Efter 36 timers forhandlinger i Brasilien skrev klimaminister Lars Aagaard og EU under på en klimaaftale, der er så skuffende, at han er i tvivl om, hvorvidt det var det rigtige at skrive under.
Aagaard tog ellers afsted med en klimaaftale fra EU i bagagen, som han selv kaldte »en lækker ost,« men den endelige COP30-aftale endte uden planer for reduktioner og uden at nævne fossile brændstoffer.
Altså ikke en specielt lækker ost, men mere revet »pizzatopping«, som man ikke engang helt ved, om er ost, fortæller ministeren i dagens debrief her i podcasten.
Aagaard beskriver et forhandlingsrum, hvor meget var aftalt på forhånd og i skyggerne, og hvor EU og han selv nu må overveje, hvordan man skal forholde sig til klimatopmøderne fremover. Og om EU skal skrive under næste gang.
