three. And I'm really happy tosay that in these program series, the
(01:17):
first five thousand orders, the firstfive thousand people that go online or call
and order Strouss products will get awonderful book called Beating Heart Disease. The
author is mister Diamond Fernandez, whoruns heart Fit Clinics in British Columbia and
(01:38):
Alberta, Canada. He's just agreat young man and a clinical physiologist and
a very successful string of clinics Diamondruns and it's just a great book.
So the first five thousand orders duringthis series will receive with your order a
free copy of Diamond's book called BeatingHeart Disease. It's very interesting, a
(02:01):
lot of great information, and Ihope you folks give it to yourself and
both try some of these wonderful natural, hundred percent natural herbal formulas by the
Strouss Natural's Company and receive a copyof this great book. So, as
I mentioned today, we're going tofocus on women's health. Women these days,
(02:24):
shockingly have they say, fifty onepercent of all heart attacks, so
more women now have heart attacks thanmen. Kind of easy to understand.
Our foods are not what they usedto be. There are very few really
natural foods left. Ninety three percentof the items on our major grocery store
(02:49):
shelves are or contained genetically modified organisms. That's man made foods, and I
think we all understand it's very difficult, if not in possible, to duplicate
nature. Jim Strouss always warned thatthese GMO foods lack the enzymes, the
actual building blocks of life. Jimwould say, you're born with a handful
(03:12):
of enzymes, and if you usethem up, you're a goner. So
the real concern is with the enzymes. This it would include all the seedless
fruits and vegetables. It takes aseed to reproduce anything in this world,
folks, a human being, atomato, a giraffe, every creature and
plant in this world requires a seedto reproduce. And the trouble is these
(03:37):
seedless foods, they have weak immunesystems. They cannot reproduce themselves. They
have weaker immune systems. We eatthe foods and consequently can suffer with weaker
immune systems ourselves. That and thechemicals that literally surround us today one hundred
(03:57):
and sixty thousand commercial airline flights everyday in the world, the air pollution,
water pollution, ground pollution. Oursoil is depleted as well, of
course, of minerals and vitamins andall the things that were originally in our
soil. And that's how our foodspick up these minerals and important supplements that
(04:20):
we humans need. So they andof course all the chemicals that are used
on our produce today and secticides, pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers,
oftentimes chemical preservatives. So the produceis fresh when we get it.
Sometimes comes long distances over the road, especially up here in Canada where we
(04:45):
have these winters, and we getour produce from places like Florida and California,
so we're surrounded by chemicals. Oftentimes. Most people have loads of
chemicals in their house. Cleaning supplies, even personal hygiene products will contain chemicals
most of them. So it's tougherthan ever before in history. Really,
(05:08):
to be healthy, our foods andgenetically modified foods are not ideal for us,
lacking what they lack, lacking theminerals. So we do need to
supplement with great things like vitamin Cand vitamin D three and full spectrum minerals
I take every day. And ofcourse the Strokes formulas, which really are
(05:30):
are cleansing products as well. Thekidney and bladder and prostate formula for men
all contain golden seal root, nature'sbest antibiotic herb as well as herbs,
and each of those formulas that aregood for those parts of our body and
help cleanse. You know, ourkidneys are filters. They filter our blood.
(05:55):
They're they're very much related to ourhearts. But the kidneys have so
many any important functions as does ourheart, our bladder, our prostate and
men. They say one out ofevery two men will have prostate issues leading
to prostate cancer in their lifetime. So these are all great cleansing formulas.
(06:15):
Great whether you have an issue nowor you just want to keep clean tissues
and prevent issues in these parts ofour body. The Stross Naturals have incredible
formulas that are safe. There's beenno serious side effects, no damage ever
reported to Health Canada, the FDA, or the Stross company. And what
(06:39):
I love about the Stross family allthe while, all these years in commercial
business, is there satisfaction guarantee youIf you are not satisfied for any reason,
you simply get a full refund. The family insists on it, and
so you really can't go wrong. So let's move on to today show once
(07:00):
again. The website address is Straussstr a U S S Naturals dot com
and the phone number toll free iseight six six four seven eight two eight
seventy three. My guest today isa young lady who is very familiar with
the Strauss products, no stranger tothe natural health industry for over twenty years.
(07:25):
She's a natural path and has manypersonal stories and experiences herself, and
very dedicated lady with a true interestin helping others. So please welcome our
guest, Miss Nicole Gardner. Nicole, thanks for joining us today on the
show. Thanks for having me,Wayne, and nice to be here.
(07:47):
Well, it's good, it's goodto hear your voice again. Nicole,
will get right into it. We'regoing to focus today on women's health.
Should women be aware of when itcomes to their cardiovascular health and what are
the signs of cardiovascular disease in women? Well, Wayne, as you were
(08:11):
mentioning, you know, it's thestatistics are staggering with cardiovascular disease, and
women are now experiencing like fifty onepercent of the cardiovascular incidents are women.
And it's just unfortunate that we don'thave sometimes apparent signs and symptoms. They
go a little they're a little bitmore subtle than they are in men.
(08:35):
So women can be experiencing something likelightheadedness, dizziness, you know, to
the point of almost fainting, alittle upper back or chest pain, It
doesn't always have to be primarily heartpain. It can be radiating pain upper
the upper back. They could havejob pain which are a little bit different.
