Speaker 1 (00:13):
Hello you guys, Welcome back to another episode of the
Hogrel Energy Podcast. I'm your host, Kayleie, and this is
your weekly reminder that it's a new day, a new week,
a new mindset, and another day for you to become
the hot gral energy you want to attract. Hello you guys,
Happy Wednesday, Welcome to another episode. I cannot believe it,
but we are entering May this week and my mindset
(00:36):
has been fully summer like. I'm locked in. I'm ready
to take on the summer season. I think everyone can
agree that the motivation that comes within you for the
summer season is unmatched. I feel like I'm at my
happiest self. I feel like I'm definitely always more energetic
in the summer, wanting to get out of the house
(00:57):
do things. I honestly feel like if I lived in
a warmer climate like Florida or anywhere warm, I feel
like I would thrive the entire year, just because my
body solely relies on the weather. If the weather is
not one hundred percent like, i feel like I'm not productive.
I don't want to do anything. I just want to
stay in my bed, Whereas when the sun is out,
I'm like get me outside. I want to do things,
(01:19):
I want to get out of the house all that.
So I don't know. I know it's a thing that
some people really rely for their mental health when it
comes to weather, and unfortunately that is my situation. But
I do always try and have a positive mindset when
it comes to the winter season and the gloomy days
and all that. Of course, I always try my best
to get through it. But you know, everyone has their
own little thing when it comes to their productivity levels
(01:42):
and energy levels and all that. I actually had a
really off week last week. I felt like I was
really in a funk, and I don't know, I think
it played a factor with multiple things. I was kind
of off with my routine last week, just in terms
of like my workout classes. They were kind of like
scattered around. It wasn't really consistent. So usually when I'm
out of routine, I do find that it kind of
(02:02):
messes with my head. The weather was completely off the
entire week. We had rainy mornings and then sunny afternoons
or vice versa, sunny mornings rainy afternoons. Like every day
there was rain, but it just the weather was just
on and off all day. So that to me really
just messes up with my mind because it's like, what's
going on. Is it going to be a nice day
where I'm going to get out of the house or
(02:22):
is it going to be a gloomy day where I'm
trapping myself inside and I'm not leaving the house. And
then thirdly, it was my time of the month last week,
so of course whenever it's like a few days before
your period and like the days of your period, I
don't know, I'm not feeling my best self and I'm
sure you guys can agree to that. So there was
just like multiple factors that just made me feel a
little off this week. But I'm going into a better
(02:43):
week this week with more of a positive mindset. We
had our first beautiful day yesterday. It was twenty one
degrees out and oh my goodness, guys, I could not
be happier. I have not felt that warm weather here
in Ottawa since I don't even know since last summer,
so it felt really nice to have that beautiful weather outside.
And I did challenge myself for the start of the
(03:06):
week and one of my goals for the summer this year,
which we're going to talk about, is walking more, and
I've been wanting to reach fifteen thousand steps a day,
which sounds crazy because usually I'm only hitting maybe eight
to ten thousand steps a day, like sometimes not even
ten thousand steps a day. Like I'm trying super hard,
but I'm like, you know what, I feel like I
need to go in with the plan. So I kind
(03:28):
of created a plan for my walking day yesterday to
hit fifteen thousand steps, and I measured out my daily
walk route that I usually go on with Freddy, and
I almost reach five thousand steps every single time when
I do that route. So I'm like, Okay, if I
do that three times a day, or if I break
it up, like you know, an hour on the walking
pad inside my house and then two walks one in
(03:49):
the morning one in the evening, that is around five
thousand steps, I should be able to hit fifteen thousand
steps a day. So again, it's a new goal that
I'm introducing into my routine. It's something that I'm trying
to vlog for you guys. If you're the kind of
person that wants to start tracking their steps or increase
your walking and all that, it's a great vlog to
kind of reference so I started blogging it and I
(04:10):
posted my first blog on TikTok for that walking tracking situation.
So if you guys want to join in, definitely make
sure to follow me on TikTok. But as you can
see in today's episode, we are really locking in for
summer of twenty twenty five. I cannot believe that we
are officially here again. I feel like every time I
think of summer, I think of just positive vibes, positive mindset.
(04:32):
I think of goals that we want to achieve ourselves.
The ideal bucket list of just things that we want
to do for the summer season, travel, day trips, fun
things to do like getting outside, walking with friends, doing
workout classes, going to coffee shops, going to farmers' markets.
