did
an amazing job over at take a Very Day this year. Congratulations.
Speaker 3 (01:50):
Yeah, thank you made it to the final four in TWOA,
which was pretty the furthest ever in school history, as
well as winning the first region title in history.
Speaker 4 (02:00):
That's awesome.
Speaker 1 (02:00):
I didn't realize that part. That's really incredible.
Speaker 2 (02:04):
Salute emojis. Yeah, George, Well, Brad, George. Speaking of changes,
it's something a little bit different for us. We are
taking a break this week from our pop c well
actually no, we're focusing mainly on pop culture this week.
We're taking a quick aside, a quick adventure, a detour
from the world of pro wrestling. Rest of short. We'll
be back with those conversations next week. This week it
(02:25):
is all about pop culture. It is all about the
show that everyone is talking about stranger things. As promised,
Brad and I are back and we brought on George
is our very very special guest to review, to recap
to theorize all things Stranger Things. Volume one of season
five dropped just a few days ago Thanksgiving week, and
(02:48):
we are here to discuss it all.
Speaker 4 (02:51):
Guys.
Speaker 2 (02:52):
We're gonna be discussing favorite scenes, standout performers, theories that
we have, and much much more. George, we're gonna get
off with you here for Stranger Things Season five. What
are your initial thoughts on the first four episodes presented
to us as volume one didn't meet your expectations?
Speaker 3 (03:13):
So for those of you that have viewed already, I
would say yes, but it took me a little bit
of time to get there. So unfortunately, in the past
few years, I've been kind of bummed with how series
finales have happened or like gone, Like I've been burned
by a couple in recent memory. But this this show,
(03:39):
I think it is a slow burn kind of like
things take a little bit of time to set up
and get to happening. So initially, like the I wasn't
feeling it quite at first. I was like, oh man,
they have they have so much to live up to.
How are they going to pack this all in? And
I think even in going back to the production meeting,
(04:02):
we talked about the varying episode like times. So really,
this fourth episode was kind of like a mini movie,
and I feel that's where it really took off, and
that's what sold me the ticket for the entire series
season was Okay, now we're really getting into it. So yeah,
(04:23):
and at least for part one, I think it lives
up to the hype. You just gotta trust the process
and get there.
Speaker 2 (04:33):
Trust the process sounds like a true coach, Brad, doesn't
he so proud?
Speaker 4 (04:37):
It sure does, Tyler.
Speaker 1 (04:39):
This is the this is the real survivor series, right like,
this is this is the who's gonna live, Who's gonna die?
We're all kind of kind of scared. I actually had
no problem with the way that it set up. It
was slow, it was methodical, but it was eighteen months later.
The end of season four was eighteen months. It was
actually several months I think later, and then or weeks
(04:59):
or what whatever it is, and then eighteen months later
this season takes place. So it's been nearly two years
since the events of Stranger Things season four, and they've
been under a military quarantine. What's life look like? There's
what's Dustin's responsibility to himself and to Eddie and his
legacy and how these characters change and how have they
(05:23):
been getting along is eleven? Staying hidden is eleven, and
what's going on with that at all?
Speaker 4 (05:29):
And there's just so much to unpack that.
Speaker 1 (05:32):
I think making it feel slow and making it feel
the one thing I'll say is that it felt tight,
like gross, like everything was constricted. And I think that
that slow pacing really helped make it feel like, oh
my gosh, this is just come on. And I think
(05:54):
that might have been the goal, and it might not be.
It might not have worked for everybody, but for me,
I was like, this is this is oppressive, this is
just bad. They're just sort of trapped here. And it's
one of those things where it's like it looks fine, right,
they have food, they got water, they got structure, they
have school going, they have all the things that look normal,
but there's just underneath, literally in this case, underneath the surface,
(06:18):
everything is wrong. There's something deeply, deeply problematic going on here.
Speaker 4 (06:22):
And I enjoyed it.
Speaker 1 (06:25):
I enjoyed the sudden reveal, which I guess might be surprises,
but of what's going on at the radio station and
that they've been actually going into the upside down on
the regular to scout to try to find Vecna, and
they got this down to like a science. They did
thirty seven. I think this is their thirty seventh crawl.
(06:47):
It just the first episode of the Crawl and just
knowing like all this monotony and all of this boring stuff,
and suddenly they're like, Nope, we're gonna be here. Get
the maps out, this is what we're doing. Get the transponder,
And even then they seems sick of it, which I
think makes us.
Speaker 4 (07:02):
Feel sick of it.
Speaker 1 (07:03):
And I think a lot of it is you got
the end of the world on the line, and right
now we're watching Steve and Jonathan compete for Nancy, and
it makes it feel like we have other problems. Can
we get to the real problems?
Speaker 4 (07:17):
Right?
Speaker 1 (07:18):
But I love that they focused on those characters and
they give us to something to bite into, because I don't.
Speaker 4 (07:23):
I think if they skip that, then it becomes.
Speaker 1 (07:28):
About the action and not about just the story, but
the characters within the story. I got to care about
my people in it, or I don't want to watch.
And I think they did a good job of really
building that so that when we finally got to that
episode four, which I totally agree that set the whole
season on fire. That we finally had some payoff because
(07:51):
they got us reinvested in characters.
Speaker 4 (07:54):
That we haven't seen in three years. It's hard to.
Speaker 1 (07:56):
Believe that twenty twenty two was the last season. It's
it's been a really long time. So I enjoyed that.
Speaker 4 (08:03):
I'll take all.
Speaker 1 (08:04):
Of the background and all of the conversation and all
of the stuff I can get, including them introducing all
these new characters. They did all of that in three episodes,
which I think is incredible. But yeah, pac wise, it
was a bit of a plot to get there, but
I did enjoy it.
Speaker 2 (08:21):
That indeed, and predictably, this is already the number one
show on Netflix. Before we met, I was trying to
look up if we have any information on the streaming
numbers how many people tuned in to Volume one. I
wasn't able to find that, but obviously this is a
huge deal on the app itself. In our group chat
and it reminds me, but I think we spoke about
(08:41):
this on a previous episode before we welcome George here,
the value of communal shows and communal experiences in this
streaming era where there's just so many apps, and seemingly
they're all going up in price, and for a peasant
like me who's on the basic tire, I have to
watch all these commercial that's a separate promo of the
week that I'll say for maybe a different recording, Brad.
