Hiya my lovelies,

   Hope I find you well.
Have you ever been blamed for your singleness? They've said that you haven't put enough time into it and that if you had done so, maybe you'd be married by then, and who knows, you would have had children running around... If so, shall we?

One love,

Speaker 1 (00:00):
I've read somewhere and I paraphrase the way you use
your time determines your life. What do you think of
that this single sentence is so short but yet loaded?
I mean, I feel like in a group setting with
friends and or family, we could debate for hours, depending

(00:21):
on the angle we choose to take it. In my case,
I want to use this statement in the context of relationship.
Do you think that your current relationship status, meaning whether
you are single, married, separated, divorced, in situationship, whatever situation
you are. Do you think that your current relationship status

(00:44):
has to do with the way you've made use of
your time? Or do you think that this statement in
the context of relationship doesn't quite apply fully because when
it comes to relationship, chance or hazard, casualty, destiny, providence,
or however you choose to call it also has a
lot to do with it, or why not in a

(01:07):
spiritual aspect? Since I am a Christian, so is this podcast?
Maybe believe in the world of I am By that,
I mean most people think they're like God, therefore capable
of doing everything and believe that everything they have is
because of the work of their hands and brain. Hence,

(01:28):
you are most probably single because of your inactivity, to
put it nicely, because because the world out there is
savage when it comes to judging. But that's not what
we're about on this spot. So are we what we
do with our time? Let me know what your thoughts
are in any of my social down below, and let's

(01:51):
get comfortable and enjoy. Welcome to here is Eden, the

(02:11):
space where there is peace, innocence, growth and joy. You
may now leave your fear, your judgment and murmur at
the game. Disclaimer, The atmosphere you're about to enter will

(02:41):
suscitate questioning, opinions, conversation, thinking, growth or not. Be informed
that what you're about to hear is not from an expert.
And remember that the greatest specialist an expert that there
is is Elohim himself. Now, if you may, let's get

(03:01):
comfortable and enjoy. I am a beautiful loving souls. How
are you doing? House life? How's your family? How is work?
How's your health? But most importantly how easy relationship with God?
I hope you are doing well, and if you do not,
as I always say, do not despair, for it is

(03:23):
a season and that there will be Britaday is coming.
As for me I'm doing great. I feel good, rejuvenated.
It's a new day, so hey at celebrate. For those
of you who do not know me, my name is
Rita aka Babyface, and I want to welcome you to
this podcast that is here is Eden. If you are

(03:45):

If you're a new listener, fuck, welcome to this podcast.
That is here is Eden, a podcast we serve and

(04:09):
up with me in my social downe below. My prayer
for you is that you take anything within what will
be discussed today, and so together we enjoy, we grow
and learn. So if you are regular, you already know
how we do. So before I can keep on talking,
let me just give grace to my father as pray, Father, God,

(04:32):
I just want to say thank you. I thank you
for having wakened me up this morning, and everyone who
are listening. I pray that you put your hands and
bless everyone listening and everyone around the world who's struggling.
As I always say, less of me, more of you. Father.
You are worthy, our God and Lord to be praised
and to receive glory, honor, and power. For you, Father

(04:56):
created all things, and by your will they were created
and have there being a man a man less, go
my people, Welcome to This topic was inspired by many sources.

(05:17):
I often like to read about different topics when it
comes to relationships, or also read about people's opinion on
different platforms, just to get a good understanding about what
he said and explained by first experts about a certain topic,
but more so how you and I feel about it.

(05:38):
That's where I get really excited and passionate, because let's
be real, easy said than done, right, most of us
have experienced life and could definitely have a thing or
two to say, and I like good conversations. So with
that being said, please allow me to introduce to this topic,

(06:01):
which is the way you manage your time will determine
the success of your relationship status. I want to start
with real life situations and examples and we'll go from there,

(06:25):
shall we. Let's go One day, my beautiful and caring
African mom came and started giving me advice and suggestions
as to what I should do with my time beside
working to possibly be able to attract my future husband.
I mean, if you know, you know, cultural parents are

