Speaker 1 (00:13):
Hello you guys, Welcome back to another episode of the
Hawkerel Energy Podcast. I'm your host, Kayleie, and this is
your weekly reminder that it's a new day, a new week,
a new mindset, and another day if you become the
Cockrel Energy you want to atrack. Happy Wednesday, Welcome back
to another episode. I hope you guys enjoyed last week's
episode as much as I did. I am so excited

(00:35):
to be entering a new season and being in the
fall spirit. I feel like I definitely got really into
fall mode this week because I went to home sense
I did all my falled core shopping, found a lot
of new things that I'm really obsessed with. I found
a dog that looks like Freddy. It's like a dog

(00:55):
statue that has a ghost like costume on it with
his little us eyes popping out, and then he has
a little pumpkin in his mouth and it actually lights up.
So I thought it'd be a cute little thing to
put in front of our porch outside with the rest
of our outdoor decor. I also found two glass pumpkins
that I want to use on my coffee table. I

(01:17):
found some pumpkin candles, some coffee table books that are
kind of like in the brown tope colors to decorate
my coffee nook with I don't know, just like a
bunch of things, oh, fall pillows. I ordered some florals
from Amazon, and then of course I have my decor
from last year that I will obviously be reusing for

(01:37):
this year. But I feel like every year I always
just get a few things to add to the current assortment.
And sometimes there's colors that I don't really use anymore
that I probably will keep in the storage bin and
not take out for this year when I decorate this week.
So anyways, just kind of always get a few things
just to kind of keep the style and trends up

(01:58):
to date in the house, and then and whatever I
don't want to use, I just honestly keep the storage bin,
and you know, maybe I'll use it the following year.
But I know there's definitely a few pieces that I
won't use this year, just because the color palette doesn't
go with the color palette that I'm using for this year.
But anyways, I definitely got in the fall mode this
week just by going to home Sense and doing a
bit of fall to core shopping. So if you want

(02:20):
to get in the fall mode like me, I highly
recommend going to your closest home goods or home sense
or just something that's going to get you in the
fall spirit, because that definitely helped. And now I'm just
looking forward to decorating this week and getting into maybe
some pumpkin recipes. I've been really wanting to make some
pumpkin spice coffee. I finally picked up some pumpkin pure

(02:41):
at the grocery store this week, so hoping to make that.
The pumpkin spice bagels I'm actually trying out today, which
I'm really excited about. I'm going to tempt making that,
and yeah, so there's just so much look forward to
this week. And of course I have my fall nail
appointment booked, which I'm also excited about. I think I'm
going to go for either like a deep Harry red
or a dark brown. I also love like dark navy

(03:04):
for the fall season as well. So just a lot
of things to look forward to and prep for the
fall season. I kind of wanted to continue talking about
fall obviously within these next few episodes, but I really
wanted to dedicate this episode about building a fall routine
because I think going into a new season, I think
we all kind of have to adjust our routine when

(03:25):
it comes to a new season. You know, obviously it's
getting darker in the mornings and darker at nights, faster
it's colder, so you know, for me, I used to
love going on my sunrise walks before you know, like
five thirty, and now the sun is not even out
at five thirty. The sun doesn't come up to like
I think, like six thirty now. So yeah, it's kind

(03:48):
of made a bit of an adjustment with my routine.
And I figured I would share some tips on how
to create a routine for yourself if you're someone that
wants to get into a routine this season, if you're
someone that's kind of been out of rote all summer
and wants to get back into a routine, I thought
I would share some tips on how to build a
routine for yourself. And I also thought I would share
my ideal fall morning routine and night routine that I

(04:11):
hope to stick to throughout the fall season. So let's
talk about how we're going to create the ideal fall routine.
Is it going to be a morning routine for you?
Is it going to be a night routine Is it
going to be both? I think the first question is
is that what can you do with your own time
to create an hour of your own schedule of just
focusing on yourself. So let's say you're a nurse that

(04:34):
works an overnight shift. You know you work from five
pm to five am. You know you have to sleep
obviously during the morning to kind of catch up, and
then you know you have a little bit of room
between like one and two pm to do something for
yourself before you start your shift at five pm the
next day. So let's just put that into the scenario.
So if you can't do a morning routine or a

(04:55):
night routine, you're going to take that hour to yourself
and dedicate three of your faceavorite things that you like
to do for yourself. Is it, you know, getting movement in.
Is it just going on a walk or going on
a workout? Is it journaling? Is it reading a book?
Like find time throughout your day to take one hour
of your time to dedicate time to yourself. And it

