Welcome home Guest, everybody either show where a couple of
bugs get buzz and bring in the new year with
all my friends and you here. My name is Garrett Lee,
I'm Ryandi, and I'm Ricky See and.
Speaker 5 (03:06):
Ye what is everybody?
Speaker 1 (03:12):
Good day, evening, good whatever around the world. It is
whatever time it is for you. I hope you're having
a good one in the chat. Love to see you,
Love to see you. Just like every episode we start
off with now alcoholic beverage of some sort. Today is
so different. So we're gonna start off with Ricky see,
what are you drinking? Bro? Oh well, I'm actually not
(03:35):
drinking alcohol. I love that time I asked you me
even hello there, I can see you there.
Speaker 6 (03:48):
Yeah, So I'm not not drinking alcohol today or this
month of January, just to start twenty twenty one off fresh.
Speaker 1 (03:55):
But what I do have is something the Latrinitas hop
water do I do this? There we go, so yeah, no, no,
I'm going on. But so the sort of I mean,
I don't know. I wouldn't even say it's like alba taste.
It just tastes good. It's basically just carbonad water. Okay, okay,
do you.
Speaker 4 (04:12):
Feel like you're doing this because you drank too much
twenty twenty?
Speaker 1 (04:16):
We are absolutely one of us drink I was joking
about it.
Speaker 7 (04:24):
We were talking about like like my my nieces and nephews,
and from pointing and asked me, like, how was it during.
Speaker 5 (04:30):
The twenty twenty pandemic. We're like, I don't fucking remember.
Speaker 1 (04:34):
I was the whole time. There was a meme like that,
like and I was like, that's funny, but now it's
very serious. I was absolutely drunk throughout the entire.
Speaker 8 (04:49):
I know a lot of my girlfriends that I work
at this bar in Hollywood, and do I remember at
the beginning of January of twenty twenty, they were like,
you know, we have to get some mocktails on the menu,
and I'm like, why, like for the beginning of January,
like we have to, we have to, you know, Then
a month and a half after, you know, we get
a pandemic, and they're like, why the fuck did we
do that?
Speaker 4 (05:06):
That was the worst idea of like not drinking.
Speaker 9 (05:08):
It don't even matter.
Speaker 8 (05:10):
We needed to drink that time because that was the
only time you're able to go out, you know, like
normal people. That was the worst idea.
Speaker 1 (05:22):
I pulled up the YouTube thing real quick, got it cool, Randy,
are you drinking? I am.
Speaker 5 (05:28):
I got an insurance check today, so I got some money.
Speaker 1 (05:31):
There you go, broke job.
Speaker 5 (05:37):
So I'm having these uh yeah, Press tangerine. They're upside
down apparently a.
Speaker 1 (05:45):
Bunch of down.
Speaker 7 (05:48):
On accidents on the box. They have like a thing
that just says they they ended up doing it on
accident and they just.
Speaker 1 (05:53):
Put them out anyway. Yeah, yeah, I heard about that.
I just well, I so I live with this.
Speaker 7 (06:02):
This older gentleman who gentleman's you know, stretch, but he
drinks nothing but bud Light and uh and so like
we've kind of been going back and forth, like I'll
drink some of his beers and then like I'll replace them.
But then I'm like, fuck, I don't have any more money,
so all I have to do is like, so I
have to drink. But so I've just been drinking bud
(06:22):
Light because it's like we've just been going back and
forth and buying each other eighteen packs because I'll drink some,
he'll drink them, and then I'm just like fuck it.
And so this time I finally actually had actually had
some extra money to like buy myself something and him
an eighteen packs.
Speaker 5 (06:38):
Nice.
Speaker 1 (06:40):
Okay, uh jazz, are you drinking it all right?
Speaker 5 (06:42):
Now? I'm having a.
Speaker 4 (06:43):
Little bit of vodka with some grapefruit juice and bitters.
Speaker 5 (06:48):
Oh.
Speaker 1 (06:49):
You know, I love when I love whenever we have
another bartender on because we're actually having nice drinks. Which
is also kind of funny because today is the first
one of the first times that I've had not a
really nice drink, and there's a reason for that. I
want to show you.
Speaker 5 (07:03):
Exactly why what what I'm drinking and why I'm drinking.
You drink out your whole bar.
Speaker 1 (07:08):
No, almost, dude. Every time I go to Costco, my boo,
they're like, oh, are you having a party? I'm like, no,
I'm depressed.
Speaker 5 (07:14):
And that was.
Speaker 1 (07:18):
That what the liquor store guy has to be the
last time I went there and I just bought, like,
I just bought cases of beer and like a giant bottle.
And I was like, and he's like having a party.
I'm like, no, no, all I do is my house
to prevent other people from dying. But that makes me
even more sad. So I drink all all.
Speaker 4 (07:37):
I I live with another bartender who also drink the worst.
Speaker 8 (07:42):
He's like, you drank the whole bottle tequila, the whole
jamis said, And I'm like, dude, I don't know what
else to do.
Speaker 5 (07:49):
I mean, live with bartenders, but a little with alcoholics,
so or or like.
Speaker 7 (07:54):
I was like, I replaced the bottle tequila finished and
then they but they had like this much and the
whole bottle was gone like the next week, and I
was like, I didn't even get to touch it.
Speaker 1 (08:04):
I don't know if if we have more more expensive
getting drunk, but we definitely have fancy or drunk. I
think it's pretty expensive too though. Yeah, lots of money
on booze either way. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (08:17):
The whole mother unemployment stimulus che especially.
Speaker 5 (08:20):
In the beginning.
Speaker 1 (08:21):
So in the beginning when I had an employment and uh,
and they were like giving you a bonus, I'm like,
but what the fun else am I spending my money on?
Speaker 5 (08:27):
So just oh, I know, I know, I know. I
spent all my money on alcohol and other things.
Speaker 1 (08:43):
Let me tell you what I'm drinking now, So I
am drinking. You may be familiar with this all this, Yes,
I know that girl, But I did get a can
(09:06):
of twist.
Speaker 7 (09:09):
Guy's armed, everybody, this guy's armed, twisted. You're strapped right
now on this podcast. Why I have I have a katana,
I have both. Now I have a twisted tea. You
shouldn't most dangerous dudes.
Speaker 1 (09:23):
Yeah, he's more dangerous. I've also never had one. Ryan
said he has. They're good.
Speaker 5 (09:30):
They're good. And then there's an lemonade one too.
Speaker 7 (09:34):
But you know what's the funniest thing about that video, Well,
I was surprised because I thought that was the end
of the video.
Speaker 1 (09:40):
I saw one where the guy gets hit in the
face with the twist and then it ended cheers, cheers.
Speaker 5 (09:50):
But then but then I'm.
Speaker 1 (09:52):
Surprised he got back up after the fucking can't exploding
on his face. Oh no, I saw the whole video.
Speaker 5 (09:59):
Yeah, he still got back.
Speaker 1 (10:01):
Yeah, and that guy fucked him up. Man, that was
a fucking hard hit. And he's just like.
Speaker 5 (10:07):
Deserve came back.
Speaker 1 (10:12):
Like that or something, but then I think, yeah, I
think he like took him down again and then then
the ship. I mean he clocked him a few times
after that, after he fucking exploded a can in his face.
The more twisted teas one more second to go back
(10:33):
to the fridge. He just pulled out a bunch more
loads up.
Speaker 4 (10:46):
Well, yeah, so.
Speaker 8 (10:48):
You're doing so so we're all we're all kind of
drinking is.
Speaker 1 (10:52):
Yeah, Ricky Ricky's taking a break.
Speaker 8 (10:55):
Well, I was in a beer bottle though it's a
beer bottle, so you know, He's.
Speaker 1 (11:00):
Like, you're out.
Speaker 5 (11:01):
Who was on his first fifth? Try to try and
to try and stop.
Speaker 1 (11:05):
Yeah, I still remember giving up to Yeah. Remember one
of the first times, like uh, Ricky Ricky. Ricky was like,
I'm I'm quitting drinking, bro, I'm quitting. And we were
we were like twenty one, so I'm like you're you're
He was like yeah last time. So I was actually
uh with my girlfriend at the time. We were in
(11:28):
bed Ryan and Ricky called me up like got over man,
that's right, having his last beer ever. And I'm like
beer fine, So I went you went over there. I
got out of my girlfriend's like where are you going?
I'm like, it's Ricky's last beer, He's not gonna drink anymore.
(11:52):
She's straight up left. I'm like, all right, Well, then
I got to go hang out Ricky and Ryan and then.
Speaker 7 (11:58):
That was That was the funniest thing because because Ricky
and I had been drinking all day and that was
the only time Ricky had brought me over to his
parents' house when they weren't home to get fucked up.
Speaker 5 (12:07):
That was the first time, yeah, first time ever that
we were at your house.
Speaker 7 (12:12):
Usually it was my house. My house was the flop house.
You know, everyone was at my paddle because.
Speaker 1 (12:15):
I was actually twenty one by then, so I could
right drink.
Speaker 5 (12:19):
So we bought a watch of beer and then you're like,
I'm not going to drink because you were gonna do
some strict diet or some shit like that.
Speaker 1 (12:27):
Right, Yeah, yeah, yeah, it was just a diet thing.
Speaker 5 (12:29):
And uh.
Speaker 7 (12:31):
So I called him Garritt because we were getting hammered
and having such a good time.
Speaker 5 (12:35):
We were browing out, and I was like, Garrett needs
to be here right now. It's your last beer ever. Yeah,
I mean like, yeah, we had like a thousand beers
that night.
Speaker 8 (12:50):
And the next day you didn't drink. That's how you
did it. I would have had been woken up and
be like.
Speaker 5 (12:55):
And he was thrown up too much to drink.
Speaker 1 (12:59):
Yeah, exactly, so you have.
Speaker 5 (13:03):
You're welcome.
Speaker 1 (13:04):
By the way, I drink again, I'm actually drinking less too.
So it's not a resolution because I don't believe like
just making a resolution for a new year. But I'm
drinking less, especially since Quarantine. I'm making it so that
I'm just drinking drinking, drinking on Tuesdays, which is for
the show because it's my job, and throughout the week
(13:26):
maybe like one at the most or two or whatever
or less would be great. But I'm not making like
a strict I'm never going to drink or you guys
just have than I. Well, yeah, because that's the thing,
like I've been getting a lot of people have been
getting like really really drunk, and now I'm telling myself
wait until like eight pm maybe nine, and then have
one drink and then trying to go.
Speaker 8 (13:49):
Yeah, the weekend changes for about the weekend.
Speaker 1 (13:52):
Oh no, I'm saying, if there's an occasion or if
weekends are a thing again, I can do that.
Speaker 5 (14:00):
I think I think. Once my knee fully heals.
Speaker 7 (14:02):
I might take another month off like I did, like
I did last year that you guys don't believe I did.
Speaker 1 (14:09):
Well. I think you would heal a lot better if
you stop drinking. It's probably true.
Speaker 4 (14:18):
You're like why though, But I mean, what is what
is what I'm gonna get tissue web seconds?
Speaker 1 (14:26):
What is the science?
Speaker 5 (14:28):
Is that true? Is that what it stopped?
Speaker 1 (14:32):
I don't know, because I feel better because I feel
better when it drinks. When I drink, it feels better well,
because it's making you feel better. What I'm saying is
that your body is not being able to heal if
it's drunk. So I was talking to Ricky about the
same thing similarly, where you can't digest and and and
metabolize stuff if you have alcohol because it has to
go the alcohol first. So like my body, I was
(14:54):
drinking so much and like ship wasn't healing, and I'm like, fuck,
like I had uh done some thing in my hand
when I was working out, and like it had been months,
and I'm like, maybe if I just stopped drinking and
that feels a lot better. Well, I mean, I honestly,
if I'm being real, like I haven't been just based
out of necessity because I can't afford it.
Speaker 5 (15:11):
I haven't been drinking that much like lately. And you
look great, shut up, but I feel guilty.
Speaker 8 (15:20):
I feel like I've been on a roll, Like how
much can I take?
Speaker 1 (15:27):
Also, you look great, but you're a fuck You're you're
a dancer. You actually moved for a living, whereas we're
in front of computers all day.
Speaker 8 (15:34):
Yeah, I'll drink that whole tequila and then on my
way to go buy a little shooters and then what
am I gon drinking the way back?
Speaker 5 (15:40):
And kind I figured it out.
Speaker 8 (15:42):
I figured it out.
Speaker 1 (15:43):
Wine.
Speaker 4 (15:43):
I don't drink wine. I can't do wine, even though
I still do it.
Speaker 8 (15:46):
I just should not. I should not.
Speaker 5 (15:49):
What are you doing this Saturday?
Speaker 8 (15:54):
Why where you at? What's going on?
Speaker 5 (15:58):
Tequila? That was my lost?
Speaker 7 (16:01):
No, no, no, it's just I did feel great that
time that I took that fucking I took like what
I think it was like last what was the last?
Speaker 5 (16:10):
Fucking God? Damn, I don't know when did I get
back into skateboarding? It was it was what what happened?
We switched.
Speaker 1 (16:18):
I realized I could do that. This is better.
Speaker 10 (16:20):
Weird, Yeah, everyone looks better on top when they're on
top of me, on top I did not Oh.
Speaker 1 (16:35):
No, Ryan, I wanted to do an impression of Brian,
but just all of us were just like the sweat
yeah to the camera. Yeah.