(09:03):
But I think about the last Dance right when we
were all going through it during COVID, and how seemingly
everyone was tuning in and wanting to discuss that there
was even Tiger King. Do you guys remember that that
was only five years ago that all of us were
consumed by the Tiger King show. There's even been White
Lotus more recently. But Stranger Things hits different. It appeals
(09:26):
to so many different generations. And I think what they've
done here, the Duffer Brothers and the entire cast and ensemble,
what they've done already with this first four episodes is
really special. I was more kin to you, Brad than
I was for Georgie on this one. I was locked
in from Volume one, episode one. They really have a
special formula here, and I've really enjoyed all these four episodes,
(09:48):
and dare I say Episode four was my favorite. I
thought they nailed it. I thought they changed all the boxes,
and now after this podcast, we have a month to
just process further and theorize further, all in preparation for
what in the world is to come.
Speaker 5 (10:04):
You to wrinkle in time right when they did this
intentionally for when they drop again on Christmas. So even
the presentation of it dropping on these holidays when you
know people are going to be together and when they
have extra time on their hands. The marketing itself, the
cast has been all over the world promoting this. I
just think they've really done a phenomenal job and it's
been very it's just been very astute. It's been very
(10:29):
marketing heavy, and it's been it's been fantastic so far.
I think this is going to be We're going to
look back by the end of this when season five
is all done, and just I think really kind of
study how the Duffer brothers, how Netflix landed this plane,
because so far, I think we're in for a treatment.
I really enjoyed all four episodes.
Speaker 1 (10:47):
As I mentioned, I got to tell you for context
here the Jake Paul Mike Tyson fight drew one hundred
and eight million views live global viewers, but there were
sixty five million concurrent viewers, which is a crazy number
that didn't crash the servers. Stranger things did so I
(11:09):
didn't get to it until much later in the day either,
So I don't know what the number is going to
end up being, but I'm I'm not going to be
surprised if they're like, yeah, we had over one hundred
million concurrent viewers, and I'm sure, I'm sure that has
definitely happened over the last couple of days with people watching,
with people getting on for the first time and all that.
(11:29):
They had to increase their bandwidth thirty percent before the
premiere and it still crashed the site. So it wasn't
out for very long, but it caused a crash, which
is absolutely crazy according to Google AI.
Speaker 4 (11:42):
Whatever thing that's called.
Speaker 2 (11:44):
Stressworthy, Yes, we're going to roll with it, I could say.
I mean, my timeline not only was discussing this guy's
but seemed very positive about the beginning of season five.
And the last thing I'll say before we really get
into it, I know it just resonates with George. The
most stressful part of all this was just finding the time,
the best way to watch this. I am I am
gladly seeking advice for this. I finished episode four right
(12:08):
before the Three of Us hopped on here. It was
just hard to find time with the Territorial Cup and
you got wrestling on. And my point is, I'm going
to be better when it's time for Christmas. I think
I'm just gonna watch right when they come out. I'm
hooked now. I can't wait to see what's next.
Speaker 4 (12:23):
I think that's the move.
Speaker 1 (12:24):
I just put everything else to the side and go
whatever else is happening in the world. I don't care
if it's more important right now territorial cop.
Speaker 4 (12:32):
Like if if.
Speaker 1 (12:33):
This released and it's Michigan, Ohio state, which is coming
up here, I'm watching this. I'll find out later. I'll
be less stressed.
Speaker 4 (12:42):
Well it happened, Oh it did happen.
Speaker 1 (12:44):
Yeah, it did happen already. Yeah, yeah, yeah, parisers, I
think that's.
Speaker 3 (12:51):
What Yeah, but definitely, like I think that's what it.
This is also kind of a different way of scaling out,
like having premieres for Stranger Things specifically, right because I
remember all like the first season all came out together
like dropped boom. Second season. I want to say they
(13:16):
they announced when it was going to happen, Yes, but
When it first happened, it was just kind of a
Netflix dropped, like it was a show that they found
out a route zero marketing for it. Yeah, and it
just kind of dropped, which was super cool. And then uh,
second season they announced when it was going to happen
(13:38):
rolled out. It might have been like half and half
or some something along the way, but definitely this one
was like, no, this is a world premiere at five
o'clock your time, Like I'm in viewing. Then Yeah, and there.
Speaker 2 (13:54):
Were kids talking about it at school like oh, I
can't wait. I'm going to watch it. My sister who's
in college, and this, that and the other. I'm like, wow,
this is really, this is really This show is just
not only it's the show of a generation, but it
appeals to so many different people.
Speaker 3 (14:09):
Yeah. Well yeah, a couple days ago I had text
Tyler and Prep. I was like, how are you going
to view this thing? Is it gonna be all four
at once? Which I was initially planning to do, but
again going back to being the dad thing, like sometimes
you just take sleep where you can get it, So.
Speaker 2 (14:30):
It's some day when you have kids.
Speaker 3 (14:33):
Yeah, all right, I'm gonna watch whatever I can get
right now, and then we'll pick up back up whenever
we can. And then yeah, it was like, Okay, we're
gonna spot this fourth episode wherever I can right now.
Speaker 2 (14:50):
Yeah. That's also very intriguing to me before we get
into our different categories, guys that Netflix and the people
behind Stranger Things have chosen this format to release the episode, so,
as you so astuteley explain there, George, rather than releasing
everything at once or releasing a new episode every week,
Stranger Things is occupying this different area where Okay, we're
(15:14):
gonna release volume one four episodes now and then you
got to wait a month till Christmas, and then I'm
really good to see post Stranger Things if there are
other shows that follow that format, because I saw some
people on the timeline just wanting the weekly drop or
just give me everything right now. But Stranger Things can
get away with doing whatever they want because we're all
locked in. I wonder if they're going to create kind
(15:36):
of a trend that shows may attempt to follow moving forward. Again,
that's me thinking about the legacy of the show and
what all that means. But before we get there, we
need to deep dive into these first four episodes. George,
we're gonna start with you. We're gonna discuss our first
category here. What was your favorite scene from volume one?
My friend, So.