(06:46):
there when it comes to marriage, children and so on.
We know, I guess it's just most parents who care,
and I understand that it comes from a good place.
But hey, so as she came and talked to me,
I listened, But at some point I've started feeling slightly irritated,

(07:06):
not at her, but at the assumptions that I felt
were made. The thing is, since I've started podcasting and
not creating animations, I've been very, very busy, and let's
be honest, I haven't been out there as much as
I used to. And yeah, that's a fact. So in
what I was being told, I've heard as if these

(07:30):
past two years of me being more so focused on
my work have been the determining factor of my current
single status all these years. Now, that's where I wasn't
having it. Listen, I am a very social person. I've
been outside outside, you know, not let me chill, not

(07:54):
outside outside like the world, but anyway, I've been outside,
meaning there was a time of my life where I
was continuously going out to the clubs, restaurants, festivals, parks, evans, conferences,
gym community activities, traveling though I still do travel, but

(08:15):
very less now, but hopefully just for a time. I
felt like it was not fair to say that me
not being outside recently had shaped my singleness status. Listen,
I know I listened, but hey, listen, I've been involved
in church singing in a choir for some years. Come
on now, even tried digging websites against my will. All right,

(08:40):
so you get the point, right. So I had to
ask her, how is it that when I was the
most active doing outdoor activities, I wasn't able to sell
the deal then? And don't get me wrong, I've had
my fair share of relationships saga. You can go check
out the b Tell Stories podcast if you are curious.

(09:02):
But hey, boy or boy AnyWho. But reality for me
is that when I deliberately put in the time and
decided to take control of my life, I've got fulfilled
in other areas of it, but not yet. And if,
of course, it is God's will for me with a
husband and yeah, I say husband, because we don't claim

(09:25):
boyfriends over here. Boyfriends come angle, but her husband is
sealed and recognized it in God's eyes. Okay, we date intentions, Okay, Okay,
I get it. I get it. I can hear you.
It is a process, and a boyfriend may become eventually

(09:45):
a husband. Okay, please don't come at me for it too.
But I'm just saying, and I said what I said. Okay,
let's move on the point is I believe that time

(10:09):
is a limited gift that is given to us by God,
and since it is so unpredictable, we have the duty
to use it wisely and intentionally, for we do not
know how many days we have left on this earth,
and when the final day comes and I have to
answer for my use of the time A lotted to

(10:29):
meet down here, I just pray that God is pleased
with me for having used the gifts and ability he
put in me responsibly and productively, and that most importantly,
I have produced what He expected of me, more so
than what I wanted or thought was important for the
growth of the kingdom. This segment I just said is

(10:52):
an acknowledgment to the power bole of the talents in
the Bible in MATEW twenty five, which here the talents
represent our personal abilities. For those of you who do
not know the story of the parable of the talents,
here it is for better understanding. There was a man
owner of the talents talents which here define as wealth

(11:15):
or in different versions of the Bible, bags of gold.
So there was a man owner of bag of golds,
who was to travel into a far country. Before traveling,
he entrusted his wealth to the three men, who became
two wards of his talents. Therefore bag of gold to one,

(11:36):
he gave five bags of gold, to another two bags
of gold, and to another one bag, and each according
to his ability. Then the owner went on his journey.
Now the man who was entrusted with five bags of
gold straight away invested his and gained five more bag

(11:59):
of goals. Same for the one who was given two,
he invested his and gained two more. But now the
man who was given one went off dug a hole
in the ground and hid his master's money. After a
long time of absence these towards owner returned and settle

(12:20):
accounts with them. When he found out how the two
servants had multiplied his wealth, he was very pleased with
them and put them in charge of many more things,
and they got to share their master's happiness. Then came
the servant who had hidden his talent or bag of
gold in the ground. When he came and presented himself

(12:42):
in front of his master, and gave him the excuse
that because he was afraid of him, meaning his master
being a hard man. In other words, fear and mistrust
had motivated him to bury his bag of gold and
therefore not multiply it to that. The owner at said,
with what he had heard, told this servant off, and

(13:03):
informed him that he could have at least to put
his money on deposit with the bankers, so at least
it would have produced interest. At that the owner took
his one bag away from him and gave it to
the one who had now ten bags, and threw out
this unproductive servant. For as Christ said, for whoever has