Speaker 7 (16:55):
Anyway, I felt great at the time that time that
I did take. I took a month off of drinking
and I just skated every fucking day. And I was like,
that was when I was up my fucking I was
really starting to get everything going and feeling good. And
then and then my brothers started getting into it, and
then it was like.
Speaker 1 (17:08):
Saturdays, he wanted to get, he wanted to go, and
then but Saturdays consisted of getting hammered and getting skating,
which is when I was doing some of my better ship.
But because getting back, because I was getting ballsier and
I was like, oh, I need to drink at least
three beer before I try this again, and then which
led to me eventually getting hurt again. I was gonna say,
(17:29):
that's probably what like Jasmine figured out. She's like, I
can be drunk, but I could dance it all off
and doesn't even matter.
Speaker 5 (17:35):
That's exactly what it is.
Speaker 8 (17:36):
That's the life.
Speaker 1 (17:38):
So all right, it's a good segue to get into jazzy.
So you are a dance teacher, you are an actress,
you are doing all this fun stuff. Tell us what's
been going on with you and like, especially during quarantine,
how how have you been handling and what are you
doing besides having fun getting drunk like all of those.
Speaker 8 (17:58):
Usual you know, quarantine COVID has been definitely a little
awakening for all of us, especially in this industry. A
lot of my friends are musicians, actors and you know, dancers,
and we all I've very much felt it.
Speaker 4 (18:15):
I've been very blessed that I made you know, I
did not just have one job throughout this whole time.
Speaker 8 (18:20):
I've had several jobs. So it's kept me kind of
sane and lucky not to have business. But it's it's
it's been. It's it's fifty to fifty. There's some days
are better, some days are you know eh. But luckily
I'm still working, I'm healthy, and we're all thriving to
be to hear where we are.
Speaker 4 (18:38):
Personally. For me, I I I feel like I was.
Speaker 8 (18:42):
I feel not as busy, but busy, you know, I'm
still occupied. I've met a lot of new people, and
the online thing has really changed for the for good.
You know, a lot of the stuff that I was
doing was very personal and studio, one on one or
at home. So I've gone to a love of this
online thing, and slowly but surely we're doing the studio thing.
(19:03):
Or studio that I worked for hasn't closed. He's been
very well. We're keeping both his studios open. So I
work consistently, whether it was just recording online classes or
youtubes or Instagram stuff, you know, whatever.
Speaker 4 (19:16):
But so that's kept me going.
Speaker 8 (19:18):
And and a couple of months ago, its just all
of a sudden, everybody was just like fuck it and
we got to get back to work. And I've had
a few big artist jobs, you know. I think because
of COVID, a lot of places out here in LA
were cheaper to rent less people working less, people around
warehouses were cheap. So a lot of more work was
consistently coming from that. And then that helped me out
(19:40):
through the right now, you know. So, but personally for me,
the dancing it was it kind of took a little
toll for me personally because you kind of get a
little down, you're kind of like uninspired inspire, you don't
know what the how to do, but very less to
still have work and keep teaching. You know, that's that's
good stuff about it.
Speaker 1 (20:01):
Yeah, it's not sick.
Speaker 4 (20:02):
I'm alive, So we're good.
Speaker 1 (20:05):
Good as you Yeah, numbers especially in LA like you know,
we us us and then and Ryan, We're just like,
how are we not being affected by this? Is great?
I mean not affected, but like knock on wood, haven't
been infected? Is what I meant.
Speaker 5 (20:21):
I was like affected fucking for sure.
Speaker 1 (20:24):
I was We're not We're not gonna get We're all affected.
Speaker 5 (20:29):
Yeah, well that's what I was gonna say.
Speaker 3 (20:31):
It was was.
Speaker 7 (20:33):
That was I guess that is what you were saying,
is like for the for the the better, that that
doing online stuff is is definitely I think what I
agree with you in a sense like that we realized
that we can do a lot of these things without
actually having to interact with you know, actually being around people,
you know, you know, whereas like for me, I love
(20:56):
it to an extent because because you know, because I do.
I was doing stant Wall. You know, I can't even
call myself a comedian anymore. But it's like I can't
do these zoom call fucking shows because.
Speaker 5 (21:08):
I'm like I need it.
Speaker 7 (21:09):
I'm like I hate people, but I need an audience
I can't whereas everything else, I would much rather do
this way for sure, Like I I even though I
would love being obviously, it's much better when we do this,
Like I like to be in the room with everybody
because for some.
Speaker 1 (21:26):
Just human interaction to me is just a much. It's
like a much like I get the energy, we all
get the energy. We all, we all we're all on
our better we're better selves when we're in the room together,
you know. But but the thing is, we have to
we all had to adapt, you know. So I think
that's great that you had to. You know, you figured
(21:47):
out some some way some outlet.
Speaker 3 (21:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (21:49):
Yeah, we adapted and we went with it.
Speaker 8 (21:51):
You know, we took it for what it is, and
you know, we're sort of realizing, we're like okay, you know,
August September came around and we're like, okay, this is
we need to figure something else. So then you know,
like okay, we're gonna start doing little small classes in
privates and continue this role, but very particular on how
many people who we're going to have who can be
in the studio.
Speaker 4 (22:09):
And and it's worked out, you know, we're all safe
and and it's it's been good. It's been okay, but
I know the bet better is coming.
Speaker 8 (22:17):
So you know, luckily, like I said, we've I still
have work and we still have both our studios that
we're teaching them.
Speaker 5 (22:22):
So yeah, and so like do you do you do?
Speaker 1 (22:26):
How have you adapted? Because I know obviously there is online,
but what exactly do you offer? Like do you do
just one on one stuff online?
Speaker 8 (22:33):
Do you do.
Speaker 1 (22:36):
Zoom zoom zoom zoom.
Speaker 8 (22:40):
In the beginning, I was doing that in the beginning
with a couple of people, and then it's just exhausting.
It's hard. It's actually much harder than it is. It's
fucking hard. You're just like looking at the camera like
is this happening? You're like working by yourself, and it's
not the same, you know, just like saying like you
need the you need the people had the laughs push you,
(23:01):
the people's faces, like the same energy for dance.
Speaker 5 (23:04):
Like I need.
Speaker 4 (23:05):
I can't just you know, obviously I push myself, but
as them that I do it.
Speaker 7 (23:08):
For, you know, And it's we're I mean, because at
the core, we're all You're a performer, you know, much
like much like you know the way you know Garrett
feels if we if he's doing a you know, an
acting gig or something like that, it's like you can't
you need you need the interaction and and uh, I
don't know for like live performance we all went to
(23:30):
like we all did like drama stuff together, so like
we all understand.
Speaker 1 (23:33):
This right here is not what we know actually know it. No,
I can't even do it because I have this stupid thing.
Let me turn this off real quick. This is not
what we need. I'm fucking just staring at a blinding light.
Speaker 5 (23:44):
And I have lights. Yeah, I hate it.
Speaker 1 (23:49):
Because of technology, I don't have to clean up my house.
Speaker 4 (23:55):
Do you remember that one time we did it at
your house?
Speaker 8 (23:56):
Alf Flaster?
Speaker 1 (23:58):
Yeah, that was a lot of a lot of shows.
They're really fun. I missed those. Was I there?
Speaker 8 (24:04):
Yeah you were there.
Speaker 5 (24:06):
That's how bad Blastard we were. I guess I remember that.
That's the fun times.
Speaker 8 (24:13):
But like I said, I mean, I've gotten a lot
more new clients due to online. I got you know,
a lot more kids, I got families. I got couples,
and you know, the couples are like they want to
do people, you know, personal you know, personable one on one.
Speaker 1 (24:26):
So I mean so so a good friend of mine
of a friend of ours front of the show, George Wang.
He's a comedian friend of mine, but also uh skateboarder
and he's his business.
Speaker 7 (24:41):
He started his own like skateboard instructing company. Uh huh,
and he's just been killing it like he makes but
like he went viral on TikTok and all this stuff out.
Speaker 1 (24:54):
Who's talking?
Speaker 5 (24:55):
Who's talking?
Speaker 4 (24:59):
Garrett?
Speaker 3 (25:00):
What was that?
Speaker 5 (25:02):
Yeah?
Speaker 8 (25:02):
Your porn is on?
Speaker 5 (25:03):
Garrett?
Speaker 1 (25:05):
Wait can he are you here? My wife's talking, but
she's like in the other room here, yeah, my dad,
I'm not clearing my door. Then I was like I
just showed you my house. I am alone, right, I
was like, I'm.
Speaker 5 (25:21):
Like Spanish, that's for damn sure.
Speaker 1 (25:25):
The one is casting some spails.
Speaker 5 (25:30):
WoT you hold on? Poor people have COVID.
Speaker 8 (25:41):
Yea yeah?
Speaker 5 (25:41):
Your friend yeah, Like so there's a lot of like one.
Speaker 7 (25:45):
So he's I mean he's got and it's like they're outside,
like I mean there there would be no reason for
you not to uh not to meet somebody at a
park and give give a lesson or something like that, right, Like, because.
Speaker 8 (25:58):
I haven't done it, I haven't done it it. I
personally have not.
Speaker 4 (26:01):
But like I said, we have like the studio that
we do and it's a big We got two big studios,
so we're pretty.
Speaker 8 (26:07):
On it with who we have. We got to text
and we text the you know, we text the lady
doesn't direct, and we got to be like yo, I'm
coming in at this time, this one, so that each
room is you know, sanitized and people.
Speaker 4 (26:18):
That's just how it is.
Speaker 8 (26:19):
And I mean personally not not in any sense try
to talk ship, but it's just that's how business has
to work. Like you got to talk, you got to
physically see the person sometimes some way. You know.
Speaker 4 (26:29):
It's not like I'm selling myself, but that's just how
I'm going to build this with.
Speaker 1 (26:33):
Something that like you know, I know, I'm comparing it
to skateboarding, but for something that's so physical, like to
instruct somebody in a video when like yeah, whereas like
if you're there then then you can how you it's
like and you go like this you want to go
(26:55):
up up? No? Absolutely, And uh it's so weird because
I mean I haven't done anything uh like learning wise
as far as like physical on online yet, but I
mean It's that just sounds like really hard, especially for
something just that, Like how do you even especially if
(27:16):
they don't have an ideal setup like me Ryan, Like
like Ricky, we all have offices or a place where
we can set up specifically and like have a room
to do stuff. Like what about people in crowded apartments?
I just want to have dance? Yeah, yeah, yeah, So.
Speaker 4 (27:33):
Like I said, it's fifty to fifty, but very much
for less just to have work.
Speaker 8 (27:36):
And you know, I got more people, I got more
variety now, I got kids and moms and dads and
couples and randoms.
Speaker 5 (27:44):
But you know it works, Yeah, it works.
Speaker 8 (27:48):
And I'm soon now I got Garrett, guys, Garrett's gonna.
Speaker 5 (27:51):
Find so I just Lesard and fucking black.
Speaker 1 (27:59):
Ryan's whole concept of dancing is a nineties rom com.
Speaker 5 (28:05):
You know what? You know what? My aunt? You guys,
I don't think you guys know this. I don't think
you guys know this. But a young Ryan d was
a ballet dancer.
Speaker 8 (28:20):
Stop.
Speaker 1 (28:21):
I don't actually think I didn't.
Speaker 5 (28:22):
I don't think I know that because I didn't tell anybody.
Speaker 1 (28:28):
My photos in the videos. My aunt, my aunt Charlene
is a fucking dance instructor that as you guys know,
there weren't a lot of boys signing up, so she
convinced me to do it for at least two years before,
like when I was a kid before ILM, like.
Speaker 7 (28:45):
Like eight nine years old, okay, Yeah, and I never
told anybody because I knew that would get me beat.
Speaker 5 (28:55):
Up, and.
Speaker 1 (28:57):
Not twenty one bro.
Speaker 5 (29:00):
In nineteen ninety eight, it sure fucking did.
Speaker 1 (29:04):
Yeah, nineteen y eight was drough. I remember that year,
but eventually it eventually ended up being her her DJ
and curtain boy for uh from titles.
Speaker 5 (29:16):
But yeah, wow, I.
Speaker 8 (29:20):
Feel like I think you have mentioned to me before
about your your an dances, so I remember this.
Speaker 7 (29:25):
I see, I don't even I'm sorry, but I really
don't even remember the time that we did the podcast together.
Speaker 5 (29:30):
So I must have been hammerd I remember something.
Speaker 1 (29:36):
Yeah, Ryan's like, that's okay, I can drink more somewhere.
I got it. I've been one of those times pasted
out there too, because I find fucking no idea. But
also we've done how many of these fucking episodes, like
three hundred and thirty nine, so it's a handful of
bonus episodes. Yeah, nice, but yeah, no, we're gonna start
(30:01):
doing dance classes because one thing that I have noticed is, like,
you know, I've always loved to dance, I don't actually
know how to formally dance with anyone.
Speaker 5 (30:09):
We're talking about we're talking about jazz, we're talking about
talking about like I.
Speaker 8 (30:13):
Think we're gonna do all the like Latin ballrooms.
Speaker 1 (30:14):
So we're gonna do.
Speaker 5 (30:20):
Definitely some you know, absolutely honestly, that'd be some ship
that I'd be.
Speaker 8 (30:24):
Into too, you know, because you could take it anywhere.
But it's like the most the most, like I want
to know dances.
Speaker 1 (30:32):
Especially.
Speaker 5 (30:34):
And then you look at then you look like a
badass at any wedding or.
