The next time, his voice was heard back at the
Herdsman's Cottage.

Zakhov persuaded Dale.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
That it was useless to follow Flash into the enemy territory,
and the two settled down to wait for his return.
At the palace, the wizard Tall hit upon the brilliant
idea of cutting off Flash's supply of magic invisibility, thus
forcing him to appear again. Then he set out at
the head of a company of soldiers to locate and
capture Zakhov. While this was going on, Flash discovered the

(01:55):
cell in which they had placed Con, the Hawkman. Still invisible,
Flash snatched the flame rifle from an unsuspecting guard, and
with it melted the lock on the cell door and
freed his friend Khan. Just as they were about to
make their escape, Cohn saw Flash Gordon's hands appearing. At
that moment, the witch Queen Azura arrived with a company
of soldiers. While Con held them off with the flame rifle,

(02:17):
Flash seized Azurah and dragged her, struggling and screaming, down
the corridor. These thrilling adventures come to you as they

You'll have a good chance to see how true that is.
Come along, No, I've no time to lose.

Yes, take me up in your arms.

Speaker 6 (03:19):
And only a little while ago you were begging me too,
But then I thought to love you well. Don't flatter yourself.
This doesn't mean anything to me. I'm only trying to
get us away.

Speaker 3 (03:27):
Quicker. Ah, They've seen us, They've.

Speaker 5 (03:29):
Seen me, you mean, and I must look funny hanging
on to nothing, apparently suspended in midair.

Speaker 3 (03:34):
Put me down this minute, Not until we get out
of here.

Speaker 4 (03:37):
Please flash, I'm warning.

Speaker 3 (03:39):
You as old. That doesn't have any effect on me.

Speaker 4 (03:41):
Oh I can see your faith.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
Flash.

Speaker 3 (03:43):
I'm told Bao I didn't have you, i'd be able
to escape them quicker.

Speaker 4 (03:48):
Good, Then, why don't you let me go and escape.

Speaker 3 (03:50):
I've risked everything just for this moment, having you my prisoner.
I won't let you go now, do.

Speaker 4 (03:54):
Not be a pool flash Gordon. My men will catch
up to it. They will free me, and they will
kidd it.

Speaker 3 (04:00):
Oh no, they won't. They won't be able to see me.

Speaker 4 (04:02):
It's no longer true. Your hands are plainly visible, my hands.

Speaker 5 (04:06):
No matter which way you run now, my men can
trace you.

Speaker 3 (04:09):
I've forgotten about my hands.

Speaker 4 (04:10):
Let me down, Slash, while you still have a chance
to escape.

Speaker 3 (04:13):
I can only find a place for hide.

Speaker 4 (04:14):
You won't be able to around here.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
Then we'll drop off this wall that is here we go.
Oh yeah, we made it outside the.

Speaker 6 (04:23):
Ballast grounds with their guns and equipment. It will take
those soldiers a few seconds longer than it took us
to get to the ground.

Speaker 3 (04:29):
That's all the start I need. Are you heading all
those hills yonder? I can lose the soldiers once we
get among the hills.

Speaker 4 (04:35):
No, no, you must not go that way.

Speaker 3 (04:36):
CHRISTI an iron door over there. Way here we are.
Come on through this iron door, no flesh.

Speaker 4 (04:45):
No. See. The sign says death to all who enter here.

Speaker 3 (04:49):
I could put up another one just now, reading death
to wall who do not enter here. Those soldiers will
be right along and you go rcly.

Speaker 5 (04:57):
No flesh. This is the pitch of peril.

Speaker 3 (05:01):
I don't tell what it is. Get through that door.

Speaker 5 (05:19):
Hm.

Speaker 2 (05:20):
Back in the forest, doctor Zakhoff and Dale continue to
pile up a supply of firewood.

Speaker 3 (05:27):
Watch out tale here she goes.

Speaker 4 (05:35):
My, what a big crash that was.

Speaker 3 (05:37):
It is a pretty big fellow.