(08:56):
Sometimes they're a little bit different thanwhat the men symptoms are. So
in that case, women should takenote of that and seek some help for
that incident. So prevention is key. Obviously, prevention of stroking and curtivascar
those disease is definitely key with womenbecause oftentimes after the fact, of course,
(09:20):
we can still take the strokes, heart drops after the fact of course
without a doubt. But prevention, you know, goes a long way in
this case. So they say announcedannounce of preventions worth a pound of cure,
and I think that's a very truestatement. Absolutely, I agree with
that one hundred percent. Um.And some women even they don't understand this
(09:41):
unusual fatigue or shortness of breath. That's that's indicating that they should seek medical
attention as well in those cases.Sure, Um, you know, with
young men, this this was shockingto me. I learned it a few
years ago. Some of the youngmen that were killed in Vietnam and wounded
(10:07):
in Vietnam and the Vietnam conflict whichended in the seventies, they discovered in
many of these young men, youknow, eighteen to twenty five years old,
that they already had issues with plaquingin their arteries and veins. And
you know, although it is aprocess, it doesn't happen overnight. We
(10:28):
all understand that. I was alittle shocked to hear because many of these
young men, of course were physicallyfit, had done all their training and
so forth, and we tend tothink that these things can't get to us
at a young age. What ageapproximately do you feel that women should pay
a closer attention to their heart healthas a prevention of heart disease and stroke.
(10:54):
Nicole, Well, honestly, tobe straight up, in the twenties,
if you have a cardiovascular disease lineage, so history of you know,
the family has a history of heartattack, stroke, this, and that
I would suggest as early as inthe twenties most women find they'll start thinking
(11:18):
about the estrogen decline in the signsand symptoms that might occur in their thirties.
But to be honest, as earlyas in the twenties, because this
plock build up doesn't discriminate with age, and if there's already a predispension,
predisposition in the family. It's agood time to do this as prevention.
(11:41):
I agree with that, Nicole. You know what else was shocking to me
a few years ago, and Idon't know how many folks saw this in
the news, but children children gettinga high pertension, high blood pressure.
Now, of course, generally speaking, children don't seem to be as active
as they were years ago. WhenI was young, our mothers would always
(12:01):
show us outside to get out fromunder their feet and get exercise and fresh
air. And of course we didn'thave all these computer games and so forth
that they have today. We playedoutside more. And high blood pressure and
young children. I was so distressedwhen I learned of that kid's age eight
to fifteen years old. And ofcourse what they did find was that get
(12:26):
they did a study and the childrengetting out for an hour's exercise every day,
climbing on the jungle gym, playingwith balls and so forth. Running
around. Of course helped. Exerciseand having some activity is important for us
at all ages. But it wasanother shocking thing. Really, you know,
(12:46):
we tend to think that kids canget away with just about everything,
and donuts and French fry diets, and all the rest of it. But
it really isn't so Nicole. Howis heart disease associated with menopause and women?
Well, Wayne, the the stresscomponent again, and I'll make a
(13:09):
comment about what you had just mentionedabout when kids go outside, you know
and play in nature, and it'sa it's a distress or in of itself.
So I mean, in terms ofUM, everybody across the board exercise,
no matter what age, is ad stressor. I mean it helps
with with um cortisol reduction, whichis you're one of your stress hormones.
(13:35):
So you know, go right intomenopausal, imperimenopausal women that have had stressors
all their life and it's taken attackson their adrenals and now their body says,
hey, I'm not producing the estrogenI used to. Our ovaries aren't
producing the estrogation. Now my adrenalshave to pick up for that loss.
And now my adrenals are exhausted fromall this year, these this year years
(14:00):
of chronic stress. So when theadrenals can't you know, stop up to
the estrogen production, we've got adeficit. And that gives rise to cardiovascar
the disease. It gives rise toa whole host of inflammatory responses in the
body, which, as we knowagain gives rise to cardiovascar the disease.
(14:24):
But there's so many things really relatedor pathways if you will too, heart
disease. And I've always said Iwas very interested. A cover story in
a magazine I read a few yearsago was how to live to be a
hundred and not regret it. Andthe common thing amongst these older folks was
(14:48):
that they first of all, theydidn't live to eat. They ate to
live. Many of them were raisedon farms, and so it wasn't gorging
themselves with food. They you know, they ate what they had. They
ate to live, not to not, as I've done, sometimes living to
eat with milkshakes and all kinds ofother nasty things for you. But the
(15:13):
one thing they had in common, they asked the one fellow who was ninety
eight or ninety nine, what doyou attribute your longevity to? Not smoking?
He said? Heck no, Ismoked for sixty six years, he
said, But I got exercise everyday. So even elderly folks, I
mean, we don't have to dostrenuous workouts, obviously, especially in our
(15:35):
older years. We don't have tobe lifting heavy weights, just a stroll,
a light stroll if you're if you'renot able to walk or ride a
bicycle, getting down on hands andknees. And if you're lucky enough to
have a garden and grow some naturalvegetables, that's wonderful to start with.
But pulling weeds, picking your veggiesfor the day, and so forth,
fresh air. Stretching. I've alwaysfound it stretching, and this is one
(16:00):
of the benefits, of course,to call with yoga and UH and other
stretching. I mean athletes stretch beforeand after workouts and games, which is
both to help prevent injury and togive maximum performance UH during the sport.
