🫗Nicomedes García Gómez comezó su aventura casi de casualidad. Su padre era un modesto empresario de bebidas alcoholicas, que había empezado a destilar anís en 1910. Fallecido prematuramente en 1919, Nicomedes heredó la destilería, y empezó a buscar un producto más refinado y distintivo. Patentó la marca como Anís La Castellana, que se convirtió en un producto de cierto éxito.
