Mens Danmark ligesom resten af Europa er i fuld gang med at opruste, så flere danske soldater kan blive klar til krig, har Strynø dannet kulisse for et opråb.
Markus “M.P.” har været udsendt til både Irak og Afghanistan, og han er én af de krigsramte veteraner, der spiller side om side med skuespiller Dar Salim i filmen “Herkules falder”, hvor de sammen skildrer dét efterliv, der venter nogle veteraner, når de kommer hjem fra krig.
I dag fortæller Markus om at debutere som skuespiller ved at genbesøge sine største traumer, og sammen giver han og Dar Salim et bud på, hvordan Danmark bliver bedre rustet til at hjælpe veteraner.