(05:16):
can be anything that you want to set your mind to.
Another example is is if you want to create a
routine for your morning and night routine and you are
more productive maybe in the morning versus night. Then make
your mornings more busy, like do your movement in the
morning to your workouts, and then maybe for your night
routine you make it more of a relaxing routine, you know,
you unwind, you read a book, all that. So maybe

(05:38):
you can split it up into two like I do,
which is in the morning I like to have, you know,
my most productive self in the morning where I'm journaling,
I'm getting my workout in, I'm getting my walk in
all that, and then at night I usually like to unwind,
you know, chill, take a bath, take a shower, do
my skin care, all that. So that's kind of how
I like to do things. But there might be someone
out there that is the opposite, or they like to

(06:00):
have a productive night routine where they like to get
their workout done in the evening, you know, take a
hot shower, make dinner, you know, do some journaling, and
head to bed, whereas in their morning they would prefer
to read, have a slow morning, turn on their fireplace,
just kind of take their time to wake up, make
a coffee, and then start their workday. So it really
just depends on what works best for you. I think

(06:21):
it's all about figuring out a schedule and a routine
for yourself that best fits within your day to day schedule.
Another thing that I think you need to identify when
it comes to building a routine for yourself is what
are the current habits that you currently do. Do you
like to wake up later in the day or do
you like to wake up early? Do you like to
go to bed late or do you like to go
to bed early? Is there things that you want to

(06:43):
change about that, Like do you want to become an
early riser? So maybe you need to start going to
bed earlier in order to achieve an early morning routine.
So all about just kind of figuring out how you
want to, you know, set your intention for your routine
for the fall, and so order to do that, you
need to kind of identify what is going to be
your motive. Is it going to be I'm going to

(07:04):
be an early riser this fall? I want to be
able to wake up at six am every single morning,
have a bit of a slower morning, be able to
get a workout done by nine am. That way I
can start my work day throughout the day. Or is
it going to be you know, I really want to
get evening workouts done every single day at five pm
and be able to cook dinner and have my shower
done before seven or eight pm, and be able to

(07:25):
unwind and chill and watch Netflix for the rest of
the night. Like it just kind of depends on how
you want to set your intention for the days and
your routine, and just like things that are maybe your
non negotiables, Like you have some non negotiables that you
want to get done in the morning and you want
to get done at night, and you kind of just
have to structure it of everything that you want to

(07:45):
get done. That way you can have everything done throughout
the day and you don't have to stress knowing that
you did all your non negotiables in the morning and
at night. Another tip for when you're trying to establish
your routine is adjusting your old habits into a new season.
So for me, for an example, as I said, I
usually love to do an early morning walk, but because
the sun has been rising later versus in the summer,

(08:08):
I've been trying to adapt by changing up my routine
in the mornings. So something that I've been doing is
kind of having a slower morning. So I've decided to
take twenty minutes of my morning reading by my fireplace,
which has been honestly really nice. It's been a nice
way just to kind of start the morning off slow
and waking up early, just to kind of, like, I
don't know, obviously, wake myself up. But it's been something

(08:30):
is very different for me, because I feel like I'm
not that type of person to start off slow. I
feel like usually I'm like wanting to jump into the
swing of things. But I feel like it has been
a really nice start to the day of just reading
for twenty minutes on my couch with the fireplace on
before the sun comes up. And then as soon as
I see the sun starting to come up, I'll go upstairs.
I'll change into my workout clothes, and usually I'll go

(08:51):
on a walk with Reddy for about thirty minutes before
I head to my workout class. So that's what I've
been trying to stick to for the fall season. I have.
I've been loving the book I've been reading currently. I'm
reading the book Reminders of Him, and I think I'm
on I want to say, like chapter fourteen. I started
to read it while I was in Italy. I finished

(09:12):
one book. I started reading the book The Boyfriend by Frida.
I think it's McFadden. I want to say she's the
same writer of The Housemaid, which I read in March
during my Mexico trip. So I think I've read a
total of four books this year, which, if you guys remember,
I talked about wanting to read at least six to
twelve books. So I'm really happy about almost getting to

(09:34):
six books. So I'm on my fifth book right now,
reading The Reminders of Him, and I've been loving it
so far. So I've been spending twenty minutes in the
morning reading my book before I start my workout in
my walk and as I said, it's just been like
a nice thing to first off add something new into
my morning routine, but also being able to adjust my
old habits, which is walking in a workout by adjusting