Oh my god, I can literally list one thousand amazing
things that happen in the summer. And we're doing our
backyard this year, so I know I have a lot
(04:54):
of fun things planned for our backyard to do with
friends and family. Also just decorating the backyard, it's going
to be super fun. So just a lot of fun
plans happening here. But let's talk about some May and
summer goals and this could really help inspire you to
create goals for yourself. I always recommend creating three to
five goals a month or for a new season, just
things that you want to do to create a healthier
(05:16):
lifestyle for yourself. So the first goal that I recommend
setting is a fun movement goal. So this could be walking,
it could be running, it could be biking, it could
be finding a workout class that you enjoy. As I said,
my fun movement right now is aiming to walk fifteen
thousand steps a day. What I'm really trying to do
is just change up my routine by creating a consistent
walking schedule. As I said, I want to walk in
(05:38):
the morning, I want to walk in the evening, have
a little break around noon to go outside or on
my walking pad to get more steps in, and just
really walking three times a day and hitting that overall goal,
which is the fifteen thousand steps. Another thing that we
really want to do this summer that I've actually brought
up in the podcast a lot was figuring out a
hobby to do with Zach on the weekends, and we
(05:58):
really wanted to evolve, like moving our bodies. And there
was two things that we honestly think we could be
pretty consistent with on Saturday mornings or Sunday mornings, and
that is going to play tennis or pick a ball
at a court along with running. So running is something
that I am very much into. I usually run every summer.
I don't really run during the fall or winter season.
(06:20):
It's just a preference. I don't really like to run
in the colder weather. But now that summer is approaching,
I do love running on the weekends and the trails
and being outside. And Zach has a love slash hate
relationship with cardio, but he knows that he should incorporate
it into his workout routine. So when I brought Zach
to his first spinco class around this time last year,
(06:42):
he really loved it. I just don't think the atmosphere
was really for him. It just was like not his vibe.
Like he liked the sweat, he liked the cardio, but
he didn't really like the atmosphere he was in, which
is so fair. So I mentioned it to him a
few weeks ago, I said, why don't we start running together, Like,
invest in good running shoes. We can run with the
dog in the trails. Do it once a week that way,
you're getting your cardio session in, we're doing a workout together.
(07:05):
It's something that we can look forward to every weekend.
And maybe it's running to a coffee shop together. So
that's just something that I've been really wanting to do
with him, and I think it's a fun goal to
do with your partner and it allows you to have
a fun little movement in for your weekend. And again,
going to a coffee shop is something fun to do.
It's treating yourself. So all in all, it just sounds
(07:26):
like a fun little thing to do on the weekend
that allows us to look forward to doing. Another goal
that I'm personally working on for the summer season along
with going into May is detoxing. So I talked a
bit about going to Oxygen and that is a infrared
sauna room. So they have infred saunas and they do
heated workout classes and I would consider it a hot
(07:49):
Matt Pilates essentially, And they're all different classes. Some are
more of like fitness related, some are more like Matt
Pilates related. It just really depends on the class that
you pick. And I've been very very into it and
I think what I love most about it is that
I feel like I'm just sweating the shit out of
my body, and I literally feel so good after having
(08:10):
a class because I just feel like the heat that
you're experiencing in the room and just moving your body
in it is a feeling that I can't even describe.
It's so good for your body, it's so good for
your skin, and just overall, I feel like it's been
such a great workout to do once or twice a week,
So I definitely feel like a whole new person really
incorporating that into my routine, and it's been a very
(08:31):
nice change. But I just love the fact that it
has the infrared because I think that's something that I've
been missing and I've been wanting to include into my routine.
I've talked about it multiple times that I've wanted to
get asana here in the house, and I know one
day it will happen in the next house, but for now,
I do feel like oxygen is my go to spot
when it comes to just getting really good heated workouts
(08:53):
and getting that infrared benefit. Other ways that I plan
to detox for the summer is really get back into juice.
I feel like I'm always making like juices, more so
in the summer and less in the winter. I don't
know why, I just I feel like there's just like
this motivation of becoming the healthier version of myself in
the summer versus like the winter season. So I have
(09:14):
definitely been wanting to incorporate juices again by making fresh
juices with ginger, turmeric, peppermint. You know, all the benefits
those things are really great when it comes to detoxing,
Like ginger and tumeric shots are so so great for
your overall immune system. And then you know, getting some
celery and spinach and other grains in again really benefits
your skin and just your inflammatory system. And yeah, another
(09:37):
thing is teas. You guys know, I'm a big tea drinker,
so having a tea in the morning and tea at night.
