Speaker 1 (00:01):
Money, fornication, women, alcohol, drugs, and more. These are the
leading gods of this world. They have become as important
as the air we breathe and flooded our minds, beings,
and spirit. For the most feeling overwhelmed, lost, confused, weak,
(00:22):
drawn to indulge and follow the influences of the present age, doubtful, uncertain, frustrated,
and decisive stock is completely understandable considering that Christ himself
recognized the prince of the power of the air, which
is Satan, that spirit who is now at work in
their disobedient meaning the unbelievers who fight against the purposes
(00:46):
of God, to be the father of those desiring to
follow the course, tendencies, and fashion of this world. It
seems just so easier entering through the water gate, less restrictions,
less struggle, less judgment, less marginalization, less torment, less division.
I guess the best way to find out would be
(01:08):
either to experience it yourself, or ask anyone dealing with
any of these cravings if they are wholesomely fulfilled For
many of us, if we are told not to do this,
for this will trigger that and will bring this na
even enough, the impulsion of our desires often overpower our wisdom.
(01:29):

heart will be also following this, here's a question for you.

(04:59):
were created and have their being. Amen. Amen, let's go,
my people. Welcome. Most of you must have expected to
hear about tips and suggestions to cope natural urges and
(05:20):
desires that we all may struggle away from time to
time in this journey of abstinence for some and sell
busy for others, words of wisdom to overcome falling into temptation.
I got you. If that is what you need, you'll
find exactly that in the episode how to Cope with
and Embrace Natural Urges while Celbate practical tips. But today
(05:44):
I am shocking some and answering others. Too often, when
we are asked something, we rush into giving the expected answer.
For example, if asked to spell the alphabet without a second,
guest will start A B, C, D, E, F, G,
hijk elemenop boom boom boom. We know the rest, but
why not starting by Z and finishing by A. My point,
(06:08):
For thousands of years, messengers, prophets, angels, the Messiah himself
came on earth as sentinels or people responsible to warn
us about God's word or against the danger of this world.
But where hath these taken us? I could tell you
today to pray for strength, ask God for his shield,
(06:29):
read God's word, practice self control, avoid tempting situations, be
alert to the enemy schemes, seek support from others, walk
in the spirit, et cetera. But despite all of these
valuable advice, tomorrow you and I will find ourselves back
here visiting the same conversation. So instead of giving you
(06:52):
the answers or repeating what you know already, I have
decided to lay out a buffet of options before you, and,
as free will creature that you are, allow you to
choose what you want. So, without any further delay, please
allow me to properly introduce to this topic to you,
which is ask Christians abstinent what to do when attracted
(07:14):
or captivated by the pleasures of the world. I would
like to start with a storytelling to help you better
understand how our brain works for some and also what
(07:37):
I have learned through life experience. Most of us, I'm
sure have encountered at least once these different personalities that
I'm about to share with you, whether you are a
parent and have children, or amongst your relatives, friends, colleagues,
co workers, neighbors, or whether you have heard or read
(07:57):
about it. So, without wasting here goes the story. A
king named Wisdom had four sons. The sun's names were Trust,
visual at It, and Life. For many years in this kingdom,
it was always taught to everyone in the tribe, from
(08:20):
generation to generation to never cross the well known river
named never Back. When the time had finally arrived where
all the four sons were of age to be given
the instructions about the river Never Back and the Faery Island,
King Wisdom gathered all his four sons and carefully instructed
(08:40):
them to never try crossing river never Back to reach
the Ferry Island, as everyone who once tried it never returned.
It said that a powerful dark spirit hovers over the river,
and any soul who were attempted to navigate its waters
was struck and never found their way back. To this day,
(09:04):
no one has ever returned from this misadventure. End of
the story. Now, all four children were giving the same
instructions with the same level of awareness, but not all
four of them would process and absorb the information the same.
The first son Trust was a very obedient child who
(09:27):
feared and respected authority. Therefore, once the instructions were given
to him, the limits in his head and spirit were
set right there and then. Whereas the second son, Visual
was one to learn from seeing or visualizing other people
around him who had either considered trying it, and how
(09:48):
they had been impacted by their experience. Therefore, he was
very hesitant and reluctant to try at it. The third
son learned to repetition by listening over and over this
story being told by the elders, and was a very
curious young man who loved asking questions and discussed about
(10:11):
the different mysteries of Never Back and the Fairy Island.