(09:57):
it in my routine. For the fall season, I will
also have to probably adjust my walking schedule with using
my walking pad, because as it gets colder and colder,
I do think the walks are going to become a
little unenjoyable for me as it gets to get really
really cold. So it might also be just like walking
later in the day, so maybe doing an afternoon walk

(10:17):
versus a morning walk, and as I said, using my
walking pad, maybe instead of walking outside if I want
to get some movement in before my workout class in
the morning. An example for someone who might be wanting
to adjust their habits into a new season, that might
be a mom. So for example, if you're a mom
that has kids going to school, and you know you
don't have the time to obviously do things for yourself

(10:39):
before your kids go to school, because obviously you want
to help prep your kids lunches and breakfast along with
getting them dressed, getting their backpacks all packed up for
the school day. So obviously you're dedicating a lot of
time for your kids being ready for school. So maybe
it's adjusting your morning routine with either waking up an
hour earlier than you typically would to get the things
done that you want to do, or maybe it's adjusting

(11:00):
your routine completely to a afternoon kind of like a
noon schedule. You know, maybe on your lunch break for work,
or an evening routine before your kids are done school,
or when your kids are done school and they're done
dinner and you can do kind of like a late night,
you know routine of just kind of undwinding and maybe
taking twenty minutes to yourself to get a bit of

(11:20):
movement in as well. Another idea for moms is you
could prep some stuff at night for your kids. That
way you could dedicate more time in the morning for yourself.
So maybe it's prepping your kids, you know, lunch boxes
and backpacks at night before you head to bed. That
would when you wake up. The only thing you have
to do is just obviously make your kids breakfasts and
get them dressed for school, because obviously I know that
the school season has started for a lot of young

(11:43):
kids along with girls that who are starting university or
anything like that, so I know adjusting your routine can
be a lot, especially when you know you've had the
summer off for the past few months. It's definitely difficult
for the first few weeks of September to establish a routine.
So please do not be so hard on yourself the
end of the day. It's something that we all are
gradually trying to establish with entering a new season, so

(12:07):
do not feel stressed. Everybody is in the same boat
of trying to rebuild a schedule, whether you're a mom,
a student who went back to university, or just someone
that is readjusting their routine for a new season. Everybody's
kind of going through a new routine right now. And yeah,
so I just kind of wanted to give the example
because I do know that I have a few moms
who listened to the podcast as well, so I wanted

(12:28):
to give that example if you're looking to adjust your routine.
So I think it's really all about just a slow
transition and starting small, so taking it day by day,
because as I said, like building a routine doesn't just
take a few days and you've mastered it, like to
be fully transparent, it usually takes a few weeks for
it to feel normal and to feel adjusted and to

(12:48):
feel like, you know, you've got your shit back into gear,
if that makes sense. I feel like everyone's probably feeling
just a little off right now, and that's okay. We're
all trying to add new goals into our routine and
and yeah, sometimes it's just new. Obviously going into a
new season, it feels good, but obviously it does feel
very fresh to the point where we're just making some
changes and trying to, you know, adjust to the new

(13:12):
routine that we're trying to build for ourselves. So do
not feel like everything's going to feel completely normal at once,
because it's not. It's just going to feel more gradual,
and we're just going to take it day by day
and we're just going to know mentally that everything is
going to all work out within a few weeks and
it's going to feel so good after adjusting into a
new routine. It's also good to note that it's important

(13:34):
to kind of like make note of things in your
routine that you might not like. So, you know, maybe
you've been doing what I've been doing, which is reading
in the morning for twenty minutes, but you don't really
like it because you might feel like it's too slow paced,
or you might feel a little rushed trying to rush
to a workout class right after reading, and it just
might feel, you know, just like not fitting well for

(13:56):
your routine and it just might not work for you.
That's fine. That's when we try I make some tweaks
or any modifications to the routine where you know, okay,
maybe it's reading twenty minutes before bed verse twenty minutes
when I wake up. I've tried reading twenty minutes before
bed does not work for me. So that's why I'm
trying the twenty minutes in the morning because it's kind
of like my only alone time. I would say, just

(14:17):
because obviously Za gets home from work and we like
to watch a TV show together in bed, so I
kind of like to have that is him and I time,
is our night routine. We do that together. It's, you know,
time that we get to cherish and spend time together.
So my mornings are really just like the time where
I'm alone and I get to kind of do my
favorite things that bring me, you know, excitement and joy.
So that's what I've been doing to adjust my routine.