So I really love having dandylion and peppermint teas, which
are again really great for your immune system and skin.
Another thing that you could cut down to help with
detoxing is cutting out alcohol, which I've talked a lot
about cutting out alcohol on here. I definitely don't drink
(09:58):
as much as I used to. I feel like every
year there's less and less alcohol that I'm drinking, which
I'm so proud of myself for doing, because alcohol is
not for everyone, and I think that's okay, and I
think eventually, as you get older, you realize if it's
for you or not. And to be honest, I know
it's not something that I fully want to cut out
because I do enjoy the odd glass of wine or
(10:19):
apparel sprits. But I am that kind of person where
I'm going to probably only have one to two drinks
at an outing and will most definitely be able to
drive after because I want to be able to wake
up every single morning and not feel like shit the
next day. So that's kind of like my mindset when
it comes to drinking. So having an apparall or two
or a glass of wine or two doesn't affect me
(10:39):
the next day, and that's all that matters. So anyways,
cutting out on alcohol or any processed foods or any
sugars will really help detox your body. Something else that
I've been wanting to get into that my mother has
been telling me to do four years. She's like, you
need to start doing this, there's such amazing benefits to it.
And that's dry brushing and lymphatic massages. You can get
(11:00):
a dry brush for like five dollars from Amazon or
five dollars from Walmart, and it increases your blood circulation,
it effoliates your skin, and it's supposed to just help
remove any toxins and waste. And honestly, it's just the
routine I think that you know, you have to stick
to in the morning and night. It's just something else
to add to it. And of course, like these routines
could get so long, Like let's be honest, there's people
(11:22):
that are doing like four to five hour routines in
their morning to make sure they hit everything, and like
that's amazing. And you know, I'm a victim to that,
where I have a long routine and I know that,
but these little things sometimes it does add up. And
it's like at the end of the day, you do
have a job and you do have to get shit done.
But it's all about trying to find ways to incorporate
these things into your routine. And as I said, it
(11:42):
really does help with circulation. And I think that's the
big one in my opinion, is just really just dry
brushing my whole body and getting everything circulated properly. So anyways,
if you're not doing it, definitely look into it. That's
something that I'm currently looking into and wanting to try.
The lengthatic massage. I've never actually got a lengthatic rainage
done professionally, But something that I actually purchase that I
(12:03):
do like once or twice a week is I use
a Guasha that's essentially the size of like my arm.
It's pretty long and it's meant for your body. So
I research techniques on YouTube on how to kind of
help with any bloating all over your body when it
comes to your legs, your waist, your arms, anyways, it
(12:25):
just overall really helps with any bloating and I feel like,
obviously as females, we go through periods of time where
we bloat, and I find putting oil all over my
body while using this Guasha tool really helps just like
massage the skin deep bloat and yeah, just something that
I love to do. The last goal for me for
the summer season is I've been lacking my water intake.
(12:46):
I don't know what it is. Maybe it's just because
I'm in a period of time where I'm sick and
tired of the taste of water. I have no idea
I'm trying to do so much better at this, but
waste to improve drinking water can obviously be you know,
getting a new water bottle. There's always motivation when you
purchase a new water bottle or just set an intention
of how much water you actually want to drink a day.
(13:07):
So right now, my intention with my current water bottle
is to drink two of these water bottles a day.
My water bottle, I think is thirty two ounces, so
it's around sixty four ounces of water a day, which
I think is probably pretty good. I'm not one hundred
percent sure in terms of like how much water you
should be drinking a day. Some doctors would say that
it's based off your weight, and you shouldn't just base
(13:28):
it off of someone else's from what I've been told,
but you could do your own research and just kind
of see what would be beneficial for yourself. But I
have about sixty four ounces of water right now. I'm
trying to set that intention for this month specifically because
as I said, I've been sucking at it lately and
I'm hoping that I can achieve that. But something else
I've been doing to try and stay hydrated is adding electrolytes,
(13:51):
which you can get at Amazon, you can get at Walmart.
