Natos enighed om et bidrag på 5 pct. er afgørende, Trump skal stilles tilfreds, og selv modstandere af bidraget skal nikke ja. Men meget kan stadig gå galt. Og i kulissen truer Iran med at trække Trumps opmærksomhed.
