Speaker 1 (00:13):
Hello you guys, welcome back to another episode of the
Hawkerel Energy Podcast. I'm your host, Kayleie, and this is
your weekly reminder that it's a new day, a new week,
a new mindset, and another day for you to become
the Hawkrel Energy you want to attract. Hello you guys,
welcome back to another episode. If you guys were listening
to our last episode, we are doing a two part series,

(00:34):
so if you haven't listened to the first part, definitely
make sure to listen to that episode first, which is
episode one thirty four about filling your own cups.

Speaker 2 (00:42):
So I have my sister here. Hello, she is back.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
We are here doing a fun little episode and we're
going to continue off what we were talking about in
the last episode. So for those who don't really know
what filling your own cup means, essentially it's doing things
for yourself and no one else. So these are things
that truly make you. You feel happy, it makes you
feel good, It just kind of brings out the best
side of you. So what we've been doing is we've
kind of been running through things that fill our cup,

(01:09):
that bring us joy and things that we just do
for ourselves that we think makes sense, and we think
it's hon's like a little mandatory thing that you should
do in order to feel good and happy.

Speaker 3 (01:20):
And this could be like on a daily basis, or
on a weekly basis, or even just like every now
and then. Like these are just the little things that
we like to kind of implement into our lives. These
are just things that make us feel our best selves.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
So to build off our points from the last episode,
one other thing that we feel like fills our own
cup is monthly self care appointments.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
This one, I feel like is really tailored to us.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
As women and just like, yeah, womanhood in general is
just how important it is to book those self care
appointments for yourself on a monthly basis, whether it's going
to get your nails done, going to get your eyebrows done,
or your eyelash is done, or a pedicure, yeah, monthly facials,
Like there's something about you know, it doesn't have to
be all those things, by the way, it could just

(02:08):
be one, Like one thing that I can think of
that I do on a monthly basis is two out
of these things, it's getting my nails done and getting
my eyebrows done on a monthly basis. I think it's
a bit of a confidence booster for myself. I feel
more put together when I actually invest in those things.
I feel like I need to have my nails done,
Like that's something that you will never ever see me without.

(02:28):
Like if I have a broken nail, I am going
to that salon and I'm getting it fixed.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
I'm like, you.

Speaker 3 (02:33):
Already had a way. Yeah, I.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
Literally already have that appointment book.

Speaker 1 (02:37):
No, Like I will be going every four weeks, I
will be getting my nails touched up, I will be
getting my toes done, and then I usually get my
brows done once a month. So those are just things
for me that I'm like, those are my things, Like
I just got to do it. I know girls that
you know get the eyelash extensions once a month, where
it's like that's their thing, Like they need to get
it done because that's what makes them feel good about themselves.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
And I think that's very much okay.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
Like if that brings comfort in you know, doing those things,
and you feel good about doing those things because it
makes you feel your happiest self with your best self,
I think you should one hundred percent investing yourself by
doing those things one hundred percent.

Speaker 3 (03:13):
Yeah, I definitely agree with Kaylie on that where I
I've actually just started kind of getting my nails done
on a monthly basis. I used to never really get
my nails done on a monthly basis. I'd say I
just get them every now and then like special occasions,
exactly for special occasions, and typically more in the summertime

(03:34):
because there's just like we're doing more things and there's
more plans that are being made. But now I've just
felt like having my nails done just makes me feel
so good about myself. I feel more confident, more put together.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
I'm just thinking, sorry, I have to interrupt you for say,
I'm just.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
Thinking of like me posting Instagram stories or something like that,
and you're like, oh, make sure my hands.

Speaker 3 (03:56):
Are in it. Yeah, it's so true. There is so
many where I've like took Kalie okay, like she'll be like, oh,
like let's take a cute pick holding our coffees, and
I'm like, fucked, my nails are. See.

Speaker 1 (04:07):
This is why you need your nails done though, because
I never have to worry about that.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
I never have to worry about that.

Speaker 3 (04:12):
Because like it's just a confidence booster.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
Like I feel like even when.

