Speaker 1 (01:06):
Hello, Hello, Hello oncome to an episode of the GSMC
Wrestling Laureate Podcast, brought to you with the GSMC Sports Network.
I'm your favorite wrestling fan here, Eric Rodriguez, every Monday
night live eight pm Pasitic time, eleven pm Eastern Time,
here to talk about the greatest thing of the world,
professional wrestling. Hope you all's had a great wrestling Mania
a week and WrestleMania week. To be honest, I hope
(01:27):
you guys had a great Easter with you and your
loved ones. Hopefully the kids got everything that they desired
inside that easter basket. Hopefully the Easter bunny did not
leave a couple of eggs that he will forget about.
But then at the end of the year, remember I remember,
you know, I think this is like a parenting one
oh one kind of thing. I kind of steer away
from hiding the relegs because we usually died the re
(01:50):
leggs Saturday, well the Saturday night before and it's and
it's all good. But you know, the kids really like
it when they go out there and they you know,
they're searching for eggs at the easter bunny laid out
and then they see the one that they created themselves,
and they're like, oh my god, that's so cool. But sometimes,
you know, and it happens to every parent out there,
you you forget about it, you know. So I think
it was two three years ago. It was I think
(02:13):
it was like August, which is terrible. And then I
noticed my couch started like it had like this weird
just stench. It wasn't really rotten eggs, which is crazy
because you think eggs would smell like rotten eggs. It
was like just this different stench stuff. I was like,
what the hell's going on. I looked under the couch,
didn't find it. Looked under the couch, looked under the
entertainment center, and then I you know, checked the couch cushions,
(02:36):
and I was like, what the Hell's going on? And
then I think the egg when you know, obviously people
you know, repeatedly, repeatedly sit on the even long sofa,
you know, three cushions, so you know, three people can
sit at and sit on it at the same time.
Somewhere some way it got wedged all the way in
the back and then lo and behold, we found that, uh,
we found that released their eggs. So, you know, definitely, Uh,
(02:59):
you know, if you're you know, I hope you guys
want all those eggs. But we're here to talk about
professional wrestling. Obviously, big ass weekend, it was great.
Speaker 2 (03:07):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (03:08):
The wrestle media roast I heard was was good, but
probably is not wise to see the light of day.
The Hall of Fame, obviously, the Hall of Fame, the slammis.
There was a bunch of stuff that went down this
weekend and it was pretty badass. So we're gonna get
on into it. We're gonna get on to absolutely everything.
(03:28):
But first we're gonna talk about WWE NXT Stand and Deliver.
We got Wrestling Mania Saturday Night Talk, we got Wrestling
Mania Sunday Night Talk. Then we're gonna talk about three
stars that might be joining or that are you know,
already signed contracts where we have three stars that are
joining WWE in the mere future, and then we're gonna
talk about in our fifth and final segment. So with
(03:49):
Joe recently has been he was in an interview with
Chris van Fleet I believe that's his name, and he
named his teename out Rushmore. You know, I have no
disagreements with Joe or anything like that. But you know,
I just want to talk about the history of teenage,
just want to talk about, you know, some of his picks,
and then we're gonna talk about some sleepers that maybe
(04:11):
you know, maybe might as well, you know, wind up
on that list. So make sure you guys stay tuned
for the end of the show. But we're gonna go
in and dive on into the meat of it. But
before we go on into anything, super duper Conteur, we're
gonna talk about the tips and the Nations link or
the super Chat. Whether you've got to bring any question
or hot take in terms of the world of professional wrestling.
(04:33):
Just know, at the GSMC Sports Network, we are dying
to hear what you guys have to say, Get anything,
share anything you guys have on your chest in the chat.
You know, questions, hot takes, absolutely anything in terms of
the world of professional wrestling. Your voice will make a difference.
So don't be shot. Yourect your thoughts inside that chat.
And if you really want to make sure you come
me qu a question or concern gets noticed on air,
(04:54):
why not use that super chat. Go ahead, and you
know tap that dollar sign which guarantees anything you guys
put inside that little chatbot to be featured, talked about,
maybe debated about, take place at a segment on a show.
A thousand and just want to make sure you guys
are absolutely active. Just to make sure an when you're
watching a wrestling podcast or when you're watching a wrestling stream.
I know, like a lot of you know, the sometimes
the comments section, you know could be flooded, but just
(05:16):
know on this podcast, everything you guys put inside that
chatbox is going to be recognized, talked about, and you know,
just want to make sure you guys feel absolutely included.
One thousand and percent, plus the super chats obviously keeps
you know, the support for this channel. We definitely rely
on you guys because you know, we have a whole
bunch of passionate podcasters who love sports and obviously you
(05:37):
know they live, they breed, they die sports, and you
know they're going to give you awesome sports content. Uh
set five days a week, Monday through Friday. So make
sure you guys like to subscribe to the show so
you guys can continue to getting the content that you
guys love so damn much for absolutely free free. We
are super grateful for each and every one of you
guys who joins us here daily on the GSMC Sports Network,
(06:00):
Your you know sport makes all the difference. So hit
up that super chat go ahead, and you know, Superman
punched that lack of subscribe button to the show and
let's get this party started. So yeah, with a further ado,
let's go in and talk about our first segment. We
got w W E NXC stand in Deliver, which was good.
I liked Sandon, I you know, definitely thought that was
(06:22):
a you know, pretty pretty badass. But you know, obviously
live from the Team Obile Arena in Paradise and Nevada,
we got to see the best of NXT and what
they showcased. But no, it was you know, okay, let's
go in and start first and foremost, we have the
you know, the pre show. We have the pre show
elimination match. We had the Meta girls taking off Fatal
(06:44):
Influence doling Paxley against Rox and Perez and Courage Aide.
Excuse me, sorry, it was a good match. It was
a good match. Obviously Roxx and Perez core Jaide not
really seeing Eyed die. I want to see these two
girls go out it like in a feud. I would
you know much rather prefer that than you know, them tagging,
(07:05):
you know, tagging with each other from here and there.
But you know, the Meta girls, fatal influence. I honestly
thought the last the last team that I thought was
gonna win was you know, Gid Don't, Joelingantano Paxley. But
you know, they picked up the Dubs, so obviously, you know,
I gotta throw some respect on their names. I definitely
do respect both the superstars there. You know, they made
(07:27):
you know, they've had their time in w W. An
XC also went down to you know, when I'm down
then you know, like it's like a you know, minor
league team. Uh, you know, like the TNA. Uh. So
you know, you know, these girls are hungry. You know
that they want to you know, be the next part
of wrestling. And you know we had a you know,
we got them win and they're going to take on
(07:49):
next Tuesday, next tomorrow. I think they're gonna fight next
Tuesday for the w w W Women's World Tack Team Championships,
which I feel like they can definitely win, and honestly,
I kind of at this you know, at this point, hope,
you know, kind of prefer they win. Next we have
the North American Championship match, Ricky Saints taking on all
Ego Ethan Page. This match had, you know, it's been
(08:13):
brewing over weeks and weeks and weeks. It was about
time that we finally got it and we did two
former AEW stars you know, famous in the independence. Absolutely,
you know, they put in work. It was it was
interesting to see the reaction from the fans. You know,
the fans obviously they do love Ricky Saints ever since
coming to w w W and he's gonna be a
(08:33):
big star. So put in the NXC North American Championship
kind of reminded me of what they did with you know,
Stephanie Vquier when she came from the c MLL to
w w E NXT and you know she got the
Women's North American Championship right off the bat. So it's
the right move, you know, it's you know, creating you know,
bigger star power within that you know, within the mid
(08:54):
card title, which you know, I know, you know, not
hating on Toony DiAngelo or anything like that, not really
hating on Wesley or Oba Feming, but you know, that title.
I would believe since Oba had it has been kind
of like lackluster and then the Shan Spears won it
for a couple of nights in which was kind of stupid.
But I like Ricky Saints told in this title. I
(09:17):
feel like what Ricky Saints has to offer to the
w w WE, it's exactly what they needed within that
mid card title. You know, the Intercontinental Championship would be
nothing without the Miz. You know, the w WU United
States Championship, I gotta be honest, still is kind of like,
you know, when you think about the title, you don't
really have a specific person you think of, but the
Intercontinental Championship, obviously you think of the MIZ. It needs
(09:40):
attention to, It needs a big superstar, it needs a
face of the company, so you know, so to speak,
So you have the you know, I know a lot
of wrestling promotions they want to absolutely push the the
you know, the the stardom talent up to the World
Heavyweight Championship picture in NXT. But it's I feel like
it is kind of smart. It's smart to have you know,
(10:02):
Ricky Saints down there, but not down there. But you know,
because the NX North American Championship is also prestigious on
the brand. But I definitely feel like I want to
see Ethan Page do a little bit more. I honestly
would love to see him on the main roster. I do.
I feel like he's kind of accomplished everything in NXC.
(10:24):
He's you know, he's in a way in a way
because he was a former NXT World champion. I feel
like he kind of did, you know, help the push
of Ricky Saints. So you know, I feel like right
now draft coming up, maybe a first round pick, maybe
maybe round one pick one ross ALECX Ethan Page would
(10:44):
be pretty bad ass, so you know, but overall, great match.
It was a nice little storytelling match, but Ricky Saints
is the you know, still NXC North American Champion. Thought
that was pretty bad ass. Fraxee him takes on hankin
Tank and I gotta be honest, I absolutely hated this match.
I thought it was it was you know, you had
(11:05):
so many different tag teams come along the line that
you're like, oh my god, this tag team would be
way better than you know, Hank and Tank to win.