But it is very important because ifwe do nothing but sit on the on
(16:21):
the couch watching TV, our musclescan atrophy and next thing you know,
you won't be able to do alot of things. So these all of
these things for the most part ofa process. No, no disease hits
us today and we die tomorrow.Generally, even a heart attack and many
about one third of heart attacks arefatal UH and UH and had no previous
(16:45):
UH trouble to warn the person thatthey have heart trouble, but it is
a process. Our arteries don't clogovernight. It takes over a period of
years, and as with most things, and so we shouldn't expect them to
get better overnight either. My experiencewith the Stross products really has been three
(17:07):
to six months on most of theformulas and the heart drops. Of course,
we've recommended to everyone a minimum ofa year. Why do part of
a job when it comes to bloodflow? It's our most important body function.
Every cell from our hair on ourhead to our toenails needs blood,
and where we have less than fullblood flow or blocked restricted blood flow,
(17:34):
we're going to have a problem. We think mostly about heart attack and stroke,
which is a blood flow issue andthe lack of oxygen to the brain
or the heart, but it affectseverything. Wherever you have restricted blood flow,
you will have an issue at somepoint. And so I've taken Stross
(17:56):
heart drops now uncle for twenty fiveor twenty six years, and I'm not
going to stop because why would I. I'm sixty eight years old. Why
would I want at this point tohave any restrictions or anything less than full
blood flow. So it's it's veryimportant, and I you know, to
so folks don't lose hope. Ididn't do this for prevention. I was
(18:21):
the luckiest day of my life wasthe day I heard about Strauss. And
I had been suffering angina for afew years and then a rhythmia your regular
heartbeat for a few years. Iwas very lucky. It runs in my
family, particularly heart disease and dyingyoung, and so I had angina.
I had anxiety. I didn't knowI had until I didn't have it anymore.
(18:44):
I actually didn't realize it. Ishould have known it watching TV eleven
or twelve weekends in a row inthe bedroom, hoping no one called on
the phone or rang the doorbell.I should have known. But some of
these things, you know, sneakup on you. As I say,
I didn't realize I had had anxietyuntil I didn't have it any longer.
After taking stross heart drops for amonth and a half or two, and
(19:07):
boy, my life just changed. So yeah, prevention is just a great
idea. It's I mean, wedon't start exercising in our senior years.
We should have started before that, you know, because everything is a is
a process. You know. Wayneto speak to that too, like I
don't know. I have a testimonial. And one of the reasons why I'm
(19:32):
so passionate about these products is thatcardiov asked for the disease, and heart
attacks did run in my family. And I mean, I was the first
diagnosed with athloscrosis. I think Iwas twenty one years old, and you
know, at twenty one, youjust you don't even understand what that means,
to be honest, and you don'teven look it up because you're like
(19:52):
whatever, You're invincible at twenty one. So I kept going along my way,
and I was a runner, andI was on the track team and
everything else, and then I startedfainting all the time, and I was
wondering. You know, they pulledme off the track team. Around twenty
five years old, I was diagnosedwith the mitroovalve prolapse with regurgitation, and
I still thought, well, gee, this is weird. Okay. Well,
now I'm twenty five, I'm alittle bit more mature, and I
(20:15):
realize, okay, my mortality, you know, so I'm a little bit
wiser. I'm going to investigate thisand lo and behold. I mean I
came across the heart drops obviously, and you know, it was just a
blessing because at that point I wenton the heart drops and I didn't go
(20:37):
off of them until about I guessI was about thirty. And my cardiologist
did the testing for you know, the stress test, the cardiovoska, the
test, everything you could possibly do, and the ultrasounds and everything else,
and he says, you no longerhave a thinned mitrovalve mtravelop and it no
longer regurgitates. It went back toof like a normal thickness, and it
(21:03):
healed, so to speak. Andhe couldn't understand it. And I was
no longer fainting. I was stillyou know, I ran for fun.
I was still the runner. Andhe said, well, I don't know
what you've done different in the past, you know, years, but it's
you're released. I don't need tosee you again. So the only thing
I had done different is the heartdrops. And I know what the billberry
(21:27):
and the hawthorne and all the otherherbs, but especially those do for connective
tissue repair and cardiac cell repair andregeneration. I mean, I do attribute
the fact that my heart healed itself, not itself, but through the through
the help of these beautiful herbs inthis formula. We'll just stop there for
(21:49):
a minute while we have a wordfrom our sponsor, and we'll be right
back, folks. Wayne Elliott onthe Strauss Company, famous for effective natural
medicines and ain't making original formulas forheart disease, kidneys, diabetes, and
blood pressure. Years ago, Ihad wonderful experiences and could tell stories till
the cows come home of the worldfamous Stross heart drops to save my life
(22:11):
and my parents by helping return fullblood flow. Stross products are one hundred
percent natural, safe satisfaction guaranteed. You can't go wrong. I promise that.
Find stories everywhere or online at Strossnatural dot com. Welcome back,
(22:33):
folks to the Health and Wellness Show. My name's Wayne Elliott, glad to
have you with us today. Myspecial guest is Miss Nicole Gardner, a
natural path who is sharing her knowledgeand some of her own story with us
today. Nicole's I guess that's areason that you and I are as passionate
(22:53):
as we are about these Stross productsbecause we have long personal experience with them.