Speaker 3 (04:16):
I like take pictures for Instagram or something like that,
like my nails aren't done, I'm like, oh my god,
everyone's looking at me. Yeah they can see it.

Speaker 1 (04:24):
They can zoom in that photo and that photo of
me and see my nails aren't done exactly. Like.

Speaker 3 (04:29):
It definitely is something that fills my own cup. Same
with getting my eyebrows done. Like, if I feel like
they're not looking good, I'm definitely booking that appointment, and yeah,
it just like makes me feel more put together.

Speaker 1 (04:42):
I also just think doing these monthly self care appointments
just makes you feel a little bit more like cleaner.
Like I just feel like a clean girl, you know.
I'm like, I'm booking these appointments. I'm feeling good, I'm
feeling put together. I feel like that you know, clean
girl that everyone talks about on social media. I'm like,
I feel like her. That is like my defa mission
of a clean girl is like someone who like keeps

(05:03):
up with them themselves, right, so too more.

Speaker 3 (05:07):
Of like something you do I guess at home and
maybe more on a weekly basis, is like face masks, Yes,
under I love under ie. MI like that when you
said clean, Like that's instantly what I thought of was
that like clean girl aesthetic. I think, like a girl
with her like under eye mask. Yeah, like a face
mask on, like a sheet mask. Yeah. Like I just

(05:29):
love doing that, whether it's like on a weekly basis
or like every now and then making sure.

Speaker 1 (05:34):
To well, I think it's just like it's putting in
the effort again, like you're you're taking the time, and
like you can put eyemass on while getting work done.
You can put a face mask on while getting work done,
like you know what I mean, Like it's in the
convenience of your own home. There there's so many affordable
options of getting that stuff too, like at Sephora or
the drug store.

Speaker 3 (05:50):
Also, I don't know about you, but like not even
just like the finished product of like having my nails
done or my eyebrows done, but just like going to
get my nails done, going down rest and like I
look forward to it, especially like going to the nail salon,
even though you're literally just sitting there.

Speaker 2 (06:07):
Like like you're stuck there for an hour and a half, there's.

Speaker 3 (06:10):
Just like this comfort in doing it, like looking at
nail colors and like it kind of just like, I
feel like the reason it brings me comfort is because,
especially if you have like a really busy schedule or
like you're really really busy, it may be like the
only time you have like an hour in the day
where you can just kind of like do nothing.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
But it does kind of force yourself to like get
off your phone and like take that hour of just
like yeah, enjoying the appointment and just like not having
to think about anything.

Speaker 3 (06:39):
So the next thing that fills my own cup would
be spoiling myself. I feel like you can spoil yourself
in so many different ways, for example, going to the mall,
going shopping.

Speaker 2 (06:51):
I love spending money on myself, I.

Speaker 3 (06:54):
Will say, though I prefer ordering clothes on Yes, yeah,
that's kind of how I like spoiling myself versus like
going to the mall. I mean, don't get me wrong,
it's definitely fun to kind of like go to the mall,
and especially if I need something for like the last minute,
a last minute like the day of or like that weekend,
I'll definitely go to the mall. But honestly, there's something

(07:16):
so therapeutic just like sitting in bed watching my favorite
TV show and looking at clothes like yeah, online shopping,
and I may like never purchase these clothes, but.

Speaker 2 (07:27):
Yeah, sometimes you just add it to a cart.

Speaker 3 (07:29):
It could of like, yeah, it could be like so
out of my budget and that I would never spend
that kind of money, but I will add it to
my car.

Speaker 1 (07:37):
Yeah, you might get one out of those seven things
that you added to your shopping card, but hey, it's.

Speaker 2 (07:42):
The whole, just like online.

Speaker 3 (07:44):
Shopping pole process. Once again, like I feel like a
lot of these things, it's not just like the end
product you get out of it, but just like the whole.

Speaker 1 (07:53):
But it's also the excitement of like getting the package
at the front door bosh, and you're either gonna be
so freaking.

Speaker 2 (07:59):
How or you're gonna be so upset, Like there's no
in between. There's just like I.