Speaker 4 (05:39):
Aren't you tired, doctor Zarko, I should think you would be.
I'm tired just picking up the branches and chips.

Speaker 7 (05:44):
I am sorry, Dale, I should have been more considerate myself.
I am a strong man, but you are a girl
and used to hard work.

Speaker 3 (05:52):
We can rest a while.

Speaker 4 (05:54):
Oh, thank you, doctor Darko. What are you doing to
the invisible ray machine?

Speaker 7 (06:00):
Hiding it in the branches of these tree I have
just cut down. I think it better be kept out
of sight.

Speaker 4 (06:05):
Why don't you put it in the carriage?

Speaker 7 (06:07):
Somebody would be sure to look in their player, but
they would not bother with a big tree lying on
its side.

Speaker 4 (06:13):
You're a very clever man, dosu Zarco.

Speaker 7 (06:15):
Not clever, just cautious as well.

Speaker 4 (06:17):
Somebody should come around. Where would you hurt us?

Speaker 3 (06:20):
There is a little low up over the door.

Speaker 7 (06:22):
If we should see any of usurist searching party come in,
or should we be taken by surprise, climb up in there.
The cordage is so bare they would never bother to
search it carefully.

Speaker 4 (06:32):
The locks above the door. I'll remember that.

Speaker 3 (06:37):
Now.

Speaker 7 (06:37):
I will put this machine among the branches and camouflages
and no.

Speaker 3 (06:41):
Waterrick, that's aco.

Speaker 8 (06:43):
I know you think I'm being silly, but I can't
help worrying about Flash.

Speaker 4 (06:48):
Why doesn't he come back?

Speaker 7 (06:49):
I must at all times tell the truth there I
do not know. Although I have not said anything, I
too have been wondering why he has not returned.

Speaker 4 (06:58):
By now there is only one ant Flash has been captured.

Speaker 7 (07:01):
When he's of that, or else he has been received
someplace and cannot get to us, then we must go
to him. I have considered that deal. But if we
leave here and Flash manages to return.

Speaker 3 (07:11):
How will we get together? He will not know where
we have gone.

Speaker 4 (07:14):
We can leave him a note.

Speaker 9 (07:15):
No.

Speaker 7 (07:16):
Flash will probably want another electrical treatment.

Speaker 4 (07:19):
Oh I never thought of that.

Speaker 3 (07:20):
There must be someone here to give.

Speaker 2 (07:22):
It to him.

Speaker 8 (07:22):
I can give it to him that the dark of you.
Go and see what's happened to Flash. I'll stay here
in case he return. Are you sure that I can
give him the electrical charge? Yes, of course, I can
just tell me the reading of the dial. I've seen
you do it twice.

Speaker 2 (07:36):
Now you will not be afraid here alone?

Speaker 8 (07:38):
What is there to be afraid of? With plenty of
wood for a fire. And I won't leave the cottage
while you're gone. Very well, if you're sure, and they'rey sure, Oh,
please go and see what's happened to Flash.

Speaker 7 (07:49):
I will The reading of the dial is twelve hundred
and fifty.

Speaker 4 (07:52):
Twelve hundred and fifty.

Speaker 2 (07:54):
I'll remember here.

Speaker 7 (07:55):
You take my rape pistol. I will take the ax
with me, all right. I saw a host wandering on
a hill over there the other day. I will catch
it and right to the palace.

Speaker 2 (08:04):
Remember, stay close to the cottage.

Speaker 4 (08:07):
I will good luck up a dark until a Flash.

Speaker 7 (08:10):
I love him.

Speaker 3 (08:10):
I will goodbye, Dale, goodbye. I'll be back as soon
as I can.

Speaker 2 (08:31):
Meanwhile, back at the palace, Khan vanquishes the soldiers with
his flame rifle.

Speaker 3 (08:38):
We's a render.

Speaker 10 (08:40):
So your real life?

Speaker 3 (08:41):
What you're up again?

Speaker 10 (08:41):
Do you good?