Speaker 3 (16:00):
If there's a favorite scene, necessarily, but I love, like
kind of to touch on what Brad was saying, like
the character development. I love how everyone's kind of taken
the next step and like really grown into their own.
Like I really do love the dynamic between Dustin and
Steve this season, like how it's a little bit more
(16:21):
contentious because everyone thought like, oh, Steve's like a role
model to him, where now it's a little bit different
dynamic because we saw what Eddie meant to it, and
now it's a new dynamic because it's not quite that
role model figure that we thought because Eddie was that
(16:44):
more like you can be out of your shell, you
can like what you like and be you, where Steve's
kind of given him the confidence factor but never embraced him.
And like actually with them because I just thought of
like me and my siblings when they were like yelling
(17:05):
at each other in that and trying to chase the
demogorgan but also like chase the signal, like yelling at
each other and then just completely losing the plot of
like what they're doing, like and running into it what
one hundred foot wall? Like I thought that was so funny,
like them too, like no, we need to hash this
(17:27):
out right now, like what and then losing sight of
what's like real in that moment.
Speaker 1 (17:34):
Yeah, yeah, one hundred percent crashing into a flesh wall
because they were all arguing with each other is certainly
a thing that happened. I really enjoyed that scene. My
favorite scene so far was from episode one. We got
to talk about Karen Wheeler like drunk, drunk mama Bear
losing bad and going nope, breaking a wine bottle and
(17:59):
the countertop like she's about to like Patrick Swayze somebody
in roadhouse and just starts shanking the Dema gorgon enough
where they could follow up blood trail through the upside down.
Is one of the most badass moments from the entire franchise.
Speaker 4 (18:14):
It was epic.
Speaker 1 (18:15):
I love I loved that scene so much. I have
a theory about like later on I was. I was
a little disappointed to find out that my theory was
wrong in the immediate moment. I'll save that for later,
but I thought, uh, yeah, Karen coming out coming out
hot with that wine bottle to help protect her kids.
I thought, I thought was awesome that whole that entire
(18:40):
part of that episode was so clenchworthy. I guess that
would be episode two, right, the disappearance of Folly Wheeler,
so not episode one.
Speaker 4 (18:52):
Episode two. I was. I was tight.
Speaker 1 (18:56):
I was on the couch like this the entire time,
going like I don't know what's gonna happen. I don't
know who's gonna die, I don't know who's gonna eat
it here, but the Demi gorgan looking over the bathtub
while they're holding their breath under the water.
Speaker 4 (19:07):
That shot alone, just start throwing.
Speaker 1 (19:10):
Trophies at it like this, if if it holds the
way it's holding right now, this is this is going
to take some Emmys home.
Speaker 2 (19:19):
Let's say it's it's it's already an e but just
me just give several trophies.
Speaker 4 (19:25):
To good lord.
Speaker 1 (19:25):
The performances, the cinematography for a television show, the yes,
the special effects and all of that stuff too. Are
you know it's important for a show like this, but
it's like just the way they make everything that's worldwide,
global scary. Entire town has been taken over entire world
is at stake, still feel small and feel personal. Has
(19:50):
been just I don't know, I don't know how they've
they've accomplished this, but it's been awesome. But I loved
I love just Karen trying to defend her family. I
love that whole scene and all the stress of being
trapped there and feeling like there's nothing you can do
and that you got to keep this big secret, like
all all of the people involved just trying to hold
everything in because they know if they tell people that
(20:12):
it's going to be a problem. But they need to
start telling people it's all of it. It's just it's great.
I think that that. I guess that stress, that level
of stress was really encapsulated in that moment with Karen
defending her kid and that whole house scene. I just
I love that for her to have a moment like that.
Speaker 2 (20:33):
It was very good. Brad on that scene. I love
when the dad comes in and then you have the
golf club, like, I don't think, man, I respect the
Tiger Woods of it all, but I don't think this
is gonna work out well for you.
Speaker 4 (20:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (20:48):
Yeah, And I actually do really like agree with you
in how they presented it because initially it was just
the chase that they showed, or like just the pursuit
to the house, like yep, that was all they showed
was that angle of it. And then they showed it
as a flashback of like, no, this is like how
she defended her kid and how like they were just
(21:10):
close enough, but like just mester because this happened.
Speaker 4 (21:14):
Yeah, heartbreaking, Yeah, but great shot by you, Brad.
Speaker 2 (21:20):
In terms of the two being underneath the bats of water,
that was it's like, man, they know what they're doing here.
They're just they're just they're shooting from thirty feet and
this is going in every time. Okay, guys, obviously this
is fresh.
Speaker 5 (21:32):
On my mind.
Speaker 2 (21:33):
I told on myself earlier my favorite scene is the
return of Vecna in the Flesh. Not not to make
not to make multiple wrestling references during this recording, even
though that's very likely. It was giving full Roman range
vibes for me when when he came out, when he emerged,
(21:56):
I was ready to throw the one up. I was just, man,
this is this is what we tuned in for. Again,
the pacing of it for that moment to happen. During
the final episode of volume one, I thought it was phenomenal,
and really, if I can just stretch out my answer
to that final scene between some of the ensemble casts.
You have the guardsmen, you have the kids who they're
(22:17):
trying to sneak underneath the tunnel, but due to bad
plumbing circumstances, they were caught, and then the reveal of
not just one Dema Gorgan who was after them, but
then when multiple pop up, I thought that was so
you You spoke about clenching moments, Brad to me that
that just gave me everything I needed. And then it's
topped off by Veckna in Roman reigns like fashion, sauntering
(22:41):
over taking its time, just killing all these guards men
with the flick of a wrist. It was just it
was sensational. It's by far not only my most memorable moment,
but my favorite as well.
Speaker 1 (22:54):
Yeah, it's hard to argue with that man like that scene,
the reveal of his shadow as there, because the part
that gets lost there is knowing that he's been captured
and then finding out like, oh, they got this so wrong,
this is gonna be a problem. And then Vecna's showing
up just unbelievable. Yeah, I love that scene too, and
(23:14):
it's it's hard to it's also hard to not be
you know, like it's like you were so easy to break.
