Siden fulgte en fælles amerikansk-ukrainsk plan, som nu ligger på Putins bord – og verden holder vejret, mens vi venter på hans svar.
Selvom det kan føles, som om fredsprocessen kører i ring, skiller de nuværende forhandlinger sig faktisk ud.