And I mean really, for betweenheart, heart disease and high blood
pressure, I wasn't in very goodshape when I was thirty six, thirty
seven years old, like you issuesyounger, and you know, at sixty
(23:18):
eight, I feel feel a lotbetter than I did thirty years ago taking
these products. I mean I've I'vemet my life on them. I have
not had a pill of any kind, including an over the counter pain reliever
or an aspen or anything, intwenty five years, and I have no
intention of having any. So we'llget we'll get back to some of these
(23:42):
women's issues again, Nicole, afteryour great story of healing. What effect
does estrogen have on women's health,Nicole, Well, estrogen, when it's
balanced in the body for women,it's cardioprotective, so and it's also it
(24:02):
protects the kidneys as well. So, having said that, as estrogen declines
over the decades, beginning as earlyas in the thirties, for women,
there is a slight decline, wehave a higher risk of cardiovascular disease,
so we might have notice higher bloodpressure. We might also notice you know,
(24:27):
cholesterol levels. So estrogen really helpsto balance all of this and regulate
regulate the blood pressure in terms ofcardiovascular and in kidney health. So it's
estrogen is also an anti acts asan antioxidant in the body. So that
(24:49):
would mean that it's by nature antiinflammatory. Okay, So as estrogen declines
in the body, we're we're goingto find issues with more frigid arterial system.
Our boscular system is a little bitmore frigid frigid, I should say,
and blood pressure might increase, Cholesterollevels might go up. Um quartersol
(25:12):
levels can definitely take a hit andgo up in the body, causing that
midline section expansion, which again givesrise to cardiovascular just SAMs. That's just
a name a few, right, right, Well, they you know you
were you were a runner an athletewhen you were young. I played sports,
(25:34):
football and baseball, and it's ait's a fact that men that play
football for four or five years afterhigh school live in average ten years less
than the average mail. And youknow, Jim Strauss once said to me
games like football and heavy weightlifting andbody bodybuilding are stupid games. And I
(26:00):
said, why do you say that. He raised his voice and said,
because we're not horses. And youknow, it makes you wonder, really
the some of the you know, stressors with some of these uh athletic activities
and whatnot. But you know,The other thing that I agree with you
one hundred percent, of course,is that activity and some exercise doesn't have
(26:22):
to be strenuous, but anything. It could be a gentle stroll. I
have always found it to be agreat d stressor. I have never regretted
going for a bicycle, ride,a walk, play and catch any of
these physical things. That don't questionthat it helps with with stress. And
the research I've done on stress ityou know, we've all heard stress kills
(26:47):
and I never really understood how orwhy. But some of what I learned
was that when we stress or arevery fearful, that are cells tend to
go into hiding, so to speak, including our immune cells. And of
course that's the last thing we wantour immune system to do, is to
(27:08):
go into hiding on us or beless effective. And you know, hence
the benefit of exercise and fresh airand the things we were given. The
Creator gave us arms and legs fora reason. We need to use them.
You know, he gave us morethan a butt to sit on,
so we should use them. Howhow does stress contribute to heart disease in
(27:30):
women in your opinion, Nicol,Well, that's a good question, um,
Like I said about the adrenals andhow we've exhausted them and then they
you know, which we asked themto do, keep doing their job and
they're exhausted. So you know whatI do. I actually take the cardio
calm for the stress component um thatunderlies my you know, my my arrhythmia
(27:56):
which has obviously been under control forvery long time because of the heart drops.
But if you have a stressor thatcauses this intermittent arrhythmia or palpitations,
the cardio colm is an amazing productto add on to your foundation product of
your heart drops, if you will. So for me, the cardio comm
(28:18):
also helps with lowering the cortisolt thatyou know, remember that fight or flight
that we always talk about with yourpenal, well when we can't do it
anymore. That cortisolt is that stresshormone that elevates, like I said,
with the midsection weight gain and allsorts of problems giving rise to cardiovascular disease.
(28:38):
So calming that stressor calming the centralnervous system as well as the autonomic
nervous system via the vagus nerve,it really really helps me. So in
fact, the cardio calm not onlycalms that stress component while I'm doing my
(28:59):
training or having to speak in frontof audiences or something. It still calms
that stressor but gives me laser focusso I'm able to retrieve information. So
I have cognitive increased blood flow tothe brain first of all from the heart
drops and the cardio calm, butthen it also helps with cognitive values,
so I have laser focus when I'mspeaking, I can retrieve my information because
(29:23):
the nerves aren't getting in the way. That's what it does for me.
First in form and then inflammation.Yeah, then after that it's anti inflammatory.
It's just sequesters that inflammation that canhappen systemically in the body. So
I love the combination of the twofor that reason. I love them both
myself and folks. And the cholesreferring to cardio calm, that's what the
(29:49):
product is called, the formulas calledin Canada. In the United States,
it's called cardio support. So it'llbe that that you're looking for. Now.
That's very interesting to call the pointsthat you've made about the cardio support.
