Speaker 1 (00:13):
Hello you guys, Welcome back to another episode of the
Hawkkerel Energy Podcast. I'm your host, Kayleie, and this is
your weekly reminder that it's a new day, a new week,
a new mindset, and another day for you to become
the Hawkgirl energy you want to attract. Hello you guys,
Happy Wednesday, Welcome back to another episode. I apologize in
advance for not posting anything last week because if you

(00:38):
guys follow our Instagram page or if you guys follow me,
I was very lucky to be invited on a brand trip,
very unexpectedly, and I invited my sister and it was
so much fun, but again very last minute. And I
think I'm starting to realize that as I get invited
more and more on these trips. When it comes to
brands and all that, usually it is a very last minute,
which me I I'm not like that at all, especially

(01:02):
when it comes to travel. I like to know at
least like a month or two in advance, because let's
face it, there's so much that comes to planning for
outfits and just travels in general, and I don't know,
it's been a lot of just like two weeks out
kind of thing and I'm not complaining, very grateful, it's
just very much so last minute for me, and I

(01:23):
get a lot of anxiety around it, but hey, is
what it is. I will never say no to a trip,
and I'm always very grateful for these brands that are
willing to, you know, bring me on these opportunities, and again,
would not trade it for the world. It's just I'm
sure if you're like me, where you're maybe a type
a person where you feel like everything needs to be
planned and just booked ahead of time and all that,

(01:45):
that's how I feel. And sometimes I just get a
little stress when they're last minute. But that's something I'm
working on, and you know, I'm sure there'll be future
brand trips with the same situation where it's just very
last minute and just got to kind of go with
the flow. But it was very fun. My sister came.
I ended up actually paying for her to come. I
was supposed to go by myself, but I was like,

(02:05):
you know what, I'd rather have my sister there, and
because she works with me, it was just a good
opportunity to get photos taken and you know, capture some content,
do some fun things together. And it was actually my
sister's graduation gift as well, because my sister just finished
her masters, so I'm like, you know what, I'll just
pay for her flight and she can come with me.
And yeah, it was Honestly, it's such a fun trip.

(02:25):
It was very short. We were just there for four
days and three nights, and yeah, we made the most
of it. Did a lot of fun places that we
love to do Lake Sunlfe, we did a hike, we
went to a pilates class, we did some shopping while
we were there, we went to one of our favorite restaurants.
So I think the only thing we didn't do was
airwon and we wanted to try community goods along with

(02:46):
doing a target run, just because I feel like that's
essential when you're in the States, especially as a Canadian girly,
we do not have a target, so I always love
to hit up a target when I'm in the States,
but unfortunately we did not have the time to do so.
So anyways, we tried to maximize as much as we
could in the short period of time that we were there.
But it was a very fun trip. But I'm happy
to be back and getting back into the swing of things,

(03:07):
so that is why there was no episode last week,
but this week we have one up, and I have
a fun episode today because, as you can see by
the title, we're going to be talking about propaganda's and
I'm sure you've seen the trend on TikTok or Instagram,
but I thought it'd be a fun episode to share
just some of the things I'm falling for along with
the things that I'm not falling for, because I feel

(03:28):
like this is something that maybe you guys can relate
to when it comes to just the health and wellness
industry and just lifestyle and all that. And there's obviously
a lot of things that go around that I think
people either fall for or they don't, and this is
kind of just like a mix of things, you know,
a lot of health and wellness things that I fell

(03:49):
for or I'm not falling for, a lot of lifestyle
things like fashion related, skincare related, all that. So we're
going to get into it, Okay, We're going to start
off with the propagandas that I'm falling for. The first
thing that I I fell for was early morning routine.
So I'm one hundred percent a six am morning routine girly.
As you guys know, lately, I've been wanting to wake
up even earlier. I've been wanting to aim for a

(04:10):
five am morning routine, so we'll get into that in
the next episode for June. But I think I want
to make one of my goals for June to wake
up a little bit earlier and start walking as soon
as I wake up before my workout class, which really
seems ambitious to me, to be honest, but who knows.
I think I could probably do it. I think it's
just creating a new little routine for myself. It takes

(04:31):
some time and adjusting to do so, but I feel
like I could get another walk in early in the
morning before I start my day. And you know, sometimes
I have a hard time getting all the walks in
that I want to get in throughout the day since
work can get busy. So I'm trying to make it
a June goal to wake up earlier. So the five
am morning routines, the six am morning routines, I'm falling
for it. I'm one hundred percent a routine girly and