Speaker 1 (30:40):
That is one thing that really sparked my interest. I
always love dancing, but I can only do it by
myself because I have no idea how people dance with
another person.
Speaker 5 (30:48):
And also you don't want anybody to be a subject
to that too.
Speaker 1 (30:55):
I've won dance content from free styles, but if you
put me in a partner, I don't know.
Speaker 5 (31:06):
Sorry guys, Sorry mother fucker, sorry, sorry, Colt.
Speaker 1 (31:11):
I do believe it true facts. I've been there and then,
and I will continue to get down and only get
down better. Also, I've been doing a lot of cardio
dancing by myself, which is great. So like with with
my big empty room, I bought a bowflex which you
can't see, but it's over there. I do tabo after that.
Speaker 5 (31:30):
Look.
Speaker 1 (31:31):
I actually I asked Jasmine and I asked a few
of my other friends to like give me some some
workout dance songs, and I kind of put them in
the playlist and I just have have them playing and
then I'll just go like ham for like forty five
minutes and just like sweating all over the place.
Speaker 5 (31:45):
We like we just picture you like dancing to like
Lovers of Battlefield with like leg warmers.
Speaker 1 (31:51):
So honest, it's not just that like let's see she
sent me which one is this one? Like I'll pull
up that list real quick, prancing through his living.
Speaker 8 (32:06):
Jack, give your kid Joe dam and work out working
out there.
Speaker 3 (32:16):
There's that there's like Little John's on there. I don't know,
there's like a whole bunch of stuff.
Speaker 5 (32:32):
And so it's like, what.
Speaker 1 (32:35):
What do you do when you listen to these songs
by yourself? Uh So I don't care moves, dude, this
is it's one hundred percent cardio. I'm not going for form.
I'm not going for anything else except for what do
you mean how canna go to a dance class with
no form? Dude, you gotta call it class what you learned? Yeah,
(32:59):
I know how to move my body to a rhythm
and a beat, but I need to make sure I
know everything else, and that's what the class is for.
I can't work facts facts. I'm pretty sure everyone on
this panel has seen my ass.
Speaker 5 (33:17):
I'm pretty sure everyone who's listening or watching needs you
to prove it.
Speaker 1 (33:22):
Maybe after my first or second class, I need to
raise my confidence a little bit.
Speaker 8 (33:29):
You know.
Speaker 1 (33:29):
It is taking a shot during quarantine, that's for sure.
Speaker 5 (33:32):
Yeah, there you go. Miss tequila here will get you
all looped up.
Speaker 1 (33:39):
So whenever we do my final exam for our classes,
we're just gonna take shots and start dancing. Okay, I mean.
Speaker 5 (33:46):
Tequila makes me dance to everyone's mom So, I mean
tequila makes me dance with.
Speaker 1 (33:55):
Moms IDs regardless about.
Speaker 5 (34:04):
At least I have an excuse.
Speaker 1 (34:06):
No, I'm the same way. I'm just I'm unleashed with
that with tequila.
Speaker 5 (34:11):
No, I used to that was the thing, that was the.
Speaker 7 (34:13):
Thing, was my excess mom used to know that if
I if I had enough tequila and me I would
dance with her, she'd give me. She knew yes, so
she would get me hammered up patterned because she knew
she could bring me out and dance with her.
Speaker 1 (34:30):
Yeah, there was whatever. I'm actually a big twisted tea. Now,
I really like how this tastes there.
Speaker 5 (34:35):
You go, imagine how hash on someone's face.
Speaker 1 (34:42):
I just feels just across the.
Speaker 8 (34:44):
Places what you would do for a twisted tea.
Speaker 1 (34:51):
I do a lot of weird ship exactly. So how
how would people want to, like, I guess, get in
contact with you if they do want to take classes
or inquire some more stuff about like what you teach.
You kind of touched on what we were gonna cover,
like what are your areas of expertise?
Speaker 5 (35:12):
I guess, So bye, We're.
Speaker 8 (35:16):
Doing a bit. I have a few little things doing
on my own projects that I'm doing. I have a
ladies team that I'm working on, which is Afro Cuban Teams.
So basically we work on isolations and a lot of
fundamentals of like more of a what you would call
bad history on CELSUS.
Speaker 4 (35:34):
So it's not so much we're going to.
Speaker 8 (35:36):
Dance and perform, but it's more formations and how to
move your body and really old school movements and styles
that were kind of created and now what modern day
salsa is now. So I started that with a few
ladies have been so great. I started a fitness I'm
started a fitness program with my studio which is going
to be kind of like a thirty day challenge situation
(35:57):
where we would do cardio something like us by Jazzy Fit,
and then we like, uh, like your own kind of
workouts that you do at home, and then we kind
of check in, you know, after each week, and then
we kind of give a price. And then I started
my own group classes and I'm working on doing my
bringing back I don't know if you knew about that
I did it while back and doing the Jazzy Fit
(36:18):
that I had.
Speaker 4 (36:19):
It's going to be a combination of like Salsa.
Speaker 8 (36:22):
Fit and jazz.
Speaker 4 (36:22):
So so I'm working on a few projects, but personally,
I have a lot of my own little gigs that
are happening. So I'm very blessed and I'm kind of
continuing the little, the little jobs.
Speaker 5 (36:34):
That i have.
Speaker 8 (36:34):
So right now, I have the studio teaching classes. I'm
teaching twice a week privates. I have the fitness that
I'm doing, and a couple of little secret projects that
big projects that I have coming around. So everything right
now is just through Instagram. I haven't really focused on Facebook,
which I need to get back to. I have something
that's going to be helping me with that, but he's
helping me with my website, so right not everything's just
(36:54):
through Instagram. I realize that a lot of my clientele,
everything that I was doing kind of work right now
with that, so I'm kind of leaving it. I don't
want to mess with it. I'm gonna be safe with it.
But on Instagram right now.
Speaker 1 (37:04):
So are you on TikTok?
Speaker 5 (37:09):
I love TikTok te fun, TikTok's fun.
Speaker 4 (37:12):
Yeah, it does have to you know.
Speaker 8 (37:14):
I did it for that right in the beginning when
I first, like, you know, really kind of knew about it,
and then I was on it and I was like,
I need to get the fun off this or else
I'm never going to sleep.
Speaker 7 (37:22):
I spent an hour and a half last night lying
in bed watching TikTok's Yeah.
Speaker 4 (37:28):
Send them to myself.
Speaker 1 (37:30):
I want this.
Speaker 7 (37:30):
I need to learn this, oh you, That's what I
love about the I'm about to sound all old, but TikTok.
That's what I love about TikTok is like is the
algorithm is so, it's so it's just so specific to you.
Speaker 1 (37:48):
So mine, mine is is out there. If anybody ever
checked my phone and went on my tech not safe
for work tiktoks, yeah, I mean I felt you, step bro,
I fell into uh that's what reddits for. I fell
in and you couldn't get out. I found a weird
(38:11):
rabbit hole of like cartel tiktoks.
Speaker 8 (38:16):
Okay, So I guess in the beginning when you sign
up for your TikTok, when you sign up for the
account and ask him like what your infest are some crazy?
Speaker 1 (38:23):
No no no, no, no no no no. Here's the
thing is. And my me and my friend Steve, Who's
Who's Who's the coast of Hit the MIC's uh hit
the Mix with Ryandy. That's my other podcast, shout Out
Hit the Mike's Brandy uh Patreon dot conflict, Hit the
Mike's Brandy uh uh, And we always send stuff back
and forth to each other. So like he fucking he
(38:44):
wound up being in a weird. He got into like
federally and and like cartel ship. So he started sending
me ship. And since since I would watch them all
the way through and like them, they all shown up
at my fucking feed, and so like I'm like, so
I got I got into like this, I got this
weird realm of like drug trafficking and stuff, and I
was like, oh my god, I just started drugs drug trafficking.
(39:07):
I mean, I'm not the one.
Speaker 5 (39:10):
Posting and I'm just watching them.
Speaker 1 (39:13):
Now. I'm chop yeah, chopo. But I just wanted tiktoks
is now rock. You know what I started.
Speaker 8 (39:31):
I've had a brilliant thought. Next time, the next time
we get back on this, I get back on this,
Garrett will have a TikTok account with all his new
dances that he's learned.
Speaker 1 (39:42):
I'll get on this.
Speaker 5 (39:43):
I'll get on this TikTok train. I'm down.
Speaker 7 (39:48):
I I've been trying to do some TikTok really yeah,
well but I like comedy, like got it.
Speaker 5 (39:56):
Yeah, So.
Speaker 7 (39:59):
I just saved a bunch of last night of like
some I wanted a duet or uh or or like
respond to because.
Speaker 1 (40:05):
A lot of them are just actually you know what,
you know what speaking of TikTok, this is this is
a fucking great conversation we can have right now. I'm
so fucking tired of like all these really hot chicks
like just like being like I'm so single and like
and they're on TikTok and they're and they're just like
they're just like, is there is any guy decent these days?
Speaker 5 (40:24):
And it's like just go outside.
Speaker 4 (40:28):
They have like over one hundred million, one hundred million followers.
Speaker 1 (40:32):
Like seriously, well, one person, come and cuddle with me, Like,
are you fucking kidding me?
Speaker 5 (40:37):
Like a like a million people would do that right now,
Like what do you talk? Why are you doing? Does
this actually even worse than.
Speaker 1 (40:46):
They build a following that way and then get the money.
Speaker 5 (40:51):
I'm like, you know what I would do to fucking
hang out with somebody like you, like, are you fucking serious?
Right now?
Speaker 1 (40:56):
Yes, they do, which is why they.
Speaker 8 (41:01):
Conversation we were having earlier about wanting to be with
somebody up here exactly.
Speaker 1 (41:08):
But we want to be we want to we don't
want to be sims, but we definitely want to reach.
But that's like, but it's like what kind of fun
turg are you hanging out with that, like can't even
you know, like why do guys do this?
Speaker 5 (41:22):
And it's like, no one does that. I don't know
anybody that does that.
Speaker 8 (41:26):
Like times are weird these days you're.
Speaker 5 (41:32):
Hanging out with or like well I saw that.
Speaker 1 (41:35):
It's like there's another one that was like, oh, millennials,
why don't you tell us, like the most annoying thing
about dating, how about fucking you have to go outside?
Speaker 5 (41:43):
We can't be outside anymore. That's the most annoying thing.
Speaker 1 (41:48):
I can't even catch a date because everything's closed and
everyone's terrified to go anywhere. And then not only that,
I my fucking best quality is conversation. So if you're
fucking fwiping right on this face, then there's something wrong
with you.
Speaker 4 (42:04):
I know.
Speaker 5 (42:04):
I'm just kidding.
Speaker 1 (42:05):
I don't know, I don't know.
Speaker 5 (42:06):
I'm sorry, I'm projecting a bit a little. I'm just like,
you're all so beautiful, Like why are you? Why are you?
Why are you thirst trapping everybody on your part of
the job.
Speaker 4 (42:23):
That's how that's how it attracts. You know, you're gonna
you gotta give him a little.
Speaker 5 (42:26):
Bit of like some I'm so bad, are you?
Speaker 1 (42:31):
First? Trapping? Are you thirst trapping on TikTok?
Speaker 5 (42:36):
Their dances? He finishes with dance and then turns out.
It's like, now what man wouldn't want that?
Speaker 3 (42:41):
Right?
Speaker 8 (42:44):
Come get me right?
Speaker 5 (42:45):
Yeah? I just want to hang out and watch the
Mandalorian right fun.
Speaker 8 (42:52):
But you know you're right, there's a lot of really
beautiful women on this TikTok thing. But you know what again,
don't forget there's a lot of filters on that app
you now, and.
Speaker 1 (43:02):
About that I'm talking to, are you first trapping?
Speaker 5 (43:04):
Treman?
Speaker 1 (43:09):
I just killing?
Speaker 5 (43:13):
Just just.
Speaker 1 (43:15):
Are you trapping?
Speaker 8 (43:23):
She's cute?
Speaker 1 (43:24):
Yeah, it isn't I.
Speaker 5 (43:27):
Know that is.
Speaker 1 (43:30):
There's just dots and people on here.
Speaker 4 (43:31):
Now.
Speaker 5 (43:31):
Damn dude, what the turned into? Gotcha fucking media? Right now?
Speaker 1 (43:38):
I have the ability to pull up the Internet and
so I use it my first trap for fucking stupid videos. Yeah,
Like like, I have a TikTok and this is this
is all I have going for me?
Speaker 8 (43:51):
Right now?
Speaker 1 (43:59):
Are you when you can outside? I separate the bottle?
Speaker 3 (44:05):
Nice?
Speaker 1 (44:06):
I got three? The other one maybe a boy?
Speaker 5 (44:09):
Look at mine? Look at the one I just did today?
Where's MiNet?
Speaker 1 (44:12):
I don't even know?
Speaker 5 (44:13):
Follow me on TikTok, You fucking asshole?
Speaker 1 (44:15):
Do you follow me? Asshole?
Speaker 5 (44:18):
Follow back?
Speaker 1 (44:19):
I'll follow, follow, follow, fall follow fall. Uh, what's your thing?
Speaker 5 (44:24):
It's the same as my Instagram, the same as there.
It's right under my face.
Speaker 1 (44:34):
I have a confession to make.
Speaker 5 (44:38):
You are on take, you fucking ass I knew it.
