Speaker 1 (00:00):
When we are single, one of the things we think
the most about is finding a partner with whom we'll
share our jaious moment, with our pains, our success and blessings,
a friend in whom we could find peace, security, confidence,
growth and love. Are not speaking for all singles, but

(00:21):
to the majority, even you who wants to convince yourself
that you are fine and thriving alone. Yes, you, my friend,
it is true that there are some person in singleness,
such as freedom to do and go whatever and wherever
we want to. When you're single, you can try many

(00:43):
things and not be afraid to fail, for you have
no significant charge over you. It's the time to dream, try, risk,
grow and better yourself. Build as much as you can,
whether it is your confidence, your relationship and ships, your businesses,
your future. Invest wisely on yourself. So when this stranger

(01:08):
you've been waiting unto if you have been, walks into
your life, he or she finds a wholesome, secure and
healthy person. Why do we remember to invest for the
growth and betterment of our businesses but not for our
mental and spiritual health. For a long time, I've invested

(01:28):
time in my studies, my job, But one thing that
I've learned with experience is that time won't stop or
wait for you. And I'll just say, and nothing wrong
with loving your neighbor at the same time as loving God.
Many of us Christians like to give the excuse or
the justification for our singleness to be because we are

(01:51):
building a relationship with God first, and that is true.
There is nothing more important as being grounded deeply in God.
But unless the final goal is to become a priest
or none, at some point something will need to be
made happened. But what exactly I know is he said

(02:13):
then done? Please help me understand how can the church,
meaning God's house, can be filled with eligible bachelors and bachelorettes,
But yet singleness is as prominent as books in a library.
It seems more difficult to find a maid in church
than outside. This is what brings me to ask and

(02:37):
wonder do we Christians even love one another but truly
love our neighbors. Welcome to Here is Eden, the space

(03:05):
where there is peace, innocence, growth, and joy. You may
now leave your fear, your judgment and murmur at the gate. Disclaimer,

(03:32):
The atmosphere you're about to enter will suscitate questioning opinions, conversation, thinking,
growth or not. Be informed that what you're about to
hear is not from an expert. And remember that the
greatest specialist and expert that there is is Elohim himself. Now,

(03:52):
if you may, let's get comfortable and enjoy. Hi, I
am I love is How are you doing? I hope
you are doing well? And if you do not, as
I always say, do not despair. It is just the
season and there'll be bright it is coming. As for me,
I am grateful and I thank God. For those of

(04:13):
you who do not know me, my name is Rita
aka Babyface, and I want to welcome you to this
podcast that is here is Eden, a podcast that serves
and responds to the needs of Christian accident and celebrate,
and where we also speak about relationship topics who aim
to help you navigate the challenges of your abstinent's journey.

(04:33):
If you are a regular listener, I want to say,
welcome back, and if you are a new listener, welcome,
We celebrate you over here. My prayer for you is
that you take anything from what will be discussed and
so together we enjoy, we grow, and we learn. If
you are a regular, so you know already how we go.
Before I can keep on talking, I just want to
give a quick chrise to my father, Father God. I

(04:56):
just want to say thank you for everything I put
this message into your hands. Let's of me more of you,
as I always say. You are worthy our God and Lord,
to be praised and to receive glory, honor, and power,
for you created all things and by your will that
were created and have there being a man a man.
Let's go while we are busy loving God the right way,

(05:23):
we forget to look at our peers. God never makes mistakes.
After creating Adam, he saw that it was not good
for men to be alone. Therefore gave him a mate,
someone with whom he will share all his acquired knowledge with,
someone who will help alleviate the work stress if there

(05:45):
were or solitude, someone to share laughters with, and hey,
let's be real, someone who will challenge him slightly. Not
sure that this was God's purpose for man's creation, but
the point is we were created to have a relationship
with one another. But today you find a lot of healthy,

(06:07):
God fearing men who are just not ready. They love
their singleness seasons so much for the wrong reasons, meaning
Fletchley wants to be more specific that at some point
in the end, they too find themselves trapped in the
dating game's web, which often result into settling. It is

(06:30):
no surprise to find nowadays, especially many unequally yoked couples,
meaning believers, associating or marrying people who do not even
live for Christ, which sadly will dilute the believer's relationship
with God. Two Corinthians six, verses fourteen to sixteen says,

(06:52):
do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do
righteousness and wickedness have in or what fellowship can light
have with darkness? What harmony is there between Christ and Billiel?
Or what do a believer have in common with an unbeliever?
What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols?

(07:17):
For we are the temple of the Living God, as
God has said, I will live with them and walk
among them, and I will be their God, and they
will be my people. I'll stop right there, but you
could read the rest of the chapter if you wish.
Christ's believers. Wake up, where are you and what are

(07:40):
we doing? Don't you guys realize that we are walking
exactly in the enemy the devil's plan, which is to
steal and destroy God's children, whether it is physically or spiritually.
When our Lord gave us the Ten Commandments, the first
four commandments were associated with the religionationship we ought to

(08:01):
have with Him, our Father in heaven, and the last
six or about the quality of relationship we must have
with one another, meaning you and I. All ten commandments
summarize into first, loving God with all our heart, soul
and mind, and second love our neighbor as ourselves. The

(08:23):
first one is a vertical love towards our creator, and
the second one is the horizontal love towards our mate. Listen,
we gain absolutely nothing to act proud, self sufficient, independent,
pretensely smart and wise, but all we do instead is

(08:44):
creating a deeper, whole gap problem that will get back
at us when we get older. Because we feel young, beautiful,
and capable today, we forget to look at tomorrows. Today
you walk your autonomous, but tomorrow an accident can happen
so quickly and change the course of your life. You

(09:07):
cannot bet on tomorrow, but act and change today for tomorrow.
If you feel like the Christian pool in your church
is not your type, well let us all connect, and
let us all try building a bigger pool of Christians
where you and I may have the opportunity to serve
God and save lost souls. By the way, for your information,

(09:33):
according to Google, there are approximately two point four to
two point six billion Christians in the world out of
eight billion people total. So my question is why are
you still single? Why and my still single? They are

(09:54):
my friends. I end this short podcast with a very
annoying question to most single people, but yet very loaded.
Why does it seem so complicated for a nice Christian
fella and a beautiful Christian guil to meet, connect and
build the Temple of Christ? Have we become so self

(10:16):
centered that we have started looking for our alter ego?
We would rather nowadays have a conversation with some AI
than with a real human. But above all, we need
to remember that there is nothing in this world that
surpasses a human warmth and contact. Please let me know

(10:39):
about what you think is happening in the Christian dating
scene and how you feel about it. Looking forward to
reading your comments, But until next time, I want to
thank you for your precious time and for allowing me
in your space, your ear, and your precious moment. I

(11:00):
wish you to have an amazing day, evening night, just
have an amazing time. Stay safe out there, as I
always say, stay beautifully, peacefully and confidently blessed. For you,
my friend, are a unique creation of Elohim. Stay blessed.