(04:53):
I literally just love having a structured routine every single morning.
When I travel, I obviously try and adapt to a
different type of routine. Obviously, I sleep in a little
bit more. I always try and get some movement in,
always try and walking, still try and get some healthy
breakfast in me all that like, I try and continue
similar habits when I'm traveling, but at the same time,

(05:15):
you obviously have to make adjustments. But when I'm home,
I am sticking to a routine. I'm doing my basics,
and I feel good when I actually stick to it.
So if you're not a routine early, maybe think about
creating one, because it truly has changed my life, and
I do think it's impacted a lot of people in
the best possible way because it creates some structure in

(05:35):
your everyday life. Another thing that I'm falling for is
mocktails instead of cocktails. I've talked about this in previous episodes,
but I am trying to definitely try and not drink
as much as I used to. I don't want to
cut it completely out of my life because I think
I've talked about it before, but I truly do enjoy
having a glass of wine or an apparell sprits, and
I think that's very normal to have the occasional glass

(05:57):
ever so often, depending on the occasion, so you know,
for me, I kind of like the idea of having,
you know, a cocktail out for dinner with friends, and
then instead of ordering a second drink, I would order
a mocktail instead. Or you know, if I'm not feeling
like having an apparall spreads on a Wednesday night during
the week, like I'm more of a weekend drinker, I
don't really drink during the week, I would order a

(06:18):
mocktail instead of a cocktail. And I think that needs
to be normalized more because at the end of the day, everybody,
you know, has pros and cons when it comes to
consuming alcohol, and not everybody loves it for themselves and
the way that they feel. So I feel like, you know,
other people need to realize that this is such a
common thing that you know, people don't always drink all

(06:38):
the time or for every occasion. And I think, honestly,
I see more and more restaurants adding more options for
mocktails or just again normalizing the fact that if I
want a mohido that's virgin, it should be like not
something that should be a conversation at the dinner table
about because at the end of the day, like it's
all of our own choices. And the other point is
having fun without drinking, Like you don't need to drink

(07:01):
in order to have a good time. I feel like,
you know, there's some people where I think they kind
of rely on drinking in order for them to socialize
in a big environment and all that. And maybe I
feel that way because I am a social person in general,
So even without alcohol, I feel like I can still
have a good time and not have to like rely
on alcohol to allow myself to have a fun time.
Like I actually do know people that heavily rely on

(07:24):
booze in order for them to have a good time,
Like they won't come to events if they can't drink,
so it's a thing. And again it could be something
that might help their social anxiety and that's why they
need to have a drink to kind of cut the
anxiety off. But for me, I feel like I can
have fun without drinking and you know, enjoy myself. And
I also don't feel judged when I'm around those kind

(07:44):
of people. Like I think you have to go in
with that mindset that you shouldn't care what other people
think because at the end of the day, you're doing
it for yourself and It's all about becoming the better
version of yourself. It's not about caring what these other
people think. So I've definitely been in our group of
friends a lot more lately without drink, and I'm feeling
very confident in that decision. And nobody has ever judged me,
which I think is a very good thing in a

(08:05):
friend group to always be supportive with everyone's decisions and
never judge someone for not doing something that everyone else
is doing. And yeah, so definitely having fun without drinking
is something that I'm falling for. Another thing is romanticizing
my life. You guys know that I'm going to romanticize
anything when it comes to cooking at home, even just
having my morning coffee. I'm going to romanticize the shit

(08:28):
out of my life because, let's face it, we only
live one life. We might as well live it the
way that we want to live it. Live your life
like a freakin' movie who freakin cares. So that's kind
of the mindset that I always have. I always love
to glamorize things, lighting a candle. I always buy weekly
florals for my home, like I want to feel like
my life isn't a movie. So I'm going to romanticize
the shit out of it. Another thing I'm falling for

(08:50):
is in Fred's saunas. You guys know that I've been
incorporating hot pilates into my routine and I truly do
think it's made a huge impact in my mental health,
like I'm not even kidding, and also just my skin.
How I've been feeling Like the sweat that you get
in an Infred sauna is like no other. I can't
even describe it. I have been going twice a week

