Mateo also speaks about how having a female therapist is helping him to communicate better with women, the things he has learned about women after his multiple experiences with them, and how turning inwards has helped him evolve as a man.
On top of all of this, he owns his own sports academy where he not only trains kids physically but mentally as well. Taking what he has learned about the importance and being still and turning inward, he is now teaching his students how to meditate and be present. Talk about a full circle moment!