I mean, so many brands are doing it now. But
what's great about it is that it has a nice
flavor to it. So if you're like me where you're
kind of picky on drinking water and you know you
might get annoyed of it over time, the electrolytes are
a great option to resort to. And I love how
it just makes my water taste a little bit better
(14:12):
and a little bit sweeter. And yeah, it's just important
to do it, especially because we're going into a warm
season and it gets so hot we do not need
to get dehydrated. So it's definitely a goal of mine
for the summer season. If you can hear the thunder
in the background, I'm sorry, as I said, the weather
has been so hit and missed these past few weeks
with the spring season, so ignore that if you hear
(14:32):
the thunder. One goal that I actually missed that I
wanted to talk about is for the summer, I'm really
trying to wear less and less makeup. I've been trying
to resort to spfs and tinted moisturizers versus wearing foundation
every day. And I feel like that's been a huge
game changer. So finding tinted spfs or tinted moisturizers, as
(14:52):
I said, really just allows your skin to breathe, because
you know, obviously, wearing heavy makeup on your face can
create just like issues with your skin, and if you're
someone like me that has sensitive skin, I do find them.
When I wear makeup every single day, my skin feels heavy.
I feel like I break out a bit more when
I'm you know, not really letting the skin breathe. So
I now only use foundation when I'm actually going out
(15:16):
for dinner or you know, I'm wanting to take nice
pictures or whatever the case may be. So I've been
really just trying to focus on skin care products that
really give that like glowy natural summer bronze look. And
another thing I've been starting to do is double cleanse
along with exfoliating my skin, So that just really helps
with prolonging tans, Especially when it comes to exfoliating. I
(15:38):
do find my tan lasts longer when I actually take
care of my body and my face when it comes
to tanning. So now that we're getting into the tanning season,
oh my god, guys, I'm so excited to have a
tan again. I lost my tan from Mexico and I'm
just like in desperate need of, you know, getting a tan,
whether it's going to get a spray tan or something.
But I'm trying not to get a spray tank because
(15:59):
I you know, I'm like two weeks away from being
able to lie outside and just get a natural tan,
and natural tans are the best. So yeah, ways to
prolong your tan is exfoliating, moisturizing your body at all
times because obviously when you get dry skin, it's going
to flake off and then your tan's not going to
be as noticeable. So anyways, just really trying to prioritize
(16:20):
the no makeup makeup along with just bodycare in general.
All right, now, let's talk about changing your mindset, because
we all know that we want to shift our mindset
from the spring season mindset where you might be like me,
where I just feel like I've been a little off
because the weather's been off, a little anxious all that.
I want to shift my mindset to more of the
(16:41):
positive mindset for the summer season. I don't want any
more seasonal blues. I want to completely just be positive.
This entire summer and things that we're going to do
to create that positive mindset for the summer season is
we're going to set a summer intention. So what is
your overall main goal for the summer season. And an
example of this could be I intend to be more
(17:02):
present in my daily life. I intend to listen to
my body's needs. So set an intention of what you
want for the summer season and just overall give yourself
that positive mindset. So for me personally, it is being
more present in my daily life, so really being able
to you know, put my phone aside after four pm
and completely live in the moment. We only have like
(17:24):
four to five months of nice weather where I live,
So for me, I really want to be able to
enjoy getting out of the house. Whether it's going to
see friends in a backyard and you know, having a
drink or two, buy a fire pit, or you know
going for a walk outside with Zach and Freddie and
just enjoy the nice weather, talking with each other, catching up.
(17:44):
Or it's finding a hobby that you could do in
the summer, like as I said, going to play pickleball, tennis,
playing sports like soccer, Like there's so many things that
you could do to get yourself outside, And I think
my intention for the summer is really just being present
and enjoying the beautiful weather that we're about to have
for the short period of time that we do and
(18:05):
really just set time aside from you know, not going
on social media and just really be present in my
daily life. Another thing you can do to change your
mindset is create a summer persona. What do you want
to be this summer? Do you want to be a
pilates princess? Do you want to be a night owl?
Or do you want to become a morning person? Right?
The person that you want to become for the summer season.
(18:28):
This allows you to shift your mindset and be more
motivated to achieve these goals. And again, we're all about
becoming the best version of ourselves, so finding ways to
motivate ourself and having an end goal is super important.
So I guess for me right now, I would consider
my persona to be the Hawkirl Walker because I'm really
just trying to achieve those fifteen thousand steps a day
(18:49):
and I'm really just trying to prioritize a walking schedule
into my routine. So you know, last year I would
say it was becoming a pilates princess because reformer pilates
was something that was completely new to me at this
time last year, and I was really trying to encourage
myself to try something different, and now I love it.
I do it literally almost every single day. I do
it like four times a week, four to five times
(19:11):
a week, and it's one of the best things that
I ever invested in, and I love doing it so much.
