for the kids.

Speaker 7 (20:34):
Yeah, he doing you asking are they doing it for
the kids?

Speaker 11 (20:38):

him other than doing it?

Speaker 7 (20:43):
Are you doing anything else other than for the kids,
like you're talking about for us to train?

Speaker 11 (20:51):
Yeah, why is what he do so important to him
other than doing it for the kids.

Speaker 7 (20:58):
Oh, he's saying, why is what you important to you?

Speaker 3 (21:01):
Okay? Uh?

Speaker 12 (21:02):
Like I said, I grew up in a uh you
know neighborhood where we fought and uh I uh got
into some you know, some situations coming up in my
uh around the time. So I decided to since I
lost what I had, I decided to you know, pass
it to the kids. And I gotta Uh I got
a love for boxing, and uh you know, of course,

(21:24):
uh I didn't got a little older than and can't
compete no more. And another thing is I've seen kids
come up under me in my neighborhood that didn't have
the best of what, you know, some things I didn't have,
and I decided to, uh want to make a change,
and that uh give give the kids what they really need,
you know, like support and you know, a backbone, someone

(21:46):
to lean on. And they actually keep me healthy, keep
me saying, and you know, keep me out of trouble
as well too. So you know, That's why I dedicate
my life to the uh the boxing game, man, and
uh comeing up the reason I wanted. I got a
chance to gravitate towards you know, looking out for the youth. Because,

(22:07):
like I said, my brother Derreck Calvin a lot. You
might hear me speak on him a lot because he
did a lot for me as well when I was
coming up under him as a youth. And uh, he
put me in position to you know, do what give
me give put me in position to give kids something
that I never had, you know. So it's it's it's

(22:27):
a real it's a real big thing for me.

Speaker 14 (22:29):
Man.

Speaker 3 (22:30):
You know, I know a lot of people be talking
about this.

Speaker 12 (22:32):
Uh you know, you know, I ain't gonna say a lot,
but you know you have you do have people that
talk about it, and uh but I don't.

Speaker 3 (22:42):
We ain't talking about it, man.

Speaker 12 (22:43):
It's facts like we we we we at Dale would
Recreation Center. We hands on with these kids, man, were
talking to these kids. Kids got personal numbers like like
kids could call me, me and the coaches and you
know everybody, Uh if they need some smallest of sandwich

Speaker 13 (39:56):
An event, just reach out to us.

Speaker 7 (39:58):
I mean, I'm not sure if you real familiar with
the show, but gloves off with TBG. TBG stands for
True Bad Girls. That's also our nonprofit organization and we've
been doing that for ten years now as of April
this year. Yeah. Yeah, you go now on Facebook, you
can look up our like page. It's about to say
gloves it's true Bad Girls are truly blessed. That's our

(40:22):
life page where anybody can look us up and you
can go through and see pictures and posts like this.
Everything we've done over the last ten years. And we
don't do just one particular thing. We be busy, we
bouncing around whatever come to mind. Well we think about it.
I means like, hey, let's do this. Ain't nobody doing this,

(40:43):
So let's do this. You know. Like our biggest project though,
is sponsoring less fortunate high school seniors to their prime.
We take the full low off the single parent. Yeah,
like that was one of that's one of our first
I think, no, our third prime candidate. Yeah, and we
go from county school to CD school, female to male

(41:04):
and like I said, we take the full load off
the parents. All we ask is that they provide transportation,
which sometimes they can't can't, and that's fine. We still
make that happen for him as well.

Speaker 3 (41:14):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (41:15):
Oh yeah, and actually we're going to provide transportation. Oh yeah, yeah, definitely. Yeah.
We was out one. Yeah, we was out on foot
going down the neighborhoods from the north side and the
west side, passing out food and toilet trees everything after
the tornado all that. You know, I didn't want to

(41:36):
set up just at a designated spot because there's too
many yeah free loaders coming. Yeah, yeah, a lot of
people can't because we once found that a lot of
elderly people sitting on their front saying they had ain't
in a day or so, you know. So yeah, so
we got on foot, you know, going down the neighborhoods
and everything from the north side to the west side. Yeah,

(41:59):
you know, Plexus. People forget about the spots in the
cut that really got affected, you know, and everybody don't
have courts, and everybody don't got family or support to
help them out to check on them. So, you know,
it just it makes us feel good. When we started
this ten years ago, we never would have imagined that
we would still.

Speaker 10 (42:19):
Be doing it.

Speaker 3 (42:19):
You know.

Speaker 7 (42:20):
We started out just feeding the home homeless, clothing the homeless.
We actually wanted to be a social club, but it
was just too much going on with their life. Yeah,
it was too much with their mc SC life. So
were like, let's do something meaningful give back. Maybe could
right write all our rooms right hey for real, That's

(42:41):
how we look at it. Like this, this July would
be our second annual back to college school supply giveaway.
So you know last year we started this. No this July, yeah, yeah,
would be our second annual because I kept on saying,
everybody do grade school who looking out for the college students?

(43:04):
They ain't got no money, you know what I'm saying,
They ain't got no money. So we started doing that.
So we passed our over forty basket laundry baskets last year.
We were hoping to do at least double that this year.
And all we asked is that the student bring either
their acceptance letter to the college or they school schedule,

(43:24):
you know.

Speaker 4 (43:25):
Because you know people you know scamming and.

Speaker 3 (43:29):
And that's what that's what's up. A lot of people
ain't doing that.

Speaker 7 (43:32):
Yeah, so we need to know that you going, yeah,
because that stuff ain't Yeah, we don't got no five
on one three C. We do everything out of pockets
and three donations. You know what I'm saying the last
ten years, and when I say we now adopted families,
foster foster homes and everything, making donate easter baskets to

(43:53):
like children's quatnal glenning for kids. Like I said, we
just do whatever come on our mound.

Speaker 3 (43:57):
Pretty much situation started for real out of pocket.

Speaker 7 (44:02):
Yeah, and I ain't got no money, but collectively we
can make it happen.