Speaker 1 (44:45):
Created like two weeks ago. All right, I'm following you
around you better of course, Jasmine? What what's your what's
your TikTok? Like play? I'll following ticktack first one.
Speaker 8 (44:57):
I'm really at this.
Speaker 1 (44:59):
My chat with it checked out. Jazz j Z Jazz
Jazzy Jazz.
Speaker 4 (45:04):
Jay Z Jazz j A y z jazz.
Speaker 1 (45:08):
Fuck?
Speaker 5 (45:09):
What what happened?
Speaker 1 (45:13):
Everybody who stopped his twisted tea jay z Jazz j
A y yeah z e e oh oh it's weird.
Speaker 8 (45:25):
I had created another account and like somebody a couple
of months ago would tried to use it.
Speaker 1 (45:31):
Are we finish trapping jazz? Is that what we're doing? Yeah? No,
Now we're all following each other. Cool? My god, this
(45:53):
is Ryan Ryan. Ryan really wanted I want to see
this one.
Speaker 5 (45:58):
He's getting laid.
Speaker 1 (45:59):
More than you right now.
Speaker 5 (46:09):
The gathering Kate blanket. Yeah, he's getting laid more.
Speaker 1 (46:13):
Than you right now. It's true. He probably is.
Speaker 5 (46:15):
Yeah, yeah, that was.
Speaker 1 (46:23):
What she was saying, Like, yes, somebody, I don't know
how I have two accounts.
Speaker 5 (46:26):
I don't know how.
Speaker 4 (46:27):
Yeah, it's so weird.
Speaker 8 (46:28):
And I what.
Speaker 5 (46:31):
You probably signed.
Speaker 7 (46:32):
You probably signed on or to like check out a video,
you like signed it on your Google account and then
made your own account.
Speaker 4 (46:38):
Yeah, and I lost a lot of ship it's so weird.
Speaker 5 (46:41):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (46:41):
So like the one, the one that I have right
here is like Garrett underscore amily, which is where you
can follow me everywhere except TikTok which is actually just
Garrett am Lee. I think, let me double check it's
the same one as your the one you have here. No, okay,
so so this one is is Garrett am Lee, but
it also is Garrett under am I don't know. This
is weird. Is the one that you should follow?
Speaker 8 (47:04):
Right?
Speaker 5 (47:05):
Did you miss the fact that Ricky just said he
has a TikTok.
Speaker 4 (47:10):
Rill?
Speaker 1 (47:15):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (47:17):
I just did it right now, you dick face.
Speaker 8 (47:19):
Right at the beginning of the follow me, I don't
see you.
Speaker 1 (47:22):
I followed you. Oh you guys, I follow the wrong one.
Whatever I do, I'll do later. I gotta find it
either way.
Speaker 5 (47:30):
Did I follow the wrong one?
Speaker 1 (47:31):
Uh? Yeah, but that's the one that I followed you
guys with, because that's what's for some reason, that's the
one that I'm logged into on my computer, but on
my phone whatever.
Speaker 8 (47:38):
And this is where random.
Speaker 5 (47:40):
I'm not going to follow Ricky back, just that a principle.
Speaker 8 (47:43):
Ricky, I can't find you. Tell you where are you at?
Speaker 6 (47:46):
Uh well, it's basically my name, but it's just got
one more space under right before body.
Speaker 1 (47:54):
Space underscore underscore t Yeah, so two underscores, big body
underscore under score Bugatti for.
Speaker 5 (48:05):
I'm very upset with.
Speaker 1 (48:06):
You because he lied to me just right at the
beginning of this episode. I was like, right before we started,
I was like, yo, on TikTok. He's like, I don't
go on TikTok. There's a secret of cant bro ship.
Speaker 4 (48:22):
Dude, Wait are you with the SpongeBob?
Speaker 1 (48:26):
No? No, mine's a cat a cat. Yeah, it's a
fat cat. This is great audio. Right, That's what I
was going to say. All right, this.
Speaker 5 (48:39):
Follow me back.
Speaker 4 (48:40):
I can't find you, so find me.
Speaker 1 (48:42):
Yes, we're gonna be all TikTok friends. Red Dance Dance
and work out after we take some classes. Uh, you
and I are going to put a TikTok dance out. Yeah.
Speaker 8 (48:53):
Well that's what I do with my new students, and
when they let me, I'll do it. I do it.
Speaker 5 (48:57):
I'll do a TikTok dance.
Speaker 1 (48:59):
Yes, who do the truffle shuffle?
Speaker 4 (49:03):
I'm gonna send you this one, this one, the one
that we should all do.
Speaker 1 (49:06):
I'm gonna send you. Okay, cool, Now let's get back
to the show real quick, right moment from our TikTok break. Yeah,
so I know you do have a heart out in
(49:27):
like five minutes, you said, Jez.
Speaker 4 (49:28):
Correct.
Speaker 1 (49:29):
Cool, So let's make sure that we just touch on
anything else before we let you head out there.
Speaker 5 (49:35):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (49:36):
So, I, like I said, I teach two classes a week.
Starting next week, I have my Monday night class, which
is assaulta on two open for urban level and men
and women are welcome. We have classes on Mondays as well,
Salsa class, bring your own partner situation.
Speaker 4 (49:51):
We teach about the class as well.
Speaker 8 (49:54):
And then I'm teaching this new style called.
Speaker 4 (49:57):
Ship hop.
Speaker 8 (49:59):
And I have a couple friends that I've been organizing
this with, so it's gonna be something fun. Be on
the lookout. I have a few projects working out, get
thrown projects something Spanish ship hop, basically concept videos that
I have done.
Speaker 5 (50:15):
So and slowly.
Speaker 4 (50:16):
Like I said, I started a fitness program.
Speaker 8 (50:19):
I'll put it on my Instagram. I've started in February
for a month. It's gonna be a challenge. It's going
to be one hundred dollars. It's going to be two
classes a week. So what is two four, six eight
classes for one hundred bucks? So it comes out to
like twelve eleven dollars a class. Provide all the workout products,
and I give you guys a nice little playlist and
you guys kind of work it out. And at the
(50:40):
end of the day, whoever, when the challenge gets to
hang out with me?
Speaker 1 (50:46):
Is that what I have to do for a day
that the Ryan's gonna do that? Apparently?
Speaker 4 (50:52):
Well, you know what you can drink?
Speaker 1 (50:54):
That's it?
Speaker 8 (50:55):
Just tequila?
Speaker 1 (50:56):
What what tequila do you want? Do you want.
Speaker 8 (51:00):
Anything that I will take?
Speaker 1 (51:03):
Not?
Speaker 8 (51:03):
Well, not anything, you know. Obviously. In nineteen forty two is.
Speaker 1 (51:09):
A month that I kept my trunk the entire time.
That's the best.
Speaker 8 (51:16):
Yeah, and just you know, just let let your friends
know what we're doing and what I'm doing, and let
them know whoever's walking if you want to bring Ryan
and Ricky to a class one of these days so
you don't feel so awkward.
Speaker 1 (51:25):
My same room as Ryan and Ricky for like months,
He's going to feel extra awkward if I go, you know, a.
Speaker 8 (51:34):
Couple of dances. So it's been It's gonna be a
good thing.
Speaker 5 (51:36):
You know.
Speaker 8 (51:36):
We started the new year strong and we wish for
the best. And I know this pandemic and everybody's kind
of weird about being out. So what everybody re respecting
everybody's face and time and whatever it is. But you
got to continue staying healthy and keep your soul going.
You know, I was looking the studio, isn't I'm sorry?
Speaker 1 (51:55):
Oh, so where is it located?
Speaker 8 (51:56):
We have two studios.
Speaker 4 (51:57):
The one is called Sohole Dance La.
Speaker 8 (52:00):
It's the first one is in Sherman Oaks, right off
the Torah, and the other one is on Partner in
West La Westwood, both very big locations.
Speaker 4 (52:12):
He's probably one of the only big studios that I
still open.
Speaker 8 (52:14):
A lot of the necessary a lot of big name
you know, besides Millennium, but like DeBie Reynolds, a lot
of big fusion movement lifestyle, a lot of students closed down,
so we've had we've been blessed and still moving forward.
Speaker 1 (52:26):
So yeah, that's great. Actually, yeah it's great, I think.
So for online classes and stuff like that, why are
you are you open to taking people that are like abroad,
different states, different places and stuff like that.
Speaker 4 (52:38):
Of course, always and forever definitely, that's that's been the
new thing. So I started with a few moms just
recently and a couple of couples, so that's how it's going.
Speaker 8 (52:48):
You know, we just kind of played off, but anyone anytime,
and obviously I know times are hard on the boulevards,
so I work with people's time in price. So it's
not about I mean, as it is always you know,
it's about surviving and you know how we can make
it happen. But I'd rather keep working doing my thing
and dancing and providing my service to others.
Speaker 1 (53:06):
So I'm here awesome. And how do they contact you
if they want to?
Speaker 8 (53:10):
My Instagram? There's my email that's on there on my Instagram.
Everything I do through email because I have another person
who helps.
Speaker 5 (53:16):
Me with that.
Speaker 8 (53:16):
So uh see that me and him kind of going
back and forth throughout, but all through email personally right now.
Speaker 1 (53:22):
So cool, And then I'm just gonna go ahead and
for people put that on the screen right now. You
can see right there at j Z Jazz.
Speaker 5 (53:32):
Just photo that.
Speaker 4 (53:33):
Middle photo I'm asking for. I'm Thursday.
Speaker 8 (53:35):
Huh, I.
Speaker 1 (53:39):
Don't know what you're talking about. I mean heels on
the beach. Oh wait, that's on a roof. Wow, the
roof is on fire.
Speaker 8 (53:48):
The roof is on fire.
Speaker 5 (53:50):
Talk about tan lines right on those boot leggings.
Speaker 1 (53:53):
She works hard for her money, you know, and all
the power to you absolutely, so yeah, you can follow
her are there and then you can contact her. All
of her stuff is right here and you can follow
me everywhere.
Speaker 5 (54:09):
Why All right?
Speaker 1 (54:17):
So it was really fun talking not the wrong button
and getting to uh, you know, see you on the
podcast again. Even though Ryan doesn't remember the first time
we we just established we were all drunk.
Speaker 4 (54:28):
Yeah, but I remember.
Speaker 1 (54:32):
All. I'm never gonna forget this.
Speaker 4 (54:33):
Now, you know, Like I got, I was like Garrett
was like, what do you want? Blah blah blah.
Speaker 5 (54:39):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (54:39):
I think we even went.
Speaker 8 (54:40):
Didn't we go eat a Korean barbecue?
Speaker 4 (54:41):
Some stupid ship? Tell me all fucked up.
Speaker 1 (54:44):
Yeah, we can get drunk, we get we can go
have food, we can do whatever the fuck you want.
That's the fun times. Well, we are very much.
Speaker 5 (54:54):
Trying to get foret I won't forget this one.
Speaker 1 (54:59):
About it in his diary.
Speaker 5 (55:01):
I'm gonna write about it my dad.
Speaker 8 (55:05):
Well, thank you for having me, and I'll speak to
you guys all soon and I'll see you guys on TikTok.
Speaker 1 (55:10):
Absolutely, we'll talk later about the classes and everything else.
Speaker 8 (55:14):
I'll see you this weekend. And you guys, bless your
souls and your family, be safe and happy one.
Speaker 1 (55:21):
Thanks man, thanks for coming on, Thank.
Speaker 8 (55:23):
You for having me. Bye, Garrett, appreciate you child.
Speaker 1 (55:26):
Bye.
Speaker 4 (55:27):
All right, how do I sign out though?
Speaker 8 (55:29):
Oh? Leave studio?
Speaker 1 (55:30):
Got all nice chimes with everybody. Yeah, super super awesome person.
Like uh yeah, she's one of the few people that
I know that's really just like going hard.
Speaker 5 (55:53):
I really don't know why. I don't I feel bad,
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (55:56):
I honestly don't know.
Speaker 5 (55:57):
I don't remember at all.
Speaker 1 (55:59):
Yeah, I just love that she's she's really doing, you know,
her best as an artist during the pandemic, which is
probably one of the hardest things for any of us,
you know, fucked up and it's hard to stay motivated,
especially like I think, and she mentioned that she's seems
to be powering through it, which is great. Just like, man,
I've had days and days and days where I'm like
(56:20):
fuck and like everyone, well, I have friends that keep
telling me like.
Speaker 5 (56:24):
Oh, you should doing TikTok, like you fucking killed and
I'm like, no one watches any of my ship no
matter what that I put.
Speaker 1 (56:31):
I'm like, you know, the last one I got like
thousands of views on TikTok was when I was when
I when I was actually trying.
Speaker 5 (56:36):
To be sober for like a month. It was like
day twelve skating sober and then and that was and.
Speaker 1 (56:42):
That was the one that got like, well, keep going
through it like you got all And I'm like, you
guys don't understand.
Speaker 5 (56:47):
I'm gonna get fucked up as soon as I'm done
with this month.
Speaker 1 (56:49):
Like I well, that's people want to participate in stuff,
and so that's just it's a thing that I haven't
gotten into. But it's just like people want to be
part of a community. So when they hear something like oh,
doing something sober, then you do get a lot of
people that are trying to get behind you. If that's like,
I know, I need asshole?
Speaker 5 (57:06):
They like true, honestly, like it was, it was it
was nice, but I'm just like, you know, I was
like thanks, thanks guys, you know whatever.