I took it because I had notirrega, not once in a while,
(30:11):
twenty four to seven irregular heartbeat.I had what was called super ventricular
tachy cardia. The doctors told meI refused all treatment, but I must
admit twenty four to seven. AndI felt every race beat mine was a
one beat race, and I thoughtit was skipping a beat, to be
(30:32):
honest, that's how it felt tome. But it was a one beat
race. So I would have twobeats right in a row and then then
a blank spot, and that's whyI thought it was a skip beat.
And the heart drops alone did notdid not do that for me. When
I told Jim Stross about the irregularheartbeat, and it really did bother me.
I went to sleep with it.I woke up with it. Sometimes
(30:53):
through the night. I would wakeup and kind of gasp, thinking I
couldn't get the next breath with thisarrhythmia, this irregular heartbeat. So when
I took the cardio support formula,I took it for three months and I
have not had an irregular heartbeat nowin twenty five years. I did take
(31:17):
a course of it again, maybea year or so ago, just for
that prevention we talked about, notbecause I had irregular heartbeat back, but
you know, it's interesting ever sincewell, at the same time, one
of my best friends and former footballteammates, he was in very bad shape,
had gotten very heavy, and hehad the craziest irregular heartbeat that I
(31:38):
had ever heard. His pulse wouldgo from zero to two hundred and twenty
beats a minute. And lucky formy friend Joe, he didn't feel the
irregular heartbeat like I did, andthat was a bit of a blessing for
him, because that would have beensomething if he'd have felt all that erratic
pulse a pulse rate and heartbeat. But since then, many of my friends
(32:01):
many football players, and some ofthem very fit. I have a dear
friend who played football for years, but his business, his career after that
was owning fitness clubs, and hehas always stayed and in great physical shape.
And at about age sixty five hedeveloped arrhythmia and a lot of weightlifting
(32:22):
he did in addition to the footballthat he played. And you know,
in my case it was three monthson the cardio support, my friend Joe
was five months. Well, thisfellow I'm speaking of now, he was
six months and I don't know ifin his case, first of all,
he was older when he developed thisirregular heartbeat. But secondly, he did
(32:43):
all this weightlifting for all those years, like forty years. He still still
lifts weights, he just doesn't dothe heavyweights anymore. It's for toning and
so forth, and muscle bone densityand so forth. So you know there
are. It is a pump, and like any other pump, it can
be worn out. It's say it'ssaid that I figured what it is.
(33:07):
I think our heart beats one hundredthousand times every twenty four hours and billions
of times in our lifetime. Soit's it's a very efficient pump, but
sometimes it needs help. And Itoo find the combination of the Stross heart
drops and the Stross cardio support justa great combination. And I'd like to
(33:28):
mention the folks that because the kidneysare so and the heart are so related,
so important to one another. Forexample, high blood pressure, there's
two causes. One source of theculprit is our heart, the other can
be our kidneys. And really Westernmedicine doesn't know or tell us which it
(33:50):
is, nicole. So in mycase I found out. Well, first
of all, when I talked toJim Stross many years ago about this,
he said, well, if ifthe heart drops haven't lowered your blood pressure,
it must be your kidneys. ThenI had that confirmed from my irodologist
and my reflexologist that not only wasit kidneys, it was my left kidney,
(34:13):
and so I took the Strokes kidneyformula. But they're they're very related.
The kidney is so important. Ithas to filter our blood and it
has to do with strengthening our bones. Like most of our organs, has
many, many jobs, many thingsto do, and so we want it
operating properly. And again I'm abig proponent of preventative maintenance, just like
(34:37):
we do on our vehicles and ourhome furnace, our farm tractors. If
we didn't change oil and didn't changefilters, the machines wouldn't run very long
or very well. And so Ithink the same thing applies with us.
I think this cleansing is so importantand a real culprit. And the kidneys,
of course can be bacteria, andJim Stros always said, and the
(35:00):
kidneys, the bladder, and themen's prostrate a prostrate, do your best
not to skip a dose because bacteriagrows back so quickly there so you don't
want to do two steps forward onestep back. You just want to deal
with the problem. So it's importanttoo. You know, they won't tell
people all the time. It won'twork leaving it on the shelf or in
(35:21):
the cupboard. You have to actuallyopen the bottle and use the products for
them to work. Yeah, Iagree, I agree. I love the
kidney product as well. The kidneyssupport and just like the name says,
it literally supports the kidneys to dotheir function better. So if you want
(35:42):
to think of it, like theheart and the kidneys are talking to each
other every pump of blood, andthen the kidneys are talking to the lungs
every breath you take. So you'vegot the kidneys doing this job, so
many jobs, compensating for the forthe pumping of the blood, and then
for the blood pressure, and thenyou've got it compensating every breath you take
to maintain the pH of the normalrange in the bloodstream. So it's it's
(36:08):
really really takes its tool. Soif we can support the kidneys to do
their job better, helping them toum to so they can do their job
in regards to keeping a normal bloodpressure level, then I'll all for it.