Speaker 3 (08:05):
Will say, there have been so many times where I'm like,
for example, on a Ritzy and I have like fifty
items in my bag. I am not buying fifty idems,
like it's probably like at five grand, and I'm just like,
you know, like if I had five thousand dollars, I
would buy buy Yeah.

Speaker 1 (08:22):
Yeah, but it's so funny because even like you, sometimes
I'll like see you in your phone.

Speaker 2 (08:26):
You're like, oh, I'm just like checking to see whin
by you Ritzy at backgage.

Speaker 1 (08:30):
Like the excitement of just like, oh, it's coming intomorrow.

Speaker 3 (08:33):
That notification on your phone is like really the best feeling,
like seeing when it's.

Speaker 2 (08:38):
Like on the way.

Speaker 3 (08:40):
Yeah, like oh my god, I'm so excited, like and
just getting the package and like being able to like
try it on.

Speaker 2 (08:47):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (08:47):
I definitely think that just like treating yourself.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
Yeah, agreed.

Speaker 1 (08:52):
I think it's important to do those like once in
a while, like shopping sprays online and like ordering those
things that you've been wanting, especially like when you go
into new seasons, Like right now, I'm very excited about
ordering Fall staff.

Speaker 3 (09:04):
Like actually looking tonight.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
I'm so excited since I'm going on this trip or
at this point I'm going to be on the trip
as I'm talking about this episode.

Speaker 2 (09:14):
Right now, I'll be.

Speaker 1 (09:15):
On my European trip. I've been having such a hard
time like not splurging on Fall stuff because I'm like,
I need to buy for the trip.

Speaker 2 (09:22):
I need to be buying for Fall.

Speaker 1 (09:23):
But as soon as I get home from my trip,
I will definitely be doing a Fall Hall of all
the fall stuff that I get for the season. But
I think it just I don't know, I think like
entering a new season, spoiling yourself during that makes it
so much more fun.

Speaker 3 (09:38):
Speaking of new season, not just like ordering clothes or
like buying clothes, but also going like to core shopping,
Like why is buying fall decres.

Speaker 2 (09:48):
The best thing ever? So there literally the best thing.

Speaker 3 (09:51):
I'm literally going to home since pumpkins with a pumpkin
spice latte or like a pumpkin cream cold brew, and
even just browsing, like I will literally I will glad
own a house and like I want to buy everything.

Speaker 1 (10:03):
I would gladly go to Starbucks and get a coffee
with you and just browse at home since and just
kind of like imagine like this would look.

Speaker 3 (10:10):
Like if I had my own house, I would buy this.

Speaker 2 (10:13):
Yeah yeah, I mean I have my own house, so
I can't.

Speaker 1 (10:16):
But I also have a lot of decord that like
I'm like, I do not need to buy anything, but
I mark my words, I will.

Speaker 3 (10:22):
I will literally just like put stuff in my room
and like it could literally be like a doormat, but
I'm like I need it.

Speaker 2 (10:28):
Yeah, I love it. I need it. I'm gonna get it.

Speaker 3 (10:31):
It could be like kitchen utensils.

Speaker 1 (10:33):
Like you probably have a pumpkin scented candle and I
bet you a million dollars you're gonna buy a new
one a yeah, because it's not the same.

Speaker 3 (10:40):
It's have this obsession with mugs. My parents hate it.
We have a fall mug, but like I need another one. Yeah,
obviously I need another one. So definitely, just like you know,
running those errands or like going shopping to like spoil yourself,
I feel like definitely fills my cup also too, on
top of decor and clothes. Also just like taking yourself

(11:02):
out to dinner once a week, where as we talked about,
or just even takeouts, so yeah, as we talked about
in the last episode going out for dinner with friends
or yeah, exactly like ordering takeout and just like not
being too hard on yourself when you want to kind
of treat yourself to a little takeout dinner. I feel
like definitely fills both of ours.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
I'd say I try and make it a weekly thing
with Zach to do take out because you know, we
cook at home meals all the time, which obviously brings
us a lot of comfort but I do think once
in a while it is nice to treat ourselves to
like one of our favorite dishes from a favorite restaurant
and just ordering it, having it at home or going
out to the restaurant. Obviously, like date nights are super

(11:44):
important in a relationship, so like going out once in
a while, getting dressed up, you know, going to eat
our favorite foods at the restaurant. I don't know, I
think it's really important to like have those fun times
and looking forward to look forward to it, have an
experience with your friends or your partner, like mas Madison said,
like making it a girl's night, you know, going out
for dinner together, Like it's just something to look forward to.