(09:10):
and I just feel like it's been a huge game
changer in my mood, how I've been feeling, and all
in all, there's just so many amazing benefits to doing it.
I would obviously love a normal sauna in my house
without having to do a workout and do that every
single day, But your girl ain't there yet. We're not
there yet. This house is not prepped and ready for

(09:30):
a sauna. So one day I will have one. It's
my dream to have one. I'll be putting it on
my Christmas list as soon as you know, we find
a spot for one. But for now, I'm enjoying the
Infred Sauna workout classes that I've been doing with oxygen,
and I feel like that's kind of my way to
get a sauna session in. Another thing I'm falling for
is getting my steps in daily. So the ten to

(09:51):
fifteen k steps, you guys know that that was my
goal for me. If you're wondering how it's going, I
would say, on average, I'm hitting around between like ten
to fifteen, some days under ten. To be honest, not
every day is consistent, and I think that's very normal
for everyone. I think there's obviously days that we're really
busy with work. And if you're the kind of person
that you know doesn't have a job where you're constantly

(10:13):
walking all the time, like Zach my husband. He's in
the construction field, so he's getting ten to twelve thousand
steps daily because he's constantly walking on the track getting
stuff done all that. Whereas me, I constantly work from
a computer or my phone, so I find it a
little difficult to always get my steps in. But there's
always options, like getting a walking treadmill in the house.

(10:36):
I obviously have one. I don't, unfortunately have a desk
to accommodate it. I tried my kitchen island and it's
still not the perfect height for it, so it's definitely
something that I'd like to work on, is trying to
figure out something especially for the winter. I know I'm
going to want to use that treadmill a lot, and
being able to work and use it at the same
time is obviously essential. But with it being really nice

(10:58):
the weather, obviously with the summer, I've been definitely getting
outside more, walking a lot more. I usually go for
a walk in the morning and then one usually midday,
and if I have the time, I'll do one in
the evening as well, But not every day is consistent,
to be honest with the walking schedule, just because every
day is different. In some days it's busier than others.
So I think right now my average would be ten

(11:21):
thousand steps. But you know, my goal for May was
to hit fifteen thousand, and I definitely had days where
I have hit it and then days that I hadn't.
But it's definitely a big goal to hit fifteen but
I'm pretty happy with reaching anything over ten thousand. I'm
very happy with and I'm proud of myself. And also
i'm tracking on my phone, so I don't know how
accurate that is, To be honest, I probably should have

(11:42):
purchased a fitness watch or something for the month of
May if I really wanted to be like accurate with
my tracking. But I do want to purchase one, as
you guys know, to track other things as well. So
I've had mixed reviews about the or ring lately, and
now I'm unsure if I want to get it because
I talked about it on my YouTube video and if
you guys watch on YouTube videos and you probably saw it,
but I was talking about like what I should get.

(12:04):
But I did talk about how I do have pretty
bad anxiety, not when it comes to like my health journey,
but just in general, and a lot of people in
my YouTube video commented that, you know, their anxiety spiked
when they got the oar ring because you see a
lot more detail than you would expect when it comes
to like your heart rate, your fever, your body temperature,
how many hours you're sleeping on average, and it kind

(12:25):
of creates this anxiety where you feel like you're not
doing enough. And you know, I've never had anything track
my sleep or body temperature or anything, so obviously this
is like new to me and could potentially trigger some
things that I don't want to trigger, So I'm unsure
if I'm going to do that now because of that.
So I might just get like a fitbit or something

(12:47):
just to strictly track my steps and that's it. You know.
I do want to track my cycle. I think that's
a big one. But I do think there's a lot
of apps out there that I could rely on, and
as long as I'm on top of it with tracking
my cycle, and I should be okay knowing you know,
what I'm ovulating when I'm in my luteal phase all that.
So I think I might opt for that us getting

(13:07):
the ring. But I have heard amazing things from other
people about the oor ring that might work for them,
but it's maybe realized that it might not work for me,
and it just doesn't work for everybody. Another thing I'm
falling for is machas. As you guys know, I am
recently a macha girl. I'm obsessed. I wouldn't say I
love every macha that I've tried, but when I do

(13:28):
find one that I'm like, WHOA, this is insane. I'm
very happy with my decision and I've been loving Strawberry
machas lately. I think that's personally my favorite. Having it
without any tip of sweetener is not my fav But
I can honestly say the same thing about coffee, right,
Like I don't love a black coffee. I need a
coffee with either you know, milk or oat milk, with
at least some tip of sweetener. So I would treat