Speaker 1 (44:10):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 7 (44:12):
Yeah, and people do. Ay, they people because when people
ask you ain't got no five on one like nah,
And at this point it's like it ain't broke, So
what's their the fix? I mean, yeah, that little extra
you know won't hurt. But it's like I'm not gonna
break my back to make that happen because you still

(44:33):
gotta pay for that type stuff exactly exactly. So if
I got to pay two hundred plus to get that,
I can use their money on doing whatever project we
got going on. You see what I'm saying. Make it
makes sense. It's just like the city wants you to
pay them to feed the homeless. Yeah, something that they
shouldn't what I'm not about to do that I'm not about.

Speaker 3 (44:56):
To do that. You know, it's crazy.

Speaker 7 (44:58):
It's all about a dollar. But I then lost the
hub cap on my car because we got menie pie holes.
You know what I'm saying, Nah, little mini sinkholes that
ain't a pie holes no more, they ain't many sinkholes.
Like for real, I'm trying to get Jenny's to pay
reimburse me now for a tire in a rim on
that buzz westfall like you hear me? And I told her, like,

(45:22):
y'all want to keep playing acting like y'all don't know
who own the parking lot. Okay, I'm gonna put your
own blasts on my podcast. And she's like, well, you're
the only person that has reported I know you lying
to me. I said, that's on now, that's on him
because I'm reporting it. Gay, I bet I'll be calling
mot on the highway. I'm in between seventy y'all got

(45:43):
a piehole on the highway because that's the only way, yay,
Because that's the only way they gonna reimburse you if
it's already been reported, you know what I'm saying, And that,
like Tibody, you're the only one that reported use a
line and email if I am right first, just wait
until I put your own blasts and see how many
other people start coming up with. That just shows her man,

(46:03):
I got so many pictures them. Like I said, they

taken away their creativity, right, it just has to go
along with the thing, you know. So for Thanksgiving, this
is gonna be our second one. We're doing this year.

Speaker 5 (01:10:42):
So last year it went crazy.

Speaker 1 (01:10:46):
People came out with everything and anything you could think of,
and they got to leave what you know, up to
one thousand dollars as well. So trying to make sure
it's interesting. We make sure it's delicious too, because if
the food ain't good, you're not gonna be in the
common petitions.

Speaker 5 (01:11:00):
This is the best of the best, So any and
everybody just.

Speaker 7 (01:11:03):
Cat me up in there, you know, dang the number
good vibes. Therefore, then what made y'all come up with this?

Speaker 1 (01:11:12):
Saint Louis is such a foody city, and I kept
looking online and seeing all these different people travel to
Saint Louis just to come here to eat, and to me,
that's amazing. It's like, Okay, Saint Louis, where we're known
for other things that's not so pleasant. So why not
highlight the Yes, we got some damn good ass cooks here.

(01:11:33):
People can cook the ass. Not everybody got their own restaurant,
because that is they just don't have that particular platform, right,
So I wanted to create an opportunity for them to
bring their talents. They can be celebrated and also people
can come and they can enjoy cannabis in a safe way.

Speaker 4 (01:11:50):
Yes, where is it located?

Speaker 7 (01:11:53):
Where were you all doing?

Speaker 2 (01:11:54):
So?

Speaker 1 (01:11:54):
Our first event last year was at a place that's
no longer open, but it used to be our Cherokee.
I can't think of the name of it, but it
was a space that we quickly outgrew. So the bigger
we grow, yeah, you know, because it was too small
exactly exactly. And now we have us some partners that

(01:12:16):
they have spaces that can take in our people, that
our people, you know, and that bring that good positive vibes.

Speaker 4 (01:12:25):
Yes, that's that's all.

Speaker 7 (01:12:27):
That's all, that's about bringing community together and just celebrating
each other.

Speaker 1 (01:12:32):
Yes, absolutely, I'm just I think it's a blessing to
do it.

Speaker 4 (01:12:36):
Yes, most definitely.

Speaker 1 (01:12:39):
Yes, So upcoming, I want to get y'all a little
announcement announcements. So we haven't really announced this, but we
are giving we are doing our hourly raffle right, So
I've just been saying concert tickets. I haven't named the
particular concerts because we just like to, you know, keep
it a little spicy spri Yeah, surprise, but we will

(01:13:00):
be giving away a pair of whiskeyly for.

Speaker 5 (01:13:02):
Concerts concert tickets.

Speaker 10 (01:13:04):
So be.

Speaker 1 (01:13:08):
It's gonna be, I want to say, at the end
of July or in August. It's gonna be at the Amphitheater.
So he's gonna be here with Sean Paul. It's gonna
be a whole vibe. So if you come there, you
automatically get a chance to win. So you don't have
to buy no raffle ticket. We ain't sell no raffle tickets,
so don't come in there trying to buy anything, no
raffle tickets. So soon as you come in, you're gonna
get your you know, get your good vibes at the

(01:13:30):
door VP, get a nice old get it bag with
a pre roll in it, some lemonade, some goodies from
our sponsors. Get two raffle tickets, so two chances to
win those concert tickets. Were giving away some Cardinals.

Speaker 5 (01:13:45):
Tickets, so we really do it up.

Speaker 1 (01:13:47):
Automatically entered, come to the yes, ma'am. And each one
of our events have a different hourly raffles. So we
do have some restaurants that's going to be donating a
couple of gift cards, so were happy to have that.
So just we look forward to everybody coming eating good,

(01:14:11):
you know, get some good smoking. That's how you like out,
make some friends. We got a dope ass DJ. Shout
out to DJ.

Speaker 7 (01:14:22):
All right now, big shout out, big shout out. Okay,
we're bringing them by. We hope to see y'all. All right,
sho shot, see a shot, Take a shot, Take a shot.

Speaker 3 (01:14:49):
You know.

