Russeren Viktor Bout er tilbage i sit virke som våbenhandler.
Han skulle egentlig ruske tremmer i 25 år. Men efter kun halvdelen af afsoningen kunne han igen betræde russisk jord i 2022 efter en fangeudveksling mellem USA og Rusland.
Nu viser det sig ifølge det amerikanske medie The Wall Street Journal, at Viktor Bout igen har solgt våben – denne gang til houthiernes islamiske oprørsgruppe i Yemen.