(13:51):
macha the exact same way. I need a sweetener. I
can't just do it the way it is. So I
think that's kind of why I wasn't liking macha, because
I think I thought that you couldn't really sweeteners. And
maybe at the time when macha just like kind of
became a big thing, there wasn't much like sweet and options.
I would say, like throughout you know, coffee shops and
all that. But now it's like so normalized. Everybody's doing macha,

(14:14):
And yeah, I'm obsessed with it, and I love having
a new drink and it's fun to try different ones
as well. Another thing I'm falling for is green juices.
You guys know, I love juicing. I love love using
my blender as a juicer. I do not own a juicer.
You can use a blender and just strain it if
you don't want the pulp I personally keep the pulp

(14:35):
just for the extra benefits, but I do love using
my blender and just throwing in anything and everything vegetables, fruit,
coconut water, you name it. It's one of my favorite
things to do, and I usually always do it in
the summer, and I've recently gotten back into it and
it's been a fun little thing to have in the
morning and just love getting the benefits in as well. Obviously,

(14:55):
another thing I'm falling for is meal prepping, except in
a different way. I don't love meal prepping for myself
just because I don't like eating the same thing every
single day. Except for my breakfast. I will eat the
same breakfast, oh in the same dessert every single day.
I don't know why when it comes to like lunches
and dinners, I cannot have the same thing back to back.

(15:16):
I don't know if anyone else is like that, But
you know, I thought about maybe just prepping the protein,
so whether just cooking chicken or ground beef, and then
creating different recipes throughout the week with it. But I'm like,
you know what, I don't know. It just doesn't seem
like it's something I want to do right now currently.
Maybe my mind will change two weeks from now, three
weeks from now, who knows. But for right now, I've

(15:37):
been really enjoying the prepping of bagels. I've been making
the Greek yogurt high protein bagels. You guys say to
try cottage cheese, which we're gonna talk about cottage cheese
and the next one because I'm not a big cottage
cheese girl. Okay. The only tip of cottage cheese that
I would consider that I like is ricotta. I know
it doesn't have the same amount of protein, and I

(15:57):
think it is a little bit higher in fat for ricotta,
But I don't know the cottage cheese. For me, it's
the texture, like I truly cannot do it. Maybe if
it's blended in a recipe, I can get away with it,
and so I could probably get away with it honestly
in the bagels. But like eating cottage cheese the way
it is, it's truly not my thing, Like I really
can't do it. So I've been doing the Greek yogurt

(16:19):
bagels and they've been turning out so well. I've been
doing different types. I've done the everything bagel, the jalapino
cheddar I've been wanting to do cinnamon, raisin and blueberry
as well, so I'm hoping to try that next week.
But the Klapino cheddar has been my recent addiction and
I've been having that literally every single morning for breakfast
and it's been a complete game changer. Another thing I

(16:40):
just recently made for meal prepping is I made cookie
dough protein bark. Oh my goodness, guys. I did not
share the recipe yet because I wasn't sure if it
was going to be good or not. And it was insane.
I was actually shocked it actually didn't have protein powder
in it, but then I decided to add it, so
it was mainly just all my flour. I decided to

(17:01):
do happy amount of almond flour and then the other
half was protein powder and it was just like a
vanilla protein powder and it literally tastes insane. So if
you guys want the recipe, I will share it. It
was so good. And I don't really eat protein bars,
and I think because just the ingredients I don't find
are the greatest. And I'm like very much an ingredient girl.
I really do care about what I'm putting inside my body,

(17:22):
and I you know, I'm always down the TikTok train
or Instagram train when it comes to like ingredients you
should be avoiding and anyways, so protein bars are not
something that I love to buy, so I usually try
and find ways by incorporating it into different kinds of recipes.
And I know protein powder isn't also the greatest, but
I do try and buy the cleanest brands that I

(17:43):
could find without any added ingredients and such like that.
So anyways, loving that. And then another thing is the
Ninja creamy. We've done a lot of protein ice cream
which has been so good. Oh my god, I finally
figured out how to use Ninja creamy. And the only
thing that I would say is that I don't like
how the tub is so big with the Ninja creamy.