Speaker 7 (01:14:54):
You, yes, ma'am, c c together. She ain't take this
shot right now, right, We ain't gonna We ain't gonna
for so at least take one shot. We ain't gonna
make you take two for the hood. She already she's

(01:15:18):
up beat girl. Now shot because baby, we'll be having
a take a shot.

Speaker 3 (01:15:27):
We'll be having.

Speaker 7 (01:15:30):
Hit the more than one and give me the AKD
like she didn't do, just like this girl. And then
and then when you come back around, she'd be like,
I'm giving you. Yes, she old school, she's still smoke

Speaker 1 (01:15:51):
Joint man smell from pa.

Speaker 4 (01:15:55):
Yes, I can all that joint, she said, Yes, ma'am,
I can do that.

Speaker 7 (01:16:01):
You got the joint that she ain't gonna row no one,
but learned to roll up.

Speaker 9 (01:16:09):
Growing up.

Speaker 7 (01:16:11):
The girl has grown up aving that purple girl royal.

Speaker 4 (01:16:19):
That she's been handing the blood lady.

Speaker 5 (01:16:23):
So we don't know about with the purple.

Speaker 4 (01:16:26):
Uh she's been.

Speaker 7 (01:16:28):
We don't know about her years back. I know you're there. Yeah,
you know I rocks my purple for may, I mean
may gown. But I ain't make no appointment this week,
so still rocking. Yeah, but loopis awarding this money every May.
I rock purple. Yeah that's the color I have just

(01:16:50):
connected with.

Speaker 1 (01:16:51):
Okay, you can hear me, Well you look good.

Speaker 7 (01:16:56):
You know up in mind you said when we win,
I thought you and when we're going. But you know
they changed the day for the Loopers walk so for
like September or something, and they be throwing me out,
So I go, I haven't did the walk in a
couple of years. I went the first time they started
back after the pandemic, and it was in September, and
it's like they just kept kepting like not even our

(01:17:19):
month like that. No, And I'll be all on the
loopy website like can we get back to May?

Speaker 1 (01:17:26):
Because the.

Speaker 7 (01:17:29):
Look I'm running like, who are held in charge of
the walk? Because I got a bron loop. Our word
this month is May. Why are we walking in September?

Speaker 4 (01:17:40):
Because they don't want to be hot? That's what That's
all we would have been rained on anyway this.

Speaker 7 (01:17:47):
Year, either on the one's like what straight up? But
back to the potshells like can't bring us no infuse.

Speaker 4 (01:18:06):
Girl in field? Dank dank, thank thank that baby. This
camera is gonna kiss me off.

Speaker 7 (01:18:15):
Around you know what before we figured it out too
t y'all, that's what Justin was lemonade.

Speaker 4 (01:18:30):
That's we're talking about it.

Speaker 7 (01:18:34):
So did y'all come up with this idea during the
pandemic because maybe everybody got creative during the pandemic? Yes,
absolutely absolutely, And I.

Speaker 1 (01:18:44):
Was the idea really came from I started hosting cannabis
private dinners at my house with my friends and family
during the pandemic. But I wanted to do it on
the larger than that.

Speaker 7 (01:18:59):
You want to take takeing with it, takeing with it.

Speaker 1 (01:19:02):
Yeah, let's gonna get you right.

Speaker 5 (01:19:03):
Yeah, nice little chaster.

Speaker 4 (01:19:07):
Chase drink right straight by.

Speaker 7 (01:19:12):
But just gave me a shout and I was like, Okay,
I'll take your sho you sure will, just like.

Speaker 4 (01:19:28):
Uh, And she put a couple of little shot over
her like ma'am, I don't want no more.

Speaker 13 (01:19:33):
I took worse.

Speaker 7 (01:19:36):
What you say, Mary, She is filling for our third
co host Cookie. She's out of town today. A big
shout out to Cookies say travels to her and her family. Yeah,

(01:19:59):
and what sec we need to give up? Have a
moment of silence. Cookie is actually out of town at
a funeral, at one of her uncle's funeral. And then,
you know, after the show last Saturday, I learned that
the homeboy Jay Savage passed away. You know, my cousin

(01:20:21):
caught me the other day from Arizona, her guy life partner,
best friend. They grew up together and recently had got
back together probably the last two three years or whatever.
And he went out to Arizona, whiler she had been
out there for fifteen years. And man, they was just
in my house for Christmas and this man just passed

(01:20:41):
in their home in their bed, had a seizure in
his sleep, you know. And you know, so you know,
we think we have time and we done, so let's
give all them Mamal silence, please our or I h
to j Savage beaty man, Keisha Uncle Cookie y'all know

(01:21:08):
it's Cookie uncle. But yeah, you know, like Jamal was
just saying, gotta give people they flowers while they're here,
you know, because the homeboy Jay Savage, he had a
lot of raw talent, a lot of talent, and I'm
glad he was able to present all of that to
the world, you know, because he was doing big things,

(01:21:29):
you know, young early thirties. You know what I'm saying.
That's why I say, you a person can look healthy
and everything, but all the time we don't know what
people going through either, you know. But you know, you
gotta love on people while they here. Ain't no sense
of doing all their crying and foolery when they're gone.
You know, you ain't got that time back.

Speaker 3 (01:21:52):
You know.

Speaker 7 (01:21:52):
All the feuding and everything is a lot of that
stuff just be stupid. Sometimes you just got a love
a person from a distance. And that's what I been
learning over the last actually six months, to learn how
to let things go and love a person from a distance.
We ain't gotta be cool, we ain't gotta kick it,
we ain't gotta talk. I just hope you're doing well.

(01:22:14):
You know what I'm saying that. I hope you're doing with.

Speaker 10 (01:22:17):
It, you know.

Speaker 7 (01:22:18):
But yeah, so it's sad, you know, when we lose anybody,
you know, but especially when it's a life partner, a
best friend, you know, when you find that one you know,
and then especially when you grew up together, that person
always been there anyway, No I know. Yeah, yeah, a
friend of mine, I just I grew up with.

Speaker 1 (01:22:39):
Her husband killed her recently.