Speaker 3 (08:44):
Go down those guns?

Speaker 10 (08:46):
Well now on, you will take your orders to me,
you understand? Tell them where a general tal I want.

Speaker 3 (08:52):
To talk to him. Tarla is not here.

Speaker 10 (08:54):
He's away away you mean where ansing for the scientists
and the girl or Darkfndale. Eh, Well, he's going to
have a long search when he comes back empty handed.
Tell him I want to see him.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
Yes, Captain woe on to us, woa into the land
of blue magic men. Who's that? Lat's up?

Speaker 3 (09:13):
Captain? What's the matter that's up?

Speaker 2 (09:15):
The queen queen a sura?

Speaker 10 (09:18):
Wo on to us, well speak what has happened to her?

Speaker 2 (09:22):
The shadow?

Speaker 3 (09:23):
The shadow got her?

Speaker 2 (09:24):
Yes good, and he dragged her into the Pit of Harol,
the pit of Carol. Yes, we pursued the queen in
the shadow to the door which says death to all
who enter here. The two went through the door. It
clang shut in our faces.

Speaker 3 (09:39):
But lies behind that door that's up.

Speaker 2 (09:40):
It is a pit to the death.

Speaker 3 (09:42):
Dwalk.

Speaker 2 (09:43):
The queen is lost and the Shadow will be killed too.

Speaker 10 (09:46):
I hope not put some soldiers until it is proved
otherwise I am in charge here our rule in the
name of King Flash the First. Do you understand him?
Flash Gordon is a mighty man. He does not fear death,
nor does death overtake him, as you have found out.
So I shall not give up hope as you have.
While there is life, there is hope for Flash Gordon.

(10:08):
Take me to the Sirron door.

Speaker 2 (10:20):
While this is happening, Dale Larden bravely watches for the
return of her sweetheart. As she stands looking over the horizon,
she sees a troop of Azura's soldiers riding into the valley,
straight toward the cottage. Remembering Zarkoff's instructions, Dale goes into
the cottage and climbs up to the loft, over the
door and shuts the door after her. Into the clearing

(10:47):
in which the cottage stands, the horses gallop, and at
a signal from their leader, General Tall, they dismount ow.

Speaker 9 (10:56):
Ahmen, we haven't seen any traces of that earth with yet,
but he must be around somewhere. This place looks as
though it had been recently occupied, such it.

Speaker 3 (11:08):
General, this would have been fusially caught. General, call this
big three husband pressly top down.

Speaker 9 (11:14):
General, Then this must be in the hiding place of
the earth, with it sex the ground.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
I look in the cottage.

Speaker 9 (11:23):
Yeah, there is no one in here, and the place
is barely furnished. They must have seen us coming and cleared.

Speaker 3 (11:32):
Out those times of anyone around.

Speaker 10 (11:35):
General, But there is every indication of a hasty departure.

Speaker 9 (11:39):
And he can't be far off after him in And
to make sure he doesn't come back here, we'll burn
this cottage to the ground.

Speaker 2 (11:49):
You you give me that part.

Speaker 9 (11:51):
I'll see that it's done myself.

Speaker 2 (12:14):
Meanwhile, flash under Zaar making their way through the pit
of peril.

Speaker 4 (12:18):
Let us go back, Flesh, you're not going any further.

Speaker 3 (12:21):
Nothing has happened to us so far. Why are you
so frightened?

Speaker 4 (12:24):
I drove the warrior dwarfs down into these tunnels and tits.
I execute prisoners by throwing them to the.

Speaker 3 (12:29):
Dwarf Well under their queen.

Speaker 2 (12:31):
They want you.

Speaker 4 (12:32):
They hate me, and the cause of their banishment that
vengeance if they.

Speaker 3 (12:36):
Ever caught me. Well, they haven't caught you yet.

Speaker 4 (12:38):
Come on, oh, Flesh, what is it? I can see
your head. Now you are becoming visible again.

Speaker 3 (12:44):
I'm sorry to hear that my remaining invisible is our
best best flesh.

