anyone who goes for months, years without being intimate or

belief that are out there, one thing is certain as

People do say many things to simply be mean, hurtful
and shaming others. Why would anyone care about what you
choose to do in your intimacy Anyone who truly get
busy don't get time to mind other grown folks business.

Just saying, now that this is out of the way,
let us debunk five of many misconceptions about not having
inter course ever or for a long time, and stick
around for number five as it will uplift your spirit.
So without any delay, myth number one abstinence is only

four teenagers. This belief alone has applied so much pressure
onto many that from elementary school a lot of teenagers
young adults crumbled under peerce pressure and lost their virginity
too soon. And what I mean by too soon is
not their age, but more so being unaware of their identity,

who you are in the stage of your current life,
what you want, why and is it worth it. Sadly,
we cannot revite many immature decisions that we've made in
the past, but we pray that God strengthens us so
we can rise above. Choosing to wait before being intimate
is a personal decision and choice. Some people may love

to be out there, active and busy with many partners
for different reasons that are their own, such as maybe
pleasure or way to escape or relieve stress. But others
may find intimacy in very different ways. Did you know
that there are many non sexual ways to be intimate,
such as hugging, per se connecting emotionally which is another,

and there are several other ways to do so. If

it next. Myth number two, abstinence leads to sexual dysfunctions.
This is where the cub webs and the inability to

create a dependency compared to a drug addiction, as it
stimulates the same hormones like dopamins that gets activated in
a pleasurable experience, just like euphoria for example, and therefore

pleasuring yourself and for men, an excess of self pleasuring
can lead to sexual dysfunction. As to the consequences of
abstinence on folks, there aren't many evident studies that link
sexual dysfunctions to it. Sexual dysfunction may happen in both

prevents you from contracting any SDA or any other form
of complication related to unsafe intercourse. So moving on to
myth number three, abstinence is mainly a religious thing, Navam,
you'd be surprised to meet a lot of folks abstaining
for different personal reasons. Some people may have chosen to

abstain to focus more or improve their discipline all around.
In their life. Others may have decided to abstain to
heal from heartbreaks and therefore chose to maintain it until
they find the person. And heck, some may just not
be sexual. People like that don't believe everything you see
or hear. Not everyone out there is getting it as

they make it seem. With that being said, it is
true that the Bible emphasizes that people should remain abstinence
before marriage, as intercourse and everything that surrounds it is
reserved for marital relationship. Just like Christ, we are called
to be holy, pure and avoid sexual immorality. So abstinence

is not mainly observed for a religious standpoint, but recommended.
Myth number four abtinence is a sign of immaturity or
lack of social experience. What does that even mean? Who
even define maturity by the action of being physically intimate?
How many people out there do the jig? But boy boy,

even a five year old is more mature than them.
What even is the true definition of maturity? Lets just
start here listen. According to the Cambridge Dictionary, maturity is
a very advanced or developed form or state of being
completely grown or responsible. Now, isn't it true that human

beings continue to grow and evolve physically, mentally, spiritually, and
all that until we leave this earth. If that is
the case, no one is mature. Then, by the way,
how can you tell without knowing anyone personally, just by
looking at people's faces who lack social experience due to abstinence. Listen,

arrest my case, I'm done even try so. Moving on
finally to myth five, a very crucial one. I don't
know about you, but I have done hearing this one
over and over and it doesn't stop to amaze me.
People practicing abstinence are rare and unhappy. How many times

have people gets wrong about me thinking I was happy
because there was a possible ton to for my French
people out there, or in English an uncle that I
kept hidden. Who was the cause of my joy? To that?
I say, glory to God. If that's what people believe.
You want to know why? Because the joy, the glow,

the peace, the confidence, the assurance, the selflessness and all
that is God's glory surrounding me. That's all. Let me
tell you something. Happiness is not found in mankind but
in God first, and mostly actually scratch that entirely in God. Okay,

when you are fully dependent on God's mercy and grace
for your life. He shows up and gives you strength
even when there is none within you. People see you
stand on your feet, but they can see with their
bare eyes the angels of God surrounding you that are
supporting every inch of your being. I am not here

to debate about the rarity or not of people practicing
accident because it's irrelevant to me. But I want more
soul to tell you who is listening, that you are
great just as you are, You are enough just as
you are. You are chosen since the womban before your conception,

and also that you are in this world, but not
from this world. Our rules and regulations don't have to
be popular, they just have to be pleasing to God,
our Father in heaven, and justified through Christ, our Savior.