(12:06):
And yeah, I think like having those moments is important
to like spoil yourself. The way I see it, it's
another way to invest in yourself because you're investing in
good quality time with friends and your partners. So we
think it's allowed and you should treat yourself once a
week to a fun little date night.

Speaker 2 (12:24):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (12:24):
The next one is home cooked meals and the presentation
of it. So one thing that I always love to
do with Zach is I love to recreate dishes from
Pinterest that I love or just meals that you know,
we've tried a new recipe on the weekend and we
love it, and then we want to try and you know,
recreate it again throughout the week and kind of add
it into like our dinner rotations.

Speaker 2 (12:44):
For the week.

Speaker 1 (12:45):
So the whole idea of just like cooking at home.
I also just like love like cooking with Zach. I
think it's very therapeutic, and I very much enjoy doing
it with him.

Speaker 2 (12:56):
It's not just like me doing it.

Speaker 1 (12:57):
He comes home from work and like I serve the
with them, Like we make it a fun thing to
do together, and we both just like very much enjoy
doing it together. You know, we catch up on our day,
we talk about like spending time to exactly. It's kind
of like a way of spending time together and like,
I don't know, then we kind of like both put
the energy of like making it together and all that,
and I don't know, there's just like some comfort of

(13:18):
like doing that with your person. And I just also,
as I said, like love recreating recipes that I see
on pinteress, Like that's like one of my favorite things.
We also do date nights like that Like sometimes my
sister will come over and I'm like, okay, like what
do we want to make today? Like was there something
on pinchressuff I saw like a past to night or yeah.

Speaker 3 (13:34):
Thing, and I love looking forward to those nights. Yeah,
it's just so fun.

Speaker 1 (13:38):
And like, well, the other night she came over and
we made this like kale caesar salad with a chacuterie board.
But again like doing that together, recreating the dish that
we saw on Pinterest, like making a whole like little
aesthetic night out of it, you know, lighting candles and
all that, and also just the thrill that you feel
when you try new recipes again going into new season.

(14:00):
All I could think about is like soup season, using
our croc pot for like.

Speaker 2 (14:05):
Just like comfort meals.

Speaker 1 (14:07):
I don't know, like it's gonna be so exciting to
like get back into that and again trying recipes that
I haven't, you know, had in a while, or trying
new recipes that I've never had before.

Speaker 3 (14:17):
And like implementing certain foods that may be seasonal, like
for example, pumpkin.

Speaker 2 (14:23):
Or like I feel like cinnamon buns.

Speaker 3 (14:25):
Are all cinnamon apples, like apple pie.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
Oh my god, I forgot that Thanksgiving is coming up
to all I could think about is literally turkey pumpkin pie,
apple pie, rhubarb pie, blueberry pie, every pie.

Speaker 2 (14:41):
You're all done was all pies.

Speaker 3 (14:43):
So another thing that fills our cup, i'd say is
either watching a comfort show or like rewatching old comfort shows.
I feel like every girl has that one show that
they are either currently loving in the moment or have
absolutely loved watching. And I've probably watched like five different times.

Speaker 1 (15:05):
I feel like you need to say yours two of
your favorites, and then I'm gonna save my two of my.

Speaker 3 (15:09):
I feel like ours are the same, but I'll say
my two favorites, which I've probably seen both of them.
I mean one of them. I've only seen the whole
whole thing once. Yeah, but I've probably rewatched like the
first few seasons i'd say like five or six times,
and then the other one. I've watched the whole thing
probably three or four times.

Speaker 2 (15:29):
I think it is the same show.