Speaker 1 (12:48):
Take me back.

Speaker 4 (12:49):
I'm not appealing to you as a queen. I am
asking you as a woman who is fighting for her life.

Speaker 3 (12:55):
Take me back to my own people.

Speaker 4 (12:57):
I would do anything to say anything.

Speaker 3 (13:00):
Oh no, I know your tricks. You turned me over
to Tall and he's torture. No, no, no, I swear
I will see that you are not armed.

Speaker 4 (13:07):
I will make you king.

Speaker 3 (13:08):
I will obey you forever. I will grunt you every desire,
to tell you every wish.

Speaker 2 (13:13):
Slash on my bended knees.

Speaker 4 (13:15):
I beg of you. Take me out of here, take
me back.

Speaker 1 (13:20):
Listen.

Speaker 3 (13:22):
Two later, there'll come the dowall.

Speaker 4 (13:26):
They will catch you.

Speaker 3 (13:27):
Let them flash.

Speaker 4 (13:28):
You're not going to let them catch me. They will
kill me.

Speaker 5 (13:31):
They won't.

Speaker 3 (13:32):
I shall be near you.

Speaker 2 (13:45):
Tapped in the tunnels on the pit of Perol, by
the depth walks at Zura now only a woman fighting
for her life clings the flash.

Speaker 10 (13:51):
Guardan flash slash.

Speaker 3 (13:53):
They will kill me, they won't forget. I shall be
near you, and they will kill you too.

Speaker 2 (13:57):
They'll have to see me first.

Speaker 3 (13:58):
You forget.

Speaker 4 (13:58):
You are becoming more and more visible every moment.

Speaker 6 (14:00):
I know that I shall get behind one of these
boulders that line the tunnel. You stand right there where
you are.

Speaker 4 (14:05):
Don't leave me. I'm afraid flash.

Speaker 3 (14:07):
Don't leave me to their mercy.

Speaker 4 (14:08):
They had no mercy.

Speaker 2 (14:09):
Talk to them and see very.

Speaker 5 (14:11):
Well, but they will never catch Azura live.

Speaker 3 (14:13):
Won't be a fool of They want to take you
with them. Go peaceably.

Speaker 6 (14:17):
Nothing can be gained by fighting the whole crowd. I
shall follow wherever you go and save you at the
first opportunity.

Speaker 4 (14:22):
So I'm depending upon your flesh. Don't fail me. It is.

Speaker 3 (14:29):
None of the dwarf tunnels.

Speaker 4 (14:30):
Listen to me.

Speaker 5 (14:31):
I'm sorry I caused you to be banished from the

So keep up your courage disorder for handling yourself like
a true queen.

Speaker 2 (15:25):
Don't let them see you falter. Remember, no matter what happens,
I am near you.

Speaker 5 (15:30):
Leenas Aura, I comrades agree that you are to become
our presider.

Speaker 4 (15:34):
What are you going to do with me? No drugs?

Speaker 5 (15:38):
I have no power to decree your punishment with queens,
much as I would like to. We muy take you
for king Hoko.

Speaker 3 (15:45):
Come with that.

Speaker 2 (16:07):
Back at the Herdsman's cottage, the flames are crackling and
leaping up the walls. The ladder by which Dalelarden climbed
up to her hiding place in the loft over the door,
is now a fiery skeleton. Terrified by the crackling flames
and not daring to cry out for fear. Tall is outside,
watching the destruction of the cottage. Dale crouches in a
corner and tries to cover her face with her cloak
to keep out the smoke. Suddenly she hears the door

(16:28):
crashed in and a voice called, Day, are you in here?

Speaker 3 (16:34):
Dale? Where are you here?

Speaker 2 (16:35):
On the row?

Speaker 3 (16:37):
Jump Dale quickly, I will catch you.

Speaker 4 (16:39):
Catch me here.

Speaker 10 (16:41):
That is dark.

Speaker 7 (16:44):
Thank Kevin, you are safe. Pull your cloak over your
head and we will get out of here. Now we
are in the open air.