Speaker 7 (57:15):
But but that was the one I got the most
hits on, and I was like, yea, And it was
just like, actually, one of the one of the guys
I thought was pretty cool, one of he goes, he
goes more steeze than most of these fucking kids I
see on TikTok And I was.
Speaker 1 (57:27):
Like, yeah, dude, good jobs. So Ricky, what do you
put on TikTok? You just do dances all day? Oh?
Speaker 5 (57:36):
He just made an account.
Speaker 1 (57:37):
Yeah there's trap. Yeah.
Speaker 5 (57:43):
I was gonna say this earlier. You know who Logic is?
Speaker 8 (57:47):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (57:48):
I thought I heard the name. Yeah, Logic is you.
Speaker 5 (57:51):
Of all people, I thought you would for sure know
who Logic is?
Speaker 1 (57:55):
His name, But yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 5 (57:58):
Really, you're looking very logic today.
Speaker 1 (58:00):
Yeah you are. I am. I don't know if you
want the show off. It looks like I'll pull up
a thing right now. Actually, but uh, you want to
take you off your hat and show us what you did?
Speaker 5 (58:14):
Yeah, you shaved your bust your head. Oh my god,
he did it.
Speaker 1 (58:19):
That's about the last uh yeah, about the last week. Yeah,
I did it. Actually, well I should say I did it.
Speaker 5 (58:26):
And you buss the beard too, So it's talk going
to grow together.
Speaker 1 (58:28):
You'll look you know, you know it doesn't look yeah, yeah, exactly, yeah, yeah,
it's logic. It's okay, rounder glasses.
Speaker 5 (58:41):
I mean you're looking very I mean you don't know. Well,
you do have the chin too, I think.
Speaker 7 (58:49):
Uh well for somebody who's I didn't, I thought you
for sure you would be on logic ship right now.
But uh check him out. Great great hip hop artists,
great wrapper okay checking yeah, storyteller type guy.
Speaker 1 (59:07):
Yeah, okay, okay, all right, so we're gonna move ahead
with the podcast. But you guys I have already been twisted,
but not enough Sonny again into the drink. Nice So
uh Randy Ricky talk about some ship.
Speaker 5 (59:28):
You got this? So that dude, how are you we
always do this step out I was talking about I
was talking about you.
Speaker 1 (59:42):
Earlier. Hobby called me, okay and he just wanted to chat,
you know, and he was talking about he's dating this
new girl and uh well not specifically you, but like
you in just stained right. So because he goes, uh,
he goes, yeah, I have this this like friend that
I've had forever and and and my girlfriend went through
(01:00:04):
my phone and she goes, oh, who's Christina And she's like,
I told you, And he goes, oh, I told you
about her. She's my friend that lives in in uh
in Hawaii and I guess they were texting on New
Year's and she goes and she says, uh, she goes,
you know, Happy New Year, and he texts back Happy
New Year, darling. And so his girlfriend was like mad
(01:00:26):
about that, right, and uh and I go.
Speaker 5 (01:00:29):
I go flags bro Flags, And I was like, well, yeah.
Speaker 7 (01:00:37):
Because because you know, and I know, I know you
never had a problem with any of this, but like,
you know, like the way the way Garrett and I
would talk to Justine, you know, and like I used
to it's like, you know, back when we were all
hanging out and ship, I'd be like, but yeah, let me,
you know, give me another peer, sweetheart, you know what
I mean. Like, and it's it wasn't didn't mean anything,
It just was you know what I mean, Like, it
(01:00:59):
wasn't like a nickname you know, so, like, you know,
and she'd be texting me whatever and she's saying, oh,
you know, you know, you know, worried about you hunt
or something like that, right, you know, but you know
that's what he was saying.
Speaker 1 (01:01:10):
He's like, well, why do you guys got nicknames for
each other? And I was like, dude, I went through
the same fucking thing. I was like, I was like,
get out, get out now.
Speaker 5 (01:01:20):
It's not gonna work.
Speaker 1 (01:01:21):
It's just not Yeah. Definitely feels like.
Speaker 5 (01:01:24):
A huh, who are we talking about?
Speaker 1 (01:01:32):
You know, you guys know Hobby, but you don't know
him that well. But yes, he's been seeing this new
chick and maybe they be hanging a lot. But he
called me. I just wanted to pause and just say
what I'm drinking now. So while I was at at
the store and I found the twisted tea to get twisted,
I also found something else that I've never tried before,
but we had been talking about it recently. Uh, we
had been talking about the celtzers. Couldn't find those, but
(01:01:52):
I'd want these, And now I know why I never
tried it.
Speaker 5 (01:01:58):
Oh for Loco gold gold? What does that mean?
Speaker 1 (01:02:05):
Yeah? What does that even mean? I tried it, and
I'm like, I don't know what this tastes like. It's
fourteen percent alcohol, twenty four ounces, and it tastes like
a fucking It tastes like a red bull. To be honest,
it looks like horrible piss. It's artificial caramel color. Which
(01:02:27):
is it tastes like the artificial caramel. I don't get it.
Don't do it for wild but now I know.
Speaker 5 (01:02:37):
But anyway, yeah, that's what I'm but like, I don't know.
Speaker 1 (01:02:41):
I want to look at that.
Speaker 7 (01:02:46):
I'm one of those people that's like I can see
it I continue bothering somebody, right, do you over.
Speaker 1 (01:02:54):
Here, Sam, just throw that ship in the garbage. Garrett,
Uh no, I don't waste alcohol. Y. I drink it
really fast. If it tastes bad, that's it.
Speaker 7 (01:03:09):
Yeah, so we'll lose you within thirty minutes. Yeah, but anyway,
can I continue?
Speaker 1 (01:03:19):
Yes, you may.
Speaker 7 (01:03:21):
I was say, that's that's one of those things where
like I remember having a conversation about it and then
and then it's like, okay, I can see that that
bothers you, like, all right, like I'll stop doing.
Speaker 5 (01:03:32):
It, you know, But then it's just.
Speaker 7 (01:03:37):
It's not enough it's always going to be a problem,
you know, Like no matter what what, no matter how
much you try and like bend to their rules, they're
always going to have a problem with you just having
a like an interaction with that person, you know.
Speaker 1 (01:03:53):
M hm.
Speaker 7 (01:03:54):
So I don't know, we'll see what happens. It already
he likes this girl and they've been doing a lot
of things, but I don't think he likes her that much.
Speaker 5 (01:04:01):
I already know there's a fucking time living on it.
Speaker 3 (01:04:06):
You know.
Speaker 1 (01:04:07):
I don't know about that. And in my own experience,
people don't give a fuck about you know, what other
people advice is about. But it's it's it's not good.
He's not gonna listen.
Speaker 5 (01:04:18):
He's not gonna listen, and it's gonna crash and burn
and he's gonna be all but hurt.
Speaker 1 (01:04:21):
But uh, you know whatever, I I fully I get
where he's at because I've done it to myself so
many times, you know. Yeah, granted I've I've come out
well much wiser now, Like I really don't like, I
pray to God.
Speaker 5 (01:04:40):
That I don't fucking Ryandy the wise everyone, But you
know what.
Speaker 7 (01:04:46):
I'm talking about, right, Like, i I've I've learned my
lesson finally, I just I'm not gonna let something like
once I see some ship like that, it's over.
Speaker 5 (01:04:55):
We can't you know, we can't. We can't make this work.
There's just no possible way, you.
Speaker 7 (01:05:00):
Know, And I know that I already know that, and
which is why I'm so cutthroat in my dating life now.
Speaker 1 (01:05:04):
You know, it's just like it is the first time
I've ever heard that phrase attribute to that croat when
it comes.
Speaker 5 (01:05:12):
To I really am, and it's unfortunate.
Speaker 1 (01:05:15):
But like, you know, look, I love company and I
love hanging out with women, but but like when it
comes to it to a certain certain point, it's like
I can't I already know the behavior, and then I'm like,
this isn't going You've already You've already shown me everything
I already know, and I can't fucking I can't fuck
with you anymore.
Speaker 5 (01:05:34):
Yeah makes sense, Yeah, dude.
Speaker 1 (01:05:39):
I've I spent I spent seven six six years trying
to figure.
Speaker 7 (01:05:43):
Out what I was doing wrong and then and then
realized I wasn't doing anything wrong. But I mean, look, listen,
I understood, like I know, I'm fucking I'm exaggerating.
Speaker 8 (01:05:58):
I did.
Speaker 5 (01:05:58):
There was There's plenty I was doing wrong, but like
it took me six years to figure out I was
not wrong at all.
Speaker 1 (01:06:07):
No, I'm talking about like in a relationship. I'm not
saying like I'm talking about like a relationship where like
I know what you're I know you're saying. There's a
lot of things that were coming at me that weren't
necessarily my fault. It was just a direct thing of like, okay,
so you I know what you're saying. So to simplify it,
just to make sure everyone's on the same page, it's like, uh, oh,
(01:06:28):
why is she treating me this way? What have I done?
Type of mentality when when you and so when I
as their own things and so yeah and so like
so and I've I've talked to you guys about this before,
you know, for what it's worth, like that that relationship
really taught me a lot about myself and uh and
(01:06:48):
and uh and how to be more patient and fucking
like and and really just be a little more self aware.
Speaker 5 (01:06:56):
So so now like when I mean now.
Speaker 1 (01:06:59):
Now, when I when I when I you know, got
with anybody and hang around with anybody, it's like all
that stuff, all that stuff I'm completely aware of, and
it's it's it's a sick way.
Speaker 5 (01:07:10):
It's what I'm looking for, almost like where's the ship?
Where's the crazy? You know, where is it?
Speaker 1 (01:07:15):
Where is it?
Speaker 5 (01:07:15):
I'm waiting for it.
Speaker 7 (01:07:16):
I'm waiting for you to fuck up and and you know,
scream at me for talking to a bartender for too
fucking long, you know, like, where is it? I'm waiting
and then and then and then it always happens always,
I mean, it's like it's always. Look, I don't know, man,
I I and I'm willing to and I'm willing to
work with certain things. Look, we the person I was
with earlier this or earlier last year, I was willing
(01:07:37):
to work with a lot of stuff, and uh and
and knowing, knowing that these things were flags. I knew
this relationship was only going to end because of her,
and I knew that going into it.
Speaker 5 (01:07:53):
I already knew that. I was like, there's not but
so I was like, but I but I was like,
I'm hoping you.
Speaker 1 (01:07:58):
Can see things my way by the time we're we're
at you know, at any you know what I mean.
Speaker 5 (01:08:05):
Like, I was hoping we can get to an understanding.
Speaker 1 (01:08:07):
At some point, Okay, I see where you're coming from,
and and and I do kind of want to just
move on from this cause it's not really like the
podcast these type of thing, But like in my experience,
it's always not necessarily been like I know you're wrong,
I know I'm right. Hopefully you'll see it my way,
but we want to be on the same page as well.
Speaker 5 (01:08:26):
And I never thought I was right.
Speaker 1 (01:08:28):
I always what I was what I'm what I'm trying
to say is is there's there's a you know, there
has to be some sort of balance. Yeah, and I'm
always willing to compromise and and understand where you're coming from.
But the problem is most well Sheep particularly and a
few in the past, that I just don't want to
put that into any sort of perspective. They they're just
(01:08:50):
this is how it is, and if you don't like it,
you can go on, you know. And it's like for me,
I'm like, yeah, but that's not how life works. Like
like you understand I've done all these things to change
for you, or at least like understand where you're coming
from and understand that that that what I've done upsets you.
And I'm trying to fix that, Like, could you at
(01:09:10):
least fucking.
Speaker 5 (01:09:11):
Meet me halfway? That's what I'm trying to say.
Speaker 1 (01:09:14):
That's yeah, absolutely, that's being on the same page, compromise.
It's all part of the look. I know, I'm no
fucking jem I know that, and and like and I
but I know where I fall short. But I know
where I fall I know where I fall short.
Speaker 7 (01:09:29):
And that's the problem with a lot of these these
these women that that I've dated, is like they're they
will not admit that they're wrong or that or that
or or even you know, they just they think I
should be fully attentive to their to the to their
shortcomings and have to just like adapt to that to
(01:09:50):
where it's like, oh wait a minute, that's unfair. And
then that's where I get in trouble.
Speaker 1 (01:09:56):
Yeah, I hear, I can see that. It's gotta keep
tucking on. Maybe there's somebody out there for you, bro,
there is same with me. Just she's probably not gonna
just walk into my house, that's yeah, exactly. Yeah, So
what do we do do we just like do we
start picking holes of the underground? Where do we fucking go?
(01:10:18):
I can't answer that on this podcast because it'll take
a while, but we'll move forward and then and then
I'll talk to you about that off camera or at
least off off the show.
Speaker 5 (01:10:28):
I need more beer, and I gotta pee again. Start
your song.
Speaker 1 (01:10:35):
The more you know. All right, guys, Ryandy is gonna
take another pee break. We're actually gonna geto some story ship.
So I know it's been a while her actually, you
know what, just because I don't really have so let's
just do this. There's not been a ton of entertainment news.
(01:10:57):
We're in the very beginning of the new year, which
hopefully you guys are doing great. You guys are doing
working on yourselves, working on the year, making it better,
just for yourselves as.
Speaker 5 (01:11:10):
Far as news go, like, the major thing was literally
literally that.
Speaker 1 (01:11:16):
Los Angeles filming has been put on pause the mid
latest coronavirus casers. So that means we're not doing well,
you guys, We're really really not. It's you know, all
a lot of filming has been put on whole has
been all this shit because the pandemic is raging on.