So this year for me is really just becoming a
Hawk Girl walker and making that my whole summer persona,
and it's just motivating myself to get outside more, which
again kind of goes back to my intention, which is
really being present in my daily life and getting outside
more and all that. So I really feel like those
(19:32):
two goals are kind of related. So if you can
make your intention in your summer persona something similar to
each other, that would be ideal. This one I always
think is important to do when it comes to any season, because,
let's face it, we're all about creating a positive atmosphere
a positive mindset again when it comes to these things,
(19:52):
but romanticizing the little things in your life. Think of
things that just bring you joy in the summer and
romanticize the shit out of it. So, you know, if
juicing is something that you love to do in the mornings,
romanticize it. If it's drinking lemon water, if it's going
to have a picnic on the beach, or you know,
watching the sunset, spending time with your husband outside, and
(20:14):
it could be so many things. I think these are
all things that we look forward to doing, and I
think some people just you know, write these things down thinking, Okay, yeah,
this is what I'm going to do this summer, but
you don't have the drive to actually do it, Like
you don't have the time or energy or whatever the
case may be. You need to find that motivation and
drive to allow these things to happen. Like, how are
(20:34):
you going to make these things happen? Okay, you know,
we're going to make every Thursday night our date night
with you know, your husband. Okay, every Thursday night, we're
going to do something different this summer, whether it's going
to get ice cream, whether it's going to watch the
sunset at the beach. Like, maybe dedicate a day where
you could actually achieve these little things and be able
to romanticize these little things. One thing for me. I
(20:55):
really want to try and prioritize is spending time with
my girlfriends, because I feel like a lot of us
kind of hibernated this winter season and I haven't really
had many girl nights for a period of time. So
I'm like, it'd be really nice to have like a
night in the summer where we go do things together,
whether it's golfing or you know, as I said, like
getting together, having a little wine night in the backyard,
(21:16):
just catching up. I think just prioritizing your friendships is crucial.
So being able to like maybe do some fun things
together and dedicate a day to do those things together
is super important. Another thing when it comes to changing
your mindset is really just focusing on moving your body
consistently but in a fun way, because you want to
(21:36):
look forward to your workouts. You don't want to have
to dread it. I've mentioned it so many times, but
I am not a gym Gurley. I have no interest
in going to you know, a Good Life or a
Mabody or you know, an Equinox, whatever the case may be.
I don't want to go lift weights and not have
someone walking me through a class and like fully doing it. Myself.
(21:56):
I personally don't find I have like I do, you
have the motivation when it comes to working out by myself,
but I don't have the focus. Like I get distracted
very easily. I do have ADHD. I don't know if
I've mentioned that year or not. So I do get
distracted very easily. When I'm in a workout class, I
am locked in. The instructor is completely doing the workout
(22:17):
class for the entire hour, and I'm completely locked in
for that entire hour. If I was going to run
my own workout by going to the gym and using
the weights, I know for a fact that every ten
to fifteen minutes, I would gravitate towards my phone. I
would look at my phone, maybe look at you know,
social media for like ten minutes, oh, then put it back, oh,
and then focus for another ten to fifteen minutes, and
then oh, get distracted again. Like I just can't focus
(22:39):
when I'm in a gym. And I also just don't
love lifting heavy weights, and that's just a personal preference.
I'm more of a low impact kind of girl. So
figure out a movement that you truly love and will
get your body moving, Because as I said, you want
to love what you do, because if you don't love
what you're doing currently for a workout, you're not going
(22:59):
to be system with it and you're not gonna look
forward to it. You want to be able to say
that you get to work out versus I have to
work out because you love doing that movement. You love
getting that workout in. I wake up every single morning
and I actually look forward to my plates class because
I personally love the workout. I also love the friends
that I've made through the workout class. It's something that
(23:20):
I look forward to literally every single day because I
get the benefit of socializing with people who I adore
along with getting a workout in that I love. So
there's two pros to that, right, So finding a movement
that you enjoy, I think is really going to create
that positive mindset for yourself, as well as eating healthy foods.
Right now, I feel like I've finally been in a
(23:41):
groove of looking forward to meals because I think I
was just eating the same way for such a long
period of time that I felt like I was getting
sick and tired of eating the same things. And I
feel like we finally have changed up our recipes and
I'm actually going to be starting a series starting Thursday
of healthy recipes for the summer season, so make sure
to follow me on TikTok and Instagram if you guys
(24:03):
want to see that. But I've finally been trying new
recipes out, and Zak and I have been obsessed with
these new recipes, and I think that's what creates the excitement,
is trying new healthy go to meals. That allows you
to look forward to trying something new as well as
something that you might really enjoy. One thing I always
recommend when you're a picky eater is if you love pizza.