Speaker 7 (01:22:42):
Oh yeah, you did, just go to a funeral.

Speaker 5 (01:22:44):
Yeah, she had just turned forty eight and why.

Speaker 7 (01:22:49):
Around and he killed her and killed himself too.

Speaker 4 (01:22:55):
Suicide suicide.

Speaker 7 (01:22:59):
I don't want you to love me that much.

Speaker 4 (01:23:00):
I don't want that kind of love.

Speaker 7 (01:23:04):
I keep telling people, you got a man. I'm on tour, girl,
you see, I'm on tour right now, This ain't what
you want because I don't want you to love me
that much.

Speaker 17 (01:23:20):
No, I do not.

Speaker 7 (01:23:23):
I already been married. I'm all that one time. It's
good for me.

Speaker 5 (01:23:27):
That's enough, honey, I've experienced that life.

Speaker 7 (01:23:30):
Yeah yeah, hey for real. Now, if I get married again, Hey,
it happens, I ain't worried about it. If it don't.
Mine lasted over a decade. Hey, I'm cool with that.
Everything got an expiration date, you know what I'm saying.
That's how I look at it.

Speaker 10 (01:23:46):
It is.

Speaker 7 (01:23:47):
But back to this infuse. You know what I'm saying.
We ain't get our sentimental gloves, you know, back to
this pot shell baby. Now, where can the people contact
you or you know, just get in touch with you.

(01:24:07):
If they do, you cater.

Speaker 1 (01:24:09):
We do some private events. It depends on your budget.
I will say that because people have a grandiose ideas
but don't have grandiose budgets.

Speaker 7 (01:24:19):
Hey again, hey, look repeat that again for them. After
you two were on Facebook world, repeat that you have grandiose.

Speaker 4 (01:24:29):
Ideas but not grandios money.

Speaker 5 (01:24:32):
Hey, yes we do, but yeah, you can always hit
us up.

comfortable and enjoy ourselves with other mature people, the grown
and sexy. That's right, And I have to worry about
what you know, we don't kids and exactly, so get
excited when they see this good food, right, you know
what I'm saying?

Speaker 7 (01:25:35):
Smeling good? Everybody high, like on how high they went
to that school bit the Dean. Everybody was walking around
break dancing. Yeah, I remember that.

Speaker 13 (01:25:50):
The Red had gay.

Speaker 7 (01:25:52):
Everybody high at the school. They're walking around, Hey, what
everybody's friends and everybody getting That's what I'm talking about.
So is it just barbecue though, or is it other foods.

Speaker 1 (01:26:05):
That's other foods as well, So it's we have the
barbecue as well as your sides. We have vegan options.
They'll have desserts as well, so.

Speaker 5 (01:26:13):
You infuse the vegetables also.

Speaker 1 (01:26:15):
Yesian people that throw the freaks down.

Speaker 10 (01:26:23):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:26:29):
Yeah, I'm not a vegan, but we have a huge
vegan community in Saint Louis and the missour we don't
ever want to leave them out of the conversation because
they like to do the same stuff we do.

Speaker 5 (01:26:40):
That's the Hey, we.

Speaker 7 (01:26:42):
Found that I wants to dispensary store opening exactly. You
know what I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (01:26:46):
You'll be looking like grandma. Yes, there's a lot of them.
Come to my eventures.

Speaker 3 (01:26:55):
To get lit to.

Speaker 14 (01:26:58):
My mom is seventy four, and she gets dying and
she smokes blunts. Yes, and she rolls them too.

Speaker 7 (01:27:05):
Yes, Yes, I bet bring bring your mama, Brenda, don't play,
bring your mama, bring your grandma. Get down on that
floor too. Don't play with her. Don't play with her
and she apop that thing. Hey, don't play no games. Hey,
that's straight from the north side. We got everybody come, so, mama,

(01:27:28):
that what's up?

Speaker 1 (01:27:30):
As long as you're above the age of twenty one.
And we love to see those different generations come in
because they're able to experience something that they never have together, so.

Speaker 5 (01:27:39):
They will always be able to have.

Speaker 1 (01:27:41):
Remember Grandma, we went to the Thanksgiving and we got
and they'll always be able to have that experience.

Speaker 7 (01:27:47):
I might have to bring my mama right because my
mama going to love and her birthday in November. So yeah,
November seventeen. You hear that, Mama. She brought on here
somewhere watching we're going to.

Speaker 4 (01:28:04):
Damn yeah.

Speaker 7 (01:28:07):
And when people say they like that is not your mama,
and you are not sixty Because the wife argued up
and down to the point she had to just pull
out her drivers and like, look, baby, we're not driving,
Like she don't drive? Say I did. She was like,
oh my god, like yeah, yeah, she does look good

(01:28:28):
for her age though, I give her that.

Speaker 1 (01:28:29):
Yeah, come on, bring bring them up. She gets, well, Mom,
we're gonna make sure we have everybody some good music
to infuse broccoli.

Speaker 7 (01:28:38):
Oh, I bet that's tasty.

Speaker 1 (01:28:40):
I can't last time somebody did some enthuse ucchini. We
have somebody do some infuse vegan pasta.

Speaker 5 (01:28:48):
Okay, it's all that pineapple. Yes, we have someone to berea.

Speaker 7 (01:28:56):
Whoa, Yes, really ice cream, that's that's on ice cream.
I can't eat it vegan me too, I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (01:29:04):
That's when I really got into it.

Speaker 5 (01:29:05):
I'm like, I still want me some ice cream.

Speaker 7 (01:29:07):
I want to eat it too, but baby, get ice
ice cream.

Speaker 1 (01:29:11):
That they know what they some of them use. A
lot of these people are homegrowers as well or caregivers
whatever you want to call it. In Saint Louis the
technical term. So they do literally the form to table
so they can tell you what strand is.

Speaker 7 (01:29:27):
Go with this.

Speaker 5 (01:29:28):
These are people, the scientists.