Will you know you were just the easiest one. Thank you,
you were the first. And then because you have a
weak mind. But then he said something about like a
mind like mine, right, because they because there's been parallels
the entire time, is the way Henry dressed when he
(23:36):
was a little boy, the calling him a sensitive child,
calling him different, like all of these I've never felt
like I belonged all of these different things that Vecna
Henry experienced specifically, not Vecna Henry and Will experienced. And
then yeah, they are kind of the same person, but
they're the same person, it turns out.
Speaker 4 (23:57):
And this is they're a.
Speaker 1 (24:02):
We'll get into theory territory, but like a puppet master thing.
But I loved that during that time we had Vecna
coming out in the silhouette coming out while we find
out who was in the tank and uh, all all
tied up by Sarah Connor over in the lab in
(24:23):
the upside down. Yeah, shout out to Linda Hamilton.
Speaker 2 (24:26):
By the way, I was thinking to myself, I wonder
if Paul Hayman is gonna pop up somewhere who is like, yeah,
I really thought, I really thought.
Speaker 3 (24:40):
If we're gonna pick it would have been great, like
the Netflix pulling their w W E strings, like really
bringing those guys.
Speaker 2 (24:48):
Not impossible, you're recording. Maybe I just worked myself into.
Speaker 1 (24:52):
Cody Road is gonna show up as a as as
some marine or it'll be seth Rollins till he can
finally be a marine in a movie like you cast
to be because a falcon and Winter soldier.
Speaker 4 (25:02):
But got cut? Isn't that the one? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (25:04):
Thanks, Yeah, yeah, we'll get us back here to stranger things.
I got us to deviate and now we are back George,
We're gonna kick it back to you on this one
biggest surprise of volume one.
Speaker 3 (25:20):
So there's two. There's the big Switcheroo obviously, with eight
being the one in the tank, which again I gotta
save some stuff for theory corner because I don't know
how her power set initially ties in, especially in the
upside down. But I think the second one, the biggest,
(25:44):
like is will like just going off on some demogorgans,
like uh, just absolutely annihilating or everyone, like tapping into
the hive mind and gaining control. Uh again kind of
pre production meeting we're talking about, like they made Will
(26:07):
kind of seem like not a throwaway, but like a
very soft character. And then being told like no, you
need to embrace yourself by Robin is what really unlocks
it for him, Like I really like, uh that scene
and to also end on him like were just wiping
(26:27):
the blood away, like you know, he's ready to now
he's ready to go to war.
Speaker 4 (26:33):
Yeah what a moment. Yeah, yeah, yeah, same it.
Speaker 1 (26:39):
I mean it was masterful that that moment has to
be the biggest surprise, right, like that's the one. But
but outside of that, I gotta say, uh, the biggest
surprise for me. And as you were speaking to you,
I had an idea. I was like, that might be
it might be theory territory.
Speaker 4 (26:55):
I don't down here, flesh wall.
Speaker 1 (27:00):
Okay, we'll come back to that later. So the Upside
Down has helicopters. That's that's the part that I got me.
I was like, wait a second, Like we know that
they have vehicles. We don't have all this stuff. I
also think that the Upside Down because it you know,
if it was created, and it was either created, we
(27:23):
still don't know who created it.
Speaker 4 (27:24):
We think it's eleven.
Speaker 1 (27:25):
We don't know for sure because eleven created the gate,
but we don't know if eleven created the actual flipped
version of Hawkins in nineteen eighty three, or if something
else entirely did that we aren't seen yet, because Will did.
Nancy saw a vision of a giant monster thing. Will
made a painting of a giant monster thing, a three
(27:46):
headed dragon, like the main bad guy in Dungeons and Dragons.
I guess to me that's still mind flare, but I
don't know.
Speaker 4 (27:53):
It might not be.
Speaker 1 (27:55):
It could be something else entirely. I have absolutely no
idea what to exp back there. For all I know
that flesh wall thing is the cocoon for whatever giant
monster thing is going to come out, and that's what
that is.
Speaker 4 (28:07):
But it's that the upside Down has got helicopters.
Speaker 1 (28:11):
They're doing all kinds of military operations in the upside Down,
which tracks these people are lunatics. But I think right now,
like there's a lot of other surprises Max being in
whatever alternate alternate reality that is, they're all they're inside
a Vecna's mind, which means Holly's probably all tied up
(28:32):
with that like tube thing that Will had in his mouth.
We don't know where Will got his powers, if they
were innate and it had nothing to do with what
Vecna did or a Vecta's given those kids' powers so
you can make a powered army to fight the powered
army on the other side.
Speaker 4 (28:49):
I don't know, but man, like, just the upside down.
Speaker 1 (28:54):
Having like full operations happening inside of it versus just
being near a gate was kind of a surprise to me.
Shouldn't have been, but it was a big surprise to me.
Speaker 2 (29:07):
My biggest surprise is that no one from the ensemble
cast perished during volume one, because there were multiple instances
where I thought, okay, let's start with Hopper. I don't
know if you guys felt this way, but I was
incredibly concerned about him. I did not think this was
going to pump fit territory. I thought, oh no, he's
(29:27):
going to be the first one. He's going to be
the first one out of here. And then near the
end of episode four of volume one, of course we
get Will. I did not see that turn coming where
he would be as powerful as ever I thought with
the montage of his childhood memories. Oh Okay, this is
how this is the big moment that is going to
be our last impression of this show until Christmas. I
(29:49):
thought it was going to be the death of Will Buyers.
For it to be the opposite of that, not only
was I incredibly happy, but I was so surprised by this. Guys.
I thought for sure this was going to be it
for someone never to be seen again. But it wasn't.
And I'm quite glad I was wrong.
Speaker 1 (30:07):
Maybe it's the Star Wars of it all. Maybe this
is a new hope and then this part two is
going to be Empire and we're not gonna end with
a happy a happy feeling, or in a good taste
in their mouths. I mean, I have a feeling stranger
things is gonna ruin Christmas, is what I think.
Speaker 2 (30:20):
So well, yeah, I have I have theories. I mean,
someone's going to get out of here. I just yeah,
for sure, I have theories on the order of who's
most likely. I am just grateful, since this week is
all about this past week's all about gratitude. I am
grateful that everyone by and large is is still here,
minus you know, dozens of guards, army men, and you
(30:41):
know some other people, but the ensemble cast, ensemble cast
still with us. I'm grateful for that, all right, guess oh.
Speaker 4 (30:50):
Yeah, go ahead.