Speaker 3 (15:31):
I'd say Vampire Diaries and Pretty Little Liars.

Speaker 2 (15:34):
Oh no, I have.

Speaker 3 (15:35):
A third one, which might be your second Friend. Yes,
I just thought of that.

Speaker 1 (15:40):
Friends is honestly my number one comfort show, Like soon
as you said for Little Liars.

Speaker 3 (15:45):
I'm like, nope, it's not that. It's not three, because
I'd say Vampire Diaries, pretty Little Liars and Friends or
like my three go to Yeah, my three go two
is Friends is number one.

Speaker 1 (15:56):
I've rewatched it at least five or six times, and
I bet you a million dollars I will rewatch it
probably in the fall, Vampire Diaries and the Vampire Diaries
one hundred percent.

Speaker 2 (16:06):
Will rewatch that. Love that show, Gray's Anatomy. Oh yeah.

Speaker 3 (16:11):
I were always more into funny because I actually put
Kaylee onto Grace.

Speaker 2 (16:17):
I thought I was so super she became she.

Speaker 3 (16:19):
At first she thought it was so stupid. She'd be like, Maddie,
why are you watching the show about doctors? Like and
then she got more hooked than me.

Speaker 2 (16:26):
Yeah, I did, and.

Speaker 3 (16:28):
She watched way more seasons than I did. I was
definitely hooked at one point. But once again, I've never
watched the whole entire thing. I think I got up
to like season fourteen, and then I kind of just
like rewatch it like every now and then, Like I
probably rewatched it maybe two or three times.

Speaker 1 (16:46):
But the issue is at the keeper new seasons and
they're not as good, so for me, I can't get back.
Like I watched it from like a certain period of time,
and then when all the actors started to come out,
I was like, Okay, this is not Gray's Anatomy anymore.
Like this is a different show.

Speaker 3 (16:59):
Yeah, like yeah, I mean not gonna give any spoilers,
but like certain people leave that you love, like it's
kind of just like it doesn't get good.

Speaker 2 (17:07):
Yeah, yeah, like this is not anymore.

Speaker 1 (17:08):
So I have rewatched it a few times, but I
always stop at like a specific season.

Speaker 3 (17:12):
Like with a lot of shows, the earlier seasons are always,
oh they're always the best, way better always. I will say, though,
you need to rewatch One Tree Hill, like that was
one and Kaye loved it.

Speaker 2 (17:24):
I loved it.

Speaker 3 (17:25):
That's gonna be my That's a good show to watch
in the fall too, I.

Speaker 1 (17:28):
Feel oh that's when I started. It was like literally
in the fall of last year, Zach and I started it.
We watched it all the seasons. Zach loved it, and yeah,
I highly recommend rewatching that because that was really really good.

Speaker 3 (17:39):
I know a lot of people also love Gossip Girl.
I hate to say this, but like I could never
I didn't get into it. I watched maybe one or
two seasons of it, and I don't know, like maybe
because I was just like a die hard vampire diary
or pretty little liar girl growing up.

Speaker 1 (17:56):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (17:57):
Also two Gilmore girls in the Fall. I feel like
that's go to for a lot of people. Yeah, I've
really watched the first season as well.

Speaker 2 (18:05):
I've seen the first two seasons.

Speaker 3 (18:07):
For me, a lot of different shows that I really
want to get into. One of my good friends actually
also told me to start watching Tell Me Live.

Speaker 1 (18:14):
Oh my goodness, it's so good. Oh my goodness, No,
you got to watch that. That's on Disney. So you
might need choose my account for the.

Speaker 3 (18:21):
I already have your akout.

Speaker 2 (18:22):
Oh she's already got out perfect.

Speaker 1 (18:25):
I have a profile set up and yeah, well right now,
obviously I'm watching the Summer I Turn Pretty and it's
so good. Obviously, Okay, people probably want to know, are
we team Jeremiah or Conrad, And obviously.

Speaker 3 (18:36):
I feel like this is a no brainer.