Speaker 4 (16:53):
Oh that is DARKO. I thought I was done for.
How did you happen to come back?

Speaker 7 (16:58):
I saw a General kar Ladies said party just as
I started out, so I followed, And when he and
his men rolled off, I came in to see if
you were in the burning cottage, and I was well,
there is only one thing to do now but make
ourselves invisible, and both of us look for flash.

Speaker 4 (17:14):
But what if you should return while we're gone?

Speaker 7 (17:16):
Life must have been captured again or you would have
returned by now. And with the roads and woods around
here patrolled by General Tal and his men, we must
become invisible to reach the palace. Hurry, help me set
up the machine. We have no time to lose here.
Take these electrodes, put them over there. Yes, that is

(17:37):
you will make me invisible first, very well that remember
the reading of the dial.

Speaker 4 (17:42):
Twelve hundred and fifty.

Speaker 3 (17:43):
Good girl, that is correct. And now have you the
electrodes all set up?

Speaker 4 (17:48):
Yes, they are ready to be attached to that thing over.

Speaker 2 (17:51):
There, the dynamo.

Speaker 7 (17:52):
Yes, all right, give me the wires. Now I shall
test it. Throw the switch. It worked, Yes, it worked.
Now I shall stand between the electrodes when I tell
you turn on the current. Then when I have had enough,
I will give you a charge, which will also make

(18:14):
you invisible.

Speaker 4 (18:15):
Well, I can hardly wait, doctor Zarco.

Speaker 3 (18:17):
You will have to wait until I get between the electrodes.
All right, road switch?

Speaker 4 (18:25):
How's that?

Speaker 3 (18:26):
What is the leading?

Speaker 4 (18:27):
Ten hundred?

Speaker 3 (18:28):
Stop it when you get to twelve fifty?

Speaker 4 (18:31):
All right, doctor Zarco, you're disappearing already.

Speaker 3 (18:34):
We will be able to have flashed much better this
way until the chart.

Speaker 4 (18:38):
Well all twelve hundred and fifty. Now make me invisible.

Speaker 3 (18:43):
All right, you stand up here like this.

Speaker 2 (18:46):
That is right.

Speaker 3 (18:48):
Now, I will turn on the switch. I'll give you
the chart.

Speaker 4 (18:51):
Listen. I hear a lot approaching. It might be flash.

Speaker 3 (18:55):
I wonder.

Speaker 4 (18:57):
It's home.

Speaker 9 (18:59):
Yes, so I was right after all? What do you
mean this is a place for a flash? Gordon and
the scientists for hiding. I thought, if I came back alone,
I find someone here. What's the machine?

Speaker 4 (19:11):
What machine?

Speaker 9 (19:12):
What machine? This machine here with the electrodes? And what
are you standing between them?

Speaker 2 (19:16):
For? By cow?

Speaker 9 (19:18):
You are being made invisible?

Speaker 3 (19:20):
Yeah, I'm away from.

Speaker 4 (19:21):
There to Doco. Why don't you do something?

Speaker 2 (19:23):
Acos? Where is he?

Speaker 9 (19:25):
I don't see him. I have something for him when
I meet him.

Speaker 3 (19:28):
Here, I am General Talon. Here is something for you.

Speaker 4 (19:33):
You've killed him, doctor Doco, I.

Speaker 3 (19:35):
Hope so completely tailed.

Speaker 2 (19:37):
Help me.

Speaker 3 (19:37):
There is no time to lose now, doctor.

Speaker 4 (19:41):
Doc Why are you breaking up the machine?

Speaker 5 (19:43):
Are you mad?

Speaker 7 (19:44):
We must destroy it now and go before towns men
come back for him. They must not know how the
invisibility machine works.

Speaker 3 (19:51):
Hurry, help me break it up.

Speaker 4 (19:54):
Oh what should we do now? Are not invisible?

Speaker 7 (19:57):
I think it would be better this way. You saw
how it worked, with how he saw only you and
did not suspect I he was around.