(14:40):
But if that feels forced for you, or it just
feels like it's not working, then that's when you should
make some tweaks and adjustments into your routine to make
it work for you. So if you don't like workout
classes in the morning, maybe you'll prefer workout classes in
the evening, or maybe you prefer to do a workout
class at noon on your lunch break. Like, just kind
of figure out what works best for you, and again,

(15:01):
do not stress if it's not working out for you,
because everyone's gonna have a preference on anything in their routine,
and yeah, just know that you can make modifications. And
it's just good to reflect on this new routine that
you're trying to establish and just making sure that it
feels good and that you're liking it. Because when you
actually like your routine and things feel good, that's when

(15:23):
you're actually consistent with it, and you're going to see
your results and you're gonna feel good and you're gonna
have a you know, just a better mindset throughout your day.
You're gonna feel more productive all that. So just note
that it's important to make tweaks if needed. So those
are the five tips that I recommend when it comes
to building your ideal routine for the fall season. I'm
not going to share my ideal fall morning routine and

(15:46):
night routine. These are things that I plan on doing
for my fall routine this season and figured I would
just share for anyone that's looking for inspiration for creating
a morning routine or night routine for themselves. So personally,
for me, as I say said, I plan on waking
up early. These past few weeks, I've been waking up
between five thirty and six since i've been home from Italy,
I've been still trying to continue the early morning train

(16:09):
just because I personally love waking up early and I
feel like, again it's my only alone time where I
can kind of just do things that make me feel
good that I enjoy doing, which is getting some movement in,
you know, doing my journaling, reading all that. So something
that I've been doing that's been new, as I said,
was reading a book by my fireplace as soon as
I wake up. So wake up at five thirty, brush

(16:31):
my teeth, you know, put my hair in a ponytail.
I'll go downstairs. I will light a candle, turn on
my fireplace, and take twenty minutes. I will literally set
a twenty minute timer on my phone. Setting the timer
on the phone is probably the biggest game changer, just
because it allows me to stay on top of things,
and you know, sometimes I feel like I'll stay twenty minutes,
but it'll actually be twenty eight or twenty nine minutes,
and then that eight to nine minutes actually makes a

(16:54):
difference when I'm trying to rush to a workout class
or get a thirty minute walk in before the workout class.
So I'm very much a you know, by the time
kind of person. So I set a twenty minute time
around my phone, read for twenty minutes. As soon as
that timer goes off, you know, put my bookmarker on
my book, head upstairs, get change, and then I get
out for my morning walk with Freddy. Because by the

(17:16):
time I'm done reading, usually the sun is up. By
that point, it's still obviously more of a sunrise versus
you know, the full sun being out. But it's quite
enjoyable and it's kind of chilly right now, which is nice.
So walking outside with a bit of a chill, with
a cozy sweater on, and you know, just walking by
my pond that I typically do. I have a you know,

(17:37):
a route that I always do that I know is
like thirty five minutes to the tee every single time.
And sometimes I'll put eyepatches on. I'll put on a podcast. Lately,
I've been listening to a few podcasts. I really love
Jay Sheddy's podcast. Lately, I've been listening to a lot
of episodes there, and yeah, I don't know, I just
kind of like zone out, enjoy you know, my walk

(17:59):
for thirty five minutes, and then literally I'll come home,
drop Freddy off, jump in the car, head to my
workout class, do my hour workout class, whether it's going
to pilates, you know, a hot pilates class or spin
coat class. Been doing that NonStop. Been trying to get
into weightlifting. I do think I'm going to be booking

(18:20):
a weightlifting class next week with my girlfriend. She's done
it a few times, so I'd rather go with someone
that I know has been to the class a few times.
So I think we're going to do that together next week.
So I'm excited about trying something new and maybe something
that I'll add into my routine. But that's kind of
like how I've been starting off my mornings is you know,

(18:40):
reading by my fireplace, you know, walking outside with Freddy,
going to my workout. Then I'll come home, make a breakfast.
Right now, I've been trying to make some fall inspired breakfasts. So,
as I said, I am making the Greek yogurt bagels today,
which I'm very excited about. The pumpkin spice ones. But
I also love the pumpkin pancakes. Oh my goodness, guys,