And I know Ricky and I both feel very ptrongly
(01:11:37):
about why it is continuing to rage on. But that's
neither here nor there in the sense that it's not
going to change anything, and that's probably the worst feeling
for me personally. It's just like screaming at screaming into
a void. You know, we're just about a year in.
(01:11:57):
We're already a year past COVID being a thing. But
for the United States, you know, come March lockdown, we'll
have had an entire year, and it's it's hard hard
to believe where we are. And so I guess, just
without going fully into it, it's just like it kind
of just sucks that some people seem to have actually
(01:12:19):
just made the decision to not and a pandemic, and
that's it. It sucks. You can't do anything about it.
Maybe you can help some of your friends see see
what their actions are doing. Maybe not. But all I
can do is wish you the best and and hope
that we eventually we'll get out of this, after we
(01:12:41):
get some vaccines and continue to wear masks and hopefully
can open up eventually. Minds back.
Speaker 11 (01:12:53):
So I'm not should we get to my story then, Microsoft,
Nintendo Andazation.
Speaker 6 (01:13:06):
It's actually a really big expo right now for video
games called three found system.
Speaker 5 (01:13:14):
News. Goodbye.
Speaker 7 (01:13:19):
Sorry, I'm sorry, Ricky, but but I thought I thought
you were going to talk about the Batman thing that
I heard about that has been debunked.
Speaker 5 (01:13:26):
Oh okay, never mind then.
Speaker 1 (01:13:29):
But uh D in the chat has did remind me
because I did see this while while we were filming.
Speaker 5 (01:13:36):
That that was gonna bring up.
Speaker 1 (01:13:37):
But anyway, doctor dre is at Cedars Sinai Medical Center
in Los Angeles after severing a brain aneurysm. I don't
want to get too much into it, just because it's like,
I don't like bringing sad news or downer news onto
the show. That's why I was kind of hesitating on
talking about the whole COVID sheudnown like all the fucking
(01:13:58):
LA filming. But it's that's that's the thing. That's why
there's no real information. There's no entertainment news right now today. Completely,
We're never gonna get back to a real life until
people decide to stop being assholes and stop creating a
pen You're lit like, I'm not gonna get into it.
We're in a pandemic because people have chosen to keep
(01:14:18):
it that way, and that's it, straightforward. But yes, Andrey
suffered a brain aneurysm. We wish him well, we hope
he is going to recover and and feel good. As
someone who has had the equivalent of a slow brain
aneurysm before, it's not great, and hopefully he'll he'll bounce back.
Speaker 5 (01:14:40):
Do you think it's COVID related? Because I know that
it's like aneurysm.
Speaker 1 (01:14:43):
I I haven't looked into it. I can click on
it and see if there's usually saying that's possible alongside effect.
Speaker 7 (01:14:51):
Yeah, because I know the reason you lose taste and
smell as the side effect of COVID is because it's
because it's fucking.
Speaker 1 (01:15:00):
With your Yeah, absolutely, which is why as someone who
is relatively healthy, I have chosen to still not you know,
endanger myself by going out and and possibly contracting it
because we don't know any long lasting side effects, but
we do know that it's not going to be good.
(01:15:20):
You know, when when something goes around and fox with
your brain. Not great? Uh, So you know, stay safe,
wear a mask please.
Speaker 8 (01:15:31):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (01:15:31):
And of course all all of our thoughts go out
to my freedom bro okay, well far off all right?
Speaker 6 (01:15:52):
Unfortunately, the story I have is yeah, it's not uh,
it's not.
Speaker 1 (01:15:57):
Great news in fact, is probably really really bad. Bring on. Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:16:05):
So yeah, if you if you're feeling like you don't
want to hear some more bad is I don't know,
maybe you can turn off this now it's news.
Speaker 1 (01:16:13):
It is news, and we're not.
Speaker 5 (01:16:17):
We're the best news outlet out there. We're drunk and
we're honest.
Speaker 1 (01:16:23):
Yeah, we're What we're doing is we are reporting on
something that's not being reported on.
Speaker 8 (01:16:29):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:16:30):
Yeah, I mean there's like that's that was the weirdest
thing about this story is that, you know, I kind
of got snippets here and there, like you know, just
from what I've seen online.
Speaker 1 (01:16:38):
But now that like I really like dug into it to.
Speaker 6 (01:16:40):
Get like the information. It's just like, oh my god,
Like why is this not being like talked about everywhere?
Because it's pretty insane.
Speaker 1 (01:16:50):
I was gonna say, do you want to tell people
what I like?
Speaker 5 (01:16:52):
What it is?
Speaker 1 (01:16:54):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:16:55):
So there was a giant hack that's affecting over possibly
thousands of companies.
Speaker 8 (01:17:03):
Uh.
Speaker 6 (01:17:03):
These companies are in government, in the private sector, absolutely
everywhere that you know, uh, we it's this has just happened.
Well this we've just found out about it. Here in
December last month, in the beginning of it. But as sees,
you know, we've talked about stories before on hecks, and
(01:17:26):
you know, we don't really get the full scope of
it like when they first find it out, because you know,
it's if it's really big and it just overcompasses so
many different companies and things that you know, we don're
not especially for this. I mean, we're just not going
to find out all the information that of what's being
affected and and the you know, what's going to happen
after the aftermath, for probably for many months because of
(01:17:49):
how crazy this is.
Speaker 1 (01:17:52):
I'm trying to find this list. Okay, so here we go.
Speaker 6 (01:17:54):
So the currently list, the list of organizations that we
know we're hit is the years to Sartment of Treasury,
the US National Telecommunications and Information Administration, the US Department
of State, the National Institutes of Health, the US Department
of Homeland Security, the US Department of Energy, the US
National Nuclear Security Administration, which houses all the nukes straight up,
(01:18:16):
some of the states here in the US, like entire
government states, and the big companies being Microsoft and Cisco.
So let's get into some information. I'm gonna try to
keep it light because not like light as far as
like happy news, but just light as in there's going
to be so much like just tech related stuff that
like I know what I know a lot of people.
(01:18:39):
You know, it's really dense as far as like some
of the words that they use and things like it's
not easy to understand.
Speaker 1 (01:18:45):
Somebody, but this is uh, this is real bad. So
the company that that was hacked is they're called Solar
Winds and they are software companies.
Speaker 6 (01:18:59):
So a lot of these so a lot of the
places and organizations I just listed use this software. And
it's software that you use really just to like keep
an eye on all your servers and like you're basically
like back infrastructure like everything that kind of handles your
business and information that that's what the software was for,
was just keeping track of it and actually like just
(01:19:21):
a way because like you know, big companies have a
lot of servers, they have a lot of that infrastructure
in the back end that he houses their information and
all their important stuff that you know, it takes it
takes a lot of you know, you really need it's
like you know, I don't know how to like other
than like you know, in The Batman where Lucia's Fox
has all those TVs and things of the people.
Speaker 1 (01:19:42):
It's basically like that.
Speaker 6 (01:19:43):
You know, you need all that information if you have
a big, a big organization. Yeah, and that's what this
this software did. It kind of like helped to keep
it on one screen so you can see everything that's
going on in the back end and making sure that
you know everything's working the way it's supposed to do.
And the way that they were had is it's called
a supply chain attack. So this is what happens when
(01:20:04):
you have a piece of software your company, and somehow
the bad actors get into that the supply chain of
you having your software. And let's say, you know, when
you push an update to your software into your to
your you're fucking not your vendors, but you're the people
(01:20:24):
who buy your software and have it. You got to
push updates to that software. You know, we all get
updates for our phones.
Speaker 5 (01:20:29):
Things like that.
Speaker 6 (01:20:32):
And what they did was they got into that that
whole system, they injected their own malware into that. But
because they so and and the people were they kept
it hidden. We actually now that we know about the
hack here they find out about it first in December.
They were able to go back and actually look at
the history and see that this was happening since March
(01:20:53):
of twenty twenty, so this go on.
Speaker 1 (01:20:56):
For a very long time during the entire pandemic. They're like,
not only do and we're gonna heck, They're like, we gotta.
They're like, we got a virus, uh for your your
perth and and also.
Speaker 5 (01:21:07):
For your computer. Yeah pretty much, yes, which is worse.
I don't know, you judge.
Speaker 6 (01:21:18):
So yeah, so this was so this was some malicious
code inserted into the software that then went out to
every single person or you know, organization that had this
or in their in the organization, and uh, you know,
now we're only finding out the aftermath. And I know, Garret,
I sent you that video just to kind of talk.
It's a guy who talks about it and kind of
(01:21:39):
puts it. I think he's better explaining it of how
this worked, of how these guys got in there and.
Speaker 1 (01:21:45):
What they did.
Speaker 6 (01:21:47):
So if you want to play it's only like, well,
we can play a couple of minutes of it, but
it's a good starting point right there.
Speaker 1 (01:21:53):
But.
Speaker 12 (01:21:55):
Dive into a little bit of what this is and
why it was so hard to detect because a lot
of people are wondering I it was so hard, and
we'll dive into there's actually a lot of trickiness because
they did a lot to evade any type of detection.
FireEye uncovered widespread campaign that we are tracking as u
NC two four or five to two. Actors behind this
campaign gained access to numerous public and private organizations around
(01:22:16):
the world. They gained access vision victims via trojanized update
to the solar winds oryan IT monitoring and management software.
The campaign may have begun as early as Spring twenty
twenty is currently ongoing post compromise. Activities following supply chain
compromise have included a lateral movement and data theft. The
campaign is the work of highly skilled actor and the
(01:22:37):
operation was conducted with significant operational security, as in, they
don't know who these people are. And it's really crazy
how much obscurity. We'll get into that in a second.
But the backdoor itself, you're wondering, why why didn't the
antivirus companies just pick up some change in a file?
Speaker 9 (01:22:53):
And this is the answer right here is the digital
signature information. The digital sienasure is Okay, that is not
what you want to hear when you know something as
a known vulnerability and known compromised trojan back door. So
this right here is the fact that they stole access.
They were able to get signing so they could sign
the code that was malicious as if it was from
(01:23:15):
Soldar Winds. This is why it's referred to as a
supply chain attack, because that trust from the Solar Winds
CIRT came down and you go, I can just trust it.
It's from Solar Winds, a company that well, we didn't
know was compromise. And this is actually true for all
the different signing certificates. Matter of fact, there's been other
times when people work really hard to get these signing
certificates and there's been some compromises when someone figured out
(01:23:37):
a way to fool it before in Microsoft wild back
and that's why that was such a serious vulnerability itself.
It's because once it's been signed, that kind of puts
it to rest that we know whatever code is in there.
Because it's closed source and we don't really know what
it's doing. We can only look at its behavior. But
that's not reason to flag it. We said they signed it,
they are a trusted source, therefore we'll trust them. This
(01:23:57):
is the same reason you let employees in there. Did
you let them in? You don't let the general public
wander around in your network? Same thing. It's kind of
the same concept. I lets get in depth here, solos
of Ryan Okay.
Speaker 6 (01:24:12):
So yeah, so that was I think that was a
good explanation. So this was software that was from a
trusted source. You know, they had no reason to believe.
I mean, the company itself had no idea that they
were themselves hacked either. You know, they weren't going and
publishing this this broken software because they wanted to. They
just had no idea, and either did any other customers.
So like, and we're still finding out information. We're still
(01:24:36):
finding out just how many people were affected by this companies.
And it's just I think there's going to be a
lot of information still that's going to come out for
the months to come.
Speaker 1 (01:24:48):
But from what we know, I mean, they.
Speaker 6 (01:24:50):
Got access to some of the highest privileges that they
could ever get in a computer system, which means they
had access to absolutely everything in these in these companies.
Speaker 1 (01:25:01):
Yeah, and they kept it hitten for a long time.
Speaker 8 (01:25:06):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:25:09):
And uh, and so far as far as the thread
actor goes, there have been I wouldn't say I don't
know if it's speculation, because there has been some people
in the government who's come out rightly and said that
it was Russia behind the attacks. So that's what we
that's how we know for you know, that's all we
know for now as far as what these the actors were,
(01:25:30):
but we're not I feel like they're not one hundred
percent sure just yet.
Speaker 1 (01:25:35):
From what I've been hearing is that a lot of
times they'll just like, spy these guys, Okay, we have
some sort of proof for Oh why, Like what's the reason?
Speaker 6 (01:25:48):
Yeah, the reason why they kind of point the fingers
like that at the beginning is because when you know
Russia and these really state sponsored hackers have is they
really have sort of like an mo where you know,
if you they've been hacking for a long time, now
you know this isn't something new Russia and just start
hacking and then figure out how to get into this
company all of a sudden.
Speaker 1 (01:26:09):
They've been hacking for years and years, and.
Speaker 6 (01:26:11):
So as you know, Iran, China all out like the US,
I mean, everyone has their own cyber warfare team.
Speaker 5 (01:26:16):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:26:17):
And and the way that they kind of point the
finger at them is because they can just see things
throughout the history. They're like, oh, yeah, like you know
from back from this hack that we knew for sure
was Russia. You know, there's some similarities here that we
can kind of pinpoint and say, okay, like this is
the same thing that they've kind of done before. So
it's kind of why they can they can speculate about that. Ye,
(01:26:38):
so so far it seems like it's Russia. So you
don't know what they're going to do with the information yet,
you don't know what they stole.
