Tutti conoscono la statura politica di Giacomo Matteotti, che ne ha determinato la tragica fine. Meno noto è invece il suo impegno in ambito giuridico. Questo è “Giustizia e società contemporanea – Sulle orme di Giacomo Matteotti penalista”, un podcast in cinque puntate che vuole promuovere lo studio dell’opera di Matteotti giurista e penalista, dandogli nuova attualità sul piano scientifico e sociale, in stretto dialogo con la storia. Questo podcast è stato realizzato dalle studentesse e dagli studenti della Spring School del Centro Macrocrimes, del Dipartimento di Giurisprudenza dell’Università di Ferrara, in occasione delle celebrazioni del centenario dell’assassinio di Giacomo Matteotti.