(18:04):
And then you know, I don't eat it all in
one sitting. I'll put it in my freezer wanting to
have it the next day, and it's like so frozen
that you can't even eat it. So what I usually
have to do is I have to take it out
of my freezer before I eat dinner. That way, it's
fully like melted into frosted and I can actually put
my spoon in it. And eat. So anyways, it just
gets like really frozen fast, and I can't eat it

(18:27):
in all in one sitting because it is truly a
lot of ice cream. And even when I split it
with Zap, Zac's like like I can't eat anymore. I'm like,
well I can't either. So anyways, it's just not the
greatest when it comes to how frozen it gets after
the second time. But again, we've kind of found a
solution by just leaving it outside of the fridge or
outside of the freezer sorry for a bit, and then

(18:48):
we can have it after dinner. So it's not a
huge problem, but it was just something that I noticed
with the challenge of it. But other than that, it's
so great to make your own ice cream. And yeah,
it was such a nice Christmas gift that Zach got
me and now we're finally using it a lot. And
I think also because it's hot outside, I've been craving
ice cream, whereas in the winter I don't usually crave
ice cream just cuse it's freezing. So yeah, I've been

(19:09):
loving it. Another thing I'm falling for is over priced lattes.
Of course, I always treat myself to an ice coffee.
I want to say at least once or twice a week.
I actually talked about this topic on YouTube and I
was like, how often do you guys actually buy a
coffee every single week? Like I'm curious for you guys
as well, like how often do you actually do because
for me, I do it once or twice a week,

(19:29):
because I think that's very normalized. On average, I probably
spend around seven dollars a coffee, which was Canadian pricing,
and then if you added up, you know, once a
week for four weeks, it's like twenty eight bucks. So
I'm like, okay, I'm paying twenty eight dollars a month
for my little sweet treat. I think that's very reasonable.
But if you're spending seven dollars like five to six
times a week for a coffee, okay, yeah, I get

(19:51):
why you'd want to cut back. I think that's going
to average out to almost like two hundred bucks a
month with coffee, which is ridiculous. So definitely look at that.
But I'm I'm always gonna fall for an overpraise coffee date.
You know, if someone comes to Pilottis of me and
they're like, oh, you want to get a smoothie. After
a coffee, I'm gonna be like, Okay, yeah, twist my arm.
I'm gonna come. But yeah. Usually I try and make

(20:11):
it like a minimum amount of times that I go
throughout the week, just so I'm not spending a stupid
amount of money when I can make an amazing coffee
at home that I truly enjoy. So I think it's
all about just mastering your coffee routine at home, and
once you've mastered it, then you don't need to rely
on spending all this money on lottes all the time.
Another thing I'm falling for is the no mass scarra trend.

(20:32):
I started wearing no mass scarra. I want to say,
like two years ago, I made it a goal for
the year to wear less mescara because you know, I
love doing my makeup every single day, but I will
say that taking off my mescara at night is one
thing that I absolutely hate, Like I just I hate it.
I hate the feeling on my eyes, and I honestly
feel like not doing mescara every single day has actually created,

(20:54):
you know, stronger lashes. I feel like my lashes have
also grown, and I also just feel like I've really
raised how much I actually like my face with more
of a minimalistic makeup look. I think you kind of
just fall in love with your natural features, kind of
like how I'm feeling right now with my natural hair.
I would say that's another propaganda I'm falling for, is
just using very minimal product to create your natural hair

(21:16):
just to feel a bit, you know, better about yourself
and all that. I'm definitely feeling more confident in myself
with doing my natural hair and no mascara, And I
think that's just such a beautiful thing to really fall
in love with your natural features. And I think, you know,
people who have like pined straight hair might say like, oh,
I'm feeling so blessed and so lucky, and like when
I was a kid, I always wanted to get my

(21:38):
hair like permanently straightened. I wanted a perm essentially. My
Mom's like, Nope, you're gonna regret that one day. And
you know, I'm so happy I didn't change the way
my natural features are with my hair and anything like that,
because it truly does make a difference. When you get older,
you realize how much you appreciate the little things that
you were born with, right so Anyways, No, mas Scara

(21:58):
has definitely been one of my favorite things. And I
literally don't wear a muscara ever unless I'm actually going
out or taking photos. So every day though I do
not wear muscara. Another thing I'm falling for is the
Kitten heels, which is the flip flop p heels. I
literally wear these every single day. Like I'm not even
over exaggerating going to the grocery store with flip flop
p heels. Maybe not to pilates but or a walk,