Speaker 1 (01:29:30):
Okay, it goes deeper than just your regulator.

Speaker 7 (01:29:33):
Thelogists, exacts. Okay, you got y'alls.

Speaker 1 (01:29:46):
Right now, queen. And I tell you about a little
bit of everything, and they infuse it in different ways.
So I use flower when I infuse my stuff. So
I start off from you know, flower form to break
it down to all the way what I want to do, teinture.

Speaker 5 (01:30:04):
To butter, to vegetable oil like whatever.

Speaker 7 (01:30:08):
And I'm gonna tell you one thing this lemonade is
so good. I was I'm trying to before I remember, I'm.

Speaker 4 (01:30:19):
Trying to go slow.

Speaker 5 (01:30:24):
Yes, and that's infused honey. I used in there as
well as infuse sugar.

Speaker 1 (01:30:31):
So I try to do like a variety of the
different types of ways to infuse it. Because just because
it's lemonade on me, you can't, you know, jazz it
up a little bit rous. So yeah, yeah, that's how
it makes.

Speaker 4 (01:30:47):
The whole picture.

Speaker 3 (01:30:48):
Yeah, I got.

Speaker 7 (01:30:52):
People have ordered, you know, a whoade. I'm giving you
a whole picture to take home, and we do strawberries
to pin.

Speaker 4 (01:31:01):
M said with her dinner.

Speaker 3 (01:31:04):
Yeah, but.

Speaker 7 (01:31:07):
With my dinner, right, yes, nice little afterwards. You know,
you got some lemonade. I'm trying to TELI ship. They
got to infuse.

Speaker 1 (01:31:22):
Food, Infuse vegan.

Speaker 7 (01:31:25):
Food, infuse fruits and vegetables, infused ice creams, infuse vegan
ice cream, regularized cream. They are dank ologists cologies. Bring
college the city, which is a dank vibes dank that's

(01:31:49):
when we did.

Speaker 5 (01:31:50):
Trauma to relax.

Speaker 7 (01:31:52):
You got all load, you got all JEMs.

Speaker 2 (01:31:55):
And take to the lab.

Speaker 7 (01:31:58):
You want the dank bad from the dank ologies. You
got dank food, fruit, fools.

Speaker 3 (01:32:09):
All that.

Speaker 7 (01:32:11):
Okay, that's what I'm talking about. This girl, understand, I
don't know what's wrong with your camera.

Speaker 4 (01:32:19):
And your case.

Speaker 7 (01:32:20):
Proper, girl, you're killed you all right.

Speaker 4 (01:32:24):
Just swiffing your thing.

Speaker 1 (01:32:27):
But I don't lay around.

Speaker 7 (01:32:28):
It's probably too tight, Okay.

Speaker 4 (01:32:35):
Every day I don't have time to loosen it up
because I wanted to fall. I'm just gonna turn.

Speaker 7 (01:32:42):
Yeah, I shall lose. Then when I came, I'm scared,
I don't know, she said, I'm scared. I couldn't turn.

Speaker 4 (01:32:48):
Okay, I don't know. It's gonna fall, and I got
so I'm just gonna turn the whole thing.

Speaker 3 (01:32:54):
Okay, but why is it?

Speaker 7 (01:32:58):
Okay, there you go, just out saying hop out, not
how you do? How you doing? Just out saying hop out.
Some infuse tequila.

Speaker 3 (01:33:15):
To do that.

Speaker 1 (01:33:18):
A person and I have tried it, and it's that's
something we can do now. But I will say a
lot of people that like the infusions, they really don't drink,
so that would be more of like a specialty or like,
you know, want to have this, you can hit me up.

(01:33:40):
But if we have it for people, most of them
don't really do the alcohol and That's the thing when
it comes to the cannabis is that you don't even
have the same type.

Speaker 5 (01:33:51):
Of effects that it does with alcohol, because you know,
sometimes people can get really belligerent.

Speaker 1 (01:33:56):
When they are.

Speaker 7 (01:34:02):
Right before you get.

Speaker 5 (01:34:05):
Anything exactly. But most of the time with we you don't.
You rarely hear about somebody fighting with you. They haven't.

Speaker 1 (01:34:13):
They probably forgot about it, to be honest with you,
Like ship are they trying to exactly exactly? So yeah,
but I'm not opposed to it. I'm a tequila person.
So I mean, if you want a special order to
hit me up, let's see slide in the DM. And
also if you want to compete, if you think you
got what it takes to compete, you think your sauce

(01:34:35):

ribs is ribbon? Hit us up stl pot Chef on everything.

Speaker 5 (01:35:09):

you know, we got a dad bar too. I forgot
that ag my bad.

Speaker 1 (01:35:15):
Shout out to Saint Louis Cannabis Club for sponsoring our
dat bar. If you ain't never took a dab, come
to one of my men to dad, they ain't gonna
get the ructs.

Speaker 5 (01:35:29):
It can be wax, or it can be rosin, or
it can be what's the other one? I drawing the
black now maybe.

Speaker 1 (01:35:37):
The Yeah, they have a few different kinds where you
can take a dab. So it's pretty it's like constant.
It is concentrated weed. So it's a whole bunch of
wheed that they smashed and turn into jail. Pretty much
in this little bit can get you out of there.

Speaker 3 (01:35:56):
Oh wow.

Speaker 5 (01:35:57):
Yeah, that's the best way I can explain there.

Speaker 1 (01:36:03):
On another planet. It just depends on you know. But
a lot of people are afraid to do it because
they well, you don't have the tools, because you need
a whole bunch. You need a rig, you need edi,
you need that to do a dad. So if you've
never done one, Come experience. Come in one of the
STO events the Saint Louis Cannabis Club.

Speaker 5 (01:36:24):
They'll walk you through it.

Speaker 1 (01:36:25):
They'll explain you know, what it dust to your body,
they'll explain what type of strand like people we have
at our events, they know what the they're doing, they
know what they're talking about. These are people that's been
doing this for not just yesterday, like they are in
the culture.