(19:01):
I made these last year. These are insane. Their pumpkin
protein pancakes. I will try and put the recipe maybe
in the description if I can find it. If not,
go on TikTok search my name, search Killy Stewart pumpkin pancakes,
and they are so freaking good, guys, I'm obsessed with them,
so I'm definitely trying to bring those back into my
weekly rotation of breakfasts. I also just love putting like

(19:23):
almond butter on toasts, like on sour dough bread with banana,
putting a bit of pumpkin spice seasoning on top with
some honey as well. So just trying to make some
fall inspired breakfasts as well, and then obviously make my
coffee which has been the pumpkin spice seasoning with honey
and sea salt. Trying to figure out if I should

(19:44):
try out a pumpkin syrup. I've seen people make homemade
pumpkin syrups and putting it in their fridge and then
using that as their way of like making their coffee.
I've seen a few with like maple butter with pumpkin
seasoning like pumpkin pure and then pumpkin spice and then
the maple better and I don't know, it sounds incredible.

(20:04):
I haven't attempted to make it yet, but I'm trying
to make it all natural sugars versus buying like the
pumpkin syrup from you know, Winters or Home Sense or Amazon.
I try and avoid doing that just because I feel
like those get really sugary if you look at the
content of it, and I don't know, just not something
that I want to do, just because I like to
treat myself to a coffee once a week, and usually

(20:24):
I'll treat myself to either like a Stirbucks drink or
you know, a local coffee shop, I'll get, you know,
something with pumpkin or brown sugar in it. So for
my everyday coffee, I would rather not do that just
because I, you know, would rather just treat myself to
the ones that have those pumps of syrup and all
that when I buy a coffee first, when I make
it at home, I'd rather it be you know, natural
sugars and just you know, it's just better for you obviously.

(20:47):
So whatever I attempt to make, I will share obviously,
with this pumpkin syrup that I've been trying to find
the perfect recipe for, but I did see one with
maple butter. You can pick it up at farm Boy,
I believe, if you're in the Ontario area. But I'm
sure you can pick up maple butter wherever you are,
whether a Trader Joe's, you know, a Whole Foods, whatever,
it's a pretty common thing. You could probably honestly buy

(21:09):
it from Amazon as well. There's also something called vanilla
bean I believe it's a vanilla bean syrup, I want
to say, and or a vanilla bean paste. That's what
it is. That sounds incredible in a coffee as well.
So I'm gonna try and figure out a recipe and
I will share it with you guys once I've mastered it.
But right now I'm in the process of trying to
figure out the perfect pumpkin spice coffee. But that's kind

(21:32):
of like my ideal fall morning routine. By that point,
I have a shower, do my skincare, do my makeup,
and I start my work day and I get to
filming or recording the podcast or you know, recording a
YouTube video. You guys know that my job's kind of
all over the place when it comes to random things
that I have to get done throughout the day. But
that is what I've been doing for my fall morning routine.

(21:54):
As for my fall night routine, this is something that
I'm currently trying to master. I feel like this is
my first week back since Italy because last week we
had the wedding, so I haven't really mastered my night
routine yet, but trying to slowly figure out what I
want to make a priority. But right now, I would
say my ideal routine would be to obviously come home,

(22:14):
make dinner, maybe make a fall dinner like soups or
stews or something in the crock pot, you know, obviously
making something fall inspired. Then I'm kind of like unwinding
by cleaning up the kitchen, obviously putting everything in the
dishwash or cleaning up the kitchen, making sure the house
is completely clean. I like to usually fluff my couch,
fluff my pillows, blow out any candles that I've lit

(22:37):
for dinner, and then usually I will take a hot
shower at night as well, just to kind of, you know,
relax myself. If you're the kind of person that might
like hot baths, that would be the most ideal routine.
You can also read while you're in the bath, which
would be really nice, or if you're the kind of
person that likes to do a bit of self care
to unwind, like putting on a sheet mask, doing some

(22:58):
red light therapy, doing your iemass, whatever the case may be,
that's kind of like the best way to unwind and
relax after you know, cooking dinner and cleaning up the house.
And then again for me, it's kind of like my
time with Zach at night. So usually Zach and I
will like to watch a show together, and right now
we've been watching The Better Sister, which is actually about

(23:21):
her husband being murdered, which I do kind of think
falls into like spooky season. It's actually really good. It's
on Amazon Prime and it's called The Better Sister, And yeah,
as I said, it's just about her husband being murdered
and they're trying to figure out who did it. Right now,
her son is in custody, and anyways, I don't want
to give it away too much, but it's really good
and I feel like it's kind of nice for this