(22:19):
but like anywhere I'm going when it comes to an erin,
I'm gonna be putting these on literally the smallest heel,
but it looks so put together. It essentially just looks
like a flip flop but with a small heel. And
I find them so comfortable. I find them so stylish.
I feel like I look really put together when I'm
wearing them. And yeah, so you could get like I
think they're like fifty dollars off Zera, like you can

(22:39):
get a cheap pair anywhere, and they're just so comfortable,
And I literally love these heels so much. Another one
is natural hair. As I said, I'll move on to
the next one just because I kind of already talked
about that topic. And the last one when it comes
to things that I'm falling for, is Korean skincare. Love
Korean skincare. I believe I linked a few products in

(23:00):
a previous episode that we talked about of Korean skincare
products that I'm obsessed with, so I will still link
the same LTK that showcases those products if you guys
are interested in knowing which ones I've been using. A
lot of the ones that I found are strictly through TikTok,
but I'm obsessed with them and I use them literally
all the time, and it's by far, Yeah, one of

(23:20):
my favorite things that I've added into my skincare routine. Okay,
let's talk about things that I'm not falling for. I
don't really have too much for this one. I had
more things that I was falling for, But for things
that I'm not falling for, I kind of already said it.
Cottage cheese, I can't do it. The texture is just
not for me. If you guys have recipes or ways
to include it that would actually make me like it,

(23:41):
or maybe brands that you like in particular of the
cottage cheese, please message me and let me know I
personally prefer ricotta. And it's so funny because tonight Zach
and I are actually making the I think it's the
viral cottage cheese avocado, beef and sweet potato taco bowl,
except is that of cottage cheese we're gonna use for cotta,

(24:02):
which I don't know if it's going to be the
same or not, to be honest, but I just I
can't do the cottage cheese. I just can't do it.
So we're basically attempting to make this viral ble in
a different way, and I'm sure it will still be good,
but anyways, the cottage cheese, I just I can't do.
Another thing I'm not falling for is the coconut cult.
I did purchase this a few months ago, and I

(24:24):
think I talked to you guys about it, and in
the beginning I thought it was it was good and
all that. Then after taking it for a few weeks,
I started to deal with stomach issues along with my
hair shedding a lot, and I was like, you know what,
the one thing that I've added to my routine that
could create this issue is the coconut cult. So it
almost did like the opposite effect on me. And again

(24:46):
not saying that it doesn't work for everyone. I would
say a lot of people actually rave about the coconut
cult for them and how it's really transformed you know,
their gut, health, their skin or anything like that. But
unfortunately for me, it really did not work for me.
Another thing that didn't really work for me, and maybe
I'm doing it wrong, is the castor oil trend where
people you know, put it in their belly button and

(25:06):
then they tape their belly button and that's that. But
people notice a lot of deeploating and all that after
using it, and to be honest, for me, again, i
woke up with the stomach ache. So I'm like, I
don't think I'm doing it right or maybe it's just
not for me. The best thing that's really been helping
me with deploating is taking deeploat pills from Array. It's

(25:26):
a Canadian brand, and it's truly changed my life. Like
I'm not even over exaggerating. I bloat when I eat dairy,
and whenever I have like a very heavy filled day
of dairy, I'll take one of these deploat pills and
literally my stomach transforms within hours, Like it's actually crazy. So, yeah,
the castor oil for me is not working out. But

(25:48):
I've found other alternatives to help me out with any
bloating or anything like that. But yeah, definitely the castor
oil patches and then the coconut culture two things that
I would say have been like heavily influenced in the
social media space for like a health and wellness thing,
but they just honestly haven't really been working for me.
Another thing that I'm not falling for is napping. I'm sorry, guys,

(26:09):
I'm not a napper. Is that crazy? I don't know.
When I go on vacation and I'm in the sun
for like, you know, four to five hours, usually people
would say, oh, I'm gonna take a nap before you know,
we go out for dinner. I cannot do that. If
I'm taking a nap, I'm taken like I'm going to bed,
like I'm not gonna be waking up. I cannot just
like nap for an hour and then get the day going.

(26:29):
Maybe the only time actually that I would is if
I'm dealing with a time change in Europe, because I'm
dealing with like an eight hour time difference might be
able to do that because I'm actually overly exhausted from
you know, either not sleeping on the plane or not,
you know, dealing with the time change well. But other
than that, I'm not gonna just like randomly nap on
the weekend or randomly nap after something. It's just not

(26:51):
for me. But my husband's a napper, and I know
a lot of my girlfriends that are nappers as well.
So if it works for you, great, but for me
it does not work. Another one is people pleasing. I
don't really think I need to get into that. I
think we all know what people pleasing means, but I
am not falling for that. Another thing I'm not falling
for is tanning without SBF. We need to be wearing SBF, ladies.

