It's Survivor time for week 16! Three more wins til you are victorious!
Last week was easy, will 16 be more difficult? It seems that most survivor selections will be concentrated to select match ups. Will you go with a favorite? Or go off the board?
Mike Steph and Mo offer up some ideas to get you one step closer to teh finish line.

to Survivor Week sixteen. Are you still alive? Three more w's.
That's tough these three more? Last week was not tough though.
Let me tell you what happened there, Mike Steph all
the favorites one. San Francisco was chosen thirty eight point

nine percent and they beat up on the Titans. Philadelphia
was chosen twenty eight point one percent and they beat
up on the Raiders. And Jacksonville was picked by seventeen
point five percent of entries, and they beat up you
know who they beat up. So with everybody leaning on

those three, the biggest losers were ridiculously small. On Thursday
night football, Tampa bleue that big lead and took out
one point two percent of entries, And that was the
biggest loss of the week. The only other one to
even consider with Dallas, they lost and they took out

zero point eight percent of entries. But with all that totaled,
my one contest that I am in from week one
has zero point two six percent of entries still left.
Not only are we in the one percent, we are
in the quarter of one percent. Let's not worry about
(01:30):
last week anymore. Let's worry about this week. I'm gonna
give you some of the biggest spreads. There's not many,
and you could tell me if you want to take
one of these or if you're going off the board,
you ready, Mike, Steph?

The Houston Texans are fourteen and a half point favorites
at home versus the Las Vegas Raiders. The Buffalo Bills
are ten point favorites on the road going to Cleveland
to face the Browns. The Detroit Lions are seven point
favorites at home versus the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Philadelphia Eagles,

which we will talk about later, are six and a
half point favorites on the road going to Washington to
face the Commanders, and the San Francisco forty nine Ers
are five and a half point favorites heading to Indianapolis
to face the Cults. Like, Steph, do you like any
of these games or do you want to go off
the board.

Okay, I'll do like I usually do. I'll give you
one chalk and went off the board. The chalk one
would be the Texans over the Raiders because the Raiders
definitely definitely trying to not win. And I'll tell you
if I think if they were even trying to win,
they just would fail, just like they've failed twelve times
(02:49):
already this year. So that's the easy one. Texans. Texans
over the Raiders. That's great. Now off the board is
one that I'm not sure how many people have these
teams left, but it would be Falcons and the Cardinals.
You know, you have the Cardinals three and eleven. Wow,
they've lost eleven out of the last twelve games and

after that two and oh start, it's a shame. I mean,
they've had multiple injuries and pretty much it's just been
a crap season for them and the car and the
Falcons of course had to ruin what would have been
a perfect week of mind by coming back and winning
a meaning it's a totally meaningless game for them on

last Thursday night. That actually invoked my brother in law
to use AI against me. But that's need to hear there.
With all that being said, I am going to say
Falcons over the Cardinals. The Cardinals, I mean the Falcons
are a two and a half point favorite. They're on

the road, it's a late game and looks like they
are attempting to at least get to eight. And you know,
they're normal, They're normal record for each year, and Arizona
has really nothing to play for us. I'll go Falcons
over the card news the board pick and chalk Texans
over the Raiders.

I think you're off the board pick is very valid.
I will say that there's no way in the world,
if at all possible, I would go off the board
this week that Texan Raiders game fourteen and a half
points at home. You know, I'm sure everybody's going to
be on it, and uh, you know, we got burnt

by Tampa Bay a couple of weeks ago when most
people are on it and then they end up losing.
But the Texans in the playoff line, they just can't.
They cannot blow this game. They have to win it,
and it'd be tough to pick anybody else outside of that.
So I am definitely all in in the Texans if

I can. I think actually my second look would be
San Francisco. I even have point favorites going to Indianapolis.
You know, We're gonna talk about that game more later.
But I am not a believer in Philip Rivers, this
version of him. So the Texan is definitely my first choice.
Stamp Cisco would probably be my second, and maybe Buffalo,

but I would be a little bit nervous taking the
Buffalo on the road. All right, Mike Steph you talked
about Survivors, But do you have another pick of the week.

Yeah, and this is going to pay me to say this,
but actually goes in my favor if you really think
hard about it. And that would be the toilet Bowl
game of the Actually there's actually two of them, but
the toilet Bowl Game of Week sixteen, and that would
be the Jets traveling down to the Big Easy to
go against the New Orleans Saints. New Orleans is favored

by four and a half points, and everybody would think
I'm going to go yeah just plus no no, no, no,
no no. The Saints are wanting to route my New
York jt Jets, which in reality will fit, which will
improve my New York j Et at Jets draft position
because we will only have three wins and New Orleans

would have five. So that's my pick of the week.
Saints over the Jets, but minus the four and a half, I.

Have to say that that's another survivor option if you
really wanted to go off the board.

The Jets are pretty much they're not tanking, but they're
deactivating anybody and everybody who they can deactivate, like a
lot of our a lot of our secondaries on injured reserve.
Justin Fields is not gonna play, Tyron Taylor is not
gonna play. They had to activate. I believe Martine is

off the practice squad. I believe to be the second
to be the backup. They're really gonna ride with Brady Cook,
I believe for the rest of the season. And they
even have britst hol on a pitch count because even
last last game he's the only he's the only offensive
threat and in the second half he was nowhere to
be found. They had him on the sideline. So that's

that's leaning into my thinking of yeah, JE say not,
they're not trying to be competitive right now.

a great point that you know I probably should have
mentioned at the top of the UH. Now is the
time that players will get injured and just be done
for the season because some of the teams are just
packing in and well, particularly after this week when I
think more uh lock in playoff spots, there will be

players that will simply rest their players to get ready
for the playoffs. So between them and the teams that
don't really care if they win anymore or not, you
have to worry about how lineups will shift in and