And just like his brother Visual, he was afraid and
hesitant to try crossing the boundaries from all he had heard. However,
the fourth son Life was one who loved trying things,
experiencing and feeling them. He learned best while performing things
(10:35):
on his own. After being instructed about the mysteries of
Never Back and the Fairy Island, the itch for him
to try crossing the river was greater than his reason.
With that being said, which of the sons. Do you
think would possibly make the headlines with the title tribal
resident missing in the Never Back River while trying to cross.
(10:58):
Would it be visual, adit or life? Please let me
know in the comments or attack this episode and share
your thoughts in my Soul shows. While it is wise
(11:22):
to learn from experience, it is wiser to learn from
others' experiences. The idea of telling this story is to
show you how we are just like the sons of
this king when it comes to our response to the
instruction given by our heavenly Father and or him through
his word the Bible. In regard to the question what
(11:44):
to do as Christians abstinence when we are drawn to
the pleasure of the world. The Bible is full of
wise advice and warnings tailored just for us flood humans
that we are to ensure a life filled with peace, blessings, protection,
and eternal life under the condition, of course, that we
(12:04):
obey his commands. God promises to stay with us wherever
we go, strengthening and helping us as long as we
follow him. When we were kids, we had to be
taught and forced and reminded strongly to eat our vegetables
as our parents knew best about the benefits fund in
(12:25):
those less attractive and tasteless grin thingam a jig on
our plates, But as we got older, some of us
grew to like him and be convinced about their benefits
and no longer needing to be persuaded. That's how our
hearts should be toward the Word of God. We should
want and need to follow it because we believe its
(12:48):
result in the long term. In other words, anything we
hold dear, whether it is material, wealth, any possessions, status, relationship,
et cetera, that's where we will invest and prioritize in life.
But these things bring only earthy momentary satisfaction, but not
eternal life. Have you noticed how difficult it is to
(13:13):
master good habits such as eating healthy for example, and
like how quickly we developed an addiction to junk food
per se, It's rare that we need encouragement or convincing
to the virile chocolate cake or anything else that does
not rhyme with healthy. And this goes without saying. Even
for babies, what's bad is generally much more appealing, and
(13:35):
it doesn't take time to develop into a crave or
a need. Same thing For the pleasures of this world
being wealthy, rich, comfortable with power or influence, popular or
well known, Collecting all the bodies that you want, being
able to afford anything, have an entourage, host many parties
(13:56):
or events, or being invited to many being and feeling important.
All of this are addictive, but can they fulfill you wholesomely?
Just like any common form of addiction, the people seeking
for pleasure become simply dopemin junkies. They love the intense
sensation of height that they are experienced, but quickly, right
(14:19):
after the event, the feeling returned to normal, and here
they are not long after, back to square one, seeking
even more pleasure, and the cycle of unsatisfaction begins for
the guys or girls indulging in casual hoo cups. After
a while, it loses its sperks, fun and excitement, and
a body becomes just a body, void of all its value.
(14:43):
No matter how much you decorated. The outside may look
dressed up, but the inside a huge chasm. Romans twelve
one to two says, Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters,
in view of God's mercy, to offer your body as
a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God. This is
(15:04):
your true and prospero worship. Do not conform to the
pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing
of your mind. Then you will be able to test
and approve what God's will is is good, pleasing and
perfect will. In our current cultural environment, it is painful, sad,
(15:40):
and very hard to navigate around and try to be
abstinent as promiscuity is promoted everywhere, with the pressure exerted
even on kids by their peers, and even through the
educational system in the classroom, with intimacy teachings void of
biblical or faith morality, it is not surprising that more
(16:02):
than half American teams have had at least once intimate
encounter before reaching adulthood. Can you imagine all the traumas
that all these immature kids can build unconsciously inside of them,
and the impact of all of this in the long
term in our society. Already, these situations have brought many
(16:23):
social ills such as std fatherless children, single mothers, lots
of physical abuse, divorce, adultery, abortion, poverty, X rated content, addiction,
and many more. A society that has no moral boundaries
is doomed to actually is simply doomed to my Christians.