Speaker 4 (20:04):
But with the machine destroyed, none of us can ever
be made invisible again.

Speaker 3 (20:08):
Oh, do not worry there.

Speaker 7 (20:09):
The machine is destroyed, but the plans and specifications are not.
They are steal in my head. Come get on this
horse now I'm to the palace. I'll bewitch Queen.

Speaker 2 (20:33):
In the meantime. What's up? And the soldiers have led
Cohn the Hawkman to the iron do author which flash
and Azuri disappeared. Here's the entrance to the pit of peril,
Mighty con.

Speaker 10 (20:42):
So this is the iron door you spoke?

Speaker 3 (20:43):
Are they?

Speaker 10 (20:44):
And there's a sign death to all who went are here?

Speaker 2 (20:47):
The sign speaks the truth, mighty con. Prisoners we have
pushed through that doorway have never come out. Is that
so well?

Speaker 10 (20:53):
The prisoners who put through that doorway were weaklings anyway?

Speaker 2 (20:56):
They weren't real men like King Flagg what.

Speaker 9 (20:58):
We sent whole company of men into the pit, not
just one man, and they weren't able to get out again.

Speaker 10 (21:04):
We'll see you about that.

Speaker 2 (21:06):
Open the door, who, mighty con, do not make us
open that door?

Speaker 10 (21:09):
Why not?

Speaker 3 (21:10):
Are you all afraid?

Speaker 1 (21:11):
No?

Speaker 2 (21:12):
When we do open the door, our whole army is
stationed around it. There are so few of us here.
Wait until we can summon the rest of the truth.

Speaker 10 (21:19):
There isn't time. West Gordon is down there and I
mean to let him out.

Speaker 9 (21:23):
Open that door here, comrade, have you gone mad? Why
is the prisoner unchained.

Speaker 2 (21:29):
Oh General Tal, we will give him the news.

Speaker 10 (21:32):
Paul, I am ruler here in the name of King Flash.

Speaker 9 (21:35):
You are ruler here, and wait until Azura here.

Speaker 3 (21:38):
As you say so, where is the.

Speaker 2 (21:40):
Queen, Oh General Tal, Queen Azua is dead. She's not dead.

Speaker 4 (21:44):
We do not know.

Speaker 10 (21:46):
Azura and King Flash are down there.

Speaker 9 (21:48):
In the pit up peril. Yes, and they are dead.
And if Azura has been killed, I am ruler here.
It is in my country and I am next to
occupy the throne.

Speaker 10 (21:58):
I don't care what you are when a Zula is dead.
As long as Flash Gordon is alive, he is king.
And until he is proved dead, I am ruler here
there you want prove I do not fight with wounded men.

Speaker 2 (22:10):
I am not wounded.

Speaker 9 (22:11):
This is just a slight cut on the back of
my head. If I could have seen that dark off
come up behind.

Speaker 10 (22:17):
Me, dark cough, then he and Dale are still alive.

Speaker 9 (22:20):
May I still alive?

Speaker 2 (22:21):
Curse them? Where are they? I do not know.

Speaker 9 (22:24):
Unfortunately I discovered them with their magic machine, the one
which made Flash Gordon invisible. While I talk with the girl,
the Earth Wizard came up behind me and hit me
over the head. Good when I came to, they had
disappeared and the machine was completely broken up.

Speaker 10 (22:41):
I'm glad to know they still live. And now I'll
pre King Flash and we'll all be together before long.

Speaker 9 (22:46):
Do not be so sure, con I will prove to
you that Flash Gordon is no longer alive.

Speaker 10 (22:51):
How will you prove it?

Speaker 9 (22:52):
We will open the iron door. If Flash Gordon and
Queen Asura did not come out, it will be.

Speaker 3 (22:57):
Proofy I'm both dead.

Speaker 2 (22:59):
Well, if that is so, I tal.

Speaker 9 (23:02):
I'm ruler the Blue Magic Land.

