The twelfth, and if a lot of you did not know,
April is a word this month for a number of things,
and actually April twelfth is a National Donate Life, Blue
and Green Day, so they encourage people to wear green,

thank you, or are blue to engage in sharing the
donate life message and promoting the importance of registering as
an organ, eye and tissue donor, which is very important.
A lot of people don't like to donate their organs.
Oh well don't like to we become registered to donate

their organs. But then at the same time, we have
so many people of all colors coming up missing, especially blacks,
and it just makes you wonder when they encourage it
so much about registering to donate. It's an eye opener,
you know, people coming up missing never being found, and

a it's an organ list out here that tells you
how much everything is worth, how much your heart is worth,
how much your eyeball it's worth.

But also April first through the thirtieth is National Stress
Awareness Month. Stress is a silent killer, as we all know,
so it's we have to try to learn different techniques

It's breathing techniques, whatever, what is your coping mechanism? Because
for me, I need to be outside. I need to
be out and about around people, listening to music. People

don't do it for me. For some people that it
does it for them. For some people, being sleep at
five six o'clock PM does it for them, not for me.

for the parents, for the people that take car of
autistic kids and adults. You know, it's so much in April,
Like I didn't even know some of these things. You know,
they also have April first through the seventies, National Public

Health Week April first through the thirtieth, also Parkinson Awareness.
I don't personally know anyone with Parkinson's, you know, I
hear about it on the TV and different celebrities that
have it, but or had it.

But a friend of mine, his father had it, ended
up having it mm and died from it. Okay, yeah,
But other than that, I don't know anybody.

be just wondering, like certain illness that come on for
people later in life, by when they get into their thirties, forties, fifties,
and now all of a sudden, you major diabetic, You

You have a heart problems. I mean at a young age.
I just lost on one of my alumnis. You know,

because of karma in a sense, because karma could.

all the notebooks, papers and pencil So we said, hey,
let's do something different.

nobody look out for the college students. So we purchased
laundry baskets and filled them up with a number of
taller trees, cleaning supplies, and condoms. Even what's it called

You know, we still have their little notebooks and discords,

We purchased the Excel being sheets for the college students
because they need help as well.

Kids Children's Hospital, as y'all sing. All these baskets were
purchased items, all purchased by US.

Baskets made. This year we had gay back to Quaran
Nun Glenn and for Kids. This was twenty nineteen.

We made and donated well about fifty Easter baskets.

the homeless, clothing the homeless, look stuff like the adopted
families for Christmas.

Was like, hey, how about you'll help out seniors they
came for it to go to prom.

So what we do is I would reach out.

We'll put schools in a hat to choose from where
it's county. We either gonna do a county school or
a city school, and we'll choose the school. I contact
the counselor, asked them to nominate two or three seniors
that they know actually needs help.

Because usually counselors know and they made it happen.

But this young man untended best shine. This was our
first prom. He went right in. We went to a
number of stores, but he got what he wanted and
we were very very happy.

He was very happy. Yes, but that was our first
male prom. This young lady was our first female that
we sponsored to prom and she went to Normandy High School.

keeping up his grain and trying to work, because hey,

Now, this is one year we adopted a family and
speaking of our artism Awareness month this month, this family
actually had two artistic kids and we was able to
get them everything on their list. We don't just buy
the kids when we adopt families, the whole household, even

She let me just let me get some fries, say,
last got that coming, And we got him a nice
loud pack. You hear me like, straight up, you keep

We go down and feed the homeless. We used to
collect waterproof mats that the R team used to make
out at Saint Clair Hospital and feeding. They would donate

team out in Saint Clair Hospital. They used to make
these nice waterproof mats for homeless to sleep on, and

they were donated to us. Donate a lot though, and
when we go outfeed the homeless, we will give them
a couple.

And they eat good when we go out and feed
them because we cook, you know what I'm saying. Sometimes
we'll purchased stuff and we still purchase stuff like they
haven't had before. It's not the same on dollar MacDonald sandwiches,
dollar Burger king, Uh, char bro sandwiches, burgers and stuff. Nah,
they eat chicken and noodles, comb bread. You gonna eat

with us, you know what I'm saying. We need barbecue
for the homeless before. Hey, they they eat chili hm hm.
They have a snack bag with fruit other shit in
their juice and water because you gotta think, yeah, water

there giving them baloney sandwiches and a fry and a
burger and water bottle, nah, I mean that's cool, But
come on now and switch it up a little bit.
We'd have been down there when the Q dolls that
came out hung servant gumbo.