You know, not hating on Hanking Tank, I'm not trying
to throw shade on them at all, but like they're
you know, They're versatile to a point. They kind of
remind me, like, you know, the Nasty Boys of their
(11:26):
early WWF days. But Phraxium and Nathan Fraser were so
excited to watch in the Tag Team Division. W w
E NXT general manager Sean Michaels definitely has to, you know,
kind of pick the twees's battles here, be like, okay,
so now I'm putting the you know, the tag team
titles on Hankin Tank Phraxium. I don't want to see
(11:47):
them split up, although I feel like they ultimately will be.
I would love to see them drafted by Raw by
Raw you know, SmackDown. You know, although Draft SmackDown kind
of dropped the ball and turn of the WWE Tag
Team Championships heading toward WrestleMania forty one. I want to
see Phraxium be good. I don't want to see them apart.
(12:10):
It's bad for WWE if you split these two superstars apart,
Hank and Tank on NXT. Yeah, they can represent the
championship for once in a while, you know, here and there,
but you know, you have OTM knocking on their on
their door, you have the calling as well. It's only
a matter of time, and that's what kind of ultimately
(12:31):
kind of shapes my perspective on this tag team division
on in w W E NXC, because I feel like,
and you know, honestly this is my opinion in one
thousand percent that they kind of gave Hank and Tank
the tag team titles because I feel like they kind
of built Phraxium up to hardcore, like to the point
where nobody can beat them. And you know, Dan will
(12:52):
mine is when might as well been, you know that exactly,
So you have Hank and Tank bill hold under the
titles for at least at least a month and a half.
At least a month and a half, they're gonna rebuild
that NXC tag team division, and obviously you have Swipe
right from you know, WWE Evolve and all these young
(13:12):
rising stars that are going to make it an attack
team division. But you know, the tag teams in NXT
have been you know, kind of failures, and it kind
of sucks to say. I feel like, maybe you know,
Dark State, you know, maybe they get involved in the
tag team division and they you know, they claim all
the titles, but you know, furthermore, I would, you know,
(13:34):
I just hope that Phraxium winds up on w W
E Rob because of you know, that's just a perfect
spot for them. All right, now we have the next match.
Speaker 3 (13:44):
We have.
Speaker 1 (13:47):
The Women's North American Championship match. It was good. It
was good. I you know it was it was good.
I want you know, it was cool to see the
Hill kind of get all crazy, you know, because that's
kind of her overall persona ever since she left, not left,
but ever since you know, Chase you kind of went under.
(14:08):
They were like, okay, so how is nxt coin to
depict thea Haile from now on? You know, she's no
longer part of a chase U. She needs this new
badass absolutely like thrill addicted to adrenaline kind of persona.
(14:30):
And you know we got that. We got that one
thousand percent. I would have preferred seeing the title on
THEA or you know, once again won by Kayloni Jordan,
but we got so Ruka and so Ruka. I was
hot on so Ruka. I feel like she should have
been the inaugural w w NXC Women's North American Champion.
(14:52):
I you know, I'll go to my grade thinking that, I,
you know, feel like she should have won the first time.
Second time. You know, she won the Women's Speed Championship,
which the Speed Championship. Let's all face it, it's you know,
it's kind of a joke. It's kind of a joke.
And I'm not staying you know, I'm not sitting here
in front of you guys saying that it's a joke
because I'm trying to be an ursehole or anything like that.
It's the fact that WWE has made it to the
(15:13):
point where who cares. It's on their ex you know,
it's on their ex app. You know it's on there.
You know it's streaming live. Maybe that could ultimately, you know,
be within the ties of WWE elon musk and stuff
like that. But but but not getting political. I you
don't have these women walking around with the title. You
(15:35):
never saw Candice Larray with the Women's Speed Championship. You
didn't see Andrade, you didn't see Dragon Lee with the
Men's Speed Championship. So like it's WWE doesn't care, Why
should we care? Why should we care? A thousand and
ten percent? So then they put the title on soul Ruka.
I feel like the tag team between her and Zaria
(15:56):
is damn near pretty much ended, which makes you know,
it's kind of baffled because you know, you have you
had all this time to kind of build up that
chemistry between her ands are you and the fans, you know,
because you know, polar opposites attract, you had them kind
of like invested, you know, I would I want to
see Zari and sol Ruka as the WWE Women's World
(16:16):
Tack Team Champions, but we're not gonna get that. We're
not gonna get that because so Ruka is the new
w w e NC Women's Authormatic Champion. You know, maybe
they're gonna fight against each other, which is, you know,
all cool and grand and stuff like that. But I
don't know. I feel like maybe their niche would have
been more in the women's tacting division. Maybe I'm wrong,
(16:37):
you know, maybe two months down the line, I'm like, oh,
you know, so Ruka, you know, and I'm not trying
to dispute that, not trying to dispute that whatsoever. That
so Ruka is not going to be an amazing singles champion.
Definitely not, definitely not doing that. I wanted that from
the beginning, didn't get it, didn't get it sucks, But
I guess we're getting it now maybe like a better
(16:58):
late than ever. But then again, maybe, like you know,
it's too late to apologize. So there's a different number
of narratives that are kind of floating around ultimately. But
you know, Sobrika is our new NX North American Champions
Champion Women's North American Champion holder, so congratulations. Definitely love that.
Next we have the the DiAngelo family taking on Dark State.
(17:21):
This was easily a match that Dark State was going
to win. The brawl started outside the ring, which is,
you know, pretty cool. I love the fact that Dean
Lennox is absolutely just crazy, absolutely crazy, and this is
something that needs to happen with Dark State to be
relevant in w w E NXT. You know, you kind
(17:41):
of had a faction like Retribution. Maybe the fact that
they had a leader, maybe that if you're trying to
introduce a new you know, tandem or attack team within WWE,
having a leader ultimately will cripple it kind of you know,
the Shield never really had a leader, although Dean Ambrose
was kind of the mouth and you know, the Retribution
(18:02):
obviously had a Mustafa Ali, which you know X Division champion,
which you know, he had a good run. Uh you know,
uh two or five live, you know, cruiserweight champion. You know,
you have the smallest guy representing your representing your brand
is not really the best thing. I definitely love the
fact that Dark State won this match. Uh, you know
(18:24):
much loved to the D'Angelo family, but you know, it
seems like, you know, Stax might be a you know,
it might be heading out out of the Dangelo family,
which is a you know kind of a ultimately you know,
kind of upsetting. All right, Next we have the w
W ANIX Women's Championship. The main event is you know,
(18:44):
four absolutely blockbuster women in the in the w WE
as we speak. You know, Jada Parker I thought did
a fantastic job in the match. I definitely love the
way that she performed. But you know, Stepan never care.
You know, she overcome the odds of Julia Jordan Grace.
I would you know you couldn't get the title back
(19:09):
to Julia? You can't, you shouldn't have or you know
it was it was X you know she was she
was injured and took some time off, came back. A
lot of people kind of depict her as a heel.
I didn't really see that I Sephanie Vaquier is a
well deserving champion. Jordan Grace is a well deserving champion
(19:30):
as well. Jada Parker I feel like, is you know,
hanging on by a thread at this point, you know,
unsuccessful within the women's NXT North American Championship picture and
now within the heavyweight championship picture in the women's division.
So she's pretty much done. Jada Parker needs something different,
absolutely different. Maybe she finds a way to you know,
(19:52):
join forces with her, you know, with her fellow enemy.
Maybe hear her and Kalona Jordan, you know, form attack
team or stuff like that. But if Jada Parker doesn't
find a storyline pretty soon, she's going to wind up
on a train out of WWE and be released just like,
just like that. And you know, it sucks. Where's OTM
(20:13):
been on NXT? Know where to be found? So sad
to say it, but we will probably find these three
NXC superstars out of NXT once for their contracts expire.
What sucks because you kind of have the future in
front of you, Jordan Grace, Julia Stephanie Vekaier. WWE draft
right around the corner. Who's going to pick up who
(20:33):
three hot tickets right there. No, I'm not, you know,
not trying to be awkward in the ring. They're professional,
you know, just the wrestlers. It's the wrestlers. Don't think
like that. Julia would do wonders in WWE Monday nightra
challenging Eo Sky, another Japanese amazing woman's wrestler, would be
(21:00):
absolutely crazy to have him a you know, main event
heading towards SummerSlam. Doubt they'll trying to make it toward
money in the Bank or or backlash. Maybe Julia wins
the money in the bank briefcase, you know, maybe Becky does.
I would kind of hate it Becky wins the case,
being honest, not a Becky hater. But I don't know.
(21:21):
I would rather see somebody from NXC like Rox Sam
Perez Rock Sam Perez straight up screens miss money in
the Bank. By the way, I would love to see
here when that. But Stephanie Vicer retains the WWE Women's
NXT Championship, which is a you know, pretty pretty pretty
bad ass or we got themain event. I do not
know why this was the main event. Kind of bothered me.
(21:41):
You had the men trip up that match obviously obafeming,
you know, defeats Dabond Evans and Trick Williams to retain.
Speaker 3 (21:48):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (21:50):
I really honestly didn't know, Like why did they make this?
Why did they make this the main event? I thought
this should have been out of all the matches, like
number two or three. You should have had the Women's
NXC you know, North American Championship Ladder match main event.
Now you know what, I feel like the women's match
(22:10):
should have definitely made an event in you know, oh
Ifemi retains. So you know, Trick Williams, he got his rematch,
He's done. He's gonna try to I feel like he
will be drafted. Javon Evans young done, tried to panther
to the fans, unsuccessful. He needs a heel turn. He
needs character change because he can't go out that boy bouncy.