Speaker 10 (23:04):
But if they come out, you will acknowledge Flash Gordon
as king.

Speaker 3 (23:08):
Yes, God, open the iron door.

Speaker 9 (23:16):
Queen Asura, Queen Nisura by King plus, welcome, What do
you say.

Speaker 2 (23:29):
You will call?

Speaker 1 (23:30):
Ah?

Speaker 2 (23:31):
Here is my sword. Far down the tunnels of the dwarfs,
away from the iron door, and no drug takes a
zua before King Hoko, who sits and throne between the
roots of a mighty tree. Off to one side, Flash

(23:54):
Gordon stands awaiting an opportunity to free as you and himself.

Speaker 5 (23:58):
Oh mighty, how come see whom we areception Queen Aura, Yes,
mighty hokow Well, it's a pleasant surprise. We are delighted
to see you as your.

Speaker 2 (24:10):
Yes, I am sure you are.

Speaker 5 (24:12):
What shall we do to entertain our royal visitor? No drum?
If I were your magicie, I know what I do
and what is that? No drum? I give her a
nice dead It's an excellent suggestion, an excellent get your knives.

Speaker 4 (24:27):
No drugs, no no, please, do not like me to death.

Speaker 5 (24:30):
You are thinking of your guty as always, Well, this
time it will be wrong for you. It's no drugs, knives,
mister Mark, bring a zero over here to the topic
ball No.

Speaker 3 (24:40):
No, noge, I'm here.

Speaker 2 (24:42):
I will save you.

Speaker 5 (24:43):
Then you'll have to hurry Flash, Come Adura. I'll show
you where to stand.

Speaker 4 (24:48):
Gather around conress.

Speaker 5 (24:51):
Spot stand here, Adura, I get over here. That's fall enough.
No drugs. I don't want you to miss your arm.

Speaker 2 (24:58):

Speaker 5 (25:00):

Now look at her clinging fear. I'll show you curse
how a queen can die. Throw your knives, and now,
my beautiful queen, the last night, the knife of death.

Speaker 4 (25:24):
One Joe.

Speaker 2 (25:31):
Before the dwarf could hurl his last night Flash, Gordon
pushed a great rock down on top of him.

Speaker 5 (25:37):
Nor no rum. Yeah, somebody pushed Rock off.

Speaker 2 (25:43):

when we will bring you another chapter in the amazing
interplanetary adventures of Flash Gordon.

Speaker 1 (27:18):
Welcome back. I am a little baffled as to why
Zarkov decided it made more sense to have one invisible
person rather than two, because while it was true that
they were able to work things out with Dale being visible,

(27:38):
it would have been far easier had she been invisible
when Taul arrived.

Speaker 2 (27:46):
Though, what do I know?

Speaker 1 (27:48):
Zarkoff is the mad super genius, so maybe he will
turn out to be correct.

Speaker 3 (27:53):
I guess from a.

Speaker 1 (27:53):
Plot standpoint, it's kind of nice to move the invisibility
to be a bit out of play for future episodes
because it has, I guess, been played out in the
last few episodes. Somebody who was not a super genius
was Kan. I have no idea why he agreed to

(28:18):
the suggestion by Khan that if Flash and Azora didn't answer,
that they must be dead, and further to agree to
surrender and let all take over. I mean, it is
a bad day when you get out maneuvered by Tall.

(28:41):
I will say, though, the big highlight of this is
Azora and Flash in the pit of peril, and I
like the idea of this made something so horrific that
Azora is willing to totally surrender, And I think the

(29:01):
developments once they get down there are interesting, and certainly
they are left in a precarious situation and we'll have
to see how it works out. All right, Well, listener
comments and feedback now, and we have a couple of reviews.
First off, we start at Audible, where a listener Jay

(29:25):

do not reflect certain social and cultural progresses we have
made here in the twenty first century. Well that's fair enoughisode,

(30:11):
and I appreciate you and Jay taking time to leave
five star reviews really helpful as we are getting this
podcast off the ground. All right, Well, now it is
