Rusland hverver ukrainske børn og unge til sabotage, spionage og terror i deres eget land. Tendensen er, ifølge den ukrainske sikkerhedstjeneste, stigende og en talsmand oplyser, at man siden foråret sidste år har anholdt mere end 700 personer, der var rekrutteret af russiske agenter. En fjerdedel af dem var under 18 år.