Speaker 7 (01:36:41):
So yeah, yeah, some people say wax and then some
people just say, damn, why had those things too? Now

(01:37:02):
you know what I like? I like the I do
like pre rolls.

Speaker 13 (01:37:05):
Do y'all have?

Speaker 7 (01:37:05):
I don't like pre roll infuse pre rolls. Now, what
it is that on the outside of the infused pre
road is that hash?

Speaker 5 (01:37:12):
Some people have hash on there.

Speaker 7 (01:37:14):
I'll be wondering people I get out look, I like.

Speaker 4 (01:37:19):
It out.

Speaker 5 (01:37:23):
People just they like to take it to the extra.

Speaker 1 (01:37:25):
Yeah, I'm here for all of it.

Speaker 3 (01:37:28):
That's me.

Speaker 7 (01:37:28):
I'm trying to calm down. Maybe I don't need that
people puts on the outside of it and then rolling
and then the key hashhold and you got all this.
It's it's key. That's what I'm talking about.

Speaker 1 (01:37:41):
That's what I'm talking about, Like, that's like the grinders.

Speaker 7 (01:37:47):
That's not hash.

Speaker 1 (01:37:49):
That's what I was asking.

Speaker 7 (01:37:50):
That's to keep coding. Okay, that's what I like.

Speaker 14 (01:37:52):
That's the the like the dirt of the weed that
comes from. Why don't make it so much more fun because.

Speaker 1 (01:38:01):
It's that's all.

Speaker 4 (01:38:04):
That's not what you're saying that the chemicals of the wigs.

Speaker 7 (01:38:07):
It's like they dip it in like the little dust.
It's like dust on the outside of the pre roll
and it just be so to me, would be so far.
It's like if I go to Luxury Leaf, they shout
out to Luxury Leaf, you know black own dispensary, Vandavanna
and forty four. Uh, it's all the black ladies. She's

(01:38:30):
so pretty. But that had that has that dispensary and
they I go there strictly just for my brain. I
ain't never tried their flowers, just pre rolls. And I
love the Keith Cody. I mean, I be high. Okay,
do you do you do it make you lay down
or well? You know it's just but you know, that's
one thing I love about Luxury Leaf. Though they break

(01:38:52):
everything they got down for you. You know, the side
effects if it's gonna make you hungry, arouse, you know
what I'm saying. Your fork, whatever it is, it breaks
it down for you and it tells you. You know
what's mixed in hybrids, the tava and the c because
they know when I come through the door, they all
know me. They know I don't want nothing that's gonna

(01:39:13):
make me hungry, and I do not one of those
sleep you know what I'm saying, and can tell you
if it's energetic or talking till too. I stayed away
from talking to ship too, because.

Speaker 4 (01:39:24):
I'm already talking to already.

Speaker 7 (01:39:31):
I already know how to talk a lot. That's about
the hell we on the podcast. Now to luxury, Yeah,
stand out, Oh my god, I gotta have the deals.
They have those deals. Then in love with puzzles.

Speaker 4 (01:39:47):
I ain't gonna say puzzle.

Speaker 1 (01:39:49):
You want to just got readed?

Speaker 4 (01:39:51):
Yeah you left that.

Speaker 7 (01:39:56):
I hadn't been fifty one ounce.

Speaker 10 (01:40:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (01:40:02):
They had some white ship. All all I used to
want is their white cap. It looked like snowballs. It
looked like crack on it. Real what that ship looked like,
Crack was on it.

Speaker 4 (01:40:17):
Ship Like they just a little ship.

Speaker 7 (01:40:21):
And I has the motherfucker and I used to be
the way guys got no motherfucker snow care. Hey, boffers
used to be a line like, oh man, I'll be
spoiling it for everybody waiting line. I just stand in
line for forty five minutes. The Puzzles like the line
used to be the line to be down to the moon.

(01:40:44):
It was like between, I wonder what nice because because
because them them other ones next door across the street
hated on my boy, because you know that was them.

Speaker 1 (01:40:55):
But shout out to them across the street. We're looking
for sponsors, not.

Speaker 7 (01:41:02):
I know, Yeah, Puzzles dioutside first show. That's what they did,
predom community flopping their back up. Hold up the hall,
boy Copyes, they said, hey, did you know Puzzles was closed?

(01:41:23):
I said you about two months later they got one.
The third thing about the kids that the building just
bought it up because damn, like, what the hell happened?
Like were you being hey? I had to rap past
her just to make sure. Like two days later, like
I know, they was playing it was hours up and

(01:41:46):
then the customers nate they missed the broken knobs just
hit the building.

Speaker 1 (01:41:55):
Hey you said that?

Speaker 5 (01:41:56):
Like the customers up was like everybody else.

Speaker 7 (01:41:59):
Look, they put the candy, got locked up crazy and
one of the workers from next door was going live a.

Speaker 1 (01:42:12):
Call exactly the coming to when I pulled up to
get up in there, and it don't come or nothing.

Speaker 7 (01:42:19):
No, it's only tendimes. If you want to stay on
there and smoke your wied and yeah, because they got
you can come in here, you can leave, come back
the op until eleven o'clock. I mean, that's cool if
you ain't got nowhere to go, you want to watch
videos or just around cause I can go to dad
Wood somewhere for that ship.

Speaker 1 (01:42:36):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 7 (01:42:37):
I got out to do that smoke.

Speaker 11 (01:42:41):
You know what I mean.

Speaker 7 (01:42:44):
That's them fake boogie people though they want to be
in the den. One little man, I'm in. Let you
go downtown. They got a spot like that too. They
got dispensary and I heard a fling her. It's somewhere
downtown Washington. Yeah, don't want to where you could sit
in that. I heard you got some far, but I'm

(01:43:05):
not about that. I'm not about ther weed. My weed,
yo shoe Washington. You can't be the boi, the bougie
sh you're straight up so a quick question though, So
if they do want to be in the competition, is
there a registration fee.