Speaker 5 (01:26:45):
What kind of software are we talking about? Though? There's
not another thing that we don't know or no, So.
Speaker 6 (01:26:51):
The software itself was it was maybe as you know,
it's called solar Winds or Ryan. It's made for really
just keeping an eye on your back end server.
Speaker 8 (01:27:00):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (01:27:01):
Because of that, yeah, because of that you have to
have you know, I.
Speaker 6 (01:27:05):
Mean you're seeing names of servers, ips, all these internal
information that you know you don't want out there in
the public. The software really has access to.
Speaker 5 (01:27:13):
Let me ask you what. Okay, I not without getting
to direct on what you do for work, but or
what kind of company you work for. But but I
mean like what your codes? I mean what.
Speaker 1 (01:27:27):
Because I know, I know once once you went to
work from home, you were backing up servers like to
a cloud. Correct, correct, Yeah, So what's to keep your
guys stuff safe in comparison to something like this?
Speaker 6 (01:27:45):
Well, I mean so, I mean I I do work
for a software company, So this is something that can
easily happen to us or any software company that you
know manages their own soft they manages their own source
code for software. And you know, I will say that
luckily I wasn't backing up any of our source code
to the cloud because that would be a terrible thing
to do. Yeah, but you know, there there's some things
(01:28:08):
that are less vulnerable. There are some things that you know,
I mean, really what you need is a strong password
and you should be fine, you know, make sure that
no one can guess it or brute force it, you know,
nine or a password one three.
Speaker 1 (01:28:25):
And look, that is actually not bad password, to be honest,
it's actually not a bad password.
Speaker 6 (01:28:31):
I remember, you know, we brought up the list before
of all the bad passwords that would have been broken before.
Speaker 5 (01:28:38):
Wait, what's not a bad password?
Speaker 1 (01:28:40):
Titties wander three for five sixty nine.
Speaker 5 (01:28:43):
Oh yeah, sure, it's a great password.
Speaker 1 (01:28:45):
Yeah, yeah, that is number.
Speaker 5 (01:28:49):
Couples retreat.
Speaker 1 (01:28:53):
In the beginning of Vince Vaughn's character The the his
friend breaks to the back which is uh, fucking Jason Bateman.
Speaker 7 (01:29:02):
He breaks the back door and then his alarm goes
off and he has to call them, the alarm company.
He's like, yeah, I know, it's just my friend. And
he's like, well, we need your password. He's like, asked tasting.
He goes yeah, a S S. Yeah that's it, yeah, tasting.
Speaker 1 (01:29:21):
Yeah, that's a good one.
Speaker 5 (01:29:22):
Yeah, So what does this So we.
Speaker 1 (01:29:30):
Don't know, so we come up with better passwords than
the government kind of.
Speaker 6 (01:29:37):
I mean, this was this was such a sophisticated hack
that we're not this has nothing to do with passwords
for once?
Speaker 5 (01:29:44):
Really is that why? I'm like, because I'm like, look
at who we're dealing with. All these fucking turtle fuck
old looking motherfuckers. They don't know how to happen.
Speaker 1 (01:29:53):
I don't think Mitch McConnell's in charge of anything.
Speaker 5 (01:29:57):
Chris every God damn it.
Speaker 1 (01:30:01):
Yeah well I mean earlier.
Speaker 5 (01:30:05):
Right here, we're fucking armed bro.
Speaker 6 (01:30:09):
Yeah yeah, well, I mean earlier in the year Trump's
Twitter got attached because the password was Mago one two three.
Speaker 1 (01:30:20):
Someone just guessed it got control. How can they ever
do that?
Speaker 5 (01:30:24):
If you uh what what does he saying?
Speaker 1 (01:30:27):
Uh?
Speaker 5 (01:30:27):
An endgame?
Speaker 8 (01:30:28):
He goes.
Speaker 7 (01:30:29):
Luckily for me, I have experience and patience, and he
was a man can do anything if you have he
has those two things.
Speaker 5 (01:30:37):
Yeah, exactly, No, No, I'm sorry, civil War that's what
he says.
Speaker 1 (01:30:44):
Fucking oh, fucking zemo. I was trying to think, I'm
like that Civil Wars. Sorry, sorry, I just heard it
sounded familiar. It sounds familiarly. I'm getting so confused because
I just watched Civil War the other day. But but
I was like, no, that's definitely MCU.
Speaker 5 (01:31:02):
But and a man can he say a man can?
A man can accomplish it?
Speaker 1 (01:31:07):
And then experiencientatis. I think there's more than that. True,
very true. Yeah, yeah, actually you know what I mean,
total tangent moment. But Law Abiding Citizens one of my
favorite revenge movies. Have you ever seen it? With Jamie
Jamie Fox and uh Gerard Butler where okay, so yes, yes.
Speaker 5 (01:31:35):
He escapes from prison. He's got the tongue.
Speaker 1 (01:31:37):
Listen, listen, so so so. Gerard Butler's family gets murdered
by just robbers. I'm saying, I'm pretty sure they're just burglars.
They just come in the family's home, they robbed the place,
but they end up killing his family. Then the justice system,
as it does, fails to bring out justice. Then he
(01:32:00):
fucking goes on this rampage, but not right away. Over
time he fucking learns and gets like training, not training necessarily,
but like he fucking gets a plan and uh he
he has some serious ship go down, which I'm trying
not to ruin it. So that's but it's a really
good Then it's.
Speaker 5 (01:32:20):
A really long time ago.
Speaker 7 (01:32:21):
That's why I'm like, I only remember certain parts, but
I remember on Netflix a while ago, and.
Speaker 1 (01:32:25):
Then I remember just watching it a lot.
Speaker 5 (01:32:26):
I saw when it was like on rental back and
when it fucking came out.
Speaker 1 (01:32:29):
You know, I highly recommend it if you could check
that out a law body and citizen. If we're doing this,
it's like all the rules, you're fucked. But if you
find a way outside of the rules.
Speaker 5 (01:32:44):
Yeah, I got I got a few that I've been
watching or that I've watched.
Speaker 1 (01:32:50):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (01:32:52):
First of all, guest House on on Netflix. It's it's
a Paul Shore movie. Garrett will hate it. Ricky'll love it. Yeah,
poly Shore plays basically poly Shore.
Speaker 2 (01:33:12):
Old.
Speaker 1 (01:33:13):
Uh.
Speaker 5 (01:33:15):
He's a squatter in the guest house of this house
that this couple is buying. Mm hmm and uh.
Speaker 7 (01:33:22):
And they have already evicted him, but he won't leave.
But he's he's a tenant in the guest house. They
sell the house to this couple and he just makes
their lives miserable. And then so the husband of the
husband who bought the house, and they pretty much go
back and forth. It's like a pretty it's like a
neighbors type thing.
Speaker 1 (01:33:40):
What's it called.
Speaker 5 (01:33:41):
It's called guest house. You're gonna hate it, don't even bother,
but Ricky'll like it.
Speaker 7 (01:33:49):
I think it'll be. It was very it was a
fun movie. It was a fun, funny movie, very silly.
Just a lot of comics in it. Uh, you know,
not a few. There's a few like what the funk
moments like where you're like where the you know? The
plot just there's a lot, there's a lot, but it's
(01:34:09):
it's fun. Indie, what the fuck movie?
Speaker 1 (01:34:11):
You know? I need? Yeah, it's turning brain now yeah, okay,
we're turning down. Oh yeah, we're talking over it so
that we don't get pulled boss.
Speaker 5 (01:34:26):
Yeah, I think this is okay.
Speaker 1 (01:34:30):
They go to they pull into a.
Speaker 5 (01:34:31):
House, shut up and take our money.
Speaker 1 (01:34:34):
Okay, white house. Yeah that's a nice I'm taking money.
Very nice house. Are you guys here?
Speaker 5 (01:34:44):
This is Tommy Lee's sex swing.
Speaker 1 (01:34:45):
Hell?
Speaker 4 (01:34:46):
Now, don't feel comfortable allowing to live.
Speaker 8 (01:34:49):

Speaker 1 (01:35:24):
Just all the pipes you got in this place.
Speaker 5 (01:35:27):

Speaker 1 (01:35:28):

lot of muff too. I totally forgot to tell you.
They're buck bomb in the house today.
Speaker 1 (01:36:09):
Like, I hate the premise, but it kind of looks
like fun.
Speaker 5 (01:36:16):
I don't know, man, dude, I almost stepped in the
possibly other day.
Speaker 1 (01:36:24):
What all right?
Speaker 5 (01:36:27):
Hold on, so this off.
Speaker 1 (01:36:29):
So I was going down my stairs, right and I'm
literally just going to the fucking to pick up some food.
And I'm like, because that's how I.
Speaker 5 (01:36:39):
He walk up a clown.
Speaker 1 (01:36:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:36:41):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (01:36:43):
And as you know, there's not like lights on my staircase.
And then I hit on one stair and I see.
Speaker 13 (01:36:48):
Someone stairs, yeah, on the stairs, and I was like,
what the fu my god, oh my god, dude jumped
the remainder of my stairs to the ground floor.
Speaker 1 (01:37:06):
Huh No, that was the thing. That was like, he
fucking hissed into the thing. I was like, ah, and
I jumped off. I jumped off Charlie's Angels style, and
I land the bottom of the stairs and I look
turned around and there's a fucking possum on my staircase,
just chilling on one of the stairs. Why why why
(01:37:26):
are you there?
Speaker 5 (01:37:28):
They've been, they've been. I'm very happy though that it
wasn't a skunk, because we have a lot of skunks
around here, you know what.
Speaker 1 (01:37:33):
I'm seeing a lot of out here in my in
my area. What fucking uh, foxes and coyotes. Well that
makes sense.
Speaker 5 (01:37:41):
Yeah, a lot like a lot, dude, And they're the
ones who if were you, what, I wouldn't get a
cat if I were are you.
Speaker 1 (01:37:51):
That's the thing is I got cats in the backyard
and I hear him fucking hissing and fighting all the time.
But but then I would get a coyote or a fox.
Speaker 5 (01:37:58):
Well that's the yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:38:03):
But anyway, Yeah, fun movie, fun check it out. Second,
there's this movie called Spencer Confidential and it's where Mack Wahlberg,
I think I told you about the last I have hiccups.
Speaker 5 (01:38:15):
It's a very very fun thing.
Speaker 1 (01:38:17):
But I'm not gonna be.
Speaker 5 (01:38:20):
Okay, it's a very fun.
Speaker 7 (01:38:23):
It's a very it looks stupid like on the fucking Netflix,
but it's a Netflix movie.
Speaker 5 (01:38:28):
It doesn't. Actually it looks.
Speaker 7 (01:38:29):
It's fun. It's just but it is what it is.
You gotta take it for what it is, you know.
But it's a fun fucking like you know, cop goes
rogue type movie.
Speaker 5 (01:38:41):
You know, he, you know, give me your badge.
Speaker 7 (01:38:43):
And ship and he he and and then he uh
he still goes and tries to find you know, the
corruption and ship, right like so it's it's pretty good.
It's pretty fun because he he he takes his crew
becomes like these these guys from like this boxing gym
that he's.
Speaker 1 (01:39:00):
Oh, is that with Winston Duke? Huh?
Speaker 5 (01:39:07):
Is it the old guy.
Speaker 1 (01:39:10):
Black Panther? Get Out? Not get Out?
Speaker 4 (01:39:14):
No?
Speaker 5 (01:39:15):
No, no, no, no, different black guy?
Speaker 4 (01:39:18):
No?
Speaker 1 (01:39:18):
What's the duke? He's big? Right?
Speaker 5 (01:39:20):
Is it the same black guy?
Speaker 1 (01:39:23):
He's Okay, So I forgot his character in Black Panther.
It might be the dad in it might be it
might be it might be him wheathered what not get out?
The other one?
Speaker 5 (01:39:40):
What he was.
Speaker 1 (01:39:43):
With us? Oh fucking yeah, yeah, I think it might
might be him. I didn't realize he was that fucking
big a trailer, but I never actually saw the show.
But uh, it's a great move.
Speaker 5 (01:39:56):
You guys checked out. It's a fun.
Speaker 1 (01:39:58):
It's a fun just like popcorn flick, just like you
know what I mean, Like you know, it's a you know,
murder mystery type fucking fun beat your ass, you know
it's it's it's like it's basically it's basically fucking uh
lethal weapon.
Speaker 5 (01:40:12):
You know.
Speaker 1 (01:40:13):
Yeah, that's the vibe that I got from It's fun.
I really want to know what it is that makes
us pick what we want to watch, because for me, uh,
there's just so much content out there that I'm like,
I don't want to watch that. Yeah, you know, Likeso
(01:40:34):
was like, oh, watch Raised by Wolves and West World.
I haven't started that, but you know what I did start, Uh,
Jurassic World Camptatious on Netflix.
Speaker 5 (01:40:45):
The cartoon.
Speaker 1 (01:40:46):
The cartoon. Yeah, and it's really good.
Speaker 5 (01:40:50):
You know what, I haven't watched them. What Sabrina a lot?
Speaker 1 (01:40:54):
Yeah, I like to the last season. Is it on
already or is it going to be?
Speaker 7 (01:41:00):
I think it's on already, which is why, which is
what made me go back to watch it all over again.
Speaker 5 (01:41:05):
So I'm on season two.
Speaker 1 (01:41:06):
But I dig it. It's not the best thing, but
it's fun.
Speaker 5 (01:41:09):
It's it's it's fun, and it's very you know, it's
very fucking teenagey.