Speaker 1 (30:51):
I was just trying to fill a buster because it
got quiet.
Speaker 4 (30:53):
Go ahead.
Speaker 2 (30:55):
I remember when they tell you in teaching in uh,
in teacher school, quiet is good. I'm still learning the
value in that sometimes like no, but there's got to
be sound, there's got.
Speaker 4 (31:04):
To bed was the exact opposite of that.
Speaker 1 (31:09):
Yeah, dead air is bad in in theater, in podcasting
and all that just dead silence.
Speaker 2 (31:18):
Okay, well we will fill that potential silence by addressing
our last category, Georgia Merrow, who is your standout performer
or stand out performers from volume one?
Speaker 3 (31:33):
So standout performer I would say is Dustin again embracing
the whole health fire club and then taking on the
bullies and everything like that, also like getting getting his
teeth kicked in, but also holding his own in a
little bit. And I don't know, I'm a sucker for Murray.
(31:57):
I always like Murray's character. He's so fun like yeah,
and he's like the smuggler now and like gets them
exactly what they want, which is always funny like, and
presents it to him as gifts and your Murray clause,
which I thought was great, Like I remember hearing someone
(32:22):
it was recently too, like it might have been wrestling
or in acting. Actually I think it was acting. It
was snl like one of the performers was saying, like,
it's not necessarily the number of lines you get, it's
what you do with those lines, like you have to
make them count.
Speaker 2 (32:41):
Yeah, and opportunities.
Speaker 3 (32:44):
You maximize your opportunity without taking away from anyone else,
especially in like an ensemble kind of cast, like or
an ensemble movie or whatever you're doing, you can't take
away from other people because like to prop yourself up
where I think Murray does, like does that so well
(33:05):
where it's his moment when he's on screen, he's so
funny like when he gets the chance to do it,
but he doesn't take away from everyone else.
Speaker 2 (33:14):
Right right, Yeah, well said. And there are so many
characters and so many characters that we root for. I
love your I love your pick. Yes, maximizing your minutes.
Many characters did that.
Speaker 1 (33:26):
Okay, I'm gonna say for for for I'll do one
for character, one for actor performers is characters. I gotta
I'm gonna shout out Derek Turnbo. I'm gonna I'm gonna
shout him out. Our our new favorite cap Ti I
guess now newist anyway.
Speaker 4 (33:47):
Uh he was.
Speaker 1 (33:47):
He was a lot of fun as a character, or
he is hopefully hopefully not was. But I gotta say
the one that always feels it for me, because it
has since season two. I think when she finally had
some lines, it's gotta be Erica Sinclair.
Speaker 4 (34:05):
Erica is the best. She is my favorite.
Speaker 1 (34:09):
They gave us like an absolute like Silence of the
Lambs moment with Erica where she took down the whole
family with a smile, casually wiped the pie Hoffer off
of her dress that I told you to eat that
pie and then it just gets a syringe and jams
it into her neck. All just unhinged behavior, and she
did it mechanically, methodically, and that's sort of how she's
(34:31):
always operated. She's probably the smartest person in the entire group.
She's certainly the most like motivated when it's like this
is the process, here at the steps, I will make
that happen. She's perfect in that way. I'm gonna shout
out Erica for that. But I gotta give it for
Nell Fisher. Nell Fisher has blown me away as an actress.
Speaker 4 (34:55):
She plays Holly.
Speaker 1 (34:56):
I think Holly is a brand new character that we
we are only invested in simply because we've seen her
in like side shots.
Speaker 4 (35:05):
Usually holding mom or crying or whatever.
Speaker 1 (35:08):
Because the season one and all the seasons preceding this
it was played by a different character. But now that
you know, she's a little older and has a heavier
duty acting thing. I don't know what the never know
with like child actors, like what the decision is on
those maybe maybe the kids aged out.
Speaker 4 (35:25):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (35:26):
But Nell playing playing Holly for this has been remarkable.
She's an incredible actress. I thought she has crushed it.
Her chemistry with everybody has been great, especially obviously Max
so far.
Speaker 4 (35:40):
But I just I.
Speaker 1 (35:40):
Thought all of that was was was great. So I'm
gonna shout out Nell Fisher for that one.
Speaker 2 (35:45):
There are two names that come to mind for me. First,
Millie Bobby Brown playing Eleven. I think the way that
she's this kind of to George's point, the way she's
transitioned from more of a respectfully a role player versus
being the top star.
Speaker 4 (36:02):
Of the show.
Speaker 2 (36:03):
I think will Is kind of ascended, at least for
volume one as being the main character we're focusing on,
for her to kind of be more of an auxiliary role,
although still essential to the crew. I thought she's killed
it going into the season. I don't know about you guys,
but I wondered, Okay, how believable is it that they're
still so young and they're still in school because these
are these are grown people now it's been a minute
(36:26):
since we last saw them. That was not a worry
for me at all. Once the episodes got going, especially
with Millie Bobby Brown, I thought the way she's transitioned
has been has been seamless, so big shout out to her.
Brad mentioned this guy, and I'm glad that he did
not choose him because I want to speak about the
great Dereck Turnbo. He was my standout performer for this
(36:48):
I love his arc going from school blow key school bully,
high key school bully to be in the character that
I rooted for the hardest. By the end of episode four,
delightful Derek. It was an incredible turn. The lines were
hidden every time for me. He's funny, he's charismatic, he's
(37:08):
uh he's brass. He's confident, like brash, That's what I'm
looking for, Not brass, he's confident. He just he was
such a great addition. I was looking back at the posts.
Speaker 1 (37:17):
Brass, he's got some brass balls, man like he fought
all these bigger people like that.
Speaker 3 (37:22):
That.
Speaker 2 (37:22):
Yeah, he cursed his occasionally. Yeah. And I was looking
back at the posters. So not only do we get
the aforementioned Holly that you spoke so eloquently about brad actress,
I think he said, now Fisher is her name. She
killed it, But Holly's on there. I looked, and Derek
sure is there as well. So it's interesting that now, Oh,
I didn't realize. Some of the smaller faces on the
(37:43):
poster are the people who really stood out to me
as being new to the cast and just being a
phenomenal fit. And Derek Turnbo is at the top of
my list. I just I love seeing him, and there's
something about just the the absurdity of his character, with
the with the cursing, with the confidence. It really worked
(38:04):
for me. Do I think he's gonna live by the
end of the season, No, I do not, But I
think we have to enjoy him while we have him here.