(22:35):
You know, it's cool, it's cool one thousands of percent,
and I do love Javon Evans, but overall something needs
to change. Something needs to change a thousand and ten
percent Javon Evans. You know, once Wan Trick Williams is
off of the NXT roster, a new babyface or a
or another heel needs to be emerged because I feel
(22:56):
like ultimately ethan page will be will be drafted as well.
And now you got Ricky Sarks. Ricky Starks is a
babyface and oba f I mean he's not a baby face.
He's not a bad guy. So it's it's going to
be interesting to find out what NXT does or maybe
they're waiting for some new acchoir talent to kind of
ultimately decide on what's gonna happen. But you know, all well,
(23:19):
all in all, NXC Sander Deliver. You know it was good.
I give it a seven. I give it a seven
stars out of ten. All right, guys, don't go anywhere.
We got w W Wrestle many a Saturday talk, so
grab your favorite snack, grab refridad, caoed beverage. Enjoined me
here in about twenty five seconds, so hey, do not
go absolutely anywhere. I feel like I'm losing my.
Speaker 4 (23:41):
Everybody in the wild die please sto it. Give me
USI U side. I feel that I'm losing by everybody
wilde please start it. Give me U shine shine.
Speaker 5 (24:03):
I want to be the greatest everybody on the face shit.
Speaker 1 (24:05):
I look around, I feel like everybody is the fakes.
I make this every day and I'm in patient helping.
One day I blow up in the basement. Stay man,
the top is so baking. I don't even ship that
I think is amazing, waiting for my table when I'm playing.
Speaker 5 (24:15):
Sold own shoulds for a thousand faces. Hey give me that.
Speaker 1 (24:18):

your placed all this my sound. If I want that
ship that, I'll get it right now. I'm losing it.
The noose and fits, the mousy ship, the stupid myth.
You choose to live and choose to deep. You choose
to fight and lose your grip and lose a gift.
Speaker 5 (24:31):
Dog.
Speaker 4 (24:33):
I feel like I'm using.
Speaker 1 (24:36):
Everybody the world.
Speaker 3 (24:38):

(27:56):
WrestleMania kids in the Eastern baskets know the Easter egg conteing.
You know, my wife actually hid the eggs, which was
which was a nice change of pace, which is pretty good. Obviously,
you know, give all the loves to the wife out there,
you know, definitely love them, love that. So without further aduo,
let's talk about some wrestle Mania Night one all right,
(28:20):
First and foremost, wrestle Mania obviously held in Lost Vegas, Nevada,
and just kind of giving an overall, you know, night
one night two. I thought the show was a little
could have been better, could have been better. Obviously, you
know I have you know, I have hot takes, You
have hot takes, you know, YadA, YadA, YadA. But I
(28:43):
feel like there was a lot of build up. I
feel like, you know, heading to Las Vegas. I know
Las Vegas, you know, the the entertainment capital there, Russell
Maya like it never really kind of came in fruition,
which kind of sucked. But then again, Las Vegas, you know,
you know, you're either flush or bust. You know, it's
(29:03):
a city of hope, city of broken dreams, and you know,
maybe that overall kind of had the theme honestly overnight
one to night too. So can't really be up to upset,
but it is what it is. First, we have a
Jade Cargo match taking on Naomi. I definitely loved this match.
(29:23):
I loved, you know, a lot of the women's matches
in WWE. WrestleMania was actually a pretty damn badass I
and and surprisingly and I'm you know, I've never I'm
not a Naomi bash or anything like that. I feel
like she should have turned heel freak freaking years ago.
You got a credit Naomi. Naomi really honestly, you know
(29:47):
Jade ever since coming to the WWE. Not hating on Jade,
but this is the truth coming from Ae. W aw
had a really relaxed schedule where she would have worked
like three nights a week tops. Tops came to w
awe had to deal with the hectic schedule. Very very
family oriented woman. That's the reason why she was written
off the WWE. That's the reason why Naomi basically threw
(30:09):
her into the winsheet of the escalade for her to
take a vacation. How nice. But ultimately Naomi really did
a good job putting Jade over, really did a good
job kind of getting Jade used to this whole WWE
because you know, let's just face it. Aw events are
not like ww events. You know, it's a lot more
it's a you know, a lot more intensity. The fans
(30:31):
are absolutely like lingering on every single word you saying
during the promo. They're lingering on every match, every move.
That's the reason why us as wrestling fans and WWE fans,
when we watch a match, and you know it yourself
as a WWE fan for a long time, you're watching
the match and you're watching it to enjoy it, yes,
but at the same time you're analyzing that match. You
(30:55):
were absolutely analyzing that match one thousand and ten percent.
You're like, she could have done that better, or why
did that happen? Triple h sucks. Vince McMahon sucks. Why
am I so invested? It's because the story. It's the
(31:15):
storytelling that happens within the ring. It's the story that's
told within every submission, every suplex, every single drop toll hold.
And that's why WWE doesn't get the credit it deserves. Oh,
it's choreographed. It's fake. It's absolutely fake. It's her. I
love the UFC, dude. UFC fighters, you know you can fight.
(31:39):
You can get knocked out in a minute and a half,
two three three minute rounds. Wrestlers they're injured during the match,
guess what. They won't let the crowd down. They won't
tap out, they won't get up and walk out because
they're pissed off or because they're hurt. They feel like
they owe it to the fans, and a lot of
wrestlers wrestle weather hurt wrestle while they're dealing with an
(32:03):
underlying condition. It's because you're expected to put on a
six to nine minute match. Imagine in the UFC, like
it could be over like that and that's it. You
paid for a pay per view about seventy bucks. You know,
Oh thank you, Dana White. Awesome. But for professional wrestling,
(32:28):
wrestlers can't do that. And it's not because they feel
obligated to please the fans. Wrestlers have integrity. Wrestlers are
emotionally invested in their character. Wrestlers they love the fans.
You've never seen WWE go under You've never seen you know,
(32:50):
UFC fighters kind of get the same love and attention
that a lot of WWE fans, and that's there's a
reason for that. UFC. You know, the guy goes out there,
don't I'm gonna say, I don't gotta say crap. I'm
gonna go out there and throw punches, I'm gonna kick
legs and stuff like that. Wrestlers they have the pressure
to you know, talk on the mic. They have the
pressure to to succeed in that heel role, that babyface role.
(33:18):
I don't know. Once again, kind of arguing arguing that
the you know, WWE superstars are way better than the
UFC fighters just saying hot take understand, you know, fight
me about it. You can find me at four to one.
So I'm just gonna know, I'm not gonna give you guys.
I'm not gonna give you guys my address. I want you,
don't want you guys outside my doors, you know, you know,
bugging my children asking for an autograph. I'm sorry, I
(33:38):
can't deal with that, but just kidding. Overall of the
match was actually pretty bad ass. Love that Jade got
the dub right there. Grand damn. Eric Kano takes on Raymisterio,
will not Raymistereo. Ray Phoenix actually comes out due to
an injury. Is raymo Sterio actually injured? Not too sure,
but he when he did wrestle Money Night Raw last week,
I kind of thought it was stupid. I was like,
(34:00):
why is Ray coming out here? And in the back
of my mind, I was like, okay, old, he's an
older guy. Why is he fighting a week before he
fights Brodno Americana And you know, and then you had
Ray Phoenix win. Maybe if Ray Mysterious participating in the match,
we would find out that you know, you know, Grande
Americana would be unmasked. Chad Gable though Chad Cable put
on one hell of a match. Can't really be upset
(34:23):
about that. Chad Gable, this whole American made storyline. And
I know, you know, like, like I said, this is
not a political podcast whatsoever, but right now, America in
the eyes of the Latino community, yeah, we kind of
look like jerk offs here. But you know, and Chad Gable,
you know, in an interview, he kind of ultimately kind
(34:43):
of admitted that I'm not doing this to disrespect to
Luca Libra, I'm not doing this to disrespect the Mexican
Latino community whatsoever. This is you know, being from the
Gulf of America, which is absolutely garbage. Chad Gable is
an absolute bad He's taken a lot of this heat,
you know of, you know of, you know of just
(35:08):
because my wife, she's very she's very latiness, he's very rich,
you kinda she absolutely hates the character of Groad Day Americano,
and I try to tell her, I'm like, look, this
is kind of satire. You know, he's representing America. You know,
he's trying to be something that he's not, you know,
American politics. I like, okay, I'm not going any further.
(35:29):
Than that, you know, trying to relate to the Latin
American community where honestly, you've never really dealt with poverty,
you never really dealt with any kind of you know,
any kind of like discrepancy in terms of that. But
you're gonna leave it at that. I love what Chad
Gable is doing. I love the fact that Chad Gable,
an amazing superstar, is getting the attention, you know, a
(35:50):
little you know, iffy attention here and there, but him
as Groad day Americano. If this is what it had to,
you know, this is what it takes to get Chad
Gable on the w d W screen more often. You know,
we'll take you on toowns out of ten. I'm sorry,
you know, but I you know, this the whole thing
about you know, kind of being racially you know, ethnic,
you know, ethnically, culturally, you know, a little insensitive. I
(36:15):
feel like maybe that's a little, you know, a bit
of a step up there, you know, it's a little
push push to too further than my liking. But overall,
you know, I definitely love the story that Chad Gable
was saying, you know, kind of being Lucy Libra and
stuff like that you know, you kind of have this,
you know, this American made person trying to relate to
(36:35):
Latin American community, and everybody from the Latin American community
is kind of looking at him as a joke. But
you know, he's holding his punches. So Grande Americana defeats
Ray Phoenix, not Ray Mysterio in the match at Wrestlingia,
which is pretty cool. This match, I gotta be honest,
We'll keep it pretty short. Love the fact that La
Knight's not the ww United States Champion. Gotta love it.