And I have a lot of experiencewith the kidney support formula to Wayne,
(36:31):
because as you know, like whatyou were mentioning about, the heart
and the kidneys talk to each otherand they're they're compensating. And if blood
pressure isn't a heart issue, it'sa it's a kidney issue. Well,
in my case, I had togo on the kidney support as well because
I started with gout and edema andhigh blood pressure and this and that,
(36:52):
and I'll tell you, I amI'm shocked at how well when adding the
kidney support into my room tene.I mean, my blood pressure does not
spike anymore, It keeps to anormal level. It I don't have the
gout and uric acid build up anymorebecause you know, the herbs in the
(37:14):
Kiney formula and really really do sequesterthat and neutralize those acids. And I
just feel overall not as inflamed. And of course that goes back to you
know, inflammation is a killer, absolutely it is. Yeah. One of
the one of the side effects ofthese vaccines apparently is this myocarditis, which
(37:38):
is inflammation of the heart, whichis certainly not something that we want.
Inflammation is you know, it's it'sit's necessary in the healing process when we
injure ourselves. But but of coursebeyond that, it's a very harmful thing
really to to our whole body.Inflammation is certainly not a positive of a
(38:00):
positive thing, Nicole. Many womenI've learned, suffer candida and yeast and
urinary track infections, attract infections. What in your experience, what have you
found that's effective to combat that?Well, I with my teenagers, I
(38:22):
always use the heart drops as they'renatural antibiotic. It's just what I go
to. My youngest daughter, she'ssixteen, and she'st was born with a
heart defect. She's been on theheart drops for a long time with great
success, and we I'm happy tosay, we do not use any pharmaceutical
drugs for her. And but shealso has kidney disease. So she's got
(38:44):
polycystic kidney disease and she's on thekidney support formula as well with great success.
Her nephrologists can't believe it. Shedoes not need any pharmaceutical help in
that regard either. Now, thething is when she has she's she's prone
to UTI, so let's put itthat way, okay. And when she
(39:05):
was prone to the kidney UTI.So the upper urinary tract infection, I
put her on the heart she wasalready on it, but I put her
on a little bit more aggressive doseand I added the kidney an extra time
like aggressive dose for her for thirtydays, for thirty days, and she
had to do it, you know, like I said, a little bit,
not just maintenance dose. So let'sput it that way, right,
(39:29):
Yeah, And she never had andshe was having chronic uties. She never
had another yarinary attract infection. Again, my other daughter, she had a
bladder infection. So what I did, she was already on the heart drops.
I added the bladder drops for herbecause the the UTI derived from the
bladder. And again within thirty days, she's never had a UTI after that.
(39:54):
So there's a great one of thethings about that was smart of you
and Nicole, because one of thethings about the heart drops, a main
ingredient is aged garlic extract, andit turns out that that is the single
best natural substance to support our immunesystem on Earth. We're going to take
another short break, Nicole. Folkswill be back with you in a minute
(40:15):
after these words. Wayne Elliott onthe Strouss Company, famous for effective natural
medicines and again making original formulas forheart disease, kidneys, diabetes, and
blood pressure. Years ago, Ihad wonderful experiences and could tell stories till
the cows come home of the worldfamous Stross heart drops to save my life
and my parents by helping return fullblood flow. Stross products are one hundred
(40:37):
percent natural, safe satisfaction guaranteed. You can't go wrong, I promise it.
Finds stories everywhere or online at Strossnatural dot com. Welcome back,
(40:57):
folks. Great to be with youtoday and our special guest, mister Cole
Gardner, sharing some great information onwomen's health. Nicole, about month or
so ago, month or two ago, I was doing a radio show.
I was a guest on a radioshow in Missouri, and a lady called
in. This was just great,I thought, And she said. I
(41:22):
took it that she was middle ageat least, but she didn't say her
age. But in any event, she said that for over twenty five years
she has suffered with urinary track infections. And she said that she because of
it, tried everything that her doctorrecommended. She tried everything over the counter.
(41:47):
Anytime she heard of anything, shewould try it. And she said
nothing ever worked, and when sheheard on a radio program about the Strouss
bladder support formula, she said, well that won't work either, but I'm
going to get some. You know, she was just determined. I felt
so bad for you know, twentyfive years was something and you can't can't
(42:12):
get ahead of it. And soshe said, I knew they wouldn't work,
but I bought them anyway, alwayshopeful. And she said, in
uh, I forgot. She said, three or four weeks she thought the
problem disappeared, went to her doctor. It had disappeared. So she called
into the show just to say thatwhere nothing else had worked for her,
the Strokes bladder formula did. Itwas just great to hear, and I
(42:35):
was grateful for her to what.My mother loved that formula, Nicole,
because she would get up through thenight as many as five and six times
to use the washroom. And mymother always had trouble getting back to sleep.
So what she really suffered the mostwas lack of sleep. And Mum
(42:59):
was when she got up into herlate seventies and into her eighties, that's
really what she suffered was lack ofsleep. She was often just exhausted.
She would her method of trying toget to sleep would be to read.
She loved to read, and oftentimesthat did it for her and she'd finally
fall asleep. But getting up touse the washroom so many times through the
(43:22):
night really affected her that way,and the Stross bladder formula changed that nicely
for her. I don't know,I'm going to say, foolishly done a
lot of foolish things in my life, but foolishly. I often hydrate in
the evening, so I'll drink fivesix tumblers of water after dinner right up
(43:45):
until bedtime or eleven o'clock or whatevertime. And of course, you know,
what goes in must come out.So I was doing the same thing,
getting up three, four, sometimesfive times through the night. However,
I was usually able to get rightback to sleep, so I didn't
suffer the same way my mother did. And when I learned more about this
(44:07):
REM sleep, you know, thedeep sleep, or we do all our
repairing, I thought to myself, you know, I wonder if I'm getting
into the rapid eye movement or REMsleep. So anyway, I more for
prevention, to be honest, Idid a course of the Stross bladder formula
and now I get up once maybetwice a night. I'm still drinking all
(44:29):
that water. It's amazing to me. And I do feel more rested.