(23:43):
time of the year. I mentioned in a few episodes
ago that I want to get into a fall TV show.
I'm not sure if I want to watch Pretty Little
Liars or Gossip Girl, I'm wondering if I need to
try Gilmore Girls out and maybe like actually like push
through it, because a lot of people do say it's
really good, and there is a lot of good actors

(24:05):
in it as well, so I feel like I might
need to just give it a shot and just kind
of push through the first few episodes. I feel like
usually the first season of a show is never really
the greatest, but then by like season two and three,
it gets much much better, and I feel like I'm
always usually more into the show, So maybe I just
need to give it more of a shot. But I
do appreciate everyone that has messaged me there are recommendations

(24:26):
for a TV show. I had a few of you guys,
say Wednesday, and a few other shows as well that
I screenshotted, so hopefully I can start something. But yeah,
right now I'm watching The Better Sister, just because we
just started that like two days ago and we're enjoying it.
But definitely plan on, yeah, watching another TV show that
I just mentioned and hoping to get into it. So yeah,

(24:48):
so usually around that time, we'll watch a TV show together,
and usually I'll go downstairs and I'll make a peppermint tea,
just because I love to have peppermint tea at night.
I just find it's like the best way to unwind,
and it's also really good for your digit question. So
I usually make one for myself and one for Zach,
and then sometimes when I'm in bed while we're watching TV,
I'll usually plan out the following day. So I'll open

(25:09):
up the notes on my phone and I will literally
write out, Okay, today is Tuesday. These are things that
I have to get done, and I'll literally be like, okay,
record the podcast, you know, film an ad for this brand,
edit the ad, make myself some lunch. Okay, now I
got to go to Costco and do some groceries. Come back.
We're going to be making this for dinner today. You know,

(25:29):
just kind of like writing out everything that I need
to expect before the next day, so that way when
I wake up in the morning, I could look at
my notes, check everything off, do my journaling, also write
it out again, because I feel like sometimes when I
write out my schedule multiple times, it really gets in
my brain and then I remember that I have to
get all these things done. And yeah, sometimes I just

(25:50):
find like writing things down and also having it in
my notes. So yeah, so I always plan out my
day the night before, and that's honestly it, like I
literally just watch TV, plan my night, probably go on
my phone scrolling, maybe do some online shopping. Right now,
I've obviously been doing some fall shopping. I actually just
place an order from Zara, so I'm excited about that.

(26:12):
I also ordered a few things from Amazon and what else,
I don't know, just kind of like a few random spots.
I am actually heading to Toronto next weekend, super random,
just for work. But I do want to do a
bit of like fall fashion shopping while I'm down there.
I feel like they have a few better stores in
Toronto versus here that we just don't have here in Ottawa.

(26:34):
So I do want to do a bit of fall
shopping while I'm down there. So yeah, so that's basically
my ideal night routine. This is something that I think
is really easy for me to attain. But of course
everyone has a different routine for themselves. But I just
wanted to give you guys some inspiration for anyone that's
looking to build a night routine for themselves or a
morning routine. But I try and keep it pretty simple.

(26:55):
I don't try to like make it too complicated, because
I think at the end of the day, like if
things get complicated, it's not going to be something that
you're going to consistently do and you're not going to
feel good if you're doing something different every single night.
So it's all about just kind of creating the perfect
routine for yourself, whether it's a productive one or an
unwinding one. Just doing things for yourself, I think is

(27:17):
so important. You're showing up for yourself, You're doing these
little things that make you feel good, and doing these
little things for yourself actually really does add up. Like
me being in Italy for ten days, it was incredible
and I loved it, but I think by like day nine,
I was really itching to get back home and get
back into routine, you know, eating a home cooked meal.

(27:37):
Like you don't really appreciate those things when you're doing
it for so long until you actually leave and then
you realize how much you actually miss doing those little
things that make you feel so good. So truly, do
appreciate those small things and your ideal routine, because it
really does make a difference when you're not doing it
for a period of time and you truly do thrive
and feel your best when you are in a good,

(27:59):
consist stant routine in my opinion, So anyways, just wanted
to share that with you guys. I hope you guys
enjoyed today's episode. It's kind of short and sweet, but
I just really wanted to talk about, you know, building
an ideal follow routine for yourself when it comes to
your morning and night routine, and just tips overall of
how you can build a routine for yourself for a
new season. But I love you guys allso much. Thank
