Tv- vært, kok, kogebogsforfatter og entreprenør Timm Vladimir fortæller om at lære at tage ansvar for sit eget følelsesliv. For han opdagede fordelene ved ikke længere at ignorere de negative følelser, på trods af, at de ikke nødvendigvis var behagelige. 


Timm fortæller også om at se på de mønstre, han havde lullet sig selv ind i - og få bevidstheden til at bryde dem. For han var træt af at at gentage de samme fejl igen og igen. Dette gjorde han ved at søge hjælp til at håndtere sine følelser. Den beslutning har haft kæmpe effekt på hans liv - både derhjemme og på arbejdet.