(36:57):
You know, I feel like he should have turned heel
maybe be maybe like during SummerSlam, perhaps Jacob Fattoo. It's
gonna do amazing things. He's the you know, definitely one
of the future in WWEE Heavyweight Championship material. He will
get to that point. Definitely expect him to have a
(37:17):
nice long United States Championship run. Don't expect anybody to
take the title off of him. I'm not too sure
how the blood line is going to kind of fit
in with this storyline. I you know, I kind of
hope it does. But you know, you got Roman losing
a WrestleMania obviously. Spoiler alert spoiler alert. Obviously be tuning
into this podcast. Obviously you know what happened at WrestleMania,
(37:37):
So don't make me feel bad. I just kidding with
the whole blood line, Paul Hayman's cone, you know, Hikalio
NXC Zila Fattoo seems like he's finding a lot of
success in the independence right now. Obviously, WWE watches over that.
Jacob Fattoo needs to kind of go in business with
(37:58):
himself for himself. He needs to go in there give
everything he has, which he has one thousand and ten percent.
You know, Tungoloba Tamatunga gone. Are they gonna side with
Sola Soakola once? When these two finally feud, which we've
been waiting for. We kind of thought we were gonna
get this WrestleMania match between Solo Sakoba and Jacob Fattou.
Jaco Fatwo has the title. Now, now there's a bargaining chip.
(38:21):
Now there's something that's going to you know, kind of
split the two apart. But I kind of hope WWE
does this ride because if it's kind of done a
little wonky, you know, you could ultimately kind of lose
a WWE Superstar. You can lose Solo Cicola Solosica. Already
he's in terms, you know, in the eyes of fans,
(38:41):
he's like, you know, kind of dwindling a little bit,
but I don't know, it has to be done right.
Next we have new Tag Team Champions, a New Day
defeats the war Raiders. I thought there was gonna be
a little bit more meat in this tag team match.
But the Raw a tack individual, what can I say,
is absolute garbage right now. So put it the titles
back on the New Day obviously seems like the right move.
(39:04):
I ultimately should have thought that they should have beat
the Judgment Day. You know, when they were like babyfaces
with the with Big E and now they're heels where
nobody likes them, nobody wants to see them, people respect them,
and now they're WWE Tack Team Champions finally, So tribble
H thought to himself that it would be smarter for
(39:25):
the New Day to be Tack Team Champions as a heel,
which is fair. You know, if you're bringing in a
flood of new tack team you know, new tack team
competitors into WWE Raw because the Raw Tack Team division
is garbage right now. It's terrible. It sucks. It's literally
the worst thing on planet Earth. The war Raiders love
the war Raiders, but you know, temporary champions. It seems
(39:49):
like it's kind of a fit for them, not trying
to be mean or anything like that. And now you
kind of have the new I don't know, you should
once again frustrated with the raw tacking division. Next we
got Tiffany Stratton against Charlotte Flair. Keeping this match also short.
Charlotte Flair was she was putting over Tiffy. That's it,
(40:11):
that's it. These girls had a hard physical bout Charlotte
Flair a lot of the times. You know, it seems
like Tiffany really cracked under pressure, which isn't good, which
is really not good for w W in the future
of the women's division on s backdown. Ultimately, I feel
like maybe they let Tiffany, you know, hold the title
because they're moving off for Charlotte. Charlott's kind of getting
(40:33):
up there, so he's getting a little older. Definitely a
woman's the United States Championship run. In her inner future,
Tiffany Stratton's gonna be taking on a lot of these
new NXC superstars. Maybe maybe the trainers that train Tiffany
Stratton are more linked to a lot of these young
NXC superstars like Cora, Jade, Roxan Perez, Julia YadA, YadA YadA,
(40:55):
you know, and maybe they're gonna have more comfortable matches
in the future. But this match, you saw Charlotte flaill
like literally like pandering to Tiffany Stritton, like, Okay, come on, dude,
you're gonna hit this? Are you going to hit this
neck breaker? Or are you gonna hit this DDT? You know,
do I really honestly have to like carry you through
this match? And it sucks, but that's just how it is.
(41:18):
I hope Tiffany Stratton gets better. I hope that, you know,
because throughout the promos, Tiffany Stratton was as of three
weeks ago dead in the water, and then two weeks
ago in Chicago it was awesome, and you know, she's
kind of held the she kind of held that higher
ground from there. But during this match, it was it
(41:41):
was like you see, it was like you see and
that's not you know, for Charlotte Flair match, that's not
good and for Tiffany Stritton being that Charlotte Flair competitor
not really good as well. Ju So takes on Gunther
in the ouch opening match of Saturday Night WrestleMania. I
feel bad for jay. I feel bad for jay because
winning the World Rumble, you know, Word Rumble winners. I
(42:04):
think there's only been a few exceptions to this, have
ma main event at wrestle Minia at Night too, you know,
even the women, even the women jay us I feel
I think, and don't quote me on this, I feel
like he is the first male superstar to win the
Word Rumble without being in the main event. And then
Gunther too tapping out like so out of character. That's
(42:27):
not Gunther. You buried Gunther. And despite the fact that
he won the WWE World WA Championship, I feel like
jay Usa is still kind of looks weak. Jay Uso
doesn't look like he is doesn't look like he's ready,
you know. I I feel like he should have had
(42:49):
a longer Innerconnadal Championship run. But obviously Survivors series comes
around the Corner War Games. The fans want to see
the original blood line taking on the Young bloodline, and
he drops the title after defeating Brown Breaker, and it's
just like, oh my god, and the old the person
(43:10):
who suffers the most is Jay And then you know,
and I'm not a hate I'm not I like Juso.
I think he's pretty cool. I think he's awesome, and
I do love the fact that he is absolutely consistent.
He's on Raw every single week. He's not pulling to
brock Lessner or John Cena at this point. But I
don't know, it just seems like it could have been
done a lot better. But we have a new w
(43:30):
w B Roads Heavyweight Champion, Jay, so congratulations. Most importantly Yeat.
And moving on to the main event, we have Roman
Reigns taking on Seampunk taking on seth Rawlins. This match
was the best match out of everything, well not every
single match in WrestleMania. Paul Haymon, Oh god, Paul hamon
(43:51):
that snake, the shield, do I get your revenge? And
then the low blow, Oh my god. He walks out
with seth Rawlins as not even a championship holder, which
YA was kind of happy that they didn't include out
in this. What's seeing Punk gonna say? Obviously Tonight Money
(44:12):
Night Raw. I have not watched it yet. Been working
like a dog lately. I can't wait to watch it,
So make sure you guys, you know, check on some
raw reviews. But I like the fact that seth Rawlins
is a Paul Hyman guy. Now he needed that, he
needs that throughout this, throughout this, you know, this tandem
between these three, he's been kind of alienated. Although he's
(44:36):
been like the MVP of like cutting promos and making
this match relevant, he was overall the storyteller. Seeing Punk
just was seeing Punk roomand the Rains was just rooman
Rains travel chief seeing Punk. I mean, seth Rawlins ultimately
kind of put this whole thing together, and he deserves
what he's going to get, and I feel like he
will be a future WWE champion. I thought he was
(44:58):
gonna be one of the Rocks guys. Obviously I was wrong.
As a Paul Haman guy, I would rather, I prefer it.
I prefer I gotta be honest, I prefer more. But
ultimately we had seth Rawlins crush Seampunk's dreams of main
events in WrestleMania and winning, crushing the tribal chief taking
his wise man away. What's gonna happen with Roman? Now?
(45:20):
So do you have Roman seem funk during this draft.
I want to see these two men flowed apart. I
don't want this. You know, this feud is not relevant
anymore without Paul Hayman. I'm sorry, sad to say it, sorry,
but it's not.
Speaker 5 (45:32):
So.
Speaker 1 (45:32):
You know, this WWE draft has to be an absolute banger.
This draft is going to make or break WrestleMania forty two.
So hopefully they do it right. You know, it's coming
up in a couple of weeks and we'll obviously find
out more information on an innut row, which I have
not watched. Gonna wait, wrestle Mania and I won overall
(45:57):
B plus. All right, so Wrestle Minnie is Saturday Night
is in the books. Now we're gonna talk about Wrestle
Minia Sunday night. So grab your favorite snack, graby fribit,
high school briverags, join me here about twenty five seconds.
So hey, do not go absolutely anywhere.

Oh righter, we are back from the GSMC Wrestling Laurie Podcast,
brought to the GSMC Sports Network. I'm your favorite wrestling
fan here Eric Rodriguez every Monday night live on the
GSMC Sports Network to talk about the greatest singular professional wrestling.
We talk about superstars, you know they're inactive statuss injury updates,
contract negotiations, extensions, and new signings. We talk about promotions
(47:37):
from AEW to WWE, to New Professional Wrestling to start
them to the GCW, the Teenater Ring of Honor. Fred
makes major news and the world of professional wrestling, we
talk about it here on this show. One thousand and
ten percent. So without further ado, we got wrestler Mania
Night two. Talk we recently talked about Night one, Like
I said, give it a BS B plus, but Wrestle
(48:00):
Minia Sunday, I gotta be honest, I give it a
I would give that one a name. I this I
thought that was a you know, pretty bad ass. So
obviously Wrestle Minnie and Las Vegas, Nevada. We're gonna start
off with this street fight between Damian Priest and Drew McIntyre.