Speaker 6 (38:11):
Wow, I think I'm not I'm not wishing that. I'm
not wishing that on him, but I'm just I'm just
trying to that's crazy, I think. I mean in Fairness.
Speaker 1 (38:24):
In Fairness, Max had to relive an eleven and Henry
memory of just dead kids on there is Yeah, I.
Speaker 2 (38:32):
Think he's here for a good time, not a long time.
You guys, just spark something in me and then and
then then I'll pass the baton or pass the virtual mike.
Speaker 6 (38:39):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (38:39):
Henry also right for him to come back, for him
to be the mister what's it? That was also really
well done. And for him to be this menacing presence. Yeah,
for him to be this menacing presence in these final
few episodes of the volume, that also worked really well
for me. I think the actor also plays the role well.
(39:00):
But Derek Turnbo, he just he maximizes minutes and he's
my pick here.
Speaker 4 (39:05):
Yeah, well, guys, befall that. Ye have you guys seen
have you seen Polter Gut?
Speaker 3 (39:12):
I've seen Walter, guys, not two.
Speaker 1 (39:15):
So two is my pick for one of the scarier movies.
But the way that Henry is portrayed, he's wearing the
hat reminds me so much of the old man in
Polter Guys too. If you know, you know, let me
know in the comments, if you've seen this, if you understand,
because I feel like I am onto something there, the
way he walks, the presence, just all of it, trying
(39:38):
to gaslight these kids into going come with me.
Speaker 4 (39:41):
It'll be better here.
Speaker 1 (39:42):
Just come with me, all of it, just every bit
of it anyway, Tyler working for you.
Speaker 2 (39:48):
Yeah, no, No. Before we get to theory corner, guys,
I want to give a shout out to our audience.
We want to know what you have thought of season
five thus far, specifically volume one. Of course, we also
want to know your theories, which the guys will get
into here in just a moment. Again, hit us up,
let us know here in the comments on YouTube, if
you're watching us there, or follow us at gipod nineteen
across the social spaces, and let us know your observations,
(40:11):
your takeaways, and again your theories. I do want to
give a shout out, gentlemen, to two of our audience
members who sent their thoughts to us. We're going to
start with Ashley Kirk. Shout out to Ashley Ashley replied
to us on Instagram and said, and I quote, Okay,
so I wrote a long explanation on each of the
four episodes and all the things that I loved and
(40:31):
all the Easter eggs that I noticed, and then it
got deleted. It was good until it wasn't, so, she says,
So all I'm gonna say is that it was some
of the best television I've ever seen in my entire life.
Go ahead, Ashley, and if you ever need a guest
talk about Stranger Things, she says, I could literally talk
about it for hours. You just wait. Actually, yes, we
would love to have you on. And she did mention
(40:52):
that she's so excited to hear our thoughts. Thank you
for sharing, Ashley, and then also big shout out to
Amaya Shelton. Let's go Maya. She wrote, shocking will at
the end of the episode. I'm sorry at the end
of episode four was just shocking, Like who would have thought?
Couldn't agree with you more, Amaya, thank you so much
for sharing your pov. Okay, guys, it is now time
(41:16):
for the aforementioned theory corner. We've teased it and here
we are. George is ready, George, I'm gonna kick it
to you. What are your predictions for volume two and beyond?
Speaker 3 (41:28):
So this has come up like in post watching or
kind of spoilers that came up, Like in my viewing
experience throughout the whole thing that the teacher hit, the
subject matter that he goes over usually ties into the
season somehow, And he was talking about wormholes this time.
Speaker 4 (41:50):
Yep, So I know what you're gonna say.
Speaker 3 (41:54):
I saw too, Yeah, getting the well, it's like they're
gonna try to get the upside down here. But I
also know total for me, we were saying like how
they parallel how Stranger Things likes to parallel other movies
or grabbed from other things. I don't know about you,
(42:14):
but for me, this is totally off like what they've
done before, where like very eighties nostalgic kind of movies
that they try to mimic. To me, I keep getting
the Matrix vibes because it's like will becoming like the
one or I don't know if you ever watched them,
(42:36):
but the batteries, like that's what the humans are. They
are batteries to these machines. I think the children that
need to be stolen on a battery for the mind
Flare to be able to open up that portal wormhole
to come over to like our universe. Like, that's why
he needs twelve specifically. And again I think Brad's mentioned
(43:01):
this before. I think the biggest twist is coming in
the second in part two that Vecna gets defeated, mind
Flare comes on and Vecna was just kind of a
puppet too, That's why he has a prison, like a
mind prison. He Uh, you don't put yourself into a
(43:26):
locked box and thrown away. Someone does that to you.
So I think the mind Flair has been running this
whole thing the entire time Vecna has been doing his business.
Vecna is harvesting these kids for him so that he
can make his like full return from not the upside Down,
but from ah, what is it?
Speaker 1 (43:48):
Uh the universe x or X, which which is an
entirely separate thing right like we don't.
Speaker 3 (43:57):
That's where I think the more wormhole, not the port
not the portals, because Dema Gorgans can open portals like
between the upside down. This needs to be like a
wormhole that can uh, Like, maybe the upside down is
an in between wormhole, not quite the full fledged thing.
But he needs something to pull him over. So that's
(44:21):
my big theory. Also, my big theory is, I know
we were talking about it, not all characters make it out.
And to go along with my theme of like the matrix,
Will is like, I feel like his days are numbered
on this show. He showed out this episode four, but
(44:41):
I feel like he's gonna be gone by the end
of this season. It's gonna be like a big heroic gesture.
In my theory, it's going to be like an act
of both saving his mom and Mike, and there's gonna
be a confession of love between Mike and Or but
for Will to Mike before he does it.
Speaker 1 (45:03):
Yeah, they've been they've been teasing that jealousy angle for
a while, right like that. Yeah, that's that's kind of
I agree with you there. So one of the things
that surprised me, and maybe you didn't see the thing
that I saw, but I saw somebody take the teacher's
drawing of the wormhole.
Speaker 4 (45:20):
Did you see this?