(27:15):
It's so so important, specifically on your face as well.
I highly recommend looking at face sunscreens because I do
think it's super important to be wearing that every single day,
regardless if it's a cloudy day or not. And also
anytime you plan on tanning outside, it's important to where
at least SBF, I think thirty or fifty on your
body every single day. I love tanning, but I know,

(27:36):
tanning is not for everyone. There's obviously a lot of
people who have fair skin. I am Italian, so I
do get tanned very easily. And you know, I'm still
always applying sunscreen just for safety reasons obviously, And yeah,
so it's really really important to consistently wear your SBF.
Another thing I'm not falling for is shaming people on
the Internet. I don't know why people think it's okay

(27:58):
to be a troll and comment on other people's videos
or create a Reddit page about someone or anything like that.
Like I have never in my life gone on Reddit
to like bully someone else or literally rip someone else apart.
Like I have never done that in my life, And
I don't really understand why someone would do that. Like
I don't know, maybe it's just because I'm that kind

(28:20):
of person where I'm like, you do you like you
do what makes you happy. I think everyone should have
that mentality of like, everyone's gonna have different beliefs, everyone's
gonna have, you know, different political view and all that,
and at the end of the day, like let's just
all be nice to each other. Like I don't understand
why we have to be so disrespectful for things, And
there's just obviously so much going on on social media
right now, and I just see how rude some people

(28:42):
are about certain situations, and I'm just like, this is
not the time and place and not even a situation
you should even be commenting on. It's just crazy to
me how people can be so mean through you know,
social media without showing their face, right, Like usually the
majority of time, when someone like decides to troll me

(29:03):
or say something rude, you click their profile and they
don't have a single video up or a single picture,
and it's like, you're literally here just to like bother
people and just say rude things about people, And like,
how do you feel about doing that? Like in all honesty,
Like what makes you feel good doing that? Because it's
truly the meanest thing you can do. When I was
in high school, I actually got cyber bullied. I've never

(29:25):
actually talked about this, but I had someone who broke
into my MSN. If you guys know, you know, if
you're a nineteen ninety six baby like me, or you know,
just in the MSN world, you guys get it. But
someone like signed into my MSN and they basically decided
to message all these guys and girls and like completely
made me look like a really mean person and just

(29:48):
like said awful things to these people. And these people
came up to me in class the next day saying
like what the fuck, Like why did you send me
those messages and all that, and I'm like, I have
no idea what you're talking about. Like I was not
on MSN last night, and I found I note that
it was a group of girls from my high school.
They ended up, I guess, finding out my password, and
like literally it got involved with the principal. Like it
became a huge thing because there was so much hate

(30:10):
towards me, and my mom said to this day, like
she's never seen me so like broken and felt like
so alone in the situation, and people like the girls
that did it had to come to my house and
apologize to me. And anyways, it was a whole shit
show of a situation. But all in all, like I
do not support cyberbullying at all. So whenever there's trolls,
I'm just like they're obviously unhappy and they just you know,

(30:32):
need something to do. But I just do not support
this and will not be falling for it. I'm all
about positivity and I always want to try and create
a positive environment and say positive things to people. Another
thing I'm not falling for is skipping meals. I am
not a huge intimate fasting kind of girl. I don't
really believe in that stuff. I'm always eating my breakfast,
my lunch, my dinner. I love my meals, I love

(30:54):
my healthy desserts. I love eating in general, so I
will never be skipping a meal. The last thing I'm
not falling for is being overdressed. I think you can
be overdressed anywhere and everywhere. It does not matter. I
think at the end of the day, if you feel
confident in yourself, that's all that matters. And I love
dressing up for every occasion, and you know, it's all
about your style as well. I feel like if you

(31:14):
love to dress up, that's totally okay. And I don't
think people should be judging people for what they're wearing, because,
let's face it, people are dressing up to feel more
confident in themselves. They feel good. You do you. I
would never judge anyone for what they're wearing because at
the end of the day, I do think it's everyone
has their own unique style and I feel like people
should dress up for any occasion. All right, guys, That's

(31:35):