I love the fact that it was very physical. Loved
the share shots absolutely well, because then you know that's
the that's the attitude error in me. That'll You know,
(48:22):
these guys they probably before the match, before they left
the curtain and looked at each other like, look, this
is Russell Fuckinminia, mate. This is something that's going to
be linked to our careers for the rest of our lives,
whether we like it or not. Damian Priest Drew McIntyre
went out there and had a great show, had a
great match. Honestly, out of all the man matches, this
(48:42):
was probably like top three, definitely a thousand and ten percent.
I love the fact that Damian Priest and Drew McIntyre had.
You know, they had a nice chemistry, they had a
great match, They had a great street fight. A lot
of people didn't expect them to be that physical with
that much you know, foreign object it. You know, WWE
street fights kind of suck. They're not really street fights.
(49:05):
They'll ott a chair, a table, maybe even a lotder.
Why not even make it, why not make it a
TLC match. You'll always get that fire extinguish, you know,
you'll always get that bump. Definitely, but this match was
pretty good. This match was pretty good. Drew mcuitarre one.
I thought it would have been a little bit more
beneficial for WW to build up Damian Priest this match
(49:29):
and Drew McIntyre, you know, you've known this with his
you know WWE tenure. This is not going to be
the last time you see these two go at it.
I feel like these two will maybe if if the
draft doesn't mess it up, they'll continue to antagonize against
each other, maybe leading toward a match at SummerSlam. But
you know, Damian Priest, I definitely I love the entrance.
(49:52):
I thought that was pretty bad ass. But although I
do kind of like the fact that mcutire one, but
so I can't really complain this match was actually pretty
bad ass. AJ Styles against Logan Paul, the YouTube TikTok star,
the megastar. The fans still hate him. Fans still hate
him a thousand and ten percent, obviously without the help
of carrying Cross. Who really wants to see the old
(50:14):
AJ Styles kind of come out? And if you think
about it, if you had AJ Styles approach the WWE
World hev W Championship picture the way j J is
right now, will the w W universe ultimately accept him
as a babyface AJ Yeah, I feel like they will,
but as a heel. I feel like ultimately that would
create a little bit more fiber within the j uso
(50:36):
versus AJ Styles, like, you know, overall narrative. I like
the fact that Logan Paul picked up the victory. I'm sorry.
You know, a lot of guys, you know, don't feel
like Logan Paul is WWE. I feel like he is
the you know, the things that this guy does inside
the ring is absolutely magical. He's a WWE superstar, whether
you like it or not. I don't really see the
(50:57):
reason why people hate him. I I don't this guy.
You know, if you want a w WE fan. This
guy is literally your role model to be, you know,
a successful WWE superstar, you know, in embracing that heel
vision that a lot of w w E Curtive wants
to create. And then Logan Paul at first even in
(51:17):
his in his interview and impulsive with Michael Kole, Who's like, hey,
honestly cool. I feel like I'm getting a lot of
go away vibes from wrestling, you know, and a lot
of people. It's cool to be the heel, but sometimes
I can imagine it hurts. I can imagine, like, you know,
doing two a days in the gym, doing everything you
can to master the art of professional wrestling, storytelling, with
(51:39):
your with your with your bodies, with your physical actions,
along with your you know, with your with them, with
your mic skills, and Logan Paul, he checks all the boxes.
I honestly would love to see this guy become a
new w w EE World wweight Champion. I feel like
it's going to happen. I see Logan Paul as our
new mister mind a Bank. I'm sorry, but it just
(52:02):
makes sense. It just makes sense. I would not want
to see the briefcase on absolutely anybody else see him
punk nah seth Rawlins with Paul Hayman. No, I don't
want to see that. I don't want to see gunthro
How do you want to see Roman Reigns with the
money to brieface, you know, although he's never really had it.
I would rather see Logan Paul win the money in
(52:22):
the bank because at this point, for him to win
a wwee championship, if he's putting the main event, he's
either gonna lose or fans are really, really, really honestly
gonna hate it. But if he cashes in kind of
like an edge, forces his name down the throat of
every WWE fan, it's perfect. It's an absolute perfect picture
(52:44):
of him becoming a WWE champion by winning the you know,
by winning the money in the bank. They'll be like, oh,
you only wanted because you had the briefcase. Well yeah, no,
no crap, no, like your dude, like, really, that's what
the briefcase is for. Do you often look down, I'm
on a lot of these briefcase winners as like total
awful superstars. No, you don't. It's the hate for Logan
(53:07):
Paul that's going to do it, and it's the hate
for Logan Paul. That's ultimately going to propel him up
to the main spot. And I gotta be honest, I'm
happy for him and I want to see it. I
want to see him as a champion. Next we had
the WWU Inter Connital Championship match between the defending under
Continental Champion bron Breaker Pena, Dominic Mysterio and Thinn Bada. I.
(53:30):
This match was this match was good. I definitely thought
this match was, you know, a little bit of broad
Breaker breaking everybody, you know, But he showed some He
definitely showed some vulnerabilities in the match, which is good
because you don't want to make a superstar look so
over hyped. You don't want to make him seem absolutely,
(53:50):
you know, indestructible, kind of like a brock Lesnard nobody.
You know, as a wrestling fan, I don't want to
see that. You know. Pensa went out there, had a
hell of a match, recognized, successful and panthesized. Finn Ballor
went out there, had a good match, judgment day feud
right around the corner. He did his job. Dominic Mysterio,
(54:13):
Dominic Mysterio. The fact that this man is in he's
the wwun Orcundental Champion. Whether we like it or not.
I like it. I ultimately kind of thought he would
be kind of like a nice little pick for the
money in the bank, become the WWE World Hevyweight Champion
over j and people would hate it. He would be
(54:35):
the top heel in WWE by far, even in history.
Everybody hates Dominic Mysterio, the way him and Finn Ballor
have been jawing back and forth at each other on
raw Dominic Mysterio in terms of saving the Judgment Day
storyline is basically saying all the thoughts that's inside the
(54:57):
WWE universe's head. We need a new part, you need
a new person, we need a new direction, We need
to do something different. Finn Baler keeps on shutting him down,
closing his mouth, making him seem like, you know, he's
the you know, billy badass and Dominic Mysteria is nothing
but an errand boy. The fans I feel like eventually
will warm up to Tom. Him becoming the WWE Intercondinental
(55:21):
Championship is definitely one of the best decisions. I feel
like this match was top top two, my number two definitely.
One thousand and ten percent. Petsa is gonna be fine
bron breaker. He's heading up to the World Heevyweights division,
which he dan you know he might as well, you know,
guaranteed to be. Finn Balor will feud with Dominic Masserira
(55:42):
for that Intercondental Championship match which ultimately caused the demise
of the Judgment day. Have you know Finn kicked out.
I love the fact that Dominic Mysterio he let that
WWE fan inside him. He left that coming to the
show with his dad, Ray Mysterio, he left that beside him.
(56:04):
After the match, he was up on the ramp sprinted
past everybody, and everybody was like, whoa boa bo, Like
why aren't they attacking the new ww Intercoonda champion. He
went out to the ring and had a celebration. He
was standing on the top row, happy as hell. He's
he accomplished. His boy who dreamed he saw his dad
do it being successful within professional wrestling. You see him
(56:30):
kind of break character a little bit. The fans showering
him with rejoice, him loving, being like a babyface. And
he did it all by himself. When Dominic Mysterio and
Ray Mysterio, you know, had their feud. People thought wrestling media,
(56:51):
wrestling fans thought that without the help of Raymisterio, Dominic
Masteria would go nowhere. Joined the Judgment Day. Still, even myself,
I'm guilty of this thought that Dominic Masterials are gonna
do crap without his dad. Nepotism at its best. When
in Judgment Day had his feud lost to his dad
(57:13):
over and over and over again, finally won one, broke
up with Ray Ripley, joined liv Morgan and look at
it where he is now. You can't really be upset
about that. Honestly. That's the reason why I feel like
a lot of fans will will eventually we're up to
is because literally, what is that song by God? What's
his name? Frankie Valtno, no, no, no, that's not it. Ah,
(57:37):
the I did it my way, like he really honestly
went out there and did it his way, and it
was it was a pretty badass. So, you know, congratulations
Nominique Mystereo. Next Moment's World Tag Team Championship. Mets don't
really have much to say about this. What the hell happened?
Becky Lynch comes out to replace Bailey. We don't even
find oh I like, okay, so now we have new
(58:01):
WWE World's Women's Tack Team champions and it's cool, It's
all great. Becky Lynch's a woman's her a world tacking champion.
She needs to be fighting, you know, she needs to
be fighting in them in the singles card. So maybe
they find a way to kind of relinquish titles, or maybe,
you know, Becky tells Libra that it was a one
time thing. You need to find a partner, this and
(58:21):
that and the other. Maybe that happens. I want to
see Becky go after Libra Voukuria to become that WWE
Women's inner kind little championship match championship winner, because when
she does, she's going to make that title prestigious as
if it is the Women's World's Heavyweight Championship. And you know,
I feel like, you know, backlash. I feel like maybe
(58:42):
money to make might be a little too long, but uh,
I feel like this automatically needs to happen one thousand percent.