I'm not getting any more sleep thanI ever did. I've I've always cheated
myself a bit on sleep, butI do feel more rested. I don't.
I'm never groggy in the morning,I never have trouble waking up.
I pretty much hit the ground running. And so that's that's been a great
(44:49):
formula. I've also had myself andheard from many others that the kidney formula,
the Stross kidney support formula, they'regreat things to take together. And
of course for men um with theprostate. Uh, those three formulas are
excellent to take together. And becausemen have some of these same issues,
(45:15):
uh too many times to the bathroom, not being able to empty their bladder
all the prostate and they say thatone out of every two men will suffer
prostate issues in their life. So, uh, these are all effective formulas
for men and women. Not theprostate, of course, that's for men.
But the bladder and the and thekidney formulas are are fabulous. We
(45:39):
talked about how the kidneys and lungsand heart are are related and uh,
you know, so important to eachother and to our systems. How about
incontinence, what's your experience with withuh the fairer sex and incontinence? Well,
you know, I was gonna Imean, I have a great story
(46:00):
too, and it involves both thekidney and the bladder. So estrogen does
so many things in the in thewomen's body. So another thing that the
decline of estrogen does is it weakensthe connective tissue also of the bladder,
So we'll suffer from incontinence as weage, just from that particular aspect.
(46:23):
But then a couple that with thefact that if you've had children, you've
also got a little bit of what'syou know, it's trauma to the body,
physical trauma. So over the years, that degradation happens naturally. And
I was having severe issues, reallybad issues with incontinence, sneezing, coughing
(46:44):
and that would happen, and Iwas having troubles just worrying about going out
if I would laugh, like whatam I going to do? Right?
So it was a concern m andthe kidney support formula did help me to
to minimize the amount that I gotup during the evening like through the night.
(47:05):
Being on just the kidney formula itselfwith the heart drops, it helped
to do that, but the bladderwent one step further for me. And
what the blodder did for me isrealized that I had a nervous bladder.
So I would pee. Sorry, you're an eight twelve times, twelve times
a day, which is ludicrous, and I just that was my life.
That's what I thought was normal. So I did that all my life,
(47:29):
and you know, I just didn'tthinking anything up it. And all of
a sudden, I'm on the blodderdrops. Not only can I sneeze without
peddling, I'm only going maybe fouror five, maybe maybe six times a
day max. That's great. Theysay the average that we should is is
eight times a day and not morethan that. Really, we shouldn't need
(47:51):
to go more than eight times intwenty four hours. And so I checked
my cell phone a couple of timesto keep count, and I'm pretty much
there seven or eight times a day. And I do drink lots of water,
and I still drink yeah, yeah, yeah, and people should too,
Nicole. I everyone knows that it'sa real problem today, and they've
(48:12):
now discovered that not only can it, of course be related to dehydration,
which is a self a deadly schedulea disease, but some of these memory
issues are being related to not enoughwater and dehydrated state. And it makes
sense. Sixty two percent of ourbody is water, So if you're trying
(48:34):
to get away with it being fortypercent or fifty percent, that's not going
to work out. Our lungs areeven more than sixty two percent, but
the rest of our body sixty twopercent water. And it's just very important.
And I know there's people out therethat think they drink a lot of
water. I've seen people carry alarge bottle around all day and the bottle
(48:54):
still half full at the end ofthe day, you know, taking a
sip here and there. You reallydo need to consciously drink enough water.
And it's it's amazing how much isideal for us. I'm I weigh two
hundred pounds, and my natural therapiststell me I should be drinking a minimum
of twelve large glasses a day. That's a fair bit of water. And
(49:15):
most people, I would that's outthere with all couples were breathing in that
dehydrates us. I mean there's thingsin the world that we don't even realize
dehydrates us. Sure, alcohol, coffee, it is said that for every
cup of coffee we drink, weshould have two glasses of water, and
(49:36):
of course alcohol. I don't drinkmyself. I never cared for alcohol,
but I've heard it said that ifyou had two glasses of water for every
drink of alcohol, there wouldn't bethese severe hangovers and so forth, because
it's a dehydration issue as well withthe drinking. So, yeah, need
(49:57):
to drink enough water, folks,You're probably not drink enough, so you
know, consciously drink a tumbler ata time if you can. That was
one of the great things as wellabout taking supplements nicole vitamins and minerals and
so forth. You almost have tohave two or three extra glasses a day.
So there's a side benefit to thatfrom your perspective, is it?
(50:19):
And I know Strauss now makes thiswonderful travel bug formula that is safe for
children's great tasting too. Your kidswill love it. And it's for motion
sickness. Is really why Strouss createdthis formula motion sickness nausea. It won't
knock the kids out, like someof these chemical formulas that people buy to
(50:44):
put the kids to sleep or letthem sleep in the car. It has
nothing to do with that, butI've heard it's very effective for nausea.