(13:26):
will be given more, and they will have an abandonce.
Whoever does not have, even what they have will be
taken from them. Now, where am I getting at with

(13:53):
the power blel of the talents in regards to the
way you use your time determines your life? Here it
is I believe, as a Christian that we are all
created and given a personal certain amount of time, a
lot in this earth, as well as some resources in
which we are responsible to increase the value. In simple words,

(14:16):
we are responsible of putting a considerable effort to improve
our lives and the lives of others by using the gifts, abilities,
and resources put in our disposition by God. The danger
that I found with time is that most often we

(14:37):
measure the success of our lives, whether it is financially, socially, personally, mentally, romantically,
with the scale of the world. Question, what would we
say of the many people out there who once were
married for years, decades, for say, however long, did everything

(14:59):
they could I knew of, invested time and effort into
their relationship. But at some point throughout time, one of
the partners grew apart and no longer was fulfilled in
that relationship and dipped decided to leave. Choo Sainada. I

(15:20):
don't know that that's how we say, but they decided
to leave. How many friends have we had with whom
at some point in our lives we spend quality time
and thought that this was forever, But somehow, some way
we don't even remember how we parted or lost contact.
So what to make out of this used time? Are

(15:44):
you going to be looked at as a failure because
the season of your current life isn't as glorifying as
the world perceived glory to be. I say this for
what concerns relationship, marriage and all that. It is very complex,
and I do not believe that there is a formula
to success made by mankind. One would say trust, communicate effectively,

(16:11):
make yourselves available for one another, be authentic, compromise to
a certain extent, be creative, flexible, submissive, respectful, and all
of that, And not that there is anything wrong with
all of that or contrere. But reality is that man
is wicked, and here by men I mean men and women.

(16:33):
Therefore we cannot succeed without God's hand in our lives.
It takes three to tangle. You never heard that one
the music being God. That's my take on it in part,
and what I mean by in part of course. Now,
if you stay idle and dog yourself in a hole
like that servant with one bag of gold, it is

(16:56):
most likely that your chances to multiply opportunity to meet
people would be less than one who exposed their gift
out there. Take a risk and does not let fear
be in the way of enjoying footfulness. There is always
a balance, just like each servant in the powerbo were
giving talents according to their abilities the same way our

(17:19):
promises and rewards may come in different times. Some need
to put in a lot of work and effort at
the beginning and allow life and challenges to make it
their way before experiencing this governantal love as it is
described in the Bible. And I don't know why it

(17:40):
is like that, maybe simply God's ways are not our ways,
nor his thoughts ours. And in the other hand, some
may find love very early in their journey, and by
fine love I mean it almost fell on them or
felt like it was given to them effortlessly. And somehow,

(18:02):
as time progresses, they start having to lift heavier, meaning
they start experiencing hardship and struggles, and now they have
to find ways to overcome them. And others may possibly
never find love in a man or woman down on
this earth. The most important with this a lot of

(18:23):
time is not so much how we started, but more
so how we finish. There, my friends, I chose the
spiritual way to explain my understanding of this statement, and
I hope that I was able to translate my thoughts effectively,
and pray that God even translated in a better way.

(18:46):
But hey, let me know your views on to this topic.
Do you agree or not with the statement the way
you use your time determines your life? I personally don't
see anything wrong with the states, but I think that
there are some unpredictable variables that may impact the turn
of life events, but that it is also common sense

(19:09):
that if all of your life all you do is
play and never take responsibility to anything, well, you will
report you saw. If you grow oranges, will you will
harvest oranges? With time simplified like this, we'd say that
is self explanatory, right, But when it comes to relationships, though,

(19:32):
one plus one that's not ours equal to it seems
like please let me know what you think. For my part,
I want to humbly thank you for having allowed me
in your space, in your ear, and simply have given
me your time. I want to wish you to have

(19:53):
an amazing day, evening night. Just have an amazing time.
Stay safe out there, and as I always say, stay beautifully,
peacefully and confidentally blessed for you, my friend, are a

(20:14):
unique creation of Elhem. Stay blessed my friends, old men, men,

(21:01):
fu women, men,