Eo Sky successfully retains the WWE Women's World Wweight Championship
against Ray Ripley and Bianca bell Lair. It was awesome,
it was cool. I like that. I kind of like
the fact that EO walked out, you know, Raya too strong, Belair,
(59:04):
way too strong. Both of these women superstars, you know,
kind of cancel each other out. Raya Ripley, she doesn't
have a claim to the title anymore. She doesn't, she
really doesn't. So now she has to either be drafted
the SmackDown, which I feel like she will be, and
then Bianca Belair and Jade and b and Naomi will
ultimately kind of split brands, which is said because I
(59:24):
really wanted to see Bianca embrace that heel role. I
wanted to see her kind of be a I kind
of want to see her, you know, be be the
B word. You know, I can't say live obviously. I
want to see her absolutely be ruthless. I want to
see her go out there and cheat. I want her to,
you know kind of you know, with the poke to
the eyes that thunder the eyes are right to the face,
(59:46):
you know, a referee bump here and there. I feel
like that would be great for Bianca La, But we
didn't get that. I thought we were going to Eo
Sky holding the title. I gotta be honest, you know,
it's perfect and this match is my number one match
of WrestleMania and I one and I too. I'm sorry,
but you know, and I shouldn't be apologizing because you
have three amazing, absolutely gifted women in front of my
(01:00:08):
eyes right now that deserved it, and I was hooked.
I was hooked on every moment, So, you know, definitely
the match of WrestleMania. Congratulations to these three amazing superstars,
but overall, congratulations to EO. Sky for retaining that championship
in this amazing match against two and you know, stellar, amazing,
(01:00:30):
out of this world incredible woman's specimens that Israe Ripley
and Biancobella. So that's you know, that's pretty awesome. Man.
At that time, I a lot of fans are upset
because they saw it coming. And you know, we knew that.
You know, Seena turning heel. You know you had to
put the belts around him. Other than that, why would
you do such a thing? You know what I mean.
(01:00:51):
He's been announced, you know future dates. You know, he's
made an announcement for future dates a couple of times,
expected to be around w w E till you know,
the end of the holidays. So I feel like overall,
John Cena after cheating we're not really cheating because even
Rick Flair to dirty as player of the game. John
Cena is a seventeen time WWE champion, you know, world champion,
(01:01:14):
he's and he deserves it. He deserves every single minute.
You know, he deserves the bast in his glory, you
know what I mean, Like, you know, the whole way
the match and then Travis Scott coming out, I gotta
be honest, I really didn't like it. And you know
with him putting the STF on Cody where it looked
like he was applying zero pressure. You know, oh God,
(01:01:36):
like it was. I gotta be honest. And John Cena,
you know, with his shoulder tackles and a five knuckle shuffle,
super slow like he was. I understand why he did it.
I know why he dictated a match like that because
he was like, oh, I don't want to give the
fans what they want, and that's cool and all. It
was just so slow against both characters, and there's a
(01:01:56):
couple of times where them in the moves, I was like, yeah,
it looks like it they're not really under same page.
Cody Rhodes loses the WWE Championship against John c Now
and right now, Cody Roads is kind of the golden
boy WWE. So what's gonna happen on Raw? Where are
you going to take this Johnson the storyline? Because now
Cody Rhods, you know he has he has a rematch clause.
(01:02:19):
Is he going to use it a backlash? I feel
like maybe he will, and that's when the Rock will
finally come back after after elimination Chamber, which is kind
of stupid. You know, the Rock has been invested in.
He's kind of been the back pulling the strings on
this toy line without without kind of being present, which
kind of sucks. But I feel like he has to,
you know, overall, show his face. But I, you know,
(01:02:44):
feel bad for Cody Rhodes. I do. I feel like
he was a hell of a champion. WWE really kind
of did bend over backwards for him as well, though,
you know, two years back to back ward Rumbo winners
main event of WrestleMania, losing main event in WrestleMania forty
winning with all you know, with all the hype, it
was about time that Cody Rhoads suffered a loss. It's
(01:03:05):
been so damn long, really has so you know, you
can't believe we upset that Cody Rhoads. You know, I'll
be like, oh, why did they take the title off him?
But he had one hell of a run. It's crazy,
the you know of it, full circle a year, WrestleMania
forty WrestleMania forty one, that's nuts. But congratulations to John
Cena are seventeen time WWE champion. He will go down
(01:03:29):
into history books, which is honestly better than Rick Flair.
I gotta be honest, and you know, I'm not trying
to sell mean obviously with all the stuff he did
outside the ring. You know, whatever, you know, what happens,
it happens. But congratulations John Cena. You know he's done.
He's done the WWE so well, honestly, he has. He's
been a you know, soldier. He's ensured the future of
(01:03:50):
WWE for generations to come. And he deserved that seventeen championship.
I'm sorry, he really did all right. Next, we have
stars expected to come back to w We're gonna talk
about them. So grab your favorite snack, grab your favoriteigh
school beverage. You joined me here in about twenty five seconds away.

And we are back with the GSMC Wrestling Lauria Podcasts
brought to you with the GSMC Sports Network. I'm your
favorite wrestling fan here, Eric Gradriguez, every Monday night live
on the GSMC Sports Network, the GSMC Podcast Network also
on Twitch. Make sure you guys you know, like to
subscribe to get those notifications. Also, we talk about things
from inside the ring, all the action inside and outside
(01:05:15):
of the ring, backstage curtain calls, all the rumors, all
the drama. We talk about a contract and UHA extensions
and new signings between WWE, AE, w TNA, you name it.
If it makes major news a sorry excuse me, in
the brother Professional Wrestling, we talk about it here on
this show on ten percent. So we show you guys,
you know, follow us, support our channel one thousand and yeah,
(01:05:37):
make sure you guys, do it. Just do it like
Nike all right, stars is expected to be back in
w W. We're gonna talk about it, so, you know,
without further ado, let's go and start off first and foremost,
we have Alastair Black heading back to WWE. I am
excited yet a little nervous. He did come back, well,
(01:05:58):
we'll not come back. He did have his you know,
he was drafted to w W E. You know during
the Vince McMahon, you know once when he was kind
of doing his thing and you know, Triple H and
when he was rocking the black and Gold in n XT,
building up these superstars to insurmountable success and then then
coming to w W E, vincecring Man basically like, oh
(01:06:22):
what am I going to do it? No one, I'm
gonna do it, you know what I mean? And they
just dropped the ball. And that's something that he did
with Alistair Black along with other superstars. But you know,
you've seen the teasers on SmackDown. He's gonna be on
SmackDown without a doubt. So now you have a new
WWE champion. Now you have a new United States Champion.
(01:06:42):
Alistair Black is coming back to w W cause some
major damage within the roster. I feel like this guy's
going to be in absolute levels above everybody. He's been
an absolute you know, he's a former NXT champion. When
he came to WWE, all the fans were absolutely crazy
about this guy. I want Alistair Black when he comes back.
(01:07:04):
I really hope that he keeps his old entrance. That
would be pretty badass. But I really hope they do.
That would be so heartbreaking if they didn't. I feel
like this guy is gonna you know, he's gonna kill it.
He's gonna kill it. You know, he's been removed officially
from the ae W page. And uh, you know, so
now you have a lot of these aw superstars who
(01:07:24):
either left wwee came back, or you know, who wanted
to come back to who wanted to come to WWE
from the beginning, like the Luca Brothers, rookie stars and
Ethan Page, even Sean Spears, Lexis King as well. And
you know, it makes me think, and I'm not trying
to make this into like some over foregoing like you know,
clickbait or whatever, is w w WE kind of doing
(01:07:47):
this to rub it in Cony Khan's face. You know
a lot everybody scenes besides the main heads, everybody seems
to be jumping ship from AEW to TOO back back
to w w E. You know, with this new partnership
with T and A also you know with the lucea
libre you know, Triple A right around the corner of
the partnership as well. You know, WWE straight up flexinge
(01:08:10):
on ae W. I know, within this new streaming digital
era that we live in today, it would be kind
of stupid and damn near like kind of naive to
be like, oh a W versus w W E. AW
doesn't give a crap about WWE. They don't, they don't
one thousands, ten percent. And I feel like it's kind of,
you know, it's kind of reciprocated. You know, it's vice versa.
(01:08:30):
Why would AEW have to, you know, to consult with
themselves with WWE. You know, it's not it's the same audience,
so to speak. But at the same time, you have
streaming deals. You know, you're you're you're on HBO, you know,
you're on tn T, you're on TVs. Congratulations to AW
for surpassing WCW. By the way, money ninitro, I thought
that was pretty cool. Something that I definitely do admire
(01:08:53):
about Tony Kahn is his overall just you know, his
ability to kind of see absolutely everything every but he's
throwing every question at him during the media scrum, you know,
you know, during interviews and stuff like that, be like, oh,
WWE this WWE that you know, and the fact that
I mentioned that is WW rubbing this and Tony Kahan's
face is ultimately an outlier of why this is a feud,
(01:09:17):
why this is uh you know, the the Monday Night
Wars revamped. You know, it's not the same thing. It's
not the same thing. You know, the WCW live on TVs, TNT.
You know, obviously they don't get the same perks that
you know, AW has. I like AEW I do. I
gotta be honest, you know, I love their pls. They're
(01:09:38):
weekly shows, you know, hit or miss, you know what
I mean. Collision not really A big fan of Collision. Dynamite.
I love Dynamite. I I definitely do. I I love
the fact that w w's bringing back Alistair Black when
the AW you know, the whole thing with Ray Phoenix,
Ray Phoenix causing the treatment of a you know that
he had from ae W like it's it's inhumane, which
(01:10:00):
is a which is a huge word to use, by
the way, you know, in terms of talking, it's like,
you know, like kind of like being like a dog,
you know, inhumane treatment or something like that. Like when
you think about that, you're like, damn, you know, are
they whipping these you know, wrestlers. Are they feeding them
like dog food and scraps and stuff like that. That's crazy?