Would you recommend that for morning sickness? Nicole Ladies there are pregnant over in
that case, we have to definitelyget them to check with their healthcare provider.
(51:09):
But I safely look at it astwo ingredients, two foods that we
eat. It's ginger and garlic.Right, you can eat ginger when you're
pregnant. You can eat garlic whenyou're pregnant and nursing, and so in
my opinion, two foods, that'sall there is in it. And here
(51:31):
I mean it has a beautiful spearmentwhich is safe again for pregnant and nursing
moms. So for that nausea thefirst trimester, I personally would this would
be the only thing I would beable to take because I don't think I
(51:51):
would trust any other product in mybody other than food, right, right,
and that you know the stross coldstorm. Now, I've never taken
it because I've don't really get colds, but it's remarkable what I've heard the
results once again, the cold stormone percent natural two ingredients. I believe
(52:14):
nicole is garlic and cherry. Ihaven't taken it myself, so I can't
I can't say that I have. But the experience apparently strou sells a lot
of it, and what they hearback from folks is that some people say
they used to get colds all thetime, one cold after another through the
cold season, and they don't anylonger or get get far less colds.
(52:38):
The other thing is that when theywe hear a lot of when they get
a cold, it's behind them withina couple of days. So what what
would you recommend for women to keepa strong immune system? Well, um,
I do like the trouble about becauseit's a daily tonic digestion, antibacterial,
(53:02):
anti viral, anti microbial, antifungal, anti candida, because that's what
garlic does. In essence, that'swhat garlic does. And then like I
said, with the ginger in herehelps in the travel bug also helps with
calming the nerves that go to thestomach so that you know it sequesters the
motion sickness or the nausea or anythinglike that. So I do like the
(53:29):
travel bug because it also is effectivefor upper respiratory health. So it's anti
viral, antifactory for upper respiratory. So you've got that covered. And then
if you want, the cold Stormis kind of great to have as a
one shot deal for the whole familybecause you can use it from two two
(53:49):
years old up. So your toddlermight have a staff infection, you might
have, your mom has, youknow, a bronchitis, and then you
know your husband might have you know, athletes foot. Well, guess what
cold storm and garlic does the wholegamut. So you've got one bottle for
mum, for the kids chewing upfor cold storms particularly, and like I
(54:15):
said, it does anti viral, antibacterial, antifungal, anti candida, the
whole nine yards. Yeah, youknow the other product. I tried to
take a regano weill of a reganothree different times in the last twenty or
so years, Nicole and I couldnever do it. It burns my mouth.
(54:37):
It's just too hot for me.It's a very powerful herb. But
regano is we know that, andit would it would give me indigestion as
well. In addition to I foundit burned my mouth, so I just
couldn't take it, you know. And when Stross came out with this smooth
oregano, I was really anxious totry it. And it is spearmint flavored.
(54:59):
It's ea easy to take it reallyis. I mean compared to the
straight oil of a regano, there'sjust no comparison. And boy it works
when you when you kill things likeyeast in your body, your body really
wants rid of it. And thishas been a very effective formula I found
(55:23):
for that, and so easy totake because of the great spearman flavor.
So if anyone out there would liketo take a regano because it's you know,
for centuries proven as a very verystrong, powerful botanical herb, the
stro smooth a regano is just agreat formula to take. Again, you
(55:45):
can take it daily. I havefriends that do and and just love it.
All of these products you can takedaily. As far as that goes
Nicole, you could. You couldtake the Cold Storm every day. And
as you say, the travel Bug, it's a great supplement. I think
that if folks don't take the travelBug as a daily supplement, it is
(56:07):
wise when you're going to travel andthis is why Strouss created it. If
you're going to travel, go ona vacation, go to a foreign land,
it's a good thing to take fora week before you go, for
the days that you're away, andthen for a few days or a week
when you come home. You knowthe things we can pick up in other
countries. And I remember when Iwas young and worked in Mexico for a
(56:29):
while, I picked up a lotof bad a lot of bad stuff that
I was sick for under the weatherfor months. So these are great products
to take daily and you won't besorry. And again with the Strouss Naturals
product products, your satisfaction is guaranteed. You cannot be cheated for your money.
(56:53):
Folks, you cannot come to seriousharm. There's been no serious side
effect or anyone claimed any damage tothemselves. So in forty three years commercially
available, that's a pretty good trackrecord and you have nothing to lose.
I would really really urge you ifyou have any of these issues or just
(57:15):
a great preventative cleanse to whether it'syour blood system, your kidneys, your
bladder, prostate for men, andthat great cardio comb formula cardio support formula
which was really created a long longtime ago by the Strauss family their eight
generations master Herblis, and this formulawas to help the body repair any damaged
(57:39):
heart cells and for irregular heartbeats. So just effective all they are. They're
very economical, Nicole. It's abouteach of these formulas costs about the same
as a small cup of coffee atthe drive through, so and it's painless,
of course, non intrusive. They'reall in liquids too, which I
(58:00):
think you'll agree is a preferable way. People don't like to swallow a lot
of pills and capsules, and ofcourse it's very easy through the digestive process.
But we've run out of time fortoday, folks, and Nicole,
thank you very much for being withus today. You've been a wealth of
information and knowledge and so happy wecould focus on women's health today. So
(58:24):