Speaker 1 (01:43:22):
Yes, there is a registration fee for each one of
our events, and they differ. So for our Blazing Infuse
even it's one fifty. And so you bring everything. Whatever
you want to sell, you bring it, and you pretty
much to set up your own store there. And but
everything does have to have a dosage. It has to
have a sign so we can make sure people know

(01:43:42):
exactly what they're consuming.

Speaker 5 (01:43:44):
We want to do it in the same you know
way too media and just.

Speaker 7 (01:43:47):
So I'm clear it's in a few items or is
it just or is a regular food.

Speaker 1 (01:43:52):
Too, or we have regular food as well a competition
or they can do regular, they can do regular and infuse. No,
So for the competition it's just but some of them
will have options for non infuse. Oh okay, but that won't.

Speaker 5 (01:44:07):
Be on the ticket for people to vot for.

Speaker 7 (01:44:10):
Okay, I just want to make sure.

Speaker 1 (01:44:11):
But you can get it to go.

Speaker 5 (01:44:12):
So a lot of our people that will come like different,
got someone.

Speaker 1 (01:44:16):
That's gonna be selling sauces, someone that you know, if
you want a little bit more than the sample, you
will be able to purchase that from them as well.
So I'm just trying to give our people an opportunity
to show their skills, show their talent, exactly, get some
money to get me.

Speaker 7 (01:44:34):
Drunk, put it down.

Speaker 4 (01:44:35):
But because you.

Speaker 7 (01:44:48):
Connie took my second one, no you took me second,
you can have my third one. Okay, So now so
now you need yours to.

Speaker 5 (01:44:58):
Gat a death star.

Speaker 7 (01:45:01):
Hey, I'm just I usually work on Saturdays, but today
co hosts. Right, you heard me TBG in the building,
so if you just tune it in recap we have
stl potshelf in the building, big shower out and she

(01:45:21):
represents infused foodies, barbecue, vegan food, fruits, vegetables, ice cream, infuse, okay, lemonade,
get you some, okay, you something and they have as

(01:45:42):
almost gone. They have a couple of events coming up
kick off as July six for blades and Infuse. That's
the Barbecue Royale. If you think you got the sauce
to be the boss baby, tap in, tap in. And
then on Sunday, August thirty, first man friend Tasha. Big
shout out to Tasha.

Speaker 13 (01:46:01):
Means my loan.

Speaker 7 (01:46:04):
One of my longest friends. Fince Junior High her birthday
is August thirty first, so I'm gonna see if she
wanted to come to this Munchie Markie. That's gonna be
in Little Bevo. Now, Blaze and the Fuse will be
in the grove. Then they have danks Giving, so you
can have a dank vibe. Okay on November twenty third,

(01:46:24):
Me and my mam are definitely coming to that. Yes,
bring my mama. That's your birthday present. Who she would
love it. Shout outs, hey you okay, birthday shout out.
So that's gonna be in Little Bevo. Yeah, she loves
some good weed and some good food too, good.

Speaker 5 (01:46:44):
Building too. Of course.

Speaker 3 (01:46:45):
Fourth of July.

Speaker 7 (01:46:46):
I don't even do shit for the fourth of July.
I don't like fid works and that ship. So yeah,
we can do this.

Speaker 5 (01:46:51):
Yes, we're gonna we're.

Speaker 3 (01:46:52):
Going to this.

Speaker 7 (01:46:53):
So telling people again where they can look you up.

Speaker 1 (01:46:57):
St l pot Chef on all social media's Facebook, I
g Pinterests.

Speaker 5 (01:47:03):
I don't have no TikTok.

Speaker 1 (01:47:04):
I don't do that. Yeah, and our website st O
pot Chefs get your early bird tickets. We got some
deals going on. We got buy one, get one half off,
So you want your homegirl can come to the competition
one twelve. If you want to buy a ticket by yourself,
it's early bird seventy five dollars and it comes with

(01:47:24):
all the tasting samples, a raffle ticket entry to all
of our dope ass vendors.

Speaker 4 (01:47:33):
Half ticket what I mean asked.

Speaker 1 (01:47:38):
Ticket for the tasting tickets. So for the blazing buy one,
get one half off, Yes, right now.

Speaker 4 (01:47:44):
We need to do that.

Speaker 5 (01:47:46):
And I want to see.

Speaker 4 (01:47:49):
Napecially one.

Speaker 5 (01:47:56):
You know how we do with the barbecue.

Speaker 1 (01:47:58):
You know it's gonna be yeah already, No, they're not certified,
and they're gonna be on the table exactly like our
ships really come with the ship.

Speaker 7 (01:48:07):
Now, I got a question. So if they think they
got some good sauce or they call on the grill,
do you guys add the infuse though for them or
do they already have to come with their food infuse?

Speaker 1 (01:48:21):
So we have two ways, so we can provide the
infusions or they can do it themselves. So it just
depends on kind of what they need. Because our community
is the community, so whatever you need, we can kind
of find it.

Speaker 7 (01:48:33):
And then so how what are they how are they judged?

Speaker 14 (01:48:36):
Like people want to know how they just before they
can get on the exactly okay, So they taste tests
before they can be.

Speaker 7 (01:48:46):
A part of the competition.

Speaker 1 (01:48:47):
Yes, okay, so you have to certified pretty much before.

Speaker 7 (01:48:52):
So your team will do the yes, okay, so wait
and see, give me about thirty minutes to go back.

Speaker 5 (01:49:03):
So really they're going to present their.

Speaker 1 (01:49:04):
Dish to me and maybe two or three other people,
and we'll vote on whoever has the best dishes out
of however many applicants we have, and then they will
be the ones who will be asked to come so
and we're just not doing it on if it gets
us high. You know, it gotta be good first of all,

(01:49:25):
that you want to taste too. I cannot taste the weed.
I do not want to taste the weed because that
takes away from the whole flavor profile. It tastes, takes
away from everything and the presentation that's importantly bringing on
slop to our people, you know, like it has to

(01:49:46):
look right, taste right, and make it feel good.