Speaker 4 (01:10:18):
You know.
Speaker 1 (01:10:19):
I feel like right now EW the perfect time to
do the kind of like cut all your losses that
are you know, people who are begging to get out
of their contracts to try to go to w w
E or different wrestling promotions. Right now is you know,
it's it's about time, and I feel like it's perfect
for them to do so. So, you know, we have
Alice the Black hanging around the corner. Next we have
(01:10:40):
Miro We were formerly known as Ruth Marya russef It's
rusive Ruthe said day once again is coming back to WWE.
I you know, he signed with WWE. I don't know
what they're gonna do with him. I really hope they don't,
you know, resume his as the Bull. You know, bulgarian brutes.
(01:11:02):
You know, not that it's like, you know, not anything
like you know, culturally like oh, we don't want to
see that anymore or anything like that. But the fact
that you know, last time we saw Rusef, you know,
you saw him in a feud with Bobby Lashley over
his wife Lana and Triple and not Triple H. But
Vince mcmam would ultimately create these uh you know, you
would put Lana in the spot where you know, he
(01:11:23):
had her and Dolve Ziggler like kind of make out
and kiss in front of him, like you know, kind
of like Okay, you have to, you know, show me
what you know, how you're going to convince these fans,
which is absolutely sick, which is terrible. I want Russef
to come back to WWE as like a mirror character.
I don't want to see Russef back in w w
EE Miro different story. I want to see this guy,
(01:11:47):
like if it's gonna be the Bulgarian brute, I want
to see this guy absolutely. But then again, like this
whole countries and stuff like that, like this whole like
you know, stereotypical like kind of feel and it's not
the same anymore. You know, it's a little bit more,
not insensitive, that's not the right word. It's a little
it's it needs to be done right. It needs to
(01:12:11):
be done right. It does, and you know, to embrace
his culture, which by all means if he wants to
go back to wrestling WWE and do that, I would
love that. But I just I don't know. I just
want to see something different, you know, I just want
to see absolutely something different. He's a three time United
States Champion. He was released in twenty twenty along with C. J. Perry.
(01:12:31):
They broke up third divorce. Now it's all gone. In
May of twenty twenty one, he did beat Alling, damn it,
Darby Aling for that TNT championship. So him in the
United States Championship picture, I would hate it because you
know he's been in the United States Championship picture before.
(01:12:52):
You know US delegates and what he did the the
four Country, damn it, the Four Powers, it was there
was oh my god, there was wayde Barrett, there was
a gender. I'm not too sure. Don't quote me on that.
I don't want to see Russif come back. I don't
I want to see Miro come back. I want to
see a whole different persona whole different storyline. Seawan Spears
(01:13:15):
came back as Shawn Spears, not Ty Dillinger, the Perfect ten,
So you know, maybe you know, there needs to be
something like that for for Miro. You know, is he
gonna start on n next? I honestly ultimately doubt it,
But I don't know. I definitely, like I said, I
don't want to see Russo come back. I want to
see like a like a version of Miro. Next. We
(01:13:36):
have Soriyah Soriya, formerly known as Page in WWE, might
be making her way back to the brand, recently announced
her departure from AEW Absolution. You know, she was she
had her absolution which consists of her Mandy Mandy Rose,
Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville. And then you know, due
(01:13:59):
to an I think it was Sasha Banks where you know,
kind of put her on the shelf once again. She was,
you know, former general manager in WWE. You know, I
feel like she would be great. I don't want to
see her back in NXT because she did light up
that women's division on fire once, you know, once upon
a time, you know, and she would you know back
(01:14:23):
in Revolution. I feel like that'd be great for her.
She did help the women's division, you know, kind of
usher in that Diva's era. You know, she's a former
Divas Champion as well. Uh. You know, she'd admitted that
she hated the Vince mcgraham regime. Thought it was ultimately dumb.
You know, if you basically had to get ahead and wrestling,
if you're a woman, you had to do X Y
and Z don't want to get into it. You know,
(01:14:47):
she ever since she went to WWE, well ever since
she left WWE. It was kind of crazy, but she
is the in r Roald w w NXC Women's champion.
Maybe she forms, maybe she takes Sonya Deville's spot within
you know, Pure Fusion Collective and kind of joins Zoe
Stark and Shana Basler. But you know, the women's division
(01:15:08):
on SmackDown and Raw needs help. It really really does.
And it's you know, you look at the women's division.
The best women's wrestling division is in an exceed There's
no doubt about that. So you have all these stars
that are gonna make it back to or they're gonna
make it up to the raw roster. They're gonna make
it up to the SmackDown roster. I feel like Sarriah
(01:15:30):
Page would add a whole different flavor to the whole
championship picture. You know, her challenging Livra val Carrier for
that woman's in her condental championship match, her challenging Chelsea
Green for that WWE Women's United States Champion. It would
it would add a little bit of flavor, and honestly,
I would prefer it. Sarah coming back to WWE. Obviously
when she left not really on great terms, but this
(01:15:53):
girl's the star. Her dream of being a WWE superstar
will forever be her dream. She wants retire as a
WWE superstar, There's no doubt about it. If WWE signs
her to a minimal like one or two year contract
to kind of, you know, just kind of see what's up,
you know, a little breath of nostalgia, a little bit
a little veteranism inside the locker room would be I
(01:16:15):
feel like it'd be great.
Speaker 4 (01:16:16):
You know.
Speaker 1 (01:16:16):
On her going to AEW, not really achieved that much success,
she was very active, not really any lingering injuries. She
comes back to WWE shows that she you know, shows
that she can stay healthy from like six months to
eight months. You could put a title Runaways one thousand
and ten percent and the fans would love that. The
fans love Page, The fans love Page and ten percent.
(01:16:38):
So I you know, with all these three superstars alystair Black,
Miro and also Page, it would be I don't know.
I feel like all these three superstars will fit in WWE.
The fact, well, mostly the question is how they're going
to do it, because you know, you've seen these three
superstars fail in WWE before. I know, I heavily blame
(01:17:02):
it on vicepeak Man. So you have these three superstars
coming back to WWE, and I feel like it could
be done right. But like I said, Miro needs to
be neuro Alistair Black needs to be successful, and Page
needs to win the Intercontinental Championship, United States Championship. She
makes it back down and if she makes it to
(01:17:24):
NXT Woman to North American Champion would be ideal, would automatically,
you know, kind of be a must. So I don't know,
I'm hoping for the best for these three superstars. All right,
without further ado, we have our fifth and final segment.
We got TNA Impact Mount Rushmore. So grab your favorite stack,
grab your favorite hig school, Beverige Jordan here in about
twenty five seconds, so he do not go anywhere.
Speaker 3 (01:18:04):
S s.
Speaker 1 (01:19:00):
Oh right, and we are back with the GSMC Wrestling
Lourier Podcast and brought to you with the GSMC Sports Network.
I'm your favorite wrestling fan here, Eric Rodriguez, every Monday
night live on Twitch on the GSMC Sports Network, the
GSMC Podcast Network on YouTube. Make sure you guys, superman
punch that like a subscribe button to the show so
you guys can get some notifications when we go live.
(01:19:21):
All right, So, without further ado, we're gonna talk about
a fifth and final segment. Make sure you guys catch
up on all the segments from this show. We talked
about Wrestle Minnia Night one, Wrestle Minnie and I two.
We talked about w w E NXC Standard Delivered. We
talked about three wrestling superstars making their way back to WWE, Alistair,
Blackmiro and possibly possibly sir excuse me, Soraya. Page formulated
(01:19:46):
on this page. So go on, let's go and talk
about some T and a T and A total NonStop action. Guys,
don't get too crazy, So we're gonna talk about some
T and a we're gonna talk about some of the
you know, ultimately some of the you know, some of
them Mount Rushmore's. I know a lot of time TNA
is you know, it's not really the biggest topic, not
(01:20:10):
really the most popular, but you know, TNA had some stars,
they had some dudes, they had some dogs under their roster,
and you know, a lot comes to the mind once
when you think about, you know, teena run Mount Rushmore.
In an interview while speaking with Chris van Fleet, some
of Joe spoke about his route rush Route Mount Mount
(01:20:31):
Rushmore and uh and you know, I can't really disagree
with it. I can't really disagree with them Mount Rushmore.
Everybody has their Mount Rushmore professional wrestling, Mount Rushmore and basketball, baseball, football,
you name it. Even you know, influential you know music,
people like you know, Jimmy Hendricks, the you know the Beatles,
(01:20:53):
you know, just you know people like that. But overall,
we found out some over Joe, you know, Kurt Angle,
AJ Style, Jeff Jarrett and the Monster Abyss, which is
all amazing superstars, all amazing superstars. One thousand and ten percent.
Let's start off with the AJ styles. AJ Styles a
home hometown boy Nashville, Tennessee. That's where they've filmed a
(01:21:15):
lot of their you know, kind of like the Performance
Center in Orlando for NXT. That's what TNA was to Nashville.
You had a hometown boy, you know, AJ Styles within
you know, X Division killing it eight, you know as
you know TENA world champion. I I was, okay, I'm
not you know, not trying to seem like I'm like
the biggest TENA know it all here. I watched TNA
(01:21:37):
exclusively from two thousand and six to about two thousand
and eight, two thousand and nine. Once when the Hokgan
came and then Kevin Ash and then Scott Hall and
then Eric Bitschoff, and I was like, okay, like, dude,
are they trying to like hijack this show and have
it be how w CWF do up? And now we're
(01:22:00):
trying to make it right now? I don't want to
see that. And that's exactly what they did. Dixie Carter
took Panda Energy, her sponsor that put major money in
obviously you know her dad was linked to it. And
then she was like, no, man, guess what see, I'm gone.
