In her 20’s, Victoria started as a career prosecutor for the AttorneyGeneral of Illinois to bring justice to the disenfranchised. Later, as a producer for over a decade, she transcended social, political, andgeographical barriers to bring powerful messages about the humanexperience to global audiences with notable films showcased atVenice, TIFF, and Sundance.

Victoria followed technological advances and embraced VR and narrative gaming to speak to future generations. In 2018, Victoriaearned a Master’s in Media, Technology, and Innovation from MIT(Massachusetts Institute of Technology), converging cinema,gaming and neuroscience to deliver powerful character-drivenstories to be experienced by audiences with agency.

Stay Alive My Son is her directorial debut, officially selected in Cannes’development showcase in 2020 and now in Venice.

In 2022 she was honored as a pioneering woman in Virtual Production by the Hollywood Production Association,

“Stay Alive, My Son” is an epic immersive, and mythicallycinematic experience places the Player in the shoes of apained father, forced to make the gut-wrenching decisionto abandon his 6-year old son to survive during theCambodian genocide..

The experience begins in modern time in France, outside Pin Yathay’s home. The Player meets a Yathay, a fragile 80year old man, represented by a digital human, only todiscover demons haunt him for decisions made. Urgingthe Player to give him peace, the Player transforms intohim and takes on his journey for atonement and healing.In a gripping “Alice In Wonderland” moment, the Playerfalls from reality and into a surreal and decrepit terrain.The Player enters its cavernous bowels, where exists ametaphorical mental prison, mirroring SS-21 theconcentration camp. Inside its various cells are locked memories and regrets.