Speaker 1 (45:21):
So, so he drew the wormhole on a board and
it kind of created these outer concentric rings with an
inner shape that's sort of you know, thinner hourglass shaped,
and it's exactly the same shape that Will drew that
looks like the mind flare, but it's the shape of
the wormhole drying that he drew in season one or
two when they were talking about wormholes. And I don't
(45:45):
know what that means yet, but it's obviously related. But
I agree with you. I think it's only the size
of Hawkins and that's why there's a wall around it.
Speaker 4 (45:54):
Dustin calculated that.
Speaker 1 (45:55):
And it was like, I only think it goes so far,
and they've never really tried to go outside of that area,
so why wouldn't they think it only goes so far?
But I know that there's the campaign parallel at the
beginning of season four where they were fighting Vector in
D and D. They did a role they couldn't get it.
(46:17):
They rolled I think.
Speaker 4 (46:18):
A twelve.
Speaker 1 (46:21):
If you have eleven, and you said that Will is
probably the one. So all of the times that like
we're leaving the Shire, we're going to Mordor, there's all
these Lord of the Rings parallels, all these Lord of
the Rings references. I think one of my theories is
Will is Gandalf the White in this scenario, He's the
true one and Henry was supposed to be. He was
(46:45):
the original one, but he saw Ramon in this situation
where he became something perverted that wasn't supposed to be,
and then out of that the true White Wizard, the
good Wizard out of all of this, or the good
Sorcerer in this case is actually Will. He's the actual one,
the one that needs to be there. They tried to
roll to be Vecta. They needed a twenty to win, right,
(47:08):
the twenty was gonna do it. They rolled the twelve.
That's eleven plus one. You got twelve. What do you
need to get to twenty? You need eight? And they
just unlocked her. So I think we have all of
these now to win. I'm sure there's references there. They're
big on numbers.
Speaker 4 (47:24):
Okay. The wall, I don't know what's going on there.
I had a good thought. It's gone.
Speaker 1 (47:30):
I even wrote it down. I wrote flesh wall. I
can't even remember what it was for now.
Speaker 4 (47:34):
It's just I think you even said earlier in the yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1 (47:38):
I just can't remember what it was for it was. Yeah,
it's definitely gone. But I had an idea. But what
the wall was it'll come back to me probably later,
probably too late. So I have I have a brief
summarye for those that don't have time or never read
A Wrinkle in Time. So Meg is the main essential
(47:58):
character in here and and her and brother are trapped
in the in camisotes and the brother has been controlled
by whatever it is, this dark force. So Meg escapes
campusites by using her love for her brother, Charles Wallace
to break him free from the control of it. While
Megan initially struggles against its mental pressure, she realizes she
(48:21):
has an advantage. She possesses love and emotion that it,
being a force of evil and conformity, cannot understand or withstand.
By intensely focusing on her love for Charles, she frees
him and they escape together along with their father and Calvin.
I think that this is going to be the Lucas Max.
We're going to get you there, That's how they're going
to escape. But she's going to help Holly get out through.
Speaker 4 (48:40):
That same means.
Speaker 1 (48:42):
And I mean they always do this, They always make
the reference and they parallel that reference. Finally, I don't
think it's anything. I just really wanted to say shout
out to Shout out to Bob.
Speaker 4 (48:55):
Man Hero season two. Bob's a superhero.
Speaker 1 (48:59):
We got one tiny Bob reference this season so far,
and they've been doing a good job of trying to keep.
Speaker 4 (49:04):
That up in all the seasons.
Speaker 1 (49:05):
I think it was Dustin talking about the plan and
going easy peasy, and that made me super happy when
I heard that, because I was.
Speaker 4 (49:11):
Like, what a great Bob shout.
Speaker 1 (49:14):
I'm with you, though, I think Will dies, but we
know that. Okay, final thought, and then I'll toss with
to you, Tyler. I don't taken up a lot of
time here, but I had a lot of theories. We
saw a Vecta kind of resurrect a bunch of dead
demic organs, right, Okay, so we have so we have
to assume that Vecta's power then is the ability to
(49:38):
control the dead or resurrect the dead. I don't think
we've seen the last of Eddie Monson. Wow. But I'm
not saying that he's gonna come back as like Eveletti either,
because Effecta has that power and Will's the same.
Speaker 4 (49:53):
I'm just saying. I'm just saying that's all I got.
Speaker 2 (49:58):
Wow.
Speaker 4 (49:59):
I don't think we gonna see Blob.
Speaker 2 (50:02):
Okay, but if we do.
Speaker 1 (50:04):
In Max's head or a flashback or something, Yeah, I'm Okay,
I'm like, I'd be fine with a Billy reference. I
don't think Billy's getting resurrected.
Speaker 4 (50:10):
Wow, yeah, this.
Speaker 2 (50:12):
Is giving me Volume three vibes. Maybe that is to come.
All right, guys, I have one major theory here. I
love I love what you guys mentioned so thorough. I'm
thinking about everything you said. I cannot shake the feeling
that Will Buyers isn't the only member of the Buyers
(50:32):
family who is not long for this world or any
of the worlds that we're seeing. I think miss Buyers.
I think Joyce Buyers is going to perish, not only
during the season, but in volume two. So if we're
gonna lead into if we're gonna I know, I know,
if we're gonna lead into volume three with all cards
(50:53):
on the table, you know what can really just give
Will the extra motivation to alongside Eleven and the entire
crew take down Vekna or take down the mind flare.
I think it's gonna be the end or the death
of his mom of Joyce Spyers, played by the phenomenal
Winona Ryder. I think these are the last episodes we're
(51:15):
gonna see her in volume two.
Speaker 1 (51:18):
I'm gonna I'm gonna double I'm gonna double down on
him because I think I think I think Will.
Speaker 2 (51:24):
I think I think Will is too obvious at this point.
I think it's gonna be his Mom.
Speaker 1 (51:28):
No, I think you're right. I think Mom is gonna
bite it. And I think we're gonna have to wait
until that last episode for Will to bring her back. Wow,
And then well, yeah, yeah, I still think I love
the love the sacrifice, but he's gonna save everybody he
can and uh go out guns of blazing, and who knows,
(51:50):
Maybe maybe that's not it. Maybe it's gonna end on
a cliffhanger. Maybe Will evaporates the way that eleven did
at the end of the first season by by closing
the gates and stuff, and maybe from there on we
get a flash forward and it's the search for Will
Buyers begins and that's what their next mission is and
who knows?