(24:26):
Let's just say that for an example, and we both
note that. You know, if you order a pizza from Pizza, Pizza, Dominoes, whatever, like,
it's completely unhealthy. There's no nutritional benefits to it at all.
But I think what's great is you can definitely find
ways to create a healthier version of pizza. So for
me personally, I make something at home called a pa
(24:47):
pizza where I essentially just take a whole week pea bread.
It's got very natural ingredients in it, and then I
add toppings that you would on a pizza that are
more healthier alternatives. So instead of adding pepperoni or you know,
processed meats, I add a chicken breast, so I'll rip
up chicken. I'll add you know, peppers, onion, add some
tomato sauce, put a little bit of cheese on top,
(25:09):
and there's a healthier version of something unhealthy. There's also
a lot of great recipes on TikTok that talk about,
you know, a healthier version of a burger. So you
have the sweet potato burgers, you have the burger bowls. Like,
there's so many ways to find substitutions of things that
you enjoy and creating it into a healthier way by
creating healthy recipes, so you can still have all of
(25:31):
your favorite meals, but just finding ways to eat it
in a healthier way. So that's sometimes what we do.
Like I love eating those things, and I find it's
easy to make and it's something I look forward to.
But I also think it's good to you know, switch
up your dinner rotation by trying new recipes and be
able to look forward to trying those new things as well.
The last thing that I would recommend when it comes
(25:51):
to just having more of a positive mindset for the
summer season is create plans that you're going to look
forward to. So plan tiny adventures or maybe bit trips
that you've been wanting to do. Sometimes it doesn't have
to be big, but sometimes it can be big if
you want it to be. Sometimes you could just be small,
like you know, going on one day road trips, going camping,
you know, going to visit your favorite coffee shop every weekend,
(26:13):
going to farmers' markets, cottages on the weekend with a friend,
you know, spending nights going to the beach watching the
sunrise or sunset. It could be as little as that,
or it could be as big as you know, planning
the trip that you've been talking about for so long,
like going to Europe for two weeks, or you know,
maybe it's Hawaii, like doing those things are so important
(26:33):
because it allows you to have a big goal for
this summer where you want to work towards and do.
Or it could be these small little things that you've
been wanting to do for the summer season that allows
you to achieve them. So definitely make sure to plan
out some things that you're going to look forward to
this summer. It could be as small as that, or
it could be as big as what I said. When
it comes to booking a big trip, I know, one
thing that I'm really looking forward to is, you know,
(26:55):
having some summer date nights with Zach, going to the beach,
eating pizza together, or you know hitting up some patios,
enjoying the nice weather, having an apparel sprits or Hugo
sprits because those are usually my favorite. And yeah, it
just allows you to look forward to something. And again,
with the summer season being so short, you really want
to take advantage of really enjoying the nice weather in
(27:18):
these little moments that you cherish forever. So anyways, just
planning those tiny adventures and those trips are always something
that you're going to look back at and you're going
to realize how important those little moments are, and again
creates that positive mindset of you looking forward to that
one special moment or adventure. So those are things that
(27:38):
I would recommend when it comes to really shifting your
mindset for the summer season. And I feel like going
into May is one of the best months of the
summer season because it's officially the first month of the
summer season. I think everyone is just excited to finally
get out of their house, enjoy the warm weather, enjoy
being outdoors, start planning their summer, you know, adventures, things
(28:00):
that they want to do, think that they want to
achieve for theirself, all that. So I feel like May's
honestly like one of the most special months and there's
so much to look forward to in May, and I
know I'm looking forward to a very exciting month ahead.
But I hope you guys enjoyed this episode. I really
enjoyed recording last week's episode with my sister, and I
got a lot of positive feedback on that, So thank
you guys so much for sending in messages because that
(28:22):
was something that was very different. But we really really
enjoyed recording it and we cannot wait to do it
next month as well. We're definitely going to make it
more of an advice kind of situation where we would
love for you guys to maybe even submit situations that
you've been in that you need help with when it
comes to like friendship breakups or relationship advice, bigging out
your life all that. So I'm excited to kind of
(28:45):
include that advice episode for a monthly thing. So definitely
stay tuned for that for the month of May. But