Speaker 1 (18:37):
Conrad obviously like Jeremiah. Hell freaking no, no, no, he's
walking red flag, walking red flag. We don't want to
give spoilers, but it's a no, it's absolutely no, Conrad.

Speaker 3 (18:49):
I love Conrad.

Speaker 1 (18:50):
Oh anyways, I haven't even gotten to I think it's
the fifth or six episode.

Speaker 3 (18:54):
That's really funny because I feel like after season two
it was very split between like peace, love it, Jeremiah
and Conrad. But like team Conrad, I don't. I honestly
have not came across anyone. He actually kes me Jeremi.
He kes me out right now, like looking at him,
I'm like disgusting. My whole for you page is just
like Team Conrad. Yeah, nothing nothing to do.

Speaker 1 (19:15):
And Conrad got a little bit better looking I think
this season too.

Speaker 3 (19:19):
Yeah. I guess as they get older too, like they
get a little.

Speaker 1 (19:21):
Bit more like manly and more mature because they're young
when they started in the show. And I feel like
Belly right now looks absolutely gorgeous, like so stunning.

Speaker 3 (19:30):
It's so funny you say that because I've been watching
the show with our mom and she literally made that
comment about Steven. She's like, I never thought Stephen was cute,
but oh my god, in season three.

Speaker 2 (19:42):
He's really cute.

Speaker 3 (19:45):
He was like, wait, you're right, like Stephen is.

Speaker 1 (19:47):
Yeah, but they're all glowing up in their own way.
So that's been making it fun to kind of see
them like grow up in that sense. But I don't know,
I feel like I agree. Like last season it was
very much like I was kind of on team Jeremiah,
so I'm like, she's putting so much, you know, energy
towards belly and like you can just see how much
he loves her. But now, yeah, Conrad, Conrad is the man.

Speaker 3 (20:12):
It makes me sad. I think this is the last season,
isn't it. Yeah, it makes me so sad because such
a good show. That show could literally have like seven
seasons and just like.

Speaker 2 (20:22):
I keep watching it.

Speaker 1 (20:23):
It's so funny because like, let's all be honest, like
it is a little cheesy, like in the sense of
like it's like a cute, little romantic about young kids
all that, but there's something that's so addicting about the show,
Like I just I need to know I feel what
happens next for.

Speaker 3 (20:35):
Me also too, like that show is just like everything
about it like the Summer House. Yes, it's like like
a dream, like just screams like the dream summer life.
To me, everything about that show, maybe not the like
falling in Love with two brothers.

Speaker 1 (20:52):
Yeah, yeah, that's a red flayers.

Speaker 3 (20:55):
Yeah, that's giving toxic yes of everything else like just
like the aesthetic. Yeah, like the overall cute little summer town.
Like I feel like everybody just loves that.

Speaker 1 (21:07):
The vibes are just very much the perfect of what
people would want still for their summer exactly like having
that just like perfect little East Coast summer vibes.

Speaker 3 (21:17):
Perfect summer house that you go to every summer.

Speaker 1 (21:20):
Like the whole storyline just kind of like makes it
so fun and like I would say, that's definitely one
of our comfort shows right now, is just like resorting
to that every Wednesday.

Speaker 3 (21:29):
Speaking about this and then I don't know if you're
on this side of TikTok, but like I'm on the
side of TikTok where people are like comparing Belly with
like Conrad and Jeremiah to Elena with no Demon and
everyone's saying, well, at least the side of TikTok that
I'm on, people are saying, like why was it acceptable
when Elena was doing it? But for some reason it's

(21:51):
like not and like weird when Belly does. It's true
and it's so true. And I was like this one
TikTok that I came across. Like everyone in the comments
were like saying, how like well, like Elena wasn't like
bouncing back and forth, like yeah she would, I know.

Speaker 1 (22:06):
Anyways, I was just like reading Stefan would go through
a bad stage, so then she would go to Damon
and then you know, Damon would be good, but then
Stephan becomes better and then Elena falls for Stepan.

Speaker 2 (22:15):
Like it's literally the exact same thing.