They don't want to be a part of that. Don't
want to do that. AJ Styles definitely helped TNA piece
it all back together. He kept the butts in the seats.
(01:22:21):
He was the reason why a lot of people would,
you know, pay one hundred dollars to see Bound for
Glory and stuff like that. And that's TENA. When you
think of TNA, you think Aj Styles, I'm sorry you do.
Kurt Angle. Kurt Angle leaving WWE in two thousand and seven,
obviously dealing with a lot of injuries, with a lot
of you know, outside you know, a lot of like divorce,
(01:22:46):
you know, substance abuse, paying killer medications and stuff like that.
You know, he really went from like a five six
seven day schedule of WWE to work in three times
a week. Most were impact which is good for him,
which was very very good when he came to when
he came to TNA, that put it. That definitely put
TNA on the map. It put tn A on the map.
It just sucks that there wasn't the right people in
(01:23:08):
charge to overall, like ensure the success of TNA with
Kurt Angle. Kurt Angle coming to TENA was a massive bombshell.
A lot of people thought it was it was basically
like a reckoning. It was basically like a rebirth of
TNA and a lot of fans. There was a lot
of TENA fans, a lot. There's a lot of people
coming to the shows, you know. So now you have
(01:23:30):
the you know, top tier talents like ag Styles, Sting,
Kurt Angle, Bully Ray, Jeff Jerry, you have all these personas.
You know, I was I was a fan of James
Storm as well some of with Joe himself. And now
you have Kurt Angle in the mix, and that changes
things because he was w w ez. He was w
(01:23:50):
w e'z guy. You know. Then once with Eddie past,
you know, JBL was getting older, the Undertaker getting older,
Kine getting older, Triple A, Shawn Michaels getting older. Kurt
Angle was going to be that next top tier guy.
Kurd Angle, you know, he was around the attitude. I
would say, he's probably like, you know, five or six
(01:24:10):
years younger than the dudes I just you know, announced
but Kurdingle was just something different. He was something different
and WWE definitely dropped the ball. He said, guess what,
go screw yourselves. I'm out of here. Kurd Angle being
on the mount Rushmore. Teen A is definitely a must.
The Monster Abyss, the Monster a Byss needs to be
on this list. You can't talk about TNA much like
(01:24:35):
AJ Styles. You can't talk about TNA without talking about
the Monster Abyss. You know, this guy was essentially mankind
Caine any other taker mixed up into one person triple iconic,
triple adored by the fans, but most importantly tripled respected
amongst the wrestling community. So Abyss being up there makes sense.
Jeff Jarrett, Jeff Jarrett, you know, he acquired the company,
(01:24:57):
although you know at the end of that he kind
of did alt really sue them in the end, which
is kind of crazy.
Speaker 4 (01:25:03):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (01:25:04):
He was the top huel guy. He basically turned into
the triple h of TNA, you know, doing live detector
tests with Jim Cornett, you know, like it's it was.
He was that guy. He was that bad guy, you know,
which ultimately opened up a lot of the storylines from
the TEENA stars that we love so damn much today.
So I feel like Jeff Jarrett ultimately kind of being
(01:25:26):
up there deserves it. But you know, once when TNA formed,
ten A was established shortly after w c W ended
ANECW back in two thousand and one, Bob Ryder, Jeff
and Jerry Jarrett went on a fishing trip and actually
started talking about how we can make our wrestling promotion,
(01:25:47):
you know, kind of get a you know, kind of
get you know, kind of coming fruition here. TNA basically
started on a fishing trip, which is actually pretty funny.
Speaker 2 (01:25:55):
You know.
Speaker 1 (01:25:55):
Since WCW was canceled, many people believed that television station
and stop professional wrestling was bad for business. Because you
can't really blame them for that. Who would really really
honestly go up against the WWS. The World Wrestling Federation
made the WWE. You know, you had stars like the Rock,
you had you know, you had Triple H there. But
(01:26:16):
a lot of WCW superstars who made it to WWE
were ultimately kind of kind of made example of, you know,
a lot of the ego of Vincent kind of named McMahon,
you know, and there was a lot of shots fired
back in the Monday Night Wars. Recently, I watched an
episode of Money and I rowed back in the day,
you know, Bill, No, not Bill, what was his name, Gilberg?
(01:26:38):
Gilberg Gilberg, And it was like so like even Michael
Coles on the mic, just absolutely busting his ass, laughing
his ass off, because you like, you were really mimicking
w c w's upcoming star. That was Bill Goldberg, you know,
like Gilberg. No, it was it shots fired, shots fire
(01:27:00):
from both sides on percent. So, you know, WCW superstars
when they made it to WWE after Invasion were basically
set the fail. You know they they you know, Chuck Palumba,
Billy Gunn, you know, dude, look ex where they were
like male models and like, oh my god, it was
(01:27:23):
so bad. Rico was there, Oh my god, a lot
of people that came from WCW TOWWE it was. It
was a shit show. Sorry, excuse me my language. It
was bad, very very bad. But then again, the language
I just spoke basically showed you, guys, the frustration that
a lot of these WCW superstars had. Diamond Dallas Page
(01:27:44):
was made a stalker of the underticker's wife, which is cool.
Bill Goldberg and Stings saw all the treatment that was happening.
They're like, you know what, wwe WW guess what, No,
thank you don't want to do that. I feel like
that's a huge reason why I have so much damn
respect for Booker t. He endured all the bullshit, all
(01:28:04):
the bullsp Sorry, all the bullspit. Sorry, I don't know
why I'm cussing so much, damn it. He endured all
the bs. He did, He really did. He stuck in
there in a promo Triple H. Triple H looked at him,
he was like, who are you, Oh my god, in
professional wrestling, that's an absolute no. No, that is damn
(01:28:28):
that is just riveting. All the confidence swirled down the
drain right there for a WCW upcoming young superstar, the
five time five top five time WCW champion, and you
wouldn't put a spot like that, you know, becomes a
member of the nWo, kind of being made fun of,
(01:28:51):
kind of being the little eron boy like it just
it just wasn't good. It wasn't good for a lot
of these WCW superstars. And it was different back in
the day because we didn't have streaming services. No Hulu, Netflix,
none of that, absolutely none of that. It back and then,
like TNA, it was a it was hard. It was
so damn hard. Man Like they were not relying on television.
(01:29:16):
How could they with WWF being such a blockbuster, being
such a monopoly in terms of professional wrestling. But you know,
they had pay per views. They did do pay per
views every you know, they just you know, they just
ran weekly shows pay per views, sometimes monthly shows, you know,
the FRO Show, their FRO Show. The first show was
June nineteenth, at two thousand and two. They were at
(01:29:38):
the Tennessee State Fairgrounds, a sports arena in Nashville, Tennessee.
They call it TNA Psylum. After twenty seven months, they
have one hundred and eleven pay per views. That's crazy.
TNA explosion started November twenty seven to two thousand and two,
and of course two thousand and four to twenty ten
you had your TNA Impacked raw, which included a whole
(01:30:02):
bunch of awesome names. It was actually pretty bad ass.
It was pretty cool, but I don't know, it was
just kind of crazy. So, you know, thinking about what
Samova Joe said, you know, aj Styles, Kernanngle, the Monster
of bch, Jeff Jarrett all Fair, all awesome, Mount Rushmore's
of TNA impact. But you know, maybe there's a couple
of people that he made and he kind of left
off first and foremost Samoa Joe himself. Samova Joe was
(01:30:24):
one thousand and ten percent of TNA superstar who set
the boundaries of you know, he set the status quo
of what it takes to kind of compete with wrestling
promotions like WWE, like you know back then w CWNE,
c W, and of course you know the NWA, which
to kind of you know, ran partnership with a little
bit before then. But you know, all good things must
(01:30:45):
come to an end. So Samoa Joe himself would have
been pretty badass obviously, the icon sting being in you know,
that same category. I feel like he could have you know,
he's a four time champion TNA, so you know he
could have most likely been the TNA Mount Rushmore. Bully
Ray Aces and Eights absolutely changed the game. His brother
Devon as well. Christopher Daniels. Christopher Daniels right now doing
(01:31:09):
wondrous things in ae W. Can't count his name out.
Gail Kim of the women's division of the TNA Knockouts.
You know, she she'd created a whole division, Mount Rushmore.
I would see her on there. Bobby Rude. I love
the fact that Bobby Rude would be on my ground
Mount Rushmore of TNA. I just don't know who I
would knock off between ag Styles, kernanngle Abyss and Jeff Cherits.
(01:31:33):
But you know when he don't. When he was at
his highest in TNA, he was just the heel that
everybody loved to hate, and he did so damn good.
He did so well at it. You know. Then Austin
Ares is a respectable mention, but you know, didn't really
make it. Eric Young. Eric Young has been within TNA
for so damn long. I think he was shark boy.
(01:31:53):
Shark boy, thedicate Eric Young, don't fire Eric Young, and
then he you know, went to you know, then he
left TNA for a little bit, NXC Sanity, saintsty or whatever,
made it back to TNA and where he's still. You know,
damn well, it's killing it right now, you know, the
whole thing with like you know, Steve Macklin and stuff
like that. Pretty bad ass, pretty cool. But you know,
(01:32:14):
you can't mention the history of TNA without Eric Young.
He really stuck through it, you know, through the thick
and thin. He really did, which is very admirable. So
I definitely love Eric Young being on a possible Mount
Rushmore of TNA. All right, guys, I hope you guys
enjoyed my show. I hope you guys had a good time.