Speaker 1 (01:41:13):
But it's young adult horny. Yeah, magical.
Speaker 5 (01:41:16):
Yeah, it makes me horny. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:41:21):
All the actors are about eighteen. Just a work clay
about all that ship.
Speaker 7 (01:41:23):
Yeah, and look, I mean the Sabrina girl is so like,
she's such a cune and sent little girl.
Speaker 5 (01:41:30):
But I'm like, God, there's nothing about her.
Speaker 1 (01:41:32):
Yeah, I thought this was something interesting, like someone there
was a podcast that I was I was watching. They're
still called podcasts when they're like video podcasts, right, Like, I.
Speaker 5 (01:41:42):
Guess is that what we're doing?
Speaker 1 (01:41:44):
Yeah, really, that's right. Well, we definitely have an audio version,
which is what we started with, but now we do
video and audio. But I just didn't know if there
was a difference. But there's a podcast that I watch,
and someone was like, who's someone that you find attractive?
Like celebrity, celebrity that other people don't necessarily think of
or it's not a very common thought. Someone was like,
(01:42:05):
Chloe Grace MORETTZ. I'm like really, and then I'm thinking
about it. I'm like, wait, she's probably like in her
twenty something, she's twenty.
Speaker 5 (01:42:10):
She looks. I saw a movie she was in recently.
She looks.
Speaker 1 (01:42:13):
She's bad, dude, but.
Speaker 5 (01:42:16):
Like badly, Like she's bad.
Speaker 1 (01:42:18):
Bron think about his hit Girl Though. I know, I
know it's weird and it's weird, but it's just the
same as Hey, some of my my younger sister's friends
started hitting.
Speaker 5 (01:42:27):
On me and they're like twenty seven now, you know,
and it's fucking it's weird, but they're bad.
Speaker 1 (01:42:35):
You know, No, it's understandable. It's just weird. Yeah, it
just feels like this shouldn't be what it is, but
it is what it is.
Speaker 5 (01:42:42):
They're twenty five, twenty four. Yeah you know what I'm saying. Yeah, yeah,
it's it's weird. Then but then like yeah, you know
it's hard.
Speaker 1 (01:42:56):
Plus like yeah, just just watch the show. If you
don't want to show, to watch the show, then you understand.
Speaker 5 (01:43:01):
Yeah. Yeah, I was always saying fucking uh.
Speaker 7 (01:43:05):
Sigourney Weaver, I thought was was so hot and like
a lot of people will kind of but like she was.
Speaker 5 (01:43:11):
Like a heart throb in the eighties before like a
couple of years, you know, and then she.
Speaker 7 (01:43:14):
Kind of fell off because everyone was like she's not
the elite hot girl.
Speaker 1 (01:43:18):
But to me, I'm like, god, she was different types. Okay,
so here's one. Here's one person that I think has
has has has and has had a great body. But
I was I have not attracted her face at all.
Jamie Lee Curtis, Oh, she's always been hot, but I
I see her face, I'm like, that just looks like
(01:43:39):
a mom that I don't.
Speaker 5 (01:43:40):
Know because she's got that Karen haircut now, but always.
Speaker 1 (01:43:48):
No nor the original Freaky Friday and the original Halloween.
She was pretty fucking bombs kism, I'm gonna say it.
Speaker 7 (01:43:58):
And there was a few other things between that. She
looked all right, she looked better with age. That's the
way I feel about That's why I.
Speaker 1 (01:44:07):
Feel about what I'm about, Like like I go to
their peaks. So if there's someone like that who's been
working for a while, but Jamie, he is dancing and listen,
think of that scene and true lies do you under
you know what I'm I can't with her face, but like, yes,
(01:44:27):
the intended thing is there.
Speaker 5 (01:44:29):
I see, I see. Well, what about what about a
fucking uh god, damn it. I always fucking butcher?
Speaker 1 (01:44:34):
Her name?
Speaker 5 (01:44:35):
Wow, Rocky horror picture show? Fuck you.
Speaker 1 (01:44:45):
Not since in summers?
Speaker 5 (01:44:48):
Oh, it's not hope.
Speaker 1 (01:44:50):
This is random. Susan's random.
Speaker 5 (01:44:51):
Yes, it's random.
Speaker 8 (01:44:53):
I love her.
Speaker 5 (01:44:53):
She's hot, she's still hot and she's like sixty something.
Speaker 1 (01:44:58):
No, we're talking about people that that that people. We're
talking about different ones where it's like people think they're
hot but we don't, or vice versa where people don't
think they're hot and we do. Susan Sandu, I can't
get her name right, Susan Sarandon was at everyone thinks
it's hot, ye, Ricky confirmed, okay, yeah, Christian Wig, Christian Wig,
(01:45:22):
I think, I mean but but like I thought she
was fucking hot before any of this ship before. She's
similar to the Jamie Lee Curtis in the sense that, like,
I'm not a big fan of her face, as far
as she's sexy as fuck fine and.
Speaker 5 (01:45:38):
And uh and uh and uh and even like, I
don't know, funny chicks are always funny, are always.
Speaker 1 (01:45:44):
Like hot to me, so super hot all his words.
But he's ad comedians and like funny. I'm like, I
like Whitney coming.
Speaker 5 (01:45:59):
She's a hot, funny girl.
Speaker 1 (01:46:00):
That's different.
Speaker 7 (01:46:01):
I want, like, I want somebody who's like semi attractive
but very funny.
Speaker 1 (01:46:05):
Who's your favorite female comedians? Go ever? Three?
Speaker 5 (01:46:09):
Sure, Kathleen Madigan.
Speaker 1 (01:46:12):
I don't know who that is. I'll look at her up.
Speaker 5 (01:46:13):
Of course you don't, Kathleen, or what Kathleen Madigan?
Speaker 1 (01:46:22):
Mom, fucking I know this chick, Jesus, I don't think
I've ever seen this person. Planking on her name, Yeah,
of course you haven't, because everyone stole her ship. She's
fucking remarkable. She's fifty five.
Speaker 5 (01:46:40):
She's one of the ones that that Amy Schumer stole
her stuff from.
Speaker 1 (01:46:44):
Okay, I'm just no, wait, no, I've seen I've seen
her before, for sure, I've seen.
Speaker 5 (01:46:50):
I love that I'm now seeing.
Speaker 1 (01:46:51):
Pictures of things I've seen her. And to me, she's
sexty and and and and she's like what in her fifties,
sixties or whatever.
Speaker 5 (01:46:58):
And I've only seen her and I've only seen her
on her prime, you know.
Speaker 1 (01:47:02):
Okay, but I just because she's she's she's a smart, alcoholic,
fucking hilarious comedian, you know, Yeah, of course, Yeah, that
makes sense, like anyone a lot of people that have,
uh who are impressive beyond Jess physicality. Who are two
(01:47:23):
other ones that you think?
Speaker 5 (01:47:24):
Taylor Thomlinson, Oh, I know, yes, yeah, right, I.
Speaker 1 (01:47:28):
Agree with you on that one. I before I knew
you got you kind of knew about her.
Speaker 5 (01:47:35):
Yeah, I know, but I I you understand, I used
to do open mics with Taylor Thomlinson.
Speaker 1 (01:47:39):
That's what the conversation went to when I told you that. Yeah,
so she's great, she's but she's amazing, she's and she
deserves you know, all of her. I mean, she's a
fucking she's she's a gem. And I do like Kara
Sultan of Bitch, right, Kara Kara, Yeah, I.
Speaker 5 (01:48:00):
Do like her too. I don't know who you're right,
you know she is, she's she's on the roads. She's
a very attractive white jew. Of course, she's fucking.
Speaker 1 (01:48:11):
But she's funny and she's and she's smart and she
but she's also very fucking hot.
Speaker 5 (01:48:16):
Okay, cool, Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:48:21):
Yeah, have unconventional people that you think are very hot.
Speaker 5 (01:48:25):
What's up?
Speaker 1 (01:48:26):
I was asking Ricky if you had any unconventional people
that he finds attractive, and that comes straight to my brain.
Right now, I do like here, and now that I'm
looking at her, she reminds me. Okay, so she reminds
me of We're gonna rewind the clock to when I
was about sixteen and I had my very first restaurant job.
Speaker 5 (01:48:46):
I'll be right back. I gotta get I gotta get
Robin here.
Speaker 1 (01:48:49):
Okay, Well, I thought you would appreciate this story.
Speaker 5 (01:48:51):
I was gonna fuck myself, I know, I know, was
just fucking I said, just give me a fucking second.
He's at my friend door.
Speaker 1 (01:48:58):
Okay, no, it's cool. Pause the podcast, go for you
back after a quick commercial break. Seriously, I knew we
did cut you off.
Speaker 5 (01:49:09):
I'm sorry about but yeah, it's been way off to
the now.
Speaker 1 (01:49:13):
It's okay. It's one of those things. I was like,
what do we do, Ricky? What do we do with that?
Speaker 5 (01:49:18):
What?
Speaker 1 (01:49:20):
What is the government doing? What is what is happening?
Speaker 6 (01:49:23):
I mean our government ships only some of them are
taking actually seriously.
Speaker 1 (01:49:26):
But what are they do? You know that they're taking
action period question mark?
Speaker 6 (01:49:31):
I mean, yeah, they're not going to say anything obviously
if they're going to retaliate or what they're going to
do exactly.
Speaker 5 (01:49:36):
But it's not real like, oh, we got hacked by somebody,
We're gonna send bombs?
Speaker 3 (01:49:41):
Like, what do you do?
Speaker 1 (01:49:43):
Hack them back? That's what we.
Speaker 4 (01:49:48):
Do?
Speaker 1 (01:49:48):
You know that we have good hackers, Like do you
have you seen stories about America's top hacking team has
done some hacking. No, but I mean that might be
a good thing, right maybe, But I'm just what do
we do that? This is actually a conversation I had
with someone earlier where it was like, yeah, no, you
(01:50:09):
guys know that that the government confirmed. We've seen UFOs, right,
Like what why is that not talked about? Because no,
one knows what the fuck they're supposed to do about
that information. It's first of all, we're in the middle
of a pandemic where everyone's paying attention to everything because
they have nothing to do. Second of all, they confirmed
we have seen UFOs, and everyone's like, okay, thanks, now
(01:50:31):
what like, no one knows what to do with information
like that?
Speaker 6 (01:50:35):
Yeah, I think that probably, Like you know, one of
the worst things about it too, is that, like you know,
it's the same thing, just like the pandemic as it goes.
It's like, if it doesn't affect me physically right now,
then why do I care? And you know, it's obviously
it's a lot bigger. There's a bigger you know, there's
a lot bigger that this.
Speaker 1 (01:50:50):
Could be, you know, and everyone it's too worried about
killing each other right now that they can't even think
about killing aliens.
Speaker 5 (01:50:56):
That's what we're at right now.
Speaker 1 (01:50:59):
Yeah, right, But going back to what I was I
was saying earlier, going back to when I was sixteen curious. Yeah,
it relates to her, uh sixteen and the very first
restaurant job I ever had. I was a bus boy
and there was a a you were a young middle aged.
Speaker 5 (01:51:22):
She was twenty six.
Speaker 1 (01:51:23):
Maybe she's like not middle aged, sorry, middle mid twenties,
mid wine someone yer. She all the time would flirt
with me and then the wine. The restaurant, you know,
it wasn't doing so well and it was about to
(01:51:43):
close down, and she would tell me stuff like, oh,
if only you were legal, and I'm like, I don't
need to be if you want want to be you
were you were a teenager. I was sixteen, she was
like twenty six. Oh hell yeah yeah, but she looked
exactly like the chick that you were telling me, So
hold on, give me a seconds. Bang no, And that's
(01:52:05):
that's what Well, that's one of my biggest regrets as
a sixteen year old because it's like, I can't think
she looked exactly like this, like I'm trying to pull
this this this picture right here, yeah, the third that's
what she looked like. And and I was like, fuck, Like,
as a sixteen year old, I'm not thinking, well, how
about we just go back to my place, which is
(01:52:26):
my parents house or my roommate.
Speaker 5 (01:52:31):
I'm your husband's not home, you give me a call.
Speaker 1 (01:52:33):
Bit No she was single. She like like that was
the whole thing that I just didn't know how to
play it. Yeah, because you were sixteen, because I was sixteen.
But h I bet you if you gave it, she
looked exactly like that was just like this much extra
fucking effort. She would have fucked your brains out. Like
off screen, I'll show you what she actually looks like,
and it's it's just a follower, yeah, except now she
(01:52:58):
has a husband and like two kids. But all right,
check it out. I have I have to do another
podcast with Rob right now, so okay for us, we
gotta eat, we gotta eat burritos and then then that
we're doing a podcasts all right, guys, Well that sounds
like wet to sign off. Anyway, we did cover everything.
(01:53:18):
We did a really good job. I really want to
thank Jazz and Florida is of course for coming on
the show, uh show, even though Ryan doesn't remember meeting
her in the first place, and I never forget today,
not today.
Speaker 5 (01:53:31):
And then you can follow.
Speaker 1 (01:53:34):
And then see if you get into dancing. Of course
you can do online private show or private lessons and
uh just say if you want to get into that
type of stuff. And of course you can follow us
everywhere where. You can see our names, and we will
be back next week and we appreciate you. Have a
good night, bye bye hie. Everybody, travelous Break.
Speaker 5 (01:54:04):
While before break, he hadn't already