Speaker 2 (52:08):
Who can say it sounds like we are in agreement
though that and maybe this is kind of a hot
button debate online with this particular show. I think with
the show like Stranger Things, some main characters we root
for have to perish by the end of this. Would
you guys agree?
Speaker 4 (52:24):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (52:25):
People.
Speaker 2 (52:25):
Yeah, I think people have to. I just wonder if
Will is too obvious at this point and kill him
in earlier on.
Speaker 4 (52:33):
I think you have to have stakes otherwise.
Speaker 1 (52:36):
But but like they they made me care about side
characters real quick with Karon its head like real quick.
So yeah, I think, uh, I think they did a
good job setting up that nobody is safe just right
away where but they lived. But they're they're they're in
(52:57):
the uh you know, they're in the er and they are.
Speaker 4 (53:04):
I don't know, Ted's Ted's house.
Speaker 1 (53:06):
Ted worse off than Karen right now. I'm not really
sure what's going on there. Ted's a big baby. I
guess Karen had her larynx crushed. Ted got tossed into
another room. It looked like I mean, he got slashed up,
but he like and he's got thrown aside. Karen got carved,
like just carved up, and and she was a hammered
So maybe that's what kept her alive.
Speaker 2 (53:27):
I don't know, she's a gangster. Yeah, she went out.
She went out completely on her shield. Guys, this would
not be an episode of gimmick infringement if we did
not close with one simple question, what did we miss?
I want to give you my list, then we'll kick
it to you George, and then we'll close with Brad.
I have a few thoughts, but really more so winners
from volume one that I want to share with you
(53:49):
and hear what you think. Okay. My first winner from
volume one, Dad's strength. When we saw Jim Hopper every time,
I just believe that he can conquer or anyone. He's
got that Dad strength, He's got that heroism of Dad's strength.
Was a big, big winner for me, and he's still
alive as we enter volume two. I'm very excited about this.
(54:10):
My second winner, Kate Bush nineteen eighty five's running up
that hill. I love it the same way I did
the first time I heard it, and it was played
several times during volume one. I need more of it.
Shout out Kate Bush, and shout out to that phenomenal song. Next,
describing field trips as learning expeditions, I'm gonna start using that.
Speaker 4 (54:35):
Yeah, I like that. I had the same reaction. Yeah,
I like that.
Speaker 2 (54:39):
I like I like that a whole lot. Sticking with
the school theme, I wanted to tailor this to the
two gentlemen I'm with. Sticking with the school theme one more.
I have two total Jan Sport backpacks. Big winner for me.
So not only were they the backpack of choice for
kids in the eighties, but they still have the market
corner today. Has Jan Sport just been run the game
(55:01):
since backpacks were invented? All the cool kids have gens like, yeah,
it feels like it feels.
Speaker 3 (55:06):
Like it does and high school I added Jam Sport
like three years in a row, and it was the
same Jan Sports. Yeah, like the longevity of them.
Speaker 2 (55:15):
Yeah, yeah, there you go. All my crushes had Jan Sports. Yeah,
it's it's it's a thing. My final winner fellas phallic humor,
phallic humor just tunnel, my goodness, but they were the Yeah,
the tunnel and you have a bunch of majors.
Speaker 1 (55:34):
Yeah, right, like it just it makes it's kind of
shocking it hasn't been more of it considering it's a
bunch of teenage boys, like, yeah, that was It worked.
Speaker 2 (55:43):
It worked in the eighties, it works now. Not saying
I want to hear that in the classroom, but for
this television show for entertainment, Uh, when it's used so sparingly,
it can be very effective. George, what did we miss
any final notes, final thoughts.
Speaker 3 (55:57):
So I think we missed a big one. And you'll
notice by the hat that I am adorning this episode
for those viewing on YouTube. The biggest winner I think
of the weekend it was the University of Arizona Wildcats
beating as U up North and handily in my opinion,
(56:22):
Like second half was our half. And Stokes, I mean
absolutely mossing a dude.
Speaker 4 (56:29):
That was great.
Speaker 3 (56:30):
That was unbelievable.
Speaker 2 (56:32):
Over the and they're doing the head top at celebration, yes.
Speaker 3 (56:36):
And that like I feel like in being a part
of that culture, like with football and everything. It's overused,
but that is the definition of a HEADTP right there. Guys,
watch that and that is a head top.
Speaker 2 (56:51):
It gave me. It gave me NFL Street vibes. You
guys remember that video game. I think Rickey Williams was
on one of the covers.
Speaker 4 (56:57):
Yep mm hmm.
Speaker 2 (56:58):
Yeah, it gave me those popes. Bear down. It's a
great victory. The Cup is back into song. Yes, Brad,
what do we miss.
Speaker 4 (57:05):
My favorite football team? Yeah, definitely not.
Speaker 1 (57:10):
I thought it was tonight and then you said it
and I was like, I thought it is about more
than twenty Nope, I can live with that. I'll take
the alle you know, five years straight or whatever it was,
I'll take that. I don't really have a lot. There's
there's probably a million things I'll say the I could
(57:31):
say we didn't talk about the Thanksgiving Day Parade enough
for me, but only because I had to watch it
a lot. And my Pistons win streak was snapped. But
after after thirteen straight wins they were out of going
into yesterday, I think fifteen to two. That's that's incredible.
So I'm high on life right now. But I think
(57:54):
they dropped another one, so I'm a little a little down.
Speaker 4 (57:58):
We'll starting to get a.
Speaker 1 (57:59):
Little concerned, but I have hope that they'll turn it around.
They're still a very good team. They're still an incredibly
young team, so excited about that. In terms of Stranger
Things and Netflix and all the other stuff that got
going on, I think we missed a ton of I'm
gonna go do our rewatch.
Speaker 2 (58:18):
Just like that.
Speaker 4 (58:19):
I love it.
Speaker 2 (58:20):
I'm not mad.
Speaker 3 (58:21):
Yeah, we'll have notes for the next time.
Speaker 4 (58:22):
Yep, absolutely, yep, we sure will.
Speaker 2 (58:26):