Speaker 5 (01:49:49):
So those are the things that we're looking.

Speaker 1 (01:49:51):
For when we do allow people in the competition. So
and out of however many applicants who will have, we
probably are going to have a small amount versus last time.
Last time we had twenty different competitors with over two
hundred people, so that's a little bit. Yeah, so we
got to bring those numbers down a little bit. So

(01:50:12):
instead of twenty different chefs, we're probably gonna do maybe
ten to twelve.

Speaker 5 (01:50:17):
Okay, So that way people can have more room to eat,
to consume, to sell their stuff.

Speaker 7 (01:50:23):
And that's about how long does the event last?

Speaker 1 (01:50:26):
About five hours, so people during that time we do
the hourly raffles. At the top of the hour, people
can come do their tastings, they can purchase more food,
you vibe with the DJ, you can take a dath.
We have the free photo boots. You can come take
pictures and we work with different people.

Speaker 5 (01:50:44):
Yeah, so flicking up all that.

Speaker 1 (01:50:46):
Yeah, So that's what we're gonna be doing for the
five hours. We got a four to twenty patios. You
can go out there and blaze up. They got a
rooftop so you can go up Thurn blaze up.

Speaker 7 (01:50:56):
So it's this all black home.

Speaker 1 (01:51:00):
Unfortunately it's not, but it is minority owned. So it's
both of the places that I have it, they are
minority owned. I do try to do the black owned businesses.
But that's a different story. I already know, I already
because you will not take advantage of me, and the
growth of my business is exactly if you want to
be a partner, we can be.

Speaker 5 (01:51:19):
A partner, but you will not take advantage of me.

Speaker 7 (01:51:21):
You know you are.

Speaker 1 (01:51:24):
I can't do business but you, regardless of what you
look like. And when I tell you, I have tried,
I have tried to the point where it makes me
emotional about it because I do seek out those black
businesses to do business with. But I cannot allow you
to take advantage of me because that's not even smart business.

(01:51:46):
I can't let you do me this way. So it's
no reason for you to charge me seven hundred dollars
one time, and you see all these people come up
in here and now it's fifteen hundred the next time.
You see what I'm saying, And sometimes that's what are
people do here yep, versus other minorities.

Speaker 5 (01:52:04):
Oh, I love the exposure. This is great for my business.

Speaker 1 (01:52:07):
Actually, the news came here to you know, get visuals,
so that's bringing my business. So they're looking at it
a long term, so they're not trying to take advent
they're like, you know what, I'm gonna charge you the
same price and I'm gonna throw in some good for.

Speaker 4 (01:52:24):
You because you bring on thank you for that.

Speaker 14 (01:52:29):
So would I charge you when you're giving me exposure
which is bringing me more business because.

Speaker 1 (01:52:37):
Of your exposed exactly exactly?

Speaker 4 (01:52:41):
You know, we are greedy as.

Speaker 1 (01:52:46):
It should not be like because I really try, Like, no, lie,
that's why I name the first place.

Speaker 7 (01:52:52):
She already has.

Speaker 5 (01:52:53):
But I'm gonna go who support me?

Speaker 1 (01:52:57):
How you look who you're sleeping with.

Speaker 7 (01:53:00):
That's when I don't understand. You know, everybody always want
to be like, oh oh this are You're not dealing
with us. You ain't dealing with our people how to
do a lot of us don't know how to do business.
You know what I'm saying, Everything is not about a dollar.
That's my whole thing. You know what I'm saying, Everything
not about a dollar. Like come on now, now we
could you scratch my back? I scratch your bag? You

(01:53:20):
know what I'm saying. We can work together, but it
ain't gotta be like, oh, well, I'm gonna charge you
two hundred and you can say, well, she I think
I'm hot shit too, I'm gonna charge you three hundred.
I want you on my show, but I'm gonna charge you. Well,
I'm popping, so I'm gonna charge you. You know what

(01:53:41):
I'm saying, like everything, because yeah, it comes back and forth.
And then, like she said, the next day, they're like, ah,
she won't lie, she is popping. Now they want to
double up. Na, that ain't how you do be like
and then they be wondering why you dealing with this
group and that this group what you say because we
don't come up together.

Speaker 14 (01:54:01):
Because I was an artist. They know, I mean, they good,
they whatever. But he was like, well, uh, we charged this.
I said, well, we don't charge and you.

Speaker 7 (01:54:14):
Want to come on my show exactly, you reaching out
to us.

Speaker 4 (01:54:19):
We don't charge people, and we don't pay people to
come on our show.

Speaker 7 (01:54:22):
You come on to get somebody wanted you to pay them.
Oh yeah. I had a couple of people say that
even if I did reach out to them. But my
thing is this, Hey, that's what's wrong with a lot
of us, Saint Louis is we don't know how to
show no love, especially if you for real small time.
I can see if you if we trade big time
or some shit like, Okay, I get it, but now
we are trying to come up. But I'm trying to

(01:54:44):
give you some exposure as well as giving myself some exposure.
You know what I'm saying. So let's work. Let's work together.
You know what I'm saying. And that's what it's about.
Like everybody wanted to get paid and I get it.
I do get it. It's about money. But go on
the show, will you know what I'm saying. That's what
it's all about.

Speaker 5 (01:55:04):
Absolutely about You.

Speaker 4 (01:55:06):
Ain't gonna show me no little thing.

Speaker 14 (01:55:07):
Okay, I ain't gonna be mad at my show is
still go go so exactly that makes you can't come
on my shoulder getting on, That's right, but.

Speaker 7 (01:55:18):
It's plain on. It's plenty, plenty of people that want
the exposure exactly that will treat you right, yes, and
we'll treat you right well, then treat you right that
will support you growing before we get about, before we
get up out of here, recra recap one time for
the people, how can they get in touch with you?

Speaker 1 (01:55:36):
STL pot chef on everything and make sure y'all purchase