Speaker 3 (22:17):
It's just so weird. Maybe because we were younger when
Vampire Daries came out, but like it seemed weird because
it's like when Elena did it, it was like not bad.

Speaker 2 (22:24):
But maybe because it's about vampires.

Speaker 3 (22:26):
It's so different. Soone said, maybe because it's like the
like vampires being like supernatural, like it doesn't feel as real,
Like yeah.

Speaker 1 (22:34):
It's not as bad actually because they're vampires, like because
these people are actually human beings, totally different situations, Like.

Speaker 2 (22:42):
It doesn't make any sense.

Speaker 1 (22:43):
But anyways, that's really funny because I didn't even think
about that until you like clicked in like that their
brothers and that Elena was going for both of them. Anyways,
that's definitely been our way of just like yeah, feeling
very comforting watching that show, and I'm sure a lot
of you guys probably agree that the summary turn pretty
is just like, yeah, something that brings.

Speaker 2 (23:03):
You joy and comfort and fills your own cup.

Speaker 1 (23:06):
The last two things that we kind of have here
when it comes to filling your own cup is just
kind of doing those little summary things that you look
forward to, whether it's buying yourself flowers, going to the
farmer's market, like again like taking time out of your
weekend to do those little things that just bring you
so much joy, even like going grocery shopping, like doing
those little things that just make you feel super good.

(23:27):
I feel like those are really important things to do,
even in the fall season again, like going to the
farmer's market to get pumpkins, Like thinking about that gets
me so excited, or even like going to the farmer's
market to pick out like just like honey meatple syrups
like they usually have like fall stuff out as well.

Speaker 3 (23:47):
Also just like doing the fall activities, whether it's like
apple picking, carving pumpkins, going to pick out pumpkins. I've
suggested this to Kaylee this morning, and we'll see if
she actually comes with me.

Speaker 1 (23:59):
I ac should they know that I want to do
this because I've had on my bucket least to do this,
which is horseback riding.

Speaker 3 (24:06):
Yeah, I am so excited, and I am forcing Kayley
to come with me.

Speaker 1 (24:10):
The thing is, she's forcing me to do it when
I want to do it, but she's like, let's do
it without the helmets. I'm like, bro, can we just
make safety a priority here? Like, I'm not getting on
a horse that I've never been on in my life
without a freaking helmet.

Speaker 2 (24:24):
I'm gonna probably brave the ruin.

Speaker 1 (24:26):
I pray a freaking hockey outfit, like you might see
me wearing shoulder pads, elbow pads, knee pads.

Speaker 2 (24:31):
Like I'm not getting injured because of this horse, you
know what? Fair?

Speaker 1 (24:34):
I feel like I should be taking it a little bit,
a little bit more serious, one hundred percent. Like sure,
I'm all for the pinterest aesthetic pics of this horse,
but like at the same time me thinking it's gonna
be an easy breeze.

Speaker 2 (24:45):
No, it's not, absolutely not.

Speaker 3 (24:47):
And I think the last time I rode a horse,
I was probably five years old and it was a pony.

Speaker 1 (24:53):
And it was probably someone holding the strap the entire
time going around Like yeah, exactly in a freaking like
thanks are like in the wild with one horse by
yourself with the helmet, like girl, we gotta it's safe.

Speaker 2 (25:09):
We need to talk about safety years.

Speaker 3 (25:11):
Yeah. Anyways, if you see an Instagram post or an
Instagram story.

Speaker 1 (25:15):
Of us with horses, just we're wearing helmets because I
will force that helmet on her head.

Speaker 3 (25:20):
Or if there's no helmet, we took it off for
maybe five minutes.

Speaker 1 (25:24):
For the pick, just for the pick. So anyways, that's
our goal this fall to do that, and then we
talked about it in the last episode. But going on
a fall trip as well and just doing all the
fun fall things. But those are some things that we
do to fill up our own cup. And I would
say everything here is kind of like things that we
both agree on that we do in our day to

(25:47):
day life or weekly thing of just likely yeah, or
monthly of just like things that brings us so much comfort.
But thank you guys so much for listening to another episode.