(16:45):
In the Bible, we are made aware of the great
flood at the time of Noah and later on the
destruction of the cities Sodom and Gomorrah and their surroundings
through fire. Both of these judgments resulted from this obediy,
rebellion and wickedness of the people and were used by
God as example to send a clear message to generations
(17:08):
to come us that wickedness brings judgment. Don't let that
go over your head. But before the judgment came, God,
in his immense love and mercy, used men and angels
throughout history to warn every soul to come back from
their wicked ways. In the story of Noah, before opening
(17:28):
the flood gates, God gave me in count one hundred
and twenty years when the ark was being built, to
repent from their sins and choose righteousness justice, stop all
these immoral and impure behaviors of fornication, lifestyle, and live
a life characterized by faith, love and good works, and
in today's world, a life reflecting the teachings of Christ
(17:51):
and transformed by the Holy Spirit. But what do you
think men did? They ignore the warnings and continue living
their life as if nothing, marrying and marrying their children
and mocking Noah who was preaching them righteousness while calling
mankind to repent. While you think that today reality is
(18:12):
different and or that these stories are simply legends and tales,
we shall see only time will tell, and some of us,
just like in the time of Noah, need to see
the rain starts, and even then they might still not
be alarmed. It's only when, as the arc was a
symbol of salvation and refuge, it's only when the doors
(18:33):
of the arc get shut down, the water level starts rising,
their hope fading, that they realize that they made a
nasty fudge. God will never force you to choose life
and light. He will be patient, though, and expose you
to the consequences and reality of choosing disguised darkness, just
(18:54):
like that saying not everything that glitters is gold. Most
of us downfall is the belief that we are young
(19:18):
and invincible, and just like in the time of Noah,
that we know best and our masters of the time.
But the truth is, just like your voice cannot thunder,
Nor do you know when the Earth's foundation was laid,
or on what were its footing set or again? Nor
can you give orders to the morning or show down
(19:38):
its place? Nor have you journey to the springs of
the sea or walked in the restisses of the deep?
Do you even know what is the way to the
abode of light? And where does darkness reside? Have you
entered to the storehouses of the snow or seen the
storehouses of the hill? Can you bring forth the constellations
in their season? Or lead out the bear with its cubs?
(20:02):
Do you know the loss of the heavens? Can you
raise your voice to the clouds and cover yourself with
a flood of water? Can you count the clouds? Just
like God addressed Job, his faithful servant from a whirlwind,
not to answer his questions, but reveal his power, wisdom,
(20:23):
and grandeur of creation, I reiterated his words back to
you with love to remind you how ignorant and limited
our human knowledge is compared to God's infinite wisdom. When
we think we know and believe that we actually are
in control of anything, we are not any different from
(20:45):
a two year old who believe that because he can
now tie his shoes on his own, he also can
go outside alone and conquer the world there, my friends,
the way to God was never said to be easy,
just like the journey to a healthy life. In order
to succeed in many of our endeavors, we must put
(21:06):
in the work and make some sacrifices, saying goes for
the journey of abstinence, before we can enjoy the fruit
of our labor. That being said, though you cannot prevent
illness from happening to you, you still may choose to
observe healthy habits in your life. Right, so what's the
difference with the word of God? The same way a
(21:28):
healthy person can still have cancer, the same way an
abstinente Christian can die single. We do not live a
life based on fear, but rather founded on hope. I
hope to marry one day. You hope to live long
and grow old and healthy. That's what drives men to live.
(21:51):
So the world. But if this stops, we become shadows
of ourselves and nonetheless a walking, soulless universe. I hope
I was able to convey clearly my message to you
and allow you to have enough to and material for
you to make the right decision, the right choice. I
(22:14):
pray that my words complete what the spirit of God
has already started inside you. Do not let me stand alone,
but feel free to reach out to me in my
socials and let's build each other up. Before I leave you,
I want to take the time to thank you humbly
for having allowed me in your precious space, your time,
(22:37):
your ear. As I do not take this for granted,
I wish you to have an amazing day, evening night.
Just have an amazing time. Stay safe out there, as
I always say, stay beautifully, peacefully and confidently blessed for you. You,
(23:00):
my friends, are a unique creation of Elohim. Stay blessed
my friends. Perv
